If you're on Drinking Bro's podcast Patreon right now, lucky you. Lucky you. You guys said you love these morning shows. We don't mind here. We got kids and whatnot. Happy to go early in the morning here. Yeah, we already got people in the chat saying they like these early shows. I know, dude. I know, and I understand why, by the way, because I sit at home and watch them. Usually I'm with my wife. I take my kids to school. We come home and watch an hour, hour and a half of Jenna Bush. Oh, yeah, Jenna Bush. And then whoever her partner is and then, and then head in, it sucks. So yeah, this should be a morning show. Could you imagine on ABC Dan? If it was just the two of us, the fucking glass wall behind us, dude. Yeah, that would be awesome. Yeah, that would be unfortunate for the world. It would be the end of times is what it would be. But as I was having my coffee this morning, white, like an NBA players wife,
because that's how it should be drank very, very quickly. Now we're close to being warm and not a hint of black in that coffee. I'm glad I'm not the only one that drinks my coffee that way. Are you the same? Oh, yeah. Dude, that's it for me, man. I just, it's my go-go juice. Like, hey, let's get it in me. I'll get a shake. And then let's get the fuck out of here. Good. Like I want to start the day and start rocking. Party rocking. I don't even eat that much sleep. So it's just, let's go, dude. Let's go. And I'm sitting there and they get preempted. So it's got to be important, right? It's got to, Dan, it's got to stop the fucking nation, dude. If you're going to preempt the today show and the morning show, it's got to be important. And guess who it was today? Jack Smith, dude. Jack Smith is up there. Remember that whole fucking rigour, we're going to take him up and we're going to fucking put him in jail. We're going to put him on trial.
So yeah, they interrupted all my favorite bullshit this morning and my white cold coffee with Jack Smith's ugly face. Wait, wait, dude, no, how I feel about this. You said you drink white coffee? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Look at that disdain. That mustache doesn't say white coffee. White coffee matters. How embarrassing for you. No. This probably shouldn't have said it all. You said it all. You should have said that anywhere in front of another man. You're good, dude. You're good. He looks, he likes his coffee, like he likes his power. Exactly. White. This is black. This is black. That was your drink this morning? Panamanian Gaysia from Mudhouse Coffee. It comes straight from an analogue's asshole. And there's beans in there that revitalize your soul. And you can really kick off the world. Now, what is that? Is that a local company? No, Mudhouse is in, I think they're in Virginia. Okay.
They just roast. This is from Finkalokabra. It's one of the... Are the fancy ones? It's one of the farms in Panama that wins the best coffee every year. Oh, yeah. If you find a child's finger in there, you get like $8. No, this is professionally run. Is it really? It's the best. Finkalokabra is probably one of the top five coffee farms in the world. No shit. Lots of people don't know. Dan has a refined taste when it comes to coffee. If you win. If you buy these beans, depending on what time of year it is, you're talking about 80 to 150 bucks a pound. Shut the fuck up. That's like a fucking gallon of gas. Damn, dude. You rich. You rich. Look at their incredible journey of Mudhouse Coffee. Whenever they're in Mudhouse, it's never good, you know. It's usually Mud is an old colloquialism for coffee. A cup of mud. Yeah, it's also colloquialism for Taco Bell.
It's just a cup of mud afterwards, too. It's all it is. That's all it is there. But yeah, I got interrupted this morning with my white, white, white cold coffee. It's just... There's so much creamer in there, it's cold. There's no way it can stay warm. Not a prayer. And I have to drink it fast because it keeps getting colder. So I'm like, man, I've got to just jam this fucking booty juice in me and kind of squeeze out to the world, you know. That's what I like to call it. Obviously my preschoolers teacher hates that phrase, but whatever. Crazy fucking day here. Let's start with the Jack Smith shit because this clip, and I had lined up a series of clips for Bluix to play because I was watching this earlier. This... You can only be this defined in a clip if you know nothing is ever going to happen to you. And you and I have talked about this for, I don't know how many fucking years on this show. We do this shit all the time and then right left everybody on social media is like, yeah, fuck them.
Yeah, he's going to prison. Yeah, we, we, we, America, yeah. And then nothing ever happens to these people. And I think he knew walking in there. His entrance today, by the way, was like a stadium entrance for Morgan Walling. Where you're just like, oh, is Pat Mahomes going to come out with you for the Kansas City show? He didn't give a fuck. And rightfully so, no one's going to do anything about this. Press play on this opening clip here. History teaches that the rule of law is rarely destroyed all at once. It's often weakened by attacks on the institutions and the public servants sworn to uphold it. Since January of 2025, we have witnessed precisely such an effort, including the vilification of the agents, prosecutors and staff who worked on my team, simply because of their unwavering dedication to the rule of law. I myself have been threatened with jail by the president of the United States.
However, I remain confident that the rule of law will endure because so many continue to uphold it faithfully each day. Yeah. So you start off with that, you know, you give your grand speech because you know you're not going to jail. As you can say, whatever you want, man, history is on my side. Everything that I'm doing is right. I'm a fucking martyr and you can ask whatever questions you want. And it's not going to matter because nothing is going to happen to me today. Now, I say shit like this. If I'm in a deposition for frivolous lawsuit that I know is bullshit, these deposition is going for like eight hours, same as this bullshit, not to this extent. Obviously, usually in somebody's fucking basement of a law firm and it's bullshit. But if you know it's frivolous to whatever, like you say shit like this because who cares? Nobody fucking cares. I got to that, that's a next clip, Luke.
Now, keep playing it. You're correct in this. This is what I wanted to show. I'm getting second handings already for the sound guy. Oh, you, no, no, it's not the sound guy. It's him. It's him. He pulled the plug accidentally sitting down, all the other shit. Okay. Now, for the audio listeners, I want you to know this is silent for a reason here while Jack Smith is on screen. This was immediately after that fucking in Bolden's speech. I'm on the right side of history in America and everything else. You swear to tell the whole truth, blah, blah, blah, nothing but the truth, everything else. Then he sits down, kicks out the microphone cord because he's so nervous and then fumbles with it for a good five minutes. You can cut it here. This keeps going on, by the way. But you could tell he had a speech prepared, which, which we played. And then what it actually came down to brass tax settling in for another eight hours with a bunch of lawyers in a room. That's how nervous you actually become when you do shit like this. And it shows like his face right here popped this up.
This was his face for the next hour. Just scared of shit, fucking eyes bugged out, head fucking squeezed up. Like, and you're like, all right, we're going to fucking do it today. Jack's fucking nervous. Press play on this clip. Required financial information. As I sit here right now, I cannot recite to you every subpoena we issued. I can tell you why we issued subpoenas. And it was to conduct a criminal investigation of one of the most serious crimes that's ever happened in our nation's history. I had a duty to collect facts. Let me say indeed you did. And you answered yes accordingly to protect the sloshers to my office. You obtained at least 4,782 donor checks. Many of those checks were five to ten dollars. The list includes checks from constituents in every state of every single member of this committee, both Republicans and Democrats. It included 42 checks from Iowans who dared to donate money to Republicans.
