Hi, guys, one sec. There we go. I was like, wait, what's going on? Today on No Filter, we are going to lie. We are going full true crime, because apparently, everybody woke up and decided to choose chaos today. Lindsey Clancy's back in court, Kevin Reddington is now arguing that prosecutors didn't even prove that she killed her children, which is a pretty wild pivot considering the entire trial. It was about whether or not she was criminally responsible. Remember that? Then the newest Nancy got three ransom note, already ruled not credible. So after all that builds up, we're back to square one. Shocker, Caleb Flynn has officially been convicted of murdering his wife with the jury taking just hours to come to this ruling, and it is done. And then there's the Cornell 7, an alleged fraternity group, assaulting a young student on campus, resurfaced Snapchat messages have come to light, questions about what Cornell knew and a criminal investigation
that is suddenly back from the dead, four cases, four absolute messes, and a whole lot of legal drama to unpack. I hope you're ready for it. The last time in. This is No Filter with Zach Peter. Your go-to source for all the latest pop culture and reality TVT, SirFresh, all week long. Now let's dive in. It is a full true crime day today. Not a lot of pop culture tea, but a lot of the true crime stuff. What's going on everybody? Welcome on in, welcome on in, welcome on in, everybody in the curb, everybody in the curb. Hi guys, shout out to Christina and Laura, our awesome mods. You can always buy them a coffee. If you want to support our mods, they will drop the links at the end of the show today. They'll drop the links in the live chat for you guys.
Whoo, we have lots to dive into. Oh my goodness, the true crime is just heat and up today. I am also still on my, my cleanse, my candida cleanse. So far so good. Like it hasn't been too terrible. I wanted to get to you last night though. It was even a lot of sashimi, sashimi and chachiro peppers. And I was kind of just like, oh, I miss carbs. I miss martinis. I just wanted like a nice yummy martini. It's all I was craving, but of course, no. It's not going to get some martinis. Not for, not for a mint, but I'm glad that I get to, you know, live laugh, love with you guys here. Live, laugh, love, what's up? Lots to dive into. A lot of people are fired up about this Lindsey Clancy hearing yesterday. I know we like caught the tail end of it as we went live yesterday. But obviously all the Ku Klux Klanseys are out for blood. And they're like, yes, I did it.
Amazing. I knew it. Patrick's guilty. So yeah, just to recap everybody yet yesterday's hearing. Kevin Reddington did something genuinely wild. Okay. So in addition to maintaining that Lindsay is innocent because she or not innocent, but that she is maintaining her insanity defense. He's also arguing that the prosecutors never actually proved that Lindsay herself killed the children. So he attacked the police investigation. And he's basically like, where's the evidence? How do we know that she did this? And it's like, well, how do we, like, who else did it then? Like, what is your theory, Reddington? Like, it was actually kind of crazy with his whole where is the evidence they didn't prove that she even killed them? When that wasn't even the point of the trial, the point of the trial was whether or not she's criminally responsible for killing them. And now it's like, there was no investigation. But also, I mean, listen, like the prosecutors, I agree that Reddington's entire point was laughable
because we have testimony, we have statements that have basically established exactly what happened, including the words of his own client. He himself has made it clear that she has done this. He said it repeatedly throughout the trial. The fact that he's throwing this at the wall just shows how desperate he's become to get her off. But I also want to say that him throwing this at the wall lets roll the timestamps. I called this. I called exactly this. And I want to play what I said on September 1st, September 1st, this was just before, this was day four of the hung jury just before the mistrial was called. This is what I had to say on September 1st. We have officially reached a deadlocked jury. I posted this on X. I said, the just asking questions crowd is going to lead to Lindsey Clancy going free like OJ. I think this is my own personal opinion. Reddington will change strategies to attack the investigation
to further cast reasonable doubt, which will ultimately free Lindsey. No charges will be brought against Patrick because there's no evidence and supports that he could have done this. It's going to be the whole, the glove won't fit for Lindsey Clancy's clan and she'll go rolling out there free woman and there will be no justice for the kids. I stand on that. I actually think that that's a very real reality that we're looking at here. Because Reddington's job is to cast doubt regardless of what it is. And I think he will likely try to cast that doubt and really poke at the investigation and really get the jury to be like, oh, maybe this was a flood investigation. Here's the thing, it may have been a flood investigation or it may not be a perfect investigation. I keep reminding people that's exactly how they get released is because you need perfect evidence and you need perfect answers and it needs to make perfect sense to you. And that is wild. Justice is putting her in the loony bin or justice is putting her in prison. That's not a decision for me to make. I don't need it to make perfect sense to me because I'm not on that jury. And honestly, I'm kind of glad I'm not on that jury, you know?
I'm kind of glad I'm not on that jury because it's a really difficult decision to make. But it only needs to make perfect sense or it only needs to make plausible sense to the jury. Whether they decide that she needs to be put in an institution or whether she needs to go to prison, I don't care what that decision is. I trust the jury to do their civic duty. I trust them, I have faith in them. I'm not somebody that needs, you know, that needs answers to questions that I have no business even asking because I'm not an investigator and I'm not a jury member. So no, I don't need you to make it make sense to me. That's not my job. It's not my job as a litigator. It's not my job as an investigator nor is it my job or civic duty as a jury member. If and when I am on a jury, I will take that more seriously than this right now. But I have faith in the jury and I am praying they can come to an agreement
and that there can be justice done for these babies, okay? Period, end of story. That's what I'm praying for. I'm not praying for answers because I don't need them, okay? I'm not arrogant enough to believe that I deserve answers. I'm hopeful enough that the jury will do the right thing and that they will make the right call. And I'm praying that that call does not come at a mistrial. Obviously we know that it ended in a mistrial. But my sentiment was accurate. Reddington was going to pivot strategies and Reddington was going to do exactly what we're seeing him doing, okay? Retard of the day. So we have Robin in the live chat. I'm like Patrick, did it, Patrick, did it? I hope I really do fucking hope. Sorry, it occurs before the 15 minute mark YouTube. I really do hope Patrick sews all of your asses into oblivion. I want you to go bankrupt when he sews your asses, okay? Because you're so arrogant and stupid, okay?
And listen, I apologize because I know some of you guys are actually supporters of me, but when you're this delusional and there's no talking reason to you, I literally, it is the most infuriating thing. Robin says, I'm a retired police officer and I've dealt with hundreds of homicides. It wasn't handled correctly and I don't think she did it. Okay, I don't think she did it is just a personal opinion. You were not part of this investigation. You do not have all the evidence in this investigation. You don't have access to all the information in this investigation, okay? That's just the cold, hard reality that I know people don't want to accept. You're not an investigator in this case. You're not a prosecutor in this case. So when all of the people have reviewed the evidence and all of the prosecutors and lawyers in the defense team have looked at the evidence as has the jury, they've all come to the clear conclusion that Lindsay did this, which is why again, the dispute in the courtroom was about whether or not she was in the right state of mind. Now people are like, he wanted to bifurcate the trial.
