The governor of New York is siccing her state attorney general on Cornell men who almost certainly did not commit rape – and we dig into more details of the case proving just that; France explodes in riots, thanks to an out-of-control welfare state, Left-wing radicalism, and third world immigration; and the true American uniparty is all for endless government spending and blaming capitalism. Mr. President, my company for me is the explosion on our react today. Causing massive water displacement, integrating the tsunami. They all heat the blame all me. Tom Cruise is. Digger Donaldson to the specimen. And digger is gonna dig us out. From the director of Birdman and the Revenant. What would happen if I stop? You stole, you freeze the deck that's what? With great power, comes great deniability. I'm not the Earth then. Digger, see the tree long on. Now playing the main feeder. Ritterdough, under 17 out of mid without just about two years ago. Seven men drugged and gang raped a 20 year old woman. They lured her in to a fraternity house. They drugged her with ketamine. They then posted to a group chat that she was incapacitated. And seven men took turns gang raping her for seven hours. Their fraternity

knew this was reported to Cornell University. And after looking into this matter, they expelled two of them and made the rest right essays as their form of punishment. Okay, so every single thing she just said here was a lie. The woman who is now alleging an assimil suit that she was gang raped at Cornell does not allege what AOC is saying here that she was lured in that she was given ketamine against her will. None of this happened, but that's the point. Facts don't matter. Only the narrative matters, obviously. And the narrative is that women must never, ever, ever be treated as responsible adults. It's not possible. So I can't say enough. The seven Cornell men who decided to join in on a gang bang of a 20 year old woman at a frowthouse are disgusting, like gross, sinful, immoral. They participated in evil, but there is literally zero evidence that they raped the Jane Doe in question

here. We know that because we have her original criminal report to the police. But none of that matters because the narrative has now outpaced the facts. What's worse, we're seeing mob justice enforced to buy the legal authorities at this point. Now we've seen this before, Derek Shobin, the cop at the center of the George Floyd death, who is railroaded and is now going to spend enormous chunks of his life in prison. We saw this with the dukely cross case where the men in that case acted badly, but not criminally and ended up basically having their lives destroyed. Here's the rule. If you're a member of a group deemed a victimized minority group by the left, even if by the way, you're a member of a statistical majority, like say women who are a statistical majority in the United States, that means that you are a victim, even if you can't show any evidence that you are a victim, even if you said yourself to the cops and in texts that you weren't a victim. There's also no statute of limitations. So an event occurs and you say at the time that you can sense it to it, we're supposed to take you at your word and hey, consent is the only thing that matters. So nothing bad happened. But then if you come around two years later and you totally

flip your story, we still have to take you at your word. Now again, the men in the Cornell 7K's violated basic morality and the woman and law enforcement officers are now trying to enforce her ever changing version of the story. Are violating not only basic morality, but basic standards of Anglo-American law. This is insane. So Kathy Hocal, who is the governor of New York, has decided to step into this case based on public pressure. According to The New York Times, Hocal said, quote, new information has raised serious questions about how this case was handled and I've lost faith in the Tompkins County DA's ability to fairly oversee it. She said the young woman at the center of this case deserves to know that every fact will be examined and justice pursued. So what is at the center of this apparent new revelation? Well, she said in her statement to the police originally that she said with quote, 100% confidence I was raped. The problem is that she apparently doesn't know the definition of the word rape because in the same exact report, she described a series of consensual events. Lawyers for at least three of the seven men named

in Jane Doe's lawsuit have issued statements to nine criminal wrongdoing. In hours of interviews during the university investigation in the winter of 2024, the seven men denied wrongdoing. For said, they had consensual sexual interactions with Jane Doe and three denied participating in sex altogether. So the New York Times, they've long deep dive here and it demonstrates how Jane Doe's story shifted. And now again, remember, the governor of New York is stepping into a dead criminal case based on nothing except for public pressure. Literally no new information that is crucial has emerged none. All that happened is that the woman in question filed a civil lawsuit in which she totally flipped her story. And now we're supposed to believe that the cops are responsible for all of the problems here. The Cornell University should have done something based on complete lack of evidence. Listen to this story is from the New York Times. There was a crucial three week period between the fraternity party and Jane Doe's decision to take her story to the campus police, accusing multiple fraternity brothers of sexual assault and alleging that she was coerced into taking ketamine. What had not been known publicly until now were the detailed

filings collected during the private title line proceedings hundreds of pages of emails text messages photographs and interviews with Jane Doe her friends and those she accused. So the day after this event occurred and again, this happened October 19th, morning of October 20th, 2024. And according to her original criminal report to the police, she was intoxicated, she went voluntarily to the frat house to meet a dude. She voluntarily engaged in sex with him. She voluntarily engaged in sex with others. When she asked them not to do things, they stopped. Okay, that is all in her original police report. Okay, so the next day, apparently one of the defendants wrote, I just wanted to apologize for how things went down the other night. He and he said he and another defendant both felt terrible for being too under the influence of drugs and alcohol to quote, shut it down and kick people out before it got out of hand. But she replied and reassured him, at the end of the day, none of the sexual stuff was illegal. And honestly, I really liked being with you and the other defendant. Okay, but then what happened? Here's what happened. Here's what happened.

