It is awesome. I'm Ross Tucker, former NFL offensive lineman. Five teams, seven years. Now I get a chance to call games, NFL games. Pro CBS on TV, Westwood One on the Radio, which by the way is why today's show, one of the only time just ever has happened, is being released a couple hours later than we normally release it on Tuesday. I had to fly back from New Orleans this morning after doing the Falcons and the Saints last night on the radio with Kevin Harlan for Westwood One. So typically, we record both these episodes around 9.15 a.m. Eastern time and then publish them around 10 a.m. Eastern time. Remember, it's the show that's so nice. We do it twice on Tuesdays.

2:30Recap all of our bets from last week. So you know exactly how we did for better, for worse, good or bad. And then we go over all of our bets for this week. Twenty-seven minutes about or less. And then Thursday, there's going to be a lot of line movement between now and Thursday because the injury info. So we'll talk about the line moves on Thursdays show. 4:36We typically round robin them. So my four legs were the browns, Jags, Cowboys and Giants. Interestingly Steve, they all won outright. So all four of my teaser legs, which were all underdogs teasing them up with six points. They all won out. I feel like we should get something extra for that or something special. Imagine if you would have played them just in parlay. By the way, Ross, when Ross said we round robin them, we round robin them by twos only just by twos. Obviously, if you would have round robin by threes and fours, you would have done even better. Yes. Oh, okay. I see what you mean. Yeah. We just paramount. What's the better way to describe that? Round robin by twos is fine. Okay. Two is our robin by twos. Steve had browns, Jags, Giants as well. His final one was the Seahawks minus one, which obviously cashed as well. That's the thing with the teasers, Steve. If you hit them all, man, you have a big week. You really do.

5:38For the week, by the way, I was up 14.8 units. Steve was up 15.6 units. And these are all draft Kings lines. For the year, I'm up 10.8 units. Steve's up 9.4 units. So we're neck and neck, Steve, right around being up 10 units. It started with the Steelers and the browns. We both took the browns, update in half, and they won that game outright. Watson may be a quarterback. You know, it's interesting. People are talking playoffs for the browns. I'm still not a believer. I think they're a well below average team. But it's been a great story and great coaching job that they got off to such a great start. No question. I'm a big fan of Todd Munkin. What about the Colts and the Commanders? This stonk. You leaned Colts. I put one unit on the Commanders, getting my beloved three and a half,

6:41and then Mario to get hurt. And the bottom comes out. I don't know if they would have been close at Mario that stayed in, but they definitely weren't close with the Rutgers kid. That's for sure. Then we got Titans Ravens. This was another best bet, Steve. You and I both took the Titans and the 11 and a half. They end up only losing by 6. I had two units on it. You had one, but it was another best bet that cast huge fan, Steve, huge fan of getting more than 10 in the NFL. And the Titans, they give you a good solid effort. They're no good, but you got a double digit underdog to try for 60 minutes. There's lots of different ways to cover. Yes. Patriots, bills, the game I called for CBS. Another close one. Four for four on these TV games. I don't want to jinx it, but they've all been great games so far. I leaned Patriots getting the seven points just because I anticipated it being a close game.

7:45Steve put one unit on the Patriots. That cast as they won the game outright. 29, 26. Jags, bangles, already talked about it. Jags were a teaser leg up to eight and a half on the road. They won outright Cowboys Texans, discussed it. The Cowboys were one of my teaser legs up to eight and a half steves, shyed away. Because of them coming back from Brazil, but that one hit Cardinals Giants. Now that one of us could figure out why the Giants were underdogs at home. And we still can't because they won the game by 12. You know, pick six at the end. I get it. But still we had them teased up to seven and a half Steve. Yeah, so no problem with the teaser, you know, heartbreak for those on Monday. The Giants were favored. I know people that teased Arizona from plus one and a half up to plus seven and a half. That is a bad beat. Oh, man, that is rough. Those final play scores are fine.

