One day calls for a winning lineup and Applebee's has you covered. The new, cravable OM-Cheese Adia Burger is now available on the 2 for 25 menu. It's a juicy burger wrapped inside a cheesy quesadilla served on a skillet of queso with crispy tortilla chips. Trust, once it arrives at the table, you'll have a hard time resisting the pull. The Applebee's 2 for 25 menu offers abundant value, cravable portions, and great variety at an unbeatable price. There's one full-size appetizer in two full-size entrees for only $25. Hurrien, before this limited time offer is gone.

Tax, gratuity, beverage, and dessert not included. Fry! Yay! Look alive at Tostito's Championship Plaza outside Ford Center at the star in Frisco, Texas, where it is still gloomy and is very cloudy. The high is 77, the lowest 71 is 75 right now. That is Shannon Gross in the back of Chris Beams. He was a live local at 3-time football champion. They knew it.

Not with us, but in spirit, it's Kurt. One pump down is because two pumps still get you a final in the national football league. And as always, I am your boy, Salt and Pepper Poppy. And together, we make hanging with the boys. The sports talk equivalent of Braille people. And we speak. And Wingstop is... Hee hee! Yes sir! Literally, man. Literally. He dropped about what? We got probably what? 152-hundred wings? It feel like it. It feels like it, bro. 80-90. Man, we got food everywhere. We're going to do our best to try to speak through... We got the party pack, baby. And we all came in hungry. Yes. So if you're getting ready for the game, make it easy on yourself with Wingstop's Watch Party bundle. That's what we got. You get 20 classic wings, up to four flavors, large fries, large ranch. And you know what we just found out today? I don't know how much it costs, but they will give you ranch in a small bucket.

Yeah. Yeah. A tub. Nate's got it in his bag because he confiscated it. Look, look how big that is. That's all ranch. Yeah. Yeah. So you can order that. And it's enough to feed four people for less than seven bucks a person. So get your Wingstop on this weekend. All the flavors. All the flavors. Mango habanero. Mm-hmm. Irregular classic. Louisiana rub. Mm-hmm. They got the new, uh, the hot, honey rub, gold. Yes. They got that in there. We got Nate got some plain ones. Garlic, palmurizing. Garlic, palmurizing for our boy Josh in the back. We'll see if he can eat one of these hot habanero ones without him. I'm gonna tell you, ladies, doing the hook, baby. You see, dropping like his hot. Yeah. Dropping like a lot back it up. And we all came in hungry, too. Yeah. So, yes, it reminded us. It's gonna be a problem getting through this first segment because we're all throwing it that way. And see, I'm, I gotta, I gotta eat bone in with these guys because they didn't send me any bone since I eat ugly. So just don't watch the stream.

Just listen to us today. Mm-hmm. I have a question. Nate brought up a great point. Before we jump in, by the way, Kurt, uh, sent us a picture. He is actually eating when you stop at his house. Yeah. He didn't get free wings. He paid for him and he likes it so much. He is eating it at the house. So hopefully, Kurt will be back next week. Nate brought up a good point. We're talking about this game. We're talking about this game about, all right, this, here we go. We're facing two, oh and three teams back to back. This is where we can get it together. We're facing two bad teams. Two questions. One, is this Houston team? I don't think they're a bad team. I think they bad offensively. But the more I look at and hear about this defense, I don't think they're a bad team. And two, what makes us think we're a good team? What makes us think we're worthy of this is where these next two games. So we got Tampa Bay, right? And then out of Tampa Bay, we have... Fill it up. No. We have two or three bad teams.

This one, Tampa? Yeah. And then Philly, I believe. No, no. Green Bay. Green Bay. So we got three bad teams. So do you think that social department... We're one of somebody's else, three bad teams. Yeah. We got to call us this week. You know, you don't think that Houston saying, look at Dallas. They're a bad team. Like we criticize and they're offense. They're like, oh man, they offense good. They defense the reason they won and whatever. Right. They can't stop the run when you... We're going to get the run game on track. Yeah, we got Montgomery. And so, you know, I always think these things offline. So I just posed to the Shannon. And Shannon turned into Nate and now he's been in a family secret. I didn't know that was a family secret. That's a reality. But that goes back to the point where... At the beginning of the year, one of the things that kind of... After the loss of the Giants, that kind of really perturbed me was when Coach Shotinheimer came to the podium and he said, we were humbled.

