Good morning, girl, is it's the tall. It's Jackson Claude and where your house. It's your favorite show. The fast five things you need to know will start your day off. Swirly, it's the toast. It's on amazing. Welcome back to the toes and happy Monday. Have it report my like symptoms have subsided. I'm so bad. You could probably hear it like in the sort of chipper nature of my voice. Yes, we can hear it in the chipper nature in the chipper nature. And although my feel like symptoms have subsided, it didn't stop us from spending no time together this weekend. Like I was just sort of quarantined. So hey, how are you? I'm good. How are you? I missed you. You did? I don't even think I saw you since toast. No, I like ran out of here. I'm so not feeling good. Which is nuts. I'm not saying in Jackie's house anymore. By the way, I just want to make a video. I was in my room. I was in her room. I really didn't see you.
How are you? How are you? I'm good. My weekend was great. Lots of fun. Cowboys won. Huge for the community. So to the chiefs, I happen to be like on the channel. How did the 49ers do? I'm not sure. Because you know like that's your family. Yeah, like in our family, like Jackie's family, like the cowboys team, the cowboys, the chipperos of the giants and we're not really a football family. We're the nicks, obviously. Topters love the 49ers. And so all the kids are like, just really love 49ers. I'm like, sure. Yeah, bottom of sure. No, they ask you what is Ruby love? And like if you think about what team you and Ben love, like it's the one where you know the most people. Oh, and actually I love you a couple of story. I think they won. And it's the 49ers. Yeah. And of course, Ruby feels a kidnship too. Collette McCaffrey. Of course, his fellow mogul pick a let's CEO and founder. Um, yeah. Yes, I mean, it's a great weekend, but I literally didn't see you. Yeah, I know. So we have a lot of catching up today. Yeah, about a pair of sunglasses. Not a big deal. I went to them all. It was so hot yesterday. It was, but it's like better than it's been. It was in the 80s. It's been in the 90s. It was in the 90s yesterday. Was it? The mall was popping.
The only place to be was the mall. That's great. Oh, my ad air conditioning was pumping. We were watching football. Oh, and major update in my life. I'm now an intramural mom. Oh, and more than that. And I didn't know what kind of like intramural sports mother I would be. I could have guessed. Let me tell you, I'm very intense. Well, you know, we were actually raised by a crazy intramural sport parent, our dad used to come and like legit embarrassed the shit out of us. Like get thrown out screaming. And we were like pretty good. So like I get why it was like fun and exciting for him. So it's kind of in your blood. It is in my blood. And I'm a competitive person. You are. Like I said, I'm in it to win it. Which by the way, remind me, I want to say one more thing about dancing with the stars. But sure, sure, sure. All that aside, we started intramural sports. And I got to see what kind of, you know, soccer mom I will be. I got to hear what kind of mom you would be. I tell you, I'm not saying my seat. No, of course not. Who could I have a ball? I said the ball. You're literally going to get kicked out. And more than just being like an intense soccer mom, I'm also the coach's wife. Huge responsibility, by the way. Did you provide snacks?
We did provide snacks. You did. Yes, our family was in charge of snacks. Like are you always in charge of snacks? Or this? No, it takes a turn. Just yesterday was our turn for snacks. It's honestly a lot of pressure. And I was like, I would love to do on this stage, age like. Oh, die. Allergins. Of course, I would love to do orange slices because I think that's a great. Like you don't want like a thick. A sugary. Yeah. Or even we wound up going with pretzels. A timeless classic. I know, but like it's a very drying snack when you're in the middle of an intense sporting game. I guess that's true. And what beverages did you provide? Simply water? Small water bottles. Small, naked water bottles. Like I think that when I felt good about it, I wasn't going to do juice. Like we need to hydrate them. No, no, no, no. When we used to play like intramural leagues, like we were literally eating food. And we were like, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. You know what? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. We don't know. I don't know. We don't know. It's not like intramural leagues. Like we were literally eating like pop-em donuts, sugary sodas. On the sidelines. Like times of change, you cannot pull shit like that anymore. So we.
It's the right market or bus. Yeah. So we got pretzels because I felt like that was safe. But it was also like, I don't know. Like pretzels didn't feel right. So we also got like the mango fruit strips. Love that. Yeah. A little fruitiness. Did you happen to get grain free pretzels? Yeah, they're pretty safe and like if you're allergic to pretzels like you probably brought your own snack. If you're allergic to pretzels like I don't think you can play an intramural league like it's sort of a dire circumstance. So not only was I the mom but I'm the coach's wife which is a lot of response. Amy could use a couch. That begs the question. Amy could to be the couch. It is. Is it? There's a lot of pressure. It is so far. It's been great. Are you going to be hosting like team practice at your house like? I think so. We need to practice. Big time. So you lost. Okay. We definitely need to practice. Are they at the age where like they declare winners and losers? I feel like for a while. Oh, they did. So you were just a big loser. I feel like for a while. I thought they don't like and kids need to lose. I'm sorry. Like it's not like real one. Well, one of you stuck in one and you did it. But I feel like in this day and age, until they turn like 10, they don't tell them who wins and who like what the score. Oh, not in wherever I am.
Like which good. Like I wouldn't enroll in a league that doesn't have winners and losers. I know what now like we have something to work towards. Of course. Those kids were definitely bigger than our kids though. The odds were sex against you. It's true. It was like Globo Jim. Literally. Yeah. And you're just average shows. And we were average. Average taxes. But we're going to take the champion. It's just the beginning. It's just the beginning. I'm a real. I'm a real. I'm a real. That is hilarious. Yeah, it was hysterical. So that's what I was up to. Well, I was just like kind of losing sleep. You know, do I look tired? No, you look beautiful. Not a trick question. I feel like I've been put in. No, not a trick question. I had such a crazy evening. I had this like terror. You know, the pregnancy dreams are just horrible. Live it. So I had this absolutely like horrendous dream that Ben died. And when I like woke up in the middle and I like choking, I couldn't get over it. Like I woke Ben up. And like literally I probably laid in bed crying for two hours. Like I literally couldn't go back to sleep. Finally, I go back to sleep only for like my alarm to come up. 30 minutes later. And so obviously I was in such a bad mood because I just fall in that.
I say even so I'm like spending the whole morning like raging at Ben. And he was like, you were literally five minutes ago crying that you were going to miss me so much when I died. And now you're screaming at me. The duality of woman. The duality of woman. I just remembered my dream. It was very vivid and kind of a nightmare. It was. No, it was that I decided to sit down for an interview. Yes, it was like a it was like an interview with a photo shoot where they were going to like make me look ugly on purpose. You know, oh my god. Why would you sit down for that? I don't know. It was the interviewer. I don't know when I just I think some weird girl and she said like she had watched two patreon videos. And like she didn't even think that you knew it. I was already like planning my head was going to text my publicist like how dare you. I'm a good. I was like, that isn't nightmare. It was enough to me. I never not that I was doing any interviews and I don't do interviews. But I feel like reassured. I believe that I will not be giving an interview. And then like right before I woke up she started to ask me a question about like what it's like to be plus size. Oh.
Oh. I don't know what to say. I don't know what to say about like that. It's a trap. It was a trap. Yeah. It's a trap for you. Yeah. So we got new chairs by the way. I can't do. We have a new chair. We got new chairs after jackies. Oh, and we've custom pillows. Yeah. And like we just need the pillows to be seen. And maybe it could be like an emotional support pillow after the nightmare. So we've had we have custom pillows, a bouquet chairs. And we're just like genuinely unstoppable. We're unstoppable. And I also wanted to say about dancing with the stars because I had a thought. Oh, yeah. Here's your thing. Because my new favorite like mental game is like thinking about us on dancing with the stars. How could we could we would we. Someone commented something that sort of sent me on a a tailspin into our ideal scenario for dancing with the stars. They said that we would have to do it together. Yeah. And yes, we would have to be on the same season like much like Jen and Whitney. Well, much like Jen and Whitney. But we are bound by blood. They always hated each other. We love each other. We would support each other.
