by a posting by President Donald Trump on social media, where he announced that he's told his people not to go after Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, or Joe Biden, because the presidency is sacred. He's quoted this saying, I could have done very bad things to Hillary Clinton. I could have done very, very bad things to Joe Biden. I could have done very bad things to Barack Hussein, Obama, but I thought it was inappropriate to do so. With all due respect, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Joe Biden sought to undermine our Constitution to deprive Donald Trump of his rights to they invented a conspiracy in which they planned to keep him off the ballot. They invented the Russian collusion hoax as an excuse to remove him from the presidency. They sought to destroy him financially, and they sought to throw him in jail.
My own particular case, they raided my home at six o'clock in the morning, 29 heavily armed FBI agents of brandishing fully automatic assault weapons on the basis of completely contrived process crimes in an effort to pressure me to testify falsely against Donald Trump. Later, when a federal judge ordered the release of special counsel Robert Mueller's final report, it demonstrated that even he had concluded that I was guilty of no Russian collusion, no Haley's collaboration, or any other crime for that matter. So this is not about revenge and retaliation. This is about whether we have one legal system, or we have a two tiered justice system, one for left wing Democrats and others for Republicans or those who support Donald Trump. So I have to disagree with the president's conclusions,
and I still believe that those who are involved in the seditious conspiracy, which began in July of 2016, that encompassed the Russian collusion hoax, the two completely fraudulent impeachment, the questionable 2020 election, which is mired with anomalies and other abnormalities, as well as other evidences of fraud, the raid on Donald Trump's home at Marlago, the January 6th hoax, which I think was a set up by the federal government, specifically the FBI, not to mention the Arctic crossed operation in which the special counsel, Jack Smith, was spying on members of Congress. No, I believe in justice, and I believe that Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Angel Biden, should all be brought to justice based on legitimate charges. No, I believe they should get a fair trial,
but if convicted, they should pay a price. I don't believe based on the majesty of the presidency, they should be just excused for their horrific crimes against the country. Meanwhile, New York City Mayor Zoran Mimdami marked the third anniversary of October 7th, and that attack by saying that suffering did not begin or end that day and has continued through the Israeli government's devastating ongoing genocide in Gaza. He said that New Yorkers know our tax sellers fund these war crimes, and the city must refuse occupation and apartheid as well as federal complicity with every arms shipment. Nimdami also said the city graves with neighbors who carry the loss. The statement drew condemnations from members of both parties, Congressman Dan Goldman, a Democrat called it egregious and insulting, said the mayor blamed Israelis for the attack they suffered. Jonathan Greenblatt of the anti-defamation league said Nimdami was using a day meant for morning,
the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust to recycle anti-Semitic talking points. Israeli's ambassador to the United Nations, Danny Denon said it was an attempt to hijack the anniversary, Rabbi Emil Hirsch called it morally perverse. Mimdami's post had more than 11 million views by Wednesday evening. More than 1,200 people were killed on that day and 251 were taken into custody, and Mayor who accuses the victims of the massacre of genocide and apartheid, on the same anniversary, clearly holds deep-seated animus towards the Jewish people. Even Jewish Democrats cannot stomach Mimdami's nonsense. Meanwhile, the Trump administration suspended Microsoft from the program that lets a company apply for green cards for workers on the H1B visas, alleging fraud in the advertising rule is supposed to show that no American is available.
Vice President JD Van, so I learned to admire more with every dealing with him, said that the White House had no company that has abused the system more than Microsoft. Van said that Microsoft last year laid off 6,000 American workers and obtained 6,300 H1B visas as well as almost 3,000 green cards. What he called one and a half foreign indentured servants for every layoff. Microsoft claimed that most of its US employees are Americans that about 80% of the 6,000 H1B filings last this year were extensions for people already on their payroll and that new hires allegedly were equal to 1% of the US workforce. These tech firms always have a million novel excuses ready to go as why they abused the H1B system and it's clear to me they cannot be taken at their word any longer. Any company that cut 6,000 Americans
and still adds thousands of foreign workers is abusing the law. Trump administration to make a swift example of Microsoft, every other firm must know that they will face the same consequences unless they hire American workers first. Vance has talked about the H1B program getting chronically abused in the past. They're shutting down that pipeline now. Microsoft as a good faith measure should re-hire the people who were cut and then send the foreigners back home. If not, Microsoft should continue to face penalties until they prove that they will put American workers first. Meanwhile President Trump said Thursday that Washington and Tehran are in productive talks and the United States will not launch another attack on Iran before the November 3rd election. Iran and the United States have traded proposals on nuclear limits, sanctions and reopening of the Straits of Hormuz.
