I don't remember a game where Georgia played a severely outmatched opponent and had that many five and four star prospects like blue chip targets at a game. I mean, I look in the front row right as the guys come out of the tunnel, Jeremy. There's Jackson Dollar and Jaden Wade sitting in front row right up there on the left side. I look back. There's Casey Barnard, a few rows up there. You look even a little bit more to the left of Casey Barnard. There's DJ Jacobs and Dawson Jacobs. There were dudes all over in that recruiting section for that four quarter football game

that was a rainfest. It was raining. It was a blowout and Georgia's stack to visitors list with some dudes. What were your takeaways from the weekend? Yeah, that was the most impressive part of the whole thing is that you got people out of bed on a 12 o'clock start and you got them in for a Western Kentucky. You know, disrespect the Western Kentucky, but Georgia entered that game. It's already plus point favorites. So you know, you know, there, you know what kind of game they're going to see. And obviously the atmosphere wasn't, it wasn't what it will be when we get back to the Sanford Stadium for Georgia versus Oklahoma in a couple of weeks. It wasn't the, you know, atmosphere where people are loud. It wasn't, you know, they didn't get six hours to tailgate. And, you know, I think Georgia, you know, the white out, they did a good job of having the white out for this game just because of this. I think that was the, the cell when I think people were recruited, particularly were really intrigued by what it would look like to have Sanford Stadium, you know, look like went

to Wonderland, you know, for the day. And I think, you know, we told me and Jay both get stories about, you know, just the Jay had, you know, guys talking about the uniform and the uniform was something that really grabbed people's attention, but then also Georgia's fans, you know, they had to sit through the rain as well. They also had to go watch their team, you know, when the games they knew, you know, they kind of had a good feeling about going in and they all showed up. They all were white and people were there to deepen to the third quarter. And I think that was the thing that made the big impression. You mentioned some of the big names that were there, Casey Barnard, Jay DeWay, Five Star Quarterback commit, you know, DJ Jacob showed up there with his brother Dawson, and you know, there was some big, big time recruits. If you started to go down to the 29 class, Laney Geed, in state guidance, number two, recruit in the 29 class, that is a huge priority you're in on in the recruits. So, you know, it was, it was the who's who, you know, as far as what you can see, you know, this early in the year, I'm 12.45 K for sure.

Yeah, and I think the biggest thing was there was no hiding it either. Like, Georgia wasn't trying to hide those guys. I mean, look, I had no idea. You and Jed had a story prepped. You all had something on DJ Jacobs being at that football game. I had no idea. And I worked with y'all that he was going to be there because I spoke to DJ back in the spring. I think it was at the underarmor, um, underarmor, underarmor camp that we usually go to in like mid-March, or usually it's early February. This year was like mid-March. And, you know, I asked DJ straight up, you plan on taking any visits elsewhere. And DJ told me if he was, that it was just going to be, he was going to show up and just be there. Like, it wasn't going to announce that he wasn't going to talk about it. It was just going to show up. And, uh, you know, considering his, I think that was like the New Year's Eve commitment back in January. I remember we were watching Ohio State Miami down there at the hotel. And DJ Jacobs just pops out of nowhere to Ohio State. And then you talked to him in the spring. He's, you know, sounds rather locked into Ohio State and I don't suspect he was going to visit many other places. You know, we'd heard rumbling about other schools in terms of who they were who was talking to him still.

Georgia among those, but to see him show up and to be there at Sanford Stadium at a 1245 kick in the rain in a blowout. Certainly erase some eyebrows Jeremy. Yes, I'm sure it did. And I think seeing him walk there was obviously jarring for people, but, you know, the intel around this one is that there is nothing going on at this point. I mean, I'm sure Georgia is still recruiting him and that was the case. You know, when Larry Knight took over, he, I'm sure Larry Knight reached out and I'm sure they've kept communicating. And, you know, Georgia is, DJ Jacobs grew up in Athens. He grew up coming to Georgia games. His dad played for Georgia. He's an in-state kid and there's always going to be a lot of love in Athens for DJ Jacobs and Georgia. But he is committed to Ohio State and I think he fully intends to be committed to Ohio State. Now, other programs Miami and Tennessee are also involved in this recruitment and they also are, you know,

