Former special counsel Jack Smith sat before Senate Judiciary today as Chairman Chuck Grassley pressed him on Arctic Frost, lawmaker records, journalist communications, and a classified-documents case Grassley's office says started as a "non-criminal" referral. Smith said he will not be "silenced" and stood by both Trump prosecutions.

Grassley disclosed that Smith's team obtained roughly 4,800 donor checks from Americans in all 50 states—plus D.C. and Puerto Rico—including small-dollar Trump donations. Those records carried names, addresses, account numbers, routing numbers, and signatures. Grassley called it targeting of the Republican apparatus, not a normal prosecution.

Steve Bannon opens with Mike Davis on the phone and Jeff Clark on Zoom to unpack what the hearing actually accomplished: what Smith admitted, what he dodged, and what accountability looks like next.

Should Jack Smith face charges for how far this investigation went—or was this just hardball prosecution?

Code news. Some congresses, emails or text messages. We sought toll record subpoenas that did not contain the content of calls. I am also aware that we sought white house phones for individuals who are relevant to our investigation. Government phones in which they had no expectations. Let me ask you this way. Did you think the content of messages from members of congress by other means, meaning

the subpoenas you sent to the other 197 organizations asking for communications from members of congress? You said you didn't relate to members of congress, but did you do it through another means? The other 197 subpoenas. I can't address every subpoena we issued. What I can say is that I am aware that in the example of congressman Perry, prosecutors, this is before I was special counsel, did in fact seek a search warrant and received a judicial authority for a search warrant of his telephone. That definitely happened. Thank you, Mr. Smith. In closing, I just want to say in the famous words of the chief of the secret police under Stalin of Show Me the Man, I'll show you the crime, you may think you're a hero in this story, but let me tell you something. You're the villain. You've done so much damage. As a former prosecutor, I can say, there's so much damage that trust and faith people have in our system. You have weaponized the Department of Justice against political enemies to an extent that

has never happened in the history of this country. You will go down as a total dirt bag. Mr. Smith, I'm sorry. I want to be clear about this. What you were investigating is not something trivial. It's not a smash and grab crime. It is the biggest assault on our democratic traditions in over a century. And the danger that it unleashed, people call it election interference or obstruction. They use legal terminology, but people who are in danger, lives were lost. The vice president barely escaped for his life. Members of Congress almost were physically assaulted. And your report concluded that the violence was foreseeable because of Donald Trump and what he was doing. That it benefited from his interference with the certification. He incited the violence. He made a conscious decision not to stop and instead sought to leverage it for further delay.

That's an accurate description of what your investigation found, correct? He found that he caused that violence, that it was foreseeable to him and that he sought to exploit it. Oh my gosh. An investigator who relied principally on Republicans in his investigations, testified before this committee. It was Republicans. Oh my gosh, that statement should be chilling to every American that the commander-in-chief currently did everything he could to undermine the legal transfer of power. He invited a riot which several Republicans said he did. And we're now persecuting the prosecutors who followed the evidence. And they're trying to say this is partisanship. My records were swept up. My text messages were part of it. Karen Bass's text messages were a part of it. And dear God, one of the greatest attempts to undermine our democracy since the Confederates

betrayed this nation and started the Civil War, that's what this was. When you went to Judge Bozberg, you didn't even tell him you were seeking the phone records of members of Congress, did you? Because you knew he wouldn't agree. He would say, hey, Counselor, anybody who knows a law book from a J. Crew catalog knows that this violates the Constitution. But you didn't tell him, did you? We saw it non-disclosure orders from the court. You didn't tell him, did you? In seeking non-disclosure orders, we did not. It's clearly. But you're unbiased. You have no personal feelings. You make me want to throw up in my mouth. Mr. Chairman. Mr. Chairman. His time's up. I'd like to say a word. This hearing is of constitutional and historic importance.

This witness should be allowed to answer the questions, complete a sentence. We have given that courtesy to witnesses from both political parties and it should be extended to Mr. Smith. You're a time's up, Senator. I also, with respect, Dick, for the Chairman to instruct the witness. He's not Bambi's baby brother. He's been around. He knows him. He was famous or infamous even before he was hired to prosecute prison's Trump. And I'd like you to instruct him not to fiddle bust with him. Do you have any evidence whatsoever to believe that I and 20% of the members of the Republicans in the Senate will engage in destruction or tampering of evidence and intimidation of potential witnesses? No. We had powerful evidence that Donald Trump and his associates are... Am I Donald Trump? You are not, sir. Are the members of the Senate, Donald Trump?