Her reputation started to follow her around campus. Basically, people found out that she'd engaged in this risky and disgusting sexual behavior. And so she got embarrassed. This is why there was a three week gap between the event and went to onto the cops. So she texted the defendant, quote, bro, everyone knows I'm incredibly stressed out. Some random bleep told some of my friends. I don't even know who that is. How does she know me? Again, so she was upset that this episode was quote, ruining my life temporarily and that her reputation had been destroyed. She said all she could do was sleep and cry all day. According to the documents, the defendant assured her it would all blow over soon. Noting, quote, how fast nonsense spreads at this school and said she did not have anything to be ashamed of. And she wrote back, you're right. It'll get better. So again, she was ashamed because the story got around campus that she'd engaged in again, in act of tremendous promiscuity. This doesn't mean the men are free of the moral consequences of

their actions. But this is the reason why she was upset. Not because she was raped, but because she was upset that the reputation was getting around town. Quote, I will say this is ruining my life temporarily. My reputation is destroyed and I'm utterly ashamed. She also texted again, one of the defendants she texted quote, you're right. It'll get better and you think everyone's just jealous of us, but also like everyone needs to grow up because sexuality and sex and blank is changing and stuff like this is going to become more common. I'm also really open minded though. I love you, King. Also tell anyone who gives you bleep that I'll actually beat them up that don't want the smoke. I promise. So she's literally texting one of the people she had sex with and is now two years later accusing of rape and saying she's going to defend him from charges and people need to be more open about sex and all the rest. So Jane Doe's sorority big sister received a text that week saying quote, have you heard the rumor about your little later that week Jane Doe's roommate said she was kind of recounting it as the sort of crazy thing she had done as the days went on. The roommate continued. I think she kind of came to realize that it was something bad

and that she didn't really enjoy her time there. Well, that's not rape. If you do something that is wrong and then later you're ashamed of the thing, you can't retroactively say that it happened against your consent. Kai Phi was preparing for a Halloween party and Jane Doe was eager to attend. Text messages included in the investigation show that defendant assuring Jane Doe that he and other frat members wanted her to be there. Kai Phi is your house and you are welcome here. He wrote relaying the views of the fraternities president who is not among those accused of sexual assault and she wrote back. Thank you. I really appreciate that. Heart. I'll bring my sigs tomorrow. But then she was disinvited from the party for her own good according to the frat president. She then sends a biting text to the defendant quote, I knew this was going to happen. The woman will always get the short end of the stick. Y'all aren't my friends. Y'all are covering her asses. And then she switched over. Let's be clear. 90% of what happened then I was not consensual. I was given more key than I can remember. She said using a shorthand for a ketamine. And I know I told you I felt uncomfortable and I didn't know anyone in the room. Four days later on November 7th

she went to an emergency room in Ethic Latin requested a rape kit. So in her initial statement to the school she said I'd become extremely uncomfortable with how this night was turning out. So my thought was if I do ketamine again maybe I will pass out. My thought was that if I passed out and these men had sex with me they could be charged with rape which is an insane statement. That's an insane statement so she was uncomfortable. She didn't give any indicators of no and her plan was that she would pass out so then later she could retroactively charge them with rape. Okay I'm sorry none of this amounts to sexual assault. It doesn't. There is no evidence of sexual assault in these accounts. There's evidence that a woman did something that was deeply risky and the men took advantage of the fact that she was doing something deeply risky. There's no evidence of legal sexual assault here. So the men have also been interviewed and the New York Times has the police reports on that and the reports from Cornell quote in hours of interviews and a statement collected during Cornell's administrative investigation over the winter of 2024 all the men denied any wrong doing.

For acknowledged having sexual contact with the woman but said their interactions have been consensual the others denied participating in sexual encounters. One said he was a victim of sexual misconduct because the woman had given him oral sex when he was too incapacitated to consent. Again this is the problem when you get into this kind of matrix where you say the woman was intoxicated. Therefore she was raped and all the men also had ketamine and were intoxicated. You could obviously make the legal argument that they too were raped because if you're incapable of giving consent and engaged in sexual activity and if we are going to define lack of consent as intoxication. Got a problem here. When asked about his involvement with Jane Doe one defendant said she initiated their sexual contact and did not ask for his consent. A statement flatly at odds with her account of the night the defendant left around 2 a.m. he said after he said he became uncomfortable and went with three friends to McDonald's. He said he did not tell them about what had transpired in part because he was quote admittedly a bit embarrassed about what happened according to the interview records. Another of the men told interviewers he and his friend entered the room after

reading the Snapchat message which he said had left him befuddled. He said Jane Doe was not slurring her words when they arrived and she did not appear drunk. He said he asked her if she was alright just because the nature of the text and there was one female in the room with a couple of dudes. We were just checking out to see if everything was okay and it was he said later adding of misto quote and if she wasn't I'd like to think I would have helped out and did something about it. Another defendant said he assumed that Snapchat messages were crude humor she was conversational with people and that alleviated whatever concerns I had from the text before. Now again there is no evidence that AOC's accusations here were even made by the woman in question. There is no evidence of rape no responsible prosecutor would have brought a case here. No responsible prosecutor based on the evidence available including these text messages would have brought a case it doesn't matter it doesn't matter to the left she must have been raped. Ablul Rahman El Sayed the senate candidate in Michigan for Democrats had quote a young woman bravely reported she was sexually assaulted in 2024 by seven men at their fraternity but instead of protecting her Cornell University protected her abusers letting them off of the slap on the

wrist it's outrageous and a failure of both the institution and a societal norm that consistently makes light of sexual assault. The law isn't helping. New York's voluntary intoxication loophole makes it nearly impossible for survivors to see justice if they drink or use substances prior to an assault because of this loophole Jane does a salons may never be held accountable under the law by the way it is not a voluntary intoxication loophole. New York's law just says that if you get drunk and you voluntarily have sex with someone then they cannot be charged with rape just because you were drunk. The law says that if they intoxicated you against your will that is a different story but if we are now going to charge every person with rape who had sex with a drunk person while they themselves were drunk or while the drunk person said that they wanted it and then later said they didn't want it. I mean I'm sorry to tell you how life actually works but you're going to have to shut down every single bar in the country if that is the way you want the law to work because if the idea is that you are volunteer you're all you have a drink of two drinks and now you're off limits for sex