President Trump projected Tehran's last offer. Iranian officials say they will not give up Iranian enrichment or the stockpile. Vice President J.D. Vance has already said talks to carry substantial cut in that enrichment. In the meantime, the economic isolation measures imposed on Iran will continue to bring them to heal. The Iranians may think that America will blink. They're wrong. Under a previous administration that may have been the case, but President Trump's iron cloud resolve here, in my opinion, knowing for 50 years, will not waver. President Trump is right not to escalate the war before the crucial midterms. We can keep our eyes on Iran making sure that they don't get out of line, that there will be an appropriate response if they do. But we don't need any escalation in a war taking eyes off the prize. Clearly, the Iranians are extending the war in hopes that they can have their allies in the Democrat party when one or both houses of Congress
would lead them to a better deal and less scrutiny on their efforts to develop nuclear weapons. We're on the cusp of a midterm that will determine the trajectory of this country for generations to come. The entire maga agenda is riding on this election. The low hanging fruit that is the Iranian regime will ultimately fall into time. The damage caused to them through the war effort cannot be undone. Now let's move mountains to make sure that President Trump's legacy is not jeopardized in this upcoming election. Meanwhile, Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke in Athens, Greece, the hill where the ancient ancient assembly met below the acropolis. He argued that national loyalty and Western alliances can reinforce each other. He criticized open borders, the outsourcing of industry, and what he called a loss of confidence in Western civilization. He described the next generation as a being decisive
for where power sits. The address placed the administration's nation-first policy inside civic duty, military readiness, production, and a shared history. This historic address follows Vice President J.D. Vance's 2025 Minute speech and the 2025 National Security Strategy outlined therein. Rubio visited Iceland, Greece, and Portugal with defense, energy, and trade on his agenda. He's giving a master class in my view in American First Statecraft. As Secretary of State, who stands where Athens voted and says the alliance is a civilization, not a subsidy board, is putting the world on notice. NATO renewal is readiness and production. Not a lecture on borders, the allies will not keep. The globalists at NATO have shown time and time again that they are not living up to their end of the bargain. They pout and they weep now that their free ride is over,
but America will not be taken advantage of any longer. It is only under Donald Trump that our NATO partners have started to pay their fair share for their own defense. In Donald Trump's first term, he collected $658 million from our NATO partners who they were in a rear when it came to their payments to the alliance. Rubio is showing that he too will never waver. The Athens speech is the doctrine he's offering them. We remember for generations to come. If we are going to stay in NATO, and I question whether that's a good idea. NATO made sense after World War II when most of Europe was devastated, but America was still relatively economically strong. But now they expect us to provide for their defense yet they refuse to pay their fair share for it. Whether we should stay in NATO, to me, is an open question. Meanwhile, federal prosecutors in Manhattan have added a conspiracy
to commit torture charges against the deposed Venezuelan dictator Nicholas Maduro and his wife Celia Flores, the superseding indictment alleges that Venezuelan state security personnel tortured political opponents and American citizens to protect the couple's power and their illicit drug business as well as their active involvement in the Narco trade. This includes an alleged 213 instance in which a Venezuelan officer was shocked and suspended by his limbs in an alleged 2022 episode of brutal beatings and electric shocks of an American detainee. Both Maduro and Flores have pled not guilty to the earlier drug trafficking charges. American forces captured them, of course, in Caracas back on January 3 and brought them to New York to stand trial. Their lawyers dispute that operation have raised immunity questions and judge denied Flores's request for release on medical grounds,
citing the fact that she would be a flight risk. Trial on the existing charges is now set for June 1, 2027. The combined charges could carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 50 years if they are both convicted. This would mean that they would essentially spend the rest of their lives behind bars. Maduro is going to stand just because he was the illegitimate head of state Venezuela does not mean that he is above the law. He became drunk with power, he thought President Donald Trump did not have the resolve to put an end to his regime and he calculated completely wrong. It is not without coincidence, however, that since US AID was dismounted that across the Western hemisphere, whether it is Argentina or Peru or Colombia or Honduras, that pro-American, pro-freedom, pro-nationalist, anti-narcobal regimes are winning elections. I'm Roger Stone, don't go away. The Stone Zone is here and you'll be right back.