lurking around and continually, continually communicating as well. But until he says otherwise, that isn't situation. I think the focus this weekend was more so Dawson and I think that's one thing that keeps getting lost kind of in him showing up is that, you know, Dawson James is a four-star defensive live recruit that, you know, Georgia is recruiting as well. So, you know, it is news that he showed up and I think there is some conversations that Georgia is, you know, reaching out at the very least. But, you know, today I can't, I can't with, I'm still just and tells way of saying it. I can't in good conscience tell you today that Georgia is in this recruitment and in position to flip him. I think he just wanted to be there alongside his brother. That is all of the noise that we've kind of heard out of this. You know, obviously Dawson had a good time and, you know, just like, just like, Georgia is important to DJ. And Dawson grew up in Athens as well. Georgia is a place where he's been to a lot of games.

That play defensive line. He's a defensive lineman. So, you know, there's a lot of, you know, connections there for Georgia, you know, with Dawson as well. So, I think that's kind of where the focus is today. But, he just never know. But, you know, I think, you know, I think he's safe to say that he's not, he's not a realistic option at the moment. Talk to me about Dawson Jacobs. I remember first seeing Dawson versus Jonesboro. I want to say it was 2024. It was the, who was at Miami, the debut at Jonesboro was committed. John Tavius Wyman was the Georgia mid at the time, played blessed eternity. And there's DJ Jacobs, the 2027 guy who was already like a four or five star. And then, you know, I'm there with the co-worker who says, man, check out his brother, Dawson, who's a 20, I think he's a 28, 29, 28, 225 pounds. Playing interior defensive line. I got was 225 pounds playing defensive line plus security at tackle on a defensive line that had another D1 player.

I think the end of the week was from opposite or next to Dawson. Dawson, we've got Dawson Jacobs, Missed Prince, I think. And I was like, who's 70, 80, maybe even have, I mean, that guy was 225 pounds. A college football linebacker, wait, playing on the interior and he's a football player. Yeah, from a heat, he kicked in for me. He's put the work in and I think he's grown into a final player of his own right. I think, you know, there's a lot of work. There's a lot of things you can work with there. He's a, he probably profiled the three technique guy. I know, Georgia's was one of those early programs that offered him just like to work for DJ. And I think Georgia's got a shot there. I think Georgia's probably a program he's going to consider. Obviously, Ohio State and Tennessee and Miami, all these other places working. Also in the conversations, but Georgia's a place that, you know, has recruited him as well. So kind of see what that one goes. You know, it's still early for him. And I think, you know, Georgia's still trying to figure out what their defense line boards you want to look like.

But, you know, he's a very talented player that can play that three techniques. He's got long arms, very physical. Got the athleticism. I mean, that he checks a lot of the boxes. I mean, he's been trained in coach really well, you know, I have his father, his trainer. So, you know, I think that's kind of the, you know, upside, he has a lot of upside as well. You know, we think we'll see how it works. I don't know the thing that's said they have to go to the same college, you know, I think I've asked them in the past and they're like, well, if I find a place that's right for me, then that's where I'm going to go. And that's kind of how they both have moved through the whole recruiting process. Now, let's get to another five star, Casey Barnard. I think this is probably one of the most talked about prospects, defensive back prospects. Since Caleb down here in the city of Georgia, obviously, this is going to be the natural comparison. Both of those we talked about in this show, they're different players. They sell at different things. I wouldn't ever put that expectation on Casey. But man, is that guy fun to watch? He makes his trip to Athens. Obviously, this is one where we've talked about in this show before. There's a lot of heavy hitters in this recruitment.

