5:13Didn't I don't know if I still think it or not. I don't know what to think about this Brown's team when I consider the offense or lack thereof Sometimes it's a wonder that they are two and one is it a matter of who they played It times they look great. It times they look not that great And that's what kind of scares me about this but then again you could probably say the same thing about Pittsburgh Steelers We look at the Steelers game on Sunday and they beat Arguably the best team in our division if it's not the Ravens a lot of people thought it was going to be the Cincinnati bangles Steelers beat them on Sunday And it kind of raised my eyebrows until I looked at the game and saw that it was pretty much based on turnovers But that's part of the game and I understand that But when you fumble a punt in the red zone and give an air in Rogers first down in 10 from the 20 yard line or whatever it was Odds are he's gonna score the football And that's what they do And they also figured out their offensive line and they ran the ball much better

6:15But then again Joe Burrow turned the ball over again late in that game and Again, this Pittsburgh Steelers took advantage of it and they win that game going away Is that to say that the Steelers are better in the bangles don't know? But then again, it's so early in the season We really don't know much about any of these teams yet, but it sure is fun because you're sitting there at two and one It's fun. You know, I'll ask a couple of years. We joke about it But at times it's really not that funny because as I mentioned when I would host Brown's watch parties at Centennial Plaza We would normally be eliminated by now. I mean for all intensive purposes by the third or fourth week of the season You're behind the eight ball at one in three oh and four Wandering man who's gonna be our next draft picture. We fire our coach Look how things change so easily so quickly and you've got a team at two and one and I think I understand what the team sees in Todd Monkin

7:16And it's interesting because I believe and I played football Obviously, you know at the highest level I played through college football to D3 level, but I do know this Intangibles matter in the game of football and ask any coach and they'll tell you and if you think I'm wrong Think again because every coach every manager know I don't care what the sport is We'll tell you the in the intangibles matter and when you get people moving in the right direction the only difference to me is You think of an intangible like culture will say overuse term in all of sports. Oh, we got to build our culture What's wrong with the culture of this team? It's got to start somewhere and you've got to get things pointed in the right direction if you don't Then losing becomes the normal way of life you accept losing when you don't change the culture of your organization And that's probably true in any line of work you do I don't care what the business is if you're going into work every day with your head down

8:16You're not going to perform at the highest level But if you make the work environment fun And you make it something that's successful and it pays itself off Maybe you look at it a little bit differently We're seeing this team now the young Browns team and again Sort of like the Cleveland Guardians You've got one of the youngest if not the youngest team in the NFL versus one of the youngest if not the youngest team Major League Baseball Having fun playing together. It's a unit and it really seems to pay off and the reason is because it starts at the top You look at your coach you look at your manager and you say okay. How can I rally the troops behind me? Well Todd Monkins done a bang up job so far because if you look at it after the first week Against Jacksonville and the Browns got drilled and they look bad getting drilled You would say okay this guy's going to be on the hot seat is he going to be a one and donener? Well if he turns things around and makes his team 500 or better

9:17Or a playoff contender and I'm not saying that's where this season is going to go But right now they're in first place. There's no denying that is it sustainable? Is it good? I don't know I mean when you watch the games You can tell it's not a great product at all times and I'll tell you that But that's the thing I love about Todd Munkin is he's so brutally honest That he tells it like it is and doesn't just give you the old routine of well We got to look at the tape. We know we're gonna get better. I've got to look at the film no This dude will pull you aside during the game Straighten things out coach you up. These are the things you need in football This is one of the reasons why we believe it's if not one of the best team sports in all of America With cheap trip performing in halftime tonight. 11:23He's normally a man-to-man press coverage guy and they're playing more zone anyway So it's gonna be interesting to see what approach this offense under top munkin will take but The wild card in all of it Is gonna be to Sean Watson who thought we'd be saying that I Didn't we thought by week three he would have been benched you'd be talking about should or Sanders starting this game But the Sean Watson plan like he knows what to do He's playing like he did when he was you know first coming into the league with the Houston Texans Maybe not that good because the numbers aren't that great, but they're good enough who cares about statistics When all we really care about is win lost column, right? You know he said a couple weeks ago when everybody was pointing fingers at him And you know is it sustainable and what what do the fans expect from him? You know if you're expecting 400 yards and five touchdowns or whatever he said that's not realistic

12:25But if you win who cares and I think that's what he's proven over the last two weeks Because when he went out last week and Shadour came in for one play in the red zone I'm not saying the fans were cheering for DeShon to be hurt like when he first injured his Achilles But they were definitely cheering for Shadour Sanders and why wouldn't they you know, they're still a Large part of the fan base that thinks Shadour should be the starter But I think experience matters especially with the young team and as long as the Sean Watson isn't his own worst enemy Then maybe he can recapture some of his glory days You've got pretty decent receivers now Don't know about Jerry Judy. I mean, I don't know if Jerry Judy is a matter of not looking in his direction If he's not open or there's just not a connection between him and the starting quarterback I don't know but I do know this there aren't enough footballs to go around when you've got a great tight end and Harold van in junior and two good rookie wide receivers

13:33I mean, it's not like he's spraying the ball all over the field like a Dan Fouts So you've got to take what the defense going to give you in a situation like that Rico doubt old out for the Steelers running back Questionable cornerback Brandon Eccles. I think he's gonna play he was concussed Jalen Ramsey they're saying has a wrist. I think he broke his wrist But I have a feeling he's gonna play as well now the Browns injury reports a little bit different Because Elton Jenkins is out through concussions and guard Tevin Jenkins is out and hasn't played I believe we'll ask Scott Petrack But I think he hasn't played yet this season on the offensive line And there's no designation so far Tackle tight as Howard cornerback Tyson Campbell and safety grant Delphets got a shoulder So we'll keep an eye on those injuries and see when we come back with the official injury report a little bit later But the idea here is Austin Barber the rookie has been starting on the offensive line for the Browns

16:46Care about that contract so much that he accepted it after he told people on media row at the Super Bowl that he wanted traded 40 million. Yeah, I'll sign That's not good leadership is it maybe having him out of the locker room and Getting these young guys led by you know take your pit Carson Slessinger Tyson Campbell whoever Jared verse Jared verse have you seen any of the videos Jared verse on the sidelines of the games? I mean they're everywhere. I mean you can watch on Facebook on Instagram or whatever and Arguably when they're winning they're gonna they're gonna float more of those videos out right?
