The following is a paid political announcement. Albany keeps making promises. Here, the bills keep going up. Thomas Sullivan isn't a politician. He's a neighbor, a colonel who led soldiers overseas, a business owner who made payroll at home. Thomas spent his life serving us, not politicians. In Albany, he'll fight to lower taxes, protect our streets, and make this a place families can afford to stay. From Ozone Park to the Rockaways, Thomas shows them. Not just at election time. Thomas Sullivan for Assembly District 23, he served us then. He'll fight for us now. Paid for by Sullivan for State Assembly. My name is Shannon Maldonado. MUSIC This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone. People love him and respect him. Roger Stone. Now, give him his own. It's the Stone Zone. Here's Roger Stone. MUSIC You are now entering the Stone Zone. Well, former special counsel, Jack Smith, will only a week ago testify before the US Senate that he was a nonpartisan, non-political career prosecutor, wore an anti-Trump T-shirt at a music festival Saturday in Maryland. Photos of him are clad in it are all over the internet. The shirt said, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band of Hopen Dreams, tour No Kings, and just the news reported Sunday

that Springsteen was long voiced opposition to President Donald Trump. And his supporters were one of the acts at the event called power to the people fast. Bruce Springsteen will never be Bob Dylan. Full fighters lead singer Dave Grawl dedicated his bands, song to my hero, my new friend, Jack Smith. One photo showed Smith with another man wearing a Scottish kilt and a t-shirt that appeared to show a quote from the movie character Indiana Jones, who said, Nazis, I hate these guys. That doesn't show that Jack Smith's investigation all along was the appointed takedown of the Democrat's chief political opposition, President Donald Trump, then I don't know what does. Today we learned that former Attorney General Merrick Garland, who insisted that he and he alone made the decision to launch the questionable and I think illegal raid on Marlago in search of documents that would have proved

that their whole entire Russian collusion thing was a hoax cooked up by Barack Obama and his cabal. In fact, did so under amorousness prodding by the Biden White House. So in other words, Merrick Garland lied under oath to the US Senate. Hmm, that's exactly what they charged me with. The difference was that no mistatement that I made under oath was material. In other words, unlike Merrick Garland, I wasn't hiding any underlying crime. There was no Russian collusion or WikiLeaks collaboration for me to lie about. Jack Smith was never the unbiased prosecutor conducting cross-coutorial work on a legitimate basis. He was a Democrat hatchet man appointed for one purpose and one purpose only to destroy the 2024 presidential campaign of President Donald Trump. All along, Smith insisted he had no biases. He was only investigating the truth. We now know that Smith's statements about supposed

and objectivity have no real basis in reality. The truth is he was thumbing his nose at the Justice Department days after testifying in Congress our current Justice Department, showing how untouchable Smith may really be. The Department of Justice should open a complete and total investigation into the prosecutorial misconduct of Jack Smith and for leading a politicized and baseless investigation to President Trump, yielding false charges based on faulty and manufactured evidence. Smith is the one who should be charged. No one, as the Liberals used to say during Watergate, is above the law. That includes Jack Smith, journalist, Katherine Harich, perhaps the single greatest investigative journalist of our time, reported the information belonging to thousands of Americans who donated to the Republican Party was actually collected and dismissed investigations. Harich said that she believes the big takeaway is that the investigations by Jack Smith, whether it was the special counsel investigation or any of the other precursor investigations or much broader and more sweeping than most Americans realized.