Oh, that's what he wanted to do because he knew that she was, no, no. Yes, he wants to do that now because he realizes he needs to gain control of the courtroom because it's possible that his client is not gonna get the verdict that he wants right? So he's doing everything that he possibly can. I'm not even a prosecutor and I can see what Reddington is doing. Do you guys remember when Reddington went on national television and said, Hey, Trump, I want President Trump to pardon Lindsay Clancy. The president can't pardon Lindsay Clancy and obviously Reddington is not that stupid but Reddington thinks you're that stupid and so he's playing in your faces. The president cannot pardon Lindsay Clancy. We broke all of that down, right? He can obviously allow the public to put pressure and the pressure can lead the president to then put pressure on state officials and then have them potentially drop the charges against Lindsay Clancy. We've seen that happen. We've seen the president put pressure and what was it, Arizona, Utah. I don't remember the other case that we referenced
but go back and listen to that episode. Reddington is playing in your faces and you're showing your stupidity, okay? I'm not gonna even be nice to people that are this delusional anymore. I just, I'm not, I'm sorry, I'm not gonna do it. I'm not gonna play nice. I'm just like, I'm gonna call stupid stupid and when you're stupid, I'm gonna call you stupid and I'm sorry if that hurts your feelings but don't be stupid, okay? Just don't be stupid. It's really not that hard to use a critical thinking skills. I know it's 2026 and for some people that has become quite the challenge but I have faith in you and I believe in you and as much as I believe that you are capable of not killing your children, I also believe that you're capable of using your critical thinking skills, okay? So speaking of another dummy of the week, I do have this video, I have to give it to my friend Lauren, Lauren Knightie who is hilarious and she made this video because there's this guy Maddie Addy on TikTok and he thinks that this was a bombshell revelation in court this week here. This is Lauren's video and I just have to say, I love me some Lauren Knightie. Plancy murdered his three children
and he tried to murder his wife. That's what I learned today in this hearing. Because you're a fucking retard. You're so stupid. You don't understand how these things work. Sorry, you're like making me curse so early into this episode. My patience has grown absolutely thin. Lauren, please school him. I was not wrong from the beginning. I started questioning my intuition because all of my people were bullying me on. I can only imagine the kind of toxic fumes that must be coming out of your loop candles because he's the guy with the loop candles. You know, I'm always talking about like, oh, the crazy's and the brats dolls and the loop candles. He's the guy that has a business that's about, I believe you melt the candle wax and it can turn into a great business. But he's been like pimping out his loop candles in between spreading conspiracy theories about Patrick, crazy conspiracy theories down to conjecture around whether or not Patrick had an inappropriate relationship with his daughter. Dangerous things to be spreading on the internet. Okay. I hope Patrick Clancy soos the fuck out of you guys. Truly, you need to learn how to not defame people
because you're just arrogant and don't understand how the law works. So please learn, continue for you to be this fucking stupid. Thank you. Right after that hearing that you totally misunderstood. Play it. This is what the man said. Brother, Patrick got all this low back personally. You stepped up his book on his back. This is a clip from Billy Bush's show where Billy is asking Reddington about what he said in court because people like Maddie Addy don't have the critical thinking skills to understand what Reddington was actually doing. So we're going to hear it from Reddington's mouth directly. This was yesterday on Billy Bush's show. Go for it, Reddington. You're a bad man who went all the way through these things. And then today it felt to me, you know, honestly, that you opened the door a little bit to what actually happened and is involved in again. Did you go one way back and then the other way? No, not at all. Again, as I already said, what I did was argued exactly what I argued, my closing to the jury, exactly what I argued in motions for required finding. The government asked to prove probable cause. I don't care. Full stop. Whatever the case may be, if they can't prove the guilt of the citizen based on their investigation, that person's in final to or not guilty, regardless of what a defense may be. Your intuition is a shitty as your character
because you're sitting here bragging about attacking someone who went through a horrible trauma and for what? My intuition tells me it's cause you're a bitch. I know that's right. Thank you, Lauren. Nighty, it's crazy. Crazy. How these people just like are so committed to their own outcome, they don't care. That cause Reddington did not say Patrick did it. But this guy, Matty Addy, so confidently went on ticked. And he's like, Patrick did again, I hope you get sued into oblivion, honestly, because the conviction in what you're saying is cause here's the thing. Now, not only did Reddington not say that in court, but when you take it a step further, when it comes to defamation, first of all, we talked about defamation per se, right? How if it's not a private, if it's not a public person and it's a private citizen, then all you need to do is kind of infer or you can just accuse somebody of a crime. You don't need to, the layers, sorry, the layers that you need
to prove for like a public person, a celebrity, you need to actually prove malice, whereas in this case, with defamation per se, you don't need to prove malice, so you don't need to prove damages, rather, because as long as you make an allegation that is directly, that is so horrible and so heinous that it's implied as something that can harm a person's reputation, like committing them of a crime, then that defamation per se stands especially when it comes to private citizens like Patrick Lansing, and a lot of people are like, well, but then he did that date line interview, or sorry, not date line, he did the 60 minutes interview, so therefore he's making himself a public person. Sure, I can see how you can make that argument. Number one, but number two, now you know that there's no evidence against Patrick, he actually has an alibi and has been cleared by authorities, and there's no new investigation into Patrick, so therefore you have to presume that he did not do this, so when you confidently say that he did do this, and you say, Patrick killed his children
and tried to kill his wife, and you say that, so confidently on the internet, and you have a platform where you're selling your loop candles, you can be sued for defamation, and I pray to the baby Jesus, that Patrick Lansing's attorneys are not all barked, and that they come for these people. I want them to bankrupt your loop candles, okay? Because you make all of us look bad, you make all of us look as stupid as you actually are, because now people think that, ooh, talking heads on TikTok, or people that go on TikTok, and try to break down these cases, that they're all stupid like us, like that, and it's embarrassing. So also, I'm very curious about how this new narrative, and I mean, it was quite a gamble for Reddington to do that, but I'm curious how this new narrative that's going around online, which Reddington was obviously feeding, you know, feeding all the trolls under the bridge, and he was throwing them these crumbs, I'm curious about how this is going to affect Lindsay's medical malpractice case, and Patrick's wrongful death case, right? Because they're all suing the medical providers, and if now you're saying that it's possible that Lindsay didn't do this,
then you're saying, oh, we don't give a shit about women with postpartum, we don't care about what the inadequate medical care that she did or didn't get. We don't care about that anymore, because it's no longer relevant, because hey, she may not have done it altogether. So if she didn't do it, then she wasn't caught up in postpartum psychosis, and all of that was just bullshit that you were spitting out, to try and get your client off of the jury. So you need to pick a lane, people. All the Ku Klux Klansees need to pick a lane. She was either mentally ill and needed help, and she was so severely mental ill that she murdered her children, or she wasn't mentally ill, and what she was just set up, so we should just let her go roll and out of the building free. Anybody that thinks there's gonna be a criminal investigation into Patrick is delusional, okay? Like Lauren said, you've been sniffing too many of the Loub Candles. The poppers are getting to your brain. Cosmic Mochi says, Zach, do you think all the social media of Patrick did it? Didn't happen when Reddington be arguing about the evidence this time around? I hope that makes sense. It didn't make sense,
but I'm gonna try to bring it down. Zach, do you think if all the social media around Patrick did it, if that didn't happen, would Reddington be arguing about the evidence this time around? Okay, no, I don't, well, I think Reddington would have thrown something at the wall. He's obviously, I mean, he's trying to get the jurid toss. He's trying to get the lo and jurid investigated. He's doing everything he possibly can. He's asking the president to pardon Lindsey Clancy. The things he's doing are so outrageous. And he knows he's not dumb. He knows exactly what he's doing. He's a very intelligent man, which is how he knows that throwing crumbs to the trolls under the bridge and feeding them is only just gonna make all the pigeons get excited again. You know, it's just crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy. Thank you, Cosmic, for that super chat. I don't, your question is, do I think if all of this hadn't gone as viral as it has with Reddington be playing into the strategy?
