Every donation, dinner, academic relationship and institutional connection helped reinforce the image of a man still accepted by powerful circles despite his criminal history. Critics later argued that some institutions were far too willing to take his money and access while overlooking what was already publicly known about him. In that sense, Epstein’s philanthropy functioned like armor around his reputation, helping insulate him from the full consequences of the abuse allegations and allowing him to remain connected to elite networks long after he should have become untouchable.

What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. We've discussed a lot on the podcast about how people such as Prince Andrew wrap themselves in their charitable work and use it as armor whenever they get in trouble. We have seen it time and time again from many, many different individuals. As if your one act of kindness completely washes away your evil vile deeds. That is not how it works. Now there was a period of time when that did work. There was a period of time when you would be able to wrap yourself in your charity and find a way to get off of being punished or facing repercussions for your behavior. But those days are over. People aren't buying the bullshit anymore. And the packaged image these so-called elites are trying to sell us. Well, nobody is really accepting it anymore.
We have seen way, way, way too many instances of people like Prince Andrew bullshitting around and then using their charitable works as protection. So in this article we're going to get to in a second. He's getting called out for that. And it's not just Prince Andrew. It's all of these condemnable people. All of these scumbag people, you know, they all have these charities. Glendu bin and you know, Prince Andrew is going to work with the human trafficking survivors. I mean, are you kidding me right now? Is that even real life? I don't even understand how anyone can say that seriously and mean it. Because I don't think that there is any group out there that's working with human trafficking survivors that wants Prince Andrew as their patron. I mean, maybe I'm wrong. Maybe there is one or two out there that I don't know about that, uh, you know, want this guy to come in and shake things up.
But I'm guessing the vast majority, meaning 99.9% of charities or groups that work with abused women or sexually assaulted or trafficked women want nothing to do with a man who just paid out $17 million dollars allegedly to somebody he says he never even met for something he says he never even did. And a man who says he's so honorable that he'd go and stay the night with a convicted sex offender, probably not the top guy or the top choice to be the face of a charity. But in Prince Andrew's rattle-dazzed brain, distorted ass mind seems like a good idea I guess. And I wonder who's there advising him. You would think that his mom would step in right and say all right enough is enough the bullshit is over you're now grounded. But no, this dude still thinks he's going to dip his toes back into the regular world. He still thinks that, you know, eventually people are going to forget what he was accused of and what he ended up settling about and he thinks things are going
to be fine at some point. Well, they're not. People are never going to forget what he was accused of. People are never going to forget that instead of doing the honorable thing and speaking with the authorities, this bitch-ass coward hid behind his mummy skirts. So people are never going to forget and no charitable work, no charity assistance is going to help refurbish your image. No matter how bad you want that to be the case, no matter how bad the lady like, oh, huh, they wants that to be the case. It's not going to happen. So with that said, let's jump into this article from I news and let's see what the author Serena Sandu has to say headline, Prince Andrew accused of bringing philanthropy into disrepute by experts. Yeah, no shit. And again, look, it's not just Prince Andrew. We're using him as the the the flashpoint here, but all of these guys do the same thing.
They think that if you do charitable work, then it totally erases your scumbag behavior as well. And that is not the case. Prince Andrew has been accused of bringing philanthropy into disrepute following his donation to a charity for sex trafficking survivors. Look, I don't know if I would say that brings a charity into disrepute, right? If this guy wants to make a donation, fine. Great. I'm sure charities will gladly take his money, but that doesn't, you know, fix him. That doesn't refurbish his image. That doesn't excuse his behavior. That's just part of him making amends. And the only reason he's doing it is because he's trying to save face because he's trying to get people to say, look, Prince Andrew wants to do the right thing. Well, the real question is, why haven't you done the right thing all the way up until now? Why did your hand have to get forced? Why didn't you do it
of your own free will? Philanthropy expert Charles Caden accused the Duke of York of reputation laundering after he agreed to donate to Virginia Roberts charity and pledged to fight the evils of sex trafficking as part of an undisclosed out-of-court settlement in her civil sex case against him. So again, it's all for show, right? If Prince Andrew really wanted to do all of this stuff, why did it take going to court? Why did it take all of this stuff to occur for him to step up to the plate to do the honorable thing? Well, the answer is simple. He never planned on doing the honorable thing. He planned on avoiding this for as long as possible. He planned on never answering the bell. Oh, this never happened. I don't even have to talk about this. I don't, I don't owe you an answer for anything. And that's what he was attempting to do with that Emily Mailless interview that backfire like an MF blew up like the Hindenburg, but that's what he was trying to do. He was
trying to put this behind them, put a line under it and explain himself. Well, you did not do any of that. In fact, all you did was dig that hole a little bit deeper. We don't know the precise details, but the words tainted money seem tailor made for this case, Mr. Caden, executive editor of Alliance magazine, which covers global philanthropy told I. So look, this is a guy who covers people who are generous donors, right? People who are engaging in charity work all over the world. And according to this gentleman, the last thing anybody needs is old, joe exotic of the Windsor family things. And you know that he's going to try and make a big deal about it, right? Oh, well, I donated to this charity. That makes me a better man. When in reality, it doesn't take your money and shove it. Your money, don't get me wrong. These organizations do need money. There is no doubt about it. And they should accept it. But that doesn't exonerate him from what he has done. That doesn't