No matter what you say, there is no legitimate basis for what you did. Especially center staff killed an investigation into the Clinton campaign donations to Republican groups. Wasn't necessary for your investigation, which is proved out by the fact that it was not mentioned in your public report. Now the Justice Department of FBI will forever possess thousands of people's address, phone number, bank and bank account number, bank routing. And a copy of their true signature. Every member of this committee ought to be outraged for what happened to their constituents. I hope my Democratic colleagues will join me in this outrage. Question number three. In October last year, I asked you this question, but you never responded. Did you ever use a personal device for work purposes to include communications such as emails,
text or creation or editing of work product? If so, do you commit to providing that material to the committee? If not, are you testifying that you've complied with all federal record requirements? Yes. When I first became special counsel, I did not have a government phone or government computer. And so in the initial days when I was appointed and I was still living in the Netherlands, I did use a personal device and email to... Okay. So this clip I chose to play because I want to praise Anthony on this. I don't know if you remember saying this, but as this was going on in 21-22, you had said specifically, talked about the danger of him extracting cell phone records from all these people and all this other shit. Everybody said you were crazy. Everybody said you were nuts. And then you said, hey, there'll be able to use this information to tap everyone else, which is exactly what they did.
That should be enough to throw him in prison and we're all done with his fucking case. Maybe unless he's operating under a presidential authority. Right. Oh, so you're saying Biden could have said, hey, God is... Well, not Biden under the Department of Justice, the whoever gave the order could be held liable for it. If he lies about it later on, that's possible too, but holding the operational side accountable is extremely difficult. The referral that Jim Jordan made, and there's a reason Jim Jordan never took the bar examinations because he doesn't understand the fucking law. He's a good parrot. He likes to... His staff is really good at writing gotcha questions that he can read in front of the fucking audience, but he's a clown when it comes to enforcing the law, which is why he made a referral to the DOJ for...
For Smith knowingly making false statements, and it's the weakest referral that it's... I've ever seen in my life because it's nebulous. It doesn't pertain to some specific statement necessarily, and Smith was able to easily sidestep it by saying he was talking about a separate type of record, and that is sitting at DOJ and going fucking nowhere. There's another separate DOJ investigation going on. Maybe it turned something up. If Smith is smart during this trial, he'll stay nebulous again. Answer questions in a way that could be taken two ways, which is a smart thing to do in his position, and if he does, and they try to levy, or level another indictment against him through DOJ, through a referral from the Senate, then he'll do the same thing. Yeah, I don't see anything happening here. Many of them. Go to the next clip, here in Blueke, and this is how serious it is, guys. Okay, this next clip.
Do you believe in the tooth fairy? I do not. How about the Easter Bunny? I no longer believe in the Easter Bunny. Do you think Jimmy Hoffa died of natural causes? I do not. Okay. Now you believe in the tooth fairy? Hey, guys, guys, these were the hard-hitting questions that they interrupt Kelly, Kelly Ripa and Mark today to get to, and I'm super amps about that. And then Blueke, go to this next one right here, because he just dropped another banger that people really need to hear out there. So everybody knows the severity of what's going on in America today. This is the same guy. Of a bunch of US senators, right? We saw the toll records, non-content records.
Any Democrats or just Republicans? The President Trump had reached out to Democrats to further... But I'm not trying to get the facts. Were there any Democrats he sought their phone records? Just Republicans, right? The toll records that we saw were relevant to the investigation, and they were Republicans. I'm asking you. You saw me again, Counselor, you know that. You saw just the records of the Republicans. That violated the speech in the bank costs, didn't you? That is incorrect. We saw it to comply with that. Did you take Conwell? I'm sorry, Senator. Were you in the quad playing Frisbee during Conwell or in Harvard Law School? I did take constitutional law, yes. But then you had to know it violated the speech in the bank costs. In fact, when you went to Judge Boasberg, you didn't even tell him you were seeking the phone records of members of Congress, did you?
Because you knew he wouldn't agree. He would say, hey, Counselor, anybody who knows a law book from a J.C.R. catalog knows that this violates the Constitution. J.C.R. But you didn't tell him, did you? We saw it non-disclosure orders from... You didn't tell him, did you? In seeking non-disclosure orders, we did not disclose it. It didn't tell him, but you're unbiased. You have no personal feelings. You make me want to throw up in my mouth. Mr. Chairman, there it is. Thank you. Give me a round of applause. This is where all the money is going right now. Find the nearest toilet anywhere around you. In a 25-mile area and just flush your money down the toilet. Because this is where it's going to today. Even the Easter Bunny, the tooth fairy, you make me want to throw up in my mouth.
And this is going to go on for another eight hours, Dan. God, we've talked about this time and time again on the show. What the fuck is the point of all this? If you actually had charges, why couldn't you just charge the guy? What do we need any of this for? Theater? This is... That's all this feels like to me. People are running for office. It's all kabuki bullshit. Yeah. None of this is real. None of it, man. And when you're sitting there watching it, it's hard to watch. Because you know none of it's going anywhere. We already know what Jack Smith did. All of this. And I think Democrats too. Where they were just like, hey, we were after Trump and everything else. Now what they're trying to pin this to is those eight GOP senators who were tapped. And Trump who was tapped and all that other stuff. And we already know all of that happened. But when you do these NDAs, like he was talking about a non-disclosure agreement and all the other shits,
it's nonsense. I mean, it's, it is theater. It is just programs, television in the morning. And then we're going to get what probably, I don't know, 10 more of these in the next two years, I want to imagine. It's just fucking absolute goddamn nonsense. And the question I have for you is obviously everybody's back. Is this just for the midterms? Like this whole show? This is, yeah, I mean, this isn't going to produce anything. The real work will be done at the Department of Justice. This is just all theater. Yeah, there's no point to any of this. Okay. Because that's what I feel when I watch this. Like, oh, hey, dude, the midterms are coming up. We really don't have anything rad, but let's talk about Jack Smith. Is it pretty much always theater whenever it's this sort of thing where it's like televised? I have always said yes. Because I don't, yeah, I don't remember anything. I know one person who has ever gone to prison. That's an excellent question. Yeah, because I feel like I see this happen all the time, but nothing ever comes up at ever.
Do you know who it was? It wasn't a politician. It wasn't a judge. It wasn't a senator. It wasn't a congresswoman or man or whatever you're calling yourself on the left. It was Marion Jones, the Olympic gold medalist. And they put her in prison for a year for steroids. She actually did serve jail time. The one person who's done these committee hearings, Roger Clemens did it. All those guys did it for the steroid air and baseball. Only one actually went to jail and it was Marion Jones. You can get a jail for steroids. Yeah, pop it in Google right now. I forget how much time she spent in jail, but I remember seeing her at this exact setting. And yeah, it's Marion. Yeah, I'm looking at it now. So she got six months total in jail. Yeah, six months in jail. She reported to, oh no, federal prison in Fort Worth. I'm telling you, yes, this is a federal trial. So she didn't stay in very long.
She went on on March 7th, 2008, and she was released to a halfway house in September of 2008. Still though. I mean, that's this is it's Olympic hero. I don't give a fuck that she was on steroids. And also she didn't look jacked up enough to be on steroids. So she was pretty jacked up. I mean, is there an all the way house? No, no, there's not. It's called, I think that she's called jail. I think she's called jail, yeah. All right. Yeah, that's disappointing. I know, but this is the only person. So where do you got it? In the last, this is obviously way before I met you. When was that steroid trial with so-so, McGuire, Clemens? When on? It was after Mitchell, right? So 2005, maybe. Okay. So yeah, she was shortly after they didn't get any of the baseball players. This is the only person they got, and that's the only person who served real jail time and even according to you, what was it? March of 2005.