no matter what because if you consent we'll say it was non-consensual and if you don't consent obviously it's rape then you're just going to have to shut down every bar everywhere in America. You're going to have to go back to probation that is the only way to prevent quote unquote rape if this is how you define rape Abdul Rahman el Sayyad says I want my daughters to grow up in a world that is safe women deserve to feel safe on campus that means perpetrators must be held accountable for violating women's the fullest extent of the law and we need federal action to ensure that those who commit sexual assault and the institutions that protect them face consequences now again no one is harsher with regard to rape than I I believe that rape is should be castrated or executed not given five years in prison and maybe el Sayyad would feel better if we just said that these guys remember of the Hamas if we said their members of Hamas then presumably then they'd be off to hook because you know free Palestine and all that but my colleague Matt Walsh is exactly right he's you can perfectly understand the case of the Cornell seven and the reaction to it once you understand that feminists fundamentally reject the idea that women can ever be truly responsible for any wrong

doing of any kind which is why when there's a disgusting drug and alcohol field orgy where everyone involved is inebriated the woman is somehow automatically the victim and the men are somehow automatically responsible a normal logic that makes no sense if alcohol removes consent the drunk men have just as valid a claim to being raped as the drunk woman but feminists aren't using normal logic they're using feminist logic which again starts with the presupposition that women by definition cannot truly be at fault for anything ever that is simply a brute fact of the universe in their view they don't have to defend it and don't and can't and he's totally right about all of this we get more on that in just a second every day when you get up you need to be ready to take on the day because hey it's a wild world out there well if you don't have the proper sleep quality it just ain't gonna happen this is why you should have bull and branch product on your bed their signature sheets are made from 100% organic cotton and their woven specifically for air flow so now that we're heading into the season of heavier blankets and cooler nights you can make the bed feel cozy without turning it into an oven 94% of bull and branch customers say their sheets actually get so off to with every single wash I use bull and branch again I'm like on the road

right now I literally bring bull and branch blankets with me my wife does the same now my kids are doing this as well because the product is just that good upgrade your sleep with bull and branch get 15% off your first order plus free shipping at bull and branch dot com slash Ben with code Ben that's bull and branch B O L L A and D branch dot com slash Ben code Ben so like 15% off exclusions apply you guys know I could not be more enthusiastic about bull and branch product as I say we use it constantly we give it as gifts to people it's just that good you're going to enjoy you're gonna sleep better go check them out bull and branch dot com slash Ben and use code Ben if you want to know what has driven so many men into the arms of disgusting human beings like and rotate is this sort of stuff it is the idea that women are out to get you that even if a woman consents she can later decide that she had not consented with her magic time machine and that the governor of New York will get involved personally and then try to revise how the law ought to work now these guys are walking around Cornell's campus at least one student is still on campus here is one of the students confronting one of the alleged defend

they're not defendants yet because they're not being criminally prosecuted still on Cornell's campus are you not like embarrassed to be here for all this time after the case comes out your name is here your face in the paper are you know the state that you still here you're with an education while Jane though hats you realize there's a reason for what's the reason for that yeah and I you never will because you're a disgusting person you're a disgusting person everyone in Cornell is a shame to view like that group chat is disgusting were you in the group chat hi hi hi yeah and none of you did you're in the lossy band I don't know what the hell you I'm just disgusted by you I just want to like let you know personally I'm ashamed to be on the same campus as you and your aggressors and so okay again this guy is saying that he wasn't even involved in sexual activity he was just on

the group chat and and now he is being you know named again you want to I totally believe that the men who are involved here should be ashamed of their actions that does not mean criminal culpability and the mob is going after anyone they can so much so that according to the free press the lawsuit originally was accidentally served to the home of an active duty sergeant in the marine core who has the same name as one of the defendants and so online vigilante started going after a dude who is not even involved quote online vigilante began searching the defendants name as soon as the lawsuit was filed and when they found details about sergeant and his family they started posting the family's details including their phone numbers on the internet in one post on acts an individual posted the defendants address with the caption quote this is definitely not a defendants phone number and address posting this for public awareness so people know not to reach out of course that is an invitation for people to reach out the defendants sister 26 received a text message with a photo of the Cornell student and a screenshot of a Google Earth image of her brother's house obviously it's a threat and the threats became more extreme quote do the world

the favor and go kill yourself get F'd in the ass to death bitch and kill yourself read others him mob justice is not justice it is trash and again this isn't even about believing quote all women if first of all that statement in another self is silly believing all women you should never believe all men you should never believe all women you should believe credible information but this case is about believing one woman so should we believe what she said back in 2024 like originally in her text or should we believe what she said to the cops which changed or should believe what she's saying two years later or should we believe things that she didn't even say that politicians are now pretending she said or should we believe the governor of New York who is seeking law enforcement authorities on these men two years after the events in question after the woman has now changed her story multiple times again what the men's head was wrong and sinful and gross and evil but not because it was rape because it was wrong this is the difference again between morality and left-wing ideas of ethics for people or not on the left consent is not

the only standard of morality engaging in a group orgy fueled by alcohol and drugs is wrong it is a wrong thing to do but that means that what she also engaged in was wrong not because she was raped but because she blemished her soul but there's something going on here that on a systemic level easy to be more dangerous than a moral personal behavior and that is a law enforcement system that decides to go back after and destroy people based on a mob outside the doors shouting and screaming that is a violation of basic equal standards of justice under law and we should all be troubled by that as American citizens because that is unworkable okay meanwhile the other big international story of the day is gigantic protest blockades fires being set in France or why is that happening well because France is being forced to take austerity measures mandated by basic reality basically they're bankrupt and that means they have to cut some budgets and left-wing agitators and Muslim immigrants are taking advantage of the situation to essentially riot and burn things why is this relevant to us here in America because this is what the future of America looks like