make it any better. It doesn't make it any easier on those he is abused. Oh, well, I'm, you know, I'm so sorry about what happened. So here's a few million dollars and I'll come and feed a few abused women. That's basically what he's saying. Does that really make up for all of the ill and all of the devious bullshit he was involved in leading up to this point? I don't think it does. So such reputation laundering through philanthropy falls far short of acceptable standards of philanthropy. 100% you should be giving to a cause because you believe in it because you know, hey, look, this is something that I think deserves some of my money, some of my time, whatever it is. Prince Andrew's hand was forced here. He had all of these years, what's he 62 years old or some shit, all these years to come up, step up to the plate on his own and go and help out at a trafficking facility or a home for displaced women. He's never done anything like that. Instead, he's hung out
at Balmoral, had shooting parties and decided to try and destroy the credibility of one of the survivors instead. So what do you mean this guy's some sort of honorable dude or he's doing the right thing. His hand has been forced. His whole entire narrative was shattered and he was forced into this. So let's not act like he's some kind of charitable man and he's doing this out of the kindness of his heart because he is not. This is exactly what it is. Reputation laundering. Mr. Kydin said, sadly, questionable royal philanthropy practices are not isolated. Yeah, it doesn't shock me. Again, we all know that the royal house, the royal family, the thumb, as they're called, it's all about CYA. It's all about the image, the persona. It doesn't matter what's really going on behind closed doors or if there's a monster in your midst, that doesn't matter. We got to make sure we have a nice happy face on for the crowd. We've got to make sure that we're gaslighting the crowd. We're charitable. See all the money we're donating?
Never mind the fact that Prince Andrews hanging out with one of the most prolific human trafficking duos of modern times. Let's just forget about that because he donated a few hundred bucks. It's likely to be a matter of regret to many dedicated people working in the philanthropy profession that a member of the royal family is bringing philanthropy into disrepute in this way. And they're definitely cautious of it. Like I said, this is not an isolated incident. And I don't want to act like this is something new that Prince Andrew just came up with. This is what all of these super rich people do. Oh well, look at everything that I've done previously. It doesn't matter that I've been involved in insert fucked up crime here. And you're seeing the same with Prince Andrew trying to accept this time what he's trying to do is use this as a vehicle. The fix is image. Save with digital deals at Vons and Albertsons. He has always strenuously denied the allegations against him. Oh, it's an admission in my opinion. All right. Look, who's paying this kind of money to somebody they never met before? I mean,
really, you really want me to believe that. It's just it's almost impossible for me to believe honestly. I don't know. And look, again, we're not talking about somebody who has money fallen out of his ears. This is a guy who, you know, is a grifter lives in his mom's basement basically. Doesn't have a fuck ton of money laying around to just pay these things off. So this isn't just like, all right, let's pay it off and forget about it. This is ruinous for him. So the fact that he entered into this settlement, the fact that he demanded a trial by Jerry just a few weeks ago and then comes to the table with a fat ass bag tells me everything I need to know. Claire Blore CEO of S-A-R-S-A-S Somerset and Avon Rape and Sexual Abuse Support said, as an organization that believes survivors and that campaigns for survivors to achieve a sense of justice, we believe that Virginia Roberts has a right to this settlement. We are confident that she will use
these funds to provide essential support to people affected by sex trafficking. Hey, look, I'm hoping that that's the case as well, right? Nobody knows the future, but all signs point to these charities getting a nice influx of dough if Prince Andrew keeps his word. The Duke of York's pledge to support victims of sex trafficking has received a lukewarm response from women's groups, crumbling any plans he had of rehabilitating his image through charity work. Again, that's not going to cut it this time. Look, you didn't steal here, you didn't make a mistake, you didn't have, it's not a DUI or something, you're accused of sexually assaulting this young lady while you're in the presence of Jeffrey Epstein and Golan Maxwell. This isn't a mirror apology or, oh, I'm going to do some charity work, I'm going to go do some community service and pick up trash on the highway. Are you crazy? It comes after speculation that Prince Andrew desired to follow in the footsteps of conservative minister John Profomo, who volunteered at Twain B. Hall for four
decades after quitting government over his affair with Christine Keeler. Was this Christine Keeler lady of age? If she was over the age of consent, talk about apples and oranges, this is in a fucking affair. If this dude would have just cheated on his wife, I wouldn't have had anything to say about it. Sure, scumbag behavior, but criminal, no, worthy of talking about it, if it wasn't actual crime, no. So I don't even know what sort of comparison they're making here, trying to say that this is as simple as just an affair. Stop it. This is so much more than that, and there's no refurbishing. Your image wants something like this happens. I don't think he's got any chance of ever being able to pull that off. I don't think any charity is going to want to associate with him. Said Ian McQuillin, director of rogue air and independent fundraising think tank. Yeah, that's certainly the opinion I'm under as well. Who is going to
want to work with this guy? And why would they want to work with him? Considering everything we know about him, considering all the BS we know. And the fact that he goes in and settles that settlement the way he did, why would any charity be like, all right, you know, I think it's a good idea. Let's have Prince Andrew come on board. That's really going to drive donations. And remember, I think the John Prifumo comeback was after years of behind the scenes work, which wasn't done from the perspective of trying to rehabilitate his reputation. He just won away and did it. And eventually he was recognized for this work. It won't matter what Prince Andrew does. There's no fixing this. All right. This guy is a, an absolute anchor to anyone at this point. If you were donating to a charity and you found out that Prince Andrew was involved, would you continue to donate to that charity? I know I wouldn't.