No. Was this order directed at Donald Trump? No, I believe that... Did your office draft this order that Judge Bozberg signed and he signed them like he was signing Denny's menus, wanted a time over and over and over again, fax me damn. Did your office draft this? I'd have to look but I'm assuming that's the correct order and if so we did and I'm happy to explain why we did if you'd like. Good. I want you to tell us right now... Are you an officer of the court? Yes. I want to tell us, did you have a shred of evidence that 20% of the Republicans in the Senate will destroy evidence and intimidate witnesses? We had a strong reason to believe that Donald Trump would destroy evidence. That was not directed at Donald Trump. It was stated disclosing it to members of the Senate. No, it was stated it disclosing it to anyone and we do not have to wait for someone to be injured for an investigation to be obstructed.

We had strong reason to believe that Donald Trump would obstruct our investigation given the obstruction alleged in the Florida indictment, given the attempts to intimidate witnesses in the election case, given the threats that were later made to witnesses in the election case. I'd write about what the current state of affairs is but it seems to me it'll be really hard for anybody to take action against the lean cannon except the 11th Circuit. So it almost doesn't matter whether or not it's the time of the midterms and do the Republicans, it's the key hold of the House, do the Democrats take it back. It's really about that judicial decision. How long are we going to be continuing to talk about 2020, continuing to entertain this idea that Donald Trump lost in election or won an election that he lost? I don't know. I stopped talking about it. We don't really pay much attention to this stuff. To be honest with you, I don't know why.

There's a million things that are happening up here and I can't be bothered by this nonsense to be frank with you but let's just say one thing. If Republicans lose the majority in a couple of weeks as people expect, there's going to be a wave of people who don't want to put up with this Trump stuff anymore. There's just going to be a wave of people of Republicans who are not interested and who have now, you know, Trump will be the only president to lose the House twice. Katie, 2018, if they lose in 2026, the only president to lose the House twice. It's not a recipe for success. And really, if he loses the majority, what he has done has not been a recipe for success. There are going to be people who want to move on. Remember, when Biden took office in 2021, there was a rash of bipartisan legislating. The people who are the loudest are still talking about this, Katie, but there's a big majority of people who just want to do normal legislative things and not be involved in this kind of stuff. So, I'll give you my other question. It's, I mean, just watching that hearing today, it seems like there's such an amosity.

How do they work together? You're saying that this is a minority of even the Senate? I mean, this is a hearing, right? So, like, this thing are incentivized to perform. But it's, but the sad thing is with a lot of people, it's not only hearings. There's a lot, some people are still talking about, you know, 2020, a half a dozen years ago on a regular basis. But there are people who, like, there's a massive permitting reform bill that's coming through. There's efforts or not efforts on AI. I mean, we're at, like, this massive inflection point. And it's the goofiest thing on Earth to be talking about an election that was six years ago, the dude's back in the White House. Like, they got to move on from this. Is it that they feel like they have to, they just have to do the bidding of the President? Yes, they do. Or is it that they genuinely believe that they were wronged and they owed money by the government? Isn't it two things? They want to please the current President. It's what he wants nonstop on television all day long is that the Democrats targeted him and that he rightfully won all these elections, even the ones that he didn't.

And isn't the other part of it that Republicans don't mind trying to say Democrats are bad, evil, politically motivated people right before midterm? But is it also that they want money from the government for having their toll records to be in it? I mean, there was that push for a while. There was, and I noticed Lindsey Graham, many rest in peace, kind of gave up on that ghost, the idea that he knew that legally that was super dubious. Tuesday, 29 September, year of her Lord, 2026. So much went on today. We're going to get it all for you in the next two hours right here in the world. Let's start with Jack Smith, Mike Davis, the vice-horizant on the phone. We got Jeff Clark, the Jeff Clark by Zoom. Let's go to Mike Davis first. What did this accomplish today? Where in your mind, sir? Well, Chairman Chuck Grassley on the Senate Judiciary Committee had a very good hearing to lay out the facts that Jack Smith unquestionably politicized and weaponized the Justice Department