if we do not get our fiscal house and our immigration system under control so according to the Guardian a fast growing protest by high school students over long hours teacher shortages and decaying facilities has escalated into urban violence according to the French government the government says many schools would switch to online classes to protect teachers and pupils the current prime minister of men named Sebastian Lacorno called a crisis cabinet meeting on Thursday and told ministers to cancel travel plans to deal with the demonstrations which erupted in the Paris region last week but have snowballed across the country so these students are apparently very upset with cuts okay now I have a question when was the last time students riding over cuts to the educational budget does this feel a little bit staging to you does it feel as though this is being manipulated apparently they're 900 plus demonstrations and blockades active across France 400 high schools like C's that's one in 10 in the country were impacted by disruptions as well as universities in Paris Marseille Lille Nantes Nantes Strasbourg to lose Leon and Bordeaux

more than 3000 students have been detained there have been 1,950 arrests over 300 police officers and dozens of firefighters teachers and students have sustained injuries as well according to dw.com prime minister Sebastian Lacorno called the escalation of the situation irresponsible and said fireworks fires violence near high schools at nothing justifies in danger and students staff or police officers so at the education minister man named edward jeffrey said that the protests are a classic high school student movement and are being exploited by violent elements so to mostly peaceful protests that has emerged into violence and a lot of people are believing that this thing is being sponsored by the le France insoumeis that's the France unbout party and it's presidential candidate shan luke melanchon is like a full-scale communist melanchon has accused the government of implementing a crackdown with obvious racist undertones so basically a gigantic student revolt that is also being fueled by radical islam in france it turns out an enormous number of

people who are burning things are radical muslims in france so combine the necessity of austerity measures with a left wing political orientation that says that any cut is some form of deep injustice combined with migrants who come to france and hate the culture there and this is what you end up with in france we'll get to more on that in a moment through the ministry of preborn more than 50,000 babies have been saved this year alone which of course is an extraordinary number and now preborn wants to help rescue 50,000 more babies you can be part of that just 28 bucks sponsors an ultrasound and can help save a baby's life to give dial pound 250 and say key word baby again that's pound 250 baby or donate securely at preborn.com slash bend it's preborn.com slash bend all gifts are tax deduct will you not going to do anything more important today when we talk about helping america the reality is that america needs children but not just because we need more kids in the world needs more kids kids are wonderful but also we want to stop the immorality that is abortion preborn can help do that there's so many women who walk into a clinic

and they just don't know what to do they're not even offered the proper information they're basically told to do something to their own show preborn stops that they give them the information they give an ultrasound to women who might be thinking about doing the wrong thing so that they can make the right decision just 28 bucks will sponsor one of those ultrasounds you can help give by dialing pound 250 and saying keyword baby listen up there are enough people listening to this show right now that if they don't vote it could swing key states in the 2026 election to the democrats and everybody listening knows every single ultra far left democratic socialist will show up to vote this fall democrats are fired up we cannot let them win because if we lose they will undo everything our movement has fought for so I need you to vote early so you can bank your vote and fight back against the left turn out machine go to gopvotes.org right now find out when you can vote making your voice heard is easier than ever you can get election reminders look up your polling location pick a date to vote early go to gopvotes.org today paid for by slf pack not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee frances disaster area frances basically lost at this point

here's some video of boards of schools burning you can see at least in this clip seven separate fires burning in the split you see all over the city just fires all over the city in bordeaux and again this is all supposedly being caused by budget cuts by budget cuts here is some video of the students smashing windows because obviously if you're deeply worried over the budgetary system of education the first thing you do is make it more expensive by smashing all of the windows this is what this is a useful thing apparently and there it is in the background you can see at the Palestinian flag wherever wherever you find people just burning and destroying and ripping things down and looting is just being generally horrible human beings you can always find the flag of the cause you can always find the flag because again the flag of scavenging the flag of destruction is the Palestinian flag again here's more video of a fire at the Nelson Mandela high school in nontes

again one of the most I take darkly amusing things about the sort of stuff is that institutions named after Nelson Mandela who is hardly a right winger and designed to honor racial integration and left-wing politics by the way is being burned by left-wing protesters you can see like totally on fire amazing and again these fires are everywhere everywhere in France right now here's some video of a female cop being chased and knocked down by the rioting students the most delightful people she's literally just moving and you can see the look at that young young men shocker young men chasing and knocking down the female cop and the caption is all the smiling crying faces um yeah do those look like native Frenchmen to you some of those people do not look particularly native to France meanwhile firefighters are being a

cost by rioters and burning a fire truck in Marseille burning fire trucks that's that's great you're very upset about public services so you burn the fire trucks and you set on fire the educational institutions this is what France is done to itself the wages of gigantic welfare state open borders and no checks on immigration this is what you end up with well the mayor of Saint-Denis which is a precinct of Paris where basically it's a no-go zone it is a Muslim occupied area of Paris it went first generation immigrants are 38% of the city's population again those immigrants are coming largely from North Africa and the Middle East second generation immigrants make up 30% of the city's population Saint-Denis is precinct of of Paris the mayor who's a far left communist basically joined the student rioters to attack the

high school they celebrate again sure with him as they set fires outside the high school look at that picture does that picture look to you like a bunch of people who go back in France generations precisely it's it's really insane so again combination for the west watch here would be budgets that are totally out of control at forced austerity cuts combined with left wing politics combined with high levels of immigration from places that hate western civilization this is the coalition of scavengers that I talk about in my book lines and scavengers according to the French national institute of statistics in economic studies as well as the ministry of the interior 29% of all immigrants in France are from Algeria Morocco and Tunisia the second biggest block of migrants are from sub-Saharan countries in Africa they make up 17% of all migrants 1.1 million

middle and near eastern migrants have arrived in France since 2011 about half the total immigrant population of France was born in Africa the Muslim population of France went from 0.5% to 1985 to 7% in 2025 meanwhile in France Catholic identification has dropped from 83% in 1985 to 43% in 2025 people with no religious affiliation skyrocketed from 13% in 1985 to 37% in 2025 so literally the only growing religious denomination in France at this point is Islam by leaps and bounds and the Muslims who are being imported are quite radical a political radicalization study of Muslim youth in Paris and Leone between 2020 and 2021 found across a series of structured interviews youth became radicalized when they quote felt estranged from mainstream societal values like morality secularism and the French attitude of assimilation and two when they sensed dissatisfaction toward the political institutions that exist like representative democracy so how many young Muslims in France