Yeah. But according to you, Blueke, what it was six months? That's interesting, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. That was the sentence, or no. Yeah, she was in from March until September. Yeah. That's it. But we spent all this money going after, and by the way, she's one of the nicest human beings of all time. Apologized and blah, blah, blah. And like, you want to see somebody who's on steroids, type in flow Joe. I love her. She's great. It was all fun as a kid to watch, but that moment was jacked to the fucking hell. I, with her, she's like a normal every other runner, and I never thought anything of it. Even then, when I was just like, all right, cool you to steroids. What the fuck do I care? It's a gold medal for Christ's Sakes. Great, you want to give it back or whatever? Awesome. Oh, I didn't know we got some sponsors to put this shit back, you know, on the air. First and foremost, today's Mossad chips are good friends over at Mossa. Love Mossad chips. Some might say addicted.
All right. These are the best tortilla chips on the planets. And yes, their sister company is Vandy Chris. And yes, it's this. God, these guys make the best chips that it is, dude. If you're out there sincerely and you're like, hey, dude, there's no way this can be better than anything else. I promise you it is. Grab one box. You don't like it and slap me in the face here. But last night, dude, watching the game, tad hungry, went to the old pantry and grabbed some Mossad chips, dude. They're a healthy tortilla chip to snack on, but there is no difference in the flavor. Matter of fact, they taste better than all the other bullshit. And once you have these and then you go back to the bullshit, which happened to me over the weekend, you realize, oh my God, I'd rather have these chips. They're thicker, they're more satiating, they're amazing, dude. And you don't feel like shit the next day. That's what's great about it. By now, everybody, probably in their mother's heard about Mossa, I get it. They're on all podcasts.
You see them everywhere. There's a reason for that. They taste amazing and they almost contain three ingredients. Organic, next to malized corn, sea salt, and a hundred percent grass fed beef tallow. That's it. No seed oils, no mystery chemicals, just real food. The way it used to be made. And unlike every other healthy chip that I've tried, these actually taste amazing. There's a reason sprouts and wagons and target and whole foods. Everybody's picking them up in their mother. This is a company that's going to explode within like two years, dude. I love them. I'm an OG guy, dude. They come in a bunch of different flavors. She's with a variety pack. It's super easy. So they got original whites, blue, lime, and my kids love the churro ones. So they got churro chips. And those are for kids because it tastes like a dessert chip, which is fucking amazing. And they dip them in vanilla ice cream. Oh, I haven't tried that. But I have tanked some bags of the churro chips. My kids did that.
And I was like, how does that taste? Oh my God, this is amazing. You guys win. So yeah, they actually told me about that. If you're ready to give Masha a try, go to mashachips.com slash drinking. Again, those APR rates are in the fives. This is a guy who tried to have her president, United States, thrown in jail on four different cities. There's also, I mean, one of the things that, one of the reasons for this, and Chuck Grassley was talking about it in this hearing today, I think. Maybe you thought it was a eulogy or a ghost talking because he's 6,000 fucking years old. Why is he even still in front of anybody? When they gathered up all these White House phones, there was a lot of the media caught up in this. There is some concern. I don't know if they're just putting this on display or if anybody will care about it or if there's something else criminal going on, but media research center, for example, announced in 25 that not one single broadcast network aired one solitary second about Smith's
alleged spying on conservative organizations and senators following a tranche of public disclosures. It's true, the records show that people were talking about it, journalists were talking about it with members of the White House and staff and stuff like that, and nobody put anything on air about it for some reason. They kind of tried their best to obviscate the fact that Jack Smith was operating well outside the bounds of his constitutional authority. The fact that democracy dies in the dark is at the top of your fucking website and you can't report on that. The fact that Washington Post still exists isn't saying. It's propped up by Bezos. Bezos isn't even a liberal. No, but that's the only reason that paper even has money at this point.
They were forced to sell to him. But yeah, dude, I don't know who's getting the son of L.A.Z. Is that Chuck Grassley with a blizzard? Did he dunk it upside down? Did he do that when they handed it to him? Yeah, dude, watching this shit, you're just like, okay, great. If you still believe in it and that one of these people is going to jail like everybody else in social media, not a fucking pair, right? Unless you did steroids at the Olympics, you're not going to jail for anything, all right? That's it. We're just going to have these hearings. It's going to interrupt our morning and, oh my god, dude, today's National Coffee Day. Right at the top, dude. I'm just, oh, now I feel bad. Yeah, you basically convert it to duty as a month Christmas. Oh, boy, why don't I list this and set that in that guy? It's National Coffee Day. Look at the background. It is. Yes, it is. You can tell how much I love it. Yeah, I drink it every day, though.
I really do. That's true. And then since that's not going anywhere, we do have an update on like real actual fucking crime here. So we did a show on fake news on Thursday, Luke check your DMs here. The two Ole Miss students that passed away and then the other girls who were fucked up as well. I knew on a college campus, especially one that's ranks like this, they're going to find these motherfuckers real quick and then exactly what happened here. So yeah, this is a weird one and it was the Craterpills. But and they've arrested the guys who own the gas station. So the two Ole Miss students died the same way. Same brand of pills sitting next to them and investigators recovered the same smack. SMAX or smacks, I guess, pseudo DHM tablets at both scenes sold as cratum-like product at gas stations and smoke shops, toxicology, still as an else.
And this is what the top story is. But if you go down, I'm going to send you the store owner here. You're posting it. They were like, cool, man, let's just put these guys in the front page. There. Look at those two gentlemen right there. It's exactly who runs those shops. It's exactly who you see every single time. You're like, hey, you know what, you'd really enjoy this smacks and then you're going to die afterwards. So those two guys were arrested for selling this. Now I've been to every convenience store in the planet for hard-eating self-serving. These products I've never seen. I've seen pretty much everything else, but these I've never seen before. So I don't know what that is. I don't think I've seen these particular ones, but it's not the first time that we've had issues with products like this because it might still be sold at a lot of places because I saw it when I was on my drive over from Texas. But there's this stuff that I think it's called a good times. And it just comes in a little blue bottle. It's a mixture of cratum and kava. And the combination of the two gives you the effect of like taking opiates and kids are
getting ahold of them. They're getting addicted to it. And there's just these little fuckers like from junior high and high school, Jones and for the shit outside of convenience. Really? What? Skipping over a big one. Which one? Bath salts. Well, bath salts kicked this all off. That was just fun because it ate away your skin and then you tore up your face and it spaces off. No, that's crocodile. Bath salts. Bath salts were the first one. Well, I guess spice was actually the first one. And then bath salts came just after that. And it was, bath salts were just designer drugs. They were literally no different than MDMA or any of that other stuff. They were just made in a lab by somebody to avoid. So the way you can look this up, blue if you want to look into it, but the way that drugs are banned is by molecule. That's why Delta 9 is a workaround. And if you don't have the exact molecule banned, technically you can sell it in public. Now MDMA was banned, I think, in 1988, which is later than you would have thought.