I think he would be regardless. I just think he's leaning into it more because he knows that there's a lot of public support behind Lindsey Clancy, you know? And so that's where I think, again, he's a smart guy. He knows exactly what he's doing. Even if his decisions don't make sense, he knows exactly what he's doing. Okay, let's take a quick out of break so I can cool down for a second because I'm getting hot flashes. I don't know if you're feeling like me, but over the summer, I kind of fell off on my diet. If I show up on a murder scene, I'm not taking the husband's word for it.
He'd better, he'd be the prime suspect in the beginning. And he was. And then they checked out his alibi, Robin. Remember they did an investigation and they found out, oh, his cell phone tower, PinkSim, not home at the time of the murders. Oh, she has a medical history of having postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety. And she's been struggling for the last several months. And we had a higher an ant. And we had a higher, our parents had to come over and help us out. And we had a higher a cleaning lady. And oh yeah, she sent Patrick on errands. And oh, not only did we know she sent Patrick on errands, but we can confirm that because the alibi proves that he was at CVS and he was at the restaurant, which was corroborated by multiple witnesses. So that's how the husband was cleared. It wasn't just his word and you as a former prosecutor or former sorry, former detective cop, whatever you were, should be embarrassed that you're even saying this right now. Like I don't understand how people that actually did this for living, like it actually concerns me for a society
that people come out here. Like remember Dr. Leslie Dobson, who was trying to comment on the Blake lively case and she was like, I'm a doctor, I know these things. And it's like, it's actually terrifying when people flex their credentials and then prove that they actually are dumb. I'm sorry, I just, I, people are testing my patients today. Kenny says that is having post-menopause psychosis. I am literally into psychosis. Like I, it's, I mean, Isaac says I don't have it, I don't have it in me for this case. I will keep my mouth shut. I don't wanna get banned from the chat. Isaac, please weigh in. Please tell me how you really feel. You know, it's just crazy. I don't think Patrick did it, but it's frustrating that the investigation was so like, we don't know all the details of the investigation. However, I feel like I've broken this down enough times,
but I'm gonna do it one more time. And I hope you actually listen. And again, get out your handy denting notebook and take some notes guys, okay? I love you, I really do love you, but you make this very frustrating when you're like the investigation sucked, the investigation was bad, okay? We have to come to a plausible scenario, okay? Plosible, what was most likely what happened? Because we're never gonna have a big brother 24, seven camera feed that captures everything, okay? So a lot of this, we do need to lean on circumstantial evidence. So when you put the pieces together, you put together the three likely most plausible scenarios, right? Lindsey did it, Patrick did it, a third party did it, right? Whether that was somebody they know, whether that was a break in, whether that was a robber that came in and decided, you know what, let me just strangle these three babies. Lindsey's, I don't know, pain and her toenails upstairs, who knows? Okay, I think we can plausibly rule out that this wasn't a third party, right?
There were no signs of forced entry. Lindsey's had a series of mental health episodes. So we can rule out that it likely wasn't a third party. So the only other two people capable of doing this in the house that day were Lindsey, Clancy and Patrick, okay? Patrick, Clancy has an alibi. The alibi was investigated, okay? With cell phone data that showed that he wasn't physically home at the time, right? Because they were able to track the phone call that Lindsey made and that Patrick received and the phone call that he returned in the middle of her murdering the children. That phone call existed and that phone call happened and I know the Ku Klux Klanseys wanna believe that somehow he cloned the phone when that has already been debunked, okay? He was physically not home at the time of the murders and also you have to answer the point of like, if he tried to kill her, why didn't he finish the job? Why did he call 911 to save her life and risk her potentially turning him in? Because then you have to then believe that, oh, he brainwashed her.
Like I feel like a broken record having to repeat all this. He has an alibi. The alibi was validated with video surveillance footage in two separate locations, including witness testimony, okay? Of people that also did see him there. So his alibi checked out. That's how he was ruled out. That was part of the investigation. So all the little details of, oh, well, did we check the back door for fingerprints to see if a burglar broke in? Fingerprints from a potential burglar from the back door aren't really relevant because it's pretty clear a burglar didn't do this. It's pretty clear Patrick didn't do this because he has a whole ass alibi. Like, so as faulty as you think the investigation may be, Patrick has an alibi and Lindsay admitted to doing this when she woke up in the hospital. She was like, oh, shit, do I need an attorney? Did we forget that part?
And then she detailed this to the psychiatrist. She detailed this in her criminal medical malpractice lawsuit. She detailed this when she was investigated. She disclosed all of these details. Zach, do you know the time of the murders? Do you know the time of the murder's call? Please, please tell me, you know the time of the murders. Go, give me the time of the murders. Since you're such a fucking great investigator, everybody's here, Donna, no, she didn't. They literally testified to that. Did you even watch the trial? Donna, I'm not gonna fight with you. I'm literally not gonna fight with you because I'm gonna make you cry. And I'm gonna move on because if I continue to do this, I'm gonna start making people cry, okay? There's literally a whole fucking investigation that happened. You don't have all the details to that, but he was cleared because he had an alibi, okay? This whole, who did it then? If Lindsay didn't do it, please tell me who did it. Patrick, he was running back and forth between CVS. And he's like, let me kill one kid and let me run to CVS. And then let me teleport myself back to the house and let me kill the second kid.
