Fall never arrives all at once. First the air, then the light, and slowly the things you love begin to find each other. A jacket meets a dress, a hoodie slips beneath a blazer. An old cap finds a new scarf, because you don't simply step into the season. You create it layer by layer until it finally feels like fall. Find fall your way at Ross. A 120 page Cornell interview somehow became six pages by the time it got to prosecutors. Christa Pike was given not one but two lethal injection drugs and said not today, Satan, and Lindsey Clancy's attorney would like everyone to know that he is not changing his defense strategy. Despite they look in a hole locked by he was changing his defense strategy. But don't worry, we're not spending the entire show talking about murder and alleged crimes today, because Pete Davidson is back to discussing his exes.
He's no longer saying thank you next. Apparently surviving Kanye was easier than surviving Saturday night live. So if we a bush casually revealed that she is married and has been for the last year, because apparently celebrity relationship timelines now need a forensic accountant. And Ariana Grande could be headed back into the Ryan Murphy universe. I'm ready for it. Later lawsuits botched executions, secret marriages, and Pete David somehow dating his way through another new cycle. Get ready everybody. Let's dive in. This is no filter with Zach Peter. Your go to source for all the latest pop culture and reality TVT SirFresh all week long. Now let's dive in. What's up guys? Welcome on in welcome on in everybody into clerk. Today I'm going in for my second M face treatment.
Have I dated guys about my first M face? So at my doctor who's in Beverly Hills, his name is doctor. Well, actually a few things. I'm going to pick up my new peptides because my doctor has officially put me on peptides, not GLP once. I am not on any GLP once. So when you see this figure, this snatched figure, I want you to know I earned this. Okay. But my doctor is starting me on some peptides mostly like cell regenerative peptides to help with like healing. Like when you work out, you know, Zach looking on on freak. I think you meant to say on fleek. Um, yeah, I think you meant to say look at on fleek. But I am going to get my peptides. I started, I officially started my fluconazole therapy, which is part of my candida cleanse. Everyone keeps asking me, why are you doing candida cleanse? Why are you doing candida cleanse? So I've been having, I mean, I've always kind of had got issues. I didn't eat gluten or dairy for a very long time. Reintroduced gluten and dairy. A couple of years ago and thought like, oh, I'll just like do digestive enzyme and
some like I was kind of like loose with my, um, my probiotics, my supplements. And I was like super, super healthy. And then the last couple of years, I became super into fitness versus like health, health. I was like super like, yeah, let me check on the protein. Let me build on the muscle. Let me do other things, right? Um, and like my gut kind of got out of whack because obviously I ate clean for so many years. And then I kind of like, you know, wasn't the cleanest. Um, and so I was like, I went to my doctor last year, I had a parasite and then this year, I'm like, okay, I just feel like my tummy is just so like bloated all the time. I was like, and I'm working for these damn abs. And where are my damn abs? I feel like I have to starve myself for two days in order to see a little outline of my abs. And I work out to damn hard. So my doctor tested me, found out there's a lot of inflammation in my body, primarily in my gut, which is what I was suspecting. So then, the parasite was last year. We addressed the parasite, but like they didn't necessarily heal the gut issues.
And we may still have a little bit of a brandy gland built in my gut still, but um, or a Carolina manzo rather, luckily it's in my gut and not in my face. But um, yeah. So now we tested, found out that I have elevated levels of candida. So my body is over producing candida. Um, candida I guess is like in, in moderation and small amounts normal within your body, but I had very elevated levels of candida in my gut. So we are now doing a candida gut cleanse. So we're trying to kill off all of the candida, all of the yeast that is in my gut. Um, so I'm taking supplements for candida or for candida, like to kill the candida. I'm on flukonazol, which is an antifungal. I'm on, um, I'm now starting peptides like where I have to cut out alcohol and sugar and lower carbs for the next month, 30 days. So I started my cleanse on Monday. So it is officially day four, no sugar and alcohol.
I went to the, to the pharmacy the other day and I got some dark chocolate, the 100% cacao, dark chocolate with no sugar added no milk, like just pure dark chocolate, basically black chocolate. Um, it was very bitter. I mean, if you think like 70% or 80% dark chocolate is bitter, try 100. Um, a pulse says don't disappears. No, I'm not trying to lose weight. I'm just like one trying to get my tummy tight. Number one, not trying to lose any muscle, but like the peptides are supposed to help with like physical recovery. They're also supposed to help with like hair skin and nails, although I don't think the specific peptide formula that I got is specific to that. And they, uh, my doctor said it's the glow formula. It's like three different peptides and it's the one that like Chris Jenner's on, but she tweaked it just a little bit so that I'm not on the full Chris Jenner one, but I'm also on, but it's more like tailored towards fitness and recovery. So, you know, that's, that's what it do, boo, that's what it do.
So, um, yeah, I'm on day four and actually I'm feeling good. Worked out. I've been working out all week except for Monday to take Monday off because I was recovering a little bit because I did drink over the weekend. So I was like, whoa, this is going to be the end of it. Unless we get it. It is. Yeah. Um, but yeah, so I'm doing my second treatment of M face. And so M face is, um, no sugar, no alcohol. It could take a while. Like a year. Okay, well, no fun valve in the live chat valve is just out here being no fun. Um, no, when you're on like a strict protocol and you're targeting and you're taking all the flukonisol and the high dose probiotics and all that, like you're killing the you can kill it in 30 days. I have to get tested in 30 days to see how it's doing and if we need to extend the cleanse, we'll extend the cleanse. But, um, don't ruin me. Don't ruin my fun. But so M face, what M faces is, and I'm not paid to say this or anything, but I just, I started it and I'm curious about it because there's a new treatment that Dr. Deere was introducing.
