Ye's Bully Album: No AI, Global Listening Parties

0:00It's March 26th. Welcome to Music News Today, powered by AI and tuned in to what's next. Y-A-Y dropped the tracklist for his new album, Bully, in a handwritten post on X on March 25th. The project includes 18 songs with familiar titles like Preacher Man, Beauty and the Beast, Last Breath, and Father featuring Travis Scott. He stressed upfront that no AI is involved anywhere on the record. Fans hope for a drop on March 27th, but Y-A-Y held back on confirming the date. As always with his releases, nothing said until it hits streaming platforms so the way continues. This rollout stands out because Y-A-Y is staying unusually quiet online, skipping the usual hype and drama. It follows years of backlash over antisemitic remarks for which he ran a full page apology, ad-blaming reckless behavior on a brain injury. Bully marks a reunion with Gamma label and its founder, Larry Jackson, a connection from Jackson's Apple Music Days in the mid-2000s

1:00and tens. Global listening parties kick off this weekend to build buzz. Meanwhile, Y-A-Y takes the stage for stadium shows at Asso Fire and Los Angeles on April 1st and 3rd, his first there since the 2021 Larry. Hoover Benefit and major US gigs since the 2016 St. Pablo tour. Expect the album to follow close behind.