That way we could like all move out to LA. We would do the show like it would be as difficult, transit, like right, right, right. And as sisters, we would have to compete with brothers. Mal and maximum. Okay. I'm down. Wouldn't that be interesting? I just want to watch that. I just feel like it's hard to get cast on dancing with the stars, let alone twice. You know what I mean? But we're huge stars and honestly, I agree with what she said. And honestly, like there's not a lot of huge stars on the show. Like I feel confident that I'm famous enough right now to go on dancing with the stars, given the cast of dancing with the stars. Right. I might not have said that last year, but this year I'll definitely say it. And they want more influencers and digital people. Like you can feel that. They're casting a wide net. And it's us. 1000%. I'm not at a place right now. Where I would be able to. I'm not at a place either. And I don't know when that time will be. So until further notice, I'll just happen to be, you know, Tyler Cameron's friends and family. But that's my dream scenario. Like we do it together.
I don't know if my dream scenario involves being on dancing with the stars. Like I just don't, I don't think I have what it takes. I really don't physically, emotionally. It's like super. It's like a very mentally tough game too. It is. And I don't know if you've heard about what's going. So I saw Emma made a TikTok talking about like how her in Jackson. I think she was trying to get people to like give them grace because like they're not getting better. And she was like we're flying back and forth to Savannah multiple times a week. Like why? And why are you going? I guess to practice. Going to practice with him. But yeah, the way that I feel just watching social media is like it's a little too much dancing on the field and not enough dancing in the studio. Yeah. And so I think she wanted people to understand like that that's why. Because it just looks like they're making TikToks all week long. It does look like they're making TikToks. But I guess like she has to be there to choreograph him. During his games he can't just take like a couple of weeks off from the bananas. I was the only one who can't get PTO. Like when everybody is like a work person. I think a lot of them don't get PTO. Like Harry Shum Jr. is actively filming Grace Anatomy. But it's all on the same lot in LA. Yeah. He happens to have like sort of an inconveniently located job.
Like maybe the last podcasting I saw his clips talking about dancing the stars. I'm sure his studio is 20 minutes from dancing with the stars. I don't think it affects that could be us. I don't think it affects a lot of people in the way that it's affecting Jackson. Well I'm sorry Jackson but you should have thought of that. Like it's not my problem. He should have taken like a sabbatical. A sabbatical. And I think that this the bananas corporate. Like would have been happy to. I'm sure they're thrilled that he's doing this. This is like a great huge get for the team. Yeah. So I think they would have been fine if he missed a couple. There's there's literally no need for them to be flying back and forth to Georgia. Like that's insane. That's insane. Yeah. Only to be stinking it up every week. Yeah. Not necessary. Agreed. Tomorrow's dancing with the stars. So we will hold off on talking about it. We'll keep it in our pants. But I just need to just like put manifest that. Yeah. Manifest our opinion without you. No problem. You might have to. Like I'm so I'll be your dedication. I of course will do like a sexy. Thamba. Three some me and Maxum. Maxum will come out of retirement just to be your coach. I don't think I honestly like I can't like I can't do it.
And also like the fandom is mean. Yeah. Oh my god. Nobody is like. It's so true. It's sort of like a baptism by Facebook group. It's true. It's true. But I think it's like on a huge level. Like what we experience 10x. I guess. But it's like if you don't open your phone like it doesn't exist. It doesn't exist. Yeah. Like people you're walking down the street and they're throwing tomatoes at you. No, but I think that they do. No, I think it's fine. And I think I think that'll love me. I think that'll love you too. I will be front row. I'm going to be like had a brown, you know. Yeah. Where I'm sitting behind Elfato. You're going to be like Chessie to my lane. Ah. What the hell is it? Percent. Love that. Yeah. But you know the hard part of that I don't think you're going to be able to do. You like can't be on Dancing with the Stars if you don't have a TikTok. Honestly. You would be the first contestant in history. Love you. I think it'd be hiring me like for my digital. Right. And you don't even have a digital presence. Would you make an account? For, yeah. Sure. I'd rent it. That would be my job. My social media coordinator. Love that. I'm cracking up. What are the stories like today?
We achieve a lot to talk about. We do. A lot of stuff that like I'm excited to talk about. I know you'll be excited to one you hear what they are. Oh, sounds like there's a little surprise in the store. No, not surprise, but just things you don't realize we're going to be talking about today. Like things that you were just asking about. Oh, it sounds like an ambush. Ha ha ha ha ha ha. I was justed out like I texted you about it. Yeah, like we're popping off in our group chat all weekend about. Trying to talk about. Yes. You guys are exciting. I wasn't like in this is a COVID Instagram drama that I never really got into. Olivia Asher is Roman Empire. Thus we are privy to the information because our living is always like kept us. Care so deeply about this drama. And you know what? She was right for caring about it. Because when I saw the video of it like this is like the final step in this big like COVID stupid scandal that we'll tell you guys that. I was like, oh my god, you know what? Good for her. Yeah. Good for her. So yes, let's say I'm excited to talk about that. Without further ado to do it is time for the fast-paced stories that you do need to know. And the fast-fived stories that you need to know are brought to you by Quince. You guys know those pieces in your closet that you find yourself reaching for over and over again.
A sweater that somehow works with everything. Genes you know will fit just right always. Or a bag that you carry everywhere. Well, those are the pieces that earn a permanent place in your wardrobe. And that's exactly what Quince does so well. So Quince is a website. They make elevated everyday essentials using premium materials like mungaling cashmere or again a cotton premium stretch denim. They have timeless designs, thoughtfully crafted items that are made to be worn again and again and again. So the thing about Quince is like they're obsessed with quality and materials. And so I feel like when I became a mom, I really started noticing like what the babies close were were made of. And then obviously like that transferred to myself. So it's important to shop where like you know you're getting sweaters that are made of like real materials not plastic. But that can be really expensive. And Quince really does the balance so well. So everything at Quince is made with like really insane materials like I said mungaling cashmere sweaters. Really soft, really high quality. 100% organic cotton. But everything at Quince is priced about 50 to 80% less than similar brands. So they work directly with ethical factories. They cut out the middle man and then pass savings onto the customer. So you just end up paying for quality, not like an absurd brand markup.
It's not just about a parallel either. They bring that same level of quality to everything they make. They make bedding. That's like hotel quality. They make kitchen essentials, bath essentials, furniture. They even make well designed pieces for everyday living. So find the fall pieces that you'll reach for most at Quince. I've got tons of cashmere sweaters, trousers, cardigans, clothing that I've literally worn. And of course I got baby clothes too because they have a lot of organic cotton. Download the Quince app for app exclusive offers. You can go to Quince.com today to earn 365 day returns and free shipping on your order. Now also available in Canada and in UK. And when Quince asks where you heard about them, let them know that the toast sent you. Today's episode is also brought to you by O minted. Oh, so fun. I just ordered my minted. That's how you know it says the season. Tertey ordered her minted holiday cards. So whether you're getting married, decorating your home, buying personalized stationery, throwing a shower. If you have a paper need, whether it's like a menu or an invitation. I have a lot of paper needs. Stationery. If you're writing thank you cards, you just had a baby. You have to go. A lot of paper wants. And paper, paper desires. I have desires for paper. And minted is just the go to for all things paper. I think a lot of swirlies learn about minted when they're getting married. Because when you're getting married, you need programs
and menus and you know. Fans, you have papers, things like that. And then you end up like as you grow up, you need like a lot of paper things. So then you're writing handwritten notes for your thank you notes. Then you're having a baby. Then you're having a baby shower invitation. And you cards for all the baby gifts. It's really sweet. And then you of course get to the phase where you're doing holiday cards. And of course you get to the phase where you want custom stationery for yourself so you can be a classy lady. So if you're thinking about doing a holiday card this year, just so you know, I fully endorse, it's like a very classy, mature thing to do. And the holidays do sneak up. So October's the perfect time to browse their holiday card collection early. You can pick your design and your photo. I just did it. And I'm like so proud of myself. And skip the November scramble. And you will think yourself in December. They have free recipient addressing too. I think a lot of people don't want to do holiday cards. Because it's like we're not handwriting everyone's addresses. That is insane. Well, they have free recipient addressing. So they will print all your loved ones' addresses on the envelopes for free. You can also upload your address book now. So when your holiday cards arrive, like you're fully ready to go. Use code toast. For 20% off your order minted. That's code T O A S T for 20% off holiday cards. Weddings, parties, personalized stationary, framed photos and more.