Mr. McQuillin, like in Prince Andrew's charitable donation to a fine, it isn't really a charitable donation in the way we think of most charitable donations. It's more punitive than a donation. Absolutely. Again, he didn't do this from his, you know, from the kindness of his heart, or because he felt shame or sadness or empathy for these women. He did this because it was forced. If he didn't do this, then he was going to get the post and dragged during the deposition phase. And he wanted nothing to do with that. Because remember, folks, he had no receipts. Had no facts on his side. All he had was his bullshit nonsense garbage alibi that fell flat from day one. And he knew he had no chance once he got the court. So I'm just going to go ahead and pay out this mega-summa dough and be done with it. And that's exactly what it looks like to me anyway. I'm certain it doesn't represent the first step on a rehabilitation journey for Prince Andrew.
He's done, said Mr. McQuillin, adding that the royal would not risk the double whammy of trying to rebuild his career like John, John Profumo did and risk having the publicity that no one wants to, that no one wants to want to help him on that journey. Well, that's a fact. And if he comes back and he tries to make this move, he's going to be laughed out of dodge. Okay? You're not going to refurbish your image. You're not going to fix things. What you need to do is fade away into obscurity and leave the rest of the world alone. You've caused enough damage. You've damaged the nation. You've damaged the crown. You've damaged your family. And you surely most definitely have damaged these survivors. So do the right thing for once in your life and just fade away into obscurity. No comebacks. No part do. None of it. Nobody needs a sequel. All right? The movie was terrible enough the first time around. Let's end it here. All right folks, that's going to do it for this morning's
update on the way or some context episodes like usual. And then tonight I will be back and we'll pick it up and we'll see where we're at. If you'd like to contact me, you can do that at Bobbi Kapuchi at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y-U-C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that we discussed can be found in the description box. All right folks, till later on. Hope all of you have a great day. What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. You know what's tiresome folks? The fact that the Clintons continue to have armor and are never called out for their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. In fact, we still have politicians out here trotting them out on the campaign trail like they're these big superstars. Meanwhile, they have never answered for their allegations of relationship with Epstein.
Why Golan Maxwell was at Chelsea's wedding. Why Hillary Clinton got Alexander Dorosia job at the State Department. Why Jeffrey Epstein gave Bill Clinton so much money for the Clinton Global Initiative and those are just a few of the questions. Yet you're going to run them up here during this political campaign and shove them down everyone's throat and people are going to cheer for that. So how is it that you can cheer for that but demand accountability for somebody like Acosta. Shouldn't it be accountability for all of these people that were enabling Jeffrey Epstein? So please stop with the bullshit. Okay, stop with the nonsense with the Clintons. Enough is enough already. Everybody else who has a scent of Jeffrey Epstein on them has been absolutely lambasted. Now all of a sudden though, none of these journalists have anything to say about the Clintons. They have no questions to ask at these rallies. The only statement we've heard from the Clintons is the one Kandaz statement that they put out years ago. Meanwhile, we've had a whole
ass trial since then with serious revelations. We're talking about in court. It was documented that Jeffrey Epstein visited the Bill Clinton White House 17 times. That right there should be enough for people to go absolutely bananas and demand answers. It hasn't been. So if you're demanding accountability here, you better be a demanding accountability across the board or you're not here to help fix the problem. You're part of the problem. And for all of the nonsense surrounding Acosta and for how people still go hard on them, you would think that Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton would get the same treatment but somehow some way they haven't. And I think that tells you everything you need to know about your legacy media. They'll protect some people while they'll go after others. When their real job is holding all of these people to account, but they've forgotten that haven't they? They're too busy being activists. They're too busy trying to divide the populace
instead of holding people to account. Well, I hate to tell you, all of these politicians hawk all the rest of them who are bringing Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton on the trail. They're absolutely disgusting and basically saying that they don't care about these survivors or care about justice ever being fulfilled in the case of Jeffrey Epstein. So just keep that in mind. Now onto today's article. Prince Andrew is being accused of not carrying out charity work. In the other news, water is wet and the sky is blue. What charity is going to have this guy at this point? He'd have to start his own charity at this point because nobody wants to work with him. But he said he was going to be involved in some charities. Said he was going to, you know, make amends and move forward and all of the rest of the bullshit which he hasn't done by the way. And now, well, he's getting called out on it because
people are wondering when he's going to start making amends, people are wondering when he's going to start doing the right thing. And for me, that all starts with speaking to the FBI, speaking to the authorities and until he does that, vafongul, I don't want to hear shit from this dude. If you ain't out here talking to the FBI and letting them know what you know, then what exactly is it that you think you're going to fix? You've never even taken responsibility for your bullshit. Just like the rest of your buddies, just like your homie Bill Clinton. All of you have been able to get away with this shit for years and years and years. I mean, imagine having a picture of yourself big getting a massage and an airport by a traffic to girl, and nobody calling you out on that shit. It is absolutely absurd to me. And then, Prince Andrew over here, give me a break. A whole lot of big flowery words from fine lad school, but no action to back that shit up. You know, it's like a nice car, right? Oh, yeah, this is a
cool-ass car. Let's see what's underneath the hood. You lift up the hood, no engine. That's all of these people. This article is from the Daily Mail headline. Prince Andrew was accused of not carrying out charity work, despite pledging to do so. Following settlement with Virginia Roberts, as he is seen on his weekly horse ride. Well, you know, I thought this guy was allergic to horses. What happened to that? He got a magic pill for that. He got the magic wizard pill and, you know, he's fixed now Gandalf came to see him, gave him a special middle earth allergy shot and now dude's good to go, huh? This article was authored by Arthur Parachar. Prince Andrew has been accused of not yet carrying out any charity work, despite pledging to make amends for his sex abuse scandal. It has been reported that the disgrace Duke of York has instead been playing golf, horse riding, and enjoying life at his home, the royal lodge, and watching reality TV. I'm sure. Now, what do you think Prince Andrew watches when he's sitting home? My guess is something super
absurd, pond stars, something like that, some goofy ass show, maybe 90 day fiance. Maybe he's looking for a new chick, getting rid of Sarah, the toe Ferguson, and trying to bring in a new girl, and, you know, get things really cracking for the royal family. Imagine that 90 day fiance, the royal addition. The Duke was in fact pictured today on his weekly ride in Windsor, whereas horse could be seen with a poppy pinned to its bridle, while this dude has to be smoking poppy. If he thinks that anybody wants to have him around, or if he thinks that any charity is going to want him. So while I understand why people are pressing for him to be involved with the charity, I have to say I don't think any charity will have him be involved at this point. For him, it all starts and ends with speaking to the authorities and coming forward. If you didn't take part in any of this, then what are you so scared about? If you didn't actually abuse Virginia, what are you so worried about, dude? And that's really what it comes down to. He's been hesitant and he has denied speaking with authorities this whole entire time. And instead,
he's hidden in the shadows, gave one interview, and then goes out and acts like he's going to fight these allegations in court, in open court. So everything gets aired out only to settle. Not only that, but when you know who Brettler is, his lawyer, you know Brettler doesn't just settle. If there is nothing there, and these were fake ass allegations, you better believe Brettler would have hammered Virginia. Do you understand the kind of guy we're dealing with? Go back and look at the cases that Brettler and singer have taken over time and look how many of them have come out with a positive outcome for their clients. These are not guys that mess around in the courtroom. And we're not talking about jerk off lawyers like Dersha would see there. These are actually guys that do work. So when they're telling you you better settle for this crazy amount of money, there's a reason that they're telling you that. The 62 year olds royal career ended in this race after he was forced to pay millions of pounds in an ad of court settlement to
abuse survivor Virginia Roberts earlier this year. She claimed she was sexually abused three times in 2001 when she was 17 after being trafficked by disgraced financier pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Though Andrew is consistently denied any wrongdoing. So people always ask, well, where are the men who used the services? Well, here's one of them. You know, all that talk from people in the peanut gallery that have never lifted a finger or uttered a word here in defense of these women. Sure seem to have a lot of commentary about all of the other people that need to be exposed. Meanwhile, they have been done shit to take care of the people that have been exposed already. So how about we put some of that talk away and we do a little bit of this walking? The settlement was not an admission of liability, but the queen supposedly favorite son was stripped of his royal patronages and honorary military titles. I don't even get that honorary military titles. Maybe I should be an honorary general. I play a lot of like simulation war games
and shit. So maybe you should just give me that general's title and let me control the next battle that we have somewhere. However, the latest allegations from the son claim that many proposals to go through with charity work have stalled after Buckingham Palace permission was sought. Nigel Cautorn author of Prince Andrew Epstein Maxwell in the palace said, surely he can find the charity somewhere in the world that will have him. His reputation cannot get any worse and is sustained on the monarchy, but doing charity work will take the edge off and show a little bit of contrition. Well, no, it won't honestly. It'll show that he's going through the motions. The first and only step for Prince Andrew is speaking to the authorities and coming correct. Until he does that, I don't think anyone wants to hear anything about any sort of charity work or anything else. Sources claim that the prince's laws focus after his attempts were regularly blocked. Andrew was further dragged back into the Epstein scandal last month after the pedophiles conspirator
Golan Maxwell held the Duke of York as a dear friend. Her bombshell comments in a world exclusive interview with the mail on Sunday contradict Andrews denial to a US court that they had been close. Oh, wait, what do you mean? Andrew lied again? Come on, Prince Andrew is never lied. Maxwell, who was convicted of helping Epstein abuse abuse teenage girls, fell to the denies suggestions that she and Andrew had been a couple and declared I care about at one stage, Andrew was a patron of hundreds of charities and other bodies, but he was stripped of his remaining patronages. After the palace said he would not carry out any public duties at the start of the year. So Prince Andrew is just going to do what he's always going to do, right? And he's going to get away with it for as long as he wants because nobody's ever going to call him out on it. I mean, what's going to happen to him? He's going to be forced into exile. That's what he's doing right now anyway. So I think that the best move here for everybody involved is he