She was referring to a recent headline stating that about 5,000 Americans who exercise their absolute political right to make political donations to the Republican Party or Donald Trump, most of these, by the way, were small donations, $5, $10, even $1. Their financial information was collected from the front of their check. So addresses, names, phone numbers, bank account numbers and routing numbers, all collected by the special counsel. I think it was Senator Mike Lee of Utah who said this is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution. So in his view, it was an unlawful search and seizure of average Americans donor information and an infringement of their right to donate to the political party of their choice. Not only was the basis of Smith's investigation faulty, we now know that the FBI told Smith repeatedly that he had insufficient probable cause to stage the raid at Marlago, but he went ahead anyway. And the Attorney General, Merrick Garland, lied under oath about it to the Senate

because it was approved by the Biden White House. It's outrageous that the illegal spying on average citizens as well as members of Congress, which seemed to be a big deal back during Watergate, doesn't seem to matter to your average garden variety liberal at this point. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump opened the final midterm sprint this weekend with rallies for John Usted and the Google tutorial candidate, the Vec Groms-Rama Swami, that was in Ohio, which Donald Trump carried comfortably in both 2024 and in 2016 is now reportedly competitive in both the Senate and the governor's race. President is taking no chances in keeping this crucial background state red, President Trump showed up to steadfastly defend his record. He said Republicans can beat the polling once his voters show up. He's right about that. Trump has always exceeded it, turning out marginal voters or those voters who are less interested in turning out when Trump himself is not on the ballot.

The President also defended AI data centers, which has become a controversial hot bucks and issue in this campaign on the grounds that either America builds them or China will. China will not wait and neither should wait, but it's largely based on disinformation. I think many voters don't understand that these data centers can be constructed so they do not utilize local water for their cooling systems. There are multiple technologies that don't require the use of local water nor do the AI centers need to be plugged into the local grid for electricity. There are multiple closed loop electricity generating programs that can do that or should say technologies. So this idea that a data center is going to rob a local community of their water or increase your utility rates is simply not true. The communist Chinese are pouring millions of dollars into the NGO fake campaign, to spread myths and distrust in the data center issue,

but folks you heard it here in the Stone Zone, don't buy it. Presidential coalition does not transfer biosmosis when the President's name is not on the ballot. It transfers when the nominee stands on their record, you stand who was appointed to the Senate by the governor of Ohio when JD Vance abandoned that seat to become Vice President of the United States and Vivek Ramaswamy are being asked to hold a state that only became read through the influence of President Donald Trump. Ohio was a swing state, became a solidly Republican state under Trump. Now Trump is doing everything he can to make sure the voters know that you step and Ramaswamy are his candidates, not some run of the Mil Rhino's who slither into those positions. Hopefully the Trump bump will come through once again, Ohio during the midterms, I see that happening. Meanwhile, the jockeying has already begun for the 2028 presidential nomination of the Republican Party with Ted Cruz, also known as Fat Dracula. A guy who sounds amazing to me like Mr. Haney

of Green Acres, a guy with a very short fuse and even shorter possibility of being the Republican nominee. Openly attacking Vice President JD Vance, a clear signal that Ted Cruz thinks that he will do better than he did in 2016. When he teamed up with Jeb Bush and Ohio Governor John Kasich in a pincer move to try to stop Donald Trump from the nomination, Ted Cruz has never been particularly a fan of mine right back to the time that I exposed the fact that his father Raphael Angel Cruz, a pastor, was in fact part of Lee Harvey Oswald's crew on the ground in New Orleans in 1963. I base this not on conjecture, but on the testimony of Judith Berry Baker who was indisputably Lee Harvey Oswald's mistress, but also photos of Cruz's father that can be found in the Warren Commission report. Now, I wanna be absolutely clear,

that doesn't mean that Ted Cruz's father was actively involved in the assassination of John F. Kennedy because you see, I believe Lee Harvey Oswald was exactly what he said he was, a pat sea. And therefore, the entire operation on the ground in New Orleans where Cruz and a group of others were handing out pro-Fidel Castro literature on a street causing a scuffle, was staged by the Central Intelligence Agency or the FBI in an effort to establish Lee Harvey Oswald's left wing credentials. Remember that in his first term, President Donald Trump declassified a number of the JFK assassination documents, and among those documents was the 1099 from the FBI that they had paid Lee Harvey Oswald as an informant. Funny how that happens. Meanwhile, others looking at the race for president, Chris Christie says that he may have to save the Republican Party. My opinion only thing he's saving is room

