Holding Your Desires While Trusting God’s Timing

This week on Blessed and Bossed Up, Tatum Temia dives deep into listener questions about balancing personal desires with God’s timing and navigating the complexities of Christian entrepreneurship. As we close out the first quarter of the year, this episode is a reminder to check in with your goals, your heart, and your faith.

Tatum covers:

• Holding space for longings like marriage and motherhood without letting them consume your focus, even when God is calling you to pursue other seasons of life.
• Healthy ways to process disappointment and desire without shutting down emotionally or disassociating.
• The importance of enjoying your current season while preparing for future roles in life and leadership.
• Discerning action versus waiting in business: how to know when to move forward and when to sit and seek guidance from the Lord.
• The dwelling and abiding lifestyle—making God your constant dwelling place to cultivate peace, clarity, and confidence in your decisions.
• Real talk on the mental and spiritual challenges of Christian entrepreneurship and how to navigate the pressure, self-doubt, and decision paralysis with faith and wisdom.

Whether you’re navigating personal desires, business growth, or both, this episode provides practical guidance and encouragement to live fully surrendered to God while pursuing your destiny.
