Hey, this is Strawberry Wine Thalak, Sarah Marie Anderson. How y'all doing out there today? I hope everybody is doing well. If you're not doing well, let's find a way to get well, look well. And of course, you know it be well. Today, we're just going to listen to a morning prayer. Because we only prayer. And I hope that this prayer reaches out and heal whatever it's been to your body. And welcome to this peaceful Sunday morning prayer. Before you begin your day, take a moment to slow down. Put aside the thoughts about everything you need to do. Put aside the worries about tomorrow. Put aside the conversations that are still playing in your mind and the problems you get on so right now. Today, let this prayer become a quiet moment between you and God. Let the noise of the world become distant for a few minutes.

Let your heart slow down. Let your thoughts settle. Because sometimes hope does not disappear all at once. Sometimes it becomes weak and little by little. A disappointment happens. A prayer seems unanswered. A relationship changes. A dream takes longer than expected. A difficult season continues. And eventually the heart begins asking, well, things ever get better. If you have ever felt that way, this prayer is for you. God can make you in the middle of uncertainty. Father, we come before you this Sunday morning with open hearts. We ask you to quiet our minds. Come our fears. Renew our strengths and fill our hearts with hope. Help us release everything that is too heavy for us to carry and trust you with the things we cannot control. Let this morning be a fresh beginning. Let your peace enter our thoughts. Let your presence surround our hearts. And let hope begin rising again. Father, as this new Sunday begins, I come before you exactly as I am. I do not want to pretend that everything is perfect. You already know my heart.

You know what I'm carrying, what I'm afraid of, what I'm hoping for, and what I've been struggling to understand. You know the thoughts I have never spoken aloud and the questions I have kept hidden inside. So today, I simply come to you honestly. I bring you my real heart, not the version of myself I show to everyone else. Lord, make me where I am this morning. If I am tired, give me rest. If I am discouraged, give me hope. If I am anxious, give me peace. If I feel lost, give me direction. If I feel weak, give me strength. If I have been carrying disappointment for too long, help me release it. I do not want to spend another day pretending that I can carry everything by myself. Teach me that asking you for help is not weakness. It is an act of trust. Father, you know the parts of my life that look fine from the outside but feel difficult on the inside. You know the responsibilities I carry. You know the expectations I place upon myself. You know the pressure I sometimes feel to succeed, to provide, to become better, to make the right decisions, and to have everything under control.

But Lord, remind me that I am not required to have every answer this morning. I am allowed to take one step at a time. I am allowed to breathe. I am allowed to rest in your presence. Father, I surrender this morning to you. Before I begin thinking about my responsibilities, help me remember who you are. Before I listen to every fearful thought, help me listen to your truth. Before I allow yesterday to determine how I feel about today, help me remember that you have given me another opportunity to begin again. This day does not have to repeat yesterday. There can be something new in it. There can be growth in it. There can be peace in it. There can be hope in it. Lord, if my heart has become discouraged because life has not happened according to my plans. Meet me there. Sometimes I thought I would be further ahead by now. Sometimes I expect it's certain things to happen sooner. Sometimes I believe a particular door would open. A particular relationship would remain. Or a particular dream would become reality. And when things changed, I did not always know how to respond.

Father, help me understand that a changed plan does not mean a meaningless life. My journey can still have purpose even when it looks different from what I imagined. Father, if I am carrying fear about the future, meet me there too. I may not know what tomorrow will bring. I may have financial concerns, family concerns, career concerns, relationship concerns, or questions about where my life is going. But today, I choose not to live inside every possibility my mind creates. I choose to return to this moment. I choose to breathe. I choose to trust you with what I cannot yet see. Lord, begin restoring hope inside me. Let hope become stronger than the voice that tells me everything will not rot. Let hope become stronger than the memory of previous failures. Let hope become stronger than the disappointment of unanswered prayers. Let hope remind me that my current circumstances are not necessarily my final circumstances. There are still things I have not seen, lessons I have not learned, people I have not met, opportunities I have not discovered, and moments I have not experienced.

Father, help me enter this Sunday with a different heart. Instead of waking up immediately thinking about problems, teach me to recognize blessings. Instead of beginning the day with fear, help me begin with gratitude. Instead of asking, what if everything goes wrong? Help me ask, how can I faithfully live this day? Give me the wisdom to focus on what is actually in front of me rather than becoming consumed by everything that might happen later. Lord, I place my heart into your hands this morning. Every fear, every dream, every question, every responsibility, every hope, and every uncertainty. I give them to you. I cannot control everything, but I can choose where I place my trust. And today, I choose to place my trust in you. Fill the empty places in my heart with hope. Client, what is restless within me. Strengthen what has become weak. Yale, what has been warned in. And remind me that I do not have to walk through this day alone. Father, thank you for giving me another morning. Thank you for another opportunity to begin again.

Whatever this Sunday brings, help me face it with a peaceful mind, a grateful heart, and a hopeful spirit. Let your presence guide me through every moment. Let your peace remain with me when circumstances become difficult. And let the hope in place within me today continue growing throughout the days ahead. Father, as I continue this prayer, I ask you to bring peace into my mind. You know how easily my thoughts can become crowded. One thought leads to another. One concern creates another question. And before I realize it, my mind is carrying things that have not even happened. I think about tomorrow while I am still living today. I worry about problems before they arrive. I replay conversations, imagine possible outcomes, and create scenarios that leave my heart exhausted. Lord, I ask you to quiet that noise within me and bring me back to the peace of this present moment. Father, help me understand that I do not have to solve my entire life today. There are decisions that can wake. There are questions that do not need immediate answers. There are situations that require patience rather than panic.