The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network. This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone. Roger Stone is the very very one of the smartest political minds. Roger Stone was persecuted, people forget he's actually a brilliant, brilliant political analyst. In a zone, it's the Stone Zone. Here's Roger Stone. You're diving headfirst back into the Stone Zone. The New York Federal Reserve's September survey taken from the first of the month through the 30th showed that the perceived chance of losing a job in the next year fell to 13.5 percent. The lowest reading since December of 2024. The expected chance that the national unemployment rate will rise edge down from 44.4 percent to 43.9
percent, the perceived chance of finding work within those three months of a layoff rose from 45 percent to 46 percent above the trailing 12 month average. This shows that the economy is stable heading into the midterms. The numbers are not a major shift by any stretch of the imagination, but they show that the consumer confidence is going in the right direction. People are happy in their jobs and comfortable with their prospects of keeping those jobs. Despite the constant media doomsday about rise in prices, which of course was non-existent when inflation was far worse under the Biden administration as the prices is not falling into this same doomsday narrative. They're happy with the economic results of Trump's administration policies. This boasts wealth or Republican chances of the elections next month. The Harvard Harris poll, which by no one's designation would be determined to lean right,
showed recently that both parties reviewed at parity in terms of generic choice in the upcoming congressional elections. So I'm not a panicking, unlike some who want to throw in the towel and say that Republican defeat certain in the upcoming elections. I'm not sure about that. See, our politics is extraordinarily volatile that politics today, I say today is literally a lifetime and we still have a little more than or less than 30 days before the elections. Anyone who predicts with any certainty with the outcome will be a few short weeks from now doesn't understand the volatility of our politics and may be reading too much into the mass number of polls that we see that are either biased or flawed technologically or in terms of their methodology. There is only one poll that counts. That's the one that will be taken on election day. I see Republicans gaining incrementally across the board in various states, including Texas,
Michigan, Ohio, in Florida. And I'm not ready to throw in the towel by any means. However, that said, there is greater enthusiasm among Democrat voters to turn out in vote. There is some depression among Republican and Republican leaning voters. So if you feel strongly about the country and the future of the country, strongly urge you get out there and vote. I don't know if they call you low propensity voters or less interested voters, but voting is crucial and this election is extraordinarily meaningful. I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to the Stone Zone. We talk politics here all day long. Don't worry. We'll be back with more. Stay tuned because, well, we'll be back with more politics on the other side.
With Roger Stone. Roger Stone is the very, very one of the smartest political minds. Roger Stone was persecuted. People forget he's actually a brilliant, brilliant political analyst. Now, give him a zone. It's the Stone Zone. Here's Roger Stone. Welcome back into the Stone Zone. I'm your host, Roger Stone. Canada will not expand its controversial medical assistance in dying, euthanasia program, to individuals whose sole condition is mental illness. That was announced by the Justice Minister, Sean Frazier of Canada, only yesterday. Canada has made a decision not to move forward with the expansion that is scheduled in the criminal code of medical assistance and dying circumstances where mental illness is the sole basis Frazier told reporters on Parliament Hill. While there is not a perfect consensus on this issue, we believe this is the correct approach at this particular time.