I love sending holiday cards. I also love receiving holiday cards. I put in the money fridge. I guess I have a full life and people want to impress me with their holiday cards. So head to code. Head to code. Head to minted and use code toast for 20% off. Today's episode is also brought to you by Thrive Market, the official sponsor of Intramural Snackleagues. And now he has his own podcast called What the Fact with co-host Carter Roy. Every Wednesday, they get into insane, but true stories like really good fast-fif, but with the full story behind it. So like they do the original Little Red Riding Hood, as with her getting eaten, printed as a warning to young women about charming men, or Layla, one of the great love songs in rock history, was actually written about the singer's best friend's wife, or even Cleopatra's seductress who took down Rome reputation fake news invented by her enemy. So you're getting that same-born feeling as Love on the Spectrum, plus Conner's deep cuts and infectious enthusiasm.

Today's episode is also brought to you by Haya, children's vitamins that are just kind of taking the world by storm. Because back in the day, we were popping those like sugary, not good, and they still sell them, which is so crazy. Kids these days with all the processed foods, like we don't even know the long-term effects, but we do know there's a lot of nutritional gaps in the average American child. And so Haya set out to bridge that gap, and I think that's beautiful. They really will be quickly added into your routine as a parent. It's very easy. A parent's great with breakfast on the car ride to school. They taste really good. Kids love them. The adults are super fun. The ingredients are of course non-GMO vegan, dairy free, allergy free, gelton free, nut free. They've really thought of everything. And what's inside of them is vitamin D, B12, CZinc, folate, all the foundational nutrients that support immune health, and the rapid growth that kids go through.
It's designed for kids to and up. You can get Haya at Target, or you can also have a chip straight to your door. And when you buy online, you get an awesome, reusable bottle with stickers. And it's like, it's so simple, like stickers. The kids love them, like really, they do. You get that with your first order, and then they send free files every month, which keeps the parental mental load a lot lighter. Plus if you've got teens in the house too, Haya just launched a teen daily, multi-bidamin, and it's honestly overdue in this category. It's not just a bigger dose of the kids formula. It's built specifically for that next chapter, which is ages 13 and up. It packs 15 plus vitamins and minerals into a bioavailable, methylated form, B12, B6, folate. In the forms that the body doesn't have to work so hard to convert. And we've worked out a special deal with Haya to receive 50% off your first order of their products. To claim this deal, you must go to hayahealth.com slash toast. This deal is not available on their regular website, hayahealth.com slash TOAST. To get your kids the full body nourishment that they need. Thank you that they turned. You're welcome. They definitely turned. Our first story, Dakota Johnson, who's the SNL, this weekend, and Taylor Swift made an appearance. Yes, so of course I only saw the monologue because that's only part Taylor.
I was like, oh, and I also saw the end credits because that's also the part that Taylor was like. And I saw the sketch with the sketch bros. What? The sketch bros? Who's that? Oh, you know, one of the guys is leaving. I saw today, you know the three. Sketch bros. Oh, he's leaving. Martin. Which one is that? Early brown hair. Mm. Martin. What's the name of their sketch? Grow. Give me a second. I want to remember. I wish I guys. Don't try this at home. Literally. Wait, burn this. Burn after reading. Something like that. Wait, hold on. I really want to get it on my own before we look it up. It's like important to me. Because you love them. You're in love with that. Check yes, Juliet, like something like. What is it? Please don't just, that's what I said. Please don't try this. That's not a name of a band. Of a band. Yeah. The toast is a name of a comedy, true. It is. So I saw her sketch with Please Don't Destroy This. Got it. OK. So I watched her monologue. And it's funny because they, I saw then like people comparing it
to her. This is her second time. And the first time she did it was like right when she's this like new girl in town, she's releasing 50 shades. And it's actually, I know I say it all the time. It's insane that she got that role. Like when I'm watching her on SNL, I'm like, why would anyone give this? She was so, just like, and I love her. But she was so, just like a regular girl who had never acted before. And I was like, I couldn't believe it. Now, she looked amazing. And her whole monologue was about how like she's just like known for dating musicians. And I'm like, oh, I guess this is the first time I put together like the last couple of guys you've been seen with are musicians. Like two. Three. Two. Congratulations. Congratulations Nora. And happy to meet on the long term stage again so you can enjoy the role model. Your girlfriend Christ Martin and machine gun Kelly. Machine gun Kelly, that was one time, she like was really tryin to make, like, make that trope a thing. Right. But it's like, many think it. About it. Say, too. Like that was like your boyfriend. It felt like ten years first, Oh I don't know why I just like,
I kind of feel like the monologue and its entirety like she's really belittled her. No, the monologue was very bad. Yeah. I don't know why she wants that to be the association, considering none of us think that of her. I have never thought that A, the amount of boyfriends she's had has been weird, or too much, or that she has a certain type that you only, I guess I was like, oh, she is acting like she had to address elephant in there. It's kind of like when Taylor did SNL when she was like 22 and she was having a million boyfriends and that's like the thing everyone was always saying about her. And she did address it in her monologue when she made that cute little song. But no one was waiting for Dakota. Not at all. I thought it was a weird monologue, but then they brought out Taylor and I was fine. I thought it was weird and unfunny as well. And I, just the bar is so high for her because she is like so. She's that girl. Steller. She is. She's just firing on all cylinders at all times. I'm just gonna blame the writers. However, I do feel like Dakota. One has a sense of humor, so it has an image. And she's a lot of lore too. She's like a nipple baby. I feel like they're there there. She was just in Taylor's. I think I know she was in Taylor's music video.
She's friends with so many celebrities. She canceled Ellen. Like she started the Ellen cancellation. Well, that's not true Ellen. And so, like we could have talked about literally anything. And I just feel like what she talked about was kind of reductive to women. Yeah. I said it. Yeah. And I'm just surprised that she like, agree to be asked to be participated in that when she doesn't have to. Like maybe the first time she did SNL, like, you're gonna say it. Of course, you just do what you're told. Right. But now, yeah. She's like, and even the bit about Taylor, like not to be like, they did not pass the Bechtel test. Like it was so, like this is my therapist. I cry about all the boys to Taylor. And it's like we're bringing out the biggest movie star. I'm sorry, singer, pop star in the world. Like we're talking about your ex-boyfriends. I don't know, I just thought it was like reductive. Yeah. I'm gonna say reductive again. And it's not like it's, she's Pete Davidson. It's a stretch. It's all. It's Pete Davidson. What about him? He was spotted out within influencer, Judas Batchelder. He was out. Is this Batchelder? Well, her name is, I think, Haley. He was with Halley. Yeah, but Judas.