As Rese said, this is a big boy recruitment man. There's going to be a lot of players in this one. Thoughts on Casey Barnard making the way to Athens. I think this is like, he's in the double digit now in terms of business. Hit he, Justice Terry, David Jacobs, all these guys are guys who Georgia has the relationship here. They made it to have everything else in terms of the end. Yeah, and that's why people are kind of cautious. That you don't want him to fall into the category of a guy that you get your hopes up about. You guys visit a lot that ends up somewhere else. And I caution people to say, a lot of these visits are early in his recruitment when he's the only guy. He's like the only guy that you're really recruiting because you're a freshman. It's very early in the process, a lot of these visits take place. But the fact that Casey Barnard still makes an effort to get to Georgia. I think Georgia is really high on his board. I think there is a shot Georgia can still land. I don't know where there's been a lot of Ohio State buzz and a lot of it.

He might go out of state, but I think that's a lot of the old stuff bubbling up. Because if you want to... I say this, I feel like I say this every week, but KJ Boat and Elijah Griffin and Zaden Walker and Elias Williams all fit into this same category. They end up at Georgia and they're playing for Georgia right now. So to me, Casey Barnard's showing up was huge for Georgia. It kind of says what he thinks about Georgia. He could have been anywhere in America on Saturday. I mean, he picked to be in the rain in Athens, Georgia. So there were some big gains involving schools that are recruiting. Texas is recruiting him. He could have been there and see Ohio State if he wanted to be. But he was in Athens, Georgia. So I think that, you know, Georgia's got to be shot. They have a great relationship with him. He likes Georgia. You know, we'll see where it goes. I mean, that's going to be a big word of recruitment. And I don't think we've seen all the twists and turns that we're going to see with that one. I think that one's going to be an interesting one. And I think Georgia will continue to battle there. I think he's a high priority because he isn't special player. You only get one of these guys every couple of cycles. So you want to hit him when you can.

I think Georgia will do everything. It's going to be a priority to do that. And then last one I want to talk to you about. Somebody you had reported on earlier in the week. We know Georgia's defensive backboard. It's kind of still up in the air. We know safety. More so is kind of close to done. But when we look at cornerback in in star, Georgia still has some pieces to fill in that room. You talked to Corey Hadley, a Sandy Creek four star. Safety over there. And here in the state of Georgia, committed to Nebraska. Now what's the latest in Corey Hadley? This one Jeremy did some great reporting on this one. Jeremy spoke to Corey, put the story out there. And then he got leaked on the internet. So Jeremy, it's already been busted out of the paywall. What's the latest there? Yeah. Corey Hadley has been talking to Georgia. I know Georgia's been kind of, they offered him early in the process. Probably about this time last year actually, where he got the offer. But things were kind of cold for a while. And honestly, in the spring, they were completely cold. And he said, okay, well, I'll go and commit into Nebraska.

A couple weeks ago, I want to say, after the Sandy Creek beat Grayson, I think it was week two of high school football, he gets a call. It's a sort of, Rivera's Robinson. And they start communicating. And ever since then, they've been talking and communicating. You know, building back that relationship. There was already a relationship there from the initial offer. But I think, you know, Georgia hasn't tensified their pursuit of Corey. And I think, you know, they've seen some good things on tape. He's a very good player and very physical player. So, I don't know that he's on flip watch, but I will say that this is a guy that expects to be on campus and add his three times for their, I believe, have seven or eight home games. He will be at three of those. So that's, that's to me, that's a, you hold up a red flag and say, all right, there's some smoke here. And you need to pay attention, because I think he'll be. He will be at Oklahoma versus Georgia. And then he will set in the official visit at some point to take another visit down the road. So that's two more times on campus. If for him to show up to the

Western Kentucky game, kind of, un-and-outs kind of quietly, you know, there's also very telling signs. So I think there is some, some real buzz here with Georgia. I think Georgia is really working hard here. And we will see how this plays out. Alabama and Florida have also kind of been far a little bit. It's not just Georgia. So we'll see this coat. This could be the one that becomes the fun one for the build-up party here. Kind of on the next, or beginning in the next couple weeks. When I remember you talk about guys kind of taking visits committed elsewhere. I mean, look, it was just last year Tyrick Jimison was committed to Kentucky. And de-commits from Kentucky, then makes, I think, two straight visits to Georgia, one unofficially for the old Miss game. And the next week followed up back at Athens for the Charlotte game. And I believe that was an official visit at the time. So like, definitely worth monitoring here in terms of when these guys are taking visits, especially guys committed elsewhere. It's like Tyrick Jimison showed. Athens can change just quick and a hurry in terms of those commitments. And all that.

