About this episode

“When the game is on the line, the best no end to pass. Because the right assist can change everything. That's where your State Farm agent comes in.”From the transcript

Naji Marshall's confidence, contract extension, and role take center stage as the Dallas Mavericks push through Mavs training camp ahead of NBA preseason games in Macau. Can Naji Marshall's perimeter defense, ball handling, and improved shooting give Cooper Flagg, Kyrie Irving, and the Mavs the versatile wing they need this NBA season?

Nick Angstadt (@NickVanExit) & Isaac Harris (@IsaacLHarris) break down Naji Marshall's Mavs Media Day interview, his undrafted journey, and why his new extension has him feeling like he still has something to prove. They discuss how new shooting coach Rob Fodor is fixing Naji's flow, the Mavs' team bonding at Kyrie Irving's house, PJ Washington's health, Daniel Gafford, Dereck Lively II, Moussa Cissé's now-guaranteed contract, and Jalen Duren's new deal. Plus, notes from Mavs training camp, including Dusty May on Zaccharie Risacher, Cooper Flagg's height, and the NBA's new officiating points of emphasis.

We're going to walk through our interview that we did with him. Talk about some of the things he said. His confidence in there is a little, seems a little wavered. And so we want to talk about that. Some of the things that were said at Maps training camp. We'll have some notes there. If we have time, we'll get into Mark Assassar's Media Day interview as well. Talk about some of the things that he said. Today's episode brought to you by Fandall. Make this your most rewarding season ever with Fandall Awards Club. Every week, check the Fandall app to see what's waiting for you. And joining me as always, my co-host, the Naji Nerd, the one more thinking. What you got for me, Isaac Harris. Congratulations to Jalen Durin. Finally made a smart move here. Should have taken 200 million a couple of weeks ago. It's like one of those prices right games. Just like just take the money.

Take the money, man. Don't mess it up. I just want to be like, who's in your corner right now telling you to hold out for 208 or whatever it was. Take the freaking money. Especially after that playoffs here as you had. Yeah, so good decision by him. Did make me a little like, huh? Man, we really thought we were going to be here with Derek Lively at one point. And we're not there right now. We're not there right now. We got some things to figure out. We're not, you know, we'll see what happens with that going forward. We'll watch the injury status and we'll see when he comes back. Let's get into this Naji Marshall media interview. So we sat down with Naji Marshall. Did these one on ones. And I want you to listen to his confidence in a couple answers. Because I think that's the thing that stood out to me. He's a player that the maps put confidence in by giving him the contract extension. That, you know, Dusty Mays talked glowingly about him. Talked about him being a point of attack defender that the maps need today. And so there's a bunch of reasons why Naji Marshall is needed on this team in a big way. As a ball handler, we've talked about him as probably being the backup ball handler after Kyrie and Cooper on this team.

So a desperately needed player for this team. But it seems like the contract extension is making him feel like he needs to prove himself a little bit more. Contract extension. How many dinners have you had to pay for? Quite a few, but it was self-inflicted. You know, I have family and friends come out when I went home. So this is celebrated a little bit. But besides that, not much. I've just been eating the house. Is the contract extension feel like again, accomplishment? Like on the court in the same kind of way? Not really to me, honestly, because of my journey. I just feel like for some reason, like, when I get it, like, I'm not supposed to because, you know, people, I was undrafted. So people don't think I'm supposed to be here. So honestly, it just makes me work harder, you know, puts me in more of a back against the wall type of mindset. So I feel like really honestly, before anything, the contract this year just made me locking a little bit more into the gym and

take a little bit less things for granted. I've found that very interesting because I wondered if he felt like, man, like I made it. Because he was like an undrafted guy. It wasn't like the two way guides. At one point, came into the NBA with the Pelicans and worked his way up. Got that first contract and now got this one that's twice as much as what he got before. I wondered if that would be more of like an accomplishment for him. And for him, he was like, well, now I got to prove myself a little bit and kind of prove that I earned that. Yeah, I mean, you look at his journey, like he said, you know, and you know, one of the questions asked in there is like, dude, it's December 2020. And we're eight months post-COVID and you know, you're undrafted and you sign a two way with New Orleans. And you know, you just kind of look at his journey after that. That's that following spring, his two ways converted to a regular contract. But I mean, he's making, you know, a hundred and twenty thousand dollars and then like a million dollars. Like he doesn't even make over two million dollars until the 2024 season.