Yeah. But a lot of the other drugs are banned as well and they're banned by molecule. If you change it enough and what they were doing was essentially going by patent law, changing it to profile by 20%. You can sell a psychoactive drug over the counter, not just as a prescription, but over the counter without, with very legal or with very limited legal enforcement capability. And I found this very interesting being a, let's say, a connoisseur of psychoactive drugs. So my buddy and I, my buddy whose name will remain redacted. And I decided to do an experiment one day. I, this is just after I would got out of the army. I think it was in November of 2010. I took a shit load of this stuff, snorted the fuck out of it. And then had a very bizarre psychotic episode for a little bit, but it was contained.
Was that everything? Just bassles. That's what they sold it as. Okay, I didn't know if there was a cool one. And then gave myself a drug test the next day. And MDMA, PCP, all sorts of other shit popped hot. Meth, MDMA and PCP all popped on the drug test the next day. Really, it was close enough to make me pop hot of the test. Maybe it was legit, maybe nobody's bothering to test the stuff. I don't know what it was. But yeah, you could, I bought it at one of those Indian fucking boat eggas. Yeah. And for right outside of for brag. Holy shit, dude. Yeah, I didn't know if there was like a trendy name for it. And I don't know if it's still legal or not. But any of these drugs create them seven. This create them is a completely separate compound that mimics some of the stuff that opiates do, but 708 stuff like that. I don't know what the compound is. Anything that's out there, I would assume, has got something in it that you probably
shouldn't put in your body, frankly. Yeah, man. That's a wild one. What's that feel free? This is the drink that I, it's not good times, it's feel free. This is the stuff that kids are getting hooked on and it's extremely hard to get off of. You get some of the same withdrawal effects that you get from opiates, which are some of the worst withdrawals you can get. I mean, anything that, is this opiates anything that block, it doesn't matter. Anything that blocks your pain receptors in that way. And you stop taking it is going to have the same kind of withdrawal symptom. Well, I guess I'm asking because what's the effect, what do you feel? I think that I believe that this reacts on the same chemical receptors as opiates. So it's a very similar feeling. Okay. Yeah, feel free is, is create them and cova root. So and I know create them is similar like effect to heroin, right? Except not as strong, but still addictive. You know, I don't know. I said, we had to create an advertiser and it was for working out. And like, I took it for a few weeks and like, I felt pretty good at the workouts and all
that other shit, but it was like green extraction and like this pill. And then it wasn't bads. And then there were some listeners who came into the studio who were like, hey, dude, people were getting hooked on this shit. And I was like, why? For how? But I think, at least looking at those packages we showed earlier, if you're starting to mix it with other shit, good luck. I, you know, who knows at that point. But a lot of these shops, man, the workaround to dance points is that it's got to be these exact compounds and other shit to everything else. And if you extract it, put it in something else and rename it so you can kind of get away with it. And then it catches on with college kids because they all know the fucking lingo of it. And they're like, all right, great. Yeah, that seven, H-O, that seven hydro is the, that's the one. That's the big one right now. And that's supposed to mimic, I guess, percassettes, if I can enter something like that. I haven't seen that at stores. And then they've got a vape version of it in the top, laughed up there. I haven't seen it out, so I don't know.
The feel free stuff I saw a lot of convenient stores across the South when I was driving out here. These are the ones I haven't seen. Okay. Yeah, and it's usually the same Indian dudes. They're all Texas long-run fans. You know, I'm going to school there, I'm kidding. Well yeah, I knew that story would at least be knocked out pretty quickly, especially during football season. Well, Mrs. Ranked in the top 10, I was like, they're not going to let that shit fly. They're going to track these motherfuckers down and that's, that was what a 72 hour story and they got, yeah, they fixed that problem real fast. Yeah, dude. I think you fixed the rest of the problems in America, be fucking great. But you know, we're not really there yet. I hate to bring this up because I know it's going to happen. But, uh, Blueke, we talked about the impeachment thing. Is that available on Calcice? If the, if Congress wins the house, will they impeach Trump? That's a good question. I, it was asked yesterday and I wrote it down and I was like, you know what, I'll ask
Blueke when we get here. Will Trump be impeached? I fucking knew it, dude. I fucking knew it. Before January 20, uh, uh, 2028 is 64 percent. No. Wait, wait, before, before January 1st, 2028. Oh, 28, yes, yes. I would, I would take that bet for sure. Before March 1st, 2027, 22 percent. And before January 1st, 2027, 4.3 percent. Uh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I think we're all, we're all on the same camp here on this one. Now what's interesting to me and, and this was another thing that the listener brought up and I'll, I'll push this to you guys here is why couldn't anybody develop like a Cal sheet, right? Or something like that, uh, which there is a few of them. Um, and, uh, there's some gambling sites and everything else. If it's just other people's money that are predicting things, why couldn't you do it for like drinking bros per se, right? My response to him was this, I don't think in audience that you already know is going
to vote for the same thing or predict the same thing. The odds would be wildly different here, which is why I think Cal sheet kind of took off into the, in polymarket and those guys took off into the, uh, the next world here is, um, no one knew what they were and then they just popped up. So I would imagine it's kind of pretty even, however, uh, I will go back to something you said yesterday because this listener also brought that up was, if you're telling me that that people aren't paying and dropping money on some of the shit and that's part of their can-paying funds to jack up these numbers, I think you're absolutely right. Um, and, uh, and he brought that up as well and I was like, yeah, and I think it's to scare people away from voting. If leads look too big, like in the hangers case, uh, and I hate to keep going back to that, but it was 94 to six. I was the biggest one I've ever seen on there and, um, somebody jacked that up, you know, and it's clearly not true. So yeah, you can explain the alciad, uh, primary. It was way off. Yep.
Uh, his primary and there was one more, um, but, you know, all I can say is I can reiterate what I, what I said yesterday is, uh, that night is going to be just as wild as you think it is. I don't have any idea. There's some that I'm personally going to predict on Calci. I'm still going to stick with Rogers. I'm still going to stick with, uh, uh, Ken Paxton down in Texas, but there's a lot of these me on that's you guys will know on your own and they're doing every district. If you know something in your own fucking district, take a swing at it. I looked through these this morning after, um, our listeners sent that in and I was like, God damn, you could do every district if you want every single district where I was like, holy shit, dude, that's a whole new world, man. Cause you personally know it better than anybody else who ever lives there. You know what I'm saying? So, uh, yeah, it's, uh, it's a strange one, man. And the thing that I hate more than life itself is happening last night during the fucking, um, Monday night game, which way to show up Eagles, flag goes fly right into the ground.
And uh, you lost to a 39 year old backup, third string quarterback who hasn't played a game in three and a half years. No big deal. I lost by 30 fucking, um, but with that, I got my kids. I'm watching on the couch. You just got back from practice. And the amount of rape ads I saw with the actual word rape in them. This person got raped and this person got murdered. This person got killed. My eight year olds can recite this, uh, gun to the mouth commercial for Roy Cooper. And we have to mute these fucking things every single time. There has got to be a law against that. There has to be. These are showing up in front of dude, perfect videos and everything else on, on YouTube. Like, there's got to be a law because I don't know what to fucking tell them there, you know? Like, shit, an eight year old even be learning what rape is for Christ. They do perfect on YouTube kids. Uh, yes. Then why is any ad showing up? I agree. I don't think that's, I don't think that works actually.
