Good morning, girlies, it's the tallos. It's Jackson Claude and where your hoes. It's your favorite show, the fast-by-things you need to know. We'll start your day off, swirly, it's the toast. It sound amazing. Welcome back to the toast and happy Friday from a couple of Back Off Duty models. Thank God we're off duty. Thank God we're off duty. We're models and we're actresses. We were also acting on set yesterday. It was more of like a video shoot. We have to start using incorrect terminology because we don't do it a lot. We also photo shoot, such video shoot. We also did photos. We're very well-rounded models. We do a little bit of everything. It's true. We're in the industry called A Triple Threat. Oh yeah. We sing, we dance. We're actually like... We act. We quintuple dress. We play the piano. We have a lot of things to do on the show. We can't do the dance. And that's what the Golden Globes recognize for the talent that we are.

Absolutely. Agreed. It's so true. So glad to be done modeling. Oh my gosh. I did an amazing job. By the way, if you are wondering. It wasn't that bad actually. It was fine. We got my donuls. It was fine. But we maybe done modeling. Did you also have a hard time getting your eye makeup off? Yes! I think because we used waterproof eye makeup? I think we used waterproof eye makeup. We used waterproof eye makeup. I had fake lashes on. You came out of the shower and I had black running down my eyes. That's never happened. morning like I was like do I look extra smoky and I had still black I think I still have black I don't know how the models do it. I should have used my rail bomb bomb I should have used my rail bomb I use my trusty because our of so Alex does photos all the time so obviously her bomb has photoshoot proof photoshoot friendly see we were on set all day yesterday kind of big drama on set is that I left my cast I took it off obviously for the shoot so not sexy. Oh my god do we have you signed this one too? No I haven't. No should we? I forgot that I had a backup so I wasn't like that upset and I was like oh you guys can

start out like it was three dollars for long gains but I forgot that it was one that you signed do you want to sign this one or just like it was a moment in time. If you want me to sign it? No you don't want to I don't want like I don't want your like negative energy seems like you didn't even want to sign that. No you don't want me to sign it. I was negative as well but I put a positive message. It seems like you don't even want to. Have you been shining on turdy? I mean you saw me on set yesterday. She was shining. Shine on turd, shine on. I was a shiny little turd. She shown. So yeah modeling things we did that and another shoot next week just like the Oh and if you were wondering like what we're modeling and what you're like don't even think about it don't bother. Don't even worry about it. We'll tell you when the time is right like trust and believe like we're we're on we're yeah not anytime. Not anytime. But trust and believe we will continue to talk about the photo shoots in perpetrator. As they happen in real time before during and after. Yeah it's Friday. We've got to just get back to my like my real life today. You know my Miley Stewart life. Home making, making Shabbat, my and I'm just excited to like

be me again. Yeah it was fun for a minute you know to step into the shoes of the limelight, the glamorous life. Last night we were like like in the street we were like with the neighbors and I had like a full face of glam. It's like oh mom's. I know the next time he sees you he's gonna be like who are you? No but it's like just so intense. It's a lot even though I really realized. I'm like a daily tailor addressing the controversy. I realized yesterday because when we both were done we had like 20 minutes like chill and I was looking at us and I was like we are so we looked so gorgeous. And I was like well what's stopping us from looking like this every day and you did make a good point like if you look that glam every single day like you'll never look special and it'll be hard to be you know different. But I don't know the way I felt yesterday versus like the way I felt today. I need to I think one of the lessons I took away from the photo shoot was I need to be wearing more makeup and I wear a lot but I think I'm like doing it poorly and bad. And like then your takeaway was to wear more makeup and you came here today wearing less makeup. Well I had a crazy morning so don't start with me but in general life philosophy yes

I don't wear enough makeup and the thing is at the end of the glam session I was like put on more and she did and I was like even better. My takeaway was that we're timeless beauties. Well I need that takeaway. I already knew that. And I think I need Botox because I was having like I was watching videos and I was just like a little bit RBF I'm like why are you mad bro but I was a video shoot that we shot like required such expressionism no and such emotive like gestures that I'm glad that you were able because you crushed it. Yeah yeah nobody was like in the down periods when we were like waiting for our cue. Like I'm just like cross eyebrows and that's not how I felt. Right. I wasn't confused and I wasn't mad. Maybe it's not a Botox problem maybe you just like have a resting face like maybe but both I don't want to either as an actress model and triple threat like you can't be free to hear. We have one more photo shoot next week and then I look back into retirement. Let me tell you something about retirement. I can't wait. I got my Roth IRA set up. I'm ready to go. I'm going to be living the high life. When you retire. When I retire and trust I will retire. I'm not going to be like Tom Brady. Really? A day will come. Yeah.

Oh yeah. Not any time soon of course. I don't know. You're not going to retire? You're not even retiring anymore. Yeah I see people like having retirement parties on TikTok all the time. People on TikTok. People with pensions. It's kind of a whole point. Love to retire. Cops, teachers. Well teachers don't have pensions but you know what I mean. Yeah I do think obviously maybe not at the rate they once were but yeah people retire. People are so retiring. And can you even retire? Well no that's sort of like a larger economical issue but that's why I said people with pensions they can retire. Definitely. Yeah I'll know. Well you know this is a good reminder to start saving for retirement. It's never a bad time. It's never too early. Nobody's thinking about it. And it's so not sexy. Like I'm saving up for a Ferrari. Oh I'm saving up for retirement. Like well you know what who's happier in 30, 40, 50 years? Amanda Frances. Let's talk about Amanda Frances. Let's talk about Amanda Frances. I want to pull up her video. It meant a lot to me. Yes I watched it and it also meant a lot to me. It's actually to be a story like we could just talk about it now since we're talking about it. So then are we

going to replace the story? Yeah we're placed a story. Okay. Something like she made a video. She used a lot of videos that don't come across my desk as you guys know she does like financial manifestations. It's all sort of like a booh, hogwash and she like sells courses. But she is getting married this weekend which we were following her engagement journey on the Real House as Beverly Hills. She's not returning so everything we know about the wedding. We know from her Instagram. Her husband built her a chuppo with a cross did you say? No I didn't see. I think it's an interfaith wedding. But this wedding came up. This video came up in my feed and she starts with a screenshot of like her big account and her bow. Her American Express bill. Her American Express bill. So of course I'm hooked. I didn't even know I was watching Amanda Francis. Oh well she also looks so different. And I'm then I'm hearing her justify the $700,000 American Express bill. $700,000 and $4,000 American Express bill. And the takeaways that we can all take away from this video I think are so critical for us. Well what's interesting is like that video is actually not for you I feel you know you don't need this message. The video is for me because I'm not spending money. I'm not chopping. I have the opportunity to release money. So on this Chanel

bag she shares that a lot of her wedding vendors are on this credit card bill which is why it's such a high American Express bill. And am I she's so excited about her bill being so high? Yeah like that she's exactly what she wanted. She's an opportunity for her to release money. This is what she says. This is my AMX bill right now. And this is after I made a $50,000 payment yesterday. So let me tell you what happens. What's happening? And why I'm excited about it. What's happening? Exactly. Um, where's your expensive and my AMX is exhausted. For the first time I think ever my AMX is declining. My AMX is declining. Why? Because basically I've heard about me and my friends have said something to comment. My AMX also declined on DoorDash yesterday. Yeah. Oh because it was like a fraud alert. He was a fraud alert and like honestly in American Express's defense like it was good fraud. I gave my credit card to someone else to place a food order for everyone. So it was like, wasn't my account. It was a good catch by AMX. But it was me. You just want the drama. Yeah, of course.

$200 to $250,000 on it every month for years and years and years. I can think of a time that it was more like $360. And I can think of a time that it was more like $120. But she's spending money on it. That's $250. So AMX is sending you notifications that say, hey, based on your typical spend and payment amount, this email is very large. We are declining your transactions, which is fine. So I just need to make a payment and then I'll have everyone in the AMX and we can pay the final invoice for the wedding. We have one of the ways. It's $136,000. Okay. Why am I excited? I'm excited because I know the opportunity to release money. The opportunity to receiving and being comfortable and safe receiving is an art for releasing and releasing with gratitude and purpose and joy is an art too. Letting go of money. You and Bradley need to release with joy. Well, here's the thing is that like while yes, she's right. She's also wrong because she's not talking about the extreme you and her with her $700,000 bail, the extreme of getting too comfortable releasing money. Knowing that money is plentiful and there's always more

with that time. That's just liar. The machine doesn't agree there. Is she done? And it's part of having a very positive relationship with money that you feel safe and comfortable using it and using it well. Sometimes well is investments. Sometimes well is new team members. Sometimes well is a high interest savings account. Sometimes well is your wedding. And I've decided that's what well meant. But it's up to me what is the right thing to do with my money and it's up to everyone what the right thing to do with their money is. It kind of reminds me when I got into student loan debt. Go to the schools I wanted to. I decided those schools were right for me and the debt was worth I'm deciding this wedding is right for me and there's massive amics bill that I'm not going to need to pay off to continue to even be able to use my amics is worth it. And I wouldn't be having a wedding at this price if I didn't feel safe and comfortable. Well of course. Yeah, hopefully. There's not a lot of rights and norms with money. There's like I don't know about that. Tell that to tell that to Bernie me. Yeah, right. Okay, Amanda. Like I actually I think at its core I like her

message for someone like me. Like I definitely have a complicated relationship with money. Like I hate spending money. No, it's a crazy message. It's a crazy video. She's so crazy. First of all how on her regular day to day not a wedding. How is she spending like she said her amics bill is usually $250,000.000. But unless she has like her mortgage everything. But that's still so much money. Yeah, that's really high. I get scared for her. Like obviously something's going to happen. How is she sustaining this her husband's a general contractor and she sells courses on the internet. She said like million times that her husband's poor and he doesn't mean they're like bubbqus compared to her. It's like she's finding their lifestyle. Yeah, with her courses. I have to imagine this video is like going so viral. Like her courses are probably being sold through the roof. Yeah, because even me like and we are like discerning consumers. Like there's something there's like a there's something emotional about money. A glimmer of just like something attractive in that video where it's like spend with joy because you know what if you're going to have to spend on things which you do spend with joy. No, it's a joyous occasion.

No, I actually think what like my pit in my stomach every time I have to spend a lot of money is what keeps me financially stable. Nobody's like we go into a store and we shop and we buy things that we love and I'm so excited to buy them. Like seriously like take my money like this is so great and like you're like yeah, but by the way nobody has a pit about the things that they bought that they love. Like everything that like in life it's like you get a bill you don't expect or your air conditioner breaks or your car breaks down. Love what she thinks about that. Of course, I love spending money on my wedding. Like please, where's that energy when like you know your carburetor fails. Yeah or you know unexpected medical bills. Oh, I'm releasing this money with joy. Like joy. Please. I don't think that's what she's talking about. I'm just saying it's an easy message to spread. No, but I also feel like it's easy to find the worst case scenario. I'd be like what do you think about that? And it's like okay, that's not what I was talking about. But that's a lot of times when you release money. Like that's what you're releasing it for. Because if I'm paying for something that I want, I'm not releasing it. I'm just paying for it. I'm like, but when you have to like seal the money for my cold dead hands like because it's not something sexy like a bill insurance. Oh, she got a Nutera bill like please. Oh, Nutera. They are persistent.