are radicalized again according to Middle East forum and polling data that's been done 38% of French Muslims endorsed radicalism identifying with the Muslim Brotherhood 38% for intent 57% of respondents between the ages of 15 and 24 believe that Sharia law ought to trump French law and again it's all the same thing here are the students who are posing with the far left commie flag right the flags that they're holding up are Malash on flag next to the Palestinian flag this is the coalition of people who wish to rip down the civilization and will use any excuse to do so so these are people who are standing for legitimate terrorist groups alongside people who are just communist meanwhile Louis Boyard the far left deputy of the French national assembly says that any form of police involvement is a form of repression this by the way would be the same schmuck you'll remember on the show we showed it who removes his Rolex watch on camera because he was lambasting the rich is wearing a Rolex and then quietly like removes it in the middle of the of the interview

you know again the drive behind this is the reality of France's broken budget when you have a country that is coming apart at the seams because of immigration and left wing politics and then you have a budget that is broken all of the factors are there for complete rioting collapse chaos in the streets France has not had a balanced budget since 1974 they've operated at a deficit for nearly 60 years they have the highest ratio of public spending to GDP on planet earth 57% of GDP is spent on taxpayer funded programs in 2024 France's government spending was 1.71 trillion euros public debt as of quarter one of 2026 is 3.54 trillion euros interest payments cost the government 66.6 billion euros annually the spend is on universal health care it is on hospitals medical research care for low income residents that's about 20% of their government spend another 40% of their government spend is social security so 62% of their entire budget is welfare and health

care spending how does that compare to the US well in the US we spend some 54% of our budget on welfare and health care the biggest difference is that because of our tax structure and because we have an actual booming economy and low regulation our public spend is 35% of our GDP as opposed to again 57% of GDP for the French but again here is the problem look at the factors in France and then apply them to the rest of the west we have countries that are full scale bankrupt because the nationals that that they are racking up on public spending on welfare programs and then you have politicians who lie to everyone and tell you that you can have endless welfare spending you can have endless government expenditure expanding government programs and also by the way open immigration you know all those things the truth is that no responsible country can have a welfare system that grows beyond the boundaries of a budget beyond the boundaries of an economy and no responsible country can open its borders this is why this is relevant in the United States hey so our politicians here in the United States and this is a uniparty I've talked about the

uniparty in the US the uniparty their liars will say that the parties are unified with regard to foreign policy that is untrue fundamentally untrue there is however a uniparty in the United States and that is for government spending the era of small government is over and it's been over for decades the era of big government is here there's not a politician in America who will just tell you the truth about what is required by a functional economy what politicians do is they say the government can solve all your problems elect me then government fails and they blame the free market so give us more power then the government fails some more but the problem must still be the free market so give us more power this segment by the way is brought to you by our friends over at Peer Talk because we are going to be speaking some clarity here listen up there are enough people listening to this show right now that if they don't vote it could swing key states in the 2026 election to the democrats and everybody listening knows every single ultra far left democratic socialist will show up to vote this fall democrats are fired up we cannot let them win because if we lose they will undo everything our movement has fought for so I need you to vote early so you can

bank your vote and fight back against the left turnout machine go to GOP votes dot org right now find out when you can vote making your voice heard is easier than ever you can get election reminders look up your polling location pick a date to vote early go to GOP votes dot org today paid for by sslf pack not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee it's more on this in a moment first there is a point where enjoying good food starts feeling like a budgeting exercise you find a restaurant you love the bill arrives to realize that trying a new restaurant has become a pretty serious financial commitment that's one reason the cook unity caught my attention the experience is surprisingly close to what people actually want from restaurants in the first place genuinely good food made by real chefs cook unity is the first chef lead meal delivery service that prepares meals in small batches inside local micro kitchens across the country instead of producing them in giant factories and honestly you can tell because meals don't feel mass produced the food tastes like somebody actually cooked it because somebody actually did cook unity works with michael and star chef's James beard award winners food network personalities who create meals that are then prepared in local kitchens and delivered fresh never frozen my wife and I we'd like to order

out Vietnamese sometimes food is really good cook unity probably has it and probably has it better to be honest if there are hundreds of meals to choose from the menu is constantly changing whether you're looking for high protein options gluten free meals pescatarian dishes Mediterranean food Italian food Mexican food Thai food or just something different from your normal routine that lots of options taste what happens when real award winning chefs make fresh small batch meals just for you go to cook unity dot com slash pen or enter code ben before check out to get 50% off your first order that's 50% off your first order by using code ben or heading on over to cook unity dot com slash ben Joe Rogan the other day he was talking about politicians he says you know they all say they're gonna do something and never wind up doing it yeah well maybe you should stop putting faith in politicians to be able to do things then at the solution you know here's the thing if the government can't do a lot of things you have no faith in politicians who say they're gonna do it I have no faith if I if my if I just told my plumber if I was talking my plumber my plumber said I'm gonna fix the national debt I say that's not possible you cannot fix the national debt right turns out that people who don't have the power and authority to do things can't do them

the problem with politicians is they do have the power and authority to give other people's money to other and then all Americans seem to buy into the notion the politicians can solve all the problems it's ridiculous you figure at a certain point people might get wise and say you know what we're not giving you power because every time we give you more power you fail worse but apparently not here's Joe Rogan I have never been impressed with any single one individual politician who comes along and changes everything they all say they're gonna do something and they never wind up doing exactly what they're doing okay that is right so at this point you might want to minimize the power of government would you not because it turns out they can't do many of these things but instead what you get is the retard right and the insane communist left getting together to decide the real problem of course is capitalism that you need more you need to give Zorn mom down mom down you more power and then he'll fix everything just the way the France get more power to the government and things look very fixed over there don't they they look great Zorn mom down by the way in his own person is a merger of all the factors we're talking about budgetary irresponsibility that's gonna break budgets communist politics and Islamist radicalism he is all of those