should stash the whole idea of working for charities and he should just fade away from the scene. And if you don't want to do that and you actually want to do something that's worthwhile, speak to the authorities. But besides that, I don't think anyone wants to hear this guy's apologies and I don't think anybody wants to hear about, oh, I'm doing charity work now. When you haven't even come to grips and accepted the fact that you did wrong here, how are we supposed to move forward with you accepting responsibility? So to hell with that, to hell with him, to hell with Bill Clinton, to hell with Hillary Clinton, to hell with all of these politicians that are running around with the Clintons. And to all of these journalists or people who call themselves journalists out there in the words of Sebastian Maniscalco, aren't you embarrassed? Aren't you embarrassed by your behavior? And you're refusal to do your job, not one of you on the campaign trail has the courage
to ask Bill Clinton or Hillary Clinton directly about Jeffrey Epstein, huh? Well, that tells us all we need to know about the people working on this campaign and the legacy media in general. All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one. If you'd like to contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kapuchee at protonmail.com. That's bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. We've been talking about the financial portion of the Jeffrey Epstein criminal enterprise for quite some time here on the podcast. And I think it's one of the most under reported and least talked about portions of this case,
which is very odd to me considering we all know that it's the financial ties that bind. We all know that if you follow the money, eventually you're going to find a criminal. But the government, even after Jeffrey Epstein's death and arrest, they didn't seem to have any desire to follow the money. They didn't seem to have any desire to bring in the proper people to go through this stuff forensically and figure out what the hell went on here. Because Jeffrey Epstein was manipulating the system at every turn, whether it be with his offshore money spots, whether it be with business deals or fake charities, even like we're going to talk about today. You name it Jeffrey Epstein was involved in it when it comes to financial, ill gotten gains and financial misdeeds, Jeffrey Epstein was involved in all of it. And it's something that doesn't get enough talk. Because I'll tell you what, if these
investigators were really serious about all of this and they were really serious about bringing the remnants of Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise under heal, they'd slap a rico charge on all of these people and then they dive into their financials with a fine tooth comb. And until we see that happening, then I have to say we're never getting the full look at what went on here. We're only getting little pieces, right? Little a little look in the room maybe. Whereas we all know, Golan Maxwell is a disgusting excuse for a human being. She's not the only one involved here. She was the under boss, right? The Epstein's right hand woman, but she wasn't the only one involved. She certainly wasn't involved in the financial angle like Indyke or Khan or some of these other people. So what I would like to see, probably never going to see it, but what I would like to see is a nice fat rico case. All of these people caught up. Anybody who ever had money
transferred to them by Jeffrey Epstein has to have a look. Because we know that all of his money originated from a dark place, right? Ilgotton gains. So if you're receiving Ilgotton gains from somebody who is caught up in a rico case, well, now you are a target in that rico case as well. And that's how Rico works and that's why everybody's so terrified of it. I've seen it firsthand. I've seen Rico apply to people I care about firsthand and seen how it ruined them over illegal sports gambling, by the way. Meanwhile, you have Jeffrey Epstein and his friends opening up banks, all kinds of crazy shit and no penalties, nobody's going to jail. His banker doesn't go to jail. His lawyer doesn't go to jail. His accountant doesn't go to jail. And you wonder why people have no faith in the system or in these institutions. Real quick, does one of these sound like you because if you say yes to anyone, there's something

All right, today our article is from the New York Times and the headline of this article is Jeffrey Epstein's charity. An image-boost built on deception. This article was authored by Steve Eder and Matthew Goldstein. Now we reached back into the vault for this one folks. This is an
article from November 26th of 2019 and considering there's a bit of a lull today as far as new news, I thought we'd slide this one in and keep things rolling on the financial track. Jeffrey Epstein's foundation looked for all the world like a charitable powerhouse. On its websites and in its press releases, the foundation was described as a patron of hospitals, universities, and film festivals run by a global philanthropist. And this is what's so galling, everybody knew what this guy was up to. All of the scumbags in his atmosphere knew what do you think they sat around and his hubris didn't have him acting in a brazen manner telling these people what he was about, maybe not directly, but hinting at it. And then if you're one of these people hanging out with them all the time, you mean to tell me you never had any questions why he's there without any, I mean with these young girls, where are their parents? He's not his niece or his nephew
or anything like that. He just happens to have all of these young girls around and nobody has any questions for him. The organization known by various names, but usually called the Jay Epstein Virgin Islands Foundation, wasn't officially a charity for much of its existence. Having lost its tax exempt status in 2008, but it worked to his advantage helping improve the reputation of Mr. Epstein, a convicted sex offender. And remember, that's what it was all about. After his arrest, Epstein went on the full court press trying to refurbish his reputation. He wanted to come back into civil society. He wanted to make his comeback, and he was convinced that it was going to be able to happen if these sort of people would help him refurbish his disgusting and beat up reputation. And the sad part is folks, a lot of these so-called elites, a lot of these scumbags that are out there crowing about this or that, they let them do it.
There's no investigations, no IRS agents dispatched to go and talk to them, just left up to his own devices to the perils of everybody else. A review of tax documents, government records and information provided by federal officials shows that the foundation lost its tax exempt status for an unknown reason in the same year Mr. Epstein pleaded guilty to soliciting prostitution from a minor. An unknown reason, huh? Oh, I'm sure it had everything to do with him not being involved with abusing kids, right? It's absurd, we all know what the reason is. But the crazy part is, all of these people knew behind the scenes what was going on and nobody acted, none of these law enforcement officials, none of these officials down in the Virgin Islands who knew what was going on, nobody. All because they were too busy stuffing their pockets full of Jeffrey Epstein's disgusting ass gross ill-gotten money.
In the years between that case and his suicide in August as he faced federal sex trafficking Mr. Epstein was unshackled from the rigorous financial disclosures that charities are supposed to file every year with the government, allowing him to exaggerate his philanthropy as he saw to rebuild his reputation. The foundation's portrayals of its giving range from simple embellishment to staggering overstatement, that means lying, okay? Let's just be very real with what it means. Epstein and his team, they were forging everything. They were, if they were anything besides sick, disgusting, twisted, wannabe human beings, they were all liars as well. They sure had a huge idea about who they were and it certainly didn't match up with reality. One of Mr. Epstein's websites said the foundation had helped to underwrite the Tribeca Film Festival, Festival, when in fact it had donated $28,000 to a related organization that offers grants to
filmmakers and educational programming to students in New York City. So that's definitely always been a trademark of Epstein. He's always been one of those guys who likes to exaggerate about things. That's why you always have to take what he says with a grain of salt, right? When you hear quotes from Epstein, you know, it's very difficult to take him at face value. The foundation sent out news releases, touting donations to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to restore Mark Rothko murals and teach coding to five year olds, claims that officials at the school later called inaccurate. Oh, I'm sure they were inaccurate. Again, look, I don't trust MIT either, considering their relationship with Epstein and the way they're trying to foster their image now and fix their image after it was revealed, how deep their ties were with Epstein. Of course, they're going to be in cover your ass mode as well. Oh, well, we had no idea what was going on here. That's inaccurate. That never happened. It also issued a statement in 2013,
saying researchers at Mount Sinai Hospital had made a major advance in breast cancer research with a backing of Mr. Epstein, although the health system's own release makes no mention of them. I mean, stolen valor, wearing the Navy seal shit, acting like he's, you know, a big wig here, helping out people with breast cancer, which I take umbridge with, considering the love of my life, battled through stage 2B breast cancer a few years ago, and it was one of the most grueling, rigorous, 18 months of my, I can't even explain how rigorous the 18 months was. It was very, very difficult watching somebody I care about and love more than the world suffer like that and not be able to do anything but provide emotional and mental support. Wake up every day, take her to the doctor, chemotherapy, then on to radiation, then after that, still back and forth to the doctors for a while, it is all bad and I don't wish that on nobody and anybody acting like
they're involved in that and helping people who are going through that and and they're really not. Well, they certainly make my list of top scumbags, folks, because that's not something to joke around with. It's not something to make pretendra helping out with if you're not because it's serious business. People's lives are shattered when they're sitting in that hospital room and they get that diagnosis. I'm sorry to tell you you have cancer. Let me tell you what, everything changes that day, folks. Every single thing changes and it certainly was the case for me. So when I see people out here acting like, you know, they're helping people with cancer and then pulling a pump fake and shit, it really, really bothers me. But the most glaring exaggeration appeared on Wikipedia. A user name apparently connected to Mr. Epstein edited the page for the foundation and put its annual outlay at $200 million a year. Just under the amount the Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg contributed to charity
in 2018. Now we know Epstein wasn't dumping that kind to go into any kind of charity. Zero chance. That money was more of a better used for his, you know, criminal enterprise. In reality, the foundation was worth a small fraction of that amount according to documents obtained by the New York Times through a public records lawsuit in the Virgin Islands. 18 years of financial statements showed that just under $20 million float into the foundation since it was founded in 2000. A lot less than the 200 million, huh? Again, you see what I'm talking about with these scumbags? They'll even use this, their charity. They'll wrap themselves in this charity stuff and use it as a shield, as armor. And it, I really, really detest it. It's really gross. It's... There's not enough words to really explain the grossness of it. Roughly 16.6 million was spent on donations and grants. Most of the rest paid unspecified general