to go after hundreds of his political enemies, Biden's political enemies. And it wasn't just members of Congress. It was hundreds of Republicans. They were subpoenaing their donation records, their phone records. They were illegally spying on members of Congress. It helps prove what we've discussed on your show since the Mar-a-Lago raid over four years ago that this was a partisan hit on President Grump, his top aides, his allies, and many, many others, hundreds of others. So is this part of, because this thing got very, very, very heated? Is this part of a process? I mean, is there a next step? Because in the motivation of the MAGA base, a lot of people were saying, hey, I thought Jack Smith would be one of the first guys that we rounded up here for prosecutorial abuse. Do you see this as part of a process, or is this just a CYA exercise for the Senate

or was it just those guys going off on him because he took, he took their toll records, sir. This is a methodical plan by Senator Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, the best oversight member of Congress ever. This is part of a series of hearings, hearings that have already happened, hearings that are ongoing. And I would just say to the war in Posse, you're probably not going to see indictments before the midterm election, but you will certainly see accountability after the midterm election. We had, it was Kurt Olson, I think, was announced that he stepped down from the case in Florida, Joe DeGeneva, the deputy FBI director Andrew Bailey announced, I think, on October 2nd, he's going to hand back to Missouri. Do you get a sense of ice rory? That we still have the urgency and the agency in pushing these things forward because some

of the bigger names, DeGeneva Olson, I heard there's five other people that are peeling off of the Florida case and maybe it's a change in strategic direction, but also, you know, also Andrew Bailey, deputy head of the FBI. I tell you what, Mike, if you could hold that just through the commercial break, or give you plenty of runway, because obviously the MAGA base and the MAGA movement in the warm audience just wants to make sure that accountability, they're held responsible, they're held accountable, so this can never happen again. And it seemed like today this thing turned into a fracas for a while. And Jack Smith was as arrogant as he possibly be. I mean, Jack Smith was sitting there calling President Trump a criminal conspiracy, all of it. So, Mike Davis, a vice-chair is with us. Jeff Clark, we got Poso's coming back from the Make America healthy again. He's going to drop in. And all over was Sarah Huckabee on this ad she put out, and we're going to get into

all of that. Eric Metaxas later, hopefully, hopefully Beatrix von Stort from the alternative to Deutschland. Plus, we're going to talk about artificial intelligence and the financing of it, the liabilities of it. Obviously, it's got enormous upside-level MAGA conference. I was about that. Birchgold.com. So Mike, before we answer the question about South Far, this is all about the deep state. And this is what Jack Smith was weaponized to protect and to take down Donald Trump. So just because the audience wants accountability, that's for the not vengeance, not revenge, but accountability. And they're concerned that the Senate's about to get out of town. It looks like this might have been checked the box for the theater of it. And it was very dramatic. I mean, we could have played a 45-minute cold open with just a highlight reel. But was it just the atrix or is there a methodical process here behind this that somehow also

linked to what's happening in South Florida that's going to hold these deep state people that tried to destroy the country accountable, sir? Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, my former boss is a workhorse. He's not a show horse. He doesn't do theater, right? He does real oversight. He's been doing real oversight for five decades in the House and then in the Senate. And he is the most effective at oversight. You're seeing the fruits of his oversight labor now. This is part of a plan to expose what Biden and Obama did to politicize and weaponize our intelligences and law enforcement to go after Trump. His top aides like you, Bannon, Navarro, Jeff Clark, who's coming on his allies. Many people were wrapped up into this, whether it was crossfire hurricane, whether it was Arctic frost. And the Judiciary Committee is exposing this evidence. They're working hand in glove with the justice department, including Todd Blanche, the attorney

general, Kashbitell, the FBI director, Jason Renning, Kenyones, my friend, who's the U.S. attorney in Florida. I get that justice is slow. Justice is bumpy. And this is not going as fast as we'd like, but justice is definitely coming. And remember, it took many, many, many months for Biden to bring indictments against President Trump for bogus charges. Jason Renning, Kenyones, that confirmed by the Senate just over a year ago, he immediately moved to open the special grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida. That takes many months to set up. You have to and panel the grand jury and that, that in-paneled in January and they have been off to the races since January. We are eight months in. If you believe the news reporting, there have been many subpoenas that have gone out.