And then let me teleport myself to the restaurant and then let me come back and let me try to kill the bitch, but let me not kill the bitch. Let me just throw her out the window and then let me call 911 to save her life. Okay, let me save her life and let me just brainwash her and pray that she doesn't turn me in. Like do you realize how crazy any of you actually sound? You sound delusional. You sound literally insane, okay? I'm not gonna listen to the loob candles or the brats stalls anymore. I'm not gonna respond to any more comments in the live chat because anybody that's still defending this has not been able to plausibly answer any of those questions. They're just like, well, it's sus. It's weird. It's faking gay. You're giving Candace Owens with the faking gay. You're giving Candace Owens with the spaces faking gay. Okay, let's move on. Nancy Guthrie, here's one thing that we can confidently. Why I don't know, maybe Donna believes Nancy Guthrie is still alive and nobody kidnapped her. Nancy Guthrie, the new ransom note has officially been ruled dun dun dun, fake news. So the FBI has determined that the new ransom note
is not credible. Shocker. So the new ransom note, I believe it was a text message that came in and they were asking for more Bitcoin and they were claiming that Nancy Guthrie was alive and they knew that Nancy Guthrie was alive. And here's the real kicker of the ransom note. I'm sure all the Ku Klux Klanseys would believe the ransom note if it came across their desk. The real kicker is the proof of life was apparently AI generated, which is crazy. The people are really out here thinking they can fool the FBI by creating AI proof of life that they're like, ooh, here's, like I actually want to see what the proof of life was. Was it like, could you imagine? It was like Nancy and a bunker holding a newspaper. It was like a Grock generated image of being like see, Nancy's alive. She's holding a newspaper. And it's of the announcement of Savannah hosting Wordal. That would actually be hilarious. When did this note come about?
OK, this week or over the weekend, we have what's today. Wednesday? Yeah, over the weekend. Julia says we are not all on alcohol detox. We are smart. I question that. But yes, it is true. I am on a Candida cleanse with no sugar, little carbs, and no alcohol. I am on day three. But I gave this energy during the trial. So don't think it's the lack of alcohol that's going to have me come at you. I would love. You know what I'm going to do? Since Donna Bowling wants to keep coming into my live chat and playing in my face with her live chat comments, let's go live together, Donna. Me and you live together for all of the internet to watch. OK, because Donna wants to, Donna wants this, Donna wants this so badly. So we should go live. We'll discuss all of the, whatever you guys want us to discuss, I will get the mud ring ready. And we will go because Donna wants to go. Donna is testing my patients today. And Donna wants to play.
So you know what? We're going to go on daily dose. I don't even need to do it on no filter. I will do it on daily dose of Donna. I will come ready. Yeah, Ariana said, Donna wants the smoke. Donna does want the smoke because she keeps coming in my live chat and playing in my face. I love you, Donna. We're going to need Molly to wrap. I don't know where Molly's at. Molly's hiding. Donna says, I stand with Zach and Lindsay is guilty AF. Lock the bitch up. Lock her up, clean, clean. Speaking of locked up, Caleb Flynn, officially guilty. So former American idol contestant Caleb Flynn has officially been found guilty of aggravated murder, felony assault and evidence tampering in the killing of his wife Ashley Flynn, prosecutors presented messages to his mistress. Say what? In which he discusses wanting his wife dead. Now the jury has officially deliberated.
And after about two hours, they have determined that he is guilty. He is now scheduled for sentencing on October 5th. He faces the possibility of life without parole. We will see what happens. Caleb Flynn locked up. Don't let him out. Chloe says, can't believe I got yelled at on chat. I said, I'm sorry, my love. I'm sorry. Blame it on the alcohol. Blame it on the alcohol. Alcohol. Donna says, I only talk to people who drink. Oh, I'll drink. I will break my Candida cleanse. If we can end this Clancy debate once and for all, I will take a shot on my Candida cleanse and go on daily dose of Donna. And I will bring this heat. You want the smoke? I won't just give you the smoke. I will give you the full hurricane. I will give you, I will set fire to the rain. His sidepiece should be arrested immediately.
Caleb Flynn, what about his song? What about Caleb's song? Didn't, doesn't that give him some brownie points? Caleb looks like a thumb. Oh, well, his looks are non-trial. But what about his cute little song? Remember, he was like, I love you. Forgiveness is more than saying sorry, sorry, sorry, forgiveness, forgiveness. Kayla, Kayla says Patrick is innocent, period. Patrick is innocent, period. Patrick is innocent. OK. He shouldn't have done that stupid 60 minutes interview. There was only like three minutes, but yeah. Do you guys know forgiveness? Do you know where that's from? Can anybody name that reference? Anybody name that reference? Zach, you cannot rationalize with irrational people.
I know Erica. I know. I know. This is why I stopped talking about it. Because I know I can't rationalize with irrational people. Get some ashwaganda, please. I don't think ashwaganda can fix this, Tina. I've been taking ashwaganda for 15 years. And I don't think ashwaganda can fix it. You know, I did have a lot of caffeine. I had my C4 or like half of the C4. And I had my creatine. And I had a coffee from Starbucks. So I think there's just, and being that there's no alcohol in my system, I mean, not that I'm drinking this early this morning, but like, I don't know. Because like, don't you, like, if you have a drink before, does it like kind of like, I don't know what I'm saying. I wonder if Caleb wrote a song for his wife after he shot. Well, that's dark. Oh, man. Oh, yes. He just friends and a fairest and just friends. Yes. Forgive me. Is more than saying so. Tina says, did you start talking about them? I tried.
I really did try. I tried. I tried very hard. And I was like, it's done. Yay. And then Reddington just went. And he just pissed up all upon it. Laura says, we love our spicy Zach. I'm going to come back down. Zach, are you talking fast that caffeine hit? Yeah. I had half of a coffee left from this morning. I chugged it before the show today. You have to let me remember, I don't have a lot of carbs in my body because I'm currently detoxing. So. But listen, my liver, well, actually, we tested my liver. My liver is very healthy. I will just say that. What is ashwaganda? Ashwaganda is an adaptogen. Oh, OK, here we go. The Cornell. OK, let's get into Cornell 7. So there's a lot to the Cornell 7. There's a lot of pieces to this case.
So I'm going to try to give it as many, going to try to analyze it from all angles. I'm going to try to give you a very bird's eye view of this case. There are a lot of things to get into. But I, yeah, it's crazy. This Cornell 7 case to Donna leave. She just came in here to cause chaos. And then when she was finally challenged to have a real one-on-one conversation with me, she dips out the audacity. OK, well, I guess we'll get into Cornell 7. But listen, one thing you can't say about me is Zach Peter always is down for the fight. I am about that life. Oh, Donna's here. OK, she's still here. She just is not about Donna's like, I'm not going to go after Zach. It's OK, Donna, I still love you. OK, Cornell 7.