You know, you were feeling like you were up here. Right. And for seven out of one team that didn't make the playoffs last year, how do you come into a season and you feel as if... Wow. As if you're up here. And that sometimes can be the... That sometimes that can be the glaze or the haze that is over the Cowboys' eyes, that they just feel like because they're always talked about in a popular tone that they are better than what they were or what they are. So one of two football team in the words of Bill Parcell, you are what your record says you are. And so, yeah, to your point, you can go into the desperate team kind of theory. But there are teams in the national football league that are looking at the Cowboys and saying that y'all food. We watch our little film. You know what you guys have offensively, but you have a lot of holes there. A lot of areas where you're suffering that. And this is why that when you have an opportunity to go and take care of the team that you need

to take care of, you need to do that. And then when you have the opportunity to beat the team, that other team's team, good teams like the Baltimore Ravens and you have them on the ropes, you got to finish the job. If you want to be considered that, then you got to go and finish the job. So yeah. So to your point, Nate, other teams, I believe, look at the Cowboys and you know what? Hey, Houston's probably saying offensively, we've been struggling the last couple of weeks, but hey, look at that defense. That defense, they're on a, they're on a 20 week trend where they're, you know, they're the lower half of the of defense of defensively numbers. We can go, we can get going against that defense. Yes. The thing is, and then when you look at the film of Cincinnati and you look at their defense versus the Texans offense and and and and granted, you know, you tell me how sexy decks, decks to launch. The first, the first half, I didn't think nobody else was playing.

All I saw was number 97. So I'm over 97. You know, 31, he's stopping him. Fourth and one. He's stopping him. Second Russian running games off of him. And so I'm like, hold on now. The Cowboys got to see what sexy decks did to this team in the first half. He got to see what he did to the Houston Texans offense and line, the interior. I know Quinty saying, boy, I got this coach. I don't know what defense y'all are running, but I want to run and do what number what sexy decks just did. Because I felt the same way when I watched God Mack entire, I watched the great Hall of Famer that's it for the love guard for Minnesota back in my day. I remember his name here in a minute. I used to be like, hey, coach, look at him, man. I can do what they do. You know, do we got anything that resembles and you know, of course, everybody laughs at

Nate, cause Nate always clowns. But I'm like, man, I'm just as good as them. Because it's always us three, all pro and pro bowl. First to second team men, we always joking when we leaving the pro bowl. Hey, man, I'm starting next year. So we all felt that we're the same guy. You can't tell me that Quinty Williams, his humbler of man is his, don't think he's just good at sexy decks. Right. Now, whether he is and whether they're going to turn him loose on his offense and just turn these two guards that are not very good at all. This, this, this game really interesting to me because it's very few times during the season. Do you have really good on really good, right? It really bad on really bad. And then it's almost like, is it as simple as is your good better than their good and is your bad just a little bit better than their bad? Is that what this is going to come down to? Do you remember I heard me say this?

Jesse is hinting at him. This goes to what Jesse said that was disappointing him with this last game. Listen to me. When a team is equal, a better than you. Now, this is their defense, our offense. They are equal and in some places better than us. Which, Shodden Hammer cannot come after this game and say, I kind of overcoast it. I kind of screwed it up. Made a bad call. Let me tell you something, fellas. You will have to try to run this ball. Not to run this ball is suicide. I'll give you, I'll go back to the Cincinnati game. It's, I don't think it's a better combo of why it receivers than the two guys we got. So, but guess who I can parry them to is those guys in Cincinnati.

