But there's nothing new about our warm up lineup today and that's no bad thing. Joining me this afternoon, John and Davis, James Huck and Alice Jenkins, making his first start of the season nice to be back Alice. Yeah lovely, thanks for having me. How was your summer? Congratulations. Yeah, thank you very much. Busy, busy, life's a bit nuts at the moment. Two boys trying to keep them out of trouble and then another one doing in February, so. I'm not going to say you're building your own rugby team because you had that enough forward pack maybe. Back three, hopefully. They need to get their pace from the mother, I think if that's going to be the case. We're sat you next to James Huck because he's got plenty of experience in raising three boys, James. Any tips for the fans? I think I did notice.

It looks great, come with me. It's more of a surprise if you're not dressed similarly. I know, a little bit older by now, aren't they? A little bit far from Sun. There we are, well the warm up seems expanding in case you're wondering, I haven't just had an indulgence song that. So we can, I don't know, compare North maybe in the New Year in the middle of the night. We won't include Fox in his conversation because his boy sleeps a good dream and always has his dream. Touch what? Touch what? Well keep off your feet, you know? Yeah, good. One's easy anyway. Yeah, I know everyone does say that and until you have the second, have you gone out two under? Yeah, it's three. Two under three. Well, three in one now, yes, so two under four. Two, about two, half, three, three and three. Yeah, it's good fun. Yeah, it's good fun. It's good fun, yeah. Right, okay. Right, well we are going to start today by marking the date or marking the fact at least that it is exactly to the day a year to go until the rugby will cup in Australia.

So to remind you all then, whales are in a pool with England's and Barbway and Tonga. It's now pools of four teams. First and second, go through. There's an extra round, an extra knock at round, around of 16. And for the best third teams may get through as well. Should whales top their pool? They'll avoid all the big hitters. They'll avoid New Zealand, South Africa and France until the semi-final. They come second. They're likely to face Argentina or Fiji in the round of 16 and then they might face a France or a kind of top tier team in a quarter. So where are whales? 12 months out. It was a take out one. I think, you know, Steve Tandy's had the job for a year now and we've seen growth in areas, a direction to where this team wants to go, but there's still a lot of work to be done and need to see a huge amount of improvement in certain areas of defence.

Yeah, attack, but like how we use the ball, I feel that like we keep the ball for periods of time, we have possession, but we just seem to like keep it a long time, not exposing any threats really. So yeah, I agree, Fox. Attack is a major work on for us. And I was looking back the last eight games, the five and six nations and also the three in the nation's championship. Obviously we beat Fiji, we beat Italy, but all those eight games we've been outdone in terms of line breaks. So we almost need some sort of attacking threats, some X factor in the back line. Like you say, we keep the ball, we carry well, but are we going over the game now? No, no, are we line breaking? I look at the best teams, they aren't making line breaks and again over the game line that way. When we beat Italy, we beat Fiji. It was a set piece that got us over the line probably in those games. Yeah, and actually since the last World Cup, Wales have beaten Italy, Japan and Fiji. So yet to beat the top eight team. Now that England game I've mentioned it will depend where Wales finish and clearly depend how tough they're rooted through the competition.

On paper, Alice, Wales have conceded a total of 116 points against England in the last two games. So there's no evidence right now to suggest that Wales are going to be England a year out in a pool game, but as a player would you still prefer if you had to be drawn against a top team England over South Africa, New Zealand, Ireland? Yeah, I think England is always the old enemy and you're not going to go a whole World Cup without having any tough games. If we look at the pool and we're honest, it's been pretty nice to us. I think the Tonga and Zibabwe both are games we should be winning. The scoreline against England the last time we've played them has been not good. That's probably opponent lightly. So obviously we'll have a goal against them in six nations as well before that. So hopefully we can keep improving and keep narrowing those margins.

We're playing against two of the best like Australia on four at the moment. New Zealand in the in the autumn nations coming up. So I think Australia that could be a big I think Wales need to be a top eight team, don't they, before the World Cup? Whether that's a Scott Lendon Australia. Just for the mindset, I think I remember our group when we beat South Africa first was a big step in stone and then we still couldn't be Australia for years. I think we lost Australia maybe nine times on the balance and that just before in the autumn before the World Cup with the RNI group gave us a real confidence boost knowing that going into World Cup we've already done it. We've already done that job and I think that would be hugely beneficial for Steve Tandy's group going into that World Cup. Yeah, big win will definitely give you that confidence but I think even looking where we are now you look at that pool, we should expect the pizza and barbeque, expect the beat Tonga. Who knows in England but you expect the progress to the next round. Next round added as you mentioned, but you'd expect this even where we are now to get to the next

