I'm your host, Brandon Kravitz. joined by the first lady of the pod, Kendra Middleton, Statsound, Evan Abrams here as well. Week three, full breakdown preview. And our five official plays, Emerson from DraftKings is back. And we have some work to do because we have started out quite poorly for the crew. One and four last week in the contest, Kendra. So we don't have a lot of wiggle room now. We got to get hot quick. Last week was my card.
And I am terrified of you two for this week. So we'll see how it goes because we really can't have this many stupid people on one show. It's getting impressive. I was talking a lot of shit to our audience when the season started saying, you all think you can beat us. Where are the casuals? How about this? Watch us run you down. Well, thankfully it is a marathon, not a sprint, Kendra, and to all of you. So have your fun while you can. The bounce back is coming. And that is because we have secret weapons in our back pocket. We have Dr. Chow. And we've got this man, Evan Abrams. Evan, the floor is yours. The fridge is over at the ball. Two minute trends. When I got to start my two minute clock, I didn't think this is the real you guys. This is not going to take two minutes. So you have no need to worry about it. I can't stand in the hour glass is starting to run. We're going. And also the fact is this, I can't talk you guys into anything these days. So don't blame it on me.
Kitchen sink week is considered like week three, week four, Brandon Anderson uses it all the time. But that's kind of the trends and the direction that history tells us. Owen two teams who are Owen two straight up in week three, facing a team with at least one win, 19, nine and one against the spreads in 2022, 42 and 22 over the last decade. And that's betting the worst. It's Atlanta, it's Washington, Miami, the chargers, the Titans and the bucks. And then teams who start Owen two straight up and against the spread who are under dogs in week three, facing an opponent who either has an straight up or an ATS win. So teams who are not the Owen two, 28 and 14 against the spread since 2015, Falcons, Dolphins, Chargers, Box. And the other one that I think is a little crazy is first nine games regular season, early season, home dogs of seven plus points, which now looks like it's definitely Miami. And it could be Washington, depends on what's happened there. 23, four and two against the spread since 2022,
covering by over six points per game. So it is bet the bad. And that's usually how it works in weeks three and four. Wow, been in 21 seconds, Evan. That's good. That's good. Yeah, we're good. I'm professional guys. I'm a professional, at least in speaking. So meat left on the bone as well. I guess the question I have and my one follow up here is with this being such public knowledge everywhere. I look, I am seeing more week three trends shared than I saw in week two, which is also a heavy trends week. Is this stuff priced in? We hear the terminology. This is baked into the line all the time. Sure. Well, but is it? I mean, are we seeing these dogs with some shaven numbers because of the trends or the books just say, hey, the trends are the trends. We're just gonna go with our power ratings and injuries. I think it's still game by game. Look at the four examples I give you off the bottom. Atlanta, Miami, Chargers, Tampa Bay. Atlanta's come down three and a half points,
but that's because of Pennix. Tampa Bay's basically come down like a pointer to, but I think that's based off team. You look at Miami and the Chargers, they basically haven't moved. And I think that's more based off opponent. So I still think it's way game to game than it is anything blanket it here. Well, you're not done with you Abrams, so don't you move muscles. Dr. Chow Emerson Lotzia, five contest plays nominated, but first let's hear from the King of Kings draft Kings. If you listen to this show, you know what ball season is officially back and to celebrate our sponsor, Draft Kings has an incredible offer for you. No week of game previews can continue without a chat with the doc. Dr. David Chow joins us from sixscored.com, our go-to source for injury news, information and pricing in week two of the NFL, the sick premium model help subscribers went over 12 units all based on their injury intel, and doc, I'll have you know, Kendra has already shifted her format of betting to tilt in the side of making sure that she reads through all of your injury scores before placing any bets, because we got absolutely slaughtered last week. Let me tell you some, we were six and one in the three and two stars picks hit, and then we're plus 12 some units. It's not like that every week, but here's the thing. We try and stay away from the clunkers, get on the blowouts, and we'll take the coin flips, and it's all based on injuries, and look, you guys are very experienced. I'm not really a better. You guys are what you should do is say, I like Team X, check out the injury,
that makes me like Team X more go-to units, or maybe go half a unit. Like, you know, it's just one factor in what you all should do, right? It's never be all and all. Nothing is, you know, we are, we're out here. We're just making Jumbalaya with this sports betting, throw a bunch of stuff in there, and hope that we come out on top. We've seen a lot of quarterbacks hit the shelf already early on this season, Jackson Dart, Caleb Williams, Jaden Daniels, Kyler Murray, they all have something in common. They're all running quarterbacks. Now, they didn't all get hurt running, but still is there a correlation to a higher rate of injury with these mobile quarterbacks? Yes, and here's what I mean. My guy, Philip Rivers, long time guy, we've talked about on the show before. Basically, he got hurt, but never really, he never missed a game, Iron Man Street. Eli Manning, pocket guy. Iron Man, long streaks. Tom Brady for the most part, one year. These were not running quarterbacks. Running quarterbacks exposes you.
It's like the more double black diamond ski runs you take, the more chance of injury. But it's not just running quarterbacks. It's the style of play of extending plays. Jackson Dart wasn't running, but he was in the pocket, jump pass, trying to extend plays. Jaden Daniels, when he went down, he got stepped on. He was trying to save himself and extend the play. I'll add another one to that. Kyler Murray was clearly running, right? And, et cetera. But I'll add another one to the, and Caleb Williams running, but Sam Darnold was extending a play when he heard his hit. So that's five starting quarterbacks right there. They're not in the pocket throwing or dumping the ball, getting rid of the ball. They're extending plays. And that's where the injury risk comes from. I want to piggyback off of this. Both Sam Darnold and Caleb Williams are questionable for this weekend. What do you see on the injury side? And I know that we can't really predict or project who's going to play, but you're the best at it. So who would you assume is in or out for this weekend?