Give me wisdom to know what needs my attention today and what I need to leave in your hands. Take me to focus on what I can actually do instead of exhausting myself over everything I cannot control. Lord, when anxiety begins speaking loudly inside my mind, help me recognize that every fearful thought is not a prediction of the future. Just because I can imagine something going wrong does not mean it will happen. Just because something went wrong before does not mean it will happen again. Help me separate reality from fear. Give me a calm and thoughtful mind so that I can respond to life with wisdom instead of reacting for panic. Father, I surrender the things I cannot control. I cannot control what other people think about me. I cannot control how someone will respond to me. I cannot control every circumstance. I cannot control how quickly certain dreams become reality. I cannot control every change that may come into my life. But I can choose how I respond. I can choose patience. I can choose honesty. I can choose courage.

I can choose wisdom. And today, Lord, I choose to place everything beyond my control into your hands. Father, there are moments when my mind returns to the past. I remember something embarrassing, painful, disappointing, or heartbreaking. And suddenly I feel those emotions all over again. Help me remember that a memory is not the same thing as the present. What happened has happened. I may learn from it, but I do not have to relive it every day. I have made the grace to remember without becoming trapped. Let yesterday teach me without stealing the piece of today. Lord, I also surrendered my fear of tomorrow. Sometimes the future feels like a giant question mark. I wonder whether I will succeed, whether my plans will work, whether I will have enough, whether the people I love will be okay, and whether I will be able to have whatever comes next. Father, remind me that I have never actually lived tomorrow. I have only imagined it. Help me stop suffering today for problems that may never arrive. Father, let your peace reach the deepest places of my heart. Not just the surface where I appear calm to other people, but the hidden places where I carry uncertainty. Bring peace to the thoughts I cannot organize. Bring peace to the decisions I cannot make yet.

Bring peace to the situations I cannot fix immediately. Let me experience the kind of inner stoneness that allows me to breathe even when life around me is not completely settled. Lord, help me create space for quietness in my daily life. Teach me not to fill every moment with noise, information, comparison, or distraction. Help me make time to be still, to think clearly, to pray, and to listen. Sometimes I may be searching everywhere for an answer while forgetting to become quiet enough to recognize what wisdom is already available to me. Slow me down when I am moving too quickly. Father, when this day becomes busy, remind me of this moment. When something unexpected happens, remind me to pause before reacting. When someone says something hurtful, give me enough peace to choose my response carefully. When a plan changes, help me adapt without immediately assuming everything is ruined. When I face a difficult decision, give me clarity instead of confusion. Let peace become something I carry with me rather than something I only experience when everything goes perfectly. And Father, as I continue into the Sunday, let my mind become quieter and my heart become lighter.

Help me stop carrying tomorrow before it arrives. Help me stop reliving yesterday after it has passed. Teach me to receive today as it is. A gift, an opportunity, and a new beginning. I trust you with what I cannot control. I trust you with what I cannot understand. And I trust you with the future that I cannot yet see. Let your peace guide my thoughts, strengthen my heart, and remain with me throughout this entire day. Father, there are moments when my heart becomes discouraged because life does not always look the way I hoped it would. Sometimes I look at where I am and compare it with where I thought I would be by now. I may have imagined different circumstances, different relationships, different opportunities, or different results. When reality does not match those expectations, disappointment can quietly enter my heart. Lord, meet me in those moments and remind me that my current situation is not the complete story of my life. Father, when I feel behind, remind me that my journey does not have to look like anyone else's. I may see people moving forward while I fail as though I am standing still. I may see someone achieving something I have been praying for, and I may wonder why my own answer has not come yet. Protect my heart from comparison.

Help me appreciate another person's blessing without turning it into evidence that I have been forgotten. Teach me to trust that my life has its own timing and its own lessons. Lord, renew my hope when I have become tired of waiting. There are prayers I have carried for a long time. There are things I have asked you for again and again. Sometimes the waiting becomes so long that I begin wondering whether I should stop hoping altogether. But Father, help me understand that waiting does not automatically mean the end of hope. Give me patience to continue living faithfully while I wait for circumstances to change. Father, heal the disappointment that has made me afraid to dream again. Maybe I once had a dream that mattered deeply to me, but something happened and I stopped believing it was possible. Maybe I tried and failed. Maybe someone discouraged me. Maybe circumstances changed. Lord, if disappointment has caused me to make my life smaller, help me open my heart again. Father, remind me of the times when I thought I would not make it through. Yet somehow I did. There were difficult days that once felt impossible. There were moments when I did not know how I would continue, but I continued anyway. Looking back, I can see that I was stronger than I realized. Lord, let those memories remind me that I have already survived difficult seasons.

Give me courage for whatever is ahead. Lord, help me understand that hope is not the same as certainty. I may not know exactly how things will work out. I may not know when circumstances will change or what form the answer will take. But I can still choose to remain open to possibility. I can continue learning. I can continue working. I can continue praying. I can continue loving. I can continue taking the next step. Father, keep me moving forward without demanding that I know the entire outcome. Father, when disappointment tells me that nothing good will happen again, challenge that thought within me. One painful experience does not define every future experience. One rejection does not determine every future relationship. One failure does not determine every future attempt. One closed door does not mean there are no other paths. Help me see beyond the immediate situation. Give me perspective when my emotions make the present problem feel like the entire future. Lord, restore my ability to expect good things while remaining grounded in reality. I do not want to live in false expectations. But I also do not want to live in constant pessimism. Give me balance to hope.