So first year of the maps. Yeah, and you know, Dallas signs him to that deal. And you know, we've talked about four, but Dallas lets Derek join junior go to the Clippers. And you know, just yeah, and their kind of replacement to that was was nausea. And he was kind of like this like, I don't know if that like the nerds liked him. You know, he's like the underrated guy of like, oh man, like this two way guy in New Orleans. Like he's he's an underrated guy like he's pretty dang good. And I just remember a lot of the national guys went Dallas signed him to that three year deal. Then I was like, oh, that's sneaky move from Dallas. So to go from not even, you know, your first what four years in the league kind of of have make an under two million dollars to then, oh crap, how Dallas has given me like eight per. And now you're jumping up to this new contract extension. Like that's a heck of a journey. You don't see that hardly at all with undrafted guys in the NBA. And you know, you can tell he's just he's a humble dude of yeah, and he knows like you don't see this with you. People don't expect this with undrafted guys.

No, they they don't really and we've seen it. We've seen it with some obviously, but not necessarily with role player guys for some reason. Do you feel like you got a proof? Yeah, for sure. You got that 100%. You go back to December 2020 with like eight months after COVID shuts down everything. You sign a two way contract. I think with New Orleans. Now you fast forward to now. And you have this new contract. You've been to league all these years. Is this something you're like, man, I knew this was going to happen back in December 2020 or man, I never imagined this. Oh, for sure. On December 2020, I was confused. You know, I'm like, I don't mean like it's no way, but I always knew like they let me in the door like this was this was. Rock a ticket and you know, I still have plenty more to do. And I just feel like he's going to be a great season. Who's the best perimeter defender on the team on the team?

All right, where I want to, I would say me, but I give it to PJ. Okay, look, Caleb, Caleb, yeah. That one I found interesting. He didn't kind of say, you know, I might, might give it to me, but you know, PJ, Caleb. But I like how the first party said that. And it's a, and I've tried to say this. I'm glad he said it. So I don't have, I didn't, I don't have to like fully say this myself. When I want to, it would probably be me. And then he kept, you know, PJ, oh, no, no, it's Caleb. This is what we tried to say about last year. A lot of people want to try to point out last year. Whenever you talk about not just being a good defender, it's like, well, did you see him play defense last year? You didn't play good defense last year. He's not a class year to play. And he fits. And I just, I just like, I get it was part of the season, but like they were, they were 26 games, man. It's hard to figure, it like figured out of like, oh, this player was good at this, especially in the back half of last season. I don't want to say like a lot of people just were checked out and stuff, but like, that wasn't the best defensive effort from Nasi.

I'll just say that. And when he's answering a question like this, that gives you a little insight of like, hey, when he wants to, and like we have seen it at times. When Nasi wants to, he's one of the best perimeter, perimeter defenders on the team. So, and I'll stand by that. I don't care what happened the last half of last year. I think he's one of the best perimeter defenders on mass. Yeah. And he should be. And Dusty may brought him up today. He was asking about point of attack defense. And he was like, yeah, you know, I don't think we want Coup to do that. But Zach Risheshay is a guy. Yeah. Zach Risheshay is definitely a guy. And Nasi is where the first two two names he brought up. And I found that interesting. And I think that they need, they need his defense. And for him to be, I think like worth that contract, I think he's got to be a really good defender and got to bring what he brings on offense. And I think that he'll earn it for sure. Yeah. And then in the next level of that, obviously is about the shooting too. And I'd say that he showed confidence in that. And that answer. Yeah. That was a weird thing.

But, but also I think, you know, and we've mentioned this before. And now, you know, he's he nods. He's talked about it. Riz is talked talked talked about him. And Dusty May is talked about him of adding, you know, Fedor from Fedor. I should like clarify that as it. Fedor like hold or Fedor. You know, the shooting coach from Miami. And you don't hear many shooting coaches get talked about or you mentioned by name very often. And this dude's a legend around the league. He's he's mentioned a lot. And you know, he mentioned before of like how it's a little surprising. I thought that they could pull him from Miami. He's spent over 20 years in that organization. And, you know, Riz is mentioning like he said, but Naji's already gave him a swag back. Fixed his whole flow. That's what I was the direct quote from Naji. He fixed my whole flow. And I asked him about it at training camp of the day. Yeah. And you know, when we've you know walked in after you know, after practice, he's been like that shooting coach. He's been working with Naji and seeing Riz Shashite times seeing Caleb Martin with him and stuff. So like that that's going to be a huge thing to monitor with Naji.