So there was an alleged gang group assault. I'm trying to not say the RIP e-word. But so there was an alleged group assault that happened at an Ivy League fraternity. This happened back in 2024. Cornell, or sorry, Cornell, which is the university. They investigated the allegations. And apparently they decided to internally review everything. Prosecutors ultimately declined charges. And everybody thought the case ended there, right? This is back in 2024. Allegations were made. Charges were never brought forth. We thought that it was done. Well, then the alleged victim, we don't know her name. She's going by Jane Doe. She filed a bombshell lawsuit this month. That's September, 2026. So she filed a new lawsuit. We now have fraternity Snapchat messages that have now publicly surfaced. The case is exploding online, specifically this week.
And now prosecutors have announced that they will be reopening the criminal investigation. And they plan to take this to a grand jury to see if there will need to be charges to indict these seven, seven frat boys that attended Cornell. So the key thing here is that the 2024 account of what Jane Doe claims happened. Is one story in comparison to what we now have in this 2026 lawsuit. And they're not necessarily adding up. But the disagreement is really not necessarily about the discrepancies in the two stories, but how different are they? And what is the legal standing? And does she have a case? Right. So there could have been criminal charges filed in 2024. And there were not. We'll get into why. And then now we have this civil lawsuit. So again, there's a big difference between criminal liability and civil liability. So two completely different things here. One would have been criminal back in 2024. Now in 2026, this is a civil lawsuit
that she is bringing forward against its Cornell, chief high organizations, which is the fraternity, try Delta organizations, moonies bar and night club, and then the seven frapp boys that are also named in the lawsuit as well. And then I believe there are some additional defendants, but those are the main ones. The school, the fraternity, the sorority, and the night club that I'm in the boys, the night club that I assumed they were drinking at earlier. Now, I don't know if you caught the view this week. Not many people do, but there is a viral clip of Sunny, Sunny Hostin going around, and she's debating, Kalef, sorry, she's debating New York Law about consent and intoxication. And this is where things get messy, right? Because this comes down to how different are the stories from 2024 and 2026, and what is the legal standing? Will there be any criminal charges that will be brought forward? We do know that a criminal investigation has been reopened, but part of what the local law enforcement said
back in 2024 is that there wasn't enough to determine whether or not charges should be brought, and we'll get into that, right? Because I'd like to remind people, I always say this with whatever case that we're going through when it comes to disputing what the law says, what's moral and what's legal are two very different things, and this is where it gets complicated, right? So, especially now with the story kind of changing from what the original allegations were, and now we have the civil lawsuit, and it's messy, right? So Jane Doe, she's suing the seven frat boys, she's suing the school, and this new civil complaint makes two very broad allegations. The first is that the seven students assaulted her, that they collectively did this, that they took her into the frat house, and they each took turns with this Jane Doe, and so that's the first major complaint that she's making in the civil lawsuit is that they assaulted her, and the second is against Cornell and the several other organizations
about the student safety, and claiming that they failed to protect her, and that they failed to prevent something like this from happening to her, and it was their duty to protect her and they did it, and they also failed to take action afterwards. So, what she originally claimed back in 2024, so this is according to Tomkins County, DA, Matthew Van Hootin, so the DA claims that Jane Doe's original November 2024 sworn statements, this is too important now, please, in her sworn statements, she said, this is according to the DA, that Jane Doe had voluntarily consumed alcohol, consumed drugs, including ketamine, and voluntarily engaged in sexual activity at the Chi Phi House, okay? The DA also says that she did not tell police that she had been secretly drugged, did not tell police that she was physically forced to have sex with these gentlemen, that she did not claim to be unconscious or incapacitated
during any of these encounters, again, this is just what was stated back in 2024, and the DA is also emphasizing that she reviewed the statement very carefully, and according to the DA, made more than 20 handwritten corrections before signing this declaration. So, the original report, however, and this is really key here, the original report was still serious enough that Cornell issued a campus crime alert, saying that somebody had reported being assaulted by several females and coerced into consuming ketamine and other drugs. So, this is where it's a little conflicting, right? Because Cornell did issue aims where that a student was assaulted by multiple other students and coerced into consuming ketamine and other drugs, right? So, this wasn't simply like, oh, the 2020 for a report was saying everything was consensual and nothing happened, the dispute really comes down to prosecutors saying that she signed this narrative and did not establish there was no consent at the time
or that she was legally incapacitated at the time. And so, they believed that the non-consent and the legal incapacity required to prove that this was a sex crime under the state of New York, that that was not present, right? So, now the question is, under New York State law, how inebriated do you have to be to no longer be able to give consent? And this is where Sunny on the view came under fire because according to her, she does not believe under New York law that this girl, to my understanding of what I heard and I only got clips of what Sunny said, but to my understanding, Sunny seems to think that under New York State law, charges would not have been brought in this case because she was voluntarily engaging in this behavior and she was voluntarily consuming alcohol and voluntarily consuming drugs with these gentlemen. So that was back in 2024. Now in 2026, this new civil complaint
gives a much more detailed and more severe account of what she claims actually happened. So it says that although she had already been drinking and initially consumed some of these substances voluntarily that the frapp members then pressured her and coerced her into taking additional ketamine and high-proof alcohol, when I think of high-proof alcohol, I don't know if that means vodka tequila, outside of beer wine or if that means absent, I don't know. But so she claims that as they pressured her or coerced her into taking additional substances, that that's when her condition progressively deteriorated and multiple men came in and assaulted her over the course of several hours. Okay, so the lawsuit also alleges that she became increasingly impaired, eventually incapable of consenting. It alleges that one fraternity member allegedly set Snapchat messages effectively advertising that a woman was available upstairs. Additional men then came into the room. She's alleging that she tried to cover herself and push one of them away.
She claims that several men allegedly poured ketamine onto her body and they consumed it off of her body. And by the final alleged assault, she's claiming that the complaint describes her as completely incapacitated. Now, these Snapchat messages are damning, okay? So, oh, it was ever clear. Is that what we've confirmed that they were drinking? So these are some of the Snapchat messages that have now surfaced, okay? I don't believe these are all of them, but this is where and it gets into her claim about them advertising her. And this is where it gets really gross, right? So they have her in this frat house and then we have these messages and it looks like this is a group chat on Snapchat, which to my understanding Snapchat, usually only last 24 hours unless somebody intentionally saves the messages. And so it looks like what happened with somebody was taking photos of the Snapchat. So if you have your phone and you take a photo of the screen,
then obviously the phone doesn't read that there was like a screenshot taken where Snapchat prevents you from being able and I think Instagram has now done this. They prevent you from taking screenshots of messages that like blacks out the screen so that you can't actually screenshot any of these things. So somebody physically took a photo of this phone. And so this phone, it's a little hard to read, but it looks like somebody named Ryan was responding to somebody else. And this is at 142 AM and one of the messages reads free pussy in alum PU. And then this person Ryan responds and says this is crazy work. Scott Norris responds and says free. Dot dot dot another Scott Scott case as Diego went seven minutes ago and is not AFK. So I don't know what AFK means. Matthew Ingales, Ingales says I fucking love Chi Pi. Winston says Chi Pi and all caps Scott cases.