for his third dessert, but he says he may run for president. Run, I'd be surprised if he can actually walk. He seems to have think that we've all forgotten his antics in which I believe it was Chris Christie who closed down the George Washington Bridge, an active vengeance against a local mayor who's towned at the bridge at the base of the George Washington Bridge. A Democrat had refused to endorse Christie's reelection. He sacrificed his age who ultimately had their convictions overturned, but knowing what control Freaky is, I still believe that Chris Christie was well aware of the George Washington Bridge plot. And of course, he was a finisher, a finalist in the 2016 contest for Vice President. Just think what would have happened if Donald Trump had selected Chris Christie, not only would he have left no food for anybody else on the campaign plane, but the campaign would have exploded in mid-air

with the George Washington Bridge scandal. It's interesting, Ron DeSantis clearly signaling that he too is going to try another presidential campaign. Back in 2018, when he trail Republican Adam Putnam, the State Agriculture Commissioner and the Florida Group of Ritorial Race, Ron DeSantis was a politically non-entity. He served as a Republican member of Congress, where he voted for numerous bills to advance agendas adjacent to the establishment political class. His candidacy was made by one Donald J. Trump. Trump was persuaded by my friend Matt Gates to endorse DeSantis, whose campaign then broke and in single digits, took off like a rocket. That is exactly how DeSantis got to the governor's office. As far as representing Congress for the sixth district, prior to being governor, he actually voted for a bill which would make Puerto Rico another state, which of course would hand them to U.S. senators and it's probably several congressmen

but all of them to the Democrat party. But what was the tip off here is pretty clear. When Vice President JD Vance joined Byron Donnell's, the Republican candidate for governor in Lakeland, Florida, late last week, Ron DeSantis was nowhere to be found. He was actually in Miami hanging out with the globalist, Ken Griffin, who gave millions of dollars to DeSantis's last crash and burn presidential campaign, an active treachery, in which I believe Ron DeSantis knife the man who made him governor in the back rather than waiting his turn. Ron DeSantis's chances of being the Republican presidential nominee, I would say fat and slim. I'm Roger Stone, the listen to the Stone Zone, don't go away because we'll be right back.

This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone. Roger Stone is the very very one of the smartest political minds. Roger Stone was persecuted, people forget he's actually a brilliant, brilliant political analyst. Now get him his own, it's the Stone Zone. Here's Roger Stone. Welcome back into the Stone Zone, White House Treasury Secretary Scott Besan said this week that a rhyme will have no oil on the water and no oil revenues for the first time in history since they began pumping. Besan put the score through the straits at about 1.1 billion barrels for the United States and zero for Iran. Kepler and Vortexa recorded no Iranian crude loadings last month. Loading said already crashed to zero back in August for about 250,000 barrels a day. Other Persian golf producers moved 23.3 million barrels a day over the past week through the straits. This is almost back at pre-war levels.

The blockade being driven by this Treasury Secretary and the Secretary of War at the direction of President Trump is effectively separating Tehran's export vow from everybody else's, a massive success in isolating them economically, which was the administration's explicit goal from the beginning. A regime that cannot load a tanker has less to threaten the straits of her mose with and more reason to reach a reasonable deal. It's been a longer process than we would have imagined the outset to be sure, but little by little, Iran is getting squeezed and put into a no-win position. They're hanging on by the skin of their teeth. They're doing it because they're hoping for a better deal in the midterm elections. They know that a Democrat Congress would go much easier on them than President Donald Trump. President Trump's unrelated strength and his endometer will will ultimately bring them to their knees. The other producers are already shipping. Iran is the only country that is at zero.

This is the type of pressure they have never experienced before. They can end the pain, but only if they accepted on President Trump's terms rather than theirs. Very good news. Again, coming out of South America, Flavio Bolsonaro, son of Jair Bolsonaro, an ally of President Donald Trump, led Sunday's first round of presidential voting in Brazil. The period's just short of the 50% needed to win outright. This sets up in October 20th. Runoff against Marxist President Lula De Silva. De Silva, of course, got caught in penal corruption, but they changed the Constitution to allow him to run for President again. Latin America's two rival projects, a nationalist right organized around Bolsonaro, and a Marxist left has governed and increasingly state authoritarian power and diplomatic hostility to Washington will now have a second runoff. The first round is a lead, but it is not a total victory.

Runoff, some Brazil have a habit of tightening when the left consolidates and uses every tool they're disposed of to rig the outcome, I believe they did that, exactly that in the last presidential election. If the corrupt leftists a little less stays in power, that would mean contingent belligerence from Brazil through the remainder of President Trump's final term in office. American energy and security policy and hemisphere will be jeopardized as a result and Lula can throw a wrench into the broader.ro doctrine plans. But it's not coincidental that without USAID pouring millions of dollars into Lula's campaign coffers that he has suffered in the first round and that the nationalist pro-US pro-Trump candidate, Flavio Bolsonaro, has an excellent chance to win it all on October 25th. Absent voter theft and outright stealing within the election. That's what I think happened last time. We pray to God, it does not happen again.

I'm Roger Stone, you're listening to Stone Zone, whatever you do, don't go away because it will be right back. This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone. Roger Stone is the very very one of the smartest political minds. Roger Stone was persecuted, people forget he's actually a brilliant political analyst. Now get him his own, it's the Stone Zone. Here's Roger Stone. This is Roger Stone and you're diving head first back into the Stone Zone, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio lifted off for Iceland Monday to continue pressing US interests in the Arctic two weeks after Washington and the SEAL Day security pack with the Danish protectorate.

President Trump, of course, using his amazing ability online to troll about Greenland becoming a state when that was never really the objective. It is interesting that every president since Dwight Eisenhower has recognized the strategic importance of Greenland. It stands between us and Russia in terms of access to those waters. Rubio will meet in Reykjavik to discuss economic and security collaboration with the US State Department, releasing a statement to that effect earlier today. This lightning visit as symbolic as it is political comes after the US signed a security pack with Denmark and Greenland in light September on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly meeting in New York. The agreement has apparently put an end to President Trump's threats to buy or even annex Greenland, which soured relations with the European Union. All that time, I think Trump was trolling in order to get

a better security deal as now done so. Only Donald Trump could get away with this. Before taking off, Rubio described Iceland as a good friend of the United States. So this Secretary of State said it's an opportunity to stop there and meet with them. It really is a result of a conversation I have with their leaders at the NATO Summit with leaders. Earlier this year, and with their foreign minister, some really looking forward to it. Under this new pact, Washington plans to establish two new military bases on Greenland, drawing the autonomous Danish territory further into the US orbit. The truth is Denmark cannot afford to defend Greenland, nor can they defend, nor can they afford to support them in the event of an attack the United States can and will. With competition on the rise in the Arctic, Iceland has regained its status as a strategic player, easing as the island continues to rely heavily on the United States for their security. At the start of September, Trump sparked new controversy

by sharing an AI-generated map that appeared to show all of North America, the Caribbean, Greenland, and Iceland as the United States of America. He was only joking folks, but it drove the liberals crazy. In response, Reykjavik summons the US ambassador to convey a clear message that the image was wholly inappropriate. Iceland's foreign ministry said in a statement at the time to the American public, seems like these Icelanders can't take a joke. Iceland had voted in late August 52.8% to 47.2%, against assuming negotiations on joining the European Union, which had been frozen since 2013. The last US Secretary of State to visit Iceland was Anthony Blinken. That was in 2021. Since gaining independence in 1944, Iceland has never had a military. It has always relied on the NATO, the North American, pardon me, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization

for its security, and on a bilateral defense pact that they signed with the United States in 1951. Washington does not have a permanent base in Iceland, but now it will have two. But we are looking to consolidate our control over the Arctic access routes that are coveted by both Russia and China. Trump, once again, signaled his obsession with Greenland, a smart one in my view, on Sunday, posting on his truth social platform, an AI-generated image of his face, looming over what appears to be, it's the Iceland landscape, accompanied, by the words, hello, Greenland. You got to love this president. After Iceland, Rubio continues on to Athens Grace participate in a strategic dialogue with NATO member Greece on regional and energy security according to the State Department. The wars in Iran and Ukraine have laid bear the fragility of energy supply chains in Greece. His wisely positioning self could become a key hub

in Southeastern Europe for natural gas transport. The visit follows media reports about possible conflicts of interest, including the US ambassador to Greece, Kimberly Guilfoyle, who is a former Fiancè of Donald Trump Jr., and ex-wife of California governor Gavin Newsom. I believe that these reports are a vicious, vicious smear. In a letter addressed to Rubio Congressman Greg Meeks, a hyperpartisan from New York, sought clarification of a Wall Street Journal report alleging that she's today the United States could create political change in European countries. I'm not really sure what she did wrong. I suspect the answer is nothing. Rubio later wraps up his European tour with the briefstop in Lisbon. This is going to be a very important trip by our Secretary of State. Meanwhile, the United States has announced that legal immigration from Muslim majority nations has fallen by more than 90% from 2020, four levels.

The number, if it holds, is the largest quiet change in admission policy since the travel restrictions of the first term. It does not touch the southern border. It touches visas, interviews, and the decision to stop treating every applicant from a high risk country with kid gloves. The Trump administration has made certain that it is an honor and a privilege to be admitted to the United States. It is not a right. After all, America is the shining city on the hill, as President Ronald Reagan used to call it, not a massive resources or a free lunch to be exploited by foreigners. A republic of any kind may set a criteria for who enters. A simulation, terror records, and the behavior of prior cohorts are legitimate screens and questions. It should come as no surprise, countries, that are dominated by Muslims, also receive the harshest screening. This is not because of discrimination, but due to the terrible conditions of these nations

living under the yoke of radical Islam. President Trump is cutting off these potential threats before they get to our country. The Trump administration is fighting the political battle to keep them out before they get disaffected, or radicalized, and commit a terrorist attack. As many we have foolishly let into our doors already have already done under the guise of humanitarianism. Former Congressman Denny Hassert died over the weekend and his home in Illinois died of natural causes. He was 84. He was the longest serving Republican speaker, serving eight years from 1999. That served for 20 years from the 14th District, Illinois. Retiring in 2007 with the GAVO and the title, unfortunately he pled guilty in 2015 to structuring bank withdrawal so he could hide $3.5 million paid to a former child rape victim for their silence. Judge Thomas Durkin called him a serial child molester and said his claim that the victim had extorted him

was unconscionable. He served only 13 months of a 15 month sentence, paid a $250,000 fine, and sat through sex offender treatment. Hassert never received true justice. Based on everything I know, he raped countless young boys, age 14 to 17, in the 1970s when he was coaching wrestling at Yorkville High School in Illinois. While the Republican Party has lectured the nature about Christian values, a man who raped little boys was their speaker of the house. For those who think that the Stone Zone is a pardoned form, I am criticizing the Republican Party. You can hear it right now. This is a stain on the GOP and part of what made President Trump's wholesale rejection of Republican orthodoxy and the Republican establishment seems so appealing when he came down that golden escalator back in 2015. Their countless morally repugnant credence who have served in Congress and both parties

and Hassert sadly is among the worst of them. He's gone and he will not be missed. Hopefully, Denny Hassert will not be forgotten as an example of the type of people that can rise up in the ranks of leadership even within our own party and our own networks if we are not vigilant. In the meantime, Paul Tinko, Deputy Director of the fifth district Republican Task Force was fired last Friday, proflashing an OK sign in a Hamilton County door knocking photo. Tinko said the picture meant to him look fine, but left wing propaganda outlets like the ADL and the Southern Poverty Law Center, I've spent years calling that gesture some kind of white power hands signal. This is absurd. Anyone of my generation knows that the OK sign given as a circle with the fingers means exactly that. OK, is not some secret hand signal that signals white supremacy.

This is an absurdity. Conservative spent the weekend calling the Liberals Out, Turning Point Action offered Tinko a job, Turning Point Action CEO, Tyler Boehler, called the reading a manufactured hoax and invited Tinko to become an affiliate of Turning Point USA. I posted a picture myself of my giving this hand gesture who anyone my age knows simply means OK. Also for those who are deep sea divers, it is a signal universal signal that the diver has oxygen. You have to be pretty demented to believe that this has some secret political meaning when it has none. But earlier today, Indiana Republican Chairwoman Lana Criesling reversed the firing. She said she had not had the full picture, made the wrong call, and apologized for a conclusion that the facts did not support. Paul Tinko accepted, and therefore all is now well in the world. He thanked people who pushed back and said the work should

be centered around getting Max Englund elected as Secretary of State in Indiana. The apology is admission and a step of the right direction of my view. Tinko took responsibility, but Bid did not name who brought her the reading or which outside list applied it. She should, in my opinion, name names and root them out, the chair who jumps to a left-wing definition of a meaningless hand symbol that everyone uses is committing major malpractice, rehiring this man, Paul Tinko stops the bleeding. Does not change the structural problems going on within the Republican Party at every level. Rhino's must be rooted out. We should not fall for this false narrative that the universally recognized OK signal means anything other than OK. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump renewed his demand for Sunshine Protection, or the Sunshine Protection Act, in essence, ending the entire concept of daylight saving time. The House passed this bill back in July. The Senate is still not passed it.

Trump says that Senator Tom Cotton is the whole, the one Senator who can stop it, and then Arkansas, a state he won three times, last time by 34 points, should tell Cotton to get in gear. Daylight saving times made sense when we were largely a grary in society, dominated by farmers. It was an attempt to get an extra hour of work in the fields. Today, it is an anachronism in modern America. I laughed pretty hard when President Trump even shouted out Cotton's cell phone number, told constituents in Arkansas to call the Arkansas Senator. Cotton answered that Congress has tried permanent daylight saving time before and repealed it when winter sun rises, arrived in the dark, and then Arkansas parents do not want their children on the road before a dog. He said, he'll put the state first, even it means spitting in the face of President Trump and his sound logical reason. One Senator's convenience is not a veto the country voted for. There's a massive productivity drain that occurs

because of an outdated custom of daylight saving times. Cotton wants to keep that in place for the silliest of reasons, even worse than this. Senator Tom Cotton has been a frequent advocate for the powers of the deep state. He actually went to war with former National Security Advisor, Tulsi Gabbard, tried to remove her ability to declassify documents. Senator Cotton argued that only the CIA should have the ability to declassify documents. Does anyone in the right mind think that if that were true that the CIA would never declassify any document that might be mildly embarrassing to them, given their involvement in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, which has now been absolutely proved due to the declassification documents by Tulsi Gabbard, as well as the findings of the church committee back in the 70s, the idea of leaving the authority declassified, the country's deepest secrets to the CIA and the CIA alone, as Senator Tom Cotton would do, is a terrible, terrible idea.