8:47Yeah, final play score. That's right. Okay. Rams Eagles. I only leaned Eagles as the home dog. Steve, you put two units on it with the Eagles getting the three points. They lost the game and a game that might not. I've seen you on social media, Steve. You might not think that game was even as close to score indicated. Totally wrong side. Rams destroyed the Eagles. Don't believe the final score or the game script. That was really what Eagles 31 Rams. I'm sorry. Rams 31 Eagles 10 just. It shouldn't have been close Eagles hung in there, but they put a terrible game. Very interesting to see what they're going to be like this week. They have more injuries than I can remember in years. What about the Packers and the Bucks? I leaned to the Bucks getting the four and a half. You put one unit on the under. You're under hit for one unit.

9:49My lean hit as the Bucks only lost by three. Jets, Bears. I took the Jets getting the three and a half short week for the Bears coming off a big win Monday night. You had nothing. That's one where the score is not indicative. The Bears are like 300 more yards of offense. I mean, they dominate them. And the Bears have it third and goal on the one for like the entire first half. It was just domination and they even failed on the goal line. But the Jets were never in this game. You know how I know Ben Johnson's a good coach. He's won three games now out of four with three different quarterbacks. Not a lot of guys could do that. Not a lot of guys could put up 400 yards of offense no matter who they put in their quarterback. Vikings Dolphins. I leaned Dolphins getting the 11 and a half. It was only a lean. You leaned under Steve. They both hit Dolphins score. The play where obviously Hawkinson goes down is the right thing to do.

10:52But the only reason the Vikings got to throw the ball is because Miami's analytics team called a timeout with 207 left. Totally a mistake. And I give Minnesota credit. They said, hey, we can throw the ball now because of the way the clock, the two minute warning is going to come. And so they were able to throw and a possession normally they would have had to run. If it would have run down to the two minute warning won't go into all the details. So great job by Minnesota with the end game. You're not supposed to call timeout between 201 and 207 because then you give the opponent an opportunity to throw 210209. Then they got to run it. But you're exactly right Steve. That is a mistake. Chiefs Raiders. I put one unit on the Raiders getting four and a half. You put two units on your hometown Raiders and one unit on the over the over hit over 47.5. Final score is 3027.

11:53You and I both said the Chiefs will win but the Raiders will keep it close. Another best bet that came through. We were three and oh on our best bet line bets, a T.S. and three and oh on our teaser legs. We had a heck of a heck of a best bet week. Chargers, Seahawks. Seahawks were one of your teaser legs. We discussed that already. Broncos, Niners. You put two units on the Broncos getting three points. They lost by 10. How about Lions Panthers? We loved the Panthers getting three and a half. I gotta be honest to you. I was nervous. When their other corner went out with on IR, when they didn't have Coker, I thought we might be in trouble Steve but it still came through. With the Panthers getting three and a half, two units each on the best bet. And then last night's game, I leaned to the Falcons laying three. Gosh, I wish I were more than that. You were talking about destroying.

12:53They destroyed the Saints last night. Yeah, catching three. So catching. Talk about an upgrade. I'm power rating with the Falcons. During the last two weeks they've gone from a team. We thought was going to win five games. And now we're already penciling in playoffs, right? Playoffs. So for the week again, I was up 14.8. Steve up 15.6. 6.0 on our best bets. Just incredible. For the year, we're now 12 and 9 on our best bets. A 57% strike rate. I mentioned I'm up 10.8. Steve's up 9.4. We move on to week five. More great stuff right after this. Cowboys are hosting that under-affidductor rookie for agent quarterback Jalen Daniels and the Bucking Years. Cowboys laying eight and a half, total is 47 and a half. All right. So we're going to start out the teaser brigade with the Cowboys short week for Tampa and their rookie quarterback Dallas terrible defense. They'll find a way to win though. Agreed with everything you just said. Let's go over to London. It's the Eagles and the Jaguars. The Jags are laying six and a half big ones against the birds. Total is 42 and a half. Jacksonville knows how to make this trip. They have thrived in it. All the money keeps pouring in on Jacksonville. The reason this line opens so much lower around four is reputation.