Well, we're not perfect at it, but we are pretty good at telling you what the injury is. And when Caleb Williams went down, the whole world said, uh-oh, non-contact. And look at the way he was carted off and he's done for the season. And we said, no, just hamstring. And it turned out to be not only hamstring, but grade one hamstring. This is why we always say, judge the injury video, not the reaction to the injury, right? And the reactions can be different. Caleb Williams is not playing this week, okay? That's, you know, even if he could play from the pocket, which is just not his style, you don't want to turn a short-term injury into a longer-term injury. Caleb Williams is not playing as a matter of fact, I don't think, uh, a agent, the backup is playing because the concussion is likely case-kino. Sam Darnold amazingly has a chance to play this weekend. I think this means for sure next weekend,
but possible this weekend, yes. And that he's come a long way from that hip injury. Can you explain what happened with Sam Darnold? Because you've said a lot of hip, I know that there have been some jokes that it was his ass online. I still don't understand what happened to him. And I want to make the ass injury jokes, but I feel like I need to know what's going on before I can. Well, the ass injury jokes come from Glute Tendon, right? And Glute is no offense, your ass, right? A big part of your ass. But how does the Glute Tendon get strained? The Glute Tendon gets strained because he lands on his knee and the flexed hip gets driven up and out. And that's how you strain the tendon. So I think, look, it's all about coach speak and injury management and there's spin that goes on, shocker. And look, I think I can interpret coach speak a little bit better because I was on the other side of it. Going back to Philip Rivers the one time he played
with a torn ACL and the AFC championship game, coach, nor have Turner literally asked, I said, what are you going to tell the media? He said, don't tell anyone. Don't tell anyone even in our coach's meeting, what he really has. I said, okay, what are you going to tell the media? And he goes MRI pending. I said, okay, what are you going to tell him tomorrow? And he goes, okay, what should I tell him? And came up with an MCL, what you had, mild, right? To hide it. So coach speak is part of this. I think they wanted to signal Seattle that this is not going to be a Bo Jackson. This is nothing to worry about here. Let's not use the word hip, even though it started out as a, let's say Glute Tendon and pick out a piece of it and make a big set of it. It's all in the messaging and, you know, look, I try and interpret for you guys. I have one more piggy on this bear's eagles match up. Sequan bark Lee before I go and put some money on the eagles, any expectation that he will sit this week? You make a very good point and I've talked about it this week. I have some worry for Sequan.
First of all, it was reported as a stinger. Most stingers resolve very quickly. He did come back to the field with that cowboy collar, but he really didn't return to the game till late and was relatively inconsequential. Then comes an MRI and an MRI is always negative on a stinger. But the fact that they did an MRI may indicate either the stinger is worse than they thought or they're ruling out a disc issue. So I would be guarded on Sequan bark Lee right now and see what happens. I'm hoping for the best, but there are some subtle signs based on the video and how they've treated it that there's a little bit ifiness here on Sequan. That's right. I wait. Yeah, there you go. I mean, this is, it's such valuable information for us is we're about to get into our game by game breakdown. And one of the games that I think we're going to be the most confused on is the international game this week between the Ravens and the Cowboys.
Zay flowers is still dealing with an injury to his hamstring. There's injuries in the offensive line, runner Ronnie Stanley, Miss practice, Metabouquet on the defense, Miss practice. Our team physicians coaches, those that are making the decisions more cautious when it comes to international play or all of these things treated the same. Well, they're more cautious in some ways. They always look at the schedule and say, rest here, short by division games. They always are scheduled playing. Now, Metabouquet is actually slated to come back, but we're this week, but where the international travel comes into play, especially for your gamblers, is if they don't travel, they have to be declared out, right? That was a rule that was instituted after Bellichek and they'd back in the day was following travel reports. So you're not gonna fly Zay flowers to Brazil on a long flight on a hamstring if he's not gonna play.
So you're gonna hear about that earlier. That's what you're gonna hear. I think he's probably another week away. This is where the international travel comes into play. And the other thing is was Zay flowers speedster. You don't wanna turn a short term hamstring into a long term injury, as especially this early in season. C. Caleb Williams, Zay flowers, Puka Nakuwa with his hip, Nico Collins with his hamstring. That's where you see some of the caution. And that's why last weekend, I was telling the fantasy world, yeah, better prepare for Monday night. There's not gonna be Puka, you better have a plan. I'll happen with Malik neighbors. That was such an odd injury. It felt like you didn't really see anything happen. Usually if a wide receiver gets hurt on what was an attempt at a completion, usually there's a flag that goes with it. There was nothing, there was marginal contact. And he was grabbing at his shoulders. If that thing hurt pretty bad, what did you see in the moment? And what do you think that means for him moving forward?
In the video, in the moment, and then doing our data bank research at Sports and Recentral, that was a right shoulder subluxation as he was hand-fighted. The shoulder slipped out a socket briefly. That's why it was so painful. He actually has a history of labor, tear, and the shoulders slipped out a socket by inference. And this may be a recurring problem this year. And I would be, I would not be surprised if he ultimately has surgery on it. Now we hope that surgery is at the end of the season and he can finish, but obviously he just got off his ACL and returned. But there was word and we have history of him subluxing that shoulder before and having labor, tear before in that shoulder. And that's what we believe it is. And the giants are banged up now. So you got Jackson Darden, all that initial confusion. And if you can talk about it, if you want, Brian Burns, the top defender out, and they're left tackle, Andrew Thomas, with a groin and Malik neighbor hampered here.
Also, the giants ball to the top. The season started with Carolina, most injured on there. But now Detroit is making a run at it. And Washington is making a run at most injured now. A lot of injuries going around. Speaking of injury history, Jeet and Daniels, I've done some research and I clearly am not a doctor. But I've read that since he has a history of that same thing with the same elbow, it almost makes his recovery a little bit easier because the muscles and the arm or something like that understand what happened. Is this true or is this a load of baloney? What's his recovery? Where did you get that info from? I would like to keep my job so I'm not going to say. But if you follow along a Twitter or ex-profote ball knock on the podcast, that's exactly what we said immediately after the game. Because this is a re-injury. The bad news is it's an elbow dislocation again.
The good news is there's no new damage. Last time he came back in four weeks. This is why he can come back sooner than that with an elbow brace, okay? Because there's no new damage. Kurt Warner is right. He played one week after dislocating his elbow in a big brace. But he also handed the ball off only with his right hand and no offense to Kurt Warner. 2007 Kurt Warner, Kurt Warner was never that mobile, but 2007 Kurt Warner with the Cardinals was a lot less mobile than that. And they played a different game, Jane Daniels. But in the game is different today. I respect the heck out of Kurt, Hall of Famer, et cetera. However, here's the punchline and here's the worry on Jane Daniels. He can come back fairly quickly with an elbow brace and avoid short term IR. But if he doesn't wear that elbow brace, it has a high risk of re-discocaiting again.
Because of that and because of the torn ligament in his elbow, because it's non-throwing elbow. If it were throwing elbow, he would already had surgery. I mean, a Tommy John type surgery. Because it's non-throwing elbow, you can play through with a brace. But the fact that it's come out a second time when he didn't have the brace on means he's always gonna have the brace. So why the second opinion is multiple right now? Because his agent slash his mom is trying to take care of the son, right? Make sure he's okay. Make sure this is not an RG3 situation. And it's a re-discocaition second time, which also puts surgery on the table to fix it. Because maybe Jane doesn't like the brace and doesn't want to wear it. So even if he wears it all the rest of this season, this off season, he may have surgery on it to get it fixed. That's what he's working through. Of course, if he doesn't like wearing the brace or he wants to get it fixed, it's within his right to get it fixed now. But this is what they're looking at
to make a good decision. Surgery is on the table in his future, a question of when, but he could try and return in a brace short of IR. So the commanders are gonna suck. I'll put that in my notes. My last question for you. You don't like Marcus Marriota? Can't say, not a Marriota pod. Can't say I'm married to Marriota. However, my final question for you, Brock Bowers, we have brought him up every single week since the season started and granted it's only week three. But what are your expectations for Brock Bowers potential return this week? Are we gonna be waiting to see him next week? I think you're gonna see Brock Bowers active this week. But are you gonna see the Brock Bowers that everyone expects this week? I think this is potentially a week where he plays, but there's a little bit of a target share with Michael Mayer. This is the transition week. That's what it is shaping up to be. Some Brock Bowers is better than none, but I wouldn't say this is the Brock Bowers version that we've all grown accustomed to yet.