So expanding their euthanasia program to include mental illness as the sole eligibility factor for euthanasia in Canada has been a controversial point of contention for a number of years. The preceding Liberal government approved a piece of legislation in 2021, revising the eligibility criteria for euthanasia, but gave a two-year extension for mental illness eligibility criteria to allow for further discussions on the highly controversial matter, pushing the decision to 2023. The deadline was extended three more times. CTV News recounted that in 2024 then Prime Minister Justin Trudeau delayed the legislation for a third time, therefore making it go into effect in March of 2027. That is, of course, next year. Minister Frazier reportedly affirmed that the current Liberal Canadian government will
maintain a delay on the indeterminate basis through a new legislation expected to be introduced by the Canadian government in the coming weeks. Frazier, in a social media post, detailed that serious concerns remain on whether their euthanasia program requests can be addressed safely and consistency when it comes to mental illness, stressing that for that reason, Canada does not intend to move forward with the schedule expansion of their MAID program for mental illness. Then in a follow-up post, the minister announced that Canada intends for adults diagnosed with illness such as early stage Alzheimer's to make an advanced move towards euthanasia so that their wishes could be respected after they lose the ability to decide for themselves. The announcement comes months after a joint House of Commons and Senate Committee report urged in June not to expand their euthanasia program for mental health.
Members of the controversial expansion argue that not doing so will allegedly stand in violation of their constitutional rights and access to medical care according to the BBC. It is still ongoing case presented before the Canadian courts by the advocacy group dying with dignity. Canada challenged the Trudeau lead suspension. Per the Globe and Mail, the group described Wednesday's announcement as a profoundly disapointing day for medical assistance when it comes to dying. Critics of the euthanasia program expansion have accused the Canadian doctors of aggressively pushing patients into the euthanasia program. In June, doctors reportedly proposed a paper, the possibility of harvesting organs from euthanasia subjects while they were still alive. To me that's an outrageous proposal that further fuels criticism of the already controversial
euthanasia program. In May, a Canadian doctor was placed under supervision after it was assessed that he engaged in serious breaches of the euthanasia program, including assessing a man for euthanasia outside a Tim Horton's restaurant. Last month's Relatives of an 83-year-old Canadian woman blasted the Canadian government supporting the elderly woman to death through their euthanasia program, accusing the nation's healthcare system of subjecting her to a hideously botched procedure that left her covered in blood in her final moments. Meanwhile Ben Asquela's deposed socialist dictator, Nicholas Maduro and his wife, again, expected to face new charges on the alleged torture of American citizens who were unjustly kept as political prisoners. We raised that a little earlier in the show, but it is clear that Maduro's efforts to have the case against him dismissed in New York have been denied, and there is no question
that he is going. He and his wife are going to a June trial. Meanwhile the Democratic National Committee sued the Trump administration on Wednesday, accusing it of using taxpayer funding to craft political advertisements ahead of November's midterm elections. The Democrat National Committee filed a lawsuit with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, alleging that millions of dollars were spent on one amount to government propaganda according to the associated press. The Democrat National Committee complaint also claimed that Trump personally directed the ads and wants the court to declare them legal. This comes despite Trump saying on Monday that he would pay for future ads using his own super PAC, adding that they are a positive promotion for our great USA. The ads began airing in September, and estimated it cost about $12 million so far. Democrat National Committee Chairman Ken Martin said this is Trump's last-digit attempt
to save Republicans in November. He said Americans deserve better than to have their harder- and tax dollars used for Trump's illegal schemes. These ads are clear violation of the congressional ban of the use of appropriated funds for publicity or propaganda purposes, according to the DNC's legal counts, at least that's what he wrote in his lawsuit. I raised the question of whether the coverage by ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN and MSNBC should be declared as in-kind corporate contributions under our federal election law. It's totally illegal as what this DNC lawsuit alleges. President Trump personally directed this illegal activity, according to the Democrat's complaint. The White House office crafted these partisan messages according to them. The Office of Management and Budget shifted $20 million to pay for it, and US Customs and Border Protection has carried it out.