Oh, he was with Halley and Zara. Okay. I know what I think I saw. He was like out with an influencer, which is funny, because he's like, that was too. No, and it's like, not cool, girls. Like, honestly, not cool. You're supposed to have the back of your fellow. I think Halley's friends with Paige, maybe Paige will give her a talk in two. Paige would not allow this. So yeah, Dakota and SNL, like, you look insane. And Taylor. By the way, don't you feel like her outfit, not like look too much into it. Like her whole look is giving like, a shingung, Haley's girlfriend, like wanting to like be a little bit Megan Foxy. I really hope that's not true. And I'm not gonna lie, I don't like the outfit. Oh, well, when you're so skinny and pretty, like you can actually wear anything, look at it. Yeah, for sure. You can wear, you always look at it. I didn't say she looks bad. I said I don't like the outfit. Yeah. I wouldn't, like, I didn't see this. And when I was like, slay. No, no, I didn't have a problem with it, but I did immediately think like, oh, she's giving Megan Fox, like dressing for the job you want. And just all of that is just in Congress with who I thought she was, which is her own woman. Yeah, and like a very cool, one of a kind, kind of gal.
Yeah. Yeah, I agree. And she did say, oh, and she knows she has a lot of lore about Madam Webb, you know. Love that. And she made a hilarious joke in the monologue about it. I'm glad, this is on the first time she's spoken about it. I do love that she pokes fun at the fact that like, literally she was in this huge studio production for a movie that actually like, I don't know if a worse movie has ever been made in our lifetime. Yeah. And also the try guys poked fun at her about that in their sketch with her. I love that. I love that she pokes fun at that I really do. Like that's the Dakota. I know they were like roasting each other. That was like the sketch. I was scary. I'm just like saying these things about each other. And they were like, oh my gosh, we've always wanted to meet the star of the movie. Oh, and you win, Chapp. Is it any sweetie? Oh, that is really funny. Really, like the Madam Webb jokes for me, never get old. They never get old. Because the thing is like, we have to, we have to talk about our flops. Like that's really hilarious. Yeah. So I left Taylor brought her out a cake at the end. Yeah. You know she made that chip for mom. No, the baker is flipping.
Oh, there's a big flipping that everybody thinks Taylor made. People magazine has reached the baker. Okay, good, good, good. And that is exciting if you're a small little bakery. She just can't believe her. For long. She can't believe her fortune. You know, they probably just like ordered it on purpose. It's just funny that you mention it because she was heard from. That is hilarious. You don't need to pull it up. I believe you. That is funny. All right, she didn't bake it. My bad. Yeah. She was getting ready for the big night. I can't wait for Dakota and Taylor to like never see her speech each other ever again. Like this is just sort of like the friend of the moment. Of course. Like recipes, Marin Morris, recipes, Halsey, recipes, Camilla Cabello. Like there's a lot of girls of the moment. Even though they were all the weddings. So I think they're all like Sabrina. Sabrina. Are we? Of course, but let's go. The baker who created the cake Taylor Swift gave to Dakota Johnson on SNL reveals her reaction to the quote wild surprise. Go queen. Like yes, we love to see a small woman owned business and getting its flowers. Yeah, very cute. She looked great.
Uh, yeah, she didn't. We're now two in a row. I don't want to jinx it. Two in a row of like looks that were good. They're not like insane, but they're very good. VMAs was very good. And now this beautiful. She's a new stylist. I feel like that would be a really big deal because our stylist has been with her for like 60 years. You know, it's also like the confidence and the haircut and the hair. The haircut. I think she was wearing like a lot of tartan like this last year. Everyone thought it was a album. Right. Folklor energy. Yeah. Yeah, having like a boyfriend or a husband who like really loves you. Not to like, of course, bring your confidence to a man. It's very empowering. Mm-hmm. You just carry yourself differently. Speaking of tartan, I started it. What's tartan? This like plaid. plaid. Got it. I started and you show this weekend called a woman of substance. Have you heard of it? No, but what does that do with tartan? Because she lives in. Got it. Got it? Yeah. And in the last episode of the Christmas episode, she was wearing tartan. Oh, okay. I saw I've been watching two episodes a night. It's a little familiar. It does. So like, what program? Like what? It's on great box.
Oh, girl. We haven't heard of it. Like someone commented. We have not heard it. We have not heard it. We have not heard it. Episode someone commented. Jackie, you should watch woman of substance. And people tell me to watch the following. I don't know why for some reason. I was like, that sounds good. So, and I don't know why I felt like I had been like mentioning it in Emmy nominations and stuff. Oh, maybe. I've heard of it. But so I just put it on blind because it's a period piece. And I was like, great. It's giving a place to call home. Who remembers Jackie's a place to call home era? A quarantine, a special app you had to download that I believe is like out of business though, or like it merged into a brick box. And it was a period piece, right? It was amazing. Victional. It was like a very, very low budget down to Naby. Yes. If hallmark did down to Naby. So much heart. You guys have to watch it. You know what you should watch? That you would love? The hallmark original series. It's a very long running series starring Lori Laughlin. When calls the heart. Oh, it's what you know I'm talking about. When calls the heart. Yeah, maybe. But even this like, so this episode, this series is eight episodes. I'm really enjoying it. But it's really like, I don't love getting into a show because then I'm just always thinking about it.
I stay up late watching. It's hard. It's not. It's also bad when you don't have anything. I know. I know. I know. I'm really enjoying the show. Thank you to whoever recommended it. I don't think it's nominated for anything. I don't know why I chose to wait for your time. No, and it's a remake of an old show. And I will say it takes place in two different time times. Like we get flashbacks to the future, which is the 70s. And then the past is like the 1920s. And the future scenes are community theater. It's so strange. But then when we go back in the past, it's like, I'm transported. So when you read a book and there's like two different things. It felt like it literally feels like when you read a book. And it's like, what are you talking about? And there's two time periods. It's like, take me back or take me forward. Yeah. And the one that we're in, that's bad. It's so unbelievable. It's like, it's so community theater. Yeah. Anyways, I would recommend it though. I have two more episodes and it's really great so far. Okay. A woman of substance. A matching dance with the stars. It's like a full-time job. I can't take anything else on right now. Yeah, I understand. Kim Kardashian was profile for the Sunday Times. I always thought she looked really pretty. Yeah.
She was to be like weird avant-garde photo shoots. So when she's actually just like glam, it's nice. Yeah, she was glam. I don't subscribe to the Sunday Times. So I'm at the mercy of like the publications that wrote up the headline. And the clips like. And so the two major headlines are that she has five nannies for her four kids. You're kidding. But they're on rotation. Oh, okay. Not at once. At once and she said that. What do you think the rotation is? Like, two to. Oh, I guess it depends on the day. Okay. And the night. And if she's traveling. Because also like, I feel like she talks a little bit about her routine and how like, yet, those she has five nannies, who are on rotation, she will make it a point to always drive her kids to school and pick them up at school. Right. And have dinner with them every night. But like, what about when she's traveling all the time? Well, I assume she has a travel nannie. That's what like one of the five are. For the kids who don't go with her. Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. Um, I don't know. So I feel like even though she's like being transparent and sharing this, like I feel it's just no, it leaves more actual questions and answers. Yeah. And I think she like figures that, you know, giving that number is going to be.
Like enough for people. No, click bait. Well, of course. But the thing is, you're a billionaire. You have four kids. Like you're also having five nannies. Like I can't even. I can't get upset. I can't hate to play. You know, she said she always says one of her nannies on rotation when her kids are with her. Because also, I guess they're sometimes with Kanye. Right. Did she talk about that? Like that I'm a little bit more interested in. Um, not she talked a little bit about, um, like her parenting and. Sorry. I just, yeah, sorry. And how like when it comes to con like with North, how her and Kanye are like very aligned on. They are. Yeah, like communicating over what's going to be like the right things for her to do, making sure they're aligned and that she's in projects that they both approve of. It was my understanding that like, Kanye wasn't down for her to be in any projects, just like due to her age. But it also seems like he now is like the kind of the driving force. Yeah. And I guess it's also like if he knows that she wants to pursue this, like he's going to like. She's going to do it no matter what. Have his thumb on it be and like being controlled as he should because he's.