things put together in one human and the one is sitting there like the drug that he is praising all of this do you think that the American dream is still alive you know um I don't know what used to feel like you did enough work you did this and you did these things and you could have this you could have a life right you could have an existence what's that graph we're looking at at earlier Nick if you have that it was about yeah US rent prices versus income since 1986 and you can see that rent prices are up 150 percent whereas income is up on average 25 percent it's unbelievable it's unbelievable I mean it's right you're putting people this is just a slow boiling yeah of people's ability to at some point even have peace because if you don't have peace if you can't like catch your breath like you're saying it's like you just can't operate you know like you can't live the American dream if you can get a good nice sleep yeah you know like if you're stressed out it's like you know and I just think that that's a place for red a lot of people are um they've in internally they

still have that thing that wants them to be able to do it right they're striving but the external isn't meeting them halfway or even a third of the way anymore like I feel like it used to it feels like you have to luck out in some big way yeah I mean in many ways I feel like it's why a lot of people play the lottery that's for many it feels like they're only chance would you feel like there's like like people people think that they have better odds playing the lottery than making it in their own life what does that say about the country that we live in I mean what it says is that there are people like you who live for living who live for living again listen everybody who votes wants free stuff that's a that's a reality okay large majorities according to the Wall Street Journal support both strong border security and a pathway to citizenship for people in the country illegally also when it comes to spending nearly three quarters of voters support a cap on child care

for working families also nearly four and five voters support capping credit card interest rates at 10 percent because when people don't understand tradeoffs and they are told that if you vote for a thing it will magically appear and they don't think of any of the spillover effect which is what economics is about economics is fundamentally the study of the distribution of goods and resources and also the knock on effects of how you distribute those things if you never look at the second order effects of the policies that you examine you end up with idiot policies but this is where we are and unfortunately again this is blood over to both parties so the vice president JD Vance who is himself a very very big government republican right he is promoting the idea that the government can also fix all of your economic problems through tariffs and through subsidization and then he cites the dyspepsia of people about the economy as a rationale for yet more government involvement and this sort of pandering is not helpful it just isn't okay it may be politically helpful but it is not helpful on a real level when you tell americans they cannot succeed the free market has

failed them vote for me and i'm going to fix all your problems all of your dyspepsia is not only somewhat based but also entirely justified by hatred of the free market and i will step in and i will fix it for you i'm sorry republicans can't compete in this business they will just lose it will lose because democrats are there promising even more stuff they hear is jade vance trying these off to sell approach like i just think you have to level with people that if you're trying to undo 40 years of bad policy of globalization of shipping american jobs overseas it's going to take a little bit of time to fix that now i do i think we've made incredible progress absolutely but i think we just have to be honest with people look we're trying to fix what was broken over 40 years everything was not going to be fixed in 18 months but you can't ignore people's concerns and so you know on the one hand you have the president talking about all the great building that's happening you have me sort of acknowledging that it's going to take a long time to rebuild the american middle class and on the other hand you have a few tone-deaf republicans who say shut up if you're pissed off about a $22 grito when my response to those people is no listen to people who are upset

with the state of the economy if we don't listen to people we will turn into the very thing that we hate the very thing that we ran against okay so i'm just going to point out here that there's a difference between saying he's citing the $20 grito again because this is very much in vogue with people who are in the big government right and the entire controversy dumb controversy over the $22 grito is twofold everyone agrees things cost too much also a burrito does not cost $22 unless you're ordering it via uber and so there are some personal lifestyle decisions that you can make as to whether you wish to spend $22 on a burrito both of those things can live logically in your mind but again the goal of politicians is to pretend that if you want a golden horsey and people don't give you your golden horsey and you're upset that you don't have your golden horsey i will give you the golden horsey but if you want to talk about the reasons for inflation there are reasons for inflation and of course the entire left and part of the right will say that one of the reasons for inflation is the iron war that's true with regard to gas and oil of course of course but let us be very very clear that inflation spite under Joe Biden to extraordinary rates well

before there's a run war because of the government spending and because of the bottlenecks in supply chains thanks to covid and then the entire vast wave of money that you hovered over the economy and then it came down late in the Biden administration and then it dropped even a little more under trump and then it started to basically stagnate in the three to four percent range under president trump partially because he decided to once again restrict supply which is what a tariff is and then that was exacerbated by the war in Iran all of which is to say that government involvement in the economy is highly likely to produce precisely the inflation area effects that people are to cry so when they say well you know i'm worried about cost therefore the government should be more involved and you just have to you just have to tell people you have to level with them that we need to redo the entire economic structure free markets that's the real problem okay let us be very clear about the status of the economy since 1967 again we showed these stats the other day and they are true according to kato institute looking at the census bureau income data

since 1967 over the past 60 years the share of households with incomes over 150,000 dollars went from 5% of households in 1967 to 28% of households in 2025 the share of households who made between 35,000 dollars and 149,000 dollars dropped actually from 65% to 53% because a huge number of those people moved into the upper middle and upper class they also real household income has risen by more than half since 1967 if you look at this line it is basically an arithmetic increase it is basically just a slow and steady increase in real median household income it's spiked during trump turn one by the way but this is a fairly even growing line so the idea that you are living a much worse life than your grandparents were living in 1967 because of say free trade or because of deregulation is crazy it's not true

