Your Morning Mantra — Reflection - I Stop Saving the Good Things for Later. Machine-transcribed; use the interactive transcript above to jump the player to any line.

After a busy day lets reflect on today's mantra, I stop saving the good things for later. Knees into a comfortable position and take a deep breath. Slowly stretch your neck moving your head from one side to the other, releasing the tension and let your shoulders drop. Take a deep breath in and slowly let it go, reflecting on the day and allowing it to soften. Today you have done enough.

Take on something you have been saving for a special occasion or the perfect time. Reflect on what you are actually waiting for before allowing yourself to enjoy it. Reflect on one good thing you can use, wear, book or enjoy this week instead of saving it for later. As the day comes to a close, let yourself rest. You are safe in this moment. Breathe deeply and settle into stillness. I'll see you tomorrow.