This is his world. Yeah. Yeah. And what was the other big headline besides the five Nanny's? Oh, that she was single for five years like before dating now. She said aside from being with Pete Davidson. Aside from her one long term relationship thing. Aside from her year long relationship. She was single for five years. Oh, but from Kanye. I'd like to shout out Miss Kenzie Elizabeth. Who sent me a couple of peace, interesting pieces of information this weekend. She said, I thought you'd be interested to know. And she sent me two different like graphics about Pete Davidson, like overwhelmingly negative. That were liked by Stephanie Shepherd. Kim's best friend slash X. She's a staff or whatever. So the first one was real. Can we talk about the film, Cassie David wrote about her XP Davidson exposing him as a narcissistic nice guy abuser. Stuff like that. And then this one of Pete Davidson is like a graphic slept his way to the top. How dating famous women made a man a star and how wanting an audience makes women a joke. She liked both of those. A couple of think pieces if you asked me. That's like my brain's not computing, especially because Kim like always reflects back on that relationship.
Like extremely positively, even though you know I'm always down to like come up with. Yeah, she David since lander. She actually a lot of the women who. And time with him publicly. Ariana always says nice things about him. Now others, I believe Karlac Valino. But not every relationship is the same, you know, no one also when you're dating like a woman, a woman excuse me. Who's more powerful, more famous wealthy like you behave. It's when you're the one who's in like the power. But I also think it's like I say Kim broke up with Pete. Mm hmm. Then yeah, you're always going to talk nicely about that like guy that you like broke up with who was sad. But if he broke up with them, they might feel a little bit different. Score. Yeah. And I do think that's probably how Carly Aqualino feels. She's been with this whole Pete Davidson thing. She's like, I don't have a credit. Yeah. So I think every relationship is different. He's had so many that they're all going to have a different story. But similar threads. Yes. So yeah, she talked about how she was single and focused on her family and her businesses. And now she's ready to open up. But she didn't want to talk about Lewis.
So she didn't talk. But like all she does is post carousels of her. Yeah, she said respectfully. Like no, I don't want to talk about that. Okay. Well, she's also I just recently in Paris with Lewis. I think I saw this real and I wasn't sure if it was like I generated or like fake or not. But I think it's like the 10 year anniversary of her robbery. And he took her on a trip to Paris to like make new memories of the date. And the city and it was very sweet. That's really sweet. But again, it might have just been like, I slop. I'm not sure. Yeah. I'm sure it wasn't. Yeah, no, it sounds a little bit like it. That was a weird thing for someone to spend their time doing an AI. It what? Are you ready for our next story? You know what? I'm going to move this up, speaking of Paris Fashion Week. Let me think. I don't know if you've even saw this. But there's a random feud brewing between Rihanna and E.J. Johnson. Have you seen this? Things that mean a lot to me. This. Tell me everything. Okay. So early here this week, E.J. I guess it's been in Paris Fashion Week. I did see it. E.J. Paris Fashion Week. Fans behind the scenes look at them getting ready to go to designer shows.
He talked about Rihanna's lateness. Do you see that she was late from that show? She had a vehicle matter show. Yeah. They waited. They held the show for her because she couldn't get there for 45 minutes. And everybody was so upset because everybody had to sit around waiting. But the brand didn't seem to mind and they held it. So about that, he said it did start an hour late because Rihanna was late. And you know, we didn't care to wait for her, but the show was beautiful nonetheless. Then there are also a couple other comments that he had made. In the last like year, so following the Metcala, E.J. said big names, such as like Beyonce, Rihanna and Kim fell short with their looks. And so that's the only other like piece of like Rihanna. Anyways, some Instagram posted a video like E.J. getting blocked by paparazzi from going into their hotel. It says E.J. Johnson gets blocked from entering his hotel after posing for paparazzi at Fashion Week in Paris France. And there's a video of it. And Rihanna commented. You're kidding me. She commented damn. That's so funny. Exercise. I'm like, what? Okay. Because I'm like almost 100% sure.
Oh. They them or she her. I was I started fighting for your life. No, no, no, I was saying them. But then the Hollywood fix. Get them. I wrote his. I didn't have a caption. Because I was saying them. You did. I said them. You did. The whole time. And I'm going to do my best. Hollywood fix. But I actually start to talk this morning. You know, people really have a problem with E.J. Johnson because like a couple of years ago. They said something like, you know, I wear a dress better than any woman could. Like really just like speaking so derogatory to women. And then of course everybody just sort of like pulled out receipts of that not being the truth. And it's he's kind of been trolled ever since then. Oh, fuck, sorry. They've kind of been trolled ever since then. And it always makes me laugh. So I guess like, Rihanna knows about the lore. Oh, I wonder if she knows about that. It was such a grand. Literally nobody. Nobody knows. I actually, so the only pieces of information from like Rihanna, V.E.J. is like what he said about they said about the fecal matter show. And then also like someone unearthed what he had.
Back in the day about Mac out of 2026. They said it's a very hard day, especially for me to say that about Rihanna because she's been going through a lot. But like, let's go back to. Well, pay and the yellow cake that was cascading down the stairs all those years ago. I mean, it was bomb. So like pretty much saying like she's done better since then. But there's no way Rihanna has seen that comment. So. No, Rihanna is coming from Rihanna hates he's a Johnson. Like for her own reasons, she doesn't need her own reasons. This is seriously. It's been something that happened privately. Of course, they probably frequent the same. I do want to talk about the fecal matter thing because people were like really up in arms about it. When like seriously who cares? I'm sure for a Brett. I heard about this band for the first time less than a year ago. So like the fact that Rihanna is going to their show is such a big deal. But you would wait five hours. Like and everyone else there. You're not important. Like seriously, this is not about you. You're you're lucky to be there. Rihanna is going to be there. So everyone complaining. I'm like, seriously, you guys need to touch grass. No, I think that's insane. Of course, they're going to wait for her. I think there are a couple like fashion people that end show for Rihanna is one of them. Anna went to her. Sendaya Kim. Kim. Wasn't that Kim was like five minutes late.
The Victoria Beckham show. No, she was like pretty late. And Anna went to her. Like sitting there waiting. Yeah. Yeah. That was really painful. Yeah, that was. She should have just. Kim's not a late person. Do you see Morgan Stewart miss the Hermes show? I did. I'm so glad you brought up Morgan Stewart and now that we're talking about the rich kids of Beverly Hills. Because I want to talk about Dorothy Wings' new YouTube show. Have you seen it? Yes. I want to talk about also rich kids is just bubbling up. It is. It's time for a revival. No, but also like some clip generator out there has started clipping rich kids. So I'm getting like bits and bouts of rich kids of like Dorothy and. Roxy. Roxy fighting in China. Oh. And I'm living for it. I can't believe these things happen. I'm watching a group of the basement. That Dorothy called Roxy not well traveled because she's suffering from jet lag. Yeah. Apparently like back in the day if you had jet lag like you were poor. So rich kids best show ever. Dorothy Wings, who had like this most insane wedding last year. She I guess was documenting the whole thing with like a film crew and she released this like reality show on YouTube. It's called like Dorothy says I do or something and it's conicaling you know the planning of the wedding and you know and this last episode she released.
She's talking about who people think is Morgan. Because Morgan was not at the wedding. Now if you know the rich kids lore, they weren't iconic to well, but it wasn't a perfect friendship. And they kind of like never were spotted together ever again, but always a complimentary liking each other's things. We're congratulating one another until recently and then she wasn't at the wedding and it felt kind of final. Morgan got married during COVID so no one was at the wedding. And so Dorothy on this episode is talking about how she's rescinding an invite because this is the person who she wasn't particularly close with but like good terms like the way she's just describing it sounds so much like Morgan. But like she went to an event for this person and people were able to stitch together. She's talking about a fashion week event for Renly on those in New York and I guess like according to a legend. Dorothy went she was like kind of last minute invited and like thrown at a bad seat at the end of the table and Dorothy was like so offended. And it was just sort of like you know what like this is not my friend and like I'm not going to invite her in my wedding. No, it really could be anyone she doesn't say would it not inviting to the wedding and rescinding. Yeah rescinding is a bold state is a huge move and a friendship ending one.