President Trump's political property and the ads earned a time to resesterate his historically little approval ratings and avoid widespread Republican defeats in the 2026 midterm elections. That's how their law sues reads, doesn't mean it's right. This news comes as the president is fighting another lawsuit from three media outlets, CNN, Politico and MSNOW, formerly known as MSNBC. CNN had to change their name because nobody believed them. I still don't get my news from CNN for the same reason I don't drink out of the toilet. They of course are claimed that by being banned from having office space within the White House or seats on Air Force One, that this is somehow an abridgment of their First Amendment or free speech rights. No where in the Constitution are these three particular establishment media outlets guaranteed office space in the White House press pool or a seat on Air Force One.
No one is abridging or limiting their right to report anything they want, which is why they continue to report lies on a regular basis. The outlets filed an emergency lawsuit in federal court, leading US district judge Timothy Telly to issue a temporary restraining order restoring their credentials. The credentials were never removed. All that was removed from them was their ability to be inside the White House press compound. The ruling was only for two weeks, however, the set to expire this Thursday, unless of course Judge Telly extends it. Trump initially announced the ban on truth social, I guess was last month, and said the outlets were not reporting honestly. I'm proud to announce that effectively I'm banning fake news CNN, MSNW, and Politico from their ridiculous positioning in the White House. He also cited the fact that Politico, according to federal records, got an $8 million subsidy
under US AID. Can't even imagine what that was for. This was, of course, took place under the guidance of President Joe Biden. It seems like corruption to me. Meanwhile, the FBI arrested a Somali American allegedly planning an ISIS attack in Minnesota. The FBI arrested a Somali man in Minnesota on Tuesday who allegedly planned to attack the Mall of America later this month. CBS News citing a criminal complaint reported that 18-year-old chic my doom Abdul-E. Muhammad posted a video online pledging allegiance to the Islamic State Terrorist Group back in September. Muhammad allegedly wanted to attack the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. That was planned for October 24 during a among arts celebration. The FBI arrested him at gunpoint after he purchased an AK-47 style rifle from an agency
source, according to CBS. Minnesota's US Attorney Dan Rosen said that at a Wednesday press conference, the complaint against Muhammad with acquiring an AK-47 assault weapon in 200 rounds of ammunition in order to commit an act of terrorism, including attempting to provide material, support to a designated foreign terrorist organization was entailed in the criminal indictment. Federal law enforcement is standing up to their calling to protect us, he added, here, because of our vigilance and diligence, we're able to detect a threat and disrupt it before the defendant carried out his intention to kill in his words between 30 and 60 people. The US Attorney Rosen identified Muhammad as an American citizen, but one of Somali descent, according to the Associated Press. CBS News reported in the complaint, authorities say, confidential human source exchanged
hundreds of bi-directional messages through multiple social media and encrypted message applications with Muhammad from December 24 until this past Tuesday. In those exchanges, Muhammad allegedly expressed the desire to travel to Somalia to join El Shabab and fight on or in its behalf and to commit a mass casualty attack in the state of Minnesota. But in July, he informed the source that he didn't have enough money to travel to Somalia, so he intended to perpetrate a mass casualty attack here in the United States for the sake of Allah only, he said. The complaint says Muhammad said he wanted to attack the Mall of America because he's owned by Jews. He also said he was inspired and parked by last years, deadly anti-Semitic attack on Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, again, according to CBS News. Town Hall's Dustin Grange noted in a social media post, the Tuesday's arrest comes after
Somali gang's shootings in communities not very far from the Mall of America. KSTP television in St. Paul's report, there have been three shooting incidents in recent days in what has believed to be Somali gang-related violence. Fortunately, there were no deaths from those shootings, only minor injuries occurred. I applaud the U.S. attorney for preventing what could have been another case of mass murder. Meanwhile, the implementation of New York City's Democrat mayor, Zoram Mamdami's new pede tear tax was ruled arbitrary and capricious, making this a major setback for the socialist official and his efforts to tax wealthier citizens. Mamdami proposed the tax for homes worth at least $5 million, as well as co-ops and condos worth at least $1 million, if they are unoccupied non-primary residences.
