Francis Hagen, the Facebook whistleblower, spoke to CNBC about the social recognition of upcoming film about her life directed by Aaron Sorkin. Hagen pointed to the voluntary AI safety commitments that several major companies signed at the White House this week and questioned whether those companies will follow through the young simply checking the boxes. Meanwhile, open AI Chairman Brett Taylor addressed the aftermath of the hugging face incident at CNBC's AI forum. He said that getting alignment right, that is making sure AI models have goals that match humans is as important as advancing the technology itself. And finally, Tesla topped Wall Street expectations delivering roughly 25,000 more vehicles than analysts expected. The Model 3 and Model Y accounted for about 98% of the total.