The alumni shit is not a bit first person POV, not a bit. And then Matthew responds and says like you can walk in and whip it out and then it looks like someone, maybe Andrew Andrew's looking at this, someone else. The looks like I might say Christian Nuel, Jonathan Nuel, something like that. It's a little blurry so I can't really tell. But these are these people talking about how there's a girl in the alumni room, I'm assuming, claiming that she's available. Like and they say free pussy like as and go and get it. Now I don't know all the details that led up to this night. To me based off of the allegations that I've seen and these messages, it kind of seems like maybe she was down with it at first. Oh AFK away from keyboard got. And well, thank you Erica. I didn't realize so that what does that mean when it says AFK? Scott says Diego what seven minutes go and is not.
Oh, and is not AFK. But Diego is not and so he's not away from keyboard. Are you sure that's what that means? Are these kids not scared of STDs? Nobody scared of STDs anymore. Now you can get like, I don't know antibiotics on the corner. I mean, the way that they've like really not to sensitize, but the way that they've. I mean, like even when it comes like HIV, like now there's like prep that people take or there's a thing called doxy that people take, which is like essentially I think it's like an antibiotic that you can just like if you feel like you were engaged in risky sex, you have 72 hours to take this pill and it'll essentially kill everything, right? Like any possible STIs that you may get. But again, it's like antibiotic abuse, which can really strip you strip your immune system. So yeah, these are the the text messages. So I mean, my understanding, right? And this is what it just appears to me. Don't take my word as fact, but it seems like she may have been hanging out with these guys.
She may have been down for it. They may have been like come back, you know, hang out at our place. We have drinks. You know, we got K special K all of that stuff, right? And she was probably down with it at first. She may have even been a little free, right? Of like, you know what? I don't mind sleeping with a few guys. Like if we've seen that that promiscuity, remember that was that one girl on Snapchat that was like, I'm going to screw 100 guys in a day. And then she ended up screwing like a thousand guys in a day for her only fans. So it's possible. And listen, that's nothing against this woman. I don't think that she was. I don't think that she should be faltered for a green to engage in whatever she wanted to engage in as a grown woman with full autonomy. However, it appears that at some point that changed. And she's saying that they pressured her. I mean, listen, it is fair that she could have felt pressured. And there are multiple people in the room, multiple men in the room, young men. And it's possible that she did feel pressured. It may have felt fun or it may have been exciting at the beginning. And, you know, maybe it just got beyond the point of fun.
And the fact that I think Cornell issued this alert at the time, I think is very damning. So the DA is claiming that they didn't have all of these details. Nor did they have access to all of these Snapchat messages. And so all they had was her sworn testimony. And at the time, which she claims she or they claimed that she personally edited handwritten herself 20 different times. At that time, according to the DA, she claimed that this was consensual. That she was consensually drinking with them that she consensually entered into this situation with them. And again, and this is back to what Sunny was claiming in New York, New York state law. It says that, you know, you to my understanding, if you imbibe in these substances that doesn't automatically mean that you are incapacitated to where you can't consent. Right. I think that's a really blurry line. But I don't know. I'm not in New York and I'm not a prosecutor in New York.
But so the DA claims she claims she have she engaged in this consensually. She claims she has been in New York. And she says that she has she has not been in New York. They did not feel there was a need to bring charges. Right. Then you get to Jane Doe herself. And her attorney is now arguing that trauma survivors may disclose events gradually. Or that they may remember things after their initial interview and that, you know, guide her as the right word, but they can at least interview her with the understanding of the trauma that these victims may, may have experienced and may be able to help guide them through that. So Jane Doe's attorney is disputing the idea that the lawsuit is inventing a new version of events. They're claiming this was always her version of events, but that this wasn't investigated properly at the time. Then you have Cornell. So D.A. aside, you know, given that Cornell was made of this incident back in 2024, I think this
looks really bad for them, but they claimed that they did take it seriously enough at the time to issue the campus wide crime alert email. And I looked into the sounds like, wait, was this like a student run group that sent out this email? But no, this was actually sent by the campus. It was a campus wide crime alert email that warned other students about this incident that happened. So the bigger question now comes, like, how did Cornell not do something more serious about this or why did they not escalate this with authorities? So this is what Cornell is claiming they did at the time back in 2024, Cornell is saying that they did conduct an internal investigation. And that resulted in expulsions and suspensions. And the chief high fraternity was kicked off campus. And so the university has not publicly identified who, which of these seven men got which punishments. But the lawsuit does say that they were allowed to submit essays in mitigation.
But Cornell is claiming that, you know, that was not the only punishment that they had a face was to just write an essay in this all went away. So on November 8th, 2024, which is the day after Jane Doe reported this incident to the Cornell University Police, Cornell placed, so this was immediately the next day, Cornell placed the chief high chapter on temporary suspension at the time. And then according to the lawsuit, they also temporarily suspended seven students that were named in the complaint. Cornell claims that they later conducted an internal investigation. And they're now saying that the investigation resulted in both the expulsion and the suspension of the students that were allegedly involved. The university declined to say how many students were expelled or how many were suspended or how long they were suspended for or which students received which sanctions, because they're claiming that there's a federal student privacy loss. They can disclose that information, but the chief high chapter itself was barred from campus and they remain barred from campus to this day.
So that was at least the immediate action that was taken that was that this chapter and this specific fraternity ceased from that point forward, that specific chapter. The lawsuit also says that the students were given an opportunity to submit essays as mitigation. So Cornell is claiming that the implication that the essay writing was just was their only consequence. They're saying no, the essays were not a substitute because there were there was additional action that was taken. And apparently those essays were an opportunity for the students to mitigate any potential disciplinary actions, my understanding. And so they were allowed to submit them before any action was officially taken by Cornell, probably to plead their case of like, don't expel me. I'm a good kid. Just because you're a good kid doesn't mean you can't do horrendous things and have to be held accountable for that. So according to Jane Doe's attorney, though, only two of the members, two of those seven members, only two of them were actually expelled. So the rest, I believe, were temporarily suspended.
The Fratt chapter, as I said, was barred from campus, but it seemed like majority of the students were still able to attend Cornell after this. Again, we don't know the details what they did where they just in the room, where they watching, how many students were actually participating. We don't know what happened, the order in which happened. I believe we do have the names and the faces of these gentlemen that are accused, but we do not the bare minimum two students were allegedly expelled according to Cornell or actually no, according to the lawsuit. So according to Jane Doe, because Cornell is not given to many details about this. So when it comes to the lawsuit and the damages, Jane Doe's not asking the court for any specific figure of money, but she's asking the court to determine compensatory damages, punitive damages, legal fees against Cornell and the university organizations and against the seven men that they claim contributed to what happened. So the lawsuit, as of right now, is just getting started. It was just filed this month.