We've learned over and over on our show, while talking to people and entertainment that success comes when you bet on yourself. How many times have we talked to an actor who took a big risk with a challenging role because they believed they could pull it off? Well, it's a lot easier to take those risks when you've got the practical stuff covered. And that's what Geico does so well. Imagine an actor driving to set to film the scene that's going to win them an Oscar. They're focusing on the scene, not on dealing with managing an insurance claim. Because Geico is handling that. And they don't even expect a shout out in the acceptance speech. Geico provides peace of mind and they'll do the same for you. Maybe it's not an Oscar wedding performance. Maybe it's building a career. Starting the business you've dreamed about or just taking care of your family. Whatever you're betting on, Geico will make sure you're covered. Learn more at Geico.com. Just pick something up, ready?
If you don't like it, you can just veto it. I'm to welcome on our special guest picker, the one and only Emerson Lotzia back at it for more pain. TV may even the face of Draft Kings if you ask me. Hey, Emerson, welcome back. Thanks for forcing us the Jacksonville Jaguars last week. Those great. They'll really paid off well in the contest for us. Oh yeah, it's okay. It's all right. Our guys, we've had one bad half a football in two games this year. Okay, listen, I don't have a crystal ball. I can't predict the future. They should have gone and you're up seven points. I mean Kendrick came back me up on this. They should have won that game, but instead they decided to shit right down their leg and Trevor threw a terrible interception, tried to throw a couple more. And then the Broncos are like, we'll score 17 on answered points. Like no big deal, you know? Hey, sometimes it happens, all right? You don't get them all right.
Wait to you see who my bet is going to be. This week. Okay, I'm excited. I will not be bullied again. Okay, that did not go well for us. I put some respect on my name. Wait, wait, which one of you I care remember? Which one of you decided to back the Browns against the Bar? That was you. That was you. Yeah, good, good call. I'm gonna give you credit, good call. Although it was another game where the box, like didn't they come out of that two hour delay? Didn't they like the red zone? Yeah, they were in the red zone and like they had a minute. They just need to score a touch down. The buck probably should have won the game, but they they were never gonna cover. So that's all we needed was the game to have. All right, I'm out on that team right now. I am absolutely out on that team. I'm done with them. Emma, senior eyebrows look very nice. Did you just get them treated? I just no, no, I didn't get them threaded. I got them waxed yesterday. Yeah. At a whole point are my eyebrows right now. It's the best hair on my body. I told people that all the time.
Yeah, this is a much more. That's really good. Much more handsome week for you than last week. Last week, the sound of what was going on. It was it was a little rough. It's okay. I was a little rough around the edges. I just shaved at the gym after a nice sauna session with my brows and yeah, saw some, saw some, you know, fruit dangling. All right. You gotta let it hang out in the sauna. Let's go to Thursday night football, Falcon, some Packers, some Packers favored by four and a half total at 42 and a half. I told myself I wasn't going to bet the Falcons earlier in the week. I had to fight myself. It was plus seven. Now they're four and a half point underdogs. And this is why you have to put your fears to the side folks. Michael Pentix is back. The Cooper rush days are over. The Packers offensive line is a mangled mess. The Packers have already used five offensive line combinations through two games. And it's only going to get worse tonight. This is a Falcon spot to the max. I didn't get the seven. I have bet them on the money line here.
So that's where I am. Kendra, I'm not going to have them in the contest here because there's just so much. We don't need to force a Thursday night football game with a number that's gotten away from us. But come on, this is a week to back the Falcons if you're ever going to do it. Does Michael Pentix really move the needle for you? I'm sure that there's like a penis joke to be made. But like, he does not, does not do that for me. What moves the needle for me is Cooper rush not starting. That's what moves the needle for me. Yeah, I just, I can't, I hate the Packers after what they did to me last week. I have no faith in any of the quarterback situation going on in Atlanta right now. I don't want anything to do with this game. What is this game right now? Five and a half? Five and a half? Well, you're done to four and a half. You're the five available, but four and a half. Dude, just my internet suck or something. I don't really quite understand. I'm looking, I'm seeing five and a half. I mean, either way, getting more than a field goal gives us a little extra cushion. I'm also going Falcons on this.
Are y'all nominating the Falcons right now? I don't think we can do anything. We're so early on into the discussion here. I feel it's, I feel it's pretty much. What is the contest line? Is it the four and a half or the five and a half? Because if it's a five and a half, I would be more likely. Can you text or slack us the contest lines please so that I can be the most accurate on this? Because if we maybe we are getting a little extra juice for the squeeze because they lock in those contest numbers ahead of time. And for those who... If it's a five and a half, I'll take it. Emerson brought this up last week, and it's a really good point. Oh, we should do a better job explaining what it is we're doing here. We've got five picks to put into the contest against the spread. Kendra and I ideally would come to a consensus for the five plays, but that is never gonna happen in the history of mankind. So we'll hopefully land on a couple that we agree on, but we each have two nominations,
and we also have a veto if we hate one of the other person's nominees. And Emerson will get the lock in one of the picks as well. So ideally two of the picks come from me, two of the picks come from Kendra, and one comes from our special guest with veto powers available for all. Got it? Good? Yeah, I can understand it. Yeah, contest is six and a half coming from production. Boys, you might be winning this with the dirty birds. Oh, wow, that is fast. We, uh, let's lock it in. Let's go. Atlanta Falcons, plus six and a half. I will write that on my sheet. We are in the way to work. Travis, I hope that you know, if this goes poorly, they are in federal prison. Emerson, you missed this. I am not allowed to nominate or bet four or against the Patriots for the rest of the season. They are in federal prison for me until the post season. Um, I am making it by right now declaring that if the Falcons fuck this up for us, they go and bet federal prison for rabbits.
Right. I'm real about something. If they go o and three against the spread though, you're going to bet them again, because it's going to be great. And they're, they're lines going to be huge. So that's not really how it works, but we all love you. Thank you. Yeah, I put them in, I put them in prison with a temporary sentence on Monday's show. And now they're the first team in the contest. This is like Shawshank Redemption. We're out. Yep. Climbing through a tunnel of shit. Now we're just chilling on the beach and we're making money. All right, let's go to Sunday. We got the Seahawks and the commanders. The Seahawks favored by seven. And this line I think is going to be on the move because we've got some word that Sam Darnold is on track to come back for this game. The commanders are going to be without Jaden Daniels for the foreseeable future. The Seahawks defense is awesome. Not a lot of reasons to back the commanders here unless you just like taking those big home underdogs. But Kendra, it's, it's probably a pass for me, but it's Seahawks or nothing. Yeah, pass for me.