Jeremy, we will discuss it rather briefly. We got two things before we wrap up. The visitors list started looking, taking some questions and look forward to this weekend. Or next weekend, I guess, one, the biggest recruit that was there all weekend long. Baby Cronk. 2031. Hold up in Athens. As a recruit, I was wondering if you should just show up as a fan. But no, he was there as a recruit. We haven't talked to Baby Cronk. But that one a little bit surprised me. Yeah, I mean, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's time. I mean, he's almost in high school. I guess it's kind of wild to think that, you know, we've watched this guy grow up over, you know, the last couple of years. Boom, here we are. He's about to be in high school. I mean, he's got, maybe you look at that photo, he compared him to some of these other guys. Like he's, he's as big as some of these guys in April. So it's, it's going to be interesting. If he turns into a big time recruit, because he's been a name that we've all known for,

five years, four years, which is wild. The thing, I feel like ancient now. But it's going to be, it's going to be very interesting. He's going to Oklahoma State this week. So it's going to be, that's, that's, that was a, that was not a story I expected to see. Probably the screening last week for sure. Now, and the huddle of media to get a photo of the eighth grader is something I never expected. I mean, maybe you have to go back to Juju Lewis to find something like that. At a George football, at a George football game. The last one, we've spoken about this guy, numerous times. And we will probably speak about him numerous more. Jane Wait, 2028 5 star quarterback commit was back in Athens. And I think the biggest takeaway here, Jeremy, and you can speak to this more than I can, was the fact that he wasn't at Michigan, who was playing in hosting Oklahoma, who Michigan is making a run at Jane Wait. Yeah, I mean, like I said about Casey, man, the fact that these guys keep showing up. Like at some point, you have to take people at the word. And I think Jane Wait is a guy who want to take it as word,

because he continues to show that he wants to be at Georgia. He continues just to go to work, play well, get better, and you know, all these schools are going to recruit him, because he's really good. He's a really good football player. So honestly, if I'm a fan of Georgia, if someone's not recruiting my 5 star quarterback, that has a year before he signs on a dive line, that kind of tells me that he's not playing well. This guy's playing well. So there's going to be cars. There's going to be people coming to offer him all kind of crazy. But at the end of that, I think Jane Wait wants to be a Georgia boot on. And I think when he decides, if he decides, it's not the case. I think we will know that. I think that'll be very obvious. I don't know that it'll be him straining Georgia along to the very end and then doing it on a side of the other. I don't think that's going to happen with this guy, because I think he's a very genuine dude. So I feel like Georgia isn't this part. I feel like he committed to them for a reason. I feel like, you know, he's already kind of started becoming the leader of that class. There's only two guys in the class right now.

So it's a good time to start trying to be the rallying and cry for it. But the group is a dude that people gravitate towards. And the IMG Academy, you know, every time they ask somebody about the plays there, they're like, man, it's dude, works hard in any of them. He know a lot of me. He gets a hand, works out with us. So it's like, that's interesting that, you know, he's hearing about the understocking. It's the same type of thing type of guy. So I think Georgia has a type of quarterback and I think this guy is the perfect fit for Georgia football. Absolutely. Let's take some audience questions here now. And then I have one last thing we can touch on here and a little bit to wrap up the show. Henry Deon, I believe if I mispronounce that, I apologize. Appreciate you for being here with us, my man. Where there are clearly rumors that then working on something big. Is it DJ Jacobs or someone else? Jeremy? I don't know. I think Corey Hadley was a piece of that. That's probably a start. I'm sure they're going to continue to recruit DJ, but honestly, if you say, if another young's happened, in Georgia, flips DJ Jacobs and flips Corey Hadley.