So it's now reopened to criminal investigation. It's prompted a grand jury review and it's also triggered calls for an independent investigation into Cornell. The next phase is going to be whether or not the defendants can get any of the claims dismissed. What evidence comes out in discovery. We'll see as discovery begins, but that's a long time from now. So as of right now, things are just getting started. Isabel says she's seen the university. They will probably pay her off with an NDA. Possibly, but the important thing here is that this has now reopened the investigation. Now again, I don't know all the details about New York law. I do know based off of what Sunny did reveal on the view. And I don't like what she said. And again, what's more on what's legal, I think are two very conflicting things, but I don't know how New York law works. So I'm very curious to see how this plays out.
I don't know. You know, I don't know. Diana says I agree. I'm confused on it because I thought she said that she did tell some of them to stop and she acknowledged that they did. Again, I don't, I don't have all of the details of what her testimony was. Why is everyone talking about her ability to consent, being blurred and not thinking about the men as well, being intoxicated? That's a good point to Jordan. If they were all drunk and they were all doing ketamine, where does the consent lie with the gentleman? Could they say that they weren't consenting, right? Because they were too intoxicated to consent themselves. I don't know. That's an interesting point that you bring up, Jordan. Jordan drinking doesn't make you a salt woman. Very true. Great point. I'm listening. I'm giving clam. I'm watching the ping pong go back and forth. That's a good point. That's a fair point. Miss Miss Miss Squishy says nobody is doing a gang bang sober.
So how would that happen ever? Again, that's where it gets complicated. That's where it gets messy and that's where it gets like, well, that's why this law is just in place to say that just because you're drinking that doesn't immediately, like just because you're inebriated, doesn't necessarily mean you immediately are unable to consent. Yeah, I mean, it's crazy. I don't know. I think these are all really interesting points. Fifi says they were cognitive enough to send invites. Great point. Yes, the Snapchat, I think is the most incriminating thing, the Snapchat group. They were probably sending it on Snapchat because they didn't think anybody would actually take a photo of it. Oh, but that's the other thing. Snapchat messages last for 24 hours. So it's possible because I'm trying to think like which of the guys would have taken these photos. It's possible that after this happened when Jane Doe went to complain or went to do something that that's when somebody was like, oh, shit, it's been less than 24 hours, the Snapchat
messages are still available. Like maybe it was somebody's boyfriend who was like, oh, my God, I saw this on the Snapchat last night as your friend, okay? And she's like, no, she's not okay. She's reporting that to me. Again, this is all me. Just this is all conjecture and speculation, but I'm just saying, just trying to think of like who could have taken the photo of the Snapchat group? It could have been like a girlfriend whose boyfriend was in the group or something. But the Snapchat, yes, Snapchat's disappeared. That's why they took a photo, a picture of the actual phone. So when they opened the message in the 24 hours that it still existed, Snapchat, I think one-on-one disappears immediately unless you change your settings. But if it's a Snapchat group, I believe the group messages last for 24 hours. It's my understanding. But that's a really good point that Snapchat saves all of your snaps to if you ever sent even though it goes away. Oh, I didn't know that. Oh, I'm sure, yeah, I guess I would assume that there would be some sort of way to retrieve them.
There is a story. One of the guys was sleeping and woke up to the chat, took pictures and gave it to her. I don't know if that's sure or not, but that would make sense. Jordan says, I saw that she agreed to separate three sums and all the drug use was agreed upon and planned. Yes, and I'm not saying that she didn't do that, but the dispute is not that she didn't agree to that. The dispute is at one point did she lose capacity to understand what was happening? Like it's one thing to say, yes, I'm going to engage in a three-sum. And yes, we're all going to be drinking and taking shots. But at some point when you become incapacitated and the other people around you still continue going, I mean, but then it comes down to like, well, but did she tell them to stop or did she knock out? Like that's another thing. Could she have blacked out and fell asleep and then because that's one of the claims is that even after she was incapacitated, at least one person continued on.
Like you know, if somebody's passed out, you know not to be sleeping with them. But that's that shouldn't even be up for dispute. Angela says it's amazing how many frat still exists with all this that's going on. What I feel like I just saw a story about all of these frat boys that were found in a basement because they were being haze. They found a basement covered. It was like a hot basement of like 80 degrees and they were covered in food. It was crazy. Well, we don't know if they tricked her into it. If she agreed to participate in this, then she agreed and that's, you know, you can't take away a woman's autonomy to agree to participate in a threesome. But again, when it reaches a point where she becomes incapacitated, that's the territory that we're now in. I don't falter for wanting to have some threesome's or live her best life, right? Or if listen, she had eight hot frat dudes that she wanted to have her fun with. You do you boo. Enjoy yourself. However, once the switch goes from I'm into this, I'm fun.
We're all having a good time to then moving on. And then you see these guys and they're like, ooh, free pussy upstairs come and get it. And the next thing, you know, all these other guys that you may have not initially signed up for, you're like, wait, when did Joey from down the street get here? Like he's not even cute. And then Joey comes upon you and Joey starts doing the things that you were like, whoa, wait, I didn't agree to that. I agreed to like these homies that I know, but like I didn't agree to all these other guys suddenly coming up. And even how gross is it to just say like free pussy is in like there, there's a girl coming use her like that to me is gross. That's gross, you know. Kathy says always despise those frat boys. I mean, the culture, frat culture is not great. Deanna says it may have gotten out of hand and she didn't know what to do. But if she was consenting and never took it back, it's a harder call. Yeah, it's a harder, it's harder to call that essay.
The guys messages are gross. So I agree and that's where it gets fuzzy, right? That's where it gets tricky is like, well, she should be able to to no longer consent. But her argument is that she was incapacitated. So how do you say no when you're not aware of what's actually going on? That's kind of like the question. That's the conversation that we have here, you know. Um, Nilsa says agreed great response. Zach about the Clancy case. Thanks. I feel like I went a little hard on the Clancy's. I'm sorry. I just I got triggered and I went hard and I was like, Danna, you want to fight me in the streets? Sorry, guys. I got a little listen. I got a little carried away blaming on the not out. I did get a little crazy though. I will admit I was like, oh, I got a little spicy. The message thread is gross. I think we can yeah, I don't, I don't think anybody can defend that message that because it is gross. Margie says you can consent to something and have boundaries and they were possibly crossed
her boundaries and took advantage of her. That's what I think it appears to be, right? That she was like, yes, I'm in. Let's do this. And at some point she was like, wait, I'm no longer okay with this. Or even if she didn't say I'm no longer okay with this, like if she was just not aware of what was going on, yeah, Ariana says, if you ever seen anybody in a K-hole, it's not pretty. I've never seen anybody in K-hole. But like even if she got to the point where she could no longer physically say no, if she's so fucked up and out of it, that to me is non-concentral, right? Just because you agreed to put yourself in the situation at that time doesn't mean that you had all of your faculties to continue to engage in this, right? That's where somebody should have stepped in and said, okay, we're done. Let's get her cleaned up, let's get her home, let's make sure she gets some electrolytes of water, let's make sure she's safe.