And I do believe the friendship has ended. Yeah, no, I cannot confirm 100% that the story she's telling is about Morgan based on a couple of context clues given like dates, cities, things of that nature. People do generally believe that it is Morgan, but there's no proof of that. That this is hard, you know, it's terrible. It's hard for the fans of riches. I think we've all always known that like they're they're they weren't as close in real life as the show made it to show they did their confessional together. They were such a great TV duo and I can get in gang. I can make peace with the fact that that's not how they were offline. They were almost like co workers like bestie co workers, but we go home at five o'clock and we have our own friends. And I do believe they were very competitive with one another, especially when the show started to blow up like it was kind of a recipe for disaster. I've made peace with the fact that they that they weren't as close as it always appeared to be and that you know that a lot of it was for show. It didn't exist in real life, but I can appreciate the art which it was performance. And in the 10 years since I've gone on to stand both of them individually. I don't even ask for anything. No, and they do such amazing work on their own as women as creators as fashionistas like I want nothing more from them.
So for there to be conflict between the two of them. It's really hard and I just it just begs the question like why can't they just be friends like why don't they like each other. I think that it really rooted in like this first of all they had like a couple of fights on the show, but they always worked it out. And I think that like when the show ended and they both like went their separate ways, it was just like I think like a lot of competition. I do I know it's like kind of reductive of me to boil it down to that, but I do feel like when you're in the same space and you're like fighting for Instagram followers and attention. And then the show gets canceled. I feel like it's just a tough environment to be like a woman who supports other women. I don't know. I don't think it's that because they're both they both come from abundance. And it's not like I just think they're it's not like that where they have to like it's you or me. Dorothy's also pregnant. She announced a couple of days ago. I'm so excited for her. And you know it's using out of me to tell you guys that I need that. Yeah. Because I ran into her on the street. And I was like what are you doing? And she was like had this like band on her arm. She's so the one like wellness doctors. I'm like what are you going to like some like special doctor?
She was like I'm pregnant. I was like oh my god. Me too. No, it's so exciting. It is so exciting. A Yankewitz-Bang baby. I've seen clips from her new show. I'm seeing old clips from rich kids and it just sort of begging for some sort of reunion or it's so good. It's so good. But it was a moment in time those people would never get back together. No, although like now with the EJ Johnson drama like I am sad. Like the Brendan drama. And to be honest like at the time they really just were like rich kids. I was like kind of the most interesting thing about them on the all the great personalities. But they weren't doing anything particularly interesting with their lives. Now they all really are between Morgan's like success as a fashion swirly and Dorothy just like being a world traveling cosmopolitan woman. I EJ of course beefing with Rihanna. You see actually Dorothy is selling her home. And it's the home that Taylor Swift used to live in in LA where she wrote 1989. Wait, I saw that the Taylor Swift house in 1989 is being sold. But I thought Taylor was selling it. Dorothy Winsons. Oh, you said rock, wait, who? Roxy, sorry. Oh. Roxy. Oh yeah, Roxy also married very well. Big family, big Persian family.
Roxy on Charles of Sunset Wed, you know. They have an 1980s home and they're selling it. I know it was a very charming $8 million house. It's very beautiful. They're looking for an $8 million house in the LA area. I would take that. I definitely recommend. Yeah. The pictures were part J. Oh, when I showed you speaking of homes, Robert Hergivic and Kim Hergivic gave a- Couldn't get an architectural digest interview so they went to house beautiful. No, no, house beautiful as part J. Yeah, I don't know. Home worthy. Look nice too. It's not architectural digest. It was a very beautiful house in Misscoka. So of the moment. And I know you want to like shade them for not being an AD but like AD does a lot of ugly stuff too. You know who doesn't house beautiful action country. Like they only do beautiful things. Yeah. Like I'm not shading. Robert Hergivic, I would never do that. And I resent the accusation. It was a beautiful home in Misscoka. A lot of the sharks like Misscoka. Mr. Wonderful also lives there. And that's where the next summer house is, right?
Oh, they are doing a summer house in Misscoka. Misscoka is like having a moment. That's the setting of that sterling point show. Yeah. It's like the Hamptons of Canada. But it's so much cooler. There are no streets like it's islands. Everybody you want to go somewhere you take a boat. Oh, that's that wouldn't work for me. But that would explain why they had like a boat garage. So yes, every house. All the big houses. And the boats are under the house. Yes. And the house is up there. Yeah. And they had three boats under their house. Yeah. Yeah. And that's gorgeous speed boats. You know, Harry Hamlin and Lisa Rina's frequent there as well. Well, I get C6. So don't invite me to Misscoka. I can't come. And I'm a water sign. So I'm available to come to your home as long as it's like nice. And has a three car boat garage. Are you ready for our fourth story? If it's our fourth story that's brought to you by stamps.com. Our next story, the new name of Paramount Warner Brothers has been unveiled. We eat lifery rent. Soon to merge Paramount Warner Brothers Discovery officially has a name. So this is sort of like the second half of that story we were talking about almost a year ago. Yeah, and I didn't like, I felt like it was always like they're almost there almost and I didn't know that it's done. So Warner Brothers beat Netflix in Byron. Paramount. Paramount beat Netflix in buying Warner Brothers. And like when this started, Netflix sent out an email to subscribe. You guys, I got an email from Netflix. When they were like buying Warner Brothers. We own Warner Brothers now, like look forward to our Warner Brothers content. Like it was a done deal and Paramount was like. Yeah, look December 6, 2025. An email from Netflix because I subscribe. Welcoming Warner Brothers to Netflix. That was a subject line. Hi, we recently announced that Netflix will acquire Warner Brothers. Talk about getting ahead of yourself because they're ended up being a host to take over. They were like, stewing each other and you know what? Paramount won. And it's really kind of a big deal for the streaming wars because Netflix is currently winning the streaming wars in terms of like subscriber amounts like by the hundreds of millions and acquiring Warner Brothers, which is HBO Max.
Like so many. It was just sort of like making them even bigger. Paramount is like this sort of like small, but mighty engine. Now they're acquiring. They're entering the streaming wars in a major way. So I guess you took a whole year for them to work out that whole Netflix thing. Yeah, but like Paramount was always willing to pay more even though Warner Brothers like wanted to go to Netflix. I guess that was what made it hostile, but they had to take the deal from Paramount because it was more money to the shareholders. Right, right. So now it will be Paramount Warner Brothers and they have a new name. And you know what? I'm very up to change a verse. Anytime someone's like, I'm new name. I'm like it sucks. I kind of like it. The new name is Skydance. Now does that mean like when I want to watch Yellowstone? I have to go to skydance.org. Like I hope so. If Skydance will be Paramount HBO HBO Max HBO Max go. Max and Max and it's also discovery plus discovery TLC like time etc. It's TV all magnolia. Magnolia. Where does Magnolia go? If all of that is now going to fall under Skydance, that works for me.
Me too. If you guys have any plan other than that, that doesn't work for me. Oh, agreed. There's one path forward here and it's one app. So you so it will be Skydance Netflix, Hulu, Pete, even though I think losing the HBO name is a huge loss. The HBO name is so watered down. It's not. It's so when we were talking about the greatest shows of all time, remember that list or the last century or whatever, they were all HBO. But also like within Skydance, then you can choose you want to watch HBO. Of course. But HBO just has like a lot of recognition. But just like Hulu has ABC. Yep. I think that it's fine, but I do think if they want to be in the streamers, like they need a one hub. Right. And I like Skydance. It's a lovely name. And Paramount Plus just like wasn't enough, you know. I would always of course typical cardboard fashion, renew it when there was like a new season of Yellowstone. But it's not something you need to have. It's not a need to have. Even though I do believe like all the old episodes of Jersey Shore on there, because Viacom is Paramount. That's MTV, VH1. There's a lot there.