That's two top 150 players in the class. That's, I think you talk about a class that's ranked 14 for 15 right now that jumps into the top 10 just by those two moves. But at some point, they're going to get a corner or maybe two. I'm never going to have to go and maybe get another body at defensive tackle and maybe potentially another linebacker or two. There's still work to do in this class with Georgia. Now, big, I don't really know what big would be. To me, Corey Hadley is a, that's a pretty big name that they are trying to get in on. And it's pretty clear what the intentions are there. So we'll see how that goes. And I can say about DJ, I mean, I think there's not really a thing. There's not anything there at the moment. But, you know, jump short Georgia. We'll continue to try. Absolutely. Next one from our same guy, Henry. How are our 27, class of 2027 kids doing? I believe it's DJ Jocelyn and Abraham Eisenhower. Two guys, I guess, you know, offensive lineman. So a little bit harder judge.

But touch on those two guys if you have anything on those. And then anyone else that kind of sticks out to you so far? Yeah, I haven't seen much on DJ to be honest. But I saw the white. I'm going to say it was week one. He popped up at a game and he and him and Ty Johnson went together. He looks good. He looks like a Georgia offensive lineman. You know, I don't think we talk about him enough. He's one of those guys that kind of committed in the middle of a time where nothing would really happen to get. He didn't even get to the old V party. I want to be a Georgia. So commit a Georgia. So I think he's one of those recruits that in two years, we're going to be like, man, how did Georgia like quietly bring that guy into the class? And then he just just plays football for you for four years. So I think I think he's got a huge upside. I really like his game. If you start for four years in South Georgia and six, eight football, you're a dog. So that's, you know, that's what Zikaelton did. And that's why he's starting at Georgia right now. Absolutely. Next one is Ace of Wall as good as he looks on tape. Absolutely. Ace of Wall is good of a tiny and a dead Georgia's recruiter

in the last couple of years. I don't think we, he's another one that we don't talk about a lot because he doesn't talk a lot. He doesn't post a lot. He's good, plays football. But the dude is just dominating high school football. And I mean, I've watched him at multiple. He's he's sought out going at these where I'm not underarmic camps to be able to compete against guys and I mean, he just he gets open. And he just continues to get open. I'm like, okay, well, this guy's a five star. You know, okay, he's still making plays. He makes plays everywhere he goes. And that's just what Ace of Wall does. I think he's added some sides too, which has been really intrigued because I think, you know, you could start to, you know, put him out there in the slot. You could play him in H-Bag. You could play him out in space. He's he's become quickly becoming one of those, you know, Oscar Delt. We're also lucky types of players, you know, to add to his claims. Then last one from Henry, who do y'all like? What are you hearing? I assume this is just in general about recruiting. I'll start with this. The guy I really like and I don't know how much buzz is there right now. Well, check my game here in a little bit.

Is the West Lake receiver over there? Roscoe Hayes. That guy was impressive for a guy that, you know, maybe goes a little under the radar right now in terms of this is a guy West Virginia ID and got in their class before a guy, you know, a program like Georgia get in there. So I'm taking note of he's huge. I think he said he was up to 65 when I went to go see him. The catch radius is obviously there. I was impressed with how he moved like this. This isn't slow mover. This guy knows how to move around and get over the top of some defensive backs was really impressed when I saw him at West Lake earlier this season. Look forward to seeing what he does. The rest of the senior year. Jeremy, I don't know what the recruiting board at receiver looks like. Obviously got three guys in class. But if they wanted to add up fourth, I would assume Roscoe Hayes is like near the top of the list of guys. They want. Yeah, I would agree with that. He's he's very talented as well. I think I'm going to lean towards the guy I saw a couple of weeks ago through Williams. Drew Williams is outstanding. He long athletic and run. He just eats.

We see Chris Cole just eat up space. You know, when the quarter past kind of like just floating out there looking down the field and Chris Cole just did make some makes it to sit. He makes some make a decision. Drew Williams has that same type of grass eating ability about it. He's got long arms. He tackles really well in space. Like he's not just a guy that comes in and just flies in there just with a big hit. Like this is a dude that can break down and make tackles of over space. And that's a hard thing to get guys to understand. Everybody wants the highlight hit. And he can do that too. But I was really impressed just with that with that aspect of his game. I think the obviously George is going to continue to recruit him. He's community Kentucky. He was there last week. He does not have any intentions of visiting Georgia at the moment. But that's the guy you were recruiting to the very end because he's he's wanting to best in the future. And then to wrap it up, I thought we'd highlight our UGA sports player the week. Five star running back to mid months.