That's where it gets a little crazy. Jenny says not in New York state. I know, that's where it gets tricky, right? And that's where Sunny Hoxton was like, she was like, listen, that's where New York law becomes challenging. Can't just say just because you were drinking, you were no longer of your right mind to be able to consent or not consent. Yeah, in the state of New York, the consent laws are lax. Yeah, I don't want to see. What are the consent laws in the state of New York? Because I think it's just, it's, okay, so in New York, lack of consent is an element of a article 130 sex offense, okay, but the law recognizes several different ways that lack of consent can be established. One is forcible compulsion, which is physical threats or physical threats that compel the
sexual act, right? So I'm going to hurt you if you don't do this in capacity to consent, which means being under the age of 17, being mentally disabled, mentally incapacitated or physically helpless, okay? So that's like a physical or like mentally, like a, I don't understand, like somebody that may have severe autism or that may be in a wheelchair or may be a vegetable, you know, for some offenses, including abuse and forceful touching lack of consent can be shown where the person's not expressly or did not expressly acquiesce. And then certain third degree provisions allow for situations where person clearly expresses non-consent and a reasonable person what understand the words or conduct or conduct that way. Yeah, someone secretly given drugs or substances without consent that fits into the statutory definition of mentally incapacitated.
Okay, so this is where, okay, here's the, the drinking part. Someone who voluntarily drinks or takes drugs and then becomes extremely intoxicated, historically New York law has been much harder to use on an incapacity theory solely because of that voluntary intoxication. A bill introduced in 2026 specifically describes this gap and seeks to expand the lot to cover voluntary intoxication where the accused knew and should have known the person could not consent. Interesting. Okay, so that's, I mean, we don't have too much on that, but I guess in New York, if someone's voluntarily drinking and voluntarily taking drugs, they aren't immediately deemed incapacitated. Jenny says things for covering this. I'm sure all of the alcohol and drugs she was doing incapacitated her plus. I think the messages are horrible. They were just inviting people to go to her. Yeah, I think that that's gross. And I think that these gentlemen should pay for what they did. I think just as does deserve to be, this girl deserves to be made whole.
I don't know what that looks like. I don't know what that means. Only she can define what that means. And honestly, I don't think there's any amount of money that can make her whole again. Because you also have to think not just what happened to her that night, but then to take it a step further. And now she has to go through this publicly, right? And now people will publicly be like, Oh, she wanted to engage in in a gang bang. She wanted to have three sums. She must be a whore. She deserved it. Right. And you then set yourself up for that subjectification. Not just like, Oh, her short, her, her skirt was so short. And you know, she led this guy on and then he assaulted her. No, it's like people are going to shame her for wanting to engage in this behavior, right? And she has full, you know, freedom to engage in that behavior. If she so wants you, right? It's her body. She could do whatever she wants to it, whether we like it or not, she's free to do what she wants. And I just feel like that's going to become increasingly challenging as people will now like slush shame her for that. And it's more than just a short skirt.
It's like, you're talking about like three sums and drugs and all of this stuff. And it's just I feel bad for this girl because she's going to have, you know, a real, real tough time. But I hope that she is made whole. Again, I don't know what that looks like. I don't know what that means for her, but my heart does break for this girl. And I hope that this young woman. And I hope that justice is served. And I hope that a criminal investigation does bring forth charges. And I hope that these gentlemen learn that these young men learn. I don't even call them gentlemen, but I hope these young men learn from their actions and have to understand that there are consequences to their actions. And I hope that they do have to face the consequences of those actions. And hopefully we'll learn from this and be like, yeah, I shouldn't be a fucking idiot and use a woman this way. Even if she's engaging in that type of behavior, just to think that you can use a woman like
this, like not just for my own satisfaction and pleasure, but to treat her as some sort of sex toy or some doll that me and my buddies can share. Like that's where your own more. I understand you being horny. I understand you wanting to have sex or maybe you want to have a threesome with your friend's girlfriend, whatever the case may be. But to treat a young woman like this, even consensual or not like that, taking that whole piece out of it and just boiling down to what the situation was, the fact that these gentlemen thought that it was appropriate to be talking about this girl like this and sharing her in this way is despicable. Who are the ones? Who's the gentleman that was saying that? I want to read his name again. Oh, damn it. I can't see his name. Let me see if I can try to zoom in because I want to see what it actually is. Johnathan Newell, if I'm reading that correctly, that is named Jonathan.
I think his name is Jonathan, Jonathan Newell. Let me see. Is there a Jonathan Newell on here? Because I do have the names of each of the, I was it's Matthew, Ingalls, Diego, Sarabia, Winston Lee, Winston Lee, oh, Jonathan Newell. Oh, would you look at that? Look at that. Consequences of your actions, gentlemen. Consequences of your actions. These are the Cornell seven that have been accused. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, but beside that, their behavior alone was despicable. And Jonathan Newell is the one here at the bottom right with the curly hair. These are the gentlemen. And Jonathan Newell is the one out here sending these messages and saying free pussy. Because apparently that's what he thinks of women.
The women are just free pussy in the LMPU. Interesting. And then Diego, where's Diego? Oh, Diego's up here. Diego, here's the second one up top. He's the one that went seven minutes ago. It's crazy. You guys, like this is honestly crazy. Scott Norris, which one's gotten there? Oh, they're Scott Norris with the eyebrows and the go team. Yeah, they were all there chatting about this. Matthew Ingalls, he's the first one he said, I love Chi-Pai. Winston Chi-Pai, which one's Winston? Oh, Winston Lee. He's the one that did all the caps. Scott K, the alumni shit is not a bit first person. And then yeah, Scott K, the alumni shit is not a bit. That's Scott K here on the bottom corner.
Crazy. Crazy, crazy, crazy. I wonder which ones were two. Let's see. We know which two students were expelled from Cornel. I don't believe so because Cornel is trying to keep that information private. But I wonder if it was disclosed in the in the civil lawsuit. Because we know the restaurant were suspended. Yes, we don't know which of the seven, which, yeah, were suspended and which were expelled. We just know that two of them were expelled. It's crazy. How can these guys live with themselves? I mean, I get that they're young and stupid, but also like, this is beyond young and stupid. This is discussion despicable. All right, guys, that's what I got for you today. Sorry, today was so heavy. But, all right, that's what I got for you.