Bro, they weren't giving up nothing. And when they did, they was punishing them receivers. Now let me tell you something. The difference you can make here is can you run a limit to give your play action pass a chance? Because if you think you're going to just pass, pass, pass, on these horses here, they haven't. And then, you know, they're going to have enough last week in the run game that gives you hope that they can run against these guys that they started something last week. Yeah. The way that those who haven't had it. The way that unit last week looked inspired, they looked like they had a point to prove in real. They, it looked like that BB and, and Booker, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, Guy in and bat, they looked as if we have come 10 hours to show you, you won't punk us. And the question now becomes, is it a flash or is this who you really are?

Right? That's the love that we talk about the consistency. Mm-hmm. Are you going to show up like this every week or did you just get up because it was Baltimore? Or is this week, are you going to take a step back or are you not going to come out as aggressive, as fired up? I mean, because you watch, man, they were, I mean, they were, they were moving, they were moving, they were moving, they were moving people, man. And so that's the part where you want to go and say, well, we saw for the first couple of weeks and you weren't doing it. And that's why the run game was off to such a slow start. But it looked as if they had, they had a come to Jesus meeting. And it was like, they said to a man, a fellas, ol' I, it won't be on us today. It won't be on us today. We are, we're going to move earth. We're going to rip up this grass today. And they did. They have moments in that game where they were just like, you, it didn't matter who was in front of them. They was driving them off the ball, recreating the line of scrimmage, opening up holes for Javante, putting pancake and jokers, putting jokers on their back.

Got to do it again. The thing that is amazing here is you not picking on nobody, not picking it, but I got to say it. Don't put 87 out there on one of them. Don't put 87 on Anderson. Don't put 87 on Hunter. It ain't going, it's not going to be nice. I'm telling you now, don't do that coach. Don't whammy. You take number 89, Bremen's Man 4, and schoolmaker who least going to try if you don't jump off side, if you don't be big newton and jump off side. Please. Cause I'm telling you these boys, I heard him out there now. He has a red zone tight in. He has a red zone tight in.

And there's also, you can speak to this. Because sometimes, Terence still, let's just be honest, Terence still will need some help in this game. Yes he will. But you got to make sure, because talking to some offensive linemen, sometimes they don't even, like, depending on who is helping or chipping, they don't even want it because you're getting away. If you're not going to fully sell out and really make sure that this dude is stable and own and it don't split us. Yeah. You know, you're not getting, let me, don't tangle my feet up cause you getting, you're getting horse calling up. Right. You know, so that's another thing is that like whoever you're sending for help, make sure they're willing and helping participants because if you just out there and now you get an attack goes away, well, you didn't help and you got me all discombobulated. So we owe for two. And now these hunters are coming around the corner and attacking the quarterback because this will be a desperate football team and they know as a unit, as a collective unit,

the defense understands and knows what they are facing this week, this weekend. Yes. They know that if they're going to have a chance to win this football game, they have to come up big and shutting down the Cowboys' offense. And once they, you know, once they figure they do their job, then it's on their offense, it's on their offense. But defensively, they're going to come out now. They may be without their middle linebacker. As he's out here, he may not play this weekend and that'll be a plus for the Cowboys because he is one of their heart and soul leaders on that defense. It's true guys that me and Jesse three watch one play for the 49ers, and play for the Houston team. You, you cannot ignore it. And I'm not saying these guys can't be blocked, but they're wisdom and understanding of formations and what can happen out of them. Their anticipation is just unreal. And then if they make a mistake, they know how to shortcut to get there.

So you know, I ain't saying that we can't, I'm just saying, Coach Shottonheimer, I said that in the last game, I'm saying it at this game. Don't save nothing. You don't have a player, you know, how I got one in the chamber, I'm a whole list from back, you know, uh-uh. Every play you call, it's got to be a winning call. You trying to win on every down. Every down hole is just on space. Every down hole is just on place cause like North turn you say in the fourth corner, this thing tight, this is what we gonna get. I don't think they got too many of them guys. Well, you can say, hey, in the fourth quarter, this is what we gonna get. Now in the fourth quarter, they probably looking at one other saying, that's what we gonna get. Probably looking about three or four guys. You know, I'm just saying, and I'm with you Jess, when I saw, the high offense line was building up their confidence and feeling good about what they was doing, you know, Shelton

Rankins, anal joke, man. He the best kelp, middle tackle in the league that nobody's talking about. 72, or Tommy, he is one of them dudes, man, you ain't nobody talking about him. But everybody who leave from playing, I bet they hit that wordful and I bet they hit that cold tough. You know what I'm saying? Hey man, we got a crowd with Chamotell Jerry to send his jet and put that crowd chamber on the cup. Bro, I just took a beating. I'm telling you now. Like I said, let me beat these wings up. We're gonna beat these wings. I don't want to get people thinking I'm saying we gonna lose because we gonna win somehow some way. I won, I bet. Some tell me needs guys by one. About wing baby. I'm like, we will eat some wings and we will be back to talk about Joey Porter Jr. when we return. I'll hang it with the boys. The people have spoken and McDonald's listened back by popular demand. Bundle. Bundle. So order that this weekend and watch. All the flavors, man. You get 20. All flavors. 24 flavors, 20 wings, four flavors. Yep. Well, large, fry, large ranch. And I just want to, four people. I just want to say thank you, Wings Stop. I want to say thank you, Chris Mean, for, you know, hooking the dates up. And I want to say thank you to Jesse, because he comes in here and lays it out every time the correct way he breaks it down. I was going in there. I got there early and I looked at the back. I just stopped myself. You already got me. I know. We already got you. We already ate ready, man. And he knows who eats what. Yeah. Like him playing. Like a little salsa on the road. Yeah, man. Good stuff. Good stuff, y'all. Thank you, Wings Stop. Thank you, Wings Stop. Man, this is what? How much are we going to see out of Joey Porter this weekend? Oh, his back feel better?

Yeah, he said he laughed when I asked him about it in the interview. It's crazy. I think he just, boy, what's that? What's that three hour play? I guess the pressure, the pressure and Dallas difference. I got you. Yeah, the moisture. Yeah, the moisture. The rain helped him out. Got you. Oh, is he going to play the whole game? 70% of the snaps. You know, I laugh at because that's all he's going to be on the pitch calendar. It's going to be, you know, however many plays is, I always laugh when it comes to a pitch count situation because let's just say your pitch count is 30, 25 plays. So you telling me when he gets to 25 plays, he's going to look around and be like, yeah, you know what? I'm good. I'm out. I'm out. You know, you were doing really well on the field. And then the fourth quarter when you're up by three, right? I can't put you in the final drive because yeah, he back, yeah. But it is going to be interesting to see how they incorporate him for multiple reasons. One, the conditioning portion of it, right?

Like he hasn't, he hasn't played. He hasn't played none this week. I mean, this season, he didn't play, he didn't go to training camp, did he? What was the action? I think it was that training camp. Okay. Did you participate? No. No. I mean, even if he did, it's not football shape. He's still, he's been out for the last three weeks. So whatever, he built up kind of went to, went to hell the last couple of weeks. And then secondly, the guys that we have here that have been here, OTA's, many camps, training camps, preseason. They still throwing up on the field. They still throwing up on the field. And then too, they still miscommunicate. So is the communication going to be there for him, right? Because in this defense, you have to be multiple, you have to be able to communicate, passing things off to one another. I'm not saying that he doesn't know how to play a cover three, not a cover three, a cover two, whatever. That's elementary to him. So there's a couple of elements that I look at in this and going, you know, how comfortable will they be with going with him in this game?

I would not be shocked if he does play. I would not be shocked if he doesn't play. I would not be shocked if he pays a lot of snaps. I would not be shocked if he does not play a lot of snaps. I think getting here middle of the week when, you know, he got here yesterday, the majority of the game play was put in on Wednesday. So it's going to be catching him up to speed on everything that he got going on. Now Christian Parker may go into this game and go, we're going to go real basic. What I would think will be a bad idea. I think this is the game that you can, you can confuse CJ Stroud. You can pressure him. You can confuse him. You can get him to make mistakes. So I think, I think it's you really should be pushing the envelope on trying to create pressure against CJ Stroud. But I'm interested to see. I think we all, we all will be keeping a close eye on how often number 25 is out there in the football field and, you know, making plays.