Move for it. And Dusty may even pointed out that, you know, about corner three pointers for Naji. That's the thing that he's got to focus on. Is hitting the corner threes. And I will see if it the new coach shooting coach can help with that. Yeah, definitely. I don't know if he's getting to 45% like he said. 45 is pretty pretty lofty. But he then walked it back. I think like the next day I training camp for someone was like, yeah, maybe I got a little ahead of him. I maybe I got a little wasn't on. Was it a tweet that he got ahead of himself? He was like, let's get to 35 first. He said, no, I think he tweeted. I may have rounded up a little bit, but in that area. Yeah. Dude, if Naji can shoot 38% from three, that'd be incredible. That'd be great. That'd be a really good, that'd be a really good NBA player that the maps can use and then a lot of ways that can handle the ball like he does. Coming up more on Naji Marshall, his role and other things he said to us at Maps, Media Day. Today's episode of Lockdown Maps is brought to you by Fandule. Let's talk about Najim Marshall. We're talking about his role and talking about what he said to us on media day. Let's continue our interview with him. When you look at your playmaking you look at your ball handling. It's just a role that you see yourself playing this year you think you'll be playing as kind of like a kind of like a point forward in a way.

Whatever man you guys know I got no bro. Tell me about their play the center bro. I go do it whatever it takes whatever just to help cool car PJ gas those guys do do guys. I win it man and honestly just want to win. So like I said I'm down for the sacrifice whatever it takes. That is the thing that makes Najim Marshall Najim Marshall is that he's down for whatever like a I'll do whatever whatever it takes like I'll do. You want me to handle the ball here for the next 10 minutes I'll handle the ball here. You want me to guard the best perimeter defender. You want me to guard a center. You want me to take these threes. I'll do I'll do whatever you ask and like you want me to punch. Nurgish I will punch Nurgish who my punch and just goes into it. He's made the playoffs twice in his career. I was actually surprised to see that. But he's made the playoffs twice the pelicans and hasn't gotten out of the first round and so I think this is a player is motivated to do that he said he wants to prove himself.

But yeah, that's what makes Naji Naji is that he's just willing to do whatever, mix it up and do a bunch of different things on the court. He's a great locker room guy. Everybody loves Naji. And then he's just a versatile guy. I mean, that's, he's not a one dimensional type of dude. And you know, a lot of, this is two coaching regimes now that I've talked about is ball handling and how he can, you know, handle ball and stuff. And that's why we went to those years of having wings on the perimeter that were like, can't be nice. They could don't trouble don't trouble don't. And Naji can Naji can trouble and hit that floater and stuff. So I'm excited to see Naji back to she had new number number three for Naji. So getting back to number three form. Can we go back to the thing you said about defense last year that we heard that, you know, that the effort was tough on defense both by Naji, Max, PJ and Gafford, like all of them to a man. Maybe PJ and Gafford a little bit more because of injury, but all four of those guys talked about how difficult it was to

keep up the level of work and keep up the level of like intensity. It takes to play good defense. And I think all four of them will probably ramp it up this year because that like a dark cloud of the offalness of last year is kind of over. I know. And I just I don't think you can say it enough or you can't have just how weird of a year it was last year. Yeah. You got to remember this that season started in Nico and kid and everything like I'm still here. And it's just like, you know, even even Karee bringing up the, you know, his tenure here bringing up the whole like, you know, PJ adjusting and bring up the whole free throw interaction and stuff with the fans and it's chaining for, you know, Nico to be fired and you know, be crazy if somebody asked Nico like, why shouldn't you be fired? You know, like if, if all these people would do that, all these people are chaining for that. Can we play a quick, we play a quick game for a second? Yeah. I do this on game. But I'm going to do it here.

Count it out. Let's go. The last Dallas Maverick to wear number three for more than two seasons. Oh gosh. The number three is kind of legendary lately, especially in our time covering the Mavericks and definitely right before. Yeah, I don't know. Uh, Roddy B. Well, I thought you meant like recent. There hasn't been one since Roddy B to wear number three for more than two seasons on the Dallas Mavericks. Wow. He's the last one. What Roddy B 2010 to 2013 Shane Larkin was number three, Charlie Villain O'Waiva, Jonathan Gibson, our boy, Nirlens. Yeah. Darryl Macon, Antonio's Cleveland, Trey Burke, Jayden Hardy, Alex Fudge is on the on the poster over there. Grant Williams our guy and then Anthony Davis. Probably be the last one to wear number three for more than two seasons. And the two seasons for the other guys like Nirlens and AD and Charlie B were like kind of segments of seasons.