I kind of lead in towards the underage just because one I don't have a ton of faith in Marcus Mariotta. But if Darnold's coming back, I don't think that they're going to overexert him by any means. I think that they're going to try and play it safe against a team that they should easily get a road win against. Not do anything crazy. It leaned the under here, but no play from me. Yeah, I'm probably not going to touch this one either. Do we have any trends with like West Coast teams going east? Is there anything there? I know we have a trend. Yeah, that's always something we used to talk about a lot like on our shows on draft kings and stuff. It is a very good trend overall recently, but honestly, it's just the best for Seattle. Yeah. Seahawks is 7-1-1 when crossing three time zones over the last three seasons, covering by over 11 points per game. The one I will give you is like the reason to potentially like Washington here, and this is a crazy one. First nine games of the regular season, home dogs of 7 plus 23, 4 and 2 against the spread since 2022,
covering by over six points per game, two completely opposite trends. That's how trends work. But to me, that just tells you like an inflated number. So possibly a reason to get into the Marriota business, but yeah, Seattle's been stones on the road. Yeah, so there are two and OATS on the season, right? And that's with Drew Locke as their primary quarterback. So let's just say Sam Darnel does come back. Yeah, I would have to lean Seattle. I'm not scared of Marcus Marriota. I kind of like getting a better number with Drew Locke as the quarterback if I'm better into this. Yeah, sure. So far, we haven't really seen much of a deviation between the two. Evan, before we completely cut your loose on this game, Marcus Marriota from what I recall, not so good against the spread as a quarterback. I think that's something else to consider here. There are a few trends, but it's mostly just first half. I don't believe he's a good first half quarterback. The one thing I found really interesting with Marriota is face four defenses with a really high sack percentage, four percent or higher. He scored 26, 22, 27 and 41, all with the commanders.
So it feels like sometimes he shows up in these games and isn't as bad as we remember, but it has to look into some of the EPA stuff. Not gonna be a contest play for us, but if you wanted a prop, I think we're really missing the boat on just betting on Jackson, Smith and Jigba every week. 122 yards, 155 yards. Those are his outputs in the first two weeks. He's plus 115 to hit at least 100 yards. I mean, what are we doing here? I'm a keeper in any time, because if he's still plus money for it any time, there's nothing. Dude, I mean, he's had 11 targets too, like in each game, like four touchdowns and Washington's defense has definitely been vulnerable. That would easily be one of my favorite anytime touchdown spots. Even money plus 100 and JSN. Do it, do it. Pod bet. All right. We are in. Chargers bills, bills favored by seven and a half. This is one of the eight two and O teams in the NFL. Josh Allen is the odds on favor to win MVP.
Everything is sunshine and rainbows at the new high mark stadium, which looks gorgeous. For the Chargers, not so much. They've lost, by the score of 26 to 14 in back-to-back weeks, which is very strange. Madison Beers, a character in Fortnite now and Jim Harball looks like he's about to have a stroke. Guess that means we're going to back the Chargers this week, aren't we, Kendra? I really want to nominate them, but the bills just look like world beaters. That's the thing. If this were probably any other team, I would be on the Chargers for a bounce back this week, but it just feels like there's trouble in Paradise. I don't know if it's like the McDaniels is just the diva of the week still and he's beefing with Harball. I don't understand what's going on here. I texted you guys separately once we got off of the show on Monday after I rewatched the Chargers game last week that I was absolutely potentially right in leaving Justin Herbert off of my top 10 quarterbacks in the league because, man, does he look like shit?
Dude, he looks terrible. I hate that team right now. Now, something has to do with I have a lot of those guys on my fantasy teams, but Jesus Christ, get it together. I mean, like at what point are we going to talk about or are we going to mention Justin Herbert's a problem? But he has, hasn't he had like five different offensive coordinators in five seasons or something insane like that? Like that is definitely not easy and this is probably the most complicated offense that he's had to work through, but my God, I'm going to trust Buffalo to clear the touchdown at home because I have zero faith in the Chargers. They can eat my white ass because I am John with that team. They don't know how to play football anymore, but again, please say a Madison beer up there to look at not to share. I have a question. Do we think that Justin Herbert is stupid? Huh, like he's got, he has special needs and Madison beer is one of them, but I don't know a whole lot more than that.
Why do you ask that? I don't, I don't think it's like a not doing your homework situation. I don't think it's like a lack of effort. I just don't think that he reads a defense well. I don't, I don't think that he processes well or at least he's not processing well right now. Like for the beginning of his career, I think that he was capable and able of just relying on his athletic abilities, but we see at this point in quarterback's careers who are elite the game solo down for them. And I just don't think that that's happening for him. I think that he's doing the work, but he's not understanding the work. Yeah, I'm going to get my answer is, but he don't know how he got the answer. Yeah, the only, I agree with you. The only thing I'll touch on again, it's Mike McDaniel's offense is known to be like one of the most difficult, I guess, to absorb. About time he, I think he might be dumb. Yeah, I mean, like this could be one of those teams I could easily see like halfway through the season, all of a sudden it just starts clicking, you know,
and he just starts throwing bomb after bomb. We saw it a little bit like with Trevor Lawrence last year, a little bit of a slow start, started getting used to that off. And so I'm going to do just cut loose, think last, throw the damn football, and they had an incredible finish to the year. But I'm on this go. Yeah, I'm on this set. I'm on this stuff. Go ahead, Evan. Come on. Like everything, the credibility behind Herbert, like what we think Herbert is, doesn't equal what Herbert shows for four GPA at Oregon, 39 of 50, Wonderlake. He was the, he was the perfect quarterback, the genius, and everything's fallen apart since. So, you can sort of, I buy into, but the GPA I don't because at Auburn, all you had to do was write your sport on the back of your test and they would give you an A. So I throw the GPA out the window, the Wonderlake final give it to you. Yeah, I also do not buy in the GPA because it went, like for example, when I was in high school, I played a golf match against my Marine Biology teacher
before my senior year. And he said, if you beat me, I'm going to give you an A for the year. And so I beat him. And so I got an A for the year in Marine Biology. I don't know, he's not the school anymore, but I'm not going to mention his name, but shout out to Bishop Kenny High School down in Jacksonville because I love the teachers there. I remember sitting next to one of the smartest girls in our class and she would always look at me and she would always be like, I don't get how you continue to get an A in this class. Like you don't do anything and I said, honey, it's all up here, okay? All of you. Yeah, more like it's all up here. Well, I'm sure you all have a lot to say on the dolphins then since you're a Marine Biology expert. The, yeah, they suck. I think we should put the chargers in the contest. I have other games that I feel more strongly about that I don't want to waste a potential detail here. So I'm not sure, I really thought that this is going to be a buddy bet in this because this is one
that we were leaning towards. I did already bet the chargers plus seven and a half in the action app, but I'll leave it alone for now. Bangles Steelers Steelers, three and a half point dogs, four and a 42 and a half on the total, a classic NFC North battle. Bangles, they look like world beaters too. Steelers look old, tired and slow, yet this line is parked at three and a half. I feel like we're supposed to take the Steelers here in theory, but I just can't get in front of the bangles right now. They're number one total EPA on defense in the league right now through two weeks. And at any point, this offense could put up 50. So I'm not doing anything with this game, Kendra. This is a nomination from me. I bet the bangles on Monday, the Steelers are ass. Aaron Rogers is old. I like this offense sucks. Their defense is okay, but the bangles are 10 times better than that defense even now. I think that this, I get that it's a divisional matchup and it's on the road for the bangles, but I think that they beat them at least by a touchdown. I've had this in the bang since Monday.