And he's, if you go back and you look at the numbers, he's played well against Nico Collins who is their star receiver and is looking like he's going to play in this game. Normally I think, to me, you tell me, Jesse, coming in new team, a team that's been on the field together, been through training camp together, played three games together. They kind of have a system. The communication is good. They know what they're doing, bringing in a new guy is probably a bigger deal. Now that you have a busted up second there and you got a bunch of dudes that hadn't played together anyway, does that almost like help you? No, because it's like, they don't know what to do in any way. So just put me in the mix. We'll figure it out together. No, no, no, it makes me more. I don't need more confused people out there. I'm trying to lessen the confusion. And so that's why I assume on the back end that you may see a simpler scheme because of the fact that you may have Malik hooker back. But again, you'll have a backup safety out there. You'll have a new corner that'll be playing out there.

So there'll be a bunch of guys in the rotation that hasn't played a lot of snaps in general, not just for this defense. So this is going to be one of the ones where they're going to be trying to figure out their figured out on the run. This is going to be an on the run situation and knock on wood that even during this game that you don't lose anybody. Right. Right? Because you're playing a physical team. You're playing a very physical football team. So hopefully that, you know, you get the ability to stay healthy throughout the game. Would you think about because of the injuries at safety? Do you think they would use, they would slide Caleb Downs back into safety and bring somebody else in a nickel or is he is he better used as a nickel guy closer to the line of scrimmage? Well, this is what this is what getting Joey put a junior on the roster does for you in the trade because now you can have a situation where if you wanted to and from history, he

kind of said he didn't like it a lot. But if I wanted to go, Joey put her on one side, so vote on rebel other side, Ron Blan, you place a lot. Now I can take Caleb Downs and put him in the back, the back end of that situation. So I can have that level of rotation to do it. It's all about do you have willing participants that want to do it? I know when you get Kobe Durant back from injury, he's here now, you can go Kobe Durant slot, bland outside, porter outside, Downs back, right? But so they may try some things now, but I know the, I know that Ron Blan wasn't happy doing it when they asked him to do it a year or so ago. You know, thank you, Jesse, for the future. But who is going to be doing it now? I mean, the bottom line is everybody have been kind of talking to everybody trying to project the future. Brother, this game is coming. And when it hits you, it ain't about next week.

It's going to be about Sunday. It's a 12 o'clock. So half y'all who been chilling, you got to get up early anyway. You're going to be mad. So it's time to go to work, bro. It's time to go to work. If you're going to play this young man, if you're going to put him on the field, it ain't no snap count. If you're going to put him on the field, it ain't no snap count because history has shown you the tighter the game, the less it's going to be a snap count. You blow him out. But if that thing tight, like you said, you think I'm going to put, take this dude off the field and put somebody that's been in the ramboy for the last six, seven weeks. Not in Niko college, win the game. Come on, no, bro. How you doing that? I'm going to hope in there. How you doing that? So you're going to play this cat a little bit and not and set him down, get his helmet. All right. That's right, baby. This is now. This is now what's going to happen? Come Sunday at 12 o'clock. Down there in Houston. And ain't going to be no arms.