They have gone after many witnesses. They're calling in people to testify before the grand jury. Here's the difference between a Republican investigation and a Democrat investigation. With Jack Smith and Democrat investigations, you have lawyers lined up to go work for these investigations. You have the best lawyers at the best law firms going to Jack Smith's investigation, go into the DOJ to help out because these Democrats know they're going to get rewarded. These Democrats and attorneys know they're going to get rewarded after they do this law fair. And Republicans do accountability for this. They get punished as you hear from Jeff Clark who's coming on, who's facing disbarment by the DC bar. So it was just harder to recruit attorneys on the Republican side, but no mistake about this. They are working very hard in Southern Florida. They are building a very strong case.

Joe DeGeneres built a very strong foundation. And the prosecutors are taking the baton from Joe and Kurt Olson and others. And they're moving forward with this. And I promise you, as I've been saying on this show for years, that justice is definitely coming because I want to make damn sure of it. Like I said, you're probably not going to see indictments before the big term elections because there are rules in the justice department about that. But there will certainly be accountability after the midterm elections. Mike Davis, where do people go for Article 3 and where do they go for your social media sir? Article 3 project. Orc, article number 3 projects. That organ. Thank you, Ben. Thank you sir. Appreciate you. We got a very special announcement with Jeff Clark momentarily, but Jeff, I've got to get you're, since you're also a participant in all this, your thoughts. First of all, let's just focus on the hearing itself.

What do you believe was the purpose of it? Why did it happen? Why did it have to happen now? Well, I think, you know, the house had their big shot at Jack Smith. So the Senate wanted their big shot at Jack Smith. I do think that Senator Grassley is particularly effective at oversight, right? You know, he's exposed terrible documents about all these operations they were running from Arctic Frost to Rampert 12 to Operation Round River, you know, which was basically like a cover operation to keep the Biden family safe and to throw everything off on to Trump, whether offensively or defensively. So I think that, you know, part of that was to highlight his latest revelations today, Chuck Grassley's, which included the idea that Republican donors were being tracked. There were 4,782 checks, including from, you know, grandma's and $10 check for Republicans.

So, you know, as one of the senators put it, I think it was Senator Cruz, you know, is it a crime to be a Republican? Like, what is it you're investigating when you're looking at checks from donors in connection with what, you know, your remit is as the special counsel. You know, it shows that it was a giant operation to try to destroy the Republican party generally, or if, you know, that was overly ambitious. At the very least, it was an attempt to destroy maggot. It was an attempt to destroy populist conservatism at the very least. And so I think that's what Grassley had as the purpose of the hearing was to reveal that, forced Jack Smith to answer questions. So, but how do you say it's an operation to destroy the Republican party? Because it was only Republicans who were targeted. It was only Republicans really of particular stripes who were targeted, people who, you know, President Trump obviously was the main target. And then, Jack Smith referred many times to the co-conspirators, the co-conspirators, the co-conspirators.

He was pressed at one point and he sort of admitted he was talking just about Rudy Giuliani. So, you know, I felt sorry for the mayor at that point. But there were a whole host of so-called co-conspirators that were referenced in his indictments. I was happy that in the fall of 2024, so about two years ago, I was dropped out as co-conspirator number four because Jack Smith realized he couldn't sustain anything against me after the Supreme Court immunity decision came down in July 1st of 2024. But all the other people remained besmirched by Jack Smith as co-conspirators. He besmirched him again today. And so, you know, it was an effort to, if you're looking at a lot of the people who are in there, you know, Mark Meadows, Rudy Giuliani, you know, these are some of the leading lights and this, some of the leading lawyer lights, you know, John Eastman, etc., of the populist conservative movement. And so, you know, it looks like it is, and it was a weaponized attempt to destroy all those people and bring them down around Trump.