YouTube kids. Yeah, they don't run. Why don't I premium? Do you? I don't know if it doesn't matter. I don't think they're allowed to run ads on YouTube kids anymore. Uh, lawsuit about that. You can, you can't run toy ads. Toy ads is what you can't run anymore. You can run rape ads. You can run political ads? You limited paid advertisements can run but they follow very strict rules. They can, there's ad bumpers, uh, no click throughs, uh, heavily restricts categories, no political or religious messaging. So if they're seeing that, then they're not on the kids account. Okay. So that might have been just on the general then on, you say it's mine. Yes. Okay. There's been a concerted effort lately because I wasn't signed in or anything either. And it was just a guest. Anybody that has kids might know this actually, but there's been a concerted effort recently to bump some of the more, um, more heavily watched toddler to young child shows off of
YouTube kids like Milo and Chip is one where it's this, I think is an Australian dude, uh, who, um, does like Minecraft stuff and it's two little characters. Okay. They kicked it off of YouTube kids for bullying or something because it's, it's like a cartoon basically where he just writes scripts and they, they fuck with each other and it's like stuff that little boys do basically. It's made for little boys to watch. And they kicked it off of YouTube kids for some fucking reason for bullying it said. Okay. A lot of parents are pissed off about it because it's not, there's nothing wrong with that show. Um, but the kids try when we're not paying attention to go over to the, to one of our accounts to watch it and then they are going to see different stuff like that. And it's just very odd to me. Well, so mine, I don't have a sign in on my thing. It's just a blank and I just press as a guest.
I get, I've got, uh, Roku TV. Um, but I figured, um, now that you said that, I figured if you watch it, children's like video, why would you play these fucking ads over and over again? Uh, the other thing too was Monday night football. This ran over and over and over and over and over again. There's got to be an hour that's like, hey, dude, eight to 10 or something like that man, we've got to take this shit off of TV. Like these ads have become more and more graphic that, uh, it's fucking insane, dude. Now the Jessica Bickler one is bonkers. It's funny and I don't like that. I don't really care about shit like that. But it's, I mean, you're saying the word rape over and over again, the fucking shotgun to the face, the girl in Charlottes and it's, you know, obviously because we're in North Carolina and these are North Carolina politicians. But that air, those commercials aired last night through Monday night football over and over and over again. And finally, I just had to mute the fucking thing and I was like, God damn it. It was ABC and ESPN last night. Um, is this the ad?
Uh, pop it up. We're looking at a 23 year old Ukrainian refugee stabbed to death aboard a train in Charlotte in North Carolina. She had no chance to defend herself. Unimaginable horror at the hands of a career criminal with 14 prior arrests released from prison months after Governor Roy Cooper signed an executive order looking to reimagine public safety. Violent criminals arrested and released repeatedly under Roy Cooper's watch. Every North Carolinian one seat away from unimaginable tragedy. If Roy Cooper is given a seat in the Senate, imagine the damage he'd do in Washington. So my kid goes, that's dark. And like he's advanced and very funny and like I love him, but I don't want him seeing this shit and I can't stop it. So like we would have to press mute throughout the game last night.
I'm like, my God, dude, I'm just watching a football game. That's it. That's all I'm doing. Uh, and then the other one was the end racism. I got that question over the weekend for one of my kids. Hey, dad, why is end racism in the end zone? And I go, what do you mean, buddy? And he goes, uh, he goes, is the racism? And I go, that's a great question. Um, like what the fuck? Um, I hate that I have to have these conversations this young. I don't, as an eight year old, did you know about politics or any of this shit that was going on? I did not. Um, yeah, I was, uh, I was already involved in a number of political movement today, years ago. Besides the black panthers, what else? Uh, it was the main one. Okay. Yeah. And I just kind of subgroups after that, which is fun. Yeah. So this was in the end zone of the chiefs game. And I had to tell an eight year old, you know, he placed a stack of football and it was like, what's, what's end racism? He goes, is there racism?
And I go, do you see it? You're school and he goes, no, dad. And I go, I don't see it either. I don't know what, what, or maybe they ended it, you know? Well, anyone who that is directed at isn't going to be listening to it. I see in that sign isn't going to change their minds of, of a lifetime of indoctrination. I know because it's in the end zone of the, of the NFL. Yeah, it's fucking, it's retarded. Man, I was a client member and I knew I was doing some bad shit and I hated a lot of bad people. Then I'm watching the chief Seattle Seahawks game and, uh, it said end racism in the end zone. I thought to myself, well, fuck. These colors ain't so bad after all. I might, I might stop being racist. Not a fucking prayer, man. You know what? I saw someone being racist sometime in one time and, uh, you know what I did? What'd you do? I changed my profile picture. Did you really? It's a black. Yep. You put a black square up there. Yeah. And you know what? It worked. It helped. I haven't seen any racism since then. Yeah. I haven't even right. I haven't either, man.
Holy shit, dude. Oh, that's great. That's great, but it sucks for us, man. It sucks for me as a dad, as a parents, uh, watching this shit where I'm like, man, you just, you got the field on. And I thank you for pulling this up, Luke. This is on the field for half the fucking game. Obviously, and you're like, I had to get answer this question. And you got a political at every fucking commercial break. Now I get to answer this question. I'm like, can I just watch a fucking football game in peace? You can jam political ads at my asshole. I'm watching the news. Cool, man. That's what I know what I'm getting into. People got murdered. There was some natural disaster and gas prices suck. Fine. You want to play political ads during that? I understand it. I put my kids in that fucking chair. If they were watching the news, they don't. But a football game? No. God, I'm just, I'm tired of seeing this shit. And they're going to keep doing it, by the way. The other question I got last night was the National Anthem. Do you watch the game last night?
No. Yeah, no. It was sick. I'm glad I missed it. That was a terrible game. Awful game, and I don't know what happened to the Eagles there. So type in Marriachi band for the National Anthem. Now, why are you laughing, Coup? Because if this is what I think it is, I think I'm actually going to enjoy it. It is. So play the audio, not the video, the NFL will own the rights to the video. You can watch this. This game was in here in the United States of America. So I was super confused because we had the game on. Actually, this is a, I've got back from practice. It just made me think of a question actually when the game was in Brazil or whatever it was, did they play the U.S. National Anthem? That's a great question. I didn't, I missed it. If they don't, if they did why? Isn't, didn't, I agree. That's their country. Wasn't there something about the military paying for the National Anthem to be played at NFL
games or something like that? You'll have to look that up, but in the meantime, I would imagine the NFL played for this. So I'm just going to play the audio so we don't get dinged on video. But this was the National Anthem for the Monday Night Football Game last night in Chicago. Chicago. If you wonder why Chicago doesn't have a team anymore, this is it. Turn this up. Yeah, cool. Shake it and do it. The look of confusion and everybody's face too is just like, wait. Why the fuck is this happening? Huge American flag, you know, but a mariachi band. Drink it in, dude.
