How it works

  1. 1

    Pick your categories

Track the categories your shows sell, or the brands on your prospect list. Pro covers 10 brands and 2 categories; Team covers 100 and 10.

  2. 2

    We listen to the shows

Episodes are transcribed and every ad read is extracted: brand, host-read or network-inserted, position, promo code and timestamp.

  3. 3

    You get the lead

An instant alert when a tracked brand turns up on a new show, by email, Slack or webhook, plus a weekly digest of new advertisers.

An example workflow

A rep selling a business-news show

  1. Monday

Tracks the finance and B2B software categories on Team.

  2. Wednesday

A Slack alert: a payroll brand appears for the first time on two business shows, host-read, mid-roll, with a promo code.

  3. Wednesday, 20 minutes later

Opens the brand page, sees the eleven shows it now sponsors and the exact read, exports them to CSV and sends a pitch that cites the shows next to hers.

What you get

New-advertiser alerts

The first time a brand is heard on a show in your categories, you hear about it — not a quarter later.

Where each brand buys

Every show a brand sponsors, how often, and whether the read is host-read or inserted by the network.

The read, verbatim

Quote the brand’s own copy and promo code back to them in the pitch. It shows you did the homework.

Competing shows’ sponsors

Every brand a show carries, on its own sponsor page. A rival show’s sponsor list is your prospect list.

CSV export

Any brand or show, out to your CRM or a spreadsheet.

Seats for the team

Team includes 5 seats; Agency 25. Invite by email, everyone shares the plan.

Questions

Where does the sponsor data come from?
From the audio. We transcribe episodes and detect the ad reads in the transcript, so a placement is only listed when the ad actually ran — not because it appears on a media kit or a rate card.
How fresh are the alerts?
Sponsor alerts fire when an episode published in the last 14 days is transcribed and a tracked brand is detected on a show it had not been heard on before.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no card required. If you only need a day of research, a Day Pass is $6.
Do you cover every podcast?
No one does. We index the podcast catalogue and transcribe continuously, prioritising active shows and the brands customers track. Coverage figures are public on the stats page.