15:58But the Eagles are in shambles. I am confident. Money's going to keep coming on Jacksonville and this is going to close seven to seven and a half. So I'm going to tease Jacksonville as one of my teasers down to minus a half. Confident in the my projected line move. Okay. So Steve is teasing the Jags to minus half a point. But we got to do it based on what it is now. You just feel like you're getting you'll be getting closing line value. Yeah. Now some of the people in the industry they're like, I only like to tease my seven and a half's. Well, why? Why would you wait for it to go to minus seven and a half and tease Jacksonville down to minus one and a half? If I know it's going to move there already. And now I get me minus six and a half down to minus a half and if Jacksonville wins by one, I win instead of I lose on my teasers. Presented by Draft King sports, Draft Kings. The crown is yours. 16:59It's in Miami. Bangles are laying seven, Steve. Total is 42 and a half. Boy, you know, I'm going to, I'm going to lean to Miami with the bangles and the two. Miami with the bangle injuries. I want seven and a half though. So no play right now. But if it does go to seven and a half, I will be on Miami. Very tempted to take the bangles as a teaser leg, but they are banged up. They're not playing well. And the dolphins are going to win one of these games. I don't know which one, but they're going to win one. This Texans Titans line moves since I just looked at it eight minutes ago before the show started. Now the Texans are laying six and a half. They were laying seven. Total is 38 and a half. Yep. I would have played Tennessee plus seven. I'm not going to play them plus six and a half. But I think the Titans give you a good solid effort, even though they're a bad team. And Houston, an O and four team lay in 6.75. That doesn't look right. Lean Titans at the six and a half. That is crazy.

18:00That the line literally is moving within the last 10 minutes. Raiders, Patriots, Raiders are getting three and a half, total is 45 and a half, Steve. So Patriots get the really important win. Maybe they're a little bit motivation might be lighter this week. I will lean to a Raiders team that has played very well. Yeah, this is a toss up game to me. This is a close game. Could go either way. Anytime that's the case and I'm getting three and a half, I'm taking it two units on. Very. I should mention by the way, I keep forgetting to say this, Steve, for people that right now are writing down all these bets. For keep forgetting to mention that bears are laying three at the packers. Steve, total is 45 and a half. Boy, it just doesn't seem right that the bears with a backup quarterback on the road can be laying three. My goodness, the analytics people love Ben Johnson and everything that he's doing, but strong lean packers at the plus three. I will lean packers as well. That is wild that this the packers have their startering quarterback that bears do not and the bears are still favored. By the way, as bad as the packers have been there two and two bears are three and one. So keep that in mind. Brown's jets.

20:00A little bit of a headscratcher for me here, Steve, totals 39 and a half. The browns are the underdogs by two and a half at the jets. So this one's easy. Slide this into our portfolio on teasers. No brainer should be a close game. Yeah, I mean, I, I don't understand this at all. They're even played last Thursday. So extra time to rest, heal, prepare, love the brown as my second teaser leg up to eight and a half against the jets. Colts Steelers. It's the Jim Nance JJ Watts special totals 44 and a half culture getting to and a half on the road, Steve. So not happy about the cold spot having to come back from London, but heck, they really only had to play like three quarters in that game. Coasting to victory. I will include the Colts. They're the better team. I will tease the Colts and put that in my portfolio.

21:00Bad spot for the Colts. It's a bad spot. I think the Steelers win the game, but I'm going to take the eight and a half. I do think it's a close game. I will say this might be the teaser leg I'm most nervous about. Colts coming back from London Steelers coming off a tough loss, played on a Thursday night. Extra time to rest, heal, prepare, all those things, but I'll still include the Colts, update and a half. The G men, they're just living as underdogs, Steve. No three and one nobody cares. Nobody's believing in them. G men, the Giants getting three in Washington totals 43 and a half. I actually don't even know yet who the quarterback is for Washington in this game. Yeah, well, I think the line is telling us that Daniels is coming back clearly. I will lean to the Giants. I want three and a half. I think we're going to get three and a half the markets. Think out down the markets are in the Giants at home last week. They're catching two and a half against Arizona.