So man, we were we were trading videos in a group chat this week. Staff group chat of this guy at the game versus. I think it was something Jefferson. I want to say it was Thomas Jefferson in high school up there in Pennsylvania. Look, he's poor. It may not be very good. But Kimoff Spell makes him good. And he's a handful to handle. I mean, Jeremy, it like I'm going to pull up a clip. And this is courtesy of a, I want to say a new station down there that we're about to show on screen. This is a clip from one of the guys who was generous enough through DM us some of these links, some of these videos and give us the stats. I mean, this guy is just incredible to watch. I mean, this is a 69-year touchdown. If I remember correctly. And Jeremy, I don't know if it's just me. I haven't seen a ton of running backs, like elite running backs in my day in terms of up close and in person. But this guy looks like he's jogging. And everyone else is just in a full sprint to try and catch him. I mean, here makes that makes 21 miss. Makes those guys run into each other and still finds the end zone.

It looks like he's jogging the entire time. Yep. It's supposed to if if you're elite and you're going to be a dominant high school football player, I mean, I get asked a lot like what makes a five star? What makes these elite players that, you know, everybody talks about and just does the game look really easy at high school level because college football is hard. And if you make high school football just look like you're just, you really could just not really be doing it. Like you could just go play with some older guys. That's what Kima's spelled looks like. And no disrespect to these players. Like, that's how good I think Kima's spelled is. Because it wasn't just like we could say the competition would. Whatever I watch them do this again this summer. And seven on seven against the elite of the elite. I think do was out playing receiver and playing in the slot for in seven on seven and he was making plays then too. Like it was easy then against four or five stars. So I personally think this guy is special. I don't know if I've seen one like him. Other than maybe like, I mean, to me like all the comparisons I've been

jimmyer gives, but to me this just looks like a day me and Thomas. I guess that's L.T. all day balance speed change in direction vision. Just watch how he finishes his run. My he didn't even have to run these guys over. He made them tackle themselves. He runs through arm tackles. My he's he can catch passes. He can run rounds if he wanted to. My he is a special runner, man. Georgia Georgia has something special to him. And I think you know seeing him put it with his big number is not. It's it's kind of eye-propping to see but it's not surprising. I can't even say he's a video game number because I played a video game regularly. And I can't put these kind of numbers up even if I try. So it's like, this is a special man. And I think Georgia fans need to really really start paying a really close attention. Because I think he's going to help Georgia live next year. Not not in three years next year. Yeah. Yeah. And this one I got one more clip to show us Jeremy on screen. This is a 96 yard touchdown in the game. Again, this guy ran for 296 yards. 96 of which came on run run.

Any added touchdown at the end of it. This is from Adam Boast who was generous enough to share these close with us. Uh credit to him and his outlet for doing this. 96 yard touchdown run for the five star running back. I mean, it's. I still don't think he's running for a speed. No, I don't either. And I forget what he's listed at. But what what really stands out to me Jeremy is like, he looks so low to the ground. And he doesn't look huge. But he runs through tackles like he's much bigger than he is. Yeah, just oh, you know, makes guys miss can run through arm tackles like you said. And finish these runs strong. I've I've been really impressed with the clips I've seen. I can't wait to see what it looks like in Athens when he gets to Georgia, which by the way, I think we've said on this show before. Unless he starts giving us reason to think he may flip. For the opinion that Kim on spell is a Georgia commit. And he's going to end up signing with Georgia come December. Shout out to Kim on spell are you.

J sports player of the week. Heck of a week. I think this is like the third strike game this season where he's had a multiple touchdown day. I think every game he's played is senior year so far. He's found the end zone more than one time. And I want to say more that upwards of two times that he's found the end zone. So heck of a week for this guy. Kind of be really fun to continue watching him as he finished out his senior season over at McKee Sport up there in Pennsylvania. All right folks.
