Therapy's biggest impact doesn't show up in some dramatic breakthrough. It shows up in the smallest moments. You bite your tongue instead of escalating. You put your phone down instead of firing off that text. You say what you actually mean instead of what would hurt someone else the most. Nobody applaud those moments, but they quietly change your life. That's what growing feels like, and that's exactly what growth therapy is here for. Grow is therapy that works, covered by insurance. Insurance averaged $21 with insurance and some pay as little as $0 depending on their plan. There are no subscriptions, no long-term commitments. You just pay per session. Grow connects you with thousands of high-quality licensed therapists across the US, offering both virtual and in-person sessions, nights and weekends. You can search by what matters, like insurance, specialty, identity, or availability, and you can book a therapy session in minutes and begin in as little as two days, not the national 48-day average.

We actually just like a week ago had four sun spots, simultaneously emerged on the sun. And on their own they were like okay, like individually each one was like okay it's interesting but they weren't like that crazy. But the overall footprint of the four was about the size that you would see for a mega sun spot like a one in one thousand year sun spot. This is what we hypothesized like the arise. And it almost looked like stage one of a mega sun spot growing because you have multiple stages of this magnetic flux pushing out. So it was like these four kind of popped up and then if they had filled in between and then became like denser all of a sudden you'd be looking at a mega sun spot. So I think these possibilities exist as we go forward where we could have some freak solar vents though with 2026 as I described in January that was really tied to that planetary geometry. And we don't have significant planetary geometry in this way coming up until the middle of
2032 like June and July with the Saturn Uranus conjunction. Because then we actually get a full alignment just like we had in 2026. So there's a 6.14 year rhythm something like that. You know it's like a 3,300 day synodic cycle. I don't know it's like 6 point whatever years. Synodic rhythm with Venus Mars and Earth where you get Earth on one side and you get Venus and Mars lined up on the other in a line. Generally sometimes a little bit of deviation but that's the synodic rhythm. So think of how from 2026 to 2032 that's one full synodic reset. So that alignment is what took place with Jupiter this year. Jupiter was on the side of Earth. Next next reset for that it's going to be I think it's going to be Earth Sun and then
Venus Mars Saturn Uranus. I think that's the alignment. I think that's two significant out of planets joining the body. It's almost like the Carrington alignment because the Carrington what happened the Carrington event that alignment Saturn also involved that same Earth Mars Venus and Algorithm. So interesting that we've been talking about these three planets and they have this connection like when they line up with the outer planets that really seems to be key. I'm just zooming forward on my program right here just to see it. So okay it's actually even more complex. So it's a you also have Jupiter behind the Earth in this alignment as well like mid-January. It's a Jupiter Earth Sun kind of at this angle and then a little bit off you have Venus Mars Saturn Uranus. So this is like the biggest planetary geometry and actually it's a Jupiter Earth Mercury Sun alignment. So basically every planet except Neptune in this bent angle geometry which we saw the
Carrington event was still impactful in 1859 and so I'm really looking at that like what's going to happen with that. Now the thing is we're probably going to be in a solar minimum in 2032. Right. So what does that mean? That means that there's a stable magnetic field to the Sun. So it's much less conducive for there being some exposure to magnetic flux that then generates a big sunspot. Though you can get solar storms and sunspots during solar minimums, it's very rare. So this is really going to be a perfect test ground for a few things. A, I'm talking about this now in 2026. So this is six years out baby. And if something happens it's going to be like bro this guy six years ago told you and told us. That's right. Yeah. That's the first part. Second is that if something big does happen it's going to be like even in despite of the fact that we were in solar minimum clearly these forces and these residents alignment
of the planets was significant enough to then cause it to be some magnetic disruption to the Sun such that there was a big solar storm, you know, big solar explosion and solar storm. And it's going to be the Earth directed, right? But if you were just to get anything in any direction that's huge like absolutely bonkers huge at that time, I would say that's more and more generally in alignment with one of the planets. Did that be key? But you know with this one in 2032 it is that same Sun Earth Jupiter alignment. So Jupiter seems to pull these big really big storms in quite frequently. Jupiter's often there getting them. There's some other alignments with the Sun. And I can point to as well that go further back in time. But that's that's pretty far out of nose now 2027. As we go towards solar minimum we're more likely to get bigger earthquakes or just maybe not bigger earthquakes more frequent, bigger earthquakes. So we get based on our current record earthquakes magnitude to 7.8, magnitude eight or greater.
They happen more frequently during the bottom of solar cycles and kind of like the shoulders on either side than during the maximum period. So we're likely to get quite a lot of magnitude eight activity during this upcoming solar minimum. And there's also this inverse correlation with volcanic activity and so activity. So volcanic activity is not much. But if you look at the volcanic record, we often get big volcanic eruptions to occur around solar minimum periods. So the seems to be that loading that comes in with the solar maximum and then the earth response during the solar minimum, the sending phase solar minimum with some big earth events. So that's kind of a little bit more like 2029, 2030, 2031. But that's in the future. Now I'm looking at, I wouldn't be surprised if we get a lot of interstellar objects with this new observatory, the Verissey Ruben Observatory.
I would not be surprised if there's an announcement one day of, we're now tracking six interstellar objects and here are the coordinates and they may not all be close flyby's like 3i Atlas was, which is so perfectly aligned in everything. But it may be one of them is at 40 astronomical units and another is at 100 and another one's at 20 and that's going to be very interesting. We have a comet, UN271 Bernadelli Bernstein. It has its perihelion around the orbit of Saturn. It's closest to the Sun in 2032, 2033 and this is the largest ever observed comet. Its diameter is like 100 plus kilometers. It's a huge comet. This seems massive. It's currently directly below the inner solar system. So if you have a solar system like this, it's going from below and then it's going to go like this and then curve up. So it's actually directly below the inner solar system right now, which is quite interesting.
Like 10 astronomical units down, it's the largest ever observed comet. I think that's going to be very interesting. It has this like hundreds of thousands of years orbital period. So what is the largest ever comet getting fairly close to the Sun? What does that do? We see this connection between comets and solar activities. So 2032 and 2033 are like, that's the Saturn Uranus conjunction. That's a really big time frame coming up. But I don't think we need to start worrying about it or do six years of astro videos of like, get ready 2032. No, but that is just really more volcanic and earthquake activity going forward. Super El NiΓ±o is really what I would say for 2027. We're talking about the Super El NiΓ±o. Those effects are going to go all the way into the summer. That's more like weather and stuff.