Was today anything more than theatrics? I mean, do you believe by Mike Davis' theory that this is part of a process, although it's coming very late in the first half of the second term, that this is all part of Grassley's process, and that we're eventually going to get accountability for Jack Smith because Jack Smith could not have been more arrogant today, a basic continued call of President Trump a criminal and head of a criminal conspiracy, right? He didn't back down an inch. In fact, he gave as good as he got, and I think that's what kind of shocked people. Do you see this more than anything but theatrics? Well, I'd like to see things have to have moved faster, and, you know, I can't avoid expressing my frustration, but to express my frustration there. But I do agree that there are DOJ rules about bringing indictments within, you know, a certain period of time before an election, and indeed those, you know, Jack Smith got another indictment in a super-seating indictment out,

in violation of those rules in connection with the 2024 election. So I think it's wise for this Justice Department to follow that. I think Mike being personal friends with the US Attorney in the Southern District of Florida, you know, has more information about exactly what might be going on down there. When you start seeing the deputy FBI director, people like Kurt Olson, Joe DeGeneva, and we're five or six, although Joe was a couple weeks ago, before midterm election, a couple weeks before, is that make you feel better? Or like start to question like, what's happening here? Why are guys peeling out at all? If they're peeling out, why are they peeling out right before the midterms? Yeah, I don't have the inside scoop on that, Steve. So I'm just going to, you know, say, yeah, I understand why people are asking the question, but I can't answer it. I want to refocus you on this, which is I think one of the biggest things that came out of today was continued focus on how Jack Smith completely violated the speech or debate clause

in Article 1 of the Constitution. So our legislators have to be able to debate amongst themselves, debate on the floor, consult with people, consult with the executive branch, and that should be something that's protected. In Jack Smith, instead went out, you know, he tried to hide behind the idea. Do you think that, do you think they consistently made the case that he violated that? I do, and I think they, they forced him, they, you know, so this had come out earlier, but they refocused on the fact that all of the telecom companies just like rolled over like little dogs like, you know, scratch Mike Stumick, except for AT&T. AT&T refused to give the information that Jack Smith and his other thugs sought, and they said it looks like us like this would be covered by the speech or debate clause. And there's the key really telling point, which they did try to hammer homestead, that if Jack Smith disagreed with that, if he thought that that was not protected by the speech or debate clause, he could have gone to court, and he had very favorable forums in, you know,

in DC, right? Absolutely. Judge Barrel, I remember him, and say, hey, give me that stuff. Like, this isn't protected. He did it. Hang on for one second, Jeff. We got more, and then you're going to make an announcement. Poso is in the house. Mrs. Poso is in the house also. Take your front-of-text ban and BANN and ON, 9898, get the old-mate guide from Vessi and Golden Pressure in the Metal. This talks about 401Ks, IRAs, the ways that you roll those over. Tax deferred. Check with Philip Patrick and his team and do it today. Bond market in another mini meltdown. More on that later in the world, when Shrupbreak. Poso's are in the house. They're fresh from the Make America Healthy again conference. We're going to get to that in a second. But thank you guys for dropping by while you're in the neighborhood.

I want to go back to Jeff Clark. So Jeff, you think this move the ball forward, particularly on speech and debate? Do you believe it moves the ball forward on ultimately holding Jack Smith and his cohorts accountable for their crimes? Well, Steve, I'll give the the War of Posse of T's are then. I think he committed a perjury today in several respects. And since he has a week to correct his remarks for the record, I don't want to give him hints of what he should do to fix up job on. But stay tuned. You believe he perjured himself today multiple times in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Is that what I'm hearing? I do. I do. Okay Clark, you stuck the landing for the hit. Let's talk about you've got big news. And people are very excited about this. Talk to us about it. Sure. So we are launching at the Oversight Project a new law firm. I just put out a

feeler, Steve, about that last week, a little bit before that maybe to try to get resumes to come in so that when we open the doors, which is occurring tomorrow after our big kickoff event, that we would have resumes in the pipeline. And instead, I got an overwhelming response, which I did not fully anticipate. That tweet got 1.3 million views, 16,000 likes. We've been flooded with resumes and potential requests for help. What are we doing? Our project is to run a law firm that's going to run on the public interest model like, but a lot of the less efforts do on NGOs. We think that when Republicans are targeted and they're come after whether they're in an administration or whether they're congressional staffers, that a lot of them wind up like, they just don't have the money to pay fancy law firms. And they would have to pay higher rates, believe me, than Democrats. Because as Mike Davis was explaining, they really rally around their own. So our idea is we want to provide