I didn't even bother to take off the sunglasses. It was like I'm good, dude. I'm good. I paid money just to put the camera on your face throughout this entire performance. They're doing a good rendition. I kind of like it. It's a rendition. Totally great. If I'm at a Mexican restaurant and they come out and play this, after I got my three gringo tacos, which is sour cream cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and beef, and a crunchy shell, the way it should be, the way God intended it, the way Taco Bell perfected it. Then this is fine. We're going to hear this on the 4th of July at a resort in Chicago. You'll be stoked. Fucking cancun. Can they do it on that dinged ding in Indian music? I don't know. That's a great question. So my mind immediately goes to why. Now, I know Chicago is a sanctuary city.
So maybe it had something to do with that. Well, you know what, it's not going to be is an NFL city. No, that's over for you guys. And this is one of the reasons why. Yeah, thank God. But it turns out, and I did not know this. This was National Latino Month. Why? This is the little things I don't know. Why, is there a national white month coming up anytime soon? There's not. There's not. Well, that's every month. Okay. I feel cool to celebrate me every day. Every day. Every day. Celebrate me. Every day. Otherwise, shut the fuck up. The only parades that white people have are in hoods anymore. I know. We should have some different parades. You know what, if they were going to do this, I feel like they should have leaned in and served tacos in the stands. That's what I think. Hey, do the whole thing. Yeah. We don't think go to mile or whatever, like cool. I don't think anybody would have had an issue with that. But last night, I'm just like, what the fuck? And then Joe Bucknake was the one that calls these broadcasts. He's got $180 million contract. So I'll be with this the rest of our lives.
Goes, oh, that was beautiful. It was a beautiful rendition and to celebrate the national Mexican heritage month or whatever it was. Spanish heritage month. You'll have to tell me what month it is. I know the days and I take those very seriously like national coffee day, obviously, but some. What's the month? This is September. Thank you. September. I think you meant to say sorry, sorry, September. Yeah, it's a lot of Spanish. Spanish listeners out there. But what is the month exactly? He said it live on it. It's a Hispanic heritage month. Thank you. Thank you very much. Hispanic heritage month is celebrated from September 15th to October 15th. It recognizes history, culture and contributions. Oh. I mean, so it just came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central in South America. Yeah, I'm correct. But that sounds like two months. That's September and one month. It starts halfway through. Well, it's 30 days. It's a month, but it's not the month.
Yeah. Not in San. Yeah. I mean, look, there's a, there's a Latains parade heading up through Mexico towards our border right now. Another one. Yeah, I heard about that. Not cutting. Does that have other caravan heading towards the border? Go to Twitter. You can find it. Just don't get it. I don't either. You're not getting in there. They're choosing to do that now. Yes. I can tell you exactly why, friend. We are 44 days from the midterms. Shutting them down and then the violence that will ensue if there is violence and look, there should be in the form of a JDAM or just, you know, some, just something. The Democrats are going to get some great clips from this. Oh, yeah. This is all paid for and funded. I mean, look at this. These are all fucking dudes. I mean, play the, put this on screen. This we can show. Yep. They find a new funding source for us. Is there any women or children?
Yeah. Is there any women or children? That woman and that one and that one and that one. Yeah. Yeah, you got one. Oh, but a dude's pushing the strollers. That means there's nobody in it. And the babies covered up. You got one. It's like a 12 year old and the shoulder. Yeah. He's all the time. He's exhausted. I mean, you got to feel some sympathy for these people because they live in abject, shit whole poverty where cartels are constantly praying on them. You know, if I was one of those men, I would try to kill all those people praying on my, that's the thing. That's what I don't really get. Every country in the history of man has usually overthrown the government they didn't like. That's not true. Really? Most governments last a very long time. Authoritarian ones especially. No shit. But like in today's modern world, what do you got there? Is anybody trying to overthrow the UK government or the Australian government or the Canadian government or anywhere in Africa? That's an excellent question. So last night, apparently.
I mean, look, a listener sent us me to take over what it's worth. I got this post that said Irish Civil War. No. Is that not happening right now? No, of course it's not. Okay. Because there was like, there were some buildings and all this other shits. It was from two days ago. No, there's a dust up from time to time and then a bunch of astro-attrophed accounts on the internet trying to pretend like it's a movement. But for the most part, it's just isolated incidents and it's going to stay that way. There are some conversations about Scotland and Ireland leaving the UK. Right. Yeah, there's a, they held a vote. I don't know if they already held it or not. But yeah, there was going to be a vote for them to leave the UK. All right. We'll see what happens. We'll see what happens. We'll make it no longer the UK by the way. Well, look. Well, I think they've kind of been having those talks for quite a while. Yeah, I was going to say Brexit. Is that still finished?
Is it? Yeah. Right. That's over. That's over. It is. Okay. But yeah, look, if you told me you were going to join a militia and head up to Michigan, I'd be all in for that, you know. Great God. God, I'll be here and I'll wait for you to get it to return. I don't know why that isn't happening in some of these other places. I guess they don't have guns. That's the scariest part, right? Who's that? UK, Ireland, Australia. Because Australia wants these motherfuckers out of there too. Yeah. I mean, it's an interesting situation because the police forces in the UK are not liberty minded folk, but the military is. The military spent too much time with us. Mm-hmm. Same thing with the Australian military. They spent too much time around us. I don't think there's any unrearing that bell to be honest. So, I mean, when it comes down to it, I think there is a revolt if you want to call it
that, and the UK would be very interesting. I'll say that. Yeah. It really would. And it's, I think, what would be your best guess? If you were going to put money on and predict on Kalshi, what would be the country you would choose first that would actually do it? And how long? I don't think any of them will. I don't either. I think if I don't either change anything. I think if Alberta decides to separate from Canada, it's going to get interesting. I'll say that. I think that's the only one with any real potential. But that would be a completely legal thing without violence. Well, legal. Legal that they're, hey, we voted out of here. We're done with you. We want to come here. What? And I think Trump would take it. Don't you think Trump would take Alberta as the 51st day? No. Really? It wouldn't be up to him anyways. The states would have to ratify that. The federal government has no, no saying that matter.
But what do we got? Red versus blue. Alberta as red as they are compared to Canada is not red. I think they would become an independent state with a trade agreement with the US probably. But that would be very favorable, right? It would be very favorable for us. And we would be in direct competition with Canada for the tar sands and beef in Alberta, which are two of the most valuable exports that Canada has at the moment. I think Alberta leaving would be a big problem for Canada. So it'll be interesting to see if they allow it, actually, because I don't know if they don't have a constitution, they have a charter of rights. It's different. Then it's a lot different, actually, than what we have. And they still are technically a vassal to some degree because they're part of the common wealth, right? Yeah. But I don't know. I could see some of the, I could see some of the UK's in rough shape right now.
So I could see some of the, their BOT's as they call them, their overseas territories. I would call them vassal states, but in Guelab, Bermuda, Cayman, British Virgin Islands, stuff like that, I could see them wanting an economic split from the UK if they keep fucking around. When is this vote, by the way, do we know? It's not over. It's in, oh, so it's coming out. Yeah, I think you can look up the day, but I think it's October 50th or something. Yeah, 19th. 19th. I, that's interesting. I think now if they vote to succeed on the 19th, could that be an October surprise, where maybe, maybe liberals and some independence here in America, look at that and be like, oh, fuck, all that cool shit we thought they were doing, they actually aren't doing up there. And I don't want to vote for this. People are looking like it's probably, they're probably going to remain. It's like 70% of Albertans, according to the polls, want to remain. Go to Kalshi, let's see it, brother.