Those Nirlens years, man, that was a tough time. Man, speaking of agents and contracts for big men. No kidding. And maybe bad advice. Yeah, dude, I need to reach out to him. I have, I don't know where he's at right now. Who knows? I went through today and I was like, all right, when's the one's the last time on Mavericks Center played over 2000 minutes? You know what it was? Bogot Tyson Chandler 2015 call. Do you remember how great I heard last year, Gafford, 1200 year before that, lively 1200 year before that Dwight Powell Dwight Powell, Porzinga, Porzinga Dwight Powell, Dirk, dark 1900 minutes in 2018 is the most since then Tyson 2000. Do Rick got so pissed that I asked, I was asking about Nirlens and then he clapped back at me really hard. Why don't you ask him, since you're free. You guys are good buddies. Yeah. Okay. Just because they lived in Kentucky. Yeah.

Number three, I think I think Noggie Marshall will break the trend. Yes. Yeah. Okay, let me put this in years past we've done like like board bets with like over under some things we might do it again. But over under, I'm going to put 16 and a half starts for Noggie. Oh, I'll go over with this team with the last couple of years that we've had. I'll definitely go over on Noggie Marshall. I just feel like for a lot of people right now that are like fans. Yeah. I think a lot of people are when they're projecting starting lineups. I don't think a lot of people are projecting Noggie to be a starter at all. I don't think so either. Last year, how many starts? Um, 30, 47 year before that 31. Those are two years of 47 starts last year. Yeah. Well, there's so many injuries that you're like, all right. I was going to say that the injury stuff that no one really talks about is PJ because he's played and he's played like 50 something games and back to back years.

And I don't feel like people really talk about that too much, but that's true. But he's healthy. 56 and 57 last two years and yeah, he should be healthy. And I went through our media interview yesterday on the show and talked about like that moment where I brought up the hymn stepping on the ball. Well, it's just like so clearly ingrained in his head. Like that was such a crazy. Yeah. Like accident injury that how many players are around suit rounds all the time and nobody ever steps on a ball. But yeah, it is. I mean, that was obviously part of the weird year too for PJ. It is kind of wild of like, you know, we joke about it with like fans and stuff of like, man, the trauma from last year. It is pretty wild though when you talk about like last year or like the past like year and a half with even like the players and it's like, so you go back to the last. You know, a few years here. It's like you kind of almost like see it in their face like it's like a president, you know, like after the term, you're like crap. And you feel like it feels like it like took years off their life of this passion. And you know, in PJ too, you know, with for shifting PJ PJ had some personal stuff off the court stuff too.

So it was kind of like a, you know, he wasn't healthy on the court. It wasn't playing well had personal stuff going on and there's the like organization turmoil. It's like just a really rough year for PJ still average 14.7 boards and assistant a half a steel a block. Yeah, and he's a prime candidate to like rebound and look back at like last year. I mean, like, oh, that was kind of like a one off like weird year for him. Yeah, for sure. For sure. And hopefully working with the shooting coach as well. Get the number back up coming up. Let's get into more about Najie Marshall and a couple of training came notes that we have a dusty may had a couple of things to say today. And yesterday that one I get Isaac Spinion coming up. I played back today's episode of Lock Time Mavs brought to you by game time. Go check out game time because you can get tickets to all kinds of things. There's something like a night at the AAC when you're surrounded by your friends. The energy is completely different and you know you're going to remember it.

I had no more photo than I had last night when I saw our friends slightly bias and our other friend Jason Gallagher at the Dallas Wings game that they got to see that historic game from a reek a that win all that. There's something about it. You could I could have got my tickets on a game time could have gone there. Think about that moment for you. What that would be like at the AAC the first game this season. I think it's going to be incredibly energetic. There's been all kinds of things that you're going to want to see and an experience. The first time they call it Kyrie Irving's name when he's actually going to play a basketball game is going to be electric. That is going to be a huge huge moment for Dallas Mavericks fans. So get your friends get your tickets and tell them it's game time. I want I mean we need Mark Fowell to do this for us. I feel like any dad or Sean Heath to like to make that announcement. All right, let's keep talking about Najim Marshall the rest of the training camp notes and some other things that we've got as the maps continue training camp. Think one more day and then they're going off to Macau going off to China and we'll be covering those games and we'll see what we'll see with the Dallas Mavericks are going to do against Houston Rockets. I'm so excited to watch actual basketball. I can hear it in your voice. Well, yeah, I'm running on very limited sleep in 48 hours right now. I know we're just running film all day and just trying to you know, we're trying to figure out who's going to grind grinding the beer actions of Sass are coming off the right right side. Dusty made them talk about his cutting today.