I hope that allows me to prepare wisely while still believing that life can contain unexpected blessings. Help me become someone who can face difficult circumstances without immediately assuming the worst. Father, let hope change the way I began each morning. Instead of waking up expecting another difficult day, help me wake up asking what this day might teach me. What could I might experience? From my might encourage. And what small step I can take toward the life I am building. Let me stop waiting for my entire life to become perfect before I allow myself to feel grateful for today. And father, fill my heart with renewed hope. When I feel discouraged, remind me that I am still growing. When I feel delayed, remind me that delay is not the same as defeat. When I feel uncertain, remind me that uncertainty does not mean I am without direction. When I feel tired, give me permission to rest and then continue. Let hope rise quietly within me until it becomes stronger than the discouragement that once controlled my thoughts. Help me believe that there are still chapters ahead, still lessons to learn, still opportunities to discover, still people to love, still purposes to pursue, and still beautiful moments I have not yet experienced.

Father, there are seasons in life when waiting feels harder than anything else. I may know what I am praying for, what I am hoping for, and what I want to see change. And I cannot control when or how it will happen. Sometimes the silence becomes difficult. I wonder whether my prayers are being heard. I wonder whether things will ever change. I wonder whether I should continue believing. Lord, make me in the waiting and teach me that I can have peace even when I do not yet have the answer. Father, help me understand that waiting does not mean I am forgotten. When nothing appears to be happening, there may still be lessons I need to learn and preparation taking place within me. Help me use this season wisely instead of spending every day wishing it were already over. Develop my patience. Strengthen my character. Give me wisdom. Help me become ready for whatever comes next. Lord, protect me from making desperate decisions simply because I am tired of waiting. When I feel impatient, help me cause. When I feel pressured, help me think clearly. When I want to force a situation, remind me that forcing something does not always make it right.

Give me the discernment to recognize the difference between a door that requires courage and a door that I need to leave closed. Father, help me stop comparing my waiting season with someone else's progress. I may see another person receiving what I have been hoping for. I may see someone else's success, relationship, opportunity, or breakthrough and wonder why my own life seems slower. Lord, protect my heart from jealousy and discouragement. Help me celebrate the good in another person's life without using their journey as a reason to criticize my own. Father, when I feel like I am standing still, show me the progress I cannot see. Maybe I am becoming more patient. Maybe I am learning something important. Maybe I am developing skills. Maybe I am becoming emotionally stronger. Maybe I am discovering what truly matters to me. Help me understand that not all progress is visible from the outside. Sometimes the most important growth happens slightly inside the heart.

I do not want to post-bomb my entire life until one particular prayer is answered. Help me enjoy the people, responsibilities, opportunities and blessings already present in my life. Let me continue building, learning, serving, creating and growing. Let waiting become part of my journey rather than a period when I stop living. Father, when I become tired of hoping, renew my strength. There are moments when disappointment can make hope feeling-sosting. I may think, what is the point of hoping again if I might be disappointed again? But Lord, help me understand that hope is not a guarantee that everything will happen exactly as I imagine. Hope is the only mistaking moving forward with an open heart. Give me that kind of hope. Father, help me trust your timing without becoming passive. Give me the wisdom to do my part. If there is something I need to learn, let me learn it. If there is work I need to do, give me discipline. If there is a conversation I need to have, give me courage. If there is an opportunity I need to prepare for, help me prepare.

Teach me that trusting you and taking responsible action can exist together. Lord, give me peace when I do not know what comes next. I do not need to have the entire future plan before I can be grateful for this morning. I do not need to know the exact destination before I can take today's step. Give me enough clarity for the decision in front of me and enough faith to leave the rest in your hands. And Father, while I wait, keep hope alive within me. Do not allow delay to become despair. Do not allow uncertainty to become fear. Do not allow comparison to become bitterness. Let this season prepare me rather than break me. Teach me to wait with patience, work with diligence, live with gratitude, and trust with an open heart. Whenever comes next, help me be ready to receive it with wisdom and peace. Until then, keep my heart steady and remind me that I can continue walking forward even when I cannot yet see what is waiting around the next corner. Father, as I continue this morning prayer, I bring you the parts of my past that I still carry within me. There are memories I wish I could change.

Words I wish I could take back. Decisions I wish I had made differently. And moments I wish had never happened. Sometimes I replay them in my mind and wonder what life would have looked like if I had chosen another path. Lord, help me understand that yesterday has already passed. I cannot rewrite it, but I can place it in your hands and allow you to teach me through it. Father, help me release the mistakes that still make me ashamed. I know I have not always made the right decisions. There have been moments when I acted from fear, anger, insecurity, impatience, or confusion. There may be things I regret deeply. But Lord, I do not want my worst moments to become the definition of who I am. Help me learn from my mistakes without becoming imprisoned by them. Give me the humility to admit where I was wrong and encourage to become different. Lord, heal the memories that still hurt. Some moments may have come from things other people said or did. Some may have come from rejection, disappointment, betrayal, loss, or relationships that ended differently than I hoped. Sometimes the world is no longer visible. But the memory still affects the way I think it feels.