but if your politicians on the right and the left keep lying to you about what government can do I mean they can lie it's obvious elicit it is always going to be politically productive to tell everybody that they can have the golden horsey but there are there are downstream effects to telling everybody that they can have the golden horsey and you're watching it in France right now and here was JD Vance talking about how the social welfare system is a core part of the social contract one of my big beliefs show on this is like the social welfare system in this country is a core part of the social contract like my family I myself benefited from some of these programs I am now the vice president of the United States I know a lot of people who get down on their luck who need a little bit of help you know giving their kids access to a doctor or taking their kids to a dentist or need a little bit of help that month you know buying food for their families I want those programs to exist and I think it's a cool thing about Americans that we're generous to one another we say when you're down on your luck yes of course we want you to be finding a job and yes we want

you to be trying to get back on your feet and we know most of our fellow Americans will but if you're down on your luck your kid is not going to go hungry or not going to be able to treat an illness because they can't afford a doctor okay again when he says that the social welfare system is the core part of the social contract and then he says that he's only where he is because of social welfare systems first of all this is precisely the opposite of the argument that he made in the book that made him famous hillbilly allergy second of all there's a vast difference between local programs and the federal government and third it is indistinguishable from the rhetoric of Elizabeth Warren indistinguishable and if Republicans keep simultaneously claiming the free markets are great and also the free markets are a failure and we need more government control people are going to be rightly confused you know president Trump he's bewildered by this he says that we don't seem to be able to get the word across that the economy is doing pretty well well maybe part of the reason is because have the Republican party is dedicated to the proposition that we need vastly more government spending and more government regulation and centralized bureaucracy and we have the best economy anywhere

in the world there's no economy like this economy and the only thing we don't have is good public relations we we don't seem to be able to get the word across that we have more people working than ever before we have the best job numbers than ever before and we don't get the word across and that's because the press doesn't want us to get the word across and and you know press has to become real news not fake news again he is not wrong okay the president is not wrong here okay but when you have people in the administration who are telling you that actually we need to promise more people golden horses it's kind of a problem Trump's disapproval rating by the way continues to spike there's a new poll out showing that his handling of the economy 26% of Americans believe that is handling of the economy is good that is because of discombobulation it is because you cannot simultaneously claim you want a lower inflation and raised tariffs you cannot simultaneously claim they want to free up the markets with AI but also you want to nationalize particular industries it

confuses people now democrats are better at this because they just lie they rely on free markets to generate economic growth and then they claim that the free markets are failing so that's what Zoran Mamdani is doing he's bragging that New York's economy grew by 4% in q2 more than any other state want to get your business off the ground higher only the best there's only one place to do it New York well would you like to know why New York state has a high q2 GDP growth right because the number one contributor to the state's growth was finance wall street the people that he's yelling about remember it's Zoran Mamdani who says that socialism is just about having whatever you need to live a dignified life we have an entire political class and again it's now spanning left the entire left and part of the right that says free markets are to blame for everything and what we truly need is socialistic control from the top here is Zoran Mamdani saying that you know socialism is just being nice it's just niceness right it's the it's the warm hug of collectivism socialism to me it means that you will have whatever you need to live a dignified life and that it is the

government's job to deliver on it right it's it's a belief that you shouldn't you shouldn't live in a place where all you can do is pick your own leaders you should also be able to have that power in the rest of your life right people talk about it as the extension of democracy from the ballot box to the rest of your life what do people mean by the rest of your life they mean your workplace your home things like that so when people say dignity I want to be very clear we're talking about the things that allow you to take a breath housing child care right public transit no one should be priced out of those things yes these are non-negotiables you need these to live golden horsies everybody should just be given and how how's he going to achieve all this not by the actual things that allow people to have good housing and good nutrition and good child care and all that stuff you know free markets and good decision-making it's it's mean it's me smart me make smart my life Islamist mix my army yes golden horsies that's all we need that's

all we need it's just it's insane John Stewart doing this in routine he says you know we have too much privatization okay John I'd love to collectivize your income and your talents it seemed like they are the the product of collective effort let's collectivize your show I want to stop privatizing things that don't work well in a market system like health care like Medicare like all those things that are getting ruined by privatization correct and insurance and all those different markets and and rebalance so that labor gets a fairer shake the same shake that money gets again it's just the the man who became rich off the free markets is now very anti free markets obviously because again there's always that beautiful dream that someone is going to come in and fix all their problems okay so combine the stateism the welfare stateism of the entire left and a heart a huge chunk of the right combine that with the open immigration policies being pushed by the left and what you get is France here's me like heroes the dsa candidate in Colorado who's now going to be

part of the so-called block in congress the commies and Islamist in congress here she is saying there are millions of immigrants that should have citizenship we need to make it so that it doesn't take a decade to become a citizen in this country and cost you thousands of dollars to do it I saw my parents go through it I see members of my community do go through it it's absolutely ridiculous I do believe that with that being said there are millions of undocumented immigrants in the united states right now that are working that are contributing to their societies and their communities and should have an immediate pathway to citizenship and obviously we'll we'll make sure for the folks that have been committing crimes or whatever the case is but again those are a minuscule number of people in fact immigrants are less likely to commit a crime than people that were born here in the u.s. So I just believe in common sense immigration reform and making sure that we're actually living up to the the ideals of of this country I mean this is the combo this is the kind of course she's also a free Palestine flag waiver and all of this is ridiculous but speaking of ridiculous it

is ridiculous to overspend on your phone bill how are you still overpaying for wireless what I have to do to convince you cut one of your occurring bills and pay as low as 3499 a month for unlimited plan go ahead visit pure talk.com slash Shapiro and get 50% off your initial month switch over today plus with unlimited high speed data only 3499 per month the total savings really start to add up and after lie on my word when more than 120,000 wireless customers agree hadn't over to pure talk.com slash Shapiro now and get half off that first month it's pure talk.com slash Shapiro experience the difference for yourself so again you like hero is combining the open immigration with the welfare stateism their consequences to that NBC is now reporting that a purported media representative for Kamaas has been accused of funneling roughly $1.7 million to the terrorist organization from donors in the U.S. and elsewhere who believed they were giving humanitarian aid to Gaza according to a federal indictment on seal on Thursday. Selim al-Zak was indicted by a federal grand jury in New York and was charged with money laundering and violating sanctions according to the charging document two brothers in the U.S. Abdel Adhami