And you said Yellowstone. Paramount. Yeah. You said the Yellowstone already. I did. Okay. Yellowstone. Yeah. That's the only thing I'm out. I'm out there. Right. I'm out there. I'm out there. I'm out there. I'm out there. I'm out there. I'm out there. I'm out there. I'm out there. I'm out there. I'm out there. I'm out there. I'm out there. Yeah. So HBO Max. Paramount Plus. We'll combine with CBS, CNN, MTV, TV, TBS, Comedy Central. All right, CNN Plus. I'll figure you remember CNN Plus. Maybe they'll bring that back. Food network and more. And of course, Harry Potter is huge. That's the prequel show that's coming out now. It's just the franchise. The franchise. But there's that TV show, Ben's talking. Pat, how do you even know about that? Yeah. Board of the Rings, Game of Thrones. Sex in the city. It's possible, Top Gun, and Nickelodeon. Friends, I believe, is on Max. Is it? Yeah. Max, well. Well. Skydance, I wonder how much it's going to be? For a month.
Well, you know, the streaming wars benefit the consumer. So everybody's got to bring it down. Yeah, that's true. We entered double digits, and we never turned back. It's going to be $100 soon. $20 for Netflix is insane. I'm on. When we have a family account where you don't want commercials. I know I could get it for last, but I have to live. Yeah. And I need to share. Yeah. Understand. So that's a little bit. And it's turning into cable. Of course, these are different channels. Yeah, right. That's the latest. Skydance. Are you ready for our fifth and final story, which is a meaty one? Oh, I'm so fucking ready. Yeah, but I just needed to clear the deck. So that we can. We're ready. There's no rush. How Tanya Zuckerbrot lost her $40 million diet empire to one troll and the six-year fight for justice. So this is an old story. This story began in 2020. Tanya Zuckerbrot is... Heak COVID craziness. Tanya Zuckerbrot is the founder of the F Factor Diet, which if you know what it was or you don't know at the time, it was the flavor of the moment. Oh my god.
Everyone was eating those fucking Gigi crackers. Gigi crackers, but also she had powder. And it was like fiber powder that you put in everything. She had a huge collab at Bloomingdale. Her whole thing was the F Factor was the fiber factor. She was like, you can eat whatever you want, as long as you're eating fiber. Fiber was like the whole thing. Yeah, celebrities were doing it. I knew people who were doing it. Everyone was eating those fucking crackers. I was already in F Factor losing weight. And her business was doing like a million dollars a month. It was valued at $40 million. Then in 2020, an influencer named Emily Gellis started posting about F Factor and all of these testimonials of people saying that they had a bad experience with it. She began publicizing anonymous testimonials from followers, claiming they had suffered serious physical and mental health problems while following the F Factor Diet. She had never met Tonya before, but in just 75 days, Emily posted more than 4,500 Instagram stories and posts about Zuckerbrot and F Factor. In total, she posted more than 50,000. And those videos have now come back to the surface like just Instagram stories she made over the last
six years accusing Tonya at the time of the diet things. And then later on, because they got into a lawsuit accusing her of like having people follow her. And they are actually the diary entries of a crazy person. They're actually spooky to watch. So Emily linked the products to everything from gastric diseases and hair loss, to panic attacks, UTIs, miscarriages, and even death. I remember the miscarriage thing because I couldn't believe it. Like they were making so many claims about this diet and one woman came forward anonymously and said that the diet caused her to have a miscarriage. And I was like, holy shit. And Emily obviously saw that and that was huge for her cause. She does know with the verification, she sets an anonymous thing and she posts it. And it went, that was really one of the things that like a catalyst of the whole skin, because that's a crazy accusation to make. And then it turns out that the person, I remember the whole thing was the person who made that accusation like did it anonymously, like to support. And to show that this girl will post anything and that's not true. Crazy, which is by the way, not really helping Tonya because that was such a heinous allegation. Like everything was like, I had my belly hurt
or what a miscarriage. It's tension. It did help just to show that Emily Gels will post anything. It did. No matter how dramatic, no matter how defamatory as long as someone sends it in her DMs. Her business overnight, I never saw a Gigi Cracker ever again. So she alleged that, in fact, not even, she didn't own Gigi Crackers. She just said what's happened. She had the fiber powders. So she alleged that those powders was all about these powders, contained dangerous levels of arsenic and contacted the company's retail partner, Blooming Gels, to warn that it was selling poison. So Zuckerbott has a master's degree in nutrition and food studies from NYU. Emily Gels has no nutrition degree. According to court papers seen by the posts, the products were manufactured in pharmaceutical grade facility, tested for microbiological safety, heavy metals and accuracy of their label claims. At the time, Emily started posting all this, Tonya ignores her for a while. The alligator, I mean, nobody had anything to do in 2020 except live for internet. Oh, people on the internet, you guys, this was, this was peak crazy girl behavior. Like all the crazy girls, like people were living for this. Yeah. So eventually, Tonya went on the today show to fight back against the allegations.
But at that point, it was truly, like her business was over effective. She said that she regrets that she hadn't done it to the show on NBC News and they showed them the independent, like nutrition reports, they verified it, but it was sort of too late. And Tonya explains how this ruined her life, not even just her business, but her life. Because Tonya is independently wealthy. I believe she has a very wealthy husband as well. So like, it was never about her being on the balls of her ass. But the business that this woman built by herself, regardless of her financial background, was just literally never to be seen again. Yeah. So Tonya spent the last two years fighting her in court. Yes, I knew. She knew the shit out of her. So we the shit out of her and like, I didn't know if I knew that this was still going on and then cut to over the weekend. I'm scrolling my Instagram and I see this video. Tonya Zuckerbrot posted. And by the way, the girl posted it too. So like, we knew that this had gone to court. Tonya was like taking her to court. She, Tonya was going to spend her and her husband's last dollar. I think she spent up to a million dollars suing this girl. And the girl is not herself wealthy.
So like it was already, you know, she was in a bad spot. And she, even though when she knew she was being sued, she did not stop posting about Tonya. So and I think like we had heard like, Tonya's doing well in the court. And we're like good for her, good for her. And Tonya Zuckerbrot posts this video. You guys, it's 10 minutes long. I watched the whole thing. She posts this video on the Tonya's page. And I'll just show you to show this is Emily. It is a hostage video. This is Emily Gels. The girl she is suing this is obviously like a part of the settlement that she had to make this video. And it's so fucking gorgeous. It is like, My name is Emily Gels and I'm here today to take full responsibility for the harm I caused to Tonya Zuckerbrot, the company of a factor in her family. I know that this is not the point of the video. But I watched the whole thing and like, it's very hard to watch because she does crispy ours. You know, she's like, Tonya Zuckerbrot, like I cannot. Sorry. Okay. If I may actions, this is my public apology. In 2020, it came across information online about the F factor diet.