Father, bring your peace into those places. Help me stop allowing yesterday's pain to control today's decisions. Father, teach me the difference between remembering and remaining trapped. I may remember what happened without living there. I may acknowledge the lesson without carrying the pain forever. Help me look back with wisdom rather than bitterness. Let my past become a teacher. Not a person. Let every difficult season show me something about myself, about people, about life, and about the kind of person you are helping me become. Lord, forgive me for the times I have helped myself to a punishment you never asked me to carry. Sometimes I keep reminding myself of what I did wrong long after the lesson has already been learned. I criticize myself for things I cannot change. Father, teach me to receive forgiveness and extend grace to myself. Help me understand that moving forward does not mean pretending nothing happened. It means refusing to let what happened control everything that happens next.

Father, help me release old versions of myself. There was a version of me who did not know what I know today. There was a version of me who was still learning, still growing, and still trying to understand life. I do not need to remain that person simply because I once was that person. Give me permission to grow. Give me courage to change my habits, my thoughts, my reactions, and my priorities. Let this new season produce a wiser and stronger heart. Lord, help me stop carrying conversations that are already over. Sometimes I continue arguing with people in my mind long after they have left the room. I imagine what I should have said. I imagine how things could have been different. I imagine explanations I may never receive. Father, give me peace with unanswered questions. Not every conversation will have the ending I wanted. Not every person will understand me. Help me accept what I cannot change and place it before you.

Father, protect my future from the bitterness of my past. I do not want yesterday's betrayal to make me distrust everyone. I do not want yesterday's failure to convince me that I will always fail. I do not want yesterday's rejection to make me believe that I am unworthy of love or opportunity. Help me judge today's circumstances for what they are rather than through the warrants of yesterday. Give me a heart that is careful but not closed. I am not a person that is not cynical and hopeful without being naive. Lord, help me carry forward only what is useful. Let me leave behind the shame, fear, resentment, regret, and unnecessary guilt. But let me carry the wisdom. Let me carry the lessons. Let me carry the strength I gain through difficult seasons. Let me carry compassion for people who are struggling because I know what struggle feels like. Let my past deepen my character instead of heartening my heart. Father, this morning I placed my past into your hands. I cannot change yesterday but I can choose what I do with today. I can forgive. I can learn. I can grow. I can begin again. So help me step into this new day without dragging every old burden behind me. Close the chapters that need to be closed. Deal the places that still need healing and give me the courage to walk toward the future with peace. Let yesterday remain a lesson.

Let today become a gift and let tomorrow remain in your hands. Father, as I begin this new day, I ask you for strength. Not only for the big challenges I can see but also for the small things that may quietly drain me. Some mornings I wake up carrying responsibilities, unanswered questions, financial concerns, relationships troubles, work pressure, or uncertainty about the future. Sometimes I feel strong on the outside while feeling exhausted with it. Lord, meet me exactly where I am. And give me the strength I need for this day. Father, remind me that I do not have to solve my entire life this morning. I do not need to understand every detail of my future before I take my next step. Help me focus on what is in front of me today. Let me give me strength for today's responsibilities. Wisdom for today's decisions. Patients for today's difficulties. Encourage for today's opportunities. Let me stop borrowing tomorrow's worries and start living faithfully in the present moment. Lord, when I feel physically or emotionally tired, teach me to recognize that exhaustion does not mean failure. Sometimes I simply need to pause, breathe, rest, and allow myself to recover. Help me care for the body and mind you have given me.

Keep me from believing that I must constantly prove my worth through endless work. Give me the wisdom to know when to push forward and when to become still. Father, strengthen me when discouragement tells me to quit. There may be goals I have been pursuing for a long time without seeing the results I hope for. There may be days when progress feels invisible. Lord, remind me that a difficult day does not erase the progress I have already made. Help me take one more step. Help me remain faithful to what matters. Give me endurance when motivation disappears. Father, give me strength to handle difficult people with patience. When someone misunderstands me, criticizes me, disrespects me, or responds with anger. Help me control my own response. I do not want another person's behavior to determine the kind of person I become. Give me wisdom to establish boundaries when necessary and grace to remain calm when confrontation is unnecessary. Let my strength be shown through self-control rather than anger.

Lord, strengthen my mind against fear. When my thoughts begin imagining everything that could go wrong, help me return to what is true and present. Give me clarity instead of confusion. Give me courage instead of panic. Help me separate real responsibilities from imagined disasters. When I cannot control the outcome, remind me that I can still control how I respond today. Father, give me strength to do the things I have been avoiding. Sometimes the hardest battle is simply beginning. There may be an important conversation, a difficult task, a new responsibility, or a decision that I have to lead because I am afraid. Lord, give me courage to face what needs to be faced. Help me stop waiting until I feel completely confident. Let me move forward with wisdom even when I still feel uncertain. Father, strengthen my discipline. When I know what is right but do not feel like doing it, help me choose what will serve my future rather than what gives me immediate comfort.

Teach me to build my life through small, consistent actions. Help me keep promises to myself. Help me use my time wisely. But today's small efforts become tomorrow's foundation. Lord, when I feel alone in my struggles, remind me that I do not have to carry everything by myself. Teach me to ask for help when I need it. Give me people who encourage wisdom, honesty, kindness, and growth. And when I cannot find the words to explain what I am feeling, let me simply count before you. I do not need perfect words. You already know what is happening inside my heart. Father, I receive this warning as another opportunity to begin again. Give me strength for the next step. Not fear about the entire journey. Give me courage for the next decision. Not anxiety about every future decision. Give me patience for the next challenge and gratitude for the next blessing. Let me walk through this day with a steady heart. Knowing that I can face what comes one moment at a time. Fill me with strength, peace, wisdom, and hope. And help me remember that I do not have to be fearless to keep moving forward.