round. Look, we're sat in the conversation now because it's 12 months to go and it will continue. When you're asked about a World Cup and a World Cup beer, the stock answer for employers is always I'm going to concentrate on club form. But is it different? There's a lot of rugby to be played for. There's a difference obviously if you're an established player compared to someone who's yet to win a cap. Are you thinking about it? I think all the players would believe they're good enough to get there. You almost don't want to attempt it. We're talking about 2015 and the injuries and the bill will be up and the injuries they're doing at World Cup. You want to focus on the year and that. But every player will definitely be thinking about it. I don't want to be there but I think the thing with rugby is it's a game every single week. You can't afford to look too far ahead really. You will think about it but you just need to control what you can control and thus you perform as your preparation and just being the best but pro and player you can be up until that time I think. We'd

dress and see what sort of how much focus the team and the coaches are putting on it. I remember 2019 for probably 18 months before and every game was treated like a World Cup game. We'd take like a 30-man squad we'd warm up like a World Cup team. What, and reference? The World Cup was reference. Yeah, it was basically like we're all... We were still each game we were going into when we weren't sort of blocking that out with looking 18 months forward but it was very much we're prepping for this. We're making changes as if we're in a World Cup week to week just to make sure that when that comes around because you're playing in six nations. You might be the same team every week for five or five games where in a World Cup the game's a little bit different now because it's a bit more spaced out but the games come thick and fast and nursing injuries going into it. You pick up bumps so you need to be able to chop and change. It'll be interesting to see I don't know if Steve Tannies made public about how they sort of approach in that but yeah they'll definitely be some sort of

focus on it. I think individually is where you look at any competition as well. So like what I was there is a Tannie like there's two Tens in the squad they're probably going to take three Tens and we take two Tens or you know you constantly are in a big opposition in the squad as well. Who's up against you? I guess Tannies and Nines you know often they only take two Nines these days, two hookers you know seeing a lot of coaches opt to take an extra back row on extra a lot of cavalry over those positions so I guess it depends where you're playing. I will preview what I see and look back on the premise you've been a moment but let's just touch on World Cup boulders. There have been a few players who have made the debut in a World Cup or certainly in a World Cup year going all the way back to 1987 in all Grow World Cup in New Zealand. Die Young, do you know that? Turned up in his flip flops apparently because Welsh perhaps they were Evans and got injured. He was playing Club Rugby in Australia got the phone call. Was he holiday in in Australia?

Well, thank Club Rugby, I'm glad to hear. If you're watching you can confirm that but he received a surprise call up to join the squad. Another one in 1987 Anthony Buchanan, five capsule wheels all the way from home. Never got to represent wheels in Cardiff. 1995, Garrett Thomas made his debut in a World Cup squad a hat-druck against Japan. I'm not going to bring in the green jerseys, more yore. 2011, so many big players made their debut that year. Reese Prisland who ended up playing a key role in the World Cup made his debut in the early dinner up to it to Lubbau Falatau, Scott Williams and Ken O'Inns made his debut at the tournament. Somebody I think should have he was like on the bench so many times, wasn't he? I think he was pipped to make his debut in 2009. I think you got on the bench against France in the 2009 or 2010 Six Nations and I think we were

planning like a celebration the next day and the obviously didn't get on. It was like we'll still have a couple of beers but we won't. We'll pop all the balloons and everything. I think the first cups that Ken have in terms of nights out. Well, I think he had that was definitely one but I think it was a huge relief for him to get the cap out in New Zealand. It was against the mid-bure in I can't remember the grounds but his family were there and we had a short turnaround to playing Fiji the next game so Ken had his cap and Gat said, no one's allowed out for a drink and we got a short turnaround and get ready for the next game. So everyone was like a few of us felt sorry for Ken. So we managed to have a couple of drinks and we went back to Andy Powers' room so I think it was quite nice. It was Luke Chathras, Tabis Nile, Steven Jones, myself and Andy Powers and we have a couple of drinks and I think it gets to the early hours in the