As far as daylight savings time is concerned, I hope the President ultimately prevails, but remember the Senate has this anachronism, the so-called history where you need under the filibuster rule, 60 votes. So a majority cannot determine the results of the US Senate. A woeful minority can frustrate the will of the majority unless you can get 60 votes to move something to the floor. President Trump is right about this. Senator Republicans should do away with the filibuster rule. It's an anachronism, it's a custom, it's a tradition, it is not a law. The instant the Democrats get control of the Senate, I don't think that'll be in 2026, but when they do, if they do, the first thing they will do is repeal the filibuster rule so they can pack the Supreme Court with three more justices. They admit as much. Just as they admit that if they win the House this fall, they will begin an inquisition that makes them

better and the Jack Smith investigations look like child's play. They're the ones interested in revanging retaliation, endless investigations and manufactured hoaxes like the Russian collusion hoax and the two phony impediments of Donald Trump. That's the best reason I can think of why folks should vote red. I'm Roger Stone, to listen to the Stone Zone, don't go away because we'll be right back. Bestone Zone. Intertaining and informative. On the Red Apple Podcast Network. This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone. Roger Stone is the very, very, one of the smartest political minds. Roger Stone was persecuted. People forget he's actually a brilliant, brilliant political analyst. Now, get him his own. It's the Stone Zone. Here's Roger Stone. Welcome back into the Stone Zone.

I'm your host, Roger Stone. I have been a very vocal and early critic of the so-called flock cameras that are watching virtually every American citizen at this point. I think they are an outrageous violation of our fourth amendment rights. Well, it turns out a federal judge in Tulsa, Oklahoma held at a sheriff's deputy violated the fourth amendment by searching a woman's plate in the flock system database without a warrant. He called the system indiscriminate mass surveillance, not aimed at one person collecting every vehicle that passes a networked camera and serving the file to law enforcement on demand. Tracking in public he wrote becomes constitutionally problematic when the government can just passively catalog whereabouts over time and pull them whenever convenient. In other words, there is no probable cause. Evidence after the search was suppressed as a fruit of the poisonous tree. Lawyers will understand that. This order binds the case, the description binds the product.

A camera on a pole records every plate, stores the passage and lets a deputy query it like a search engine is not a toll reader. It's a movement file. It's an infrastructure for big brother, one that can be turned on during a crisis. Imagine a COVID lockdown enforced with flock cameras, for example. Senator Josh Hawley's warning about searchable public record was the legislative version of this judicial opinion. Flock cameras can be useful tools for public safety, but only for a strict binding fourth amendment projections which violators being punished harshly for abusing the network. Until that happens, flock cameras are the literal manifestation of the Orwellian nightmare, big brother watching us all staring in the face at every single traffic stop. This is why I think flock cameras are unconstitutional and why you see across the country citizens objecting to them, I'm not suggesting the everybody go out and damage a flock camera.

And I make no such suggestion, but I see that some citizens have done that. I hope the courts will ultimately rule if these cameras are unconstitutional, so they are used nowhere. The idea that they are keeping us safe is not outweighed by the fact that they're violating our privacy rights under the fourth amendment of the US Constitution. Meanwhile, the Department of Education and the Department of Justice told states on Monday that parents' rights are non-negotiable. Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon, a good friend of mine from Connecticut, said the Biden years treated parents as the enemy, labeled them as terrorists, and AMG weaponized government now at them, and that era is now finally over. Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dylan called parents to children's natural providers and protectors, the notice rests on two statutes that are already on the books. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, and the protection of pupil rights amendment. Carver's access to educational records, the right to directed children's and children's schooling,

and prior rate consent before a mental health screening. Unoption is not consent. Attorney generals across the country were asked to help enforce these laws. Schools that built a second file on a child and kept it from the parents did so under the Biden administration encouragement. The correction is the record and the signature, a screening for distress, identity, or anything else. A counselor decides it's clinical, but does not proceed because of a form in the office as the parent may decline. There have been horror stories of children being transitioned without their parents' knowledge, and then the parents being treated as criminals for attempting to intervene to save their own children. The child is not a client of the school district or the state. A parent is not a suspect for asking what the district wrote down in their secret files. The Trump administration is making clear that once again, federal policy is just one of common sense. Parents should have governance over their children,