Father, this morning I ask you to restore the joy that life has slowly taken from me. Sometimes I can continue working, smiling, talking, and completing my responsibilities while something inside me feels empty. I may have forgotten what it feels like to simply enjoy the life you have given me. Lord, reach into those quiet places of my heart and breathe new life into them. Help me discover joy again. Not because everything is perfect, but because your presence gives me a reason to keep going. Father, remove the heaviness that has followed me through difficult seasons. There have been disappointments I did not expect. Plans that did not work out, relationships that changed, opportunities that disappeared, and dreams that seemed to move further away. Sometimes disappointments slowly changes the way I see everything. Lord, help me not to let a few painful experiences become the lens through which I see my entire life. Open my eyes again to the goodness that still surrounds me. Lord, teach me to notice the small blessings I often overlook. Let me appreciate the morning light, the breath of my lungs, the people who care about me, the food before me, the opportunity to learn, the ability to work, and the simple moments of peace that I sometimes take away.

Help me understand that joy does not always arrive through extraordinary events. Sometimes joy is hidden inside ordinary moments that I become too distracted to notice. Father, frame me from the habit of believing that I can only be happy when something specific happens. Sometimes I tell myself, I will be happy when I achieve this goal. I will be happy when I have more money. I will be happy when someone understands me. I will be happy when my problems disappear. Lord, help me not to postpone all joy until the future. Give me the ability to experience gratitude today while continuing to work toward a better tomorrow. Father, the other places work in Paris and Estol in my joy. When I look at another person's success and feel that my own life is falling behind. Remind me that every person's journey has a different timeline. Help me appreciate another person's blessings without turning them into evidence against myself. Let me measure my progress by your life becoming.

Not simply but when someone else has already achieved. Lord, restore my ability to dream. Maybe disappointment has made me afraid to help for something beautiful again. Maybe I have become so focused on protecting myself from failure that I have stopped imagining what could be possible. Father, can you courage to dream again with wisdom? Can you permission to believe that my future can contain new experiences, new relationships, new opportunities, new lessons, and new reasons to be grateful? Father, let my joy become deeper than circumstances. I know there will still be difficult days. There will be moments of sadness, frustration, uncertainty, and disappointment. I do not ask for a life without challenges. Instead, I ask for a heart that can remain grounded even when circumstances change. Teach me that peace and joy can coexist with difficulty. Help me find something good to hold onto even on days that feel heavy. Lord, restore joy to my relationships. Help me laugh again with the people I love. Help me have meaningful conversations instead of always discussing problems.

Give me the humility to apologize when I'm wrong and the wisdom to forgive when forgiveness is appropriate. Remove unnecessary bitterness from my heart. Let me become someone whose presence brings encouragement rather than additional heaviness. Father, help me create space for joy instead of constantly filling every moment with pressure. Teach me that rest is not wasted time and that gratitude is not weakness. Help me step away from unnecessary noise and reconnect with what truly matters. Let me enjoy the journey while I continue pursuing my goals. Let me celebrate small victories instead of waiting for one enormous victory to finally give me permission to feel proud and grateful. And Father, today I ask you to put a new song in my heart. Where there has been sadness, bring comfort, where there has been emptiness, bring meaning, where there has been fear, bring peace, where there has been disappointment, bring renewed hope. Help me wake up each morning with a heart that is still capable of wonder. Let me recognize that this day is not merely another day to survive. It is another gift, another opportunity, another beginning. Restore my joy, renew my gratitude, and teach me to walk through this life with a heart that remains hopeful even when the road is difficult.

Father, as I continue into this morning, I place my future before you. There are decisions I need to make, paths I need to choose, and questions I cannot answer yet. Sometimes I become afraid that one wrong decision will destroy everything. Sometimes I want to know the entire plan before I take the first step. Lord, teach me to trust you even when I cannot see the whole world. Give me wisdom for the decision in front of me and peace about everything I cannot yet understand. Father, remove confusion from my mind. When too many possibilities compete for my attention, help me become still enough to recognize what truly matters. Not every opportunity is meant for me. Not every open door is the right door. Not every desire needs to become a goal. Give me discernment to recognize what deserves my time, energy, attention, and commitment. Lord, help me understand that direction sometimes comes through patience. When I do not receive an immediate answer, keep me from making decisions simply to escape uncertainty. Give me the ability to wait, observe, learn, and think carefully. Help me gather wisdom from experience and from people who genuinely want what is good for me. Let me make decisions from clarity rather than fear.

Father, when a path does not work out, help me avoid believing that my entire future has been destroyed. Sometimes a rejection feels like the end. But it may simply mean that I need to take another route. Sometimes a closed door is painful because I had already imagined what was on the other side. Give me the strength to accept what I cannot change and the courage to explore what comes next. Lord, protect me from following every voice around me. People may have opinions about what I should do with my life. Some may encourage me, while others may discourage me. Some may understand my situation, while others may judge it from the outside. Help me listen respectfully without allowing every opinion to control my decisions. Give me wisdom to recognize trust worthy counsel and courage to make responsible choices for myself. Father, help me understand my own gifts and responsibilities. Show me where I can contribute, where I can grow, and where I need more preparation. Help me recognize the difference between a temporary desire and a meaningful purpose. Give me patience to develop the skills I need rather than expecting immediate results. Let my ambitions be guided by wisdom, discipline, humility.