and administrative expenses and one and a half million dollars in interest for what appears to be an undisclosed debt. Oh, an undisclosed debt, huh? I wonder, I wonder which scumbag was getting that chunk of change? Which scumbag had their hands in that pie? The documents, which were filed with the Virgin Islands division of corporations and trademarks, do not offer details about where the money came from or ended up. That information would be contained in the public document, Form 990, that charities are required to file each year with the Internal Revenue Service. But, there is just one publicly available Form 990 from the Foundation. A single-page filing in 2002, and it does not include any information on grants or donations. So you see here's my big problem, all right? You have all of these government officials and all of these people who are now talking about how these financial crimes occurred and how the mitsyps system was manipulated. Meanwhile,
this guy wasn't even filing the right paperwork, wasn't following any of the Finson regulations, and nothing happened to him. There was never an investigation, there was never a raid, nobody was arrested, in fact he was hooked up in the Virgin Islands. And this is why I say the Virgin Islands should not see one single dollar. They're the ones who let all of this happen down there. All right? So they shouldn't just be let off the hook, the officials down there. Nobody's going to get arrested, none of that. Until that happens, I don't want to hear about the Virgin Islands thinks they should have some of this money, because all of this shit happened on all of their watch, and nobody wanted to do anything about it until the wall started to fall down. Mr. Epstein's website portrayed the foundation as an organization with high standards and high aspirations for changing the world. I mean, yeah, you know. Dave Roberts here, there you are surrounded by fans, sharing wings, sharing drinks, high-fiving random strangers. Everybody remembers the game,
nobody remembers the guy coughing behind you until a few days later, at 2 a.m., you wake up with the fever and your throats on fire. Now what? Urgent care, clothes, ER, slam, telehealth, maybe, but the pharmacies close. You needed a medical emergency kit. These aren't first aid kits, they contain essential prescriptions used for over 30 common conditions, sinus and ear infection, UTI, stomach bug, travelers diarrhea and more. Definitely what it was, definitely an organization with high standards. If high standards to you mean no standards whatsoever, a page from one site described
a multi-stage grant process that asked applicants to describe how their project was innovative, the pressing need it would address and an explanation of how they would evaluate their results. The page from 2010 also said it was vital to understand that the foundation and another run by Mr. Epstein were not piggy banks. No, they were a way for Epstein to get his claws into some of these scientists or some of these projects. And then that way he can do what he wished with the information, sell it onto his handler or whatever it is. That was the whole goal for Epstein. But that was the term that Martin Scheele, a retired supervisory special agent with the criminal investigations division of the IRS used to describe the foundation. It's lack of disclosures he said could be an overt act of concealment. Oh, it could be, huh? So where is the IRS kicking in the doors? Where's the IRS sending in all of the agents? Oh, they only do that if it's you. Guess what,
tax days coming folks, you better make sure yours are filed. It's not clear if such misrepresentations amounted to a crime. Fall statements meant to fraudently solicit donations are illegal and generally prosecuted by state attorneys general. Yeah, when they're not in the pocket of the accused, when they're not, you know, dipping their, uh, their hands into the trough. Yeah, then, then you might have some indictments, but Jeffery Epstein, no way. The due to was protected, obviously, wherever he went and was able to initiate these sorts of schemes, scams, and plots, and nobody wanted to do anything about it. The New York State Attorney General's office began inquiring in 2015, whether the foundation, which said on one of its sites that had had offices in Manhattan and the Virgin Islands, needed to register as a charity in New York. Mr. Epstein's longtime lawyer, Darren Indyke, replied that the site was inaccurate and that the foundation was operated out of an office in St. Thomas. So they can't even get their act together as far as
where businesses being conducted in this company, right? Oh, the Virgin Islands. Oh, it's a New York. And then the regulators are just like, oh, okay, whatever you say, Mr. Epstein. Instead of really digging in, like they usually do, we'll move on to an easier target, lower hanging fruit, if you will. Mr. Indyke, who is one of two executors of Mr. Epstein's, a state did not respond to messages seeking comment. Before regulators closed their inquiry, Mr. Indyke provided them with a copy of a letter the foundation received from the IRS in 2000, verifying its status as a charitable tax exempt organization. Oh, I'm sure. Jeffrey Epstein's getting passports from Saudi Arabia and other countries really think he's going to have a problem, pulling some levers here to get tax exempt status. But he never disclosed that the agency had dropped the foundation from its official role of tax exempt organizations. The foundation was set up as part of Mr. Epstein's participation in a
lucrative program in the Virgin Islands that offered big tax breaks to his businesses. Financial trust and Southern trust in return for philanthropic commitment to charities in the territory and you see where the whole ask for the money comes in now down in the Virgin Islands. But again, these officials are the ones that put Jeffrey Epstein into business, right? They let him set up shop down there. They're the ones that should have been regulating this, going over it with a fine tooth comb, but instead they set it all up, then they turn around and then they want to play the fool and act like they had no idea. Sorry, that doesn't work. One of Mr. Epstein's sales pitch to his wealthy, wealthy clients was offering tax advantage strategies that sometimes included charitable giving. Reports from the agency that approved the tax incentives show the foundation made more than $1.8 million in donations to charities, educational scholarships, and symposiums there. In an emailed statement, the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority
said the foundation was established primarily for the purpose of making charitable contributions to the Virgin Islands community. Well, $1.8 million in donations, all right? But public records show it also carried out some unusual transactions. Of course it did. He wasn't being regulated or monitored. He throws $1.8 million towards the Virgin Island Economic Development Authority. They look the other way. You guys all know how this game has played. I don't need to explain this to you. You've all been seeing this for how many years now? In 2017, the foundation, also known as enhanced education, cut a check for $160,000 to pay fines Mr. Epstein incurred for permanent violations on his private islands. It's funds also back the causes of political officials in the Virgin Islands, including up to $30,000 to support a computer giveaway by an elected official. The foundation has also contributed tens of thousands of dollars to other groups, including the territories Chamber of Commerce. So you see they've already gotten
their cut, the Virgin Islands. And this is why I'm so adamant about them not getting any more of this money, especially considering we see how a lot of these survivors got low-balled, 125 million, 135 million going out to the survivors, a mere one-sixth of Jeffrey Epstein's fortune, and the Virgin Islands, with all of this in mind, still thinks they're entitled to a little piece? Federal investigators have taken an interest in the foundation. In August, the FBI contacted the Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources about the payment to resolve the permanent violations. Agents asked whether the department had a policy prohibiting a charitable foundation from paying the penalty, said Jamal Nielsen, a spokesman for the department. He said the contribution did not violate any department rules. Oh, of course it didn't. You know, it never violates any rules when they're the ones benefiting from it does it. The FBI in New York declined the comments citing an ongoing investigation. It's not clear how the foundation lost its tax
exempt status. It could have given it up, or it may have been taken away after an IRS investigation. Eric L. Smith, a spokesman for the IRS, said the agency could not comment citing federal privacy laws. That's another thing the government likes to do right up. There's an investigation right now. We can't give you any information. The IRS can also revoke tax exempt status if a foundation fails to file a Form 990 for three consecutive years, although that rule took effect in 2010. Stephen T. Miller, a former acting IRS commissioner, and now the National Director of Tax at Alliant Group, said Form 990s are vital both for regulators and the general public to understand the finances of a given entity. Zero chance. We were ever going to get a look behind the curtain at Jeffrey Epstein's finances. This guy was not a genius like everybody says, but the dude certainly was good at hiding money and manipulating the financial sector, especially considering all of
the people he had dispersed throughout it to help him out. The scan filings by Mr. Epstein's foundation, he said, showed a lack of transparency. And over the years, Mr. Epstein operated at least three other charities, including one based in the Virgin Islands. Mr. Indyke's lawyer long served as an officer for Mr. Epstein's charities and other businesses. Again, Darnan Dyke's name all over the place, no indictment, no deposition, no self-responsibility. Two of Mr. Epstein's foundations relied on wealthy business titans to provide millions in seed capital. His COUQ foundation received about 21 million in stock and cash from charities of Leslie H. Wexner, the billionaire retail magnate, whose company owns Victoria Secret. Mr. Epstein's gratitude America foundation received $10 million in donations in 2015 from a company tied to the private equity billionaire Leon D. Black.
And you see what I mean, but folks, why I call this such a sham. All of these guys are donating to these sham-ass foundations. And this turns into ill-gotten gains. And this is a Rico case right here right here in front of us. And believe me, I'm certainly no FBI agent or IRS agent or Treasury Department official. But come on, if you're going to slap people with Rico over illegal gambling or wire fraud, you mean to tell me this doesn't deserve at least a full-on investigation, a full-on look? Mr. Epstein's other foundations complied with federal disclosure rules making his namesake foundation the outlier. It doesn't pass the smell test said Mr. Schill the retired IRS special agent. After his 2008 conviction, Mr. Epstein took great pains to burnish his reputation and the foundation played a key role and sorted all of those enablers that were around him that we talk about all the time. In 2013, a Wikipedia user named Turville made a number of changes to the page
for the foundation. The changes, including saying he found the foundation had given more than $200 million to a long list of notable scientists since its inception. Then raised its claim further by describing that sum as its approximate annual outlay. So basically just lying about things, this person went on Wikipedia and just started changing the Wikipedia page to all sorts of fanciful whismical BS. The user's name connection to Mr. Epstein is evident from information he disclosed in New Mexico as a result of his 2008 conviction. He provided a list of online user names, including those used by third-party reputation management services he hired. On that list was a Wikipedia handle Turville that does not appear anywhere on the website. But the similar name Turville does and that user had a particular focus on editing articles about Mr. Epstein.
So you see how this works right? Epstein out there trying to foster his image, then hits the internet to do a quick sweep to make sure everything lines up. Meanwhile the IRS, the government, nobody's the wiser, huh? Nobody has any idea what's going on. As we continue to dive deeper into this disgusting rabbit hole, it becomes very apparent that all of these people had at least a clue what was going on and frankly they didn't care.