They get you mail, text and email. I would say. Predatory and you know what I felt sick because they they're contacting me via text via email and via like regular mail. So you know what, I'll finally pay this bill. Paid it. I got a text. You know, Terrible has been paid within one second. I got another text. You're Nutera bill is ready. What I just paid it in full. They're disgusting. I'm not paying it. It's a documentary. Where is the Nutera documentary? I mean, the healthcare system in this country is so broken. It's broken. You guys know that. You know that. I can't. Amanda Frances knows that. I can't even get into it. And I won't, but just know like Nutera, I've got my eyes on your billing department. Something's a miss there. Yeah. Anyway, so that's your like money inspiration from Amanda Frances. Like take the pieces of it that you need. I wouldn't say take the whole thing. I wouldn't say put a $700,000 wedding on your credit card. Amanda, you're already married and like have a family with and this change is nothing. It's seriously a formality. Change is nothing. Amanda Frances is the Jim Kramer of our time. To be seen. Right. I'm waiting for the Amanda Frances documentary. And that doesn't

include her time in a cult. I actually think that's very interesting. It's the her story has yet to be written. You know, and I think she was supposed to be writing it on the real housewives, but it was what she might be the Warren Buffet of our time. She might be. She might not be. Better story. The rest is still on written. Well, I thought she was writing it. Remember, she was like typing up her memoirs in the back of the summer and writes them herself. Right, of course. Speaking of, I saw Crystal Kramer-Minkoff is back on TV. She works for Jeff Lewis, the radio host who like does Bravo stuff. And I guess they have a show now and Crystal Congress on it. It's kind of the hero character people are loving her. Hero character of a show. Yeah. A radio show. A TV show. They have a show in Bravo now. Oh, what's it called? Like Jeff Lewis live. I don't know. It's like another iteration of his radio show. Yeah, I think talking head stuff. Yeah, but it's not the actual radio show. It's like the drama behind it. It's like the interpop rules of like serious XM. And what is her role in it?

She's like a personality on his show and so she's like a part of the group. And there's like drama with the group. And is she in the drama? Yeah. It's just so funny because the criticisms of her were like no personality. I know what was drama. Like no. And I was watching a clip and the comments were like crystals, my queen. Like they love her and I'm like, you guys hated her when she was on. No, no, no. For her to go on and have a career on like being a personality. When like personality was the issue. Oh, I really feel like personality was her issue. I just felt like she was just in the wrong group. She was like kind of like sensitive and like woke and like talking about people's language. It's like girl, this is a real husband. It really hills. Like get out of here. She just like gave nothing. Well, gave nothing. Yes. Except she had a glam life. Of course. No, husband, the house, personalities and the dynamics and women like gave it. She was in a good fit. She was in a good fit with her ugly leather pants. For her to now be like Ratata. I don't know what, like maybe she plays like sort. I don't know what sort of role she plays like with in the radio group. In that world, like you're Ratata. No, actually, I think Jeff is a Ratata. And everybody sort of has like Ratata around him. Like, you know, he's kind of like the big personality. I don't know

actually. I don't know. I don't know. I don't listen. But based on what I like think I know about Jeff Lois is like it's his thing, you know, and everyone else is sort of like has to be come to well being like supplemental characters to the star. Okay. That's fine. Yeah. Kind of like us. Golden alumni. Nominating. Nominating. Let's get into the story since we sort of got into them already. Oh, we also Queenie and we need to say which I completely forgot to choose, but it'll come to me. It always does. It always does. Without further ado, it is time for the fast-by-story that yet ado need to know. Very excited. Today's episode is brought to you by Macy's, which we've been talking about all week. And actually, I don't know if I mentioned that. I went to the mall over the weekend. And one of the like sort of banner stores was Macy's. I had such an amazing shopping experience. Like everyone's gearing up for holiday. I was obviously there for turn self. I needed some braziers. Like I needed things like for myself. Like leggings. Bross. Things you guys don't see, but things like as a pregnant woman, you must invest in. And let me tell you, nothing tickles my fancy. Quite like the lingerie and intimate department of Macy's. Because let me tell you, the women

who work there, they know a female body better than a doctor. Okay. They looked at me. They said, come here. I chose out some grape bras. Obviously, I have a special, you know, if you need needs right now, when it comes to braziers, I need support. I need comfort. It's a lot of things. I don't need a bra that can make me nauseous, potentially. It's what got grape bras. They also have fab design or designs. And when we were talking about being comfortable releasing money, of course, Macy's came to mind about some sunglasses from Celine. Also, I bought, you know, she released it with joy with joy. I bought you low zuggings. I got some leggings, some Reebok leggings that I'm wearing today. They carry fab brands like Ruff Lauren, Burberry Selene, Selene, shopping in store and online with Macy's is always fab. Especially with the holiday season coming up. I think a lot of us, you know, we think it's October. We think we have time. You don't. You don't have time. And it's going to creep up on you. And if you're shopping for the man in your life, a woman in your life, a child in your life, and you just want to bang it all out in one store, let me tell you, Macy's is the place to go. First of all, I just love in store. The people who work there are just smart. They know exactly what you're looking for. They know exactly where to find it. They have so

much inventory, so much sizing. You can order stuff. You can send stuff. They also carry a bunch of different departments. So if you have somebody in your life who's like a huge beauty lover or like for a band, I'm always looking like the home department, looking for new knives. They have something for everyone. So whether you have a homemaker, a beauty trendsetter, a kid in your life, someone who's just like into the cozy lifestyle. I know a couple of people like that. Macy's has everything you could possibly need. So again, like really high end brands, really good pricing. They cover all different budgets. So if you're looking for something small or something a little bit more extravagant, you can get anything you really need off your list for anyone on your list at Macy's. And yeah, I can't even trust how like the experience I had at the store was just just really wonderful. I feel like me and the sales lady made a real Q-next-gen, especially in the Hoosiery department, Hoosiery. She saw something in me that I couldn't even see in myself, you know? And again, like Jackie got these bad plugins. I got these fab leggings from Reebok. I'll show you, I'm trying to show you guys, but I got this like a sporty look. She's into like her very sporty look.

If you have like a sporty friend who like wears lots of high socks, definitely check out the ETH leisure. They've got the sock department. Check out the, they have, they have, they have the department. The departments are department TIG. You can find me in the kitchen department. Yes, that's what I was. Shrack the Atlantic's butterfly collection. That's what Ben and I were looking for. He was like in the market, in the market for some new knives. He always is. I know. So you could check out Macy's online gift guide for even more ideas because sometimes you walk into a store knowing exactly what you're looking for. And sometimes you walk into a store like feeling lost and lonely and depressed or you want to a website and you're like, I don't even know what to do. So check out the gift guides for Macy's because it really helps hone in on like what you're looking for, especially if you're looking for one department, whether that's like makeup or home like we said. So check out Macy's online gift guides. You can shop in store for this holiday season and get ahead of the curve because like everybody is shopping and you're going to be left behind. Today's episode is also brought to you by Jolie. Jolie is like kind of the beauty hack that everyone is talking about. So if you spend like so much time money energy on like your skincare products, your haircare products, you might not even be realizing like sort of the most basic thing missing is the water that you shower in like not being premium and not being good for your

hair and skin. So Jolie is a beauty wellness company. They have a clinically proven shower filtered shower head designed to remove chlorine and heavy metals that can damage your skin and hair. The shower head installs in minutes fits all showers and delivers amazing pressure and elevates any space. The small upgrade can make a significant difference in how your skin and hair feel all year long. So it's like so simple. I think I would say I'm a big fan of getting you know 100 dollar face cream and a special hair mask. But if you're not even showering with good water, it's all sort of pointless and you will feel the difference in like how your hair brushes you ever get at the shower and your hair is like crunchy and hard and just not good. There could actually be like chlorine in your water. So Jolie is such an easy swap. First of all, it's very aesthetic. So I think a lot of people feel afraid to swap out their shower head because like, oh, I have this party shower head. Well, it's probably not part of the ones that Jolie comes in a bunch of different finishes. It's really aesthetic and it stalls in minutes and fits all showers. So it's universal. It's very effortless way to elevate your daily routine. So before you do any skincare or haircare, just know that Jolie is the baseline because if your water isn't right, nothing else is going to perform the way that it should. And just like from a shallow aesthetic point of view, your shower will look very chic. And if you have a shower head

that you hate and that's ugly and you think you're just stuck with it. First of all, get a Jolie because it's good for your hair and skin. And two people don't realize like it's actually really easy to install and almost every shower it fits. Like it's part day. And then you're just going to start feeling like you're at a luxury spa and expensive hotel when you're taking a shower, which is amazing. So try Jolie risk free for 60 days by going to jolie skinco.com slash toast. That's jolie skinco.com slash T O A S T. Jolie is also available now in Target and Costco. Both online and in store. Thank you, intern. You're welcome. Our first story at Harper and I like seriously can't take it. I'm sorry. Do you have tons? No, of course not. Like why would I have tons? As a pregnant person who suffers constantly with Tom. Like why would I such a silly question? Why would I have a Tom? Our first story. Oh my god. We have a time in studio. I'll take one. I'll take one. Located one thing in my may and Dr. Fox is like such a big. Am I taking too many tons? And he's like, there's no such thing like calcium is so good for you. Yeah. Yeah. I got to get my pepsid game in my first pregnancy. I was like, it got so bad. I was like, aren't we're taking pepsid? Yeah. Daily. Oh, I'm sorry. I'm fine. I'm fine. Don't

wait. Like seriously, I'm just not worried. Tell us what will perform at the Academy Museum Gala. So tell us what is set to perform at the upcoming Academy Museum Gala. The evening, which takes place on October 17th serves as a fundraiser for and takes place at the Academy Museum of motion pictures in Los Angeles. So this is the event every year where everyone shows up in front of the lamps. They yeah, and everyone's there. Is this Lakma? I think it's Lakma. There's like two events every year that are black tie every a list or goes to and like we don't know what they're for and who they're about. This is one of them. Everyone goes. Everyone looks pargy. It's the cremde la crem and Taylor is performing. Details are still under wraps, but it's likely the shoe will perform. I knew it. I knew you from Toy Story. Oh, because it's motion picture. It's movies. Right. Right. Okay. I want to know. And the Gala is considered a major stop for Oscar hopefuls. So she is going to be an Oscar not worth. Thank you. So we're very similar in that sense. We are running a Golden Globes campaign. She's running an Oscars campaign, which would probably be us in a few years. So we should take note. I'll sing. Okay. She'll sing. I understand. You

do what you got to do. This will be a pargy event. Everyone's always there. I hope her and Travis walk the carpet. Won't be televised or anything. Like we want to be able to see this or maybe we'll get that like we'll get a video probably when I saw this. I thought she was performing at the Grammy Academy. You know, they do those like little concerts. I'm like, she hasn't done one since 1989 where she wore the black turtleneck. I'm like, I've watched those videos on YouTube a thousand times. I think she just did like an interview there and she's saying, I knew what I knew. She's like, obviously on like an I knew what I knew you tear. This is not that. We won't be ending like pargy high quality YouTube videos that live in perpetuity forever. But fine. Sure. We'll probably get like some reels of her singing it, you know, just like how she did it when she did it at the Disney thing with the guy. Brandy. Newman. Yeah, I'm not going to complain to Ella Swift, like leaving the house is good for the economy. It's good for my mental health. Obviously, I could always want more. But I'll take it. As Liz Woods pointed out the Kardashians always go. It's very interesting when Taylor goes to like very populated events with other celebrities because she doesn't go to the MacAla. She goes to her own thing. She goes to the Aristotle and she goes to the cheese games like where she's the queen and she goes to the BMAs where she's the queen. But she

only shows up at a war shows where she knows like her ops won't be and she's the number one most famous girl in the group. And so for her to go to like sort of a a sceny event, that's not her scene. Like she doesn't really do that. Yeah, I hope Travis goes with her. Even though it's October 17. So we're still in season. What day of the week? Well, today's the 10th. Oh, it's a week from today. And what day to the chiefs play because you know, it's not always on Sunday. Yeah, I feel that a Friday. Yeah, no, it's not happening. So which like go to friend will be her plus one. This isn't working. Yeah. Or maybe it's like, I feel like maybe this is one of his last years playing. So she's like really going to be there for him. And then after he retires, I could be there for her. And the plus one of the moment is Dakota. And she's obviously like an actress. So she might just be going as well. Also, someone pointed out like they're Taylor and Dakota. They're Taylor and Dakota less talks. Yeah, but that's crazy. It is. We were saying, Taylor and Dakota and Taylor and Dakota. Yeah, I guess like I don't know if I ever really sat down and thought that Dakota Mortensen. The is that his name? I think so. I don't know. I sound like

if it's on his name, who's name is it? I agree. Looks like we got a cat. Dakota Mortensen. Sometimes we go to camp. Yes, sometimes I'll say the name of someone on this show. And it's like, we're talking about a celebrity. I'll accidentally say like Taylor. And it's like someone we like randomly went to camp with that. I'm not even friends with on Facebook. Let's like come some the deepest recesses of my mind. And I feel like mortified that I was even so I was like, when you just were like, I mean like that. I was like, who I'm like, it's at our bully from middle school. Like, I was like, who's Dakota Mortensen? I got scared. You should be scared of it. I don't know if I ever knew what a con just let all that he has the same name as Dakota Johnson. Like that's weird. Yeah. And then like Taylor swiped in Taylor Frankie Paul. Yeah. I guess there's like this. Like me and that goes around like, are you in a Taylor handle it like a Taylor Swift or a Taylor Frankie? Unfortunately, like I'm going to handle it like a Taylor Frankie. But my goal throughout the years is I, you know, morph into a better woman, mother, sister and friend is to handle it like Taylor's left. Yeah. But like, I have a little bit of Taylor Frankie Paul in me. Yeah. I think

everyone does, which is why you're supposed to like a piece of her that people could relate to. Yeah. You know, she's not perfect. Uh-huh. She's messy. Yeah. But maybe we don't. Maybe we actually, I don't, I think even when I started watching the show, I never did. And that was something where I was like, I don't get this Taylor hype. I actually agree with that. But then she did a few things that I endured her to me, but I never really like felt like saw any part of yourself in her. No. I actually agree. Maybe everyone has a little bit of Taylor for you. Paul and them, except you like, I don't see even like a little bit ever heard. Like I can't even explain. Like I really relate to her like, and this is something I'm really working on. And I do think I've gotten better reaction. I'm very reactive. And it's like in the moment, I'm so angry. And I think I'm so right. And then like a few minutes later, I'm like, okay, that was too much. Like I did too much. And then you like lose any ground you stand on. So I'm really working on that. I feel like I've gotten so much better. You have. And I wouldn't even like, like, unless, and hers are crazy. Yeah, we're because we're talking about it. I could see like, yes, you react. She reacts. But like when you're reacting, not like you're being Taylor. No, no, no, but like, we could all work on our reactions a little bit. Yeah. And she's like, it's so emotional. And like,

me too, I'll always start crying. Like, it's not a good look. I really need to work on that. But no, I, there's no peace of me. But no. But no. Um, anyways, congratulations to Lerid. I hope you crush it. Break a leg. And I hope somebody's there with like a high quality camera. All these iconic performances like at the mechella that never gets shown. Seriously, what's the point? Celebrities don't even care. Yeah. I bet like, literally no one's going to be seated for Taylor's performance because they're all like jealous and hate her. And like, they're going to be in the bathroom with the Kardashians like Smongi's cigarettes. I wonder which Kardashians will go like definitely Kylie and Timothy. Definitely Kylie and definitely Kim and Lewis. Oh, Lewis. Definitely Kim, like, she's fancies herself in actress now. And like, this is a huge true affair. But also the Kardashians like, just go to every major event in Los Angeles. And they're not scared. And they're showing up with their sisters and they have like an industry at their back. Everybody's friends with them. Like, they're so powerful. But so is Taylor. But for some reason, she runs scared. Like, why doesn't she still go to the mechella? She went for so long. And she was on the board. It was only after all the drama that she stopped going. But like, what are you? I don't think she's afraid of something like because she's not. Right. And I do think a lot

of times Taylor is just genuinely too famous to go to places like Beyonce. Actually, Taylor could take a note out of Beyonce's book. Beyonce goes nowhere. And that's so good for her image. Like, she's not going to the VMAs. Like, she's too cool for that. Like, she would never. And I think like, Taylor's sometimes shows up to things that she shouldn't show up to. But then she doesn't go to things that she should go to. Like, Beyonce still every couple of years goes to the mechella. No, like, why doesn't she go to the mechella? What is the reason? Well, I think she's a lot of mechella trauma. Of course, like, getaway car. Like, that's where she met Tom Hiddleston. That's not a reason. No, no, no. Not one of this amazing party anymore because I one time met a guy that I really like. And it is, it's an important sort of chapter in her story. I don't know why, especially because it's like a big thing for like big athletes too. Like Tom Brady and Jacelle always. I don't know why she hasn't gone. Maybe now that she's married. Maybe she will. I think a lot of times, of course, scheduling conflicts with the Irish tour or whatever. Maybe now. No, there's tea. Maybe she has beef with anna. It's not just that she's like afraid that it's Kardashian turf. Well, again, and there are also where many years where not only was she like mechella queen, but she was also like queen of vogue. She was on the September issue like two years and around one time with Carly Claus. Like, you're like a darling of Conda and asked. Yeah. And now it's only like Kim Kylie and Kendall

who go. Yeah, Chloe didn't have fun and Courtney hated her outfit. And you know what I hated it too. Yeah. So I don't know. I think I don't think it's just about that. I think there might be drama behind the scenes like like outside of the Kardashian. I feel like Demi Lovato has spoken about the fact like she got to go to the mech Allen. It's like, yeah, it's so cool. But she had the worst time. She felt like everyone was staring at her. Like she felt so insecure. She felt so out of place. She never went back. Like sometimes you just don't like it. But Taylor, like said, yeah. And she went so many times. Yeah. And you can't say the same thing. No. Someone should look into that. I feel like Lily Reinhardt also went and like hated it and talked shit about it. But I feel like Lily Reinhardt's kind of had a little bottom in. Don't you feel that? Like I feel like the Lily Reinhardt we know now is so different than the Lily Reinhardt who got famous with Riverdale. Because she was kind of like radical. She's like always like against the institution. And like she didn't want to be too skinny and like pretty. Yeah. And like she hated that Kim war like a corset that made her look skinny. And she was like a very like an anti-establishment celebrity. And I feel like that didn't work for her. And now she's just like, yeah, I fall in line. I'm pretty and here's a pretty dress. Yeah. And I'm a woman in a romcom. Yeah. I feel like I could see her now.

Like we're regretting having said those things about the Met Gala. Yeah. Because I don't think that gets you invited back. Like saying a good thing. No, she's honest. She has closed her mouth a bit. No, I'm telling you. She's had a change of heart. Maybe it's just like growing up. Like you get famous at a young age and like you're a lot to change your mind about things. But I feel like she's so different than the gal that we once knew. Maybe or maybe like she started her career suffered. Because I love course. Yeah, when you're always just like melting off about something. Like you're always complaining. I don't like it. And it's very coming for other women too. And it's all in the spirit of like womanhood. It's like, oh, people stop coming from running like, what did she come at Kim for? Oh, for doing like a crash diet on the Maryland man's in Maryland, Maryland Monroe dress. It's like, okay. Yeah. Maybe it's just like who's skinny now? Also, part of growing up is like not everything you think and feel has to be said on a platform. Like it just doesn't happen. You don't have to say everything that you think. Like until maybe she just sang less or it affected her career. Nobody won't. I don't know. Or she just grew up. Like sometimes you get famous at a young age and you're like a little young radical. I don't think she grew out of it. I just want to say you know, I think she's like where it was inconvenient. That

pink dress and she's going home and burning it. Yeah. Like the girl who is like doing this love hypothesis press store wearing all these iconic being like so like all these movies where we get all this attention based off of her look and all these movies that don't pass the backdoor test. She would never back in the day. She's burning them when she gets home. I'm telling you she hasn't changed. But like I don't like change your don't change. I didn't bother me. I like the movie. Yeah. I like the love hypothesis. And like I'm sorry that but you are pretty. I'm sorry that happened to stop hiding it. That's a reminder of my favorite. Oh, at a list of phrases that I love is when boy George said to chop her own, the world is at your feet. Stop kicking it. phrases. Good terms and phrases. Oh, do we have a list like that already? Yes we do. So add it's not a bug. It's not a feature. Okay. Oh no. It's a feature. Not a bug. Stealing Peter to pay Paul. Robbing Peter to pay Paul. What did I say? That's what I said. And then the world is at your feet. Stop kicking it. I don't think that's a phrase. I think that's a boy George original. I think so too. All phrases got to start somewhere. Would you like to

know your other favorite? Yeah. What else to be put on that? So there are a couple things. Flaburt on there? No, but there are a couple different ones like like using words as an adjective like a Rachel Dulles all you like that. Oh yeah. We should Rachel Dulles all more. The call is coming from inside the house. Well that one has gained like a lot of popularity. Yes. It's I think when we added it to the list it was underrated and now it's pretty rated. We all have a role to play in the war to cut. I love that one. Love that. Don't interrupt your enemy when he's making a mistake. That is a great phrase. Redicol. Another word adjective. Sparky pilastry. We do not use Sparky pilastry as a verb enough. Yeah. Then some other additions is the blank in the room. This is under a section of this is old. Claudius additions. Yeah. This is old. Like when people started saying that on the internet it was such a good people being like it's when I look so glad and someone's like is the glamour in the room. Now it's overplayed. Yeah. But I remember saying I wanted to like start saying it more because when I would see people saying it online I thought it was really fun. I think we said it. I know it's been beaten up. It was a cheat. Yes

agreed. A multitude of sins. And then history is written by the victors. That's a chilling one when you think about it. And then like another enter and then just eating crow. Dark. It's the list. Another day another list. Another day another list. Are you ready for an next story? Megan Markle was spotted out to dinner with Malala. You're kidding me. GNO. GNO. Megan and Malala in. Well, they're my Malala. She's going to show up for you least to expect her to. Like the fact that she's like a women's rights activist who is shot in the face is just merely like a small fact about her because she's also just like a girl. I think she went to the eras store. Like you obviously wouldn't expect to see Malala use her for the eras store but it's like why not? She's just a girl. Of course not. The girl wants to enjoy her girl. Right. And whose girlhood was like literally almost taken from her. Yes. By the tally. And like the point is to go to the eras store. Of course. And I don't know why I just like put her in a box of like serious young women. Quite a lot. She's only 29. And it's like she's the target. Where would it's 29 year. The eras store. Yeah. I don't know if she went to the eras store but I'm using that as like

she's always a going place. I'm like yeah. At first I'm like oh that's weird. I'm like wait no it's not like it's literally just Malala. Like she's just enjoying her freedom. Yeah literally. And she took her freedom to meet up with Megan Markle. And you know what? London. They went to the FOIA and Reading Room at Clarages. The famed hotel in London's May. I heard of it. I heard of it. It was a catch up between friends is what a source tells you. Well Malala is 29. I didn't know that. Obviously she has a maturity by on her years. And it's like funny because to me she's like 100 but also 17 because like she's famous or known for the thing that happened to her when she was a young girl but she's such a serious activist and I'm like okay but she's also 50. Yeah. Nobody. She's 29 and Megan's 45. So sort of unlikely friends but not really. No I would say unlikely friends. Okay. Okay. I mean they both like Megan is about women right like she's always she shares that video about the dishwasher. Megan is about women. That's a good point. Do you know the dishwasher pod story? Yeah. She wrote a letter to like the Canadian dishwasher company that was like doing commercials for their dishwasher like soap and Megan was

mad that like the only people in the commercials doing dishes were women. And like sorry that they accurately reflected culture because I've never seen my husband do the dishes. I'm marketed to people who use their product because I respect the message. And if you saw commercial of like man doing dishes like I wouldn't buy that soap actually. Obviously that product is inferior. No no no if I actually saw like a commercial for a dish washing pods and it was all men doing the dishes. I would say okay um obviously this company is inferior like their soap can't even be used by men because I've seen my husband do the dishes. So you're telling me he's using the soap I would use. No and I would say like oh so then men who do dishes will buy that soap and you'll have zero cost. Good luck with your tails. But she is she's woman you know female founder, confessional. Yes. So I see where they probably talked a lot about women. Yeah. And just like I feel like they are in the same world of like definitely upper echelon they're also like upper echelon activists philanthropists. And I wouldn't even call it like you remember her a celebrity. Yeah right. Taped here. Yeah. I hope they had fun. You think they had cocktails. You

think Milala drinks for sure. I mean why not a little. When you've been shot in the face I feel like there's nothing you won't do. At the Clare. Milala totally knows it has like a nagrone you know. You think so. Thousand percent. I think Megan has a white wine. Oh Megan is so San Chete. Like I just feel like whenever you're there's two people out to dinner like you you split like you drink the same day. Oh a bar. I'll have what she's having. Yeah even though yeah. Like I'm not drinking away. Why not you're drinking dequila. Unless we're both doing cocktail. Unless you're going out with me and it's like I don't care what you're having. I'm getting the same thing no matter what. Yeah like I'm not a shareer. Oh you're getting a. Laudia. You have such a wild side that everyone should get to know. You sing and you dance at any place we go. Can we just see my big sis Olivia tonight. Are you? Oh you are seeing her. Of course you are. She's about. So cute. Cute girls tonight. Our next story is a little podcasting news. They just saw this coming. Is it about the golden gloves? No it's about our felon golden gold.

Fellow golden globes nominee nominee Joe Rogan has renewed another nine figure Spotify deal. You're kidding. Is this his third one? So I think so. The relationship started in 2020 and they are extending that relationship under the agreement Spotify will continue to handle ad sales and licensing for Joe Rogan which is available across multiple services. Terms have not been disclosed. You know everybody tries to keep their numbers under wraps and nobody does like I feel like the gigley squad number wasn't released and then like insiders came out and shared. Joe Rogan's like never really get released. No they do and it's he's estimated and the gigley squad was a similar thing where it's like they didn't say he this is it but it's the streets are right. The streets say an estimated earn out of $250 million over the term. That was I think I think his last he was 250 and then the first one was like a hundred. Yeah and his new deal is similar to the one that was 250. That's what you know if he might be the first podcasting billionaire. He's on his trending. Yeah. Oh and Spotify is this new thing. Not now but where you can see

because like you can't really see how many people listen to a podcast like so a lot of people like look like they have a little listener or maybe they don't or a lot of people don't look like they have a lot of answers and they do and yeah like on Spotify you can see that's the only platform that gives you metrics like 50k. Three million one million two million plus one million plus two million like almost all of his episodes this one four Andrew human million four million the Luke Holmes on his seven million so it's like I don't know how many podcasters are at that level. Well those are insane numbers. Insane numbers to sustain over so long. Spotify said of him Joe has built something incredibly enduring and his show continues to resonate with a massive global audience because there's something not simply nothing else like it. And you know what else is that I feel like when Spotify wanted to enter the podcast game because we now like every time I listen to a podcast I listen to it on Spotify. Back in the day like there really wasn't the case so they made this like concerted effort to start like snatching up shows and Joe was the first one they snatched up and I feel like probably they're most successful like of course in terms of getting people to switch like to do because people listen to you're wrong and like listen to a lot of podcasts like

no but it was kind of smart because it was only on Spotify right here. No it's not on Apple again but it doesn't even matter people are accustomed to listening on Spotify. Yeah but I'm saying like the type of people he brought to Spotify like our people who probably listened to a lot of the cuberman and all the Tim Dylan and so now they ended up listening to all of their podcasts on Spotify and I feel like if I'm at Spotify I give him whatever he wants. Yeah they said Spotify's podcast business has grown alongside JRE over the years and we're excited to keep building on that partnership for years come. Yeah like talk about delivering in your partnership. Yeah I feel jealous of course $250 million is just like I like I actually feel no amount of money is like enough for me but that really and then of course I've just played it with you. Well I've heard that 200 million like is the sweet spot for an earth. I didn't know maybe like a reals or something for a network for a network because like any higher in your monster and like it's not real and you're not like living you're just out of touch obviously. Obviously. But 200 million you get everything you want and enjoy it. Yes but you can also lose 200 million dollars and I think like the threat of being able to go broke not. It should keep you. Shumbo a fat hard working 100%.

I don't think Elon Musk could go broke if he wanted to you know what I mean. And that's threatening. Yeah but Elon is different even from other like billionaire he doesn't even have a home. Oh yeah he's one of those Shaolin woodley types. Sorry just based on how to say just these. Yeah yeah. That just want to say I know I've said this once and I'll say it again will never be me. No I know. They say like if I win the lottery I won't say but there will be signs. And I just want to say about Joseph though of course you know green with envy over his deal like it's also so great what he does for like that. For fellow podcasters. For fellow podcasters that like he like he sets the bar and then he also meets it like some people get a huge deal and they don't deliver and then those huge deals don't go out. They'll come to other podcasters. You know what I mean? And he also like lifts up a lot of other podcasters on his show like he's doing good work in the industry. It's true it's good for the medium. He is the medium. Well obviously I'm jealous I am extremely happy for you Joe. You did it Joe. We did it Joe.

We didn't do anything. We did it. We did. Are you ready for our next story? If it's our next story that's brought to you. Bye. Built. Here's a question. Our next story Crazy Rich Asians is returning for an HBO sequel series with original stars. So Crazy Rich Asians the beloved movie. The best movie ever made to watch on a plane is officially receiving a sequel series on HBO. A lot of the main characters are reprising their roles from the film Constance Wu and Henry Golding are coming back as Rachel Chu and Nick Young and Ronnie Chang and Michelle Yo are also

reprising their roles. So Ronnie is the cousin Eddie and Michelle is the mother-in-law. Love this. I'm like like I hate sequels. I hate when people like don't let sleeping dogs lie. But this movie is so good and yeah sure and Constance Wu like I'm cheering for her like she got canceled just for like being a bitch you know and it's like okay who has been stuck to her. Yeah I know I feel like she was really treated unfairly like I'm sure she was a bitch like okay it's literally not a crime like I'm just so over it and I feel like she had like a concerted effort a few years ago to like come back and like it's really sticky there and I kind of feel bad for her like I don't remember what she did but I just remember it being like not that bad. I don't remember exactly but yeah it was just like being mean yeah classic stuff but maybe she just wasn't out of place in her career where she could like withstand those allegations she still needed like new parts and like to curry favor and nobody wanted to work with her and nobody wanted to work with her so it does feel like more than that because it like I guess like the public was the one who canceled her but like if the industry has your back like you'll know it felt like industry the public doesn't care it felt like she got kind of like black balls yeah the public doesn't care right what happened on your set

really like how she was mean and it's like I think on a subconscious level we know that every single celebrity is like a nasty little bitch and it's like some have better ways of hiding it it's true and like plenty of people like J.Lo and Maya Carrie have like those diva and we love it allegations and it's just like to me and I only came out through a cell phone at her assistant's face like it's just part of their brand 100% and I think it was more industry than anything else because the public really doesn't care like that on your set she barked in order for her lunch like it's such a like when I really think about it at a glance she was on that show fresh off the boat with Randall Park it was so popular and then crazy rejections and it's like literally what happened to her hustlers hustlers that was like a good role for her but didn't stick not a lot of momentum meanwhile a lot of people from the original movie have gone on to do big things michelle yo wicked John M.Coe the director oh it's crazy rejections John M.Coe you know what I see like the wicked vibe in like the the way that the visual of the

crazy rejections maybe is um love this like I don't know what the premise is maybe it's like their kids having like a so it's going to be eight episodes delve into the characters in the worlds of Kevin Quann's books so I think there are sequel books oh you know what there are sequel books yes so getting it they get to work and John and she was already it's already written it's not gonna be bad I love it should love another movie I don't know why they're gonna do maybe just series are more profitable than movies these days yeah but yeah why not a crazy rejections sequel especially there's like there's like a running joke on the internet that like when you get on a plane like the first thing you have to do is put on crazy rejections it has like a resurgence with a younger audience too I think there's like it would be such a good time to do a movie I agree it must be more profitable to do a series like the movies just aren't what they used to be and a lot of books don't have sequels so like when they make a sequel out of a book like it's like okay you're just making shit up um but like game of Thrones famously had like a million books and that was done really well so when books have sequels and then the sequels also get turned twilight no one of my goals in life has been to learn majon so I could finally understand what happened in

that final scene between Rachel and the mother of law when like she obviously did something very gracious towards the mother of law and letting her win so Rachel had majon but she didn't call it because she knew the piece that the mom needed so she waited till she got the piece and literally gave it to her and then walked away and showed her tiles being like I'd majon the whole time but like I let you win and I let you think that you won because she was walking away from your relationship yeah she was walking away I need to watch and I guess the piece was the boy the side it's like you win but because I let you win exactly I have to watch it now yeah chills chills uh uh uh uh truly beautiful metaphor culturally relevant beautiful oh I really show actually getting like it's just such a good movie it really is aquafina so this is gonna be great love I approve and you know I hate when people can't come out of the original ideas but you know what I'm okay with this one but this isn't even like them excavating something that did like there's more books the movie was huge great yeah are you ready for our next our fifth and final story um Karen Reed series has been

ordered at amazon starring Karen is Karen Reed Elizabeth Banks as Karen Reed oh I mean why not to be second to like place Elizabeth Banks the first time that you were gonna say Elizabeth Olson and I was excited about that I don't know why and it can't see Elizabeth Banks doing like a good job at anything serious like she's so like you know well so is Karen Reed right Karen Reed but like it's such a serious story like she was accused of murder no and Karen Reed is not she's not a big she's like a tough boss and cookie like she's crazy intense though she's intense in no intense is a perfect word but serious as far as we know her in her public life yeah um amazon video has ordered the scripted Karen Reed series starring an executive produced by Elizabeth Banks it'll be eight episodes drama okay inspired by law and crime and audible oh it's based on a podcast oh I guess amazon also had a probably an original podcast about it by the law and crime and audible original podcast Karen

Karen that's a good name that's a good name for the show yeah um okay I'm not to be confused that movie Karen with um Karen Manning from I get clips of that movie sometimes I'm like not in the way I get clips of girl basement okay I meant to tell you the movie I'm currently watching on reels is girl in the basement which is based on a true story it's chilling the father and the kids it's disgusting and the kids they brought upstairs I've seen it on reels oh my god I that movie was very upsetting it finally goes to the nursing and running I also didn't know because I watch it I'm like oh this is an Oscar nominated movie it's a lifetime movie do you know that of course a lot of reels movie so I had no I didn't know that I didn't know that I like like the high drama story line like and they only have to find the best bit yeah it's their right for like a straight to reels yep um Karen the movie with Karen Manning was a crazy time a thousand percent so Karen read the story or Karen Karen Manning we'll see which is better

Karen Manning um and that sort of ended her career she's had an interesting career no it didn't enter career she like comes and goes like she was literally from crossroads for a decade then she just came and got a role on um orange is blue black which I think gave us a bit of a resurgence but then she disappeared for a little bit then she came back for that one random movie Karen and I haven't seen her since no that movie Karen is career ending as it should be I look forward to seeing what she does next yeah in a few years but in the meantime Elizabeth Banks is playing Karen read I think I will continue to ignore the story in general I might watch it and they did during the trial and you know you just can't take everything on really you really can't um time for Queenie and we need the week yes obviously the Queenies are the nominees I didn't want to say it but obviously yeah and I would say that the weenies are everybody else on the list because good like thinking you're gonna beat us and the Queenies are obviously the golden globes for recognizing us and like seeing in us what we do see on ourselves but and you know what I would say also for the golden

globes for taking a chance on us because obviously like we should be nominated for everything all the time but we a lot of people are afraid we don't get nominated and then they all go from like the same list of like oh the four of us and thank you for taking a chance of like recognizing us and it takes such like critical thinking skills honestly like the first one to be like the what's me the first girls are doing nobody wants to be the first everybody wants to be the first golden globes so sweetie that video you were telling me about about the girl and then yeah weenies will be our loser the losers not a it won't be us because even if we don't win we're winners baby thank you guys have an amazing day we'll see you on Monday love you bye fall never arrives all at once verse the air then the light and slowly the things you love begin to find each other a jacket meets a dress a hoodie slips beneath a blazer an old cap

finds a new scarf because you don't simply step into the season you create it layer by layer until it finally feels like fall find fall your way at Ross