And service. Lord, when I am afraid of making a mistake, remind me that mistakes can also become teachers. I do not want fear of failure to keep me frozen. Help me make thoughtful decisions without demanding absolute certainty. Give me courage to act when action is necessary and humility to change direction when new information shows me that another path is wiser. I do not want to be a father, help me trust the process of becoming. Sometimes I focus so much on where I want to arrive that I become frustrated with where I am today. But there may be qualities I need to develop before I am ready for what I am asking for. Build patience in me. Build discipline in me. Build emotional maturity in me. Build wisdom in me. Prepare me from the inside so that when opportunities come, I will have the character to handle them well. Give me peace about the future. I know I cannot control every event that will happen tomorrow, next month or next year. I can prepare, work, learn and make responsible choices, but I cannot control everything. Help me release the need to predict every outcome. Let me focus on what I can do today and leave the unknown in your hands.

Father, lead me into the future with a steady heart. If I need to slow down, give me patience. If I need to move forward, give me courage. If I need to change direction, give me humility. If I need to learn something, go. Give me strength. If I need to begin something new, give me faith. And wherever this journey leads, help me remain grounded in what is good, truthful, loving and meaningful. Let your guidance shape my choices. Let wisdom guide my steps and let hope remain alive within me as I walk toward the future one step at a time. Father, as this morning continues, I ask you to fill my heart with the hope that is stronger than my circumstances. There may be things in my life that I cannot fix today. There may be prayers that have not yet been answered, dreams that still feel far away, and situations that I do not understand. But Lord, do not allow uncertainty to empty my heart. Place within me a quiet confidence that tomorrow can hold something new. Father, when disappointment tells me that nothing will ever change. Remind me that life is not finished because one season has been difficult. A painful chapter is not the entire story. A failed attempt is not the final definition of liability. A difficult year does not determine every year that follows.

Help me look beyond what I can see right now and remain open to possibilities I cannot yet imagine. Lord, restore hope where I have become discouraged. Maybe I have tried many times and seen little progress. Maybe I have prayed about the same situation again and again. Maybe I have watched opportunities pass while wondering what my own opportunity will come. Father, meet me in that disappointment. Give me strength to continue doing what is within my control while releasing the outcome that I cannot control. Father, help me believe that new beginnings are possible. Give me courage to start again after failure. If I have lost something, help me believe that my life can still contain meaning. If I have made mistakes, help me believe that I can learn and grow. If I have been rejected, help me remember that rejection does not erase my worth. If I have been delayed, help me continue preparing rather than surrendering to hopelessness. Lord, protect my hope from becoming dependent on comparison.

I do not want another person's success to make me feel like my future is smaller. I do not want someone else's timeline to convince me that I am late. Help me remember that I am responsible for my own steps. Give me the patience to build steadily and the wisdom to recognize progress even when it is slower than I expected. Father, let hope change the way I see today. Instead of waking up only thinking about what is missing, help me notice what is still possible. Instead of focusing only on yesterday's mistakes, help me think about today's opportunity. Instead of asking only why could this happen? Help me also ask, what can I learn from this and what can I do next? Give me a forward looking heart. Lord, give hope to the places in my life that feel uncertain. Bring peace to my finances, wisdom to my work, healing to my relationships, clarity to my decisions, and courage to my personal struggles. I know that not every problem will disappear immediately, but I ask you to change the way I carry those problems. Let me face them without losing myself. Let me work through them without losing hope.

Father, help me become a source of hope for others. When someone around me is struggling, give me the patience to listen instead of immediately judging. Give me encouraging words when someone feels discouraged. Let my experiences teach me compassion. May the difficult seasons I have walked through become a reason I can understand and support someone else who is walking through their own difficult season. Lord, help me protect the hope you are growing within me. I do not want negative thoughts, constant comparison, unnecessary fear, or repeated disappointment to slowly convince me that nothing good is possible. Teach me to guard my attention. Help me choose what I allow to fill my mind. Give me the discipline to step away from voices that constantly produce fear and return to things that strengthen wisdom, gratitude, courage, and peace. Father, fill my heart with hope today. Let hope rise when I wake up, remain with me throughout my responsibilities, and stay with me when the day becomes difficult.

Help me believe that there can still be beautiful moments ahead, meaningful work ahead. People I have not yet met, lessons I have not yet learned, and opportunities I have not yet seen. I place my future in your hands, and I choose to keep walking forward. Let my heart remain open. My spirit remains steady, and my hope remain alive. My hope remain alive as I trust you with what comes next. Father, as I come before you this morning, I ask you to fill every empty place within my heart with hope. There are moments when life feels uncertain, and I do not know what tomorrow will bring. There are prayers I am still waiting to see answer. Situations I am still trying to understand, and burdens I am still learning how to carry. But Lord, I do not want uncertainty to become a hopelessness. Fill my heart with a quiet confidence that allows me to keep going even when I cannot yet see the outcome. Father, when disappointment has weakened my hope, restore it gently. There may be things I expected to happen that never happened. There may be people I expected to stay who walked away. There may be opportunities one worked hard for that did not come. There may be dreams that seem farther away than they once did.

Lord, help me understand that disappointment is part of life, but it does not have to become the final story of my life. Give me the strength to help again. Lord, help me not to judge my entire future by what I am experiencing today. A difficult season can make everything look permanent. When I am tired, I may believe I will always be tired. When I am discouraged, I may believe I will always fail discouraged. When something goes wrong, I may be getting expecting everything else to go wrong too. Father, give me perspective. Remind me that seasons change, circumstances change, people grow, and new possibilities can appear. Father, give me hope for the things I cannot control. There are situations where I have already done everything I can do. I cannot control another person's decision. I cannot control exactly when an opportunity will arrive. I cannot control every event in the world around me. Lord, help me release the need to control what belongs outside my hands. Let me focus on what I can do today and trust you with what I cannot.

