Well, we got Ed Sheeran responding to all of the controversy with McLemore and the cancelled opening acts. He finally performed over the weekend, and he's addressing all of it. Patrick Clancy sat down for his first one-on-one interview with 60 minutes over the weekend as well. We have some news about Cindy Crawford's son who tragically passed away over the weekend. Kate Beckinsale acting a little crazy over on Instagram over the weekend. Lots to get into. I hope you guys are ready for it. Let's dive in. This is No Filter with Zach Peter. Your go-to source for all the latest pop culture and reality TVT SirFresh all week long. Now, let's dive in.
What's going on everybody? Welcome on in, welcome on in, welcome on in, happy Monday. Happy Monday. Also wanted to acknowledge Yum Kapur. I hope you are Jewish. Thinking of you today. I hope you guys had a great weekend. I hope you guys did something fun. I got to go to the Dodger game yesterday. I haven't been to the Dodger game in. It's been years. I think I was blonde the last time I went to a Dodger game. So it's been, it's been quite a few years, but I did get to go and I did have a very good time. I had some cut water. I was watching the game. Dodgers won. Good time. Let's burn. I was watching the game. Hopefully you guys did something fun over the weekend too. Outside of that, my weekend was pretty, pretty tame, pretty chill. I did go out for drinks with my neighbors after the Dodger game. My neighbors are like, oh, let's go have drinks. I was like, oh, okay, yeah, let's go have drinks. And so we went to have drinks. And then we had a very lively conversation about Lindsey Glancy.
We were talking about it and like the nuances of it. And then there was a couple next to us. Like we also, you know, we're over here in your conversation. And we have thoughts and then it like got crazy. And then I was like, ah, racist storm out of the bar. It got a little go a little wild. But I mean, listen, that's one thing Lindsey Clancy is doing. So hopefully you guys be sure to get your, um, get your wheelchairs and get your postpartum. Because Thanksgiving's coming or sorry, not Thanksgiving Halloween's coming. Get your wheelchairs and get your postpartum because Halloween's coming. And if you need something to dress up as Lindsey Clancy is the new Lizzy board. And I said I tweeted that over the weekend. I think I was like, is Lindsey Clancy like our new modern day Lizzy board. And remember they made a song to like Lizzy board and took an axe. And I was like, is that Lindsey Clancy is Lindsey Clancy like our modern day version of that. Is Lindsey Clancy like, is there going to be like a future Ryan Murphy Netflix series about Lindsey Clancy.
I'm actually very curious to see what Ryan Murphy would do with Lindsey Clancy. Oh, Christina said we're getting the fall decorations out today. Yeah, you get those decorations out. Get it, get it, get it. All right. Um, lots to dive into today. What should we start? Should we start with? Maybe we start with Ed Sheeran. Because that was, uh, that continued to, to, well, I don't know if I would say that continued to. I don't know if I would say that continued to escalate over the weekend, but it definitely. Definitely continued on. So Ed Sheeran Philadelphia this past weekend gave his first concert since all of the drama with Maclamor and his other opening acts like his grandfiniest them all pulling out. His band pulling out. So for the most part, it was a pretty stripped down set that he gave. And the concert was originally set to start at 530. It ended up not starting until eight, which was his original time to go on stage.
And he addressed the controversy. He addressed all of the backlash regarding Maclamor and Maclamor being kicked off or not kicked off being removed from the tour. As the opening act, he, uh, it kind of seems like he was struggling a bit because this was his first time back. He addressed all of the, the, um, the removal. And he did talk about Israel. He talked about Gaza. He talks about that controversy. He says that he regretted how the situation unfolded. And, you know, he said that he was put in the middle of an extremely contentious political debate. Understandably, um, because, you know, it's, it's a messy situation, right? He addressed that Maclamor and the others had dropped out. From the stage, he said that he made mistakes. He apologized to his fans. He specifically, when it comes to Israel and Gaza, he called October 7th, the, the attack from Hamas.
He calls it horrific and he described the situation Gaza as catastrophic and unjustifiable. So October 7th, horrific incident, Gaza says catastrophic, unjustifiable. He says that he'd been unsure whether or not he should do the tour, whether the tour would even continue or whether or not he even wanted to continue performing or whether people would show up for him, like are people going to cancel their tickets and not want to support him anymore. There were pro Palestinian protesters outside of the Philly concert. So I would imagine more of them will continue to show up on future tour stops. I believe he's not back until his next show, which is September 25th. And that's at Gillette Stadium. That's at, um, Robert. Oh my god, why am I blanking on this name? Robert, Oh, Gast. No, what's his name? The one that pulled the craft, craft, craft. Robert, his Gillette Stadium. So there are two more tour dates. This was the only, I think, a tour stop that had one day, not two.
The rest of them generally have two nights in that city. But so next stop, he's headed to my own Massachusetts to go support Lindsey Clancy. He's headed to Massachusetts next. Um, Foxboro is where he's heading specifically. I'm going to go close out of this to Lindsey Clancy, but September 25th and 26th. And it was actually kind of sad because he addresses how he says, here's another. So he had a, he addressed the crowd a couple of times, but he said, um, in situations like this, you find out who your real friends are. Oh, shade. He said, it's been a weird week. It happened very quickly. At the same time, I've had many people telling me to cancel this tour. And so many people I've known for years and years and years. And I'm kind of backing away. I'm assuming maybe he's referencing his band or possibly his friendship with some of the other opening acts. He said, in the back of my mind, I saw the ticket sales for this gig. And I didn't see cancellations. I saw people buying tickets for this gig. Everyone's telling me to cancel. And I'm feeling my friends and family and people I know abandoned me.
He said, I look at the end. He said, I look at the end of the week and I see 50,000 people who haven't abandoned me. And I will say that they want. People will say what they want, but I am doing this for you. I love you. I love this. The world is a scary place right now. America is a scary place right now. This gives me hope. And he did reiterate that, you know, as much as there's conflict in the Middle East as much as, you know, the situation Gaza and, you know, a lot of people respected that he at least addressed and by named the October 7th attack. And so people were, you know, I think he's caught in a rock in a hard place, right? Like he had to address it in some way. He's not really picking aside. Some people feel like he buckled to the mob, but also at the same time he did acknowledge October 7th. He did acknowledge, you know, that anti-Semitism is happening. And there he kind of was in the middle. He didn't really take a strong stance one way or the other.
But I understand like he was never going to win. You know, I think especially the people that are more leaning with Maccamore. They wanted him to only say free Palestine and let that be a declaration to say screw Robert Kraft. Like he either went full, you know, all the way guns ablaze in for free Palestine or else that crowd was never going to accept him. And I mean, listen, when you have a mob that's out for your neck, you're never going to win. No matter what the apology is, no matter how you try to be a bridge to people in the middle, you're never going to be. And you're never going to win them over. So I think he addressed it in the best way that he could by acknowledging both sides by saying that he's conflicted and torn, but also by saying listen. You guys didn't cancel your tickets. If anything, you're selling these shows out. Everybody is showing up for me. And so the best that I can do is show up for you too because my shows are about unity and they're about music and they're about bringing people together.
And I think him showing up and performing even without his band, even without any of the opening acts is a powerful statement. And I think it's unfortunate that there are friends and family that are cutting them off and backing them back and away from him. I think I'm always somebody that's like, I don't think politics should divide you. I think that there's more common ground than people like to initially admit. And then once you start having these conversations, you find that middle ground and you're able to respect each other differently. Even if you have a different viewpoint on things and I appreciate listen, he was never going to win anybody over, but I appreciate that he did the best that he could and he kept the promise of performing the priority right. He came out, he gave people a great night. He's not there to lecture you about the conflict in the Middle East. He's there to sing shape of view, right. He's there to sing a team and he's there to, you know, give you a little kumbai offer the night, give you a little tickle in your kooji. And he did the best that he could and he's going to continue this tour. And so all those other people that backed away from him because it was popular to save their reputations, go save your motherfuckin reputation, go do your virtue signaling bullshit, go cut people off because it makes you feel like a better person.
Good for you. I'm glad that you can sit there on your high horse with the Morals priority and act like you're better than anybody else, but guess what none of you motherfuckers are playing to a stadium of 50,000 people on a sold out tour. So you know what Ed Sheeran props to you kudos to you. I wish you nothing but a successful tour moving forward and to the rest of them pick a finger. Okay, let's take a quick ad break and then we will dive into the Patrick Clancy of it all because I know you guys are waiting to hear my thoughts on Mr. Patrick Clancy. Fall never arrives all at once. First the air then the light and slowly the things you love begin to find each other a jacket needs address a hoodie slips beneath a blazer an old cap finds a new scarf because you don't simply step into the season you create it layer by layer until it finally feels like fall.
Find fall your way at Ross. Interesting, I was in the live chat says it's the strison effect if craft kept his mouth shut this avalanche would not have happened. Well, arguably if McLemore kept his mouth shut none of this avalanche would have happened if Ed Sheeran didn't put McLemore on the tour none of this avalanche would have happened. So I mean you can attribute I find it interesting that you specifically attribute it to craft when you can attribute it all the way back up to Ed and you know the promoters who brought McLemore on the tour to begin with and McLemore who decided to make this a political issue. I talked about it at length about whether or not this was the Ed's fault or McLemore's fault and Ed should have known he was signing up for and McLemore should have known that this was going to be polarizing in turn people off and you know again there are just so many pieces to it.
I don't know who to attribute it to but I think the premise of Ed going on tour is that people want to just have a night off. So I think we pick any atrocity and focus on that and make that a big issue and meanwhile I feel like we have so many other issues that are on our front door here in the US here in America that we can talk about but it is what it is. And I just think people like McLemore are very virtue signaling and they pick and choose when and what they want to talk about and when something's a priority or not a priority. I saw a lot of people criticizing McLemore too of like well hello you're out here promoting gay rights and you have a song called same love and meanwhile you're not calling out how in Gaza it's very homophobic right like you can be killed for being gay in the Middle East in Gaza. In Palestine so their culture doesn't really adopt some of the social causes that we have here in the US and why hasn't McLemore condemned the homophobia that's happening over in Palestine.
You know so it's just nuanced right layers to it but I just think McLemore is a bit of a social justice hack I think he's I used to appreciate his music when he kind of first came onto the scene and that now I just see he kind of jumps onto the latest. Social trend and listen at the end of the day him saying free Palestine on his stage isn't doing shit to free Palestine right so I'm sorry if people want to come to Ed Sheeran's concerts to just listen to him perform his music because that's what they're paying money to right they're not here to listen to somebody virtue signal or lecture them or make them feel a type of way make them you know we can all hold empathy for people that are suffering in the world. But to have that shoved down your throats while you're just trying to you know booty back to thrift shop. I don't think that that's an unrealistic or unfair expectation for people that are purchasing concert tickets to go to an Ed Sheeran concert to just go and enjoy the music there without needing it to be a political statement and yes when you say free got free Palestine that is a political statement whether you want to accept that or not it is okay it is.
Okay let's see should we talk about Patrick Clancy well let's see what else do we have. Did you see what happened with Cindy Crawford's son passed away over the weekend this was really sad news this was very unfortunate Cindy Crawford her son Presley Gerber he died at 27 years old this was crazy news because he was so young apparently he was at a rehab facility and it was. At the facility yesterday Sunday when when he died presumably of an overdose the families reps have not confirmed the cause of death they're asking for privacy so no details have been released as to what caused his death but it's just sad that he's so young 27 years old tonight and 30 yet so heartbreaking and my hair goes out to to Cindy Crawford and her family. I would imagine if he was in rehab there was some sort of addiction that was being addressed I did have a friend that is a therapist and he's worked in different rehab facilities before and he said that this is actually common I was like really people die and like I understand like complications with withdraws and so I just assumed overdose things like yeah usually when somebody dies in rehab it's because of an overdose.
And the sad part is he was even telling me that like these rehabs have become such a business that one person goes they immediately fill the bed with the next person right like the business just keeps moving so we don't know what facility he was at my friend was also able to somewhat confirm or at least kind of add some pretty concrete or some pretty solid conjecture that this wasn't the same rehab facility the Nick Reiner went to because I believe Nick Reiner is really good. Nick Reiner was may have been outpatient this one is a residential facility that Cindy's son was at Presley so sad news just wanted to send some love to Cindy Crawford and her family and just acknowledge you know somebody people died this year you know what's crazy I don't know why I guess I can say this I don't think she'll mind do you remember from real houses Beverly Hills Allison Du Bois with the the e-cigarette she was like he will never emotion it if a volume. She dams me the other day and she it was I think I don't know dolly part and hadn't died yet or was about to die and she was like she's like just wait they're going to be a lot of like there's going to be a lot of Hollywood death so it's going to be a lot of death and Hollywood coming up because we've had like Catherine O'Hara and dolly part in and i guess Rob Reiner was last year but she said this was going to be a big year of Hollywood deaths said that was going to be a lot of this Hollywood tragedy going around just sex there he didn't penitier.
Yeah just crazy crazy crazy crazy but love to the Crawfords um okay Cindy Crawford Ed Sheeran Kate back I guess we'll get to Kate and the second let's talk Patrick Clancy first. Who are we ready to get heated are we ready to get low spicy so Patrick Clancy has finally spoken out for the first time since the whole Lindsay Clancy trial the mistrial he's discussed or he discussed the deaths of his three children his grief his own suicidal thoughts. The fact that his youngest son Callan survived four days which was really sad he talks about holding Callan's hand in the hospital he talks about Callan dying in his arms believe Callan was life for four days after. After Lindsay attempted to take his life he talks about the conspiracy theories they played a montage of different videos on it on tiktok his wife Rachel Dr. Rachel she appeared with him in the interview and I believe it was a very interesting story. And I believe as of this morning they have confirmed that Rachel is pregnant and that Patrick and Rachel will be expecting their first child together I know that there was a rumor that they may have already had a child but they are now expecting their first child together time is a little weird.
The biggest thing about the Patrick Clancy situation is I don't know what his goal was I don't know what he was hoping to accomplish with this interview like my heart breaks for him it was really sad seeing him grieve it was really sad I think you know there was real raw emotion that we saw for him this time that we didn't see it trial when he was testifying I think we finally we finally got. We finally got to see that we finally got to see him aching and hurting for his babies. But I don't know what the goal of this interview was I don't know what he was hoping to do it was really short I was expected to be a 15 minute fleff piece right which is kind of what 60 minutes does I think most people think because the show is called 60 minutes it's going to be like. Joe Rogan style one on one sit down conversation and we're just going to be like a fly on the wall you know eating it all up I mean this wasn't a podcast which was also an interesting choice that he chose to do 60 minutes which was going to be filmed over the long over a longer period of time and then cut down right edited down into a very very little bit and that's what we saw on 60 minutes we saw a 15 minute profile piece about him about Rachel nothing ground breaking he says that the controversial or sorry that.
The conspiracy theories that they hurt the conversation about Perry natal health and they hurt the conversation about women's health and that should be the priority he seems to really stand firm in the fact that he believes that Lindsey Clancy was struggling mentally and that she was having a hard time after calend was born and he attributes her mental health to be the real issue here understandably right he is trying to sue these providers for a wrongful death. But I just again it was nice to see real emotion I know that it didn't satiate the appetites of the people that just want to hang him up and that are thirsty for his blood I don't think that it satiated them but I don't think it was going to I think they're pretty said and they dislike Patrick and their disdain for him is they're going to stay validated in that regardless of what he said or did that wasn't going to change anybody's mind. But again I just don't know like what the intention of this was I expected at least a little more it's I guess it's exactly what I expected right a 15 minute fluff piece that really just glosses over everything conspiracy theories are dangerous okay got it thanks dude I'm really sad and I mean I guess I did like that he took us into his apartment he showed us like the pieces of his kids and how he keeps their memory alive within his own life
that I appreciated I don't think we needed to see Rachel at all I didn't think she brought anything to the conversation I was going to like okay what what I also thought it was a little strange that she really try to play up their love story it just felt in poor taste it felt a little awkward I'm like we're talking about the death of these three babies and we're talking about your love story although there was some misinformation that was going around last week about how she quote the truth. She did drew Barrymore from 51states which is a lie that's not true she did not quote the movie from 51states about meeting him in the park that's not a real quote that was something that somebody faked and put like an AI AI quote attribution to 51states which is was not true and was not accurate that's not a line in 51states but yeah I don't get I don't know what I expected from Rachel but she was like barely in it she was at the very end and then other than saying like he's a good dad which I don't I'm not disputing I think the crazies that hate him will always stay hating him is he kind of a weird awkward dude yeah I think they're both kind of awkward right but also like I don't think that it's fair for us to judge their grieving process because they're entitled to be able to move on with their lives and again as of now there's nothing that has been that is materialized that wouldn't criminate him in any way or encourage him to be able to do something like that.
Do not have an element That's not law enforcement and I think it's not yeah or direct murder important Wood you could do welfare Intimacy for instance how are you going to be a young woman who you don't know family for號screw bad memories why have you thought that was an interviewing and how are the Michaelson rules are bothering the .... what were the things that are pit also decide your child right where the is so that their child wasn't allowed they'll have any stray people. but like I just think that that would have been a better opportunity for him to really just be raw, right? And show us that openness and that honest and answer those questions in an open forum, whereas 60 minutes is very crafted, it's edited, it's very produced, it's very polished. And so I think when you're trying to feed the public's sincerity, doing a produced, polished 60 minute interview is not going to land that way with the general public because they don't really get to see the true authenticity. I liked that we got moments of, you know,
emotion from him. He got choked up, he talked about holding Kallen in his hands, he talked about or in his arms and Kallen dying in his arms. And I think those were compelling parts of the interview, but overall I don't think it moved the needle one way or the other for anyone. And I just, I don't understand the point of the interview. It just, okay. But also you can think that Patrick Clancy is a little weird or awkward or whatever, you can think he moved on too fast, you can have those feelings or opinions about him. As of now, he did this interview so he's inserting himself into the public sphere, but that does not take away the fact that Lindsey Clancy murdered her children. Okay, she's the one that deserves the real heat here because she's the one that strangled her three kids to death. And so we're not going to forget that. So you can think Patrick is weird, but also Lindsey Clancy is a fucking murderer and she strangled her three babies. So not going to forget that fact. I don't know if you're feeling like me, but over the summer, I kind of fell off on my diet. I'm not feeling my best and I want to get back on track. And I know

That says agreed he is weird and I
kind of think Rachel is too, but they did not kill the three children. Yeah, I think that's the bigger piece that people are forgetting is like you're going to pick him apart. Where was this energy with the bitch that was on trial for murdering for brutally murdering strangling sucking the life at a for own children. You're going to pick apart every little thing that he did. Okay, what about the lady in the wheelchair? Okay, like crazy. Susan says I would want to move on to if this happened in my life so fast just to get distance from it. Yeah, I think that's why he left. Right, and from what we've seen, he definitely has a pattern of being avoided right in a fight or flight. He's definitely a flight. He runs from things and some people, you know, like when it comes to grief, some people really lean into their grief and they become paralyzed by it and other people run from it because it's just easier to move on rather than to look at it and think about it. And honestly, I would want to run from that too. Imagine finding your three children and even just callin, right, the baby, the eight
month old, who was alive for another four days before he ultimately died. Like it's so traumatic to have to go through that experience that having to relive that is I couldn't imagine. Andrea says he seemed so robotic. I didn't even know what raw would look like for him besides like hidden footage. He has very flat effect and I think that's just his personality. It's possible that it's his personality. It's possible that he's on some sort of medication, some antidepressants, some mood stabilizers, some beta blockers. Like he could be on something, right? I mean, beta blockers probably make the most sense. And understandably, I'm sure he, I think that was a report that he had really intense anxiety attack before the 911 call was played at the courthouse. So that that was interesting. Speaking of the courthouse, um, Reddington filed to have an investigation done into the holdout jar. It seems like Reddington is doing everything he can to prevent there being another trial.
And I think he's going to try to come after this holdout jar. I mean, it's an easy, it's easier for him to go after the holdout jar, right? Because that was one versus 11 in that in that deliberation room. So I think he's going to do everything he can to go after the holdout jar and he's going to turn over every leaf that he can. But I see this Mars just a formality more than anything else. Miss Quishee says, I think he can not be angry or vindictive, but he should not be blaming the doctors. They didn't kill your children. Your demonic wife did. It's his fault. He was such a bad judge of character. Um, I think that there is copability on the doctors. I guess I'm curious to see what that civil case brings, both for Patrick and for Lindsay, right? Because they're both suing their, the healthcare providers. He's suing them for wrongful death and she's suing them for malpractice. So I'm curious to see what those cases bring. I would imagine there's going to be a settlement. So I don't think we're going to get any information out of that, but I'm curious to see
how that would be litigated. I doubt that that's even going to go to trial. I really think that's going to be settled before, before it moves forward. They're just going to pay out. But it is an interesting conversation of like, well, what copability, what level of responsibility do the healthcare providers actually have? And yeah, where does the level of responsibility lie when it comes to Lindsay Clancy? Personally, as the case went on, as the trial went on, I was less and less convinced that she was not guilty by reason of insanity. If anything, it was proving the opposite for me. Francis says when Patrick said that he had the dream of Cora and said to help, and he said to her to help me, I thought that that was a little odd. I would say, I'm sorry, I was there to save you both, say, but to say help me in my opinion. I mean, I don't know what his connection to his faith is like or what his connection to the afterlife is like, I think people respond to grief differently. We're judging somebody's grieving process without fully like
under, I mean, I guess somebody that has gone through heavy grief four times in the last five years, every single one of those grieving processes for me was very different. There were times where I felt very strong and I pushed through it and I carried my family through it. There were times where I just wanted a retreat and I was like, I'm fucking tired. I don't want to, I don't want to have to do anything. I don't want to have to contribute to the planning of a funeral or anything. My grieving process was very, very different and I was affected in very different ways. So for me, I mean, there were times where I felt like I was going out of my fucking mind times that I felt like I was going crazy and I was out of control of my own emotions. And then there were other times where I felt very composed. So I just think grief is very unique and I think it's unfair to judge somebody's grieving process. Now, I say that and because I know I obviously got judged by what's his name, Chris Cuomo. Yeah, I was Chris Cuomo about Savannah Guthrie and how
people were mad that I tweeted about Savannah Guthrie being at the US open and they're like, what is she supposed to grieve forever? My judgment of the Guthrie family is very different because their process was very fucking weird from the beginning and has remained fucking weird and we have no answers in that case. Everything about that, that is strange. That is very unique. With Patrick Clancy, he got married a year later. His children died. His wife is locked up. They're very clear things that happened. And then there was a process after that happened with the Guthrie family. It's all very strange. Did they even try looking for their mother? It was all very weird and remains very weird and Savannah rushed through that. She didn't lose her mom and then go back to work and is in that grieving process. Her mom is missing and we don't know what happened to her mom. It's a very different situation. When somebody loses somebody, then yes, there is a grieving process that starts,
but Nancy is still out there somewhere, presumably not alive. She's still physically, her body is somewhere and it just feels like the Guthrie family has more answers than they're leading on. That's why the process is very weird. Choosing to do wordle, like less than six months after your mother went missing and still is not been found is a very weird choice. I'm not saying she can't move on with her life. She absolutely can, but so many layers, this anion, tomaso, going into complete hiding and nobody knowing where they're at or what happened to them. Weird, right? Those things are strange. It's not like her mother died and they found her and there was closure to that case. There was never any closure. That's why people are so critical of the Ramsey family because there was never any closure to what happened to Jambane Ramsey. So it's a little different when it's an unsolved mystery versus we already have all the details here with Lindsay Clancy and Patrick Clancy and the kids. Amy says, all I know is I hope that I am never faced with media or all over and pretend
investigators criticizing a video of me. Yeah, that's kind of what we've gotten, right? Is that like once you're thrown into the public sphere, you're up for judgment. I'm like all of these people that are judging Patrick Clancy so hard and picking everything apart and suddenly not only are we investigators, but we're prosecutors and we're defense attorneys and now we're body language experts. It's crazy. And trust me, I can guarantee you those people that are so harshly judging Patrick and Rachel, if they were put under that microscope, they would not be able to handle that level of pressure. And it's interesting to watch. And I mean, I didn't think that any of these people would, I didn't think that any of these people would give up. Like obviously I know people are already committed to what they believe or what they want to believe, but so I didn't think anybody's
minds were going to be changed. And he clearly didn't help himself by doing this interview at all. But it's just like it's weird how much people are so much more willing to pick apart Patrick and Rachel. And yet Lindsay, it's like, oh, poor Lindsay, oh, poor Lindsay, all the lady that killed her babies. Oh, we have compassion for the lady that killed her babies, but we're cold-hearted sickos when it comes to the dad that lost his three kids, whose baby died in his arms. Lindsay, yeah, her, the Karen and Korra, or sorry, not Karen, Dawson and Korra died in Lindsay's arms because she strangled them to death. Dawson died in his father's arms because that was the only parent that could be there to comfort him after Lindsay tried to kill him. So the compassion and empathy that people have for poor Lindsay, oh, poor Lindsay, oh, she was sick, she, oh, she didn't know what she was doing. She didn't mean to do it. She would have never done
it if she had the proper medical care. She's a cold-hearted, cold-blooded fucking murderer. Sorry, she premeditated that shit. She knew what she was doing. She was aware of it. The fact that Patrick is even still standing by her is wild to me, but shows he's a much better person than the people criticizing him because all these people that want to judge him, when he's literally defending their queen Lindsay, they're over their lighting candles and praying to the altar of Lindsay, meanwhile, they're picking apart Patrick, who's still standing by the bitch. He's still sticking by her and hasn't ditched her. It's crazy. Granted, he does have a lawsuit that is dependent on her being crazy. So I understand, but like, you know, it's wild. He has guilt for leaving those babies alone. Oh, I'm sure he has guilt for leaving those. I think anybody in his position would have guilt.
And that's probably also why he's running from it so much, right? And so fast is because he has that guilt that if he stays stuck in that memory or that grief, he's going to continue to hold onto that guilt. That's probably another reason he chose to move on so quickly. Oh, Cindy, yes, Cindy Crawford. Yeah, I mean, he was probably an overdose. Susan says, Patrick is the closest to what happened if he believes she was psychotic at the time. I think that we should believe him. I mean, sure, I think he has a lawsuit that is dependent on her being psychotic. I think it's easier for him to believe that she was I think a lot of people, it's easier for them to believe that she was psychotic rather than it is for them to believe that she did this in her right mind. So Josh says, hashtag believe men. No, you can't believe men, men, we don't believe men these days, but believe women, believe the bitches that she killed her
kids. Believe her. You know, Deanna says there's so much to show that it isn't likely she was in psychosis. Yeah, I think there's more evidence against her being in psychosis than there is evidence that she was in psychosis, not that she wasn't experiencing mental health issues, right? I think she was experiencing mental health issues. I think she was struggling with depression. She may have had anxiety, but depression and anxiety are in a reason to kill your kids, right? At that rate, shit, I mean, if you get a DUI because you drank too much and you know somebody, then sure, not guilty by reason of insanity, not criminally responsible because they were depressed at the time that they were drinking. So the depression led to them getting drunk and then getting drunk, led to them getting behind the wheel. And then because they were junk, because they were drunk, they weren't in their right frame of mind, right? Their judgment was clouded because the alcohol judged them because of the depression, right? They were depressed. And so because they were depressed,
they drank alcohol that clouded their judgment. And therefore, they shouldn't be responsible for killing somebody because of a DUI, right? It's essentially the argument that you're making. Lindsay was depressed. She took medication. The medication affected her. She killed the kids. Therefore, she shouldn't be responsible. It's kind of similar to you being depressed. You drink an alcohol, you're getting behind a wheel, but you're like, well, but I wasn't in my right frame of mind. So you can't judge me for not being in my right frame of mind because alcohol clouded my judgment. Alcohol made me not think clearly. So I didn't, you know, I wasn't fully aware that like what I was doing was wrong by getting them in the car, right? Because if you can say, I knew that getting behind the wheel of all drunk was a bad idea. Like I maybe wasn't in my right, my judgment was clouded because alcohol was impairing my judgment. I mean, can kind of be the same thing with
Lindsay, right? She knew what she was doing, but her judgment was clouded. Susan says, depression is not psychosis. And I think for the first time, I might have to turn this off. Susan, can he says, so if I didn't take my mom's car away from her and she knew that she was bipolar and she hurt somebody with that make me complicit. Also a great point and a great additional layer. Right? Are you and but I mean, and that's I think also a valid question. Are you complicit? If you're her caregiver, you're the one that has some sort of responsibility over her, or do you have responsibility over her, right? Is she a grown woman with full autonomy to make her own decisions or does somebody else have to be watching her because she's in a fragile state? And are you then responsible for the crime that they commit, even though they are grown adult with their own mind to think for themselves? You know, it's just a lot of a lot of layers.
Donna says drinking alcohol is a choice. Mental health is not a choice. Right, but you're forgetting the depression part, right? If the person is depressed, the same way Lindsay was depressed, let's say that let's say it was a woman and let's say she was having postpartum depression. Let's really put the pieces. Let's really match them up like Lindsay. Let's say a woman had postpartum depression and decided to chug a bottle of wine and get behind the wheel and drive. Her judgment was impaired. Amy says it's just like a DUI. The driver killed someone under the influence. So should we go after the carmaker? Yeah. Or the winemaker? If she chugged a bottle of wine, is it the winemaker's fault? Is it the cashier at the liquor store that sold her the wine? Is it the car manufacturer's fault? Like, why is it everybody else's fault except for the person that committed the crime? I mean, if it was a woman and postpartum depression, is she chugged a bottle of wine, got behind the wheel of a car, crashed and killed somebody?
How is that different from Lindsay Clancy? Now again, and to Susan's point, we're talking about psychosis and her being in psychosis. That's where I disagree though. I don't believe she was in psychosis. Michelle says taking your meds is a choice or not taking your meds is also a choice. Like suddenly we're saying Lindsay had no autonomy over her life. Suddenly she was like incapacitated and couldn't decide things for herself anywhere. When she was deciding to check in and out of the treatment center, she checked herself out of the treatment center. Marie says, knows that drinking alcohol is a choice, taking medication that is prescribed to you by professionals is totally different. But why is she taking her medication? Was she under the influence of which meds at the time that she took them? Especially that day. Addiction is a psychological and physical disorder. Yeah, it's mental health and physical health. You have a physical dependency on something.
It's funny though how all the need to Lindsay people are using their depression to relate to Lindsay's psychosis, they're conflating to issues. Well, that's the thing is there's no clear argument. Because they're like, well, it was postpartum depression. Well, she's saying it's postpartum psychosis. The thing is we're saying mental health, we're saying postpartum depression, and we're saying postpartum psychosis. Three different things and we interchange the argument when we start to lose the argument. When we still try to take accountability away from Lindsay, then that's when we change, it's like, oh no, it's postpartum. It's like, okay, well, then if it was postpartum, then she's no longer in postpartum and she doesn't need to be institutionalized anymore. Well, no, no, no, but she she she was in psychosis. Okay, so she shouldn't have accountability because she was in psychosis at the time. But was she because we don't have actual proof that she was in psychosis outside of the voices that she claimed she was hearing. So it's the goal post keeps moving in defense of Lindsay. And again, I don't see anybody jumping through these
mental gymnastics. When it comes to Patrick with Patrick, it's like, let's pick apart everything. Let's pick apart every word. Let's oh, he did Rachel's lip twitched. Patrick, he didn't cry hard enough. Like, what? But Lindsay, we can make every little point for Lindsay. Oh, no, we give Lindsay every fucking pass in the book. Lindsay does no wrong. She killed three children and she does no wrong. But Patrick, he's the worst thing in the world because he got married. Like what? Like how are we like it's like what? Michelle says she was not in psychosis if she talked to her husband right before this. She talked him in the middle of it had a full conversation with him. Yeah, I don't know. Rachel says I have to admit the only way I'm following the cases through Zach, so I can't say much.