22:00One house keeping item. I'm sure Ross, this will be the same for you. All of my teasers, my two teamers will be two weights, two unit plays this week, but nothing on this game. Two units for me as well with all of the teaser legs. I will lean heavily to the Giants as well, getting those three points. Even if the angles plays, that's a cumbersome elbow brace. Viking Saints, third straight home game for the Saints. The Vikings are laying a point and a half totals 42 and a half. Wow. So the Vikings are dead not under team. They cannot score. Murray looks terrible, but their defense continues to thrive. You know, over at SIC picks, I only do my picks at SIC picks. I gave my clients the look ahead line under 45. So I'm a little embarrassed to be going under 42 and a half. So I'm not going to do. I'm just going to lean, lean under 42 and a half on this game. I'm taking the Saints as a teaser leg.

23:01I'm taking them up to seven and a half. I know last night was disappointing. I think they bounce back. I've got faith in shock and Kellin Moore. Their defense is just disastrous right now. But fortunately for them, the Vikings can't really take advantage of it. So what about the Broncos and the Chargers? This is an iron eagle, Ross Tucker, Evan Washburn special. Broncos are laying three and a half in LA totals 42 and a half. You know, the Broncos could be 0 and 4. They've had back to back weeks, two and three, somewhat miraculous comebacks in altitude. They have not been good. Now, they'll certainly have plenty of crowd noise in their favor. In Los Angeles, but the Chargers are not going to go. Oh, and nine or maybe they will with that schedule, but backs against the wall. I got to take the Chargers plus three and a half for a unit. Yeah, I'm putting two units on the Chargers because of what you just said. They're not going to be 0 and 8, 0 and 10.

24:02That's not happening. And I think it's a close game. You know my rule. If I think it's going to be a toss up game, close game. I'm getting three and a half. I'm all over it. Niners, maybe the best team in the NFL catching three point Steve in Seattle against the Seahawks. Total is 47 and a half. So I agree the Niners have unquestioned we've been the best team. They have the best stats, but the injuries are just stacking on these 49ers. At some point, it's going to catch up to them. I will pass this game at three. I agree. I'll just lean to San Francisco getting those three points. What about the Lions in Arizona taking on the Cardinals? Lions are laying four and a half, total is 54 and a half. The Lions are not good. Their defense is not good. They are not the same team without Ben Johnson clearly.

25:02And I think this easily could be a close game. I certainly think it'll be a shootout. I'll lean over. I'll take the Cardinals for two units. I love when we have best bets just like the Chargers. Just like you take the Raiders to I can't remember. I did not. All right. Well, you did take the Chargers and you're taking the Cardinals back to back or similar best bets. Cardinals plus four and a half, two units. Lions are not in a good way. The Ravens. They're taking on the Falcon Sunday night. Does not sound like Lamar Jackson is going to play. As a result, the Ravens are getting three points, total is 43 and a half. Now, this is a very interesting line move here because I didn't think Lamar Jackson was going to play. When I was thinking about this game and doing my work last night before Atlanta played. And Baltimore was laying three. And now Baltimore's catching three. That certainly looks like an overreaction to what a great game Atlanta played.

26:02I'll lean Baltimore. I'm sure, Hanley is going to be the quarterback. I'm going to play over Atlanta dead nut over team now. So two units over 43 and a half. Ooh, okay. Two units on the over 43 and a half from Steve. I will just lean to the Baltimore Ravens, but I got to tell you. These last two games, the Falcons look super, super good. They're a different team with Pennick's Jr. in their quarterback. Last but not least Monday night football. It's a dandy. The bills at the Rams. Bills are getting two and a half, total is 54 and a half. And I don't think two and a half is enough. I think Buffalo has been better than the Rams year to date. But all of these injuries have, they're stacking up. And I don't think Josh Allen is healthy. I certainly could see this, the Rams having been, their Odyssey is complete. So they've gone past the world pool of Australia. And they've been to Philly, they've been to Denver.

27:04And now they get eight days. And I could see them showing why they were the preflop back in August. Perceived, clear cut, best team in the NFL. I will lean Rams. I'm taking the bills as a teaser leg, update and a half. This game will be close. That is one of my five teaser legs. Cowboys, Browns, Colts, Saints, Buffalo bills. Do not miss Thursday's episode.