Father, fill my mind with thoughts that strengthen rather than destroy me. When negative thoughts repeat themselves. Help me recognize them without allowing them to become my identity. When fear says, you cannot do this. Give me courage to take the next step. When regret says, your past is ruined everything. Remind me that I can learn and grow. When helplessness says, nothing will ever change. Help me remain open to what I cannot yet see. Lord, help me protect my heart from comparison. Sometimes I look at someone else's life and wonder why their journey seems easier than mine. I see their achievements but not everything they struggle through. I see their results but not all the years behind them. Father, help me stop using another person's progress as a reason to lose hope in my own life. Teach me to appreciate their journey while faithfully walking my own. Father, give me hope for my relationships where there is distance. Give me wisdom where there is misunderstanding. Give me patience where reconciliation is possible.

Give me humility where I need boundaries. Give me courage and where I need to let go. Give me peace. Help me believe that even when one relationship changes, love, connection and meaningful relationships can still exist in my future. Lord, give me hope for my work and purpose. When progress feels slow, help me remain patient. When I make mistakes, help me learn instead of giving up. When I do not know which direction to take, give me wisdom. Help me remember that meaningful things often take time to build. Let me continue learning, improving and doing what I can today without allowing the pressure of tomorrow to destroy my peace. Father, let hope become stronger than fear within me. I do not ask you to remove every difficult circumstance. Instead, give me a heart that can face difficulty without losing its light. When the day becomes heavy, remind me that I can pause and breathe. When I fail week, remind me that I can ask for help. When I do not know what to do, remind me that I can take one small step.

Father, fill my heart with hope today. Let hope rise within me when I wake up, remain with me when I work, strengthen me when I struggle and comfort me when I rest. Help me believe that there are still lessons to learn. People to meet, experiences to live, opportunities to discover and beautiful moments I have not yet experienced. Take my heart open to goodness. Keep my mind grounded in peace. Take my spirit courageous. And when I cannot see what lies ahead, help me continue walking forward with hope. Trusting that my present circumstances do not have to be termed the possibilities of my future. Father, sometimes tomorrow feels heavy before it even arrives. I think about everything I need to accomplish, every responsibility I have, every decision waiting for me, and every possibility that could go wrong. My mind tries to solve tomorrow before today has even finished. Lord, slow my thoughts down. Bring me back to this moment and remind me that I only need to live this day faithfully.

Father, help me stop carrying tomorrow's problems today. If there is something I can prepare for, give me wisdom to prepare. If there is something I can change, give me courage to act. But if there is something completely outside my control, help me release it. I do not want to spend today's peace worrying about a future that has not yet arrived. Lord, when I imagine everything that could go wrong, help me also remember everything that could go right. Fair often shows me one possible future and presents it as if it were certain. Father, give me perspective. Help me recognize that uncertainty does not automatically mean danger. There are possibilities I cannot see yet, including opportunities, lessons, relationships, and moments of joy. Father, give me wisdom for the choices I will make. I know that I cannot guarantee every outcome, but I can make thoughtful decisions. Help me gather information, listen carefully, consider consequences, and act responsibly.

When I make a decision, help me stop endlessly replaying whether I chose perfectly. Teach me that responsible action is more important than demanding impossible certainty. Lord, give me patience with the pace of my life. Sometimes I want everything to happen immediately. I want answers immediately, success immediately, feeling immediately, and clarity immediately. But Father, teach me that some things require time. Help me respect the process. Let me continue growing without becoming frustrated simply because the results are not visible yet. Father, when I compare my present life with the future I imagine, help me remain grateful for the life I actually have. Dreams are valuable, but I do not want an imagined future to make me blind to today's blessings. Help me build toward tomorrow while still appreciating today. Lord, give me pace about things that remain unresolved. Some questions may not have answers this week. Some relationships may need time. Some decisions may require more information. Some goals may take longer than expected. Help me remain patient without allowing unfinished things to occupy every corner of my mind.

Father, help me sleep peacefully when the day is over. When my mind wants to continue solving problems late into the night, teach me to release them. Remind me that resting does not mean I have a band and responsibility. Sometimes the wisest thing I can do is stop, breathe, rest, and allow tomorrow to come in its own time. Lord, when tomorrow find me stronger, nicer, and more peaceful than I am today, whenever challenges appear, help me meet them with clarity. Whenever opportunities appear, help me recognize them. Whenever disappointments appear, help me process them without losing hope. Whenever blessings appear, help me receive them with gratitude. Father, I do not know what tomorrow holds, but I do not mean to fear every possibility. I can prepare without panicking. I can plan without obsessing. I can work without losing myself. I can help without demanding certainty. Let your peace settle deeply within me tonight and throughout the day's head. Keep my heart focused on what is real, what is meaningful, and what I can faithfully do today.