Oh man, you're going to snap count. Yeah, I'm with you. Have we heard an update from Tyler Smith coming up on four weeks this next week? Probably next week. Any update? Nothing? Shady said that he looks good conditioning that he's trending towards the short end of the four to six in the, the, the ladder. Okay. I just hadn't heard that. So all right. Let's take another break. Let us eat some more wings from wingstop and we'll be back for the final segment and our weekly predictions that we are so good at and Jesse's dad of the week. You won't want to miss it. Tune in for the final segment. Positive standard. Yeah. That's right. Flip it. Flip it. For that. On the final segment, hang it with the boys. Be right back. I'm a rubs and the ones with the little yellow cream on him. Yeah, I mean I know that sounds weird. Hold on. That's crazy. I'm infected wing. What the hell are you doing? Yeah, like crazy. What's the goal? Yeah, we're the goal. The hot honey rub go. Yeah, okay. Thank you. Thank you, Jess. What's yours? Hot honey rub. Hot honey. Yeah. Hot honey. Yeah. But those of you who like me my homeboy taught me this when you go get the hot honey rub get that get extra season on it. Chef's kiss. Good stuff. It's phenomenal. It's phenomenal. Okay, Mr. Jess. And I love the new fries. I could say this now. You didn't like the old fries? I like the old fries. These new fries like these. I love them. And eat them there. I love them.

Oh, you don't want to hot. Oh, you don't want to eat them there, man. So, wow. But now they can't be real rewombed. I do that sometimes. Hey, Chris, next time if I know they sent us the bundle, next time if we get to order and make sure we all get celery and carrots, it just tops it off. You look so many carrots. With my wings, yeah? Yeah, yeah. Never long a bit. So you had wings today? You mean you're, you're not chicken tenders. Next time I eat them. You're chicken tenders. I ain't going to tell people what y'all call. Yeah, we're all clear. Yeah, we don't want to hear. But you see why? And I like, I eat ugly. Bad. Like, I almost made the whole show without getting on my shirt and I did it anyway. So, I'm trying as hard as I can to stay away from the game actually itself. I think we talked about it enough. We know what's going to happen. So this is a fun question. The 17th game. Do you think that, and I've heard this a couple of times this week on local radio because Dallas is in such close proximity to Houston and there's not really a rivalry.

And you think that should make that 17th game, even if they rotate it where it's, you know, how they started doing college where you have rivalry week and you play somebody you don't normally play that's in close proximity or like a formal, a former former. It takes them in Texas. Yeah, like, you think that'd be fun for the 17th game. Like, every year the Cowboys play the Steelers or the Bills or rotate the Texans where you start building or make it the Texans every year and every team has that rivalry game. I think that'd be fun because you know, you only play teams what every four years if they're not in your division. Right. Usually it depends on how it falls. But I think that would be fun, man, because yeah, play with the Cotton Bowl. Yeah. I was thinking the same thing. You can do, you can do a grandman in prayer view one week Texas, oh, you one week and then the third week, the last week of the other, of the fair, play might the Cotton Bowl. Yeah. Jerry wouldn't have that though. No, no, no. I'm missing it. It's too much revenue.

Yeah, I think that'd be fun. Or do you think that I like it? Yeah, whatever. I like it. Good thought. Good thought. Okay, thanks Nate. Appreciate that. That's a nice thought, bro, but like you say, you know it was, when we say Mr. Joe's they go up for it. Well, we could do the, you could do the non neutral site. You could just rotate it every year where you go back and forth, but I think that would ask her down. I think we're eventually going to get to a, I think we're going to get to a 18 and eventually 20 week season with international teams. I think that's where we're, I think that's where we're headed. Chris, will you, will you around during NFL Europe? Of course. Yeah. Yeah. How many teams, how many teams did they have in NFL Europe? Was like six or eight? It's like six to eight. Yeah. Okay. Is where it had worked because you would like, you would send like, like four or five guys right over there. Right. Like the whole team was like free agents plus a couple NFL guys. Right. So that, the cool thing is like you'll watch, you know, watch a game and you'll have

a guy with a different helmet, but on the back you'd have the, the sticker of the team he actually at plays for, which was kind of cool. That is kind of cool. Yeah. Yeah, cool. Okay. Let's spend a little bit more time on this than we normally do. Let's go ahead and do our predictions. We got about eight minutes left, seven, eight minutes left. We normally do them really quick. Let's go a little more into detail. Why your prediction and why you think the game is going to turn out that way or what you think has to happen for the Cowboys to win. Spend it, spend it whatever way you want to, but Nate, I was got a, offense got a score. They scored 25 points. They win the game, man. I was a weakening hold of this team under 25 points, but we hurt. If I defense can hold this team under 25 points, I got a game 24 or 25. 24, 25. He's just like where he go over there. 20. I like that. By the way, Kurt, Kurt texted us. Pretty ironic that Kurt picks the other team the one week that he's not in here.

It has to face the music. He's got, he's got Houston 23, Dallas 20. Wow. He says Houston is coming. Is it home and deaf? Judas, Judas Daniels, right? Dallas is shooting off a gut punch and bad travel and fear the Texans are going to throw everything at the Cowboys. Kurt hopes he's wrong, but he's still picking Houston 23, Dallas 20. Kurt, Kurt, Kurt, could you write in a full hit? Kiss the deaf. Chris. What do you think your score is going to be? Why? So, my score is kind of ironic because this year, obviously, they're selling their 25th anniversary of being in existence, the Houston Texans. So at the game, they're celebrating their first win, obviously. That was going to us. So ironically, I picked the score 19 to 10, Dallas, which is the score they beat us in the first game. Oh. All right.

So, what do you think has to happen for the Cowboys? What do you say 19 to 10? 19 to 10? 19 to 10. 19 to 10. 19 to 10. What do you think has to happen for the Cowboys to win this game? Well, I think I think pickens these a score touchdown. If he can get in the end zone, I feel like the floodgates are going to open up for him because we saw it. I probably said this like two weeks ago when we played Washington, but like we saw it training camp, he was just a beast, but he just hasn't been able to get to the end zone. And that's why Dak Prescott should have wanted to come out to the end of the game. Give your best player out there a chance to go and make a 50-50 play. You know what I'm saying? I make the best fit the player in the lease. I mean, he was killing it at the camp. Was he not just? Yes. Absolutely. He was by far the best player in Cowboys training camp. And it wasn't even close. It wasn't even close. So like you got to, I mean, CD, don't give me wrong. CD is having a heck of a season right now. And it's probably because of Pickens, but because they're doubling.

All right. So you think they got to get Pickens involved? He's got to get involved and getting the end zone at least. I mean, because he got involved last week, he had like what, 80 something yards. So all right. I'm going to pick, man, this is totally, I think you're, I'm with you Nate. You got to get the run game going because if you let these guys pin their ears back, all your only hope is quick slants. And I think their, their DBs are going to sniff that out. You start doing that too much. I think you got to establish some kind of run game, which I don't have a lot of confidence. And, but I'm hoping, I what you said, Jesse, this is the beginning of their identity. They were getting their legs under them. The first two games, they're starting to figure out the run game, get Tyler guidance playing really good. You got to help Terrent steal out, but get, move those guys off the line again. I don't know if this is the team that you go move off the line. I think you got to get that. If you do that, I think, I think you win this game. I just don't know, I just don't know, even if Joey Porter's on the field, how much he's

going to make an impact immediately with everybody else that's hurt. I don't know if you can stop him. I think this is the pharmacy come to town. I think this is CJ Strauss get right game. I think it's going to come down to, I don't want to say it's going to be a shootout, but I don't see you stopping this, this offense in any aspect, unless you can build momentum off, stopping Derek Henry in the first part of that game last week. And you can build on that. But when it counted, did you really stop him? Not really. So I, I'm going to say, I think it's going to, I want to say it's going to be a high scoring game, but I'm going to give, Dallas, I'm going to say 27, 24 is used to. Oh, wow, you look good. I know, Trader twins, turn coats, man, Jesse, start of the game, score the game, and what the Cowboys absolutely have to do to win this game. Start of the game for me, everything for me in this game comes down to the Dallas Cowboys

defense. Okay. It is time. It is time. Hey, y'all been getting the pass really? The D for the coordinator been getting the pass. The players have been getting the pass. It is, it is a little bit, head scratching, not, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm scratching, I'm not being the right word. It is a little bit disappointing that in a revamped, completely revamped defense, three weeks into this season, the best two players on your entire defense are two cats who had study halls eight months ago. You see what I'm saying? Yeah. The best two players on your defense are rookies. And this is not a, this is not a re, you know, have some team that go into a rebuilding mode and everybody's young and it's kind of like, no, the best two players on your defense

have been rookies. That to me is unacceptable from being, I'm being totally honest. I've, a first round pick and a third round pick have been the, have been the, and, and, they've had their moments of question because they're rookies. But they've had, they've hands down been your best players and you can't have that. So if the Cowboys defense doesn't come out and they're playing with like, they, like, they need to come out playing desperate. Christian Parker needs to come out and play desperate, desperate. They, they need to impact this game early and often. They need to get into a bully mentality because that's what Houston's going to try to do. They're at home. The crowd's going to be in it. Chris told you 25 year anniversary reunion, whatever the hell they want to do with that situation. But all the people are going to be there. They're going to be, the, the, the roof is going to be jumping and they're going to try to come and punch you in the mouth. They're going to try to come in, be very physical with you and the Cowboys defensively need to figure out a way to match that.

So my stat is the Cowboys defensively, the Cowboys going to win this football game. The Cowboys have to have four or more sacks on CJ Stratt. Ooh, something they haven't done this year. The Cowboys have two sacks on this season. One of them belong to Caleb Downs. The other two are half sacks. So they got two total sacks. One player has a full sack. The Cowboys do not have an interception on the year. They've created some fumbles, but they don't have an interception of year this year. They're one of six or 17 that do not have an interception this year. They give up one of the highest third down ratings this year. They give up one of the highest QBRs to the opposing team quarterback this year. They're ranked third year and scoring defense. This defense needs to show up. It's time for y'all to carry out weight and, and you need to have at least four sacks. And the CJ Stratt is not a mobile quarterback.

His offensive line is weak. Because you know, BT Jordan, you might get back some of that Monday day paid you because you came in as a consultant. They're supposed to be helping working with the pass rush. We don't have a pass rush. We don't have any guy that can get to the quarterback. And you need to get to the quarterback today because this Sunday, because if you can't CJ Stratt will pick your part. He'll just sit in the pocket and throw it to receivers right in the middle of the field in his own. So that's my stat. My stat is four, four or more sacks for this Cowboys defense and they win the football game. They don't get to see the Stratt, they won't win this football game. And you think that will happen in your final score? Yeah, my final score indicated my final score indicate the Cowboys will get after this. Because I do believe they're going to blitz. They're going to add more guys into the mix. I think Joey Porter helps you do that a little bit because you have a guy that you can kind of feel comfortable. If he has to be out there in the island to cover, you know, a larger area of space because when you blitz, you vacant, you vacate areas.

So I got the Cowboys winning this game. Oh, I do. I have the Cowboys winning this game. Give me Cowboys 27. Texans 13. Ooh, defense showing up in a big way. They need to. All right. I like it, Jess. I hope you're right. Wingstop. Thank you so much. Thank you. These is often as you want. We will eat them and talk about your stuff and don't be scared. Don't be scared. Don't be scared to send them wingstop gift card. Oh my God. Did a little while ago. I'm scared. Don't be scared to drop the wingstop gift cards off. I'll take those two. I'll take those. Kurt, hopefully you back next week. Hope you enjoyed your wingstop. Jessie, good stuff. Nate, good stuff. Wingstop, good stuff. Chris, thanks for keeping us on the air and coordinating the wing drop today. Josh, thanks for keeping them company and eating the extra wings. We will be back hopefully victory Monday next week on hanging with the boys. 12 o'clock. We out. This has been a production of Dallas Cowboys.com and the Dallas Cowboys football club.

How's the big cowboys? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's a big change. It doesn't give in. It's two games to play man or down. Everyone who plays and who is max for game music. It's massive. It can take 10 days to take run. Yeah. Yeah. It takes 9 to 10 days to get their goals and continue to comfort and make the game harder, to get your goals to the往 from a corner.