And I normally just go to him for Botox and that's the most I've done to my face in a very long time. I used to get filler, but that was like back in 2022, 2023. So this is my face without fresh filler in three years. And I feel like the filler has stayed intact, which is good because I used to be really, really hollow here and really, really hollow under my eyes. So I used to have like really crazy eye bags. If you look at like my old content from like 2019, 2020, 2021, you can see my face is very like sunken in under my eyes and I have really crazy eye bags. And I was also very hollow like here. I had these really deep smile lines. And so if you look at my face then on my face now, you will see the difference. But I'm glad I did not keep up with filler because like the filler is basically still in my face. I never fully dissolved, which is crazy because they always tell you it dissolves like after a year. So then people keep going back and back and back for little touchups. And then the filler like migrates and then you get that big puffy face. Anyway, M face, what it does is it's like, like it's like electro magnetic.
I don't know. It's some sort of like shock or some like it's not a shocker. It's a muscle stimulator. So you put it on your face and it like stimulates your muscles. And so it like vibrates. It does like a and so it's supposed to like strengthen your facial muscles. So it like naturally gives your face like a lift because the muscles become stronger to like lift. People do it. They do M sculpt with where like you know, you could do M sculpt. And you're telling me that like targets your abs. And then it like helps you get abs and become more toned. It's just you know, fun stuff. So I'm doing it on my face to give it a try. Does that work Zach? I don't know. So my first treatment was last week. Right. Last week. And you have to do it every week. They say for like four to six treatments. And then it takes six weeks after your first treatment to start to really see the results. So it's only been a week. So come. I mean, listen, come November. October is going to be the month of that we're like reconstruction.
We're under construction, right? Every part of my body is under construction. My with my peptides and my gut health and my face. So come November. I'm just telling you right now. Y'all bitches better watch out because I'm going to be banging come the holiday season. Right. Come Christmas. Santa's going to be trying to slide down my chimney. Our Santa's going to be wanting me to slide into his chimney. So we'll see. Okay, let's get into should we start with Cornell? Let's start with Cornell. So we covered the Cornell 7 story yesterday. More in depth. We're now getting new details about this Cornell 7 story, which just recap was about the seven frat boys that allegedly assaulted another female student on campus. She has she reported them to campus police and ultimately the case moved to the DA. The DA did not press charges against any of the seven frat boys.
And this young woman she then decided this year as of September 26. She was going to file a civil lawsuit against the school. Against the bar that apparently served them alcohol against the fraternity house and against the seven individual male students, the frat boys. So that lawsuit came out last month. September, it's officially October 1st. That came out last month and it kind of blew this case up again. They have reopened the criminal investigation. They're looking into it again. But so now it's come out according to the New York Times. They dove into this further because you know we they love an expose. Love to do a little deep dive. So they now so the New York Times is now saying that they've reviewed more than a thousand pages. Where have we heard that before? We've reviewed more than a thousand text messages from Justin Belldone's team about this alleged smear campaign against Blake Lively. New York Times, if you did not shoot your credibility, I would hold you to my entire standard.
Anyway, the New York Times says that it reviewed more than a thousand pages from Internal Cornell, an Internal Cornell Investigation. They claim that there's a roughly 120 page transcript of Jane Doe's November 2024 interview with the Cornell Investigators, which contrasts the condensed six page statement that ultimately was reviewed by the prosecutors. So 120 pages from the Cornell Investigators. And they only turned over a six page statement. So they really reduced that transcript down to just six pages. So obviously this is a major discrepancy based off of interview transcripts that were obtained by CBS Jane Doe, who told the Cornell police, I can say with 100% certainty, I was RAPED, she was assaulted, but assaulted with the hard R word.
So Matthew Van Houston, a Huyen Huyen, who looks like Houston, but there's no S. Matthew Van Huyen, he's the DA. He says his office never received the full transcript. All they received was the six page statement that was provided to them by Cornell Investigators, where she never made this very strong clear declaration of 100% confidence. Right? So apparently she was clear with the Cornell Investigators that she had 100% confidence, 100% confidence that she was assaulted right after reporting or when she reported this. So what makes it even crazier or what makes the story even more fascinating is that her sign statement itself reportedly says that the initial sexual activity was consensual, but later describes the later encounters or describes later encounters, not later describes, but in that same statement describes that the later encounters that happened that night, including her being pretty incapacitated. It was the terminology that she was pretty incapacitated,
that she remembers swatting a man's hand away and being horrified when more men entered her. And then eventually she gave in to another encounter because he, I guess, was repeatedly asking to engage in sexual activity with her. So these are very key details that were not disclosed to the DA or to the DA's office, which is now why it kind of seems like they were like, oh, well, we got the six page report according to that report. It appears Jane Doe engaged in this consensually. And we kind of talked about that yesterday about like, well, if you're engaging in this activity, right, this party, you know that all these guys are going to be there or at least you're going to have multiple partners, you know that you're all drinking, you know that you're all imbibing on a variety of different substances. Then you put yourself in a situation and then do then absolve yourself for responsibility when you put yourself in a situation like that. But now, and listen, the story gets even more complicated when we break down the timeline because