While leaving tomorrow in your hands. Father, this morning I asked you to strengthen my faith when circumstances make it difficult to believe that things can become better. Sometimes I look at what is happening around me and my heart becomes discouraged. I may not understand why certain things are happening, or why some prayers seem to take so long. Lord, when I cannot understand the situation, help me continue trusting you. Father, teach me that faith does not mean that I will never have questions. There may be moments when I feel uncertain, confused, or afraid. Help me bring those feelings honestly before you instead of hiding them. Give me a faith that can remain present, even when I do not have every answer. Lord, when I face disappointment, strengthen my heart. Help me avoid allowing one painful experience to determine what I believe about my entire future. If something does not happen the way I hoped, help me process it with wisdom. Let disappointment become something I move through, not something that permanently defines me. Father, strengthen my faith when I feel alone. Sometimes people may not understand what I am carrying. Sometimes I may not know how to explain what is happening inside me. In those moments, remind me that I can still seek peace, still seek wisdom, and still take another step forward.

Lord, help me trust without becoming passive. Give me the discipline to do the work that belongs to me. If I need to learn, let me learn. If I need to apologize, give me humility. If I need to change, give me courage. If I need to wait, give me patience. Let my faith be reflected through responsible action. Father, strengthen me when fear tries to control my decisions. Help me recognize what I am making choices simply because I am afraid. Give me the courage to think clearly and choose wisely. Let fear inform me when necessary, but never allow fear to become the master of my life. Lord, strengthen my faith through gratitude. When I remember what I already have, I become less consumed by what I do not have. Help me recognize the people, opportunities, lessons, and ordinary blessings that are already part of my life. Let gratitude remind me that even difficult seasons can contain moments of goodness. Father, help me remain hopeful without demanding that life follow my exact plans. I may have an idea of how I want my future to look, but I know that life can take unexpected directions. Give me flexibility and wisdom. If my path changes, help me adapt.

If something takes longer, help me remain patient. If I need to start again, give me courage. Lord, let my faith make me more peaceful, not more fearful. When I cannot control an outcome, help me release it. When I cannot answer a question, help me accept that uncertainty. When I cannot change the past, help me focus on today. Let trust replace the constant need to know everything. Father, strengthen my faith so deeply that difficult circumstances cannot easily destroy my hope. Let me continue moving forward when progress is slow. Let me continue believing in growth when I make mistakes. Let me continue seeking peace when life becomes noisy. Let me continue choosing love when disappointment tempts me toward bitterness. Father, strengthen my heart today. Help me trust you with what I understand and with what I do not understand. Help me walk forward without needing to see the entire road. Give me wisdom for today. Courage for tomorrow. And peace in every uncertain moment. Let my faith become a quiet strength within me. Something that helps me remain hopeful, impatient, courageous, and grounded through every season of life.

Father, as I come to the final moments of this prayer, I ask you to let your peace remain within me long after these words are finished. I do not want this peace to belong only to this quiet morning. Carry it with me into my conversations, my responsibilities, my decisions, my work, and every situation I will face today. When the world becomes loud, remind me of this quiet moment with you. Father, let peace settle over the places in my heart that have been restless. Where I have been worrying, bring calm, where I have been overthinking, bring clarity, where I have been afraid, bring courage, where I have been discouraged, bring hope. Help me remember that I do not have to understand everything before I can experience peace. Lord, when unexpected problems appear today, help me respond instead of react. Give me a moment to breathe before I speak. Give me wisdom before I decide. Give me patience before I become frustrated. Let my circumstances challenge me without controlling me. Help me remain the same person of peace even when the situation around me changes.

Father, protect my heart from carrying unnecessary burdens. If something is not mine to control, help me release it. If a conversation does not need to become an argument, help me walk away peacefully. If someone's opinion does not require my response, give me the wisdom to remain silent. Help me understand that protecting my peace is sometimes more valuable than proving that I am right. Lord, help me carry hope into difficult moments. When something goes wrong, I will not be able to understand the situation. Let me remember that one difficult moment does not define me entire day. When one plan fails, remind me that another possibility may still exist. When I experience disappointment, help me remain open to learning rather than closing my heart. Father, give me peace about my future. I do not know everything that is waiting for me, and I do not need to know. Help me prepare responsibly while trusting what I cannot control. Let me stop demanding certainty from life.

Give me enough courage to take today's step and enough patience to let tomorrow reveal itself in its own time. Lord, keep me grateful. When I become focused on what I want, remind me of what I already have. When I become frustrated about what is missing, help me recognize what is present. Let gratitude keep my heart from becoming consumed by dissatisfaction. Take me to appreciate the ordinary blessings that are easy to overlook. Father, continue healing my heart. If old memories return, give me peace. If old fears return, give me courage. If old regrets return, give me wisdom. Help me understand that healing is not always about forgetting what happened. Sometimes healing means remembering without being controlled by the memory. Lord, help me walk through this day with purpose. Let my words bring encouragement. Let my actions reflect patience. Let my decisions reflect wisdom. Let my work reflect discipline. Let my relationships reflect kindness.

And when I make a mistake, help me correct it without allowing shame to destroy my confidence. Father, I surrender this entire day to you. I surrender the things I understand and the things I do not. I surrender my worries, my hopes, my plans, my unanswered questions, and my future. Fill my heart with peace that remains steady through changing circumstances. Keep hope alive within me. Help me trust when I cannot see. Wait when I cannot control. Act when action is needed. And rest when I have done what I can. Father, thank you for this morning, for this moment of prayer, and for the hope you continue to place within my heart. May I carry this hope into the rest of my day. May I carry peace into every room I enter. May I carry courage into every challenge. May I carry gratitude into every ordinary moment. And when this day becomes difficult, bring me back to the truth that I do not have to face everything in once. I can take one breath, one step, and one moment at a time.

Like your peaceful heart, let hope guide my thoughts, and let me continue forward with a spirit that is calm, courageous, grateful, and trusting. In Jesus' name, amen. Amen.