Well, I'd recommend taking in other accounts because I think you made your opinion may change. I mean, I'm pretty firm, but listen to Candace DeLong's podcast from last week. The goal post doesn't move. Zach doesn't know all the facts. I don't know all the facts. Marie says from what I heard, she stopped taking the meds because have how she felt on them, told the doctor that she wasn't taking them. The police found them in Patrick's car, but also found the meds in her system. I don't know because again, we don't have all the details of the actual investigation. Pick tell us about it. Patrick is going to live shame on him. Yeah, pick him apart because he is living and moving on with his life. Tell me says I'm just not understanding how people can have so much compassion for Lindsay, so much compassion for Lindsay and yet Patrick can do no right. They fucking hate him. And you know why?
You want to know why they fucking hate him because it's their own projections. They have some dude that screwed them over. Their dad wasn't loving enough. Somebody took advantage of them. It's this hatred for men that is just blinding them from just kind of looking at the pieces as they are. It's crazy how Lindsay, the woman that strangles her three kids, gets any sort of compassion or past in any of this. It's just wild. And Patrick does a 15 minute interview and then we have to pick apart every little thing and even Rachel, like this is the first time we've heard Rachel talk. She was on there for what three minutes and suddenly it's like, her lip is twitching. She's a liar. She's a lush. She's a liar. It's like, what? We're going to we're going to pick up our Rachel. But Lindsay we're like, oh, same Lindsay. Oh, it wasn't her fault. Oh, I hate that she
did this to her children and didn't want to. Thank you, Christine. The Zach is supportive of all innocent people. Yeah, innocent people. Lisa says I feel for Patrick. I couldn't imagine losing all my kids and now his grief is being judged by the world. Not only that, but even like Rachel, like the fact that people got four minutes of Rachel and you know, that's that's it. Four minutes of Rachel was enough to to crucify her for what? What? What what crime did Rachel commit? Did Rachel strangled the three kids? Is that is that what I did I missed the part when Rachel came in and killed the three kids? Because I thought Lindsay did that and yet people are just like, no, Lindsay, no. We have compassion for Lindsay. It's a kind of lighting candles at the altar of Lindsay Clancy.
Kat says, can we move on? Yes, let's move on. We can we can move on. But yeah, I don't think that there was a whole lot to that to be honest. The interview didn't do anything for me. It didn't really shift anything. Speaking of psychos, Kate Beckinsill had some really strange psycho e behavior. She was posting these like really bizarre cryptic posts on her Instagram page. So she first of all wiped her entire Instagram, right? Cleared it out, cleared the archive. And then the only thing that she had was this black image that said, buy. And then she posted a rainbow with the message congratulations, you won. I give up. Both which were subsequently deleted. But her bio, her Instagram bio ended up her Instagram bio ended up posting a link to a BBC article about Carolyn Flack.
I don't know who Carolyn Flack is. Let's see, she's a presenter best known for Love Island. Okay. Oh, she died. Did she die at this? Oh, yeah. Okay. Yeah. So she died in 2020. She was a presenter from London. Okay, that's why I'm not the other way. She's British. And so she appears she died of a suicide back in 2020. So that's where people are like getting a little worried about Kate back and so, because they're like, whoa, what is this like what is this crazy, erratic behavior? It's kind of giving Kelly Wolf a little bit with the cryptic posts. But I mean, that's kind of crazy. Buy. Congratulations. You want to give up. And then the link to Carolyn Flack who committed suicide because she was, you know, struggling. That's where it's a little crazy. Oh, Marie says Carolyn Flack was bullied by the media for attacking her boyfriend and ended
up offing herself for attacking the media was attacking her boyfriend. You mean the way that everybody's attacking Patrick Lancy? I don't know. It's just strange. Oh, yeah, Carrot Top, also over the weekend had a or it was reported that he had an attempt. So I mean, I just think the world is so heavy right now, right? And that's why I just to circle back to the Ed Sheeran conversation at the top, like the world is so heavy. And there's all of this infighting and this, you know, division. And I again, don't think that it's unrealistic for people to just want to go to a a concert and just feel good and just kind of leave the world's problems at the doorstep and not bring them in, right? Like there's so much heavy news. There are so many atrocities that are happening all over the world. There are innocent lives that are being taken and that are lost
every single day. And sometimes you just want to hear Ed Sheeran sing, shape of you. And you just kind of wanted to and all of the world out because if you think about it 24 seven, if it's on your algorithm all the time, like it could be heavy, you know, it can be heavy. And I don't hate the people that just want to enjoy Ed Sheeran concert and not have to be lectured to about Palestine and how you're supposed to care about the people of Palestine when there's nothing that you can do right now for the people of Palestine. There just isn't, you know, I mean, you can donate to charities, but is that really solving the problem? Is that really solving the conflict in the Middle East? Is Maclamar really saving the people of Palestine? No, it's more Hollywood virtue signaling. So the fact that Ed Sheeran's taken a beating for this is crazy.