State Island, Staten Island, Supreme Court Justice Wayne Ozzy ruled that the city inappropriately mailed notices to over 1,000 New Yorkers who are actually not subject to the tax according to report that I read in the New York Post. The homeowners were then substantially harmed and penalized needlessly when they had to show city officials they were not liable or eligible to pay the tax. Ozzy concluded that of the 17,000 notices sent to New York City residents they needed to be canceled and then must be resent individually if appropriate. Matt Rauschenbach, a spokesperson for Mamdami, did ounce the rulings in a statement saying today's decision is wrong and we will invoke a stay of the injunction according to report that I read in the Associated Press. Should the Mamdami Administration be accountable for mishandling tax notices, with a stay we will continue implementing the search arch fairly, efficiently and in full compliance
with the law as we have from day one. Randy Mastro, who filed a lawsuit against the policy on behalf of residents meanwhile celebrated the ruling. We are gratified that the court has recognized we were right all along he said. The fact is this administration failed to follow state law when it burdened New York City homeowners with proving they live in their homes or should be on the hook for paying a new search arch. Matt Strom is of course a former deputy mayor of the city of New York. Thanks for joining us today in the Stone Zone. I'm Roger Stone. Don't go away though because we'll be right back with more politics. But Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network. This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone.
Roger Stone is the very very one of the smartest political minds. Roger Stone was persecuted. People forget he's actually a brilliant, brilliant political analyst. Now give him his own. It's the Stone Zone. Here's Roger Stone. Welcome back into the Stone Zone. Homeland Security Investigations reviewed 50.6 million records from a Justice Department database and found that 48.4 million from other sources including public voter rolls and a search for non-citizens on the rolls. The Department has said that about 250,000 non-citizens were registered in California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Nevada alone. By late May, agents had opened 418 voter fraud cases and made 64 administrative arrests. More than 1,500 leads went to field offices. New Jersey mistakenly added at least 6,000 non-citizens to the rolls. It wasn't a mistake and about 400 of them cast ballots.
Records released Wednesday show that the HSI considered undercover agents for groups in New Jersey and Pennsylvania suspected of facilitating registration by non-citizens. A Department of Homeland Security spokesman said that the Department had been public about using voter files and is focused on prosecuting and removing illegals who are voting in the United States. The leftist nonprofit, Democracy Forward, said the president wants to pick the voters. In actuality, the Trump administration is just enforcing the law. Blue states have resisted sharing their voting roles with the federal government. It's not because the state's rights, it's because they don't want their fraud blueprint to be exposed. The Trump administration is just beginning to scratch the surface when it comes to the pervasive fraud that is taking place throughout the country. Even if it's worse than we could have imagined, this all could have been solved. The course with passage of the Save America Act, which would have simply required that
an individual be a U.S. citizen and have a photo ID. Sadly, this legislation has been held up in the U.S. Senate, where there are 51 votes, including Vice President J.D. Vance to pass it, but the Artene and Artec Philobuster Rule has prevented that from becoming the law. Meanwhile, outgoing U.S. Senator Tom Tillis of North Carolina told CNN the party should get back from what it calls the Drift of Populism and return to conservative principles. This guy may be the worst example of establishment country-club republicanism I've seen in my 50 years in American politics, particularly he wants to put an end to tariffs and return to the free trade status quo that allowed America to be hollowed out and destroyed by foreign competitors. Tillis also complained about President Trump's comments towards Vladimir Putin and the United's having equity stakes in certain companies.
Some of Tillis' remarks could be seen as good faith disagreements, which are always welcome to a large coalition, but his record shows that he cannot be trusted. Because Rhinos like Tillis to save America assets in the Senate will not be passed because the caucus of weak Republicans do not have the courage to move this forward. They're playing beat the clock and waiting for Trump to leave office so they can try to switch the party back to being the party of the country clubs and the elite, bring out the big old days of good old days of neo-conservatism and endless foreign war. I don't think the public wants that. I don't think the party will ever go back to being anything other than the party of hardworking middle class Americans and taxpayers. Donald Trump's changes in our party are permanent. Those who are dreaming for a return to the days when the Bush family ran the Republican party are in for a massive surprise. Long after Donald Trump has ridden off into the sunset, the Republican party will be
the party of the middle class. While the Democrat party will be the party of the billionaires, the party of high tech, the party of Wall Street and the party of the country clubs. I'm Roger Stone.