either pro bono or low cost representation to people to help them so that when they're targeted again, and I don't pray for this result, God forbid. But if the Republicans lose the house or lose the Senate or lose both, if we lose the presidency starting in January 20, 20, 29, they're going to try all the same jacksmith stuff again. And they're going to have learned lessons. They're going to go hammer in tongues after anyone who's associated with President Trump to try to make them pay and to try to make sure that no MAGA movement ever gets off the ground again. And our idea is that we want to be the law firm to help people resist all of that, to be there for them so that we can fight back. And we want to not just do defensive efforts, Steve. We also want to undertake significant offensive actions. All of this bar fair, right? What is bar fair? It's the form of law fair where they try to strip people with their bar licenses. And believe me, I know about that. Johnny's been

knows about that. Rudy Giuliani knows about that. I feel like I've almost invented a different playbook about that. So the idea is to bring that to help administration lawyers or lawyers, you know, for Republicans on the hill to help them defend against the onslaught that we see coming. So tomorrow we're having a big kickoff event. Tom Klinginstein, who is one of the major supporters of the Claremont folks who do excellent intellectual work who employ Johnny Smith as their constitutional scholar. He has decided to be the donor to really help kick that off. But as he has put out on his website today, he wants to see other donors come forward. He's like, look, I can't do this alone. This is a big effort. Other, you know, well-heeled donors who are conservatives, mega conservatives, Republicans should come forward and help support our efforts, Steve. And so we're super excited. Tomorrow is like an all-day conference where we're kicking it off.

And then I'm going to be doing interviews of the new young lawyers who we want to have not just go into private practice to make coin, but who want to serve the public in an NGO on our side of the football for once? Hang on. I just want to make sure I understand this because this is pretty groundbreaking and what it helped during the first Trump administration. This is a law for me saying I'll be going to get these resumes. All these lawyers getting great young lawyers, some old dogs like you. And it's going to offer up pro bono legal defense for all these people that are going to get subpoenaed and criminal charges filed against them. And everybody that's there that's tried to destroy him like the millions of dollars of fees people ran up last time. It would bankrupt. Yeah. So, however many people we can represent Steve within our budget constraint, right? And that's why I'm calling for more donations. We need to get bigger. Tom Klingon's Dean's seat money is going to help us get significantly bigger, but we need to probably get even bigger than that because I think if Jack Smith's operation was huge, if the January 6th operation was huge and

went after hundreds of people, this time it's going to be even bigger. No, this is what I talked about on the morning show. Possibly, do you have a question observation? Well, yeah, my question is, Jeff, like just just sign me up now. I want to make sure I'm on the list already. I want the early, you know, I want the early bird special there on that. I don't know about that. You make it too much money. You make it too much money as a matinee idol over here. No, no, no, no, put it in. She told him to do that. She says getting. No, no, I just can't testify. I just can't testify. Guys, Huskies. Jack, we're old. That's British. That's British. British commentable. All right, Jeff. Here's another with that point. Steve here's another news breaking thing. Here's one of the things that Jack Smith did. He violated my marital privilege. We told him my emails with my wife were privileged. He refused to respect that. So Jack, don't count on that marital privilege. If you're talking about another maniac, partisan like Jack Smith, believe me. I was okay. She isn't. Her English isn't that good. She's already. No, nothing. Nothing. Nothing could be quoted later.

Jeff Clark, where do we go to find out more about the law firm and your social media more about everything you're putting up? But tomorrow, we'll reach out to Tom. I'd love to get Tom on here. The donor. He's such a great guy. And people think so highly of my clarum on other places. I love the game. I want to talk about why he's putting the C capital. This will be, I get to tell you throughout the mega movement and the Trump administration, this is really going to be welcomed because the left does it, but we don't do it. And now you guys are finally stepping up. Where do people go to find out more about it? Sure. Well, thanks, Steve. I am Jeff Clark, US on X and getter and at real Jeff Clark on true social. And the oversight project is it's your gov.org. It's why you are g o b dot or g. And we are at it's your gov on X. My calendar team over at oversight, just incredible. I want to thank you, Jeff, for announcing this here today. Really excited and look forward to getting more of you guys

on to talk about it. Appreciate you. Excellent. I was going to do I was going to do make America healthy again first, but I think I'll get let's get to your cold up. We got we got to we've got to clip. We've got to clip. We've got to clip. We've got to clip from Jack Pasobic and CNN. Let's go and play it. We know that we've seen the Gen Z numbers with the GOP. We know the numbers are down. All the GOP had to do was not attack young white men between now and election day. The only group in America that there's no taboo to attack whatsoever is white men. And look, that's what the GOP is now doing. It is tone deaf. It is disgraceful. And honestly, it should be apologized for. This should be taken down and there should be an apology to the young white men in this country. I think I have a pretty good grasp of where the Republican base is since I spend my entire living trying to help Republicans unite the win elections. And I have seen no one legitimate

who is upset by this. These are only clickbait profiteers. You're sitting on the federal overhead. I'm very sorry. There are 10 million people who've seen that ad online who agree with me, Brad. So I know you think you know the GOP base, but you might want to check yourself. Let me ask you. Being a self-styled mega influencer who sells clickbait does not make you represent the very same. You know what percentage of welfare recipients in the United States are white men under the age of 25? I don't know that I don't look at people's race when I've said what the policy is. What percentage of welfare recipients are white men under the age of 25? I'll again I told you I don't look at people. It's one percent. It's less than one percent. Can we by the way I want to pull the huckabee I want to pull the huckabee and see that. So talk to me about this. I said what I said not to add to be pulled this we fought. How are you? It's political malpractice to be at 35 days out from an election as we are to be releasing an ad any political forum whatsoever as Republican attacking young white men when we know this is

the group that propelled President Donald Trump G Vance Bobby Kennedy all the rest two victory in 2024 historic coalition the same group by the way that Charlie Kirk put his sweat and tears into dragging them across the finish line. He gave his life for him. He gave his life for him and to now come out and start demonizing them and then say demanding your vote and then he get this guy says without that's an illegitimate concern. He says those are illegitimate. Those people are illegitimate. It's 10 as she goes and Caroline the great Caroline Sunshine response is that there's 10 million people that are upset about this. He says that's illegitimate. They're illegitimate. That's what the GOP thinks of you and we wonder why these young white men are so angry. We wonder why they're turning to the Mondamis the Sayeds all the rest it's not because they embrace socialism it's because they hate you. Why was why were the young and we'll play the ad right after the break when we pull it up. Why did they select a why did they select a young white man sitting there playing video

games and then what else. Because Steve this is the trope this the same trope you see in every commercial in every Hollywood movie it's that the young white man is always the dunes it's only allowed to be portrayed in the negative so a young white man is only allowed to be portrayed in the negative sense you're the butt of the joke or you're the villain or you're you're this guy in obsession this big movie is huge with Gen Z but you're the one who's like breaking the law and uh be witching your girlfriend and all this you're only ever allowed to be shown as doing something wrong and whenever it's positive then it can't be a white man. What um what do you think possess them to do this was it virtue signaling I mean with 30 days out the number one I would say demographic group we have a problem motivating and having such urgency is the young white males that were so important in 2024 why would anybody do this. Well I just I think they're toned up and Tony Tay was even saying earlier that as a mother of two young white men I have two little boys

and it feels like white boys white men are constantly being attacked constantly being put down constantly being portrayed in the negative light they no surprise they're so demotivated anymore I'm not surprised. And by the way she's not like this. Not only that but let's talk about Arkansas let's talk about the H-1-Bs that Walmart is getting and Arkansas the six figured down salaries that they're receiving so and that's directly competing with the young white men in Gen Z. I'm just telling you folks you see this in North Texas and you can see it in our all over the country we're going to do away with the H-1-B program we have to it's destroying this nation it is unacceptable they can't show us one billet that has a foreigner that takes the billet that has a better it has educational advantage or job experience this is done for one reason it is to lower cost particularly

for the Tecole of Garx but now everybody's in the game Walmart all of them and this is what happens when you have an immigration policy that works against the backbone of the country and that is the young men in this country so it is you're right the timing of this cannot be worse. And I think it re I think it re emphasizes to them that hey we were one of the key groups that drove Trump to victory not just that we took the House we had the House Senate the executive branch the Supreme Court but also President Trump was cool and relevant in a way he's never been before. Podcast election because of guys like this. Yes incredible okay we're going to take a short commercial break a birch goal ended the dollar empire make sure you understand why the dollar is the central beating heart of the world's financial system and what it means to you particularly is the bond market quasi melts down ten year treasury over five two today I think 30 year going to a high since 2004 that means you want to get a mortgage you know I cost you a little more understand about the dollar birch goal dot com slash banan talk to Phillip Patrick in his team today

by the way get let me get that re great banan at nine eight nine eight nine eight get the old man guy do it today or go to birch goal dot com slash banan get ended though empire merges out was totally free no obligation and you get to fill Patrick okay let's go play this isn't ad from Sarah Huckabee Sarah Huckabee Sanders let's go and play it so you can you can you can embrace it and understand what we're talking about it's gonna play yeah oh you want some of this me Brad Brad is turned relaxing into a full-time profession but you you actually work hard you pay taxes to cover welfare for guys like Brad who just choose not to work what that's why I launched a welfare to work requirement now more our kanzans are working than ever before even Brad we know that we've seen the Gen Z numbers with the GOP we know the numbers are down all the GOP had to do was not attack young white men between now and election day the only

group in america that there's no taboo to attack whatsoever is white men and look that's what the GOP is now doing it is tone deaf it is disgraceful and honestly it should be apologized for this should be taken down and there should be an apology to the young white men in this country think I have a pretty good grasp of where the republican basis since I spend my entire living trying to help republicans unite the win elections and I have seen no one legitimate who is upset by this these are only clickbait profiteers I'm not upset you're sitting on my bed I'm offended I've heard there are 10 million people who've seen that add online who agree with me Brad so I know you think you know the GOP base but you might want to check yourself let me ask you be being a self-styled maggot influencer who sells clickbait does not make you represent the famous opinions in the united states are white men under the age of 25 I don't I'm not right I know that I don't look at people's race when I put that what policy is welfare recipients are white men under

the age of 25 again I told you I don't look at people it's 1% it's less than 1% she blows him up who is this who is this cland I think I think I'm not a pan less on CNN it's like one of these Jonah Goldberg clones but like something came out wrong in the laboratory I don't know they were saying it's illegit he says that all the people who watch this in our upset are illegitimate that's what he says number one so I think I know what the base stands for and the base doesn't stand for the 10 million views and it doesn't understand what the base stands for by the way Steve we've been at this for 10 years now talking about the white working class talking about the working class the backbone of this country the maggot this country the rust belt in this country middle America that's been overlooked and for 10 years of beating the pants off the guys like this they still haven't gotten no because they hate the fact that they hate the fact that the working class in this country finally has a voice this is this guy is the exact the Karl rove and by the way we're going to a huge fight about this I talked about the day I think the Karl rove aspect the Fox brain aspect though what is a bread Todd aspect is going to be

they're going to blame magma for everything they're going to come by they're going to try to shut down President Trump in Trumpism but this thing right here is so tone deaf why would she make this particularly in a race that we know we got to be reaching out to people and a lot of people are upset about the war they're upset about affordability but you can make an argument to them you can get some of these folks back and you're going to need every possible vote to basically stop what's coming we're in turn out election right yes and Alex the grass whoever you have here they'll say the barris they'll say the same thing we're turn our election so at this point the persuasion game is over it's all about turning out your base and getting the numbers out there by the way Steve I've said this to every candidate I've ever talked to my entire life in the night in the system of the United States of America's elections we do not have a qualitative system the quality of your votes does not matter it is the quantity of your votes because the Stalin told us the quantity has a quality all its own indeed it's it's not about who votes is about who counts no and we're now just as as the as the KGB no because we're now in a place where you can't make any mistakes what do

you do it we understand that the previous what they wanted to do before persuasion election it wasn't our persuasion this is literally based turning out all this this is anti persuasion this is anti persuasion this is almost I almost want to you would almost think this a Democrat this is a silent yes Scott Adams the great Scott Adams was around he used to say that Hillary Clinton used to have like a sometimes her ads would come out that would be so bad you would think that there's like a Trump supporter work for as a mole this is the opposite I think the mole switch sides and now the mole is is working for working for the Democrats against the Republicans but see when I do have to do though is I have to say a huge thank you to CNN and Abby Philip for promoting unhumans socialist revolution and all the free advertising she just gave me just always give Jack because they got you with the they pulled you from your monologue they pulled you back with the backdrop with the backdrop so we got to Steve by the way I got to show you something real quick while I'm here in the world moment you were I'm a hold you two six for a few minutes who was that we're going to be