This is one of my knobs. Oh, man. Okay, so let's see. It's three and a half. Hook is not ideal since the natty though, has been significantly better. The only thing I'll say, and I read this, I had a little VO, you may see it in a commercial this week, guys, but we have bangles have failed to cover the spread and for their last six trips to the Steel City. That includes three straight outright losses. And right now, I think if Cincinnati aiming for the first three and it starts in 2015, I may. I may end up betting the Steelers in this, okay? Just because of a little recent trend in Cincinnati, with the little- Is it your veto? Little trickle of urine down its leg for some reason inside the city where they put french fries on everything. Yes, this is my veto. Wow. I was gonna do it. I was gonna let this, I was gonna let this one sneak through. I don't mind betting the bangles through the tower.
The trends do, you gotta save this stuff. Trends point to the Steelers. The Steelers are 12, 2 and 2 against the spread as a home underdog, in division dating back to 2000. But how much of that? I know, okay? I'm just telling the story here, but how much of that was Mike Tomlin? Yeah. You can't do the raw raw Mike Tomlin spot. When Mike Tomlin's on Sunday night football, it doesn't work. I do hate myself for this because I put that Pittsburgh Patriots game on for 10 minutes last week. I couldn't watch it. It was terrible. It was terrible. Dude, Aaron Rogers is awful. He did it. This is the other abuse. Move. Yeah, it really is, dude. That, I mean, that guy should be like in a wheelchair, sipping warm glasses of breast milk at four o'clock in the afternoon like every day. But I'm good. The AI wife. And the bangles defensive line is ripping. The bangles D line is ripping through these opposing offensive lines.
I like the bangles here too, but it's been vetoed, so we'll move on. Chiefs dolphins, let's check in with our marine biologists on this, on the dolphins catching 10 and a half. I'm going to assume that in the contest, you get an extra point on the dolphins based on the way that this is going. I'm thinking it's probably 11 and a half in the contest. I'm not sure it's going to matter for us here. The dolphins are second only to the Atlanta Falcons in terms of the worst point differential in the NFL right now. And the chiefs look like they are all the way back. It is sitting at 10 and a half in the contest. No, thank you. That would be my read on this. I am, I can see the dolphins going, oh, in 17 against the spread this year. I don't think that that's crazy, which I guess in that respect, it would be the chiefs, but laying over a touchdown over 10 points with my homes on the road historically is not in a profitable endeavor, I believe. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, a lot of himming and awe and going on over here. I can't think about flogging the dolphin here, but Kansas City 31 points, 33 points in his first few games.
I don't know, man, my amazement's shown jack shit, including last week. Who was it? One of you guys set the dolphins would give San Francisco a problem. No, I'm just, yeah, middle 10. I see you there. I, that was our, that was our peg of the week. That was the backdoor cover, which, all right, all right, which, which trust me? I've thought about the peg of the week every day since we came up with the peg of the week. And I'm like, I don't know, some of these teams go down there to South Florida just like, why was someone ringing my doorbell right now? Oh my God, I did not ask for that. Do not ring my doorbell again. Man, I hit on some of the doorbell ring, just induces rage. It is, it is. It is fear inducing that somebody has to get rid of that. But like, but, but like real talk, you've seen like recent history, patriots going down the floor to play in the Jags early. It's not going to be that hot this weekend though. I know, which is why I can't absolutely wait and I'm debating wearing a long sleeve shirt on. Me too.
I'm debating jeans. Oh, that's disgusting. Ask sweat and jeans is so comfortable. But I have the Del Campo denim shorts. Oh, nice, nice and breathable. I like that. But I don't know, I'm trying to think maybe Kansas City goes down there and they can't handle the heat, the humidity, the sun. Ah! And then the dolphins are like, okay, maybe just a back door cover, peg of the week. This is my peg of the week. It's a big issue right now. I wouldn't agree just because, yeah. I think that if they get ahead, they're gonna sit people and just let it rock. And I think that the dolphins, that's the only, that's the only thing that I can think of. No play, but definitely peg of the week again. Yeah, peg of the week. All right. I like just sort of throwing that out there and not being tied to this financially. So we're good with that. Jets, lions, lions sitting in six and a half point favorites total of 47 and a half. The Jets are off of an overtime loss to the Packers. We're Aaron Glenn, we're really fumbled the bag with clock management and then the decision
to take the ball and overtime. You don't do that in 2026. Fascinating game. The lions have extra time to prepare. Dan Campbell has been pretty good in those situations. I'll give you the trend on that in a moment. And he's going up against the guy that he coached with for multiple years in Aaron Glenn. So I like the lions this week. I wouldn't be surprised if this closes at seven or even seven and a half. Official nomination from me. I'm laying the points with the lions at home. I like it. I mean, getting Detroit, what is six and a half right now? I mean, getting Detroit below seven. That's important. Hey, what's going on? I saw it this morning. The Jets have been making like quarterback moves. I think they got rid of like Zappy. I think they brought in what's his nuts, former Titans quarterback who's super shredded and likes mayonnaise. Well, I love this. Yeah, is something up with Chino? Like is he is he banged up? I don't know. I think that's something to keep an eye on here. But I know what I'm saying. Every inch in here is the Jets are just frisky.
I know that Evan has stats about like teams who just played in overtime the week prior. If I'm not mistaken and how they usually don't perform very well, that's the only thing that I think is of magnitude here for me. I can't think of another situation where I'm going to use my veto unless Kravitz really throws me a curveball. I just think the lions kind of suck, but the Jets are frisky. That's where I'm at here. I do agree that the Jets are frisky. They're two and a against the spread. I will be backing the Jets many more times throughout the year. This is more of a lean to the lions than it is a fade of the Jets. Dan Campbell has coached six games against a head coach that either employed or worked for Dan Campbell. So a former coworker of his five and one straight up, four and two against the spread, winning five and a row outright. The lions are also 12 and three against the spread with extra rest over the last five seasons. This is a spot play more than anything else.