Instead of verifying that information or seeking out credible sources, I used my platform to amplify and escalate those claims. What began as an inquiry involved into a sustained and harmful campaign that was not grounded in verified facts, which is when your register says so. So then they spliced together in this hostage video with some of her craziest videos on Instagram stories, talking about Tonya, talking about the testimonials from people she's wearing like a filter on her. The whole time. The whole time she was starting to feel bad for this girl. Now you need to see what she said. The videos are insane. Like the flashbacks. The decision itself told people to eat shit that made them sick and then they came and told me and then I came and told the internet. And if you don't like it, I don't care anymore. But I am sick and tired of hearing you talk about it on the internet every single day. But if you think that that is the only way then I don't know Lord help us all. Because when you wake up in the morning, it's not normal to be like, I am a registered dietitian. And I went to New York University. We know. We know, we know, we know, we know, we know, we know, we know,
we know, we know, we know, we know, we know, we know, we know, we know, we know, we know, we know. I have a very functioning working brain that taught me. She's crazy. Right from wrong. It's very simple concept, but you know what? It's, it's difficult for her. The ramblings of a crazy person. Right from the person. No, but she goes on about right versus wrong. Right versus wrong. But she's the wrong one. Of course. It's crazy to think. Wrong is wrong. You guys, this is one of almost 50,000 videos she posted on the course of it. It's a good one. Because they just see dollars, I guess. I choose a factor's fiber and protein powder. Products that have been on the market for years of being dangerous and unsafe. Any protein powder in your coffee? Hudson? Any protein powder in your smoothie? The person who edited this is a... He's a... An eye shot. A one. He needs a job here at the toast. A thousand percent. Hudson, 20, 20 protein powder in your pasta. Protein and fiber every meal makes the losing weight no big deal. The real deal.
Put arsenic in your morning coffee. Hmm. Put arsenic. Arsenic coffee. Arsenic powder. Arsenic pasta. Arsenic salad. Sexy for somer. Crazy. You heard people. She had people in the hospital physically sick. I mean, she still remains the worst of the worst as far as all these stories go. People losing their colons. People having hives all over their body. Distended stomachs. Like somebody even died. It's a heart attack at 45 years old. You tell me that this person should be walking the street. These claims were not supported by them. Okay, we don't need to watch all things. But the easier part is that, you know, then she continues to document the journey on social media about the lawsuit. And she's accusing Tanya of having most sod agents follow her around the hamptons. People in unmarked vehicles following her and her family. Like, doxing her. She's making shit up. She didn't even let it go after the diet thing. So, honestly, I think a lot of people would have just given up because people have forgotten about this.
And I feel like Tanya, like whatever. She's fine. But like, she did not stop until justice was served. And the thing is, is that I'm sure, like with any diet or product, it's not made for every single person. Like, I'm sure there's somebody who had diarrhea from taking it. I've taken something, you know, you do a diet. And I would hope you don't have diarrhea from taking it on that fire. No, you know, you go on atkins. It doesn't, it doesn't match with you. It's not a perfect thing. You're a very personal. But to make accusations, like legally, you can't just say that shit. So, for, and then Emily then posted this video on her own account. Now, Emily does have this like army of people who believe her. People who think Tanya is this wrong doer. And so, the comments are like, I also, because I read in the comments too. Allegedly, I think the settlement was around $200,000. Yeah, $200,000. That she has to pay it like monthly because the disparity in finances cannot be overstated here. And this video, I thought it was Tanya, I would have been just happy with the video. But of course, Tanya never hurt. But I think she really just wanted to hurt this person, like as much as she possibly could. I actually think that the, like she probably was getting a financial settlement because that's what you would expect
if you're suing someone for damages. Yeah. She lost $40 million. The video was the cherry on top. The fact that her legal team even had the sense to ask demand this in the settlement is fucking brilliant. Yeah, I think that like Tanya really wants her credibility reinstated. Like it was just so quick. And you have to remember the time that we were living in. But also, like if there was just a settlement, it would have been a headline needs to settle. Yeah, she paid her $200,000. This was forever. I mean, the video, no, it just has made it almost as viral as the initial claims in 2020. It's true. Because she can't counteract all the damage that was done. Effector won't, you can't lightning doesn't strike twice. Everyone's moved on. You know, everyone's turned. Trends have changed. We've won. We've won. Actually, you are supposed to take a lot of fiber and protein when you have a GLP one. Tanya, it's your time. But so just for it to have even a fraction of the virality that Emily's had in 2020, that feels more like Justice than the money. Because also the money is not just a she lost $40 million. But also so much crazy shit happened on the internet during COVID and like we all just sort of like laid it to rest.
Like, oh, we were crazy. But the fact that Tanya didn't let this go, like, is what I admire most about her? Because like, you can't just make shit up. And I feel like there are so many, like, there are so few consequences for like people who destroy other people's lives on the internet. Because you see it happen all the time and nobody gets sued. Nobody goes to jail. Nobody does anything. Because I'll just move on even when they're proven wrong. A couple reasons why people don't sue. It's really hard to prove defamation. Time to spend $1 million over six years. It's very expensive. It will consume your entire life. But like, Tanya could do it. Right. One of means. The reason why I love this is that maybe it will have people thinking twice before they go crazy on someone and dedicate their life to taking down a person. Whether or not I'm sure at the time Emily believes, like she obviously believes she was doing the right thing. The Tanya is selling arsenic powder. But even when she was proved wrong, she didn't stop. Yeah. No one like this will make the next person think twice. So I think this is a gorgeous present. Press it and descend. But everybody who has had their life ruined on the internet doesn't want to perpetuate the ruination by spending six years fighting it.
Of course. No, and you want to heal. Yeah. You want to heal. No, you want to be a ghost. You have to work emotionally too. Tanya is in a unique position. She's in a unique position. So thank you, Tanya. I could not believe my eyes and ears when I was watching this video. Now, the comments are so different because they posted the video. They should have done a collab post. But they posted the on Tanya's video on Tanya's page, which is where I saw it first. And all the comments were like, Tanya, I'm so happy for you. Like, good for you. Never giving up. And then I saw the video on Emily's page in the comments were like, we know why she's doing this. She's being forced to. She's being high on the hostage. And I said, well, yes, she is being forced to. But like, that's because that's what the core sound being forced to buy a judge by the law. And you know what? The wheels of justice turn slow. They work mighty fine. It was a beautiful ending to one of the crazier sagas I've lived through on the internet. And I wasn't even particularly obsessed with it at the time. People were, especially because in the city, all my friends, they were upset. They have real media with an effector. They have real media with an effector. And so it was like a big scandal. I was like, I don't do diets. This doesn't apply to me. But now I'm like, wait, this really was so crazy.
Yeah. And I think that's the end of it. I am sure Emily Gellis, hopefully she's not stupid enough because there's obviously some sort of stipulation that she's never allowed to talk about Tanya ever again. Like, and if she does, like, well, why would she? Well, the thing is, why would she, you can't even apply rationale here because she should have stopped talking about her years ago. Yes. But like, now that she's been putting her place, like really, why would she, do you want to lose another two? Because she does have all these fans who like believe that she's sort of like the victim of this. Then you do have a kid from a wealthy woman. Because I don't want to be doing now doing the opposite of ruining Emily Gellis. Like, even that's what she did. And that's what she deserves. Honestly. It doesn't have to be shot afforded the complete other way. You have all these fans amazing. Go to work. Right. Do something out of your outfit. Talk about something else. Yeah, yeah. Build up Emily's self. Not Tanya. You don't have to build up yourself breaking down others. Yeah. So great. You have so many fans. Go have a career. Yeah. What a crazy video. Like, my job was on the floor.
I didn't really watch them at the time. So seeing, like now with the perspective of hindsight. Seeing these Instagram stories. We're at the time people were like subscribing Emily. I think her followers were growing so much like they couldn't wait to see what Emily was dropping today. Now seeing them like knowing what we know. It's like we should have called the police. Should have called the police. Lock her up. Like insane. Yeah. One of the craziest things I've ever lived there. Uh, yeah. So. So yeah. That's a wrap on that. Hopefully. Yeah. I think so. Yeah. I think like Emily should just take this L. Not take it any further. Like just like Jackie said, have it. I think she's kids like just enjoy. Yeah. And you have fans still. Yeah. They were a lot of support for her in her comments. Great. Start making like productive, positive educational content. That's been so cool. You know so much better than other people. Yes. You know all. Well, those were the past five. And I feel so you need to know them. No, never is. Thank you guys so much for listening to the Tesla money. Morning show. We do the past five stories. I need to know everybody.