and Omar Adhami were charged in connection with the long running scheme to raise money for Kamaas by disseminating propaganda and soliciting donations for the poor and orphans in Gaza via Snapchat telegram and Instagram according court records all told between November 4th, 2023 and June 2025. Abdel Adhami sent almost 35 grand one paypal accounts and 46 grand to another the money was then funneled to al-Zak who was believed to be in Gaza you know spending the money on Kamaas and these are people who are in the United States raising money for Kamaas great job immigration system you did just great you did awesome meanwhile a Bexar County man in Texas has been arrested and charged federally for possessing a firearm with an obliterated serial number after he allegedly made a threat to attack the Texas state capital according to court documents a person in Benny Caldera, Jr allegedly told another individual he was going to go to the capital and would shoot it up specifically who's expressing his anger toward the American Israeli public affairs committee he said quote these people have to be exterminated so things are going well here in the United

States again a radicalized left a perverse horseshoe right a welfare status uniparty this is France is your future unless you say no France is your future unless you just say no to all of it okay meanwhile and other immigration news Renee goods family is suing ice for wrongful death again this is a very complicated case obviously it relies on on questions is to what the officer perceived when Renee good was shot you remember this case this was the case in which Renee good and her and her wife taunted an officer and then she essentially drove her car and bumped the officer as she was driving away and so it's unclear whether she was attempting to run him over whether she was attempting to avoid him she was obstructing a federal law enforcement operation here is the the footage in case you don't remember it right

you feel it's getting late every morning she's taunting the ice officers the same plate when you come talk to us later that's fine you have citizen and that is her that is her wife I was filming I think I'll get yourself some lunch big boy and you can see an officer telling her to get out of the car and then you can see in the tape as she backs up and then she hits the uh bumps the ice officer who fires a couple of shots and she's killed again the the situation here was tragic she should not have been obstructing law enforcement officers quite obviously so now the good family is suing ice their filing is to choose of a lawsuit seeking accountability for what they described a wrongful use of force that resulted in goods death now again the officers are just going to claim and ice is just going to claim that she was manipulating a vehicle which is a deadly weapon and that the officer perceived immediate threat of physical harm you can see in the the body footage that he that he's actually hit lawyers for goods families had quote renaissance

was not an accident it was the predictable result of a coordinated campaign by senior officials in this administration to target minisotens of Somali or Hispanic origin and silence anyone who dared to raise their voice in protest well no that's not actually what happened there tons of protesters that who didn't get shot she got shot because she bumped the guy with the car now you can make the case that that never should have happened i think everybody who watches that realizes that that is a tragic case but to pretend that this happened because the administration was just targeting Somalis or something is insane they are invoking the Ku Klux Klan act of 1871 and the family is alleging federal authorities conspired to deny equal protections to Somali and Hispanic communities in minisota seeking a trial by jury Tom Homan the borders are here's what he had to say i don't want to say anybody that's up before i don't want to see tragedy's happened just like i don't want to see i don't want to meet another angel mom and dad i met hundreds of them who buried their children because they were killed by Somalis not supposed to be here their

children got killed by somebody that was in custody of a jail but they ignored the detainer they released the illogical alien to the street criminal illogical alien and he murdered a child so yeah i feel for all of them i don't want to see anybody hurt sure but i think somebody in the general public would say what does that have to do with the killing of Renee good why are you not asking about angel mom and dad's do you care about angel mom and dad's i'm asking you a question do you care that parents have buried their children because they're killed by illogical alien you didn't ask me that question what i'm saying is i don't want to see any tragedy's happened i wish for net good was life today i wish that incident happened but it happened and it's giving me an investigation i don't want to see anybody die again this is correct but the attempt to paint all of this in a in a completely black and white context and again the attempt to treat it as somehow a a bizarre sort of attempt by the administration just to kill protesters is a lie

rely on my mark rough low again palstein flag mark rough low out there to to rant about trump overall this mark what's the pin for a name a cold good who is murdered we have a vice president is lying about what's happening we have we're in the middle of a war with Venezuela that we illegally invaded he's telling the world that international law doesn't matter to him the only thing that matters to him is his own morality but the guy is a convicted felon or convicted rapist he's a pedophile he's a worse human being though if we're relying on this guy's morality for the most powerful country in the world then we're all on a lot of trouble so this is for her this is for the people in the united states who are terrorized and scared today i know i'm one of them i love this country and what i'm seeing here happening is not america why do you feel that this platform is still useful to spread a message like this listen i i i want to pretend like this is i want to be here to celebrate and i am here to

celebrate and i'm proud to have a golden glowed nomination but also this is not normal anymore again this is the ridiculous way in which these narratives have been drawn already coming up we are going to get into the latest on the midterm elections again the polls do not look good for a public is going to break it down because all these races are still margin of error which means you need to vote already folks you want to hear about all that you have to become a daily wire member news analysis you know all the stuff that you love more of the show run hide fight infidel's the biggest entertainment hit that we have ever had and by the way there is more coming we are already in production on brand new entertainment awesome stuff go check it out right now become member use coach Shapiro check out for two months free on all annual plans click that link in the description and join us you every significant movement in history started with protesting

listen up there are enough people listening to this show right now that if they don't vote it could swing key states in the 2026 election to the democrats and everybody listening knows every single ultra far left democratic socialist will show up to vote this fall democrats are fired up we cannot let them win because if we lose they will undo everything our movement has fought for so i need you to vote early so you can bank your vote and fight back against the left turnout machine go to gop votes dot org right now find out when you can vote making your voice hard is easier than ever you can get election reminders look up your polling location pick a date to vote early go to gop votes dot org today paid for by sslf pack not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee
