Wake the dead! Wake the dead! Wake the dead! With Sean McCann. Greetings! Welcome to Wake the Dead. Today we are very happy to continue our deep dive discussion. I'm not sure if this one is on the list of mentoring candidates or not, but it does involve the cognitive space and the manipulations thereof by government individuals. Today we are joined again, as always, by Hans Utter of the Resident State podcast,

and William Ramsey of William Ramsey Investigates. And Hans, today has brought a document for us to investigate. It is titled NATO's, NATO's, Chief Scientist Research Report, Cognitive Warfare. And this is from 2020-something. 23-23, I believe. 23-23, okay. And we're going to be looking at, you know, we've looked so far with mentoring candidate and how the mind is manipulated. We looked at Jones Town, we looked at Shakespeare. I mean, this fits right along with the rest. And now we, with the wider background that we've gone over, now we can really fully understand what this type of document is saying, and what their intentions for it are.

And we're very happy that Hans could bring that to our attention. But say hello, welcome, William, and then we'll go to Hans. Great to be here. Thanks for having me, guys. I mean, this is kind of like a Sunday tradition for me, and started before Charlie Kirk was assassinated, which we just passed over that one year anniversary. And since the Epstein files dropped, and the war started in Iran, which doesn't seem to have any end in sight. So anyway, I'm glad to be here. Thanks for being here. Yeah. Well, thank you guys. You know, we were going to do something, but I, here we are. So I just, you know, I've been looking into this, and by the way, Sean, it's doctor. No, I useless PhD is that useless. But I'm just kidding. You're like, Hans, that are, come on, man. Every time I'm like, do the man. No, the result brought up is not for self-aggrandizement.

But just because I did do some of this research, cognitive musicology, a little bit of stuff with neuroscience, and, you know, looking into even like with entrainment and stuff like that. And there's an international consortium. So it's really looking at getting at least a decent understanding of some stuff to do with neuroscience, et cetera. So this, this is really a level up from what has gone in the past, right? So what we're looking at is, is a much more comprehensive, embedded, and potentially invisible system, right? That is, that is being developed. And it's, you know, it has been used in a variety of ways for, you can say, even for centuries. But now with the level of technology, the level of deployment of technology, the, the experimental, you know, empirically grounded understanding of these things,

and the fact that you can actually have quite a large effect with a relatively small input if you know what you're doing, right? And so you're like, Lori, and sometimes you get a stimulation. If you know how to circumvent the nervous system, you can trigger things that will have a much broader effect than, than just direct, you know, some, you know, putting, installing a transponder or something. And one of the baseline elements of this is that it is invisible, or supposedly, right? So this invisible meaning a, the actual deployments and the, the kinetic aspects and the other types of aspects will not necessarily be known about at all, right? So it's pretty much invisible. Now you can, you know, example being, like any type of warfare, certain things that, you know, obviously you know, something is going on, right?

But the whole thing is a, the modes of deployment are obscured, they're occulted and hidden. But most importantly, is that in the ideal situation, many of these effects and the influence are completely unknown to the subject, absolutely unknown to the subject. So they have no idea they're even under any type of influence, what's so ever. And that is really, really important. So primarily we're working on the unconscious mind, but also hiding that this is even occurring. So that's, those are two things I think are quite chilling. That's, so that's just like the, the, the GHS to Brooks document is they're trying to manipulate people through hypnosis so they don't know they're being hypnotized and they can even go against their own beliefs and core, you know, mindset or whatever, right?

Yeah, but a distinction that's very important here, this by large is not a hypnotic technology. It is a kinetic, embedded, embedded command sequence structure, it's an energetic input. It is a, it is something that it's changing. So it's not hypnotic per se, but it is a steering, a nudging, a triggering and guiding. So that's obviously there can be a lot of hypnosis, but that's what I want to mention is that it's, there's a distinction between hypnotic command structure and types of inputs that direct people to pre-plan, pre-understood behaviors. And that's one of the things with all the algorithmic data, right? How much they know about everybody? They know a ton. So you know, not that there isn't say it in a certain way, yes, the person is not, their will is gone. Their decision making is effective, right? Their volation is effective.

I see. So this, this document was from NATO officials and this is in 2023 and this is post nine, or this is post 9, 11, of course, but this is post convid the whole pandemic. So this is, and this is aimed at Europe, or is this for all of the allies? Well, essentially, there was an attempt to regulate these technologies to put some type of transparency in place to, you know, just like chemical weapons, treaty or whatever, like because the power, the exponential growth in the efficacy, the power, the potency. And so this was basically a call for transparency and regulate this stuff and, you know, try to have some controls, because as I said, if this totally invisible, you don't even know what's happening, and you can have massive effects.

And so at least as far as I know what happened is this was stomped on by Trump to stop the whole thing. So it just kind of did nothing happened. So they did not, they did not get the treaty that did not, I think it basically was was just short circuited, but that was the initial impulse is to create some kind of guard rails, you know, because there's one thing to look at. We look at them, can hold through this and that, but we're talking about mass, you know, thousands of people, 100,000 people, a million people, potentially, right, massive broad level impacts that are equivalent to chemical weapons or an atomic bomb, but that's so it's an and then with the AI technology, allowing these very complex operations to actually be, you know, to be deployed. And this document is fairly reason too isn't it from like 2024 2025.

It's older. I think, yeah, I couldn't find it on there. I thought I saw it. The date. Can we open the page? Yeah, what are we get started? Are you able to hit the arrows on there? Is it only on my side? Somebody said, because I think on my side, I can do the arrows on the box on the next to you on the bottom. Do you guys have those air? I mean, those arrow kind of icons, I guess, maybe. But if is Hans sharing it, because if you share, no, no, we're sharing it. You do you do you sure? All right, I can share. I have here. Yeah. So I think we can skip that little intro page. I could share it. I'm going to do it. Yeah. Okay. Screen.

Sorry, audience. We see the comments. Thank you for being here and listening live. It's great. Hello for Texas. Hello from Ohio. Says that going? Yes. Yeah, but you should just be able to upload the PDF. Do you have a PDF? Yeah, of course. That's coming from your screen. Yeah, I know. The PDF is opening up in this idiotic. I don't know what's doing that. Thank you. Williams email is available. I can send you another one. No, no, no, I've got it. I just have to open up. It opened up the PDF and the browser. So let me just go here. What's scary about this cognitive warfare? One thing that sometimes they don't distinguish is between the captive audience, NATO or the people there are war against. So that's kind of like where they who's they who are they having? And I do believe whether it's the US government, NATO or some of these other, they're engaging cognitive warfare against their own citizens.

That's what the things get darker. Because they lie that they've lied everything about, especially this NATO driven long term war against Russia is all just total deception. Like Ukraine was some independent country. And they were attacked by a big dad, Bully and Putin is a big baddie and almost like the most sophomore, juvenile kind of rhetoric and propaganda imaginable. But it's all baloney like the US has had. Well, I could probably make an argument that the desire to topple Russia goes all the way back to Napoleon. So it's been like a 250 year war against Russia off and on cold war Hitler, Napoleon into the present. It's Scott, they have some fixation on Russia as a weak state. And also they wanted to resources. They've always coveted this massive, expansive land, one six that the pop, sorry, the size of landmass on earth like.

And so they've always wanted it. And actually one of the kind of overlooked things of history is in a lot of NATO members, were a lot of ex Nazis. So we talk about paper, a little in the United States, the same kind of thing happened in Europe. But one of the lost parts of history is that when Hitler invaded France, he went to kind of like the art de triumph, but he went to the graveyard of Napoleon. And this is a huge tell about this whole kind of Western fixation with Russia. It's because the Grand Army, if you remember Chakowski's 1812, with symphony, that's based upon the invasion of Russia by what was known as the Grand Army. It's 500,000 men, armed men of all European states invaded Russia. And the Russians burned down Moscow and they left in like 5,000 people across the border on the way out of Russia. So like 4,000 or 95,000 men are men died.

And the same thing happened. My point is, is that Hitler went to Napoleon. He's comparing himself to Napoleon when he invaded Russia in February. I think it was, no, it wasn't. It was a late 1941, except on September 41, is when this other massive invasion took place. And then you see this, we invaded. The US is really the ones behind this attempt to topple Russia. And we invaded their land again. And it's really kind of an international war, much like what it was in World War II. Like we were totally American people, or just mind-rate. They have no clue about it. What's going on there? How many people there are? There's millions of bodies buried in that, this more recent conflict that really started February 2022. But I just think within the context of history and cognitive warfare, this is really, it's really happening now. It's like, it's big. The ex-president Otto Pan there said, I was the guy who started the war with Russia.

He was all like saying it, like he was proud. Victoria, Newland, I mean, it just, yeah, I mean, the thing with Russia is that basically Russia has been, it's the erasional mass between Europe and Asia. If you control Russia, you control the planet basically. And without controlling Russia, you cannot control the planet. But yeah, it's just absolutely ill-advised and stupid war. I mean, more than stupid, it's barbaric. But the whole thing was a fraud to begin with. And they were killing Russian citizens just massacring them, and they're not, they're not see-party, you know, the hardcore right-wing people, etc. It's just, it absolute. But they're just pushing ahead. No weapons left. Nothing. Europe is just a basket case. And if they keep pushing it, it's going to destroy Europe. I mean, over if they go to war with Russia, Europe will be flattened overnight, man. They don't have any gas for the winter. Like people are going to freeze.

It's like Europe is already fucked. They don't have to do anything right now. And they're already fucked. They just have to wait. That's all Iran and Russia have to do is wait. They're all going to, we're all going to collapse guys. Like nobody wants these wars in these countries either. It's all this corrupt, freaking elite, like the modern games. That's the plan though. I mean, you guys know it. The tower, we were talking about it last week with the, you know, talking about the September 11th attacks. That was cognitive warfare against human. They're the entire human population of the earth, but mainly against the Americans, you know, and it worked. We're still going along with this emergency order of, like, you know, every year the president signs this and we're in emergency of terror emergency. We're to hell with the constitution, you know, and we're still going along with it for some reason. One, yeah, the repeal of Smith, one act, like, you know,

it's been going like this on purpose. And we all know, like, and I talked about the tower thing and the Trump being the guy that's tearing it down and it is, you know, the cognitive warfare is in full effect. And that's where it's, you know, we do know this is a fact, but it's good to see that them writing, writing it down in this document and having it like, they're all in on it too, because they all were there going through this ridiculous, like, performative act of cell, like, memorializing 9, 11, 25 to the year. And they're they all there. Clinton, Obama, Bush, the whole squad, all the traders of the United States people and humanity right there. They know what's going on. Bush Jr. knew knows. So those people who need to be tired and feathered and then dump down that black hole that is the remnants of where the towers used to be. I read. Dump them down right into the Tesseract black.

I tell you an interesting story. I was shipping some books out this week and it was on September. So it's two days ago and I was talking to a guy online and man, he was like, oh, yeah, do you watch any of the events on TV? I was like, well, I don't watch too much TV. And he's like, oh, yeah, no, it's really interesting. All these people are out there. There's a lot of neck. He seems like a good guy. And I was just like, keep me my mouth shut. It's just really bad. How, you know, it's been 25 years. And I remember the day when the terror had said us. Now, it's just like, oh, okay. And he just like spewed the whole thing and I was like, this guy's a croaking clown man. Like literally, and I just played along like it's like the freaking invasion of the body snatchers or something. You just like do it. Do it. I'm pointing at you. You know, I do. I'm suddenly really random. Like if you do any of my work, you just be like this guy. Oh my God, it's William. Get him. Get him. Yeah, it's like they live, you know, he's not a bad person.

There's got one who can see. Yeah, really? I wish I was should have recorded it because I was like, wow, this guy, he knows nothing about the truth. And it was all TV based. So he's like, yeah, oh, yeah, he's a good guy. Luck makes a good guy. I was like, man, there's not Epstein Island. There's a freaking mask of him on the wall in this weird chamber that looks like a dentist chair. But I don't think they were doing done work there. I just read he doubled his net worth within the last year and a half in office. So now he's worth $7 billion. And he was one of the few survivors of, what was the name of the firm that was on top of one of the buildings was William and brothers. No, that's the one that died in seven. It was another one where like 400 people died. It was huge. It was McLean. It's something in McLean. Marshall McLean. Marshall somebody probably knows in the chat. Yeah, anyway, it's, it's, it's just this cognitive warfare that's used on the American

people is very profound. It's still in deployment, guys. And so all this stuff's really important. But what we see that comes out, like we've seen just glimmers and a lot of people accept that this core of knowledge that a lot of people in the alternative media are talking about, they think they know much. Guys, there's other documents out there probably that we just would probably shock the conscience. We just see glimmers. We don't see the secret papers. We don't see the top secret queue stuff or anything like that. We don't know some of these deployments. But some of the stuff links northwards and that document you and I went through with. Okay, just, yeah, with Hoover and stuff. I found this quote of Hoover that this is how dark it gets. But Hoover apparently made this quote. Like it's absolutely crazy. But he says the individuals handicap by, by coming face to face with a conspiracy so monstrous that he cannot believe it exists. I think that's a real quote.

And it plays out with Hoover, like he's there with all the assassinations of all that stuff. Anyway, I'm rambling on. I just had an experience with somebody who's brain, like the warfare they lost. They were rocking clowns. Well, and if we notice like this, this picture. So you know, we see here various frequencies entering into the brain, creating types of electrical, electrochemical, you know, interference or triggering or interfacing. And it's one thing just to be aware that, you know, we do live in a reality where yourself own also emits signals. It's a transmitter. It's a tracking device, but it can also be used to transmit specific signals to you. Right? I mean, on using a carrier wave so they can, they can have specific types of energy.

Right? Coming out of cell phones or even multiple cell phones and that right there, you know, your little personalized, you know, skin or box or something. That's the level that this stuff is at. And anecdotically anecdotally, I've noticed occasionally, right? Have you ever noticed this? I have a friend of mine. He, you know, he would live in this neighborhood. It was kind of a bad the hood, so to speak, right? And he said, one day, he just went, he was working there. He's doing construction. He said, over like a couple of weeks, they would be like this very strange. He said, it's almost like an electrical current type of feeling. And then suddenly everybody got very passive and just would just stare in the space and walk very slowly. And then some days, everyone would be really agitated and freaking out. And he said, he could feel because he's there working on his building. He's seeing these people as they're going through various, you know, he can say, he can feel, I don't know whether or not he did, but he said he could feel something was there.

There's something going on. And it would change the people from either being very aggressive or almost like zombie, like docile. And it was a small, you know, community, small area, but it was, you know, very, you know, lively to hood, right? So I mean, it's, there's a lot of stuff going on there. And I've noticed myself occasionally, you can see everybody has a certain kind of a mood. They're like, you know, very aggressive, very pushy or just like, you know, or else people are driving very aggressively or just, it doesn't happen all the time. It's occasional, but I have certainly noticed this as type of a collective thing. And one of the key points here is to say, where is this coming from? Why am I suddenly feeling very angry? Why am I suddenly feeling this emotion? Is there any causal factor in my environment? No, that I can see is it's coming up from my unconscious? It haven't been triggered. No. Okay. If that's the case, this means, okay, there's some, it's coming from somewhere.

And then if you're able to get that sort of micro discernment, then you can start to know, wait, there is sort of a, you'll get some sensation. It could be ringing in the ears. It could be some type of a little bit of electrical feeling. It could just be like an atmosphere or whatever. But you're triggering these emotions, right? If you are not aware that this is not your emotion or it is being, if you notice it around, you then you don't go into it. Once it reaches a certain point, you're now dominated by that, right? You are now under the control. You are under that government of that. It may sound far out to people. I have noticed some simple occasions, but I also have noticed I was, you know, with my wife that are driving back and I said, you know, I've had this really, I was like really angry. I started out irritable and I was just like frigging like pissed. But I'm like, and I said, well, why am I, and my wife also, she does feel it. I said, wait, you know, where is this coming from? Let's not respond to it.

And then, you know, we were fine. But you know, what I'm saying is that this is how this stuff actually works in reality. Now, whether or not that's the case, but the other point is that you start to doubt your own what's happening, what's not happening. You know what I mean? So it also creates that as you said, something so monstrous, it's hard to conceive of it. So is this, is this done with, I mean, with the cell phones, or is there like a radiation from a tower or something that is like a signaling this in our, in our brain? Like how is this mechanism done? Do they get into it in the document? Yeah, yeah. Well, let's go ahead and get started here with the document. So, okay, so we'll skip that first part now. Forward, I guess I'll be right back. We're going forward here. So understanding human behavior and the thinking that guides it is crucial for strategic

and military decision making, whether to improve our own situational awareness, judgment and planning, or better to predict, manipulate and make sense of adversary behavior. NATO increasingly recognizes the need to better its understanding of human cognition with the advent of advanced artificial intelligence tools and the growing threat of hybrid attacks that manipulate public opinion. And has never been more important to invest in our ability to defend against and conduct cognitive warfare now and in the future. In recognition of this, NATO has articulated its commitment to improving cognitive warfare capabilities. The 2021 NATO war fighting capstone concept in our interesting right capstone outlines so that outlines five long term warfare, development imperative to achieve NATO's core mission,

two of which cognitive superiority and influence and power projection build heavily on principles of cognitive warfare. NATO's 22 strategic concept highlights that ensuring national and collective resilience is critical to all our core tasks and underpins our efforts to safeguard our nation's societies and shared values, technology able to alter human behavior. For example, via information processing, communication or social media can be used to target both military personnel and civilians. Collaboration between civilian defense stakeholders is therefore essential to detect, mitigate and respond to cognitive attacks. The NATO science and technology organization, STO plays a pivotal role in enhancing NATO's

operational readiness through evidence based research. The STO has been addressing cognitive warfare and support military and political leadership and effective decision making and cognitive superiority over adversaries during peace. So notice that effective decision making and cognitive superiority over adversaries, like we could be an adversary or a white, you're a white man, you're an adversary, Mofo, sorry, over during peace crisis and conflicts, so even during peace, you want to have this, this, this, these protocols going. Yes, I'll stop there if you want to keep reading or we can skip ahead. No, I think that's good. We can keep going if you want. Yeah, keep going. Okay. See, in 2022, the NATO Science and Technology Board recognized a cognitive warfare

as a strategic research challenge for its collaborative program of works, EPOW, since then 20 research activities related to cognitive warfare have been established. So 20 research have been established, bringing together the joint competence of over 200 experts and from 26 NATO allies and partners, a community of interest on cognitive warfare has also been established, meeting frequently to discuss and identify research needs. This report aims to present insights from this work to enable NATO allies to combat cognitive warfare. It also seeks to raise awareness of and identify key research gaps that can be addressed following the STO's CPOW challenge on cognitive warfare. The STO's activities outlined three overall functions of cognitive warfare and highlighted

SNT needs and emerging capabilities that need attention to build further knowledge and understanding to defend against cognitive warfare. One, the great capabilities of adversaries reduce their ability to influence and challenge allies' behavior and thereby ensuring allied decision making ability and cognitive superiority to improve human and technological cognition, enhance and cognitive capabilities above the current baseline and three to be resilient with standing and recovering operational performance and retained performance in the face of cognitive threats. And that early cognitive warfare will remain a key research theme for ongoing and future work within the STO to support NATO's core mission. So that number two is obviously why Trump threw it out. Improved the human cognition.

The government, the government will never do that. Like, make people smarter? Hell no. Give it, Adam. Make a smarter. That hasn't been our agenda for half a century. Right. Yeah. What the hell? To what many centuries. Yeah, well, you know, like, I mean, ever since the Prussian schooling system, like whatever, like it goes back to the advent of the federal government was real. Right. Like, the world of it was really the real tell of like how bad the US government has become. Because I think that the local governments, like some of the schools that people had in, like a simple school in the 19th century were extraordinary. Right. Modern college students wouldn't be able to cope. They really wouldn't like it. They actually exposed people to Greek and Latin. Yeah, right. That's real education. Yeah. And it, well, and when the revolution happened, we had like 98% literacy, something like that in America. Everybody was reading. That's what those little schools, those little schools, you know,

that's what the Tocqueville said. He was shocked at how literate that the American public was at the time that he was here. Like I think it was 98, 30 years only. But like people even in like rural areas talked about the issues. Right. And if they can dumb us down and make us inbreed with each other and give us a bunch of poisons when we're babies and all this stuff, then we're not going to be smart enough to do another revolution, right? Well, well, at least to make revolution. To defend ourselves, you know. It shouldn't be, it shouldn't be a surprise that the guy who wrote Brave New World is the guy who gave the ultimate revolution speech in 1962. Like I think they secretly implemented that stuff. That's what the vaccine schedule is. It's not vaccine. It's freaking bio warfare. Right. And that's part of the cognitive like warfare. Right. Against the American people. Oh, take your vaccines. They're safe and effective. No, they're not. They never were. People were fine before them, guys. Right. Well, that's, I mean, you look at the vaccine, man.

I mean, they're so many different levels. You have all the system breakdowns, you know, nervous system, brain. And then you have the graphene oxide, which is what? Which is is mentioned in this article. Graphene oxide creates a receptive environment for implanting and connecting with various types of, you know, computer frequencies, etc. So in a sense, you become a human. Receiver antenna with potential nanotechnology that can actually do things. Physically, what's his trigger? Do you remember the reports of the guy standing next to the TV at the bar? And the Bluetooth of the TV was trying to connect to the guy. Do you remember that? And there's other ones where like the spoons and shit, they could like stick them to that they're magnetic now. Like, there's, I saw this one. They're just giggling like they're covered. This person was spoons and silverware.

And they were just like drinking and like laughing. You know, what is happening inside their bodies? You know, well, this, I did fall this a few years ago, but there were you could get into these access lists of people's Bluetooth pairing code. Right. And they were scanning and bringing up, you know, you bring up a different individual. And literally, here's your Bluetooth pairing code for this person. You know, and so if you know how to search for it or where to search for it, there you go. You know, and so that's like Bluetooth coupling, man. I don't know exactly what has or what has to do with this, but yeah, there was research on that. Well, you probably looked into that right a little bit with the Bluetooth code thing. Yeah, yeah, I did during, during COVID, right? Because they were giving people that was, what was that number? It was like a, I can't remember the acronym, but I think I went over that and some people validated that. Right. It gave them that kind of code number.

And then when people were buried, they were like literally emanating this code number. From a graveyard. Well, that's great. Because then the grave robbers can find them really easily. Oh, this one was shot with this. And William, you talked about this before about how the different shots were deployed in different areas. And they were tracking all the shots like this one. So like later when, you know, and there was that track my or hotshot.com or something like track my shot or forget that was right. And like, so that in itself is like, okay, these ones got the graphinoxide, these ones got the clotting, whatever, you know, they can try all different kinds of kill techniques. It was a test. Like it was really like it was they're pushing the boundaries of seeing how they could do. And I'm surprised we're still on YouTube. It was really good. I mean, I think I think that was it.

Like they were deploying like DARPA level stuff. Yes. That was really the only one that was censored so fast was I did a show on DARPA with low moves. Yeah, low on, baby. I heard that. They didn't give me a strike. They just did it like DARPA is a very sensitive topic. Right. So that this one's probably gone too. You know, they are blah, blah, blah. It's still streaming. But yeah, this is it's with somebody before they before they blew before they did all the deployment of the gene therapy. They took everybody's DNA with those fucking tests. And then they resold it. You two, what, 23 and me? Like people literally laughed themselves to get their DNA tested. And then in the freaking agreement, it said they can resell it. Like, can you imagine anyone they want to? They just like, like good little rocking clowns. They just signed up for that. Yeah. And remember they had that the PBS show where like celebrities would have their DNA tested

and find out they're this much black or that the black ones were like, oh, you used to own slaves. Whatever it's always. And you know, that kind of promoted the idea. Oh, I want to be. I want to see how Irish I ever have whatever, you know, that just and then once your family gets it, then they can get you because they know like a general or whatever, you know, so they, you know, they can. How did I talk to you to make it look like an accident? What if they know, right? You have heart problems in your family history or you have liver problems. Your kidneys, you know, short out of 50 years old or something. Well, you know, that just like, well, just give them heart attack and then to say it's congenital. Right. They can do all kinds of stuff based upon all this information that they get. They, you know, Hans and I talked a lot of time ago about the lizard looking woman, Madonna, and how she has a DNA cleanup crew that runs around behind her and like,

make sure her DNA is not left behind. Madonna, the singer? Yeah. Wow. I'm not surprised. Yeah. Again, so like, I mean, I was always thinking it was like some like magic evil magic shit. Like if they get your hair, they put it in the magic trick and fucking do bad things to excuse my language guys. Sorry. I have work. But, you know, it's probably because of this technology, they can take your DNA and target you, make a secret special weapon that's just designed for just for you. Like they can spray a gas in a whole crowd and only you will die, you know. Anyway, yeah, that's the right thing. But the AI, man, you can just plug it into freaking AI, hit a button. All right. And it'll calculate the gene. Rob, did you bring that up real quick that I just brought up that Bill Gates patent that everybody should be aware of? And, you know, so this is pretty cool, right? You're familiar with this. This is six, six, six, six, six. cryptocurrency system using body activation data.

So this is where you are permanently locked into this system. Everything is tracked behavior, thoughts, emotions, everything, right? And so if you're not doing anything wrong, what do you got to worry about? So, right. cryptocurrency network sensor user device communication network human body activity. So basically what it is is that they are really using. So you're basically your body becomes a model, right? I mean, so your body becomes your your your money, right? You're working. You're not working. And so and you're literally locked into this, you know, any disc you need to go to the social credit. So, you know, you think your heart rates too fast that they can detect negative thoughts. If if you read the wrong material, if you're not active enough or you're not doing what,

if you're too active, there you go. You're like, yeah, you're just you're like a man. I mean, it's pretty. It's pretty far out. Yeah. I mean, Bill. Well, they're, they're gonna fall up gay dick. We already, they already think of us as like, as like elements of money. Like we are like the population, they think of the population as money, like as cattle, but, but like with the debt society, everybody having debt and being debt, they're, they bring money into the system. It's like a Ponzi scheme, I guess, but, so just going one step further and being like, oh, your biology is money. Like it's the same, you know, it's just like putting the dollar sign in a more concrete way on the human cattle. So it only makes sense that he would think like that and try to do that and make, you know, make it a law or whatever the hell. I know it was a patent. Sorry, make it a technology

that can be done. Like, and who know? And, you know, patents that you could see patents that, like a million patents and not all of them are going to get made. You know what I mean? So let's keep that little glimmer of hope. I feel hopeful. No, but I mean, do you know, I don't know if I mentioned this earlier, but what distinguishes this particular epoch is that they, a, the, the quote-unquote technology exists, but be this is for the, you could say, the utopia, the one-world order permanent state. So this is the end of history. There's no more, you're never going to get out. It's permanent. Everyone's going to grow up in it. Anybody who pushes against too much will be eliminated or whatever. And basically they want to have something that will be basically self-sustaining slave society that will last for 10,000 years. You know what I mean? And that's, that's the level. And they don't want you even to have a single moment. You can't even fart

in peace, man. Like, that's Bill Gates. Oh, sorry, you just lost 10 bucks. You know, an appropriate flatulence. Seriously, this is how dialogue goes. It goes back to that Hawthorne effect where if they know you're being watched, you will turn into like somebody from invasion of the body snatchers. Because the snatchers are out there and they will be unperson or deep person. You, it's already happened. Like, guy, I know, her body had more, more, a chat lies crazy, crazy stuff. Yeah, actually coming out with the reason we had beers here. No, like, oh, great. Yeah. He was out of the town. He actually went and saw, I almost went in for a hangout with him and Monica Perez. Oh, she's great too. And an anarchist that I think you should listen to her more. I do. And I have a, I have a, um, pair of social relationship with Monica Perez. Because she's one of the earlier people I listened to nice on the propaganda report, probably seven, eight years ago.

Maybe either one of my earlier guests actually works for him and bank her and bank lease. Excuse me. Oh, yeah, Brad. He's still doing the show. Um, but it's great to hear real anarchist think and how they taught. Um, yeah, like, like, she's a really smart anarchist. She's not right. Kind of pedestrian like, like, she understands what it is. It's, like, it's freedom, right? And they do a show together called cognitive dissidents, which is really good. They've been doing like every two weeks or something and it, you know, they talk about. Um, so, and Harvoye show is, geopolitics and empire. Everybody should listen to those. Just saying. Okay. I agree. I checked it out. Support your alternate, alternative media. Um, he came to visit and send it. You're having a beer with him. What's that? You were, you were having a beer with him and he came to Oh, no, I was trying to make a point, but I forgot what it was. That described, I got distracted. The panoptic kind of right, Jeremy Bentham, another. Oh, no, sorry. I know I remember.

It was that he got the bank. He got the person. He got kicked off of everything, even PayPal. Like, I didn't get kicked off a PayPal. So like, so what was, what was he saying? Like, I got planted off of every freaking website out there, but like, he got literally like had real world stuff happened to him where he can't bank. I don't think he can bank in the States. So, right. That's the future. What they're doing to our money. They're, they're tanking the dollar. That's what they did with, I guess like, uh, Nick Fuentes had, you know, said some bad thing about Jews or something. They took 500,000 out of his bank account. Right. Like it wasn't like some petty amount. That's a lot. Yeah. But uh, that happened to, uh, uh, the last American vagabond to PayPal, uh, just took like six grand and said, you don't have this anymore. It's, it's gone. Um, what was his sin? What, what did you do? He was talking about the pandemic. I think, it was a while ago. It was a long time ago. Um, but he's got a good show and he's another good

anarchist that's really smart. Uh, people should listen to. Yeah. I thought three PayPal accounts canceled. Oh, right. Yeah. And I had my whole speaker at it. It was, it was starting to go real well. And they just, it just, it was just deep six. It just disappeared. It's gone. Talk to managers. Everything gone. All my shows gone. And I, I wonder what this happened. Um, the, gosh, that wasn't that long ago. I mean, my, my PayPal, my third account was canceled probably eight, six, eight months ago. But yeah, I lost all my people, all my money. And, you know, the speaker, they just, they wouldn't even tell me why they canceled it. And when I've even the same thing, they said, Hey, pal, they said it was a, it was a closed door decision. I'm sorry, we cannot tell you. And same thing, when did this happen? I mean, I, I, I, I told you about that, right? I mean, it wasn't that long ago. By maybe a year ago, I wish some like that. Um, I know some people over there. I know people, it's pre-carrying call them for you. Oh, good. You know, we can talk about it offline. Okay. Um, but anyways, you know, you're mentioning it. It was

probably the beginning of the mentoring in candidate series that they heard what we were talking about. Um, the thing is, is that the outlays are totally different. Like people have different, I should be like kicked off a million times for all the stuff I've said. But like the same thing happened on YouTube, like they gave me some warning on one of my channels. In the other two channels, I didn't get a warning. So it's not consistent. Like somebody, it's like somebody's writing you out, like part of the network, like, okay, on Zoodle, we don't like him. Let's get him because it doesn't, it's not consistent. Yeah. It's a closet for people that are watching to make a report. You know, maybe it's that. Maybe it's the people watching. Don't like, but I mean, to take your money, that's different. I don't know that. Uh, you know, I don't, I don't care, man. It's like, did I take any more for me? You know, I was at one point. It was so bad. I was trying to get, you know, academic job. I literally, I got a skirt. I did address. There only hiring transgender candidates in my area, Hansi. Was some parties. No, I mean, but I was,

I'm an extremely ugly woman. And I said, there's no way I can qualify you. But if I don't, there's no way I can keep this up. Like, I'm like, I'm like, you need to be as offensive, man. I mean, I'm, I'm, I'm polychuria. So I just switched back and forth. But, uh, no, you have to check that on your application. Yeah, you have to put trisexual on your application. It's right. All the, uh, stunning. Just like seafood diet. I see food. I try, I try. I try. I try. Like evening. Oh, man. That's what. But, but, it's like somebody, if you're asking questions, this is not the right place. If you have a question, put a formal question in the chat. And, uh, you can send us emails, guys, like, I don't even know like, this is not the right format to just be spamming stuff. Yeah. Our emails are visible on each of our sites. Yeah. So, uh, like, this isn't the right

place to have those chats. Yeah. You're still invited to send the email. I guess, like, it's like, just, you know, uh, anyway, I don't know. It's the right place. The best place to contact me, guys, is email people write stuff and like, YouTube comments or X, I don't have time to watch all that stuff all at one time. I literally spent three hours a day in correspondence. So if you need to, if you feel like you have some really desire to reach me, send me an email. I can't. So, yeah. I'm blue. And you see my, no, easiest for me to find you on email. You know what I mean? I've got your phone number and I contact you via email. Like, so, well, I don't know. It's the best way to find you to get such as William is with the email. So, even like, everybody should email it. It should be the best way because then it actually keeps people from just like wasting your time or getting on the phone and be asking you because you can't really do it on email. Right. You can't, you know, like send ridiculous things on email.

Or if you do, you don't have to click, you can just not read it. So here's actually a positive relation with me. There you go. Yeah. It's on three signed books. Thanks, average worlder. Thank you. Thanks for buying the books, too, guys. I had like a real spade of books bought over for profit of evil over the 25th, 25th year anniversary. Awesome. I'm trying to get those out. Yes. I'm glad that they remembered it and that you reminded them of that, you know, because there's so much work out there, you know, and like we were talking about before, but I think that was your first time on 10 foil hat was talking about the 9-11 numbers and, you know, and how that crowley and all that stuff. And it was like, that's your bread and butter. I'm glad that you, that's where it all started. I used to have a website called Colt 9-11 because all the way back 17, 16 years ago. I also restreamed for people who don't know. I restreamed a documentary I did in 2020 on profit of evil. A lot of original pictures, free AI. So people want to see that they can

watch it free on any YouTube channel or anywhere. It's two hours. It's just informational. It's not believed that technically is due to where were we? I kind of often on, on, on, on, you debanked on her boy in March. Yeah. You mentioned it. Okay. Go ahead. We were talking about the backing being tied to the human individual through that, um, Bill Gates thing. You mentioned that the, the surveillance thing and I just want to bring that up that the panopticon, Jeremy Bentham's concept of the prison, right? So the panopticon is exactly what you're discussing because what happens is essentially you become your own jailer. You integrate into the reification of the surveillance technology. So for people that don't know or if you do not all say the panopticon, I was a design and great socialist. So you have your panopticon and it's like a circular construction and there's

different layers and the prison circular prison. Yeah. Circular prison and then there's different viewing layers that are layered on top of that and the thing is you don't know if you're being watched and technically you may or may not be watched. So in the panopticon, okay, I'm sorry, but in the center of the circle is a tower with a rifleman. So like all, all of the, all of the rooms have a window open so that the rifleman can see what's going on in every cell. There you go. And it, so the rifleman can walk around and see and shoot anybody from where he's at in that spot. That's the the threat of death. So that's the panopticon. Keep going, Hans. Sorry. No, but the whole point with that is so well, they said they actually made the man so they they so he wasn't just a, wasn't just smoking socialists crack those are Cuban. Wow. Wow. But the thing is as you mentioned,

wrong is that when you have that idea that you're constantly watched you, it controls your behavior. And in fact, you could not even have a guard in there and the prisoners will self-govern that's because but you don't know and then the one time the guys are you get blown away. There you go. So this is you in it's integrated. You can say that's almost the type of cognitive warfare. Maybe. Right. And it's forced mind control, you know what I mean, they don't need your will. The but they're going to control your mind anyway. And this because of the threat of violence that and with the digital tech, they have a view of everybody through their phone, you know, that is the window to the rifleman, you know what I mean, the phone has access to everybody's brain and that's the window. So it and we received the transmission through the phone and also the phone can read our face as we are reading it. You know, like I was seeing that how they're

they're going to you know, stores and stuff are going to put cameras at at the shelf so that when you read the price, it can read your face and it can see calculate what you're thinking from your reaction to, you know, if you pick it up or if you put it down, it's recording all of that. So that's what your phone's doing too. Your phone, it knows what you click on like anybody can see in these trials like when people go and criminals do things, they go into your phone and they see what you were thinking and what you're doing and where you were. It's the perfect window to and so now everybody knows they they are being watched through the phone. Everybody like the everybody's TV, these huge TVs in their home cost like $200 for like us for can seven foot TV and people like oh yeah great and if you really think about the technology it costs to make one of those things is not $200 you know, but it's really a recording device. It records

your video and your audio and like LG says they own the glass like they own what it does, they operate the thing so it you know eventually and people are talking to Alexa, hey Alexa blah blah blah like it's they people are becoming so integrated and aware that this window is open to them and now like the end now with the flock cameras too like people start cutting those down but you know whatever we are surveilled in every aspect everywhere in all like and people have almost found this learned hopelessness where they have they change how they do you know they're they change how they act and think it is forced mind control right. I think that's what I think it bankly was the guy who talked about Seligman who came up with this this idea of learned helplessness that has then been integrated into our modern aristocrats or overlords or oligarchs or whatever. Get this guys

literally this panopticon was built in Cuba in 30 of the survivors of the rebel attacks on Montcata barracks in July 1953 including Fidel Castro and his brother Raul Castro were imprisoned in the Presidio Madello until 1955 so literally Fidel Castro was in an opticon. It's crazy. I mean imagine what that did to him. It's mentality. But John you're mentioning that the cell phone thing so these is already in rollout phase for Walmart and for a belief target another store so what this does is by starting from the moment you pull into the parking lot. Traverse license, gate analysis. How are you walking? Cell phone tracking, identity pinging. All of the prices will change depending on how they are reading you quality of

car, state of agitations. What is the maximum we can charge this person? So every price is personalized for each person and that's but that's it's all obviously there's no way it's you have a huge army of people right now it's AI and think about it and they will and then you have constant information coming in how you're breathing is how they're walking. They seem agitated. Are they nervous? Oh he's in a rush. He's driving a Lexus 50 bucks and centafide bucks and he's gonna paint you know right and that's just yeah that's how they get you man that's the algorithm so it's creating this kind of like Truman show thing where just like you see what they want you to see and they can do it now with that that pervasive of a sentient AI thing it's like it's going to be incredible like people are gonna like the people are gonna just crave to get away from sentient technology at a certain point it'll be it'll be like one of the primary vacation things is can I

get away from anything that's like computer sentient. Yeah. Like I want to go do a dessert in island either they either that or they'll promote some new drug that'll make it okay for us to deal with these things like you know they already have no more senses and dull us down to be you know it turns like I don't know I was in San Francisco which has turned into a complete and total shithole and I was talking to my my server like food server and he's like the way everybody gets through here is they're stoned all the time all of my clients who come into the restaurant are either on edible as a baseline that's how I get through my work my day of work and the line is how I get through life I guess and if you really are like perceptive you'll go wow these people are all stone they're all kind of semi-zombified but I mean that's not a bad thing I don't think it's good I don't think like if you're self like I'm kidding yeah like I mean

you're not gonna have a meant change you're just a good little slave you're just gonna put up with half your tax money taking away and misspent I mean yeah I mean that could be the case but that's if people are already and have that tendency you know to be lazy then you know I like when I get still I don't forget things and I don't like stop doing things like I'm you know I get more into my emotions and my care and my creative abilities and you know like I don't I don't see it as like but we're we're getting pretty far off track I'm sorry yeah well no I mean there are like this new thing the synthetic halluced genes that are being marketed by and recently performaceutical companies so I mean there's a lot of stuff you know go go on all of this but I mean the you know again that intersection point is really robbing you of your humanity robbing you of your

life robbing you of any potential you would have outside of this constructed system with all kinds of different inputs right you you have you know has it in C to do something because I'm being watched everybody's watching me I'm on the phone to fragrant stuff I saw this I was at a store and everyone started acting really weird I noticed there's a very strange scent that had been piped in it was in this small tent or how everybody started acting really weird and go ahead Sean. I have a chromium fitch did that a long time ago in the malls they would have the scent and they had a music going and they would have like pictures of naked teenage boys everywhere but that they would put a scent in that was documented I know it's true. Whom's you wanna read? Rashan. From this top of the page here.

Thank you for the donation. Yeah thanks for the super chat I don't know who that goes to but it's as much love to the panel. Michael Sarah and should be guest just my opinion seems like a good fit he loves me. He said we have to find my old Michael Sarian insults they're really good he and Peter LeBendai have them somewhere they're on an old discraft somewhere yeah Michael Sarian loves Crowley guys sorry yeah he's not an anarchist either anyway but I'll get into it here NATO's evolving defense and security environment along with its strategic decision making capabilities is also significantly influenced by science and technology. Fact box one macro trends shaping the defense and security landscape. NATO science technology STO has identified six macro trends that impact and are impacted by

science and technology shaping NATO's strategic landscape. Evolving competition areas race for artificial intelligence and quantum superiority. Biotechnology revolution resource divide fragmenting public trust and technology integration and dependencies. Public trust and science in institutions and in governments is fragmenting. As it should as NATO allies and partners experience malicious campaigns aimed at influencing public opinions through propaganda and disinformation such as deep fakes. Probably classified as that guys for what we're doing right. Yeah I'm a robot. I mean we're destabilizing their narrative right. Oh right yeah right it's not we're not quite a deep fake. All right wait we get pretty deep though.

Even leading to election interference. Significant challenge like that matters elections. Right significant I'm gonna stop. All right significant challenges to NATO security in the near future include social instability, climate change and mass migration right. So the social instability is created by them right not NATO in particular but you know the predator class. Climate change is a myth it is just you know this is like some mind control bullshit that's perfect you know pushed by the predator class and mass migration who's doing that right okay. All right so those are the problems that they you know problem reaction solution they made the problems and so they're gonna have some solutions for us right. Many threat actors some of whom consider themselves at war with NATO have long used weaponized tactics to influence our sense and decision making capabilities propaganda deception interference and manipulation are tactics

NATO's adversaries used to alter allied citizens perceptions and behavior to their advantage. These actors exploit the freedoms and protections enshrined in democracies thus waging cognitive warfare. It's funny because like as I'm reading that I'm thinking about the $7,000 that Israel gives to people that like say other you know the influencers. Anyway that they never got to apparently they never got to. It's like so and it's a medic I can't even believe it my other flavor. They got you. All hookers all hookers know to take the money first. Right. You know just do it first. To yourself do it first up front. One of my favorite most anti-Semitic things I've ever seen is that there was an article that said that anybody in debt can get rid of their debt by going to fight in the Middle East and then I was like this has to be the most anti-Semitic trope I've ever heard

and it was published in the Jerusalem Pubs. I was literally like a Jewish guy and we can get you out of debt. Goi, I'm gonna come and fight in our walls. That's actually true that's what's happening next. Yeah the debt slave war war monger. Right. I gotta get out of debt and my student loans so freaking bad I'm going to fight Iran. Right. James Corbyt was talking about that. There was some there were like planning the future wars to because they're not going to have enough people and they like raised the retirement of military to like some 42 or something like the top age of being not retirement of being inducted like is like 42 or some shit now and they also said that because student loans you can't you can't undo your student loans. You can't ever get out of it. And that's the law that was created by the government.

The same government that has this military that you can get rid of your student loans with so like they create the problem and they get the solution for you. You know you can this is the most anti-Semitism. The greatest cause of anti-Semitism is what the Jews don't get is them. It's it's them like validating stereotypes like okay. It's it's real didn't collapse we got to figure out a way around this. Okay let's let's do debt relief. The war economic elismate for a deaded military age Americans like this is so casually awful. I can't even believe they would publish this. This isn't even stormfront. Right. This is like freaking the Jerusalem post you can go read it. And the poverty in America is created this way like it's it's a it's by design. Yes by design right. The average American age 18 to 34 carries more than 40,000 in non-mortgage debt across student loans. Credit card balances auto loans and personal loans goes high as 100,000.

This is the cohort the Pentagon needs. This is an SNL guys. Young blood. The incentive to the world. I thought this is almost like a parody. Dude. This is not theoretical. The moral moral reading on this is uncomfortable. Written by a true Satanist right. Can you go back read the paragraph after this is not theoretical just for you. It is the American state. This is the cohort the Pentagon needs that one. Here I'll go. It is the American. All right. All right. Here we go. Based on American history however there is a path forward. Not conscription or a draft in a World War era sense but enlistment through debt forgiveness program.

The average American age 18 to 34 carries more than 40,000 in non-mortgage debt across debt across credit card balances auto loans and personal loans with some estimates go as high as 100,000. That's like the pitch. This is a sales pitch like. So this is the cohort Pentagon needs. Sold. Okay. Get them. A federally administered debt forgiveness enlistment program that fully discharges student loan. Credit card and loan balances after 24 or 36 months of service and extends the GI bill. Would would produce voluntary enlistment at scale. This is not theoretical. It is the American state doing what the American state has always done when it needed staff.

It could not otherwise generate. World War II offer the GI bill. Vietnam offered college deferments. The post 911 wars offered signing bonuses and citizenship pathways. The Iran War will need to offer debt relief. The economics of the indebted American 20 and 30 something make this the most efficient conversion mechanism available to the Pentagon and the Trump administration. The moral reading on this is uncomfortable. But but states generate the soldiers they need through the incentives that work on the population they have. I would just leave it there but that's like dude, there you go man. You know, it's good. So like, you know, sending the poor to war is has always been big business for them. Right. Kill kill kill kill.

Whoever's writing this is mistating actually what happened because the GI bill was after the war. I don't think it was an incentive. I think it was done for people who were coming back. Right. So I don't know if this is accurate. This is completely accurate in that sense. But it is just this is so vulgar. It's unbelievable. What's their business telling us how to raise army? Where do they care? Well, it's because we're their army. We don't force. I know. But it's getting student loan debt. Okay. And then the shoes, you know, what do they teach you new at the schools like to have purple hair and wear a fucking nose ring like hate your gender and all that stuff. Like, and you got to pay on your job. Talk about cognizant debt. Talk about cognitive warfare. Yeah, only smokes. All right. So let's go back to the original the other kind of.

So here. Okay. Before Russia's full scale invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022, Russia used conflicting narratives and false flags to destabilize and influence decisions. Hmm. Yeah, very questionable right there. This is cognitive warfare in itself. They were provoked. I mean, that's it's a book by, God is name. What's the author's name? But like, they just for harassed since 2014 forever to like do it. They didn't want to do it. It's just like, yeah, Ukraine was killing all those people and then Donbass or whatever. But, but that, you know, we just did that episode last week. Like, I mean, conflicting narratives and false flag to destabilize and influence decision, right? Isn't that the towers coming down and the false flag of the, you know, the box cutters and the conflicting narratives of those pancake that it felt like, oh, yeah,

it was explosions in the basement. Oh, yeah, I was thermite and oh, yeah, I was directed energy weapons or whatever. I mean, you know, and we were destabilized and we didn't, couldn't have a cognitive thought. I mean, the people like William was playing the guy who was watching it happen and he says, I can't believe what I'm seeing. I don't know what I, what, you know, he couldn't even make words because it was so fracturing to the mind. It was trauma. Yeah, that word is denaturalization like you cannot comprehend it. So I couldn't either. Yeah. Yeah. It was a nice down day for me at the boot camp. Anyway, so yeah, Russia does that. But okay, but we do that too. And, you know, we would never do that. Jump. Come on. US is a bum all this. Safe and effective, right? They would never engage in cognitive warfare against their own citizens.

It's just a conspiracy theory. They love us. We should vote. We need to vote more. The war against Russia is just a much of war against the American people is against Russia, in my opinion. And Europe is done. Germany is dead, man. Some of the oldest companies in the war, you know, Germany, someone company's been opened. It's like $1,500 out of business. Why? Because no gas. Yeah, that's the cognitive warfare guys is the cognitive warfare is on us. It's a huge wealth transfer and scheme. The predator class just makes money. And they're going to destroy the United States and Russia at the same time. And the olgarkey will keep going. And then Kushner will buy that island in the Adriatic and set up Epstein Island point two or three or whatever it is. The logo of their bunker isn't. But I mean, they just goes to show how money is slavery. You know, the more money you have, the more slaves do what you want. You know, that's even like even free American citizens.

We'll go fight in the war for Israel, you know, because debt, right? It's a slavery. Total mind slavery. Right. But that's the old argument against usury, right? Like from the religious argument, like that's what the church didn't allow usuries because it was a form of enslavement. So they'd like, no, and even Muslims are the same way. Right. That's why Muslims have like zero percent. It's a religious dictum. And for some reason, we got off that we didn't have credit cards and all this weird financialization, like a generation ago, guys, it just didn't exist. It's popped up in like one generation. That's incredible. Well, usury is, I mean, essentially, it has a nice template, right? They discovered the secret formulas of usury as alchemy, right? But an out and usury is equated with what? Sodomy because Sodomy is a sexual act where there's no procreation, right?

So it is sense you're composting the human entity, right? Because usury, it essentially, it creates enslavement. It creates a need for overdevelopment. Right. You always have to keep building this and that. But it also, it takes the life force energy, say, of an economic transaction, it turns it into death. So you're essentially, it's a parasitic feeding off of life, and it's a negation of, you know, it is, it's Sodomy, you know, because, like I said, it's that you're taking the, you're inverting the sexual act and you're turning it into something that is, you know, it's going in the wrong hole, I guess. So the same thing with usury. Right. Instead of creating money, it's creating debt and slavery. Like instead of making more wealth, it will enslave others. Like, and we, I mean, the money itself is a talisman. I mean, it goes back to like ancient Egyptian magic, you know,

it's like why they got all the symbols on the one dollar bill, you know, it's mind control. So, so that's cognitive warfare in itself to put and make us all poor, you know, anyway, or all poor. In one generation, guys, we got turned into debt slaves. There's no question about it. But we all got to sell it. Debt bought his first house for like 24,000, which is something crazy. Like so there was no more, there was, there was the 30 year mortgage, didn't even exist. I think he paid off his house with his salary in like four or five years. So all these permanent mortgages are all just something that's, this usury that's grown up out of really thin air. In one generation, we've been boiled as a frog. Like we're upside down and boiled already. My dad went to Berkeley, right? He went up to his PhD. He could work in the summer as a, at a grocery store for 20 hours a week and pay his tuition for the whole year.

Yeah, that's the difference in eighth the wages and be the cost of the education. And just another example of type music. And this is part about six, seven years ago. This drummer he played around since, you know, the 60s, 70s. And he's like, you know, in 1972, I play the same gig. I got paid $100. In 2023, I'm playing this gig and I'm getting $100. Think about that as, you know, do you mean literally that's, you know, $100, I mean, for your like, barband, it's 75, if you get that, $75 to 150 or something. But I mean, $100 in 1972 is what, like at least a thousand now, if not more. And this is, I mean, we were not even aware of the degradation of things that we've lost. I mean, people are getting so, they used to mention the boiling frogs. Like they keep getting tighter and tighter at the boxes, you know. Yeah. Now we all have to go work for the huge corporate companies because they're the only ones that pay

and don't test for cannabis when you get hired. You know what I mean? Like, you know, people that want to have food will must work for, you know, the big, like Walmart or whatever is going to be the only it's going to be, it's like, I keep thinking of the demolition man, the movie of the Sylvester Stallone, like every, you know, like all, there was like a war between the fast food restaurants and now Taco Bell is the only one. And then, you know, they, and Hans is talking about getting fined, like for saying a word and like, that's how it was. Like they said a swear word and like this ticket came out like you own money. Yeah. It's, it's pretty funny, but it's, it's like it. Imagine it's even worse. It's probably worse than an actual slave dystopia because they knew there were slaves, but imagine working for Amazon at a fulfillment center and you can't even get healthcare,

but you have to like take as many hours as you can just to kind of stay afloat and eat. So you don't even have the basic name. So you start to renting and you have to build both mothers and fathers have to work. Right. It's a healthcare. There's become a total scam center health. And like both parents have to work. So the kid has to go to public school and then they get their brain and you know what I mean, it's like, they get the cognitive infiltration and warfare too. Like some weird gay flag up on the wall. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's very time. The devil. All right. It's still bad. It's, it happened in one generation guys. That's the whole thing. It's really hard to show enough to remember. Oh, yeah. Other thing just we're on this uh, gripe session. How about rent? Yeah, I saw someone in the comment. Rent has gotten so high. Right. And this is a,

this is, this is a non-productive right non-productive financial transactions. So rent, you know, more and more and more. It gets like, it just continually creates this always a threshold of this pressure, financial pressure and just outrageously priced things that where you know, in particular, do the algorithms. You look at the wage, really, you know, ratio to that, to the rent. I mean, you know, it's, it's crazy. So the way how high some of the rents have gotten, man. It's really bad, dude. It's really bad. And the houses are falling apart. The roofs are falling in. You know, um, I, like I deliver into some really poor areas. And there are people living in houses that are burned. Like, a burned husk of a house, like half of it is like leaking water and they still live there. Um, it's really sad and scary.

I see people crawling out of abandoned buildings, you know, at 5 p.m. when they're waking up and getting ready for the evening. Um, you know, it's really bad, dude. And like East Cleveland is like demolished. Like it is, looks like war. I mean, the houses are all just fallen apart. And these people, they are working. They work, you know. I was homeless for a while living in a van and I was going to all the different Walmart's and traveling. And there were people living in their car that had their work. They were working. The Wal-Mart. And while not just working at Wal-Mart, they live at Wal-Mart in their car because there's nowhere else to go. The streets won't have them. So they go to Wal-Mart and now even that's changing. They're changing policies, I guess. And like California, you can't do that anymore. But I would meet all these people that, you know, they get up and they go to work and then they go back to their car and sleep. And then they, you know, because they can't do rent anymore.

And even, and then you got to maintain the car and you got to like always be moving and stuff. People waking you up in the middle of the night, get out of here. I don't just join up for war and a rant. I mean, that's our cohort. So we got it. You got a cohort. I'm 45. You got to work with the population that they have. So you can keep part of that population. No, please. I don't have any debt either, man. I'm just poor. I'm just poor. Give your life for the chosen people. You must do that. Give your life for the chosen people. They already took my foreskin, those bastards. And I'm, no, I'm not going to give my life to you. I'm sorry. You're lucky for the debt. It's a gift. It's a gift because you're able to serve. I got to learn love my servitude. I forgot. No, you're able to serve God's chosen. So you are blessed. I just need the Soma, though. You know, our blood, this is not good enough. Like I know. I don't know. But can't it just doesn't tell my senses enough to accept my servitude? Sorry.

Anyway, so it is important to realize that we are in a total environment of cognitive warfare at all levels everywhere. So almost everything. Culture, finance, politics. It just feels like constant warfare. Real warfare and then cognitive warfare to make you accept that this is the best. It's literally they live. Right. And if people wanted to actually, I reposted one of the old Visigoth interviews where he literally interviewed the guy who wrote the, the science fiction story that they live was based on. I forgot his name right now. Oh, I'm already there. But you can look up. They live in my archives. It's interesting. And that book, that information just reverberates. Just like Philip K. Dick or you know, Blade Runner and all these other ones. All these other science fiction's become true. Yeah, that's one of the first movies I like I had to show my son. I was like, you're going to love this. He loved that really.

Yeah, and we still need to do a series on Brave New World. Yeah, there's a lot there. I mean, it's just like holy crap. That would be a really good one. Here's my cat, Poppy. She says she doesn't like to talk to him. My other cat talks. She's like, why are you holding the oblique? Is she? She's she comes and bothers me and then she gets upset when I'm like, betting her. Yes. Anyway, did she have kittens already in our last? No, no. She gets. Sometimes after they have kittens, they turn and they just all of a sudden they're a bitch. Now this, this cat is, is stayed pretty nice. She is aggressive, but I kind of roughhouse with her. Yeah, that's why. Well, don't bring her to Springfield Ohio. You know, we had this thing with all the Haitian. They were like barbecue and people's dogs. They were like people looking for their where's where's Fido? Oh, Fido's on the spit. I'm fired. He's being roasted outside at the bar. I mean, they were eating part of it. They were eating all kinds of pets. I thought they all got deported. What's going on? They may have gotten deported. I just remember like, because I did a gig out there.

And I was like, man, it was, I mean, it is funny. I mean, it's a tragic way. They just, it was, and none of the, none of the, they all got these drivers licenses. And they couldn't drive. They're like driving their car like smashing someone's house. Just drive us through the front. Over the front lawn. Just smash. There's one dude. He was on. He was on the, he was on the, he was doing like a podcast or something that are on, you know, video. And this dude just like he's on there. The dude just drove his car right through his front. His, his record. He was recorded. He was, yeah, he was on. He was like, oh, shit. And the car just said, he should do. That's right. Yeah. Okay. Anyways, so good. So good dude. That destroying America right there. That is literally a destruction. There it. Okay. But so that, yeah, the warfare is on all fronts. Just as Wayne said, dude, you got to, if you're on a podcast, you got to look out for flying cars. Jesus Christ. Oh, guys, we are at the 90 minute mark. I know that, uh,

that Hans kind of wanted to go 90 minutes. We got 240 live listeners. Thanks for listening everybody. This is, yeah, I don't know if you want to keep reading or what. Oh, yeah. It's okay. Well, Hans is in charge of this document. What did you have the bullet points? Maybe missing the, do you want to go over? We just, we can do a part two next week. Oh, yeah. We just, we actually just started. So yeah, maybe just, I'll just read this. I can finish up this last, this first page here. Okay. Cause yeah, we didn't, we, we, you know, we talked too much. We, we, you know, barely we didn't, wait, it's okay. We got through three. I didn't really prepare us. I didn't know we were going to do this today. So I apologize. Okay. Dude, we're kicking ass, man. This is like, we're pros, man. Yeah. We are the, actually, I at least, uh, I don't know, maybe not, but, okay. In my mind, we're pros, man. It's good enough. And that's all that matters. It's all that matters because solipsism. Who are you? You're not real. Look, well, yeah.

Well, yeah. But, you know, that's just like, you know, it's, it's, and Dr. Listeners, my daughter bought this for me this weekend. She was out of town. Awesome. She loves a big Lebowski. Nice. So I'm going to put this up on my wall. I'm going to try to put it in the background on my podcast. For the listeners, it says, yeah, well, that's just like your opinion, man. Yeah. There are the dude. We all need to have a little more of the dude because like, you know, we are going down rabbit holes. Like he went down a rabbit hole, but he keeps his sanity, you know, he knows them. He maintained what was important. You got to save that poor woman man. Oh, Hey, you know, oh, Sean, just for quick, this isn't a side, but we had our whole dude thing, you know, we had to do that show. Oh, right. And we could not stop saying dude, but the funny thing was man, the next day, I'm like in some store in this guy, his baby, he's got a little baby. He's like, hey, little dude.

Hey, dude. Sorry, it was like the dude training. Is it infant? Because I got, you know, it was became because my friend of me, she would yell at me. She's like, again, you called me dude. I am a woman. I am not a dude. Are you aware of that? Or do you just don't even know I exist? Yeah, I mean, you should have just told her, well, it's your like your opinion, man. It's your opinion, dude. That would have really worked. Okay, so you're gonna, we're gonna do part two, I guess later. And you'll read the rest of this. Yeah, if you want to finish reading this though, Hans, you're the one who said you wanted to wrap it up. Yeah, I'm still good to go if you guys still, I'm good to go. I'm good to go. I'm good to go. I got another wrap. Okay. Are you gonna wrap up whatever you want, Hans? I still have one testicle. So I think yeah, we can probably do another wrap up. Okay. I still have one left. Okay. That was off color. Dude.

That's your opinion. That's my opinion. Well, it's check. No, it's just your opinion. Oh, God. Anyway, all right. Enough of this Hitler one testicle talk. I don't really. You want to finish this, sir? I think so. Yeah, the war showed the war we're talking about the Ukraine destabilizing conflict. You know, the war showed that modern interstate warfare can be both a war of attrition with significant material and human costs and a war involving the human mind. Through access to digital information technology. The war has highlighted the importance of the cognitive dimension in warfare and where society shapes the security environment. Military commanders recognize the growing importance of human cognition

in modern warfare. Adversaries exploit vulnerabilities in the observed orient, decide and act military decision making framework to target cognitive weaknesses. Technological advancements have made it easier to manipulate human cognition exploiting the complexities of human behavior. And we can see that with Twitter every day. The digital information environment amplifies the potential to mislead and disrupt societies from citizens to military leaders. Social media and other digital tools shape the information environment. Cognitive warfare is both a military and society environment highlighted the impact or disinformation in social media showing how weaponized information threatens decision making.

Weaponized information. And that's for them to decide which is weaponized and which, you know, anyway, cognitive warfare is both a military and societal issue. Advances in neurobiology, AI, biotechnology, and human computer integration increase the potential for cognitive attacks. While cognitive warfare is not new, technology and digital platforms enhance its reach and effectiveness. NATO stands on the threshold of advanced disruptive technologies affecting cognition and human life both during war and peace time. Understanding the socio-cognitive technical context and integrating emerging disruptive technologies,

EDTs, is crucial for NATO's decision making superiority. NATO must therefore invest in science and technology to defend allies against cognitive warfare. This includes understanding the science, challenges, and opportunities of cognitive warfare against adversaries. Enhanced knowledge of the relationship between cognition and technology and its potential weaponization is essential. A broader understanding of threat actors, the information environment, and the technological defense and societal implications is, can you go to the next page? Because I'm reading off ears. You have to do an honest story. It should be for countering cognitive warfare.

Yes, so I missed a line. This is okay. The re-emergence of cognitive warfare. We could just, that's just the forward, but just to pull that apart a little bit. There's a lot there. Yeah, please. There is a lot here, and there's so many different, and actually one thing is there's quite a lot of good things. Like this is kind of good just to see some of these graphics here. So we can see this. Main aspect of technological warfare, adversaries influencing our cognition and behavior to gain advantages on multiple levels. Society, societal level, rule of law, values, and social contract, group level, destabilizing trust, and creating polarization, individual level, attitudes, decision making, and behavior, technology, and our connectedness as enablers,

response to the grade capabilities of adversaries, withstand, build resilience, improve human and technology cognition. So there's different things, but basically just to look at this forward here. If we pull this apart, and we see that there's a very strong thread of stating that this information is also cognitive warfare. So we are essentially, we are engaging in cognitive warfare, us three, right, against the state, against the COVID narrative. So that is certainly embedded in there as a caveat, right? You know what I mean? Did you catch that? So this could help to make us the terrorists, and they could say you guys are doing wrong think, right? Or combatants? We're enemy combat. Right.

Right. So like when the government deems you a terrorist, then you no longer have the rights of the of the Bill of Rights. They you're considered a non-citizen, so they can do what they want. They can bring you to Guantanamo or put you in that panopticon prison, in Cuba, whatever, you know. So like co-entell pro, right? You imply these employ these new technologies, like the ones that you mentioned, that new acronym you mentioned, count what was it? What, go to the page before. Scroll down a little bit. I'm not there for that. It was like EFTs or something. Oh, I have an action. E-D-T. Yeah, E-D-T's right there. Emerging disruptive technologies. Right. Yeah, and these disruptive technologies are very important. This is one of the new areas, right? So there's a new James T. Adorno has a new lecture on this disruptive technologies.

And I actually have to do more research into that. But, okay, so that's the implication, right? And then, of course, even the Russia, Ukraine, used conflicting errors and false flags. No, they didn't. You guys use false flags, right? Right. To destabilize and influence decision. So there's a very clear, like, you almost wonder, is this written for different audiences who understand the meta, the meta text there, right? There's something there, in a sense that that's also a type of cognitive warfare saying that Russia used, you know, false flags. But the other thing is that they're talking about, like, we have this ability during peacetime. They keep matching in that during war and during peacetime, right? So there is a integration of this into society, into daily life, right?

And so, for example, the threshold of advanced NATO stance on the threshold of advanced disruptive technology. So what does that mean? The threshold of developing it, the threshold of deploying it, you know. But anyways, it goes on, but adversaries. So in a sense, again, the actors, you know, exploit the freedoms and protections in trying to democracies. So we're exploiting it. If we say that, you know, if you get a vaccine, you're going to die a miserable death, most likely, or, yeah, I don't know, is that covered? We said that, I think we said that on my show. Well, no, but I see essentially that's what they're saying. That is weaponized information, threatens decision making. So you are now implicated as weaponized decision maker. And this came out in 23, right? So this was when, not 21 is when the shot came out.

22 was when we all pushed back and, you know, whoever didn't take the shot in the NFL or whatever. Everybody was all like making demons of each other in 22. And they were like misinformation and disinformation. That whole thing. Like what, you know, and they're having the, and then this happens. This comes out, okay, now we have this misinformation. You know, it's putting in the timeline, it all makes sense that we have to fight the cognitive warfare against all these truthers. People that read the documents, how dare they, you know, they do their own research. So like, yeah, that makes sense. It makes a lot of sense. You're admitted. Yeah. No, I don't know. So we could probably, because we could wrap it up. It seems there's anything. So, but anyways, there's a lot of the history.

You know, it's, let's see, I went through this. So there's all kinds of stuff quite interesting, right? So we have, these are just some, maybe you'd start with this. This is traditional tools in Karen cognition. So these are, let's just go over this next week. Yeah, let's just stop here. So yeah, yeah, let's do a part two. If you guys are open up Sunday, we can just, I'm actually busy next Sunday. But can you want to do it this Sunday after that? We can do that if you like. Okay, two weeks. Working people find you guys. Well, wait the dead. You can find it one great work network.com slash Sean hyphen macan and also a cult Kubrick. I recently did an episode with, on the Jordan of Divalgence podcast. And it also had Alex of Kubrickology, Crypto-Cubrology.

I don't know the name of the uses, but it's, we did a really good show. Talking about recently Vivian Kubrick made an ex post about how there is no 20 minutes taken out of Eyes Wide Shut. And she's basically gives all the reasons why it's not there. And the end she's like, and if it did exist, I would know about it by now. I mean, she's got him daughter and she cares, you know. So people can, that was finally put to rest and we did a little episode. And we were showing the syncs, the synchronicity that these movies synchronize with each other. And Alex, Crypto-K, did his own syncs at like 19 minutes and find how Eyes Wide Shut aligns with itself at 19 minutes also and talks about the significance of 19 minutes. It was very interesting and very deep. People, real heads, will get a lot from that episode.

And it's on my Wake the Dead live list, but it's also going to be put on the cult Kubrick, you can find it over there. So yeah, I've been doing stuff. And please donate, I'm poor and I'm hoping to take a trip to New England. I need to take care of family stuff and I need to rent a truck and drive it back to Ohio. Like a moving truck and it's like 800 bucks just to rent it. And then I'll get the gas and I need to save in my pennies. So please, if anybody can help, that would be great. There's a donate button on one great work network. com slash Sean hyphen McCann. Thank you. What about you Hans, resident state? I'm host of the resident state. The world's most popular podcast. I'm not backing down now. So yeah, I've been I'm back on the the posting again here.

And I've got a lot of new material coming up. So I am on YouTube bit shoot. Spotify, Odyssey and rumble at this point. Yeah, and please support the show. I want to try to develop some new avenues. And so there's some stuff. I'm going to be looking at ways to also counter these types of things. Like how do we not be in a reactive mode, but be in a proactive mode and you'll be able to really navigate these types of things. Because the environment does require I think moving up to the next level. Right. In terms of basically understanding what is going on and being able to not be influenced by also be able to use it to almost like a judo move to, you know, to go up to a higher level within yourself, within your perception. So and again, because of this is cognitive, there's also the intellectual component of understanding it and differentiating information

flows, information signals, etc. But yeah, please support the show. And I'm even I'm even help Sean move if you give me a donation to. I'll come. I'll help you. There's food. That would be awesome. I'll come over. Just don't lock me in the box. Yeah. Okay. But well, thank you everybody for listening. Really appreciate it. And yeah, thanks everybody. And look, I know that Jamie Hanchas, we're leasing an interview she did with Hans on her channel on the 15th. And it's based upon the eight episode series Hans and I did titled MK Ultra for the masses. So you can check that out. You can check out that on her channel. And for that was like out of this world, I think it's her YouTube channel. So check that out. And then mine is William Ramsey investigates. You can just listen. Podcasts there. But yeah, thanks everybody for being here. And expect to part two in two weeks. So thanks everyone. Good night. Thank you.
