About this episode
In this episode, I’m sharing honestly about the season I’m in right now — taking a break, stepping back from the pressure to have it all figured out, and listening to the part of me that knows something needs to change.
For a while, I’ve felt like I’ve been pushing a boulder uphill. I kept telling myself what I “should” be doing, even when it no longer felt right. So this summer, I’m choosing to pause, go into my cocoon, and trust that clarity will come when I give it space.
We’re talking about the fear of stepping into the unknown, letting go of old expectations, trusting your energy, and giving yourself permission to evolve before you know exactly what the next version of your life or business will look like.
Because sometimes the bravest thing you can do is stop forcing, switch off, and trust what’s trying to emerge.
