2 oz White Rum
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 tbsp Cane Sugar
10–15 Mint Leaves
2–4 oz Chilled Club Soda
0.5 oz Chambord (to top, for that signature red herb effect)
Garnish: Fresh mint sprig
Instructions: Muddle the mint leaves with the sugar in the bottom of a glass. Add the white rum and lime juice to a shaker tin with ice, shake briefly, and strain into your mint-and-sugar glass filled with fresh ice. Top with chilled club soda and float the 0.5 oz of Chambord on top. Garnish with a mint sprig.