Let's put our dicks together and see what's happening at Alberta. What do we got? We'll out vote to succeed. That's another commercial that shouldn't air, by the way. I'm Morgan Freeman one. Get busy living, get busy diarying. Yeah, it's looking 14% chance they vote to succeed. Really? I would have said higher, dude. I think they're over it. I might go the opposite direction on that. Where do you live on that? On what? Alberta. About what? Leaving. Seceding. I don't think it will happen. Why not? I don't think, I think Canada will go out of Canada as a completely globalist captured organization. I think they'll go out of the way to make sure this doesn't happen. Two of their most valuable resources are there. The tar sands that really only we can refine are there. The Alberta beef is a big deal for them too.
Burda beef, as they call it. It was a huge head to their economy back in the day when the US DA and FDA falsely claimed that that Mad Cow outbreak, I think it was in 94, 95 timeframe, came from Alberta, turned out, it came from Iowa somewhere, but yeah, it crippled their beef market for a little bit and they got pretty butt hurt about it, especially since it wasn't true, but it was a problem for them. I think those are two really big industries in Canada that the country cannot afford to lose. And also to remain contiguous without a gap is obviously they don't want that. They don't want some rogue state floating in between them. Quebec's been trying to secede for a thousand years and it's never happened. So there's no way that Alberta is going to be able to do it. Would you say it would be rigged? You can if they had to. I think they would take a look at it and see what the reality was and if it was realistically going the wrong way, they would intervene.
Yes. Okay. Well, the last story here I saved for you, Dan. This is going to make you really happy and I love it. The walls are closing in apparently on Candace Owens. Now she's been accused of having lesbian relationships while being married and cheating on her husband with these other women here. They're starting to leak these videos slowly out that I've never seen before here. Press play on this. Go back. Hey guys, it's me Samantha. Who is this? I'm still perfect and pretty and skinny. And yeah, maybe Candace got a little chubby and cornexine but at least I'm still cute because I'm Sammy Schwab. All right. So these girls that are kissing are kind of here. They've been featured in other photos, videos and everything else. And according to some data leaks here, this is the big scandal.
She's been linked to like four different lesbian dating sites. From when she was in college, I mean, I don't really care about any of this. Is it college or no? I can't tell. The dating stuff I think was in college. She's tried to say October 2016 when it was not for her. I don't know, but I think she's tried to say that it wasn't her. But one of the accounts used the exact same handle as her flicker account, which is a picture account. And then the other one was the exact same account that she had in her YouTube account in college. So it's obviously her. I don't know why anybody cares about any of this. I mean, I guess that I was wondering. The thing that is of note about it is that her husband's obviously gay. And I don't think this would be a story. A girl banging other girls in college. A girl from Stanford, Connecticut, who probably was raised as waspies, you can be going off to college and being on supervised for the first time, dabbling in a beef.
I think is what they call in the industry is not an out of the ordinary situation. There's the fucking freshman 15. And there's, which is 15 pounds, you gain as a freshman in college for girls. And there's like trying pussy for the first time. It's not that shocking, to be honest. Some of the stuff that she was posting was sexually aggressive, but she's a type of personality. So that's not shocking either. I think the only reason that's really a story is because she's such a fake personality. And because her husband is obviously gay, so they're just beading each other. And people just read that as your whole life is disingenuous. That's kind of weird, I guess, but who fucking cares? I don't care about this. Yeah, there's a pick of her right there. But yeah, Kenna Sons, apparently the Ford dating accounts and her cheating allegedly with girls. And this was it's only cheating. It's only cheating to be clear if he didn't know. And I think he knew of course he did. He's gay. He likes dudes. There's no question or he wants to see his wife with other women.
He gets to join in. That's not a bad gig either. It's one of either those two things could be true. I don't believe that he likes women, but just based on that. I haven't seen a picture of him. Somebody said he's a Jew. And I don't know if that's true, but it would be hilarious. Yeah, I just, I, this is, this is only a story because she's been so hateful to people. She's accused so many people of things with no evidence at all. And it's like people want to get back at her, I guess, for that. I don't know why you want to play that game. If it was, if she was such an asshole for behaving the way she did this whole time, then what does that make everybody trying to make a big deal out of this? I'm not, I'm not getting involved in that. Here's the thing too. And, and I want to be real, real clear on this and I'm not kidding. It's going to sound like a him, but I'm not as much as I hate canna soons, same as AOC. She's pretty hot.
This only adds to the lore and makes her more desirable to people. So like, who are you fucking fooling there? Oh, her, the girl that was kissing her in that video that we showed is also hot. Okay, okay, rad dude. And then the other girl is okay. Sure, this is all fucking fun here. Find a real scandal. If you're going to take her down, find a real scandal here showing a hot girl with three other hot girls and then potentially all of them having lesbian sex all throughout the marriage and COVID and everything else. That actually makes me like her a little bit where I'm like, okay, I've got a little bit of respect for you now, but yeah, the rest of it, I don't care. That's the wrong angle to take PR-wise. If you're trying to take down canna soons, this isn't it, dude. This is a McCron hit job for sure. Yeah. Well, even then, like that's, no, this whole time woman without a dick. Some random dude on the internet happened to cross reference dating profiles on a lesbian website from that area and look at the user names and then compare them to the publicly
available user name she's used for Pinterest and Flickr and whatever the fuck else had found that there was obviously her using a version of her name plus her birthday for 29. Okay, great. You think that Israel and France couldn't have figured that out? Israel who could put pages with a bomb in it and somebody's fucking pocket couldn't figure this out. Of course they could have. They could have used this at any point, but they didn't ever take her seriously. So I mean, from that perspective, I think it's relevant. It's relevant that all this existed and it was never used at any point during the height of her bullshit by anybody who would have benefited from destroying her reputation. If they had thought she was some kind of threat, like she thinks because they tried to have her, like she thinks they're fucking trying to go after her. They don't give two fucks about her. She's a retarded person. And this is the, I think is the best proof you can have that. Frankly, same thing with Macron. I mean, I think he's probably just annoyed with it, which is, you know, the whole thing
is, frankly, it's interesting, I guess. But I relate to it to some degree because people try to come after me because of my wife's former profession. It's like, you don't think I know about that and you're telling me shit. And then the second part of it is, until your point a minute ago, how do you know? Yeah. Because you watched it. You watched it. You probably still watching it. And you want to pretend in public like this is, oh, book and whoo. How could you blow, blow, blow, blow. It's like, come on, man. And we just live a reality where we're all fucking drunk and jacking off all the time. Because that's reality. That is. It's you, some of you out there, well, I have not heard of this story about Candace Owens yet. You'll go look into it and you'll go pound off thinking about it later today. Yeah. Yeah. And do what you want. It's your brain. Just try to keep your fantasies inside your own head and not let them become part of your
real life. Same thing with Twitter. Somebody's trying to ruin your life on Twitter. If your life can be ruined on Twitter, you don't have a real life. I agree. Or is any social media, but like with this story, sorry, you made her more likeable, dude. Like what, what were you hoping this was going to work with? Well, I don't know. So make sure, I think if she hadn't been such an asshole the whole time, it would make her more likeable. But the fact that she's now like that, so that YouTube account that got identified, this one actually, can Mo429. Okay. Um, made a public statement that says, this isn't Candizo and this was for a school project. If you keep harassing me, I'm going to sue you posted that yesterday and then deleted the account, I think after all this came out. Come on. It's obviously you shut the fuck up. Yeah. But you can't just say like how damaging would it even be to say, uh, yeah, I was, uh, I was on the diving team in college, the muff diving team. Uh, I found Jesus after or whatever you can say.
It's like, who fucking cares, dude? No one cares about any of this shit. No one cares about women doing the dudes. You hope that happens. It dudes doing gay shit. That's hard to come out from. No, that's the end of Scar's guard is dealing with that right now. His reputation has been severely damaged by it. Uh, finding out that your favorite actress or somebody, whatever, uh, hooked up with a girl is not, it does zero damage. It's not clear. Finding out your wife hooked up with a girl in fucking college did zero damage. The only damage it did is that you're mad. You weren't there. Yeah. Yeah. You can't replicate that success. So just move on with your fucking life. Um, but I do understand the reason to put it out there because it's just like she's done so much damage to other people on purpose. Yeah. While all this like just the short version is people have, people care about different things.
The people in their lives mean something to them that you don't see. And it's not like judging them for that stuff or going after them with no context and stuff that, that where you don't understand the value they get out of that relationship is a really fucked up thing to do to be honest. Uh, and then from the, from the other side of that, if you're letting somebody else outside of your relationship dictate how you feel about the person that you love and take care of, you're a fucking piece of shit to you, right? So fuck all those people. Just do what you want. Do what you want. Try to be a good person and don't act like Candace Owens does to people. And then you won't have to deal with this shit. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. And, uh, right now, we got some breaking news on this. Um, I fucking do it from the Clancy case. The lawyer there, they just gave him a gag order. Writing to them. Yep. Cause he tried to dox that juror that loan hold out juror here. I'll send you the clip right now. This is going on in court as we speak, um, right now. Uh, yeah, this fucking guy do it.
And he knows nothing's going to happen. It's very similar to the top of the show here. It's, he knows nothing's going to happen. So he's saying whatever he wants. Well, I'm sure he's doing this for the same reason that he was saying that Donald Trump should pardon this guy. It's not possible because it's not a federal case, but it's contaminating the jury pool. So it's making another trial impossible. This guy's a piece of shit. Yeah. Press play. I'm hearing persecution attacking. I am doing all these terrible things to this juror. I filed one motion and said nothing. Every comment I have made has been in reaction to people from Donald Trump on down to Nancy Mace down to Cruz, not the DA, but the politician calling for her execution. I have responded to these outlandish comments, including the guy from Houston. I just wanted to say that Joe. We're talking about this motion for access to arguments created sidebar conferences. Anything else you want to add to that? On edge. What?
I mean, issue that we've just been talking about the blows motion. No, I'm just trying to be a persecutive people. I never said anything was wrong. No, we're talking about this motion. All right. I'm going to take it under advisement. So this is going to go back to the judges said, hey, this is going to go back. November 3rd. And they're going to try to figure out a new trial here in the meantime. Jura did do Hannity last night play this next clip, look, that's in your DMs. I haven't heard him speak yet. I've heard his buddy speak. I haven't heard this guy. This is the whole voucher here. Hi, my name is Michael Peggy Desmondville, also known as the lone juror. I know the whole focus has been on me, but we want to reel everything back and put the focus on the three angels that is the sidehand. Now we'll have those full remarks in mere moments and much. Hi, my name is I didn't picture him to have that voice, I guess.
It almost sounds like he has an accent. Yeah, I got a foreign accent. Jack on that legal stat. What if they get off on that? A fucking legal status dude. Ice bursts through on their like guys. Now this guy's definitely legal. She's a scryce. Yeah, now he's got a lawyer. It says apparently this lawyer is going out to the other lawyer which caused him to make that other statements. And yeah, this is going to be a never ending thing here. Fucking adieu. What a strange time to be alive right now. What a strange fucking time. But we'll be here with you, you know, day in and day out on this show. Now's the point in the show. We get to the drinking bro of the week on a drinking bro's dot com here. Let's pull it up dude. Flak Hunter shirts on fire pen state shirts on fire yellow stone shirts on fire. What else we got the pro box dude. This is the best story we've ever had.

Dan and I pay for that and just go nuts. There's 30 seconds of video currently and then there's going to be a lot, lot, lot more here. Coming up. So super amped about that. And we're going to a lot of people vast is the streaming one going to be into that one. The answer is yes. So that way it'll just kind of show up. There we go. This one came in. This is one of the couch cushion ones here. I mess so forgive me, dude. As soon as I click it if I don't re highlighted, it's there. Okay. This is October or I'm sorry August 24th this year. All right. Sorry, I missed you six weeks ago. Drinking bro submission John Paul Atkinson, Oklahoma. Been a listener since 2016, specifically episode 10. Now that I liked it. Like I like how specific you are there. He wants to nominate Chris Rothstein to seize table.
I'm right on behalf of my platoon who have recently lost a brother Christopher. Rothstein was devoted husband, father of six veteran friend, deeply caring man who his life was defined by hard work loyalty, compassion and love for his family. Christopher recently passed away after a difficult fight. Stage four pancreatic neuro doctrine tumor. Sorry, I don't know what that is. Is that a brain tumor? I'm not sure. Or a senior pancreatic. A sub-pancreatic. A tumor and a peritonial karma nutosis. You know you shouldn't give me all this shit. Okay. You know that. You know you should have just kept it real easy for me here. If I'd hard to remain with the people he loved as long as possible, of all the roles Christopher held throughout his life, one of them at the most were being a husband and father. Before many people knew Christopher as a husband and father, he served his country in Afghanistan in 2011 as a young soldier with HHC, one, two, seven, nine infantry.
Do you know what is HHC stand for? Headquarters company. Okay. It's probably on infantry scout platoon. Yeah, he was a sniper probably or an assa- he was in the sniper section. That doesn't mean he went to sniper school necessarily, but yeah, he would have been, they typically, it depends on the unit. Excuse me. But in ours, that would have been the scout platoon usually carried long guns and sometimes the PSD for the battalion commander and Sergeant Major. Okay. This is also known as a K.A. Savage one. It's probably just their call sign. Okay. Christopher joined our units as a replacement during a difficult deployment and entered an environment that demanded a great deal from him. Those of us who served alongside of him have had the privilege of watching him grow through that experience. One of his fellow soldiers remembered it this way, thrown to the wolves as a boy and we all watched him become a man in those few months. Christopher adapted, worked hard and did our difficult days and the respect for the people
around him and became one of our brothers. Remember the serious moments, but we also remember with the ridiculous ones, the kind of story of soldiers to laugh about decades later. More than one of us will probably always remember Christopher battling with a goat during a long operation in the Zermat district in Afghanistan. Please raise a glass for him and say cheers, absolutely man, cheers. That's an awesome way to go. Sorry I missed it. If I click it and don't hit the unread thing, dude, it just gets buried in there. I told you I was going to go through the couch cushions, all right? And I have. Okay. Cheers to you. We appreciate listening. I appreciate how specific you were, episode 10. There you go, dude. There you go. Shit, that would have been probably in January of 2016. Let's go, dude. Let's go. All right, man. Appreciate you'd sooner than good to hide.