The lions are so much better when they're inside of their home building. They're just so injured. The lion. I don't love the offensive line, but I think that's why we're getting the discount on the below seven. They took a massive and Brian brancher both out. Yeah, Gina here, but they're rubbing up that secondary. All right. All right. So you use the veto. All right. We have one in the contest. Right now we're rocking with the Falcons plus six in half. We're so hot. No, no. Panther's browns. You just never know what direction this is going to go in too much fun. I got to be honest. I don't think I'm going to use my veto here. I think I have to let it slip in. Oh, you're slipping in. Oh, you're so hot. I can't. I don't see any other games that I hate more or love more or less other than the one that I'm going to nominate. So I think that that's where I'm at is I just am not in love with the card. So I got a lot of fun. OK. All right. Falcons minus six and a half or I'm sorry. Lions minus six and a half can't get Atlanta out of my mind.
Lions minus six and a half has made it into the contest. Let's preview the most disgusting game of the week and the panthers and the browns. The browns plus two and a half. Very odd one to handicap here. I would love to take the browns, but back in Cleveland off of a win feels like a world. I don't want to live in also Bryce Young. Second week in a row listed as a road favorite. That's only the third time in his career that he's been a road favorite. This is not common. So another thing that should give you pause if you're like, well, obviously the panthers are better than the browns 80% of the bets 82% of the money on Carolina. All the bets coming in on Carolina and boy, if you have paid attention to these splits, you have seen how that has gone early on this season, dangerous place to live. I think it's browns or past. I could be talked into the browns. I would not veto it. But I'm not going to nominate it. Gendra. CM on the side of the sad cats here. The only thing that I have question over is Devon Lloyd is such a ball-hawk for interceptions
and him being questionable for this game gives me a little bit of apprehension just because I think that he could very easily make slight work out of Dishon Watson. But I'm also in the same predicament that I was last week where OK, did Dishon perform because of this lightning delay at the last minute? Or is it because he knows his job is on the line? And that's the only version of Dishon Watson that I'm scared of is that I have nothing to lose to Sean Watson. Yeah. And any browns fans in my life were so pissed that they won that game because they know it just met another week of Dishon Watson under center. What number are we playing this in the contest? Two and a half or come to three right now? OK, two and a half. I don't. I mean, with if the spreads under or below three, I'm going to back Bryce Young and the Panthers who saw their offensive ceiling last week and rather than asking Cleveland to keep up here. Yeah, I think that I also it's Panthers or nothing for me. All right, but that is not an official nomination. I have two that I like still one of them.
I want in so I will allow this to move forward. OK, we will push past. You already have your two and I know what Emerson's throwing out there and you need to be told so. Oh, that's right. I've wasted all of my opportunities. I have other games that I like. I'll just have to try and I'll have to try and soft sell them. But the Browns are one in six, ATS off of a win over the last three seasons. A reason to not bet on the Cleveland Browns. Patriots, Jags, you're both going to be at this game, right? Yeah. Wow. I'm going to see you and I'm going to meet my family. Oh, hello. Hi, mom. Let's talk about pegging. The AFC champs and do what? I don't even know what that means. I'll teach her. This is arguably the biggest home game of the year for the Jaguars. If you look at their schedule, there's a prime time game against Pittsburgh later in the season, but Pittsburgh is kind of lame. So this can be it depends on what you consider home games because they have the Eagles and
the Texans back to back and London as home games. Well, that does not count because it's not in Jacksonville. So I think we've only got five games or four games left in Jacksonville for the next the rest of the coming to my city and then come into Orlando. That's right. They're not at home again until November 1st. So this is like the last hurrah. This is sending them off before they go off the war. Do we back the Jags here after they wet the bed for us in the contest last week? I'm back in. I sold my shares for one week. I was right. You two bullied me into the Jags, but I like Jacksonville minus the three here. Go ahead. I can't nominate. But I'm sure one of you two bozos will. Yeah. Come on, everybody. Let's go. We are jagging off. I don't think New England's win over Pittsburgh last week really deserves any respect. Jags back home bounce back spot Liam Cohen is feeling it. Okay.
The blood pumping through his loins pumping through his plums and his hog. He's going out there. There is blood in the water and there is nothing. Our fan base loves more outside of maybe beating Tennessee or the Colts who can't win in Jacksonville. Then beating a team that was just in the Super Bowl. And a team that has owned us throughout our history. Okay. And they can't handle the heat even though it may not be as warm as what Kendra may wear jeans. This is my bet. This is my bet. Jags minus three Trevor Lawrence over one and a half touchdowns wherever you want to find those odds find the best odds possible zone draft Kingsport. I have been on every single show possible this week. I think as a Patriots rep and a Jags rep. I've really been across the board here and the more and more I look into this game. I know that I have nothing to say here because the Patriots are in federal prison for me. I do have a Jacobi Myers anytime touchdown because I think I think that it's a Jacobi
game because you have to make the decision of Christian Gonzalez shadowing BTJ, which I don't think is the best option for them because yes, he's the fastest person on the field but he can't catch the ball. So you have to move Christian Gonzalez to the guy getting the most amount of workload which is going to be Parker Washington. You still have to respect BTJ but Jacobi Myers if anything is going to have a revenge game against this team because they have not considered him for the entirety of his career and I don't see why that's going to change now. But the thing for me is that I really don't think with all of the injuries that this Patriots defense is going to be able to stop the Jaguars offense enough for the Patriots offense with their injuries to be able to keep up. That's the thing for me here. Dude, the only reason the Patriots like defensive front looked good last week is because they were playing the frickin Pittsburgh Steelers. Yeah. That's the only reason. I it was gross. New England's still only scored one offensive touchdown early the game after that. Drake May is broken. Yeah. He's not look right. If you look at his quarterback rating, if you think Baker Mayfield has been bad, Drake
May is like seven slots lower than him in terms of efficiency. Look ahead, Spot Patriots have the bills on deck. That's huge. That's big Morgan Moses popped up on the injury report. Is he supposed to play? Do you know? I think yes, but I am not positive. I should have asked Callahan about that this morning. The Jags have I think their past rush can get home on Drake May. I really like Jack. Have to you cannot have you they have to you cannot have another showing like you did with two first round picks last week. I need more from those two. I think I think they will eat especially with Patriots just lost their their left guard right for the season. I can win. Yeah, yeah, dude. They're going to feast. It's going to be a great game. There's going to be a lot of happiness in that dog shit stadium that we have right now. The vibes will be high. It'll be hammered factory. You're going to be hammered. Last of wine last night and argued with my dog when I got home. Okay. Well, Jackson was probably right in whatever argument you guys were having.
I'll be so cold sober and I'm going to be bricked up for four entire quarters. So whoever's sitting in front of me, God speed. That's right. Yeah. You have your ticket. What's that in my ear? What's that? No, I'm supposed to get my tickets this weekend. I'm also going to get my tickets this weekend. I don't have mine yet. Yeah, I mean, I've got a I've got a ticket hook up. You know, there's just sometimes coming a little later and I'm a little nervous right now. My cheeks are a little tight, but we'll be fine. That's why I'm waiting is just in case somebody has some extras, but I've got I've got I've got fine. I need four tickets. So I'm just going to have to hold families going. Well, so my brother and my sister-in-law are taking their kids to tailgate and then I'm stealing the sister-in-law and she's going to the game with me and my childhood best friend and my high school best friend. This is going to be great. It's going to be regains in the contest so far. Falcons, lions, jigs. So what we have Texans Colts on deck. The Colts are two and a half, one hundred dogs total at 42 and a half.
The Oh and two trend really gets tested here because both of these teams are sitting at Oh and two both are desperate for a win. This is essentially a playoff game when you think about it. The percentages drop so low. If you start the season Oh and three, Evan fed me this step before the show. Dogs are 13 and seven against the spread the last 20 years when both teams are Oh and two in week three. That's a great one. I want to take the evidence. Evan is excellent by the way. Sorry to cut the crap. I really like having Evan as part of this. He's a smart dude. He is our secret weapon. Him and Dr. Tell. I have to say I'm nominating the Houston Texans here. The fact that it's just a field goal they need to win by in the contest. He's got to win this game and I think the Houston Texans are more likely to have a bounce back than the colds. I think the colds suck. They're dealing with a lot of injuries. Houston the last time they went Oh and three. I believe and made the playoffs was 2017. If I'm not mistaken, they're one of the last teams to do it since like the 80s or something
like that. So if they're going to do it, if somebody's going to do it, it's got to be them again. They're way better than the colds. I think that their coaching is better than the colds. I am nominating the Houston Texans and you guys can't veto it. So suck my balls. I can. I haven't used one yet. Oh, dude, soccer balls. Vito that. Crab it. So do this to me. I'm vetoing it. I like the colds this week. I saw this number 85% of TK spread handle is on Houston despite only 51% of the bats. So I think I'm going to go with a pretty strong argument there for switching, which I originally was on team Kendra, but I'll take Colts at home plus two and a half. You guys are really fucking me here. Titans giants as graphic. Giants minus three. 39 and a half is the total. The Titans almost got their first win of the season on Sunday against Philadelphia, but they fell short. The Giants took all that hype from week one in to Monday night football and they got
blasted by the Rams after Jackson Dart left the game with that wobbly knee. James is terrible. The fate is on. I'm not allowed to nominate anymore, but please somebody put the Titans in here because God is James Winston. Yeah. Maybe the worst quarterback will see this weekend. You know, Kendra, you mentioned earlier about Justin Herbert. Like is he like stupid or maybe he didn't like dive into the playbook, the new playbook with his new offense accordingly throughout the offseason. No one ignored the playbook more this past offseason than James Winston. That guy was everywhere else besides in a playbook. Okay. I am going to go Titans plus two and a half, 100%. I just am worried about the Giants defensive line you guys. That's the big thing for me here. The only thing that they have left is the they have scatter bo for as long as maybe he can potentially stay healthy and they have that defensive front.
That's what you have to hang your hat on here. The Titans are bad. I wish this number was higher. Is it a three in the contest? Yeah. Let me know. I had it two and a half when I was doing. I don't love this guys. I really don't. We get to fade Winston. Brian Burns has heard. Hey, hey, hey, what's going to is Malik neighbors going to play? Is there any update with his health because that? I don't think so. Okay. I mean, I saw some real signs of life from the Titans. Last week, real signs. They were explosive on offense. I would rather sneak the chargers in here. If that's it. I'd be okay with that. Those are two of my favorite plays this week. Titans plus three chargers. I'm on the Titans are the chargers. Oh, I'd be more on the Titans. Oh, my God. Yeah. I can you tie break between the chargers and the Titans? It would be the Titans for me. I'm sorry. Yeah. Okay. And chargers injuries, Buffalo's offense.
And yeah, I don't trust it. I'm getting crabbed. None of my nominations are going to fucking make it into this shit. This is my entire card right now. This is great. I mean, this is. I only have one left and I don't love it. This is what I this is why I got up in the morning. Let's go to the four o'clock. Cardinals 49ers, Niners minus eight and a half. The 49ers look like the best team in the NFL right now. My Brock Purdy MVP ticket is trending in the right direction. I just need Josh Allen to go on a mini vacation and then we'll be right there at the top. He wants to bills do that every year, brother. He does this every year. It's course like four or five touchdowns game midway through the season. Josh Allen like, you know, falls off like a little bit. Maybe it's a little banged up. Maybe teams kind of pick up on what he's doing. But I listen, I like where you're at right now. Stay the course. Okay. Yeah, we're not selling that. But the redbirds are in trouble here. I think I don't know. I'm not really interested in this game. Anybody? I'm Cardinals or nothing because it's a divisional game. Well, the 49ers have lost, they have lost eight consecutive games against the spread
at home against the NFC West. So the trends would tell you it's the Cardinals here. We are a redbirds podcast. So I just don't really, I think that there's just better options out there. I'm interested in Marvin Harrison Jr. You can bet his yardage total of 29 and a half. Let's bet that to the under zero catches on one target last week. This guy is cooked. Brock, Brock, Purdy, Arizona native to his out to peg his hometown team. I'm not doing it. Yeah, that's not okay. Let's move to the Minnesota Vikings at the Tampa Bay Buck and Ears bucks. One and a half point dogs 42 and a half is the total. Tyler Murray is back on the field. He's going to take on another former Oklahoma sooner. The Vikings 2 and O, they're blitzing like mad men 54% pressure rate. That's number one in the NFL and Baker Mayfield has been pretty bad. 23rd rated passer in the NFL right now.
That's a bad combo. Not a lot of great reasons to take the Tampa Bay Buck and Ears, but we should. Yeah, yeah, yeah, but we should. Yeah, the trends point in that direction and come on. If we're looking at the 2 and O teams out there that are the fakest, it's the Vikings. If we're looking at the O and 2 teams that kind of shouldn't be O and 2, it's the bucks. Yeah. Yeah. This is made in the shade for us. This is the, I think this should be the last one that we lock in to the contest, but that's just my, that's my case for it. I think the bucks are much better than that O and 2 record would suggest. I'm with you. They're not more strict than me. They're not going too bad and the Vikings are not too and oh good. I'm with simple. Let's do it. Come on. Make me moist. Look at that. We have two state Florida teams in there. Let's do it this way. Since we're running out of time, the only other thing that I was going to bring up, Gifford, can you let us know what the line for the Eagles bears is in the contest because that's the
only other thing that I'm interested in. It's only handicapping injuries. That's literally it. Other than that, I have nothing to bring to the table. Good. I like your confidence. I, I, if anything, I am self-aware. Would you like in that game, Kendra? I like the Eagles, but if we want to go with the Cravitz card, then fine, but I lean Eagles here at four and a half. Well, the card is we have it right now. We have a couple of other games that we want to preview as well, but we have Falcons plus six and a half, lovely. Lions minus six and a half, Jags minus three, Titans plus three. I feel like we got to put the bucks in there. And the bucks plus one and a half. That's the contest. I actually have a lot of confidence in what we have built so far. Yeah. Also, the bucks game, shout out to Nick Gifford, number one luck game in the NFL by a decent margin is taking the bucks against the Minnesota Vikings.
Raiders Saints, Saints minus three. This is low key the best game on the card. Tyler Schucks playing like an MVP. The Raiders are even better than we predicted on the show. Both Kendra and I were in on these pirates. I love them both. This is like picking which kid is your favorite here. So Emerson, how do you think this one's going to play out? We were already locked in as far as our contest plays, but this is a fascinating game. Yeah, New Orleans deserves credit for its winning ball to more, but Vegas, two and a half after beating what Miami and the chargers, both by double digits. I'm going to take the undefeated team plus a full field goal there. Right. We're taking Raiders plus three. I kind of like this. I kind of like the Saints here. Tyler Schucks, that's for no Tyler Schucks for no against the spread against AFC opponents so far in his career. They've covered eight straight games dating back to last season. And we're not really sure what Brock Bauer is going to bring to the table here. The Raiders, I like the Raiders, but I think if you're getting this, this is one of those,
you got to play with the hook. If it's three and a half, I'm not betting the Saints. If it sits at three, I would bet to New Orleans and just live with a push. But I think this is going to be a close game. This one's a lot of fun. Yeah, New Orleans are nothing for me, but I think I think last year was when I picked a game every single week that I just wanted to watch and not have an opinion on. That's this week's, that's this game for me this week. Can I just ask one question? What are they doing with Travis ETN? Sitting behind Alvin Camara. I don't know. Like what? Yeah, they both would bet. That like 55 year old Alvin Camara, like getting more brush attempts and. And they're paying him like 16 mil. You know, it is ridiculous. They have like no idea how to use them. Just do the same thing that Jags did. Like you're pissing me off. My sweet prints. Love me some. Probably confused by the name change. I think so. Oh, he's in the doghouse. Remember Emerson? It's HN now. Ravens Cowboys. The Cowboys, three and a half point dogs total up to a sky high, 52 and a half.
This is the Rio De Janeiro game. Baltimore and Dallas identical records, both sitting at one and one. This is the first game ever in Rio. So a lot of unknown here. We've injuries on the defense for the Cowboys. You got injuries all over the place for the Ravens. There's just to me, there's too much unknown. It's over or nothing for me when it comes to this international flair. I have the under. I want nothing to do with this. The travel. I listen. I've already handicapped enough travel for the entirety of the season. Yeah, we're one and I want to know on travel. I mean, no sense in pushing our luck here. That's not true. I'm not on travel because I tried to have the peg of the week be the dolphins last week and I got my ask kicked. The travel back. Okay. Well, the travel back is not your friend. Yeah. So rip. I don't know. I'm going to just sit back and just like watch this for a little bit. I don't know if I'm going to really mess with that. Touch it. That's the theme of the card for us. We're just going to sit back and watch it.
This card is disgusting, especially with all the quarterback injuries. This should have been great and now we're sitting here and everything sucks. Well, this is one thing about Baltimore and Dallas. Derek Henry will run for 200 yards after not getting the ball and that scenario last week. We've seen this over and over again. Plus, they'll see what the Giants did against Dallas. Like he should go crazy in this game. Okay. Now that sounds mighty nice. Let's just, yeah, let's just take some ladders on Derek Henry cold of the day. Rams Broncos Sunday night football Broncos. Plus two and a half total of 44 and a half. Both teams are off of big wins. So no bounce back opportunities to bet into here. Pretty similar starts to the season. If you think about it, both were dominated by divisional opponents in week one and then looked like legit Super Bowl threats at home in week two. I'm not really sure what to do with this one. The Rams looked great. Aaron Donald. It's like he didn't miss any time at all. Kendra, where are we on Buchenna Cooas? He going to play. That's a factor that we've got to take into account here.
I think Puka has to play in this game, but for me, it's more so just fading Bonyx. I think he sucks. I really do. I can't get behind Bonyx at this point in the season. Probably won't get behind him at any point in the season unless there's just a number that I really, really cannot pass on. I like the Rams. Don't love the Rams because the Broncos defense is obviously insane. But yeah, I just, I can't get behind Bonyx. So it's Rams or nothing for me, but I don't want anything to do at this game. Yeah. I mean, McFay set on a show. I think it was yesterday. I saw a clip on Twitter that Puka's not looking good right now. They don't think it's going to be like a long term IR thing, but he says he's not making a whole lot of progress this week. Now could he just be full of shit and making us think that? Sure. My fantasy team would love to have him. But the one thing that has me on the Broncos, one of the things is Bonyx, 15 and 3 in regular season starts at home.
And especially if like Puka's not playing, I'd probably take Broncos at home at the points. Yeah. I'm always interested to see when I'm on the fence, the public just comes in so heavy on these prime time games. I kind of just let that sway my decision. And I just like to fade everybody into oblivion. And so I'll see people are probably probably going to end up lining up on the ramps. Maybe we end up getting a three on the Broncos and I'll bet Denver assuming the card goes well because I might just, I might just, if we have another down week, by Sunday night football, I'm going to be hiding in the closet. So you can. I'm going to overdose on edibles. There. I missed, I missed doing that. So we're salio here. Eagles bears Monday night football. We'll save that for Monday's show. Let's recap the final five presented by draft Kings. We are on the Atlanta Falcons plus six and a half on Thursday night football lions minus
six and a half against the New York Jets. We're back on the Jaguars minus three against the AFC champs in the New England Patriots. Tennessee Titans plus three against the New York Giants and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers home dogs against those fraudulent Minnesota Vikings. I love this card. Why should you place bets at draft things because all draft Kings customers are getting a profit boost every game day in the month of September. And that is why the crown is yours. This is, I mean, this should be laminated. This thing's so beautiful. Yeah. I love it. It is so disgusting that I am turned on. Yeah. You guys. Yeah. We're going five and oh, we're going five and oh this week. I will not hear anything else. If the Bengals and Houston both cover, I, I'm going to let you two have it. Yeah. Well, give it to us. I'm going to let your mom have it at the tailgate on Sunday.
You two have fun at the game and we will catch up on Monday. Thanks, Emerson. All right. Love you guys. May it. The favorites will return on Monday as we recap week three of the NFL season and preview Eagles Bears in detail.