she didn't report this the next day after this gang bang, right? She reported this, I believe it was about two weeks later. So it was a bit of time after the fact and there are some very specific things that happened over those weeks from when this night happened to when she officially reported with Cornell police, okay? But there's some other really key revelations that came from this coverage from both CBS and The New York Times. One, there's a lot of new detail about the usage of ketamine. So apparently Jane Doe told investigators that although she couldn't remember precisely when she took it, she says that she generally felt coerced into using it. Well, I mean, she remembers feeling coerced that kind of fights the incapacity, right? So she generally felt coerced into using it and then she also describes feeling as those substances were being offered until she agreed, like, do you want this? Do you want this? Do you want this? So she kind of felt like she was being pressured, right? She says that at one point she described taking more ketamine in hopes of
just passing out because it was just such an uncomfortable situation and she, I guess, didn't want to be present for it at least mentally. So it's kind of like, well, was it peer pressure or was it true coercion, right? And how were the jedimans supposed to see that or come to that conclusion if they themselves were also heavily under the influence? Like, how do you then decipher those lines? Right? Then I guess the documents that were now reviewed by CBS and The New York Times really reconstruct how her understanding of that night changed over the course of these two weeks, right? From when the incident occurred to when she reported it to Cornell police. And this is where it gets a little interesting, right? So apparently when she returned home, it was about 11.15 AM. This was October 20th. Okay. She told her roommates about having sex with multiple men. She told her roommates about using ketamine. Is it doing ketamine using ketamine? I guess using ketamine, right? You're not doing ketamine. Remember when I say doing weed? Do you use weed? You don't
use weed. Do you do? No, you, I don't know. Kenny, that's a question for you. That's a question of Robin. But so she did disclose to her roommates that she had sex with multiple dudes and that they were doing ketamine, but she did not describe it as an assault at the time that she spoke to the roommates on October 20th. Okay. One roommate, however, did tell Cornell investigators that she appeared, appeared to be in a bit of shock. I don't know what shock means. Could shock mean hungover? Could shock mean tired and exhausted? Because I would imagine sleeping with multiple guys would be a little fatiguing and exhausting. So I don't necessarily know what this roommate meant by in shock, but that could also mean like this happened to me. I was assaulted. I'm like trying to process what happened to me. I don't really remember what happened to me like in shock. I can understand could also be like a trauma response, right? To what had just happened the night prior. So this is her returning home on October 20th. Apparently the assault happened or the alleged assault this, you know,
group orgy happened on the 19th, 20th comes home tells her her roommates about it. Then the 21st, which is the following day, October 21st, Jonathan Newell, he's who's one of the Cornell 7, for at boys, Jonathan Newell then sends her an apology, sends Jane Doe an apology according to the documents. He apologized for how things had gone and said that he and another one of the Cornell 7, Matthew Ingalls felt terrible about, you know, that felt terrible, but that they had been too intoxicated to stop things before things got, quote, way out of hand. So here we have two of those Cornell 7 that are now expressing some sort of remorse as if they now in retrospect are reflecting on the fact that like things got out of hand and this poor girl was probably used and abused in a way that was completely disrespectful to her and possibly beyond her liking or her, you know,
consent. Okay. So after Jonathan Newell sends the apology on behalf of him and Matthew Ingalls, Jane Doe initially responds and reassures Jonathan Newell and says that she did not believe that any of the activity was illegal. So this is October 21st. So this is about less than 48 hours after this alleged incident happened. Okay. Two of the gentlemen reach out expressing remorse, which to me is very telling that tells me that they knew that they did something they shouldn't have done or at least were witness to something that shouldn't have been done and therefore did not intercept, right? They had a level of awareness that whatever happened should not have happened and that to me is pretty damning and pretty telling. However, from a legal perspective, if she's now reassuring them and being like, no, don't worry about it, nothing that happened was illegal, like, it's all good. But then that could also just be her placating them, right? Like to look at both
sides, like that could be her not fully aware or still kind of in shock of what actually happened and then her being like, no, don't because also if you have that type of night, you could also walk out of that night and be like, I don't ever want to think about it that again. I would ever want to focus on that. I don't ever want to like think about it and you just kind of tune it out, right? So I can understand her trying to placate them or appease them in a way of like don't even worry about it. Like I'm like, I've had instances where I was like, listen, I'm fine. I'm physically fine. Like, let's just not revisit it, right? Or if you have like a drunk at night and you and your friend get into a fight and you know, you guys argue and then a couple of days later, you're like, listen, I said some shit that I didn't really, you know, let's just forget it. There's no hurt feelings, right? Like you just want to move on from the instant because you know, you've deduced it to like a drunk night. Then I guess her, her messages have become increasingly different after that initial, what was that? October 21st. So then by October 23rd, this is where things get a little more
interesting. So again, the instant happened to October 19th. The 20th, she tells her friends about it, not really alarmed the 21st to have the gentleman feel remorse. Then two days later, the 23rd, she ends up telling Ingalls, who is the second guy, not Jonathan Newell, who initially reached out to her, but Ingalls, who claimed to have felt, he felt terrible about what had happened and told to Jonathan Newell. So apparently Jane Doe tells Ingalls the incident was temporarily ruining her life and she said that she had been sleeping and crying all day. So that kind of seems like now, maybe it was coming to light, maybe the apology kind of triggered of like, oh yeah, maybe I didn't like what was going on. Maybe I wasn't comfortable with what was happening. Like, maybe I don't remember all the pieces and now reflecting on that, like, yeah, that was not okay, right? It kind of seems like she was coming to some level of awareness. So she tells Ingalls that this is ruining her life. She had been crying then by October 28th, according to a roommate that overheard a phone call,
Jane Doe confronted Ingalls and she's now claiming and she was asking him, how could this happen? Because remember, Ingalls was one of the guys Ingalls and Newell were the two that I guess had some sort of remorse. Hold on, let's pull up the photos again from yesterday. I feel like we need to put some faces to, I mean, I wish we, I'm torn. I'm like, I wish we had Jane Doe's face so that we had like an idea. But yeah, okay, so just to recall, pulling everything up again that way, we can like put names and faces to everything. So here are the original Snapchat messages. Okay, so we have Matthew, Ingalls, Diego, Serabia, Winston Lee, Scott Kay, Scott Norris, Scott, Kane Scott, and we have Gileo Lopez and Jonathan Newell. So it looks like according to the
messages, Jonathan Newell was the one who was saying that there was a free pussy available. Okay, free pussy. Diego was one of the ones that went in. Ingalls is in here saying, I love this, like you can walk in and whip it out. So Ingalls is loving it. Jonathan seems to have been the one that was initially promoting it. And then the rest, I'm kind of seem to engage in it. So Ingalls seemed to have wanted to and Newell seemed to have been the one that was was offering it up. Here, let me pull up the, the gentleman's that you can see them. This is the Snapchat messages. So we see the Ingalls, we see at least what Ingalls and Newell were participating in. So again, Jonathan Newell, he's the one in the bottom right corner here with the curly curly hair. He's the one that was offering an Arpan saying, Hey, there's free pussy available. He's now the one that is reached out to her guy with the curly hair, reached out to her expressing remorse and also saying that Matthew Ingalls, who's up top on the left. So they're the two anchors, um, up top on the left,
Matthew Ingalls. He's the one that also expressed remorse. So these are the two that I feel like had the worst messages. And now they're over here apologizing to Jane Doe and making it seem like they had some sort of remorse. And then, um, then she, and then, uh, that's when Jane Doe then starts talking to Newell and telling Newell that they essentially, you know, she could, this is incident has ruined her life. Now, this is where things get even more interesting. And this is where things take another turn. So that was October 23rd and around October 28th, she seems to have had some sort of phone call with Ingalls. Uncertain what Ingalls relationship with Jane Doe was, were they dating? Because it kind of seems like Ingalls has a lot of, um, connection. Ingalls has some sort of closer relationship to her. Maybe when Ingalls writes in the Snapchat messages,
like you can walk in and whip it out, maybe that wasn't a question. Maybe that was part of the advertising, right? Whereas Newell is out here saying, uh, free pussy in the alum PU. And then Ingalls is kind of like, like you can walk in and whip it out. I'm, I'm thinking these were the two that were spearheading this. And I'm also thinking these may have been the two that were expelled. And the rest of the gentlemen were suspended for participating. But it's sounding like she has a deeper relationship with Ingalls. And with that context, it looks like Ingalls may have also been one of the gentlemen that was offering her up in these Snapchat messages. Because she seems to have take real issue with Ingalls and Newell. So then there's the Halloween party, okay? And this is where things get even more interesting because Ingalls initially tells Jane Doe that she's welcome back to the Fratz Halloween party. And then suddenly the Fratz president ends up calling and disinviting Jane Doe. And Jane Doe seems to have gotten upset about that because she responds that the reason,
I'm assuming the reason she wasn't invited, she responded saying that it's because the men were protecting themselves and that she is the woman was getting blamed. So it kind of seems like she's upset that she's not allowed to go to this Halloween party. And the guys are like, whoa, well, she was the crazy one. She was the one that wanted to do all this because she's a freaky, deaky girl, right? And so it kind of seems like there's already this chatter. She's already expressing, you know, saying that she, this ruined her life and she's having, you know, a hard time reconciling with what happened. You have two of the guys that are already expressing some sort of remorse for what happened. So this is where it kind of seems like, oh, this is getting interesting because now there, it sounds like they could make the case that she did this in retaliation because they ostracized her, they cut her out and disinvited her from this Halloween party. That's where things really start to get interesting. So it's like, oh, this really lairs the situation and really muddies the situation. Because if initially she wasn't considering this in assault and then
didn't consider it an assault until she didn't, she got disinvited from this Halloween party, that kind of changes with the possible motivation and beat. Let's take a quick ad break and then we will get into it even further. There's a lot more. I don't know if you're feeling like me, but over the summer, I kind of fell off on my diet. A Paul says that Jane Doe was into one of the guys she went to initially meet him and that was going into her first statement. She was initially into one of them and then eventually I guess maybe he introduced her to a friend or you know things developed from there, but there was one guy. I'm assuming either angles or yeah, I'm assuming it was either angles or new all I'm assuming probably angles angles is conventionally more attractive than new all new all kind of seems like he's a bit
dorky with the big moppy curly hair in the choppy face. Okay, moving right along so Halloween happens she gets just invited she then seems to be upset about this then by November 3rd that's when her characterization of what happened that night two weeks later that's where it gets very explicit and she she texts new all 90% of what happened that night was not consensual. So she says that she'd been given more ketamine than she could remember and she also says that she was telling him that she was uncomfortable. She remembers telling I'm assuming new all this is this message these messages are to him telling him that she was uncomfortable and she didn't know the other men in the room four days later on November 7th that's when she went to the emergency room to seek a rape kit. So again, interesting how this is kind of developing. So it kind of seems like maybe new all was the one that she was into then because new all seems to be the one that she's having the
most communication with new was the one I wasn't expecting her because of all of them he's the least can eventually attractive of them all. Again, no no no judgment she's got her taste good for her but it kind of seems like new who was the one that was really offering her up and advertising her as free pussy in the alum P.U. That's where it seems like he was kind of more of a spearhead in all of this or had the most involvement in all of this. So I don't know but so then November comes she goes she gets her rape kit like things really start to ramp up come November which is after Halloween. So it seems like this Halloween party was kind of a bit of a catalyst that pushed this forward. I don't know but now New York lawmakers are really kind of making a point that you know are they're pointing to Cornell saying that there needs to be change with the state's sexual assault laws right especially surrounding intoxication capacity to consent because
even as sunny hosting was saying on the view like according to how sexual assault laws in New York are set up if you're engaging in drinking and doing drugs you're putting yourself in this risky situation especially because she engaged in having sex with more than one guy she went to this I don't know if you would call it a party or what you would call this this orgy this gang whatever gang bang she agreed to go to this she agreed to drink she agreed to do drugs and so according to New York state law because she willingly put herself in this situation it's hard to then say it was non-consensual when she consensually put herself in the situation and put herself in a situation where her judgment where she may be a bit neapreated however now it seems like lawmakers are fighting to change that and the DA's now saying that they plan to reopen the case before grand jury so they're going to present this information before grand jury and we'll see what they say
I think the case is incredibly nuanced right and I think that Cornell took some some action but intentionally they kept some details from the DA to avoid a bigger PR disaster a bigger PR nightmare and the DA I think got enough information based off of what was given to them right we had a bunch of pages according to the New York Times there were thousands of pages or at least 8,000 pages and there was at least 120 pages of a transcript from conversation with Jane Doe and it seems the DA only got about six pages and from there the DA was was able to deduce that this was kind of just like a wild kinky night and everything appeared to have been consensual for the most part so I don't know what a new criminal investigation would necessarily bring I don't think that we'll see seven frat boys held accountable for assaults but I could see them possibly just based off of the New York law and based off of how this night seems to have transpired and I would imagine all seven of
these these frat boys are going to lawyer up and attack this poor girl it's poor woman but I could see some potential lesser charges charges being sprinkled against each of them right we know that two of them got expelled I could see possibly those two being the two that go down for assault whereas the others I or at least the two I guess the two that were promoting it and the Snapchat group also appeared to be the two that may have been the most engaged in this I would think advertising her and Snapchat could potentially fall under some sort of like trafficking charge I think we may see a lot more of those like smaller lesser charges rather than the explicit assault charges just again based off of the circumstances that I think were an unfortunate the perfect recipe for an unfortunate disaster that led to the situation that occurred right I think there were too many poor steps that ended up in this very unfortunate incident where this poor young woman was taking
advantage of by all of these stupid idiot horny dudes that completely disrespected her and didn't I don't know violated her and didn't respect her enough to see that she's a fucking human being that doesn't need to be tossed around and treated like a sex doll but I don't know I think it's going to be interesting to see you know what happens what the charges bring what a grand jury will ultimately decide and to determine whether or not she was truly incapacitated it's going to get interesting um Catholic BXR says she is guilty of opening herself up to danger as are they that's kind of where the New York the New York laws line is like if you open yourself up to danger then you have to then accept the consequences of the danger that you open yourself up to and that's where it's a little nuanced right it's like well but she still didn't deserve what happened to her
and also who's to say that those gentlemen were not also completely inebriated to the point where they couldn't consent either right how do you then determine well I mean I guess considering they were they had a level of awareness that what they were doing was wrong and they were advertising or which is also just fucking disgusting but yeah I don't know um Trish says I'm a nurse and a candidate victim be careful on the flukon and saw it's horrific on the liver but I know someone needed on that candida as yeast infections are obsessively yes I I I'm aware I love all of the free medical advice I've been getting in my teams about my candida glitz I appreciate it uh Christina says I feel like even when super intoxicated you know if you're doing something wrong yeah I don't know yeah like drunk driving that's a choice yeah you're putting yourself in a yeah I don't know consent is not enough to justify the choice yeah
yeah yeah a victim does not open themselves up to anything the assaults are as the one who knows they're going to do yeah I mean listen I I wasn't there that night I can only speak to what is being reported and we haven't heard from these seven frat dudes I don't know I don't know we're going to have to see how this all plays out I think it's just it's very very tricky because everybody decided to go into a very um potentially dangerous situation and unfortunately it appears something bad happened as a result of that and we're gonna have to let and we're gonna have to see what comes of that again because the Cornell police you can argue that they were trying to save themselves from a PR disaster of having their students arrested and having this blasted all over the news but they also did send out the alert to all the rest of the students but then that shows that they knew something was bad and they expelled two of the students so then why keep these details from
the DA and not have any charges brought against them I don't know it's fucked up all around whichever way you look at it it's crazy oh Alexander says they just couldn't control their hormones that's a a circle back to glinty clancy and why sometimes it's dangerous to use the hormone arguments if you're gonna say oh well they were they were incapacitated and they allowed their hormones to get the best of them and if hormones can then can push a woman to murder her children I mean I see where you're going with that I don't like that direction but I see where you're going with that um yeah we'll see all right let's move on to oh Christophe pike this story is crazy okay so Christophe pike she this is the story of the execution that just didn't work so the story is wild Christophe pike was supposed to become the first woman ever executed by Tennessee in more than
200 years okay she was being she was convicted of a 1995 torture and murder of a 19 year old named Colleen Slammer and so yesterday Tennessee gearin up there you know ready to fire up the the the flames to burn the witch right they were getting ready to execute Christophe pike okay plot twist the bitch survived okay according to the associated press pike remained alive after the lethal injection procedure and witnesses reported very disturbing signs of seeing her gas being and snoring so she was ultimately transported for medical treatment and now the Tennessee governor Bill Lee is halting the state's remaining executions for the rest of 2026 and ordering an independent review of what the fuck happened because how do you inject somebody with two lethal injections it's meant to kill them um was this dose only for the ladies and last time we tested the
dose was 2200 years ago when we last executed somewhat the last executed a woman like what is going on in Tennessee so for those of you that are unfamiliar with Christophe pike Christophe pike was 18 years old at the time when she participated in a 1995 killing of a fellow job corps student Colleen Slammer her lawyers clemency arguments emphasized that Christophe pike's traumatic childhood and mental history were contributing factors here because you know obviously she deserves to get off maybe she was going through postpartum who knows but so governor Lee denied the clemency before scheduling the execution and yesterday she was set to be whacked and she ended up surviving and so after she survived they took her to the hospital to go get medical care so they're saving her only to try and kill her again could you imagine being Christophe pike right like you believe you're going to die and then you wake up you happen to be in the hospital only to have to go back
on death row and go and die all over again I mean my gosh talk about God's timing talk about divine intervention if it's not your time to go is not your time to go you will survive to lethal injections but like how how do you fail at killing somebody or how do you survive lethal injections like what types of drugs was Christophe pike was doing in prison that made her like rock solid how many covid shots does she have to get to become you know completely injected with I don't know what that kept her alive like what and the X-Men is going on here what and the Wolverine is going on here like what and like legally what happens to Christophe pike now I mean if you technically are supposed to die and then they try to kill you and you don't die does that mean you like served your time or you're just like okay my time was served you were set to kill me you try to kill me and I just I didn't die you know I don't know I don't know I don't know
Kenny says I'm very tolerant to things I have to have way more than the average numbing for stitches to work I would probably survive but like is she good now right like does that mean she's like solid like she's like okay I served my time I did my death penalty like you gave me the death penalty and I did it right I don't know can now she say she had postpart of my fillink in 2026 you can you can make that argument but yikes like truly yikes okay for all the clansies the Ku Klux Klan sees Kevin Reddington is now repeatedly clarifying that the characterization that is he has suddenly changed her defense after the mistrial is not true so he's arguing that the challenging of whether prosecutors proved Lindsey Clancy committed the killings was just part of his strategy all along okay Kevin I don't know we watched a whole trial the whole trial you were
pretty clear she did it and you know now he's saying that his rule 24 sorry rule 25 motion asking the judge for a required finding of not guilty on the grounds of the Commonwealth trial evidence was legally insufficient it's just a strategy right like I said before Tharouin Spaghetti at the wall and hoping something sticks but he's telling people that Lindsey Clancy remains under 247 suicide watch how can we get and he also describes her as living in a constant state of sadness I mean I would too if I murdered my three children so she I'm sorry she should be sad I don't think that she should she should live happy go lucky for the rest of her life I think she murdered three and the missing children and she needs to deal with the consequences of that sorry not sorry there needs to be consequences to your actions but so I feel like at this point Reddington is just playing in all of our faces causing a circus and hoping that his client goes free which at this point it kind of feels like she might go free but listen he's one damn good defense attorney
I'll tell you that he's doing everything in your hand but so I just want to remind everybody because all the people they're like did you even watch the trial Lindsey never admitted to killing her children she never said that she never did it she never did it she never did it well I'm going to remind everybody based off of all of the trial testimony here I'll pull it up for you on the screen that way we can live through this together okay we're gonna go through this you're gonna relive did you even watch the trial you're gonna relive it with me okay here we go because I put it together in a cute handy dandy little little um chart for you here on the no filter instagram account number one doctor Gregory Sathoff okay the prosecution prosecution's psychiatrist interviewed Lindsey Clancy for roughly 11 and a half hours in 2026 and according to his testimony Clancy described taking the children downstairs individually and strangling them okay she remembers bringing Doss and downstairs and strangling him then bringing Cori to another area of the basement and
strangling her and finally getting Callen and strangling him okay she also described that she was supposedly having uh some sort of um supposedly happening that she said that she was hearing while this is happening she was hearing a man's voice who was repeatedly telling her this is your last chance you have to kill the kids and then kill yourself and according to Sathoff Clancy also said that the voice continued while she strangled the children and then stopped when she finished strangling the children this is what she told Dr Sathoff okay then we have Dr. Mac Dr. Afer Mac okay Mac testified that Clancy told him that she had strangled each child and when she did it she said go to God that is another acknowledgement made during a forensic evaluation of her own conduct during the killings okay two doctors two witnesses at the trial that you claim I didn't fucking watch okay then you have Dr. Paul Zizl okay Dr. Paul Zizl witnessed a phone call or
witnessed the phone call between Lindsey Clancy and Patrick Clancy right so shortly after the killings Lindsey Clancy spoke to her husband Patrick Clancy by phone while Dr. Zizl was present and Dr. Zizl testified at trial that Lindsey told Patrick that she heard a male voice ordering her to do it and that she had no choice and had to kill the children and then kill herself okay then we have Sheila Sheila Kavanaugh Sheila Kavanaugh met with Lindsey Clancy repeatedly after the killings and Sheila testified that Lindsey Clancy described a persistent male voice that told her if she didn't obey its command neither she nor the children would be safe Clancy told her I'm so glad my children are safe and Kavanaugh understood that in the context of the children being dead and responded they were safe in heaven now okay then we have Patrick Clancy the most disputed and the most controversial testimony of all Patrick claims that after he found Lindsey after jumping outside
the window she told them to try to kill herself and when he asked where the children were she replied basement we have conflicting reports but majority of the people that were in the courtroom that heard the 911 call claimed that they did hear Lindsey Clancy say the word basement they didn't hear her say she tried to kill herself but they did hear her mother the word basement she wasn't able to make clear coherent sentences but they did hear her mother the word basement okay then we up to Dr Kirk Halebrand Dr Kirk Halebrand testified that Lindsey Clancy's testified about Lindsey Clancy's own description of what happened including her assertion that a voice repeatedly instructed her to kill the children and herself during the strangulations Halebrand ultimately concluded that she was criminally responsible okay so that's one two three four five six different admissions to six different experts that testified at the trial you claim I
didn't watch okay then furthermore her plea of not guilty by reason of insanity is her saying I was insane at the time that I did this which her attorney Reddington repeated over and over again throughout the trial okay and then again we have her civil medical malpractice lawsuit where she is claiming that she did this and described it in detail again okay I don't think Patrick Clancy hijacked her brain or hypnotized her or brain washed her in some way these are all of Lindsey Clancy's own admissions so when you say I didn't watch the trial you're actually quite delusional because you clearly didn't pay attention to the trial you only saw the pieces that you wanted to hear you only listened to the information you wanted to hear because there are multiple experts that testified to this okay multiple experts that testified to this there is no way around it there's no disputing it there's no evidence that Patrick did this so you can take your Patrick conspiracy theories and your
brats dolls and your loop candles and you can shove them up your ass at this point yeah Alex Alexandra says they're cherry picking an entire trial exactly cherry picking an entire trial okay entire trial so there you go and people are now I see people my cons but like well yeah but Lindsey also said that she's slash the window and we know that she didn't slash the window she pushed the with the window screen open okay one fucking detail she misremembered one little detail in comparison to the same story that she's repeated to multiple experts are you kidding me you think I just fell out of a coconut tree you fell out of a coconut tree and how did you coconut take you on the on the way down yeah Christina says use the loop candle on the brats dolls as you shove it up your ass I added that last part but thank you Christina for that that support okay Pete Davidson let's move on to some lighter funner pop culture here's a lighter story for it today so Pete Davidson's talking
pretty candidly about his famous exes he says that dating Kim Kardashian essentially made him the person who absorbed all of Kanye West's wrath during their divorce because remember like Kanye was really coming at Pete and he made the video about Pete and he was not happy because Pete was essentially the first person that Kim publicly dated or at least outwardly dated after the Kanye divorce and so Pete Davidson is saying that he ultimately cleared the path for Kim to date again poor Kim she probably thought she was done with all of this I mean to think they I mean I guess it's not he's not wrong right in clearing the path for her to date again because that was kind of like the first one Kanye took all his heat out on that and then he kind of like won away and doesn't care anymore but Pete said I think he told this to variety he didn't interview with varieties as I think I liked to think that I got that one out of the way for her because whoever that guy was going to be was going to get it so he I guess was happy that he was able to clear the path for Kim and take the
beating from Kanye so that she can now be free with Lewis Hamilton or whoever else she wants to date in the future I really wanted her to date Tom Brady I was about that life but Pete Davidson's also talking positively about his ex Ariana Grande so amid all of the the scrutiny that Ariana's getting online he says that there's still friends you know he discusses where they are today he says that I think Ariana is fucking cool and immensely talented and an awesome girl he says we're not texting or whatever but we're cool and he doesn't like any of the criticism that people have about her body because she looks like she's Jack Skellington and she's just withering away I mean my god Marikade Ashley in 2004 would have been jealous she would have thought she was fat next to Ariana Grande but he says that all this criticism about her body he's like I don't like it at all it's not cool don't be all uncool be cool be cool have their don't be all uncool but he says that Ariana Grande is a really strong person based off of what he remembers when he was with her
they were engaged right before she did thank you next so yeah he says she she knows how to handle intense attention and pressure and he thinks of the treatment that she's getting from the public is pretty fucked up yeah so there you go congrats to Pete he's finally dishing on his former leading ladies speaking of leading ladies let's get into some lesbian sofia bush one tree hill actress sofia bush and jontakramas di actress sofia bush she is married we just learned this right we she just dropped this bombshell in her new I guess she has a book that's coming out so sofia bush and ashland heres they revealed I guess in her book she reveals that she privately got married last year so over a year ago last summer she married ashland that things are a little tricky right this particularly juicy based off of oops sorry guys give me one second I will be right back I'm gonna
we're gonna take a quick ad break I have some I have maintenance at my door I don't know if you're feeling like me but over the summer I kind of fell off on my diet I'm not feeling my best and I want to get back on track and I know the best way to do that of hitting my nutrition goals and making my life more convenient is factor factor makes chef crafted dietitian designed ready to eat meals so that you don't have to choose between real food and convenience with over 175 band ingredients every factor meal is designed around what supports a healthier lifestyle and nothing that doesn't factor meals are ready in two minutes and require no prep no cleanup so even on the days your schedule is completely out of control eating well is still achievable like I said when it comes to meeting my goals hitting my macros get them a protein and they have a protein plus package who not only are their meals delicious but I feel good about making sure that I am nourishing my body okay let's eat real head to factor meals dot com slash no filter 50 often use code no filter 50

relationships started at the end of each of their divorces which is where things get a little messy right um because I guess they had just each gotten divorced back in 2023 and it was shortly after their divorce is that they started dating and then now here they are married less than two years later so let's go through the timeline I'll break it down for you so in 2019 Sophia and Ashlyn me okay both of them are married both of them have hubbies Sophia or actually no I don't think Sophia was married yet at this point but in 2019 Sophia and Ashlyn and acrossing paths at a conference at the time Ashlyn Harris she was dating soccer star Ali Krieger I don't know who that is because I don't know female soccer female food bowl but then fast forward to June 27th 2023 this is when Sophia and her husband Grant Hughes separate now Sophia doesn't file until August but in the divorce documents she does list June 27th 2023 as their date of separation okay they got married in June of
2022 so they barely even lasted a year okay this is June end of June 2023 then fast forward to July 2023 Sophia and Ashlyn are starting to hang out okay they attend the women's world cup watch party together still seemingly just friends right because they hadn't quite had Sophia and Ashlyn at that point had not yet filed for divorce from their partners from their access fast forward to August 4th 2023 that's when Sophia officially files for divorce was only married for 13 months and that's when she claimed that they had separated in July or right or June right they the official day was end of June June 27th so officially files in August fast forward to September of 2023 Ashlyn then files for divorce so shortly after like about a month later Ashlyn files for divorce from Ali and Ashlyn and Ali they've been married since 2019 they share two children together
so Ashlyn I believe was already with Ali when she met Sophia back in 2019 so Ashlyn later says that she and Ali had spent a lot of time together over the summer working through their separation and their divorce and talking to therapists and lawyers and so it kind of seems like they were separated throughout the summer but working on things or working on like the separation of things rather then October of 2023 that's when Sophia and Ashlyn officially begin dating okay this is really key because this is when reports emerged that they'd gone on their first official dinner day after years of being just friends and Sophia later described that it was Ashlyn who asked to meet one on one and then they went to dinner and dinner lasted four and a half hours and I'm just like well who's watching Ashlyn's kids I guess her ex her her her wife who was still technically her wife at the time so it's really interesting because both divorces were so fresh they'd known each other for a while Ashlyn
says that she did not step out of her marriage she made that very clear but like what does that mean like we were friends and then I broke up with my wife and then the next day went on like started banging Sophia like what is what does that mean I technically didn't step out of my marriage like that's like the timeline is very like right so then fast forward a few more months to march of 2024 and that's when Sophia and Ashlyn started appearing together publicly they attend the Elton John's eight foundation Oscars viewing party openly affectionate together then fast forward another month April 25th 2024 that's when Sophia officially confirms in a glamour cover essay that she is dating Ashlyn Harris and she identifies as queer she also pushes back the idea that she left her marriage because of an affair she said that there was no rendezvous that never happened I don't know I have a question then we go to a couple days later April 7th 2024 and that's when they make
thoroughfishing red carpet debut and this is at the White House correspondence dinner there together then by late 2024 early 2025 is when Ashlyn's kids then become become part of the relationship publicly they're seen out together they see they were seen going out to Disneyland together all is one big happy family then we get to summer of 2025 so this is last summer and apparently this is when they secretly got married they got married on September 30th 2026 so Sophia and Ashlyn hosted a tiny little private wedding upstate New York I believe Ashlyn's kids were there it doesn't seem like there was a big ceremony or even like a big group of people that even attended this they said they kept it quiet and did start telling people until little by little over the last year and so then September 23rd last month last week is when they made their official red carpet debut together Sophia Ashlyn and her two daughters Sloan in ocean they appeared
at the essence of Hope Gala in New York City the media was still referring to Sophia's Ashlyn's girlfriend but interesting that Sophia was Ashlyn's girlfriend and not Ashlyn being Sophia's girlfriend right I would think Sophia is more famous than Ashlyn right or my trippin but then fast forward a few more days September 30th that's where an excerpt from Sophia's new book and I will tell and I will tell you mine which was published by Vogue the excerpt that's where she discloses that she is married and she no longer wants to call Ashlyn her partner she's like you know my partner you're my wife I don't know I mean the friendship timeline like this is where I need you guys in the live chat to weigh in like friendship timeline how are we feeling about this I kind of feel like it's a little messy it's a little too close for comfort right I kind of feel like there had to have been feelings there had to have been vibes right there had to have been like I want to
slip a finger in her thoughts right right am I wrong careful that careful mom that grass is definitely greener the grass is greener the other side wasn't Sophia married to that old man or was that a difference Sophia um I don't believe her husband was an old man well or at least her last husband wasn't an old man people are saying messy messy Ashlyn's ex is one of the most beautiful women in the world and the most talented soccer player she's retired now I'm not familiar with soccer christina says the graph says often not greener on the other side listen leave these ladies and their bushes out of it missquishy says Sophia's got that sexy raspy poon-smoking voice yeah yeah the wintry hill girl yes she was on the wintry hill I liked wintry hill I didn't watch it live but I used to watch reruns up it and it was good okay um does the post smell better on the
uh the side well it depends if freshly shaved bush did you get the lawn mower out for the bush friends who become lovers they cheated I mean oh no oh no way in in the comments below let me know do you think that they cheated that the lesbians cheat or were they secretly like I'm for lesbionist sex the timeline is a little sad I mean come on they both happen to get divorced within a month apart and then they're dating a month later messy and then they're married two years later messy messy it's your bestie miss miss westie these those tried to test me because I'm about to get messy yeah everyone's like they cheated totally yeah I mean even if it was just catching a finger or something I don't believe that there was it was completely kosher I think they're trying to keep it kosher for the sake of the kids and be like kids no mommy would never cheat with another lady
especially not the lady from wintry hill yeah all right guys I love you I appreciate you I do got a run cuz I gotta go get my M face done I gotta go get my blood pumped I gotta go get my peptides I gotta go get my things done I love you I appreciate you I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day um I hope you enjoy your thursday I'm going to actually I'm not telling you where I'm going tonight but I'm having a fun day no I so I'll see you guys later we'll talk to you tomorrow chaffer now bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye everybody