morning. Next thing you know there was this hotel was quite, it was a new plumber. Hotel was really old and they had a joint in room doors so we're in this hotel room and next thing you know you're here in Ock and you open the door and you bust it and there was Alan Phillips-Thomper he was like do you think I'm still big boys like that if you can have a drink invite you in so he comes in he goes he tells Tab to get a ball of red wine for him and then yeah we had a good night this Alvarez Kenfield's cap. I was hoping you'd say it'd be standard now and the botlums out to be playing and go out to do it. We didn't bring any rules. Right Wilka Bulta's then who or even like who does Steve Tandy need to have a big ear for Wales who needs to have a big ear to make that squad and where you know where where where's Bill Ockin. It's tough on him I think it in a World Cup you want someone who was worse at tile. Yeah it could be them maybe. As a Bolta. As a Bolta. Yeah so kind of full back. Yeah but he got the ball when he's playing and he's going and he has a good scene. Yeah yeah you start the turn as well

so you ease an option I think. I don't know like I come back to my point about line breaks and game breakers you know and all your boys mentioned Tom Bowen, Keel and Jail see these guys who can cut a defensive line and got the natural rugby ability. It's tough though isn't it? That's about the Bolta. The ball turn is that you don't know like it often comes from an injury of an established bit like you look at Ken like Matthew Reese was capped in going into the 2011 World Cup and if he not got injured his chance Ken does even go and obviously there's a chance that we wouldn't, we wouldn't have been capped in for the World Cup so. Yeah exactly so I think a couple of players I like to step manual for Cardiff, watching my lot he's got a real real talent whether this World Cup comes a little bit soon for him. Centre. Yeah Centre I think all it takes is for him to get a couple of games for Cardiff and I think he'll really bend himself in. I know as we've spoken before about Louis Hennessey's had a couple of games for Wales but I think he's

a real talent and whether he can force his way into the start and team I think whether he comes to the Bolta or not sure. So Bath Centre would you play him? You quite like him don't you? 13? Yeah I think you talk about Bolta I think the midfield needs to find a settle partnership I don't think it's been you know Joe Hawkins and he James showed promise in the six nations at the end but in the summer game I just felt that they went off the boil slightly and I think there's opportunity for the light of Louis Hennessey and Stefan Manu maybe Joe Roberts to get back in the fray. So for us to evolve as a team I think we need to have more from our centre partner shows when we talk about attack. Looking at the Scalettes performance on the weekend, should Air DBA Wales 12? I would play in 12 no 13 I think and then looked either bring in say Joe Louis Hennessey I think before his injury he has a point of difference he has a great offloading game and we talk about like game momentum changing

the point of attack that might help Wales to get going in their attack or Stefan Manu will get a given an opportunity for Cardiff so for me I'd like to see more from that centre partnership. You can't call one of Wales's greatest ever players of both but to loop a foul at all. Would Wolde be a wonderful addition maybe we haven't seen much of him. Well I was going to ask it would be his fourth World Cup but then... He missed 2019. But I think it would still be his fourth 2011-15-23. I mean it should have been in five box he can't come to full. I wouldn't get your job. Which I mean I don't know at what you think or just back grows in general. I mean there was a time when we were talking about Morgan Morse as potentially an up and coming number eight akin to Lubbayf halitow. The minute he's not consistently stand for the Ospreys

which I guess would make him a bolt about the Kane James you've seen. Kane's probably one who could be considered a bolt. I think obviously we know Jack if they're fit. And they start. But again the probably for a World Cup you probably need a back row who can cover in the second row as well. Just for that sort of versatility. Could he tell you Williams back on the weekend he's someone who could probably fill in that role obviously a horrendous injury start last year. And with with Dave Jenkins I think I actually thought Ben Carter was being really really good. But again you need that strength in depth. See something happened that Dave starts. If something happens to Dave you're then all of a sudden looking for the next people. And yeah Ted is one of those players. He runs a lane up really well. He understands the game his skill set is phenomenal. Where he's probably been needed to improve his size and his physicality. And I think looking for a blessing disguise being out injured for a

while last year he's managed to put a bit of size on and I thought he was awesome on the weekend. So he'd be great to see him get a good run for Cardiff and hopefully get a couple of games for Wales before then as well. We've had a question from Matt Williams. Who do you see from the Dragons again a call up this autumn. I guess it ties into both just because Shay Hope is a I just wonder where the Steve Tandy needs to look at a young nine's at some point. When you think Thomas is 31 had he well Ruben Mug and Williams is 28 I think had these similar isn't he? Yeah he's quite young either too. But I think Shay Hope I do like him is he's a fantastic young scrum played well up in Ben on last last week. So he's no doubt beyond the radar but I think I think three of the moment are Thomas Ruben and Keiran I think if they're all fit I think they would all go at the moment. But yeah Thomas is straight above in he's just Thomas is first choice by miles at the moment and then it's probably out to those three then who feels in there. If they only take

two scrum halves to the I think they need to give opportunities to the other boys as well. I think Thomas at times are probably played. At times you're like actually the other boys probably need a little bit more more of a chance I think it was up in Ireland. Yeah not to jinx anything Ben Keiran you lose. Well yeah of course yeah so I think they're probably in the next you know a couple of campaigns they probably do need more than opting to whoever last scrum half is other than Thomas. Teas and sees apply it was just brilliant weekend for Wales and English Premiership wasn't it Thomas Williams Play of the match four saries against Leicester Joe Shaw the head coach said he's just scraped the surface of what you can offer the team and alluded to the fact that they're basing the game on his skills because he's so good and you saw what you could do. Hema Web Patrick two tries for Lewis Resamet two tries play of the match for Dairy Lake Jack Morgan relentless throughout if I missed anyone how'd you feel watching that well I mean it's working pretty well for

the Premiership in the minutes isn't it they've got the best of them the positive at young players kind of moving over at young age something and becoming qualified and being able to lure over the internationals I guess seeing it is an encourage more to go we've never done the talent of we you know even when they were playing in Wales you know they've they've always put in those performances they're probably playing in slightly better teams now and around a better product in terms of the Premiership so yeah I think they're probably excited weekend weekend we go to be playing in front of big crowds hallmull away regardless where you're playing so and that's who you want as a player didn't it yeah I think that competition element in the squads the quality around them you know Thomas would be training with the likes of Marito J. Owen Farrell earlier daily Jamie George like you know he was at a level before he went there and I think like Sarasons head coach said he's going to improve as well because you go to a new club it broadens your horizons from your other perspectives from other parts of the world so you know I think that's

where these boys moving across will benefit from they'll just get exposed to like I said different cultures and different ways in thinking around the game which will make them you know assess where they can improve their games I think every week and I don't sound like broken record we just get or listen to audience questions about it should a Welsh team join the Prem I just wonder John when you look at the product you actually think it's good enough without the Welsh teams at the moment from a Premiership perspective and there's so many aspects to this because a Welsh team would have to buy a shared the league which is about 10 to 12 million right now then on a position to do that things can change but as a product you see a reason if you're you know across the bridge to bring in a region currently if I'm over the bridge looking at Welsh rugby I say right do I want that involved in what we have right now and I'll probably say no we have a product that's enticing the best players from Wales across the bridge to our clubs but I'm sure people are

exploring that avenue from a Welsh perspective to get into it because one you look at the crowds weekend week out in the Premiership that's as a player that's what you want you know that's you want to play for a big crowds the atmosphere that's what gets you going and then one from the commercial point of view getting more people into the stadium that's probably why the regions won again to the Premiership because the way support will be better like I remember European games going up to bath or bath come into black scars always a good crowd so from an English point of view I wouldn't see unless it's you know money talks if a Welsh region can stump up 12 million and that would probably get over the line but we've we've got more of a reason to to want to go there than the other way around but I think you're right Foxnake probably there's there's three reasons we'd want to go there commercially like you say it's a much bigger domestic product that would suit us I think geography wise like for supporters to go over the bridge dragons fans for example to go to to Bristol bath Gloucester it's so easy and vice versa and and then just just that rivalry just we're tribal and we

just have those rivalries weekend week out it make more sense but like you say there's so many more hopes to do actually there are some teams like a Gloucester or Bristol it doesn't necessarily mean that all teams would be in agreement I mean they need to be but I could understand why a Gloucester would find it attractive and a new castle maybe would then. Yeah like I've always been of the opinion that the English product is so good why would the why would they want us but from a financial point of view you look at the last couple of years you've got wasps, blended Irish, Worcester so they're not immune to the the financial problems that we face and I think it was probably a couple of years ago a lot of real talk around the Welsh regions joining and I think it was Jen newly on the cards. I think it was. I'm almost certain it was. It's just like you said there's so many the WIU with the cr... sorry the RFU in terms of the funding and the credits and stuff they've got control all the whole league and all the players in there and I think

it's the sort of the legal aspect of the player release and and the funding side of it but I've sort of gone away from thinking that why would they why would they want us I think I think we'd be a good addition to to the English league what in what you know what aspect that or in sort of how many teams we have in that league that's that's a you know of the another debate but like I said there it's the financial problems in rugby aren't solely focused in Wales they're they're across the world and we live in and breathe out. Yeah exactly. One club is going best for a very different reason to another so there's a you know a whole cross section of different financial problems and we know they want it we know they want more teams they want more teams because it's more home games for the clubs it's more games on TV for the season. Well it is a lot and that's the counter-agum in dinner but they're not thinking the former players were subjective. No no and that's a different description. But you like a ten team league. That's a different description. Yeah because I think it's just yeah that quality is you know the series disappointing is

a half-break for those clubs that went under but it definitely made the product stronger because like you said Worcester went under so you know those best players went to other teams in the premiership and instantly those squads got stronger training got better the standards across the week with that if you were a you a center like I said earlier was like all your laurens turn up about and I write I got a buck at my ideas yet now because there's someone who's an international turn up and I want to make sure that I play weekend week out from my club and that allows then someone like Louis Hennessy a bath learning from an international center as well so everything just it's like a competition exactly that. Right well let's look at our only them you see because there were plenty of close contests over the weekend a team zone over reactor week one when you look back at last year Zebra one in rounds one and two and then lost the next 16 league games you had the Lions who won sorry who lost between rounds one and three then made the playoff and it was a similar situation for Connick as well. We're not only twice in the first half of the

season and made the playoffs which does emphasize how competitive the league can be particularly for those final two playoff spots but if I did have to ask you for your overreaction then what would they be? Fox you want to remind you that Scarlet's lost first three games of the year and then went on to win the league as well. 2016. Yeah three or three or four games we lost. Yeah maybe that's what you've lost 2017. Yeah. Yeah. You change Scarlet's going to win the league. I'm not going to say that but if you look last year Lester lost two stormers got nil by 50 points and they end up winning the league so I don't know whether it's just it's just week one nothing's nothing's lost and it can all change. I think it's obviously South Africa winning four games shows the strength but you know it takes a bit of time like the international boys would have had a bit of a break short preseason these first few games

obviously good to get you know wins on the belt but it doesn't really matter in the long run. No I think yeah it just shows South Africa South African teams are home we're going to be strong as we already know. Yeah when does he know make the playoffs so happy from sides? They're always there there about turning. Well there's the pattern. The pattern that this was the shots have been bottom of the league for us but pattern last year. Yeah they look like they play in a different pattern they'll be in all the shots and obviously they've got the time of there to to definitely get to the playoffs but the Irish teams you mentioned like all lost. All lost. Oh what a shame. How many times you were trying to do that? Yeah not very often just on the Shacks they beat the Ospreys. The Ospreys and I play the Lions question from Jack Kneley. Do you think the Ospreys come bounce back against the Lions James? There've been a close couple of meetings between these two sides. A one point home win in 2024-25 and a draw last season it is obviously a different prospect playing out there but I don't know what do you think? Yeah I did. It's a tough old test out there for all

the regions going to start. I think they'll be happy they came away with a bonus point last week against the Shacks. They'll want to try and get something out of this game again like you say the Lions are a fantastic win over Lentster first game of the season so it's going to be tough but I think if they can go up with the same mindset trying to get some points whether it's a win will be fantastic obviously they're going for that but if they can come away with something and they come away with two or three points of the two games in South Africa I think any other regions will probably take that two weeks. Cardiff Zebra Friday night Ellis the Cardiff 180 and 9 home games last season Zebra on a run a Saturday consecutive URC losses that said they are capable of the odd wins Zebra beating Austin Eddenborough last year but an expectation of Cardiff would do it? Yeah but you've got to go into that game thinking you're going to win I think you've got to target in a win certainly the one game Cardiff last year was against Scarlet and it was probably

the most dominant Cardiff display I saw all season it was bizarre and then the flip side happened in the past Scarlet's Scarlet's were all over us and we we somehow won so I think what Cardiff have built something over the last couple of seasons at home like the atmosphere down there is awesome it seems to be the supporters in the fan bases is turning up in the numbers and getting beyond the team it's a great atmosphere to be a part of Friday night games always good first so yeah Cardiff would be targeting a win and really should be targeting a bonus point I think if we're honest. And you mentioned the Cardiff Scarlet's game card it has favored the away team in recent fixtures and that trend continued on the weekend Cardiff winning internationally that's six star but he's now without a win for the Scarlet. They've also been five you I see season as they've been in the bottom four three times are they a better side than that on paper yeah but

you know you look that that stat is you know probably unacceptable from Scarlet's point of view I think you know the quality they have in their squad and not winning those big moments and those big games like every Darby you want to be involved in and you want to be winning and yeah they need a win probably more than the Dragons need a win this weekend just for you know peace of mind that they can do it like a lot of that some of that group are probably never won a Darby so they need to get that over the line and just you know kickstart the season it's the Dragons have been there like booby team as well I'm they always they always every every year you go in scars to play in well Dragons have had like maybe a couple of close losses such a nice welcome and you've put it yeah you know they come in and it's only become more of the evidence that they know that but it's I don't know what it is it's just yeah the Sieve Dragons you seem to turn up and have a scarlet number three point last last yeah really poor performance but the Dragon's

excellent in how they executed the plan and they were just all over the scarlet so you know there's there's some work to do there from the scarlet point of view in terms of especially that Welsh cup the Darby's they they need to win more more games than that that's never an easy place to go running for you know what I'll well you do and I think the Dragons last week they performance against better I know we had a debate on Monday then we grow we're saying that you take the two points by the in context they they could have won that game they should have to win that game basically which is what we enjoy doing yeah but I thought like they've definitely developed their attack as well in other made some lovely line breaks especially in the second half out on the edge so that they're a team that can cause not just the scarlet this weekend problems but many teams this season so like you say this this week is a tough one for the scarlet and they probably do need it more than the Dragons yeah who's who's taking it then dragons I think good dragons yeah yeah scarlet too yeah all right well to finish things off today we've had great question from G Davis

it is of course celebrity traders day or today seems to return of the traders which can't believe none of you have ever watched but you are busy man um who well I hope you can still answer the question who would you pick as a traitor team it think you get the gist of it don't you want to be on my side or to be against me well you can take it where you want to Alex I would pick Justin Tipperick because people wouldn't assume him whenever you play against tips he was like the King of the Dark Arts he was very much like sneaky with his hands and a rock holding the ball back off the site on a kick chase nudging you you know those little things go unnoticed everyone thinks he's you know Justin Tipperick a lovely guy from Javadas but you know he he knows out to you know maneuver things in his favor so I think he'd be your excellent that is a great show that's a great show people have got this opinion of tips and obviously his footballing skills was fantastic but he was horrible the play like I wouldn't go as fast I wouldn't go as fast as

he did yeah but you definitely would have somebody else there be some negative between us and we'd be going going at each other on the floor so yeah you see all the the highlight clips of him throwing passes and chipm chases and stuff but it's the dark arts I'm telling you I'm kind of mad in the middle of it so underrated with a blue scrum club and yeah how are you going to wait any other suggestions okay I don't know like say I'm she did too much believe or not but I think something like Brad and Lou I think if they were in there you wouldn't know where to where to look you wouldn't know where that's what yeah what what that up to like Tickbrick wouldn't put him what Tickbrick would never put himself up with it for the celebrity traitors you'd never put his name forward to be a reality TV star no Bradley or Lou Mike today they probably would they probably would yeah I live read obviously friend of the show when he was a character her Brad told a story about Lou when he had one of his meetings like one to one course meetings of Phil Davis and he's like and Lou of she 140 kilograms second row Phil was like would you model your game on Lou and he's like David Campy is he

what's he you know so you wouldn't know where do I would lose so I think I'd probably chuck him in there and enjoy watching himself have there been many I'm just trying to think many still and rugby player reality TV stars gap was the main one I mean did gav just have to kind of visit whenever that gap he seemed really kind of reserved quite shy but then he had this other site to him what remember in 2011 is Barla yeah so we had the training camps in Poland and Sparla and we had two 10 day camps and in the second day of the second camp they were horrible they were that was the worst place for me Sparla because there's just nothing to do and it was just bleak and I remember halfway through the camp you just see gav with his suitcase is getting a taxi and he's like where you off gav he's off to film the virtual I think we're with you right to like Trinded out somewhere Trinded out of Tobago to film the finals and we're all like off yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah so suitcase can bang it on the stairs yeah and he was off but he

eating go to that World Cup 3 but I think if he was fused 50 broke he bought his wrist against England and he and he would have gone yeah but that camp was broke Delhi I remember that the worst thing about that was leaving Sparla the first time no one got to come back in 340s time so as we will pull it out probably Brad as we'll pull it out Brad goes like see we four days he was like oh no I guess Alim and Jones is the other one who made it to the final of celebrity master chef I could be forget have you been asked to do anything I was asked to be on celebrity take me out oh no yeah god to climb the I was single but yeah couldn't make it work no lights they want to come down the was it what did he come down it on the lift on it that's it yeah what would you tell him to beat you have to do it that's the padding McGinnis right gosh I'll throw back with both the barbeque and start cooking up some meat in front of the all I saw I'll be with it out
