Trump Tells Military to Use American Cities as "Training Grounds"

In a deranged, demeaning, and dangerous speech to our nation's military leadership - officer and enlisted alike - Pete Hegseth and Donald Trump may have thought they could inspire the men and women of the military to switch their loyalties from the Constitution to a tyrant. They were dead wrong.

The danger and dementia of Donald Trump was on full display as he addressed the leadership of America's armed forces. Trump tried to pit the military against the citizenry by saying the military should focus on "the enemy within." And he told them that they should use American cities as military "training grounds."

If there was any lingering question about Trump unfitness to be commander in chief of the armed forces, he cleared that up with a speech that was as un-American as it was dangerous.