Let's go. When you think about the vibes of this team, you've been around this team now for a few years. How's the vibes right now? How would you describe them now compared to last couple years? When I first got here, like Luca and everybody the vibes is super high. I'm saying so we went through and went through last year, you know, different players knew a bunch of new teammates. You know, the vibe could have been off at times. But this year new teammates, new staff, you know, again, a lot of people are trying to get familiar with each other, but I feel like the vibes are just super high right now. A lot of good energy, a lot of good good players, honestly, like solid good basketball players who love the game. You know, when the gym get extra shots of stuff like that. So the vibes been incredible the whole summer. How did you see that play out in LA when you guys all gather there? Oh, man, what you mean? Like how was the team? It was beautiful. First of all, Kai has the biggest house I ever seen in the world. You're at his house?

Yeah, we had a little team event, you know, yeah, I'm cook out for his basically, but it was just beautiful. Just a continuation of just what I was talking about. The whole summer just been great vibes and you know, just to get away from Dallas and some cool weather. Yeah, you know, he's seen us all to do yoga, you know, playing for this surprise me a little bit. I'm not gonna lie this next part. Just working out with his vibe. So I think it's good for the team. How do you done yoga before? Oh, please. It's not my thing though, but I've done it for you. Well, we just can't imagine Marshall doing yoga. I don't know why I just that's not a thing that I can. I can imagine. Now as she's like top five, like if I had to like, or I'm powered like top three, top three of me trying to like do a fantasy draft of players on the team that I would like enjoy hanging out with for the day. Now as you would be one of the top. It's like that friend that you hang out with, you guys will need to talk. You just kind of, you know, you know, you get the activity. He's just fun. You know, he was, he was a guy.

After the interview, he was like kind of like shocked that it was over and it's like, no, no, we're good. We can keep going. Like he was just down to like hang out with us for a bit. And yeah, I love the Kyrie part, the house in LA. That's awesome. And you know, you saw a small glimpse into him right there. He's like, yeah, the vibes, you know, they could have been off at times. You know, last year. It's like, yeah, yeah, that's an understatement there. Let's do, let's do one more thing. The mousse sees a contract is fully guaranteed. Now it was, there was a deadline. I don't think either of us, we were not sitting by our phones waiting for this to happen because we knew what was going to happen. I got a text from Gavin Shaw from Lockdown Nix today and I was like, Hey, have you heard anything about the mousse contract? Stay away, stay away locked on Nix. Yeah, I mean, the Maverick's match that offer for a recent. Yeah, they're not going to just let it go. Yeah, but that could have been one of the moves for Dwight.

Like that could have been an easy one if they don't guarantee it. They bring in Dwight and then all of a sudden you're like, Oh, he lose Moussa and bring in Dwight. And that could have been the move, but it doesn't seem to be the case. Yeah, I mean, I would, I'm not going to, I mean, not that like Moussa swings your whole season. But I've been a little frustrated in that life. They just straight up wave Moussa. I think Moussa is a really good player. I'm really good in like context. I don't think he's like all NBA, but like, I think what you, when you're looking at bigs and like rotation bigs around the league, there are plenty of teams that I've washed last year. And I'm like, Moussa's better than this rotation big that this team and have. And I like him a lot. And it's just reminder, you know, we've seen him practice stuff. Didn't some of these drills. The shot looks a little bit better. I don't expect him to take, you know, 30, you know, 10 to 3. Is three ball. It's actually pretty good. But he's a, he's a giant man. And like, you know, you were always looking for guys his size that tall that can play about the Ram and that more probably more importantly has the motor that he has. Yeah. I mean, this dude just never stops.

So and he's one of the only healthy bigs in camp right now. Yeah. Honestly, like he has a role on this team, especially if res and sauntier still kind of limited in practice. You know, Dusty may said that res is moving along a little bit. But what if they think of res is more of a, you know, a forward or like a wing type, you know, a big, huge wing type player. Then like Moussa as being a center him and Gaffer are the only ones that can be holding it down for the Mavericks. And so Moussa could have a real role to start this season. Yeah, especially preseason. I mean, I think you're going to see a lot of him. He should get a lot of minutes in China and like into Macao games that not like a teammate of Dilo type thing. But and Shibai McGee and Shibai. And other preseason. Yeah, I mean, he should get a good amount of. Do you imagine if they were playing that team? I just thought about this. They're playing Dilo and Javille McGee. Like, you know how they go and sometimes we'll play an international team. I swear, I swear one of the years that we were covering the maps, they played shing out sharts on the preseason.

I think they I think they did. I just feels like they did. But all the jokes about Dilo going to China and here they are. It's like Dilo and the Mavs going to China and all the things. We should get some fun content. You know, I think the Mavericks have have a lot of fun cool things planned and China and stuff leading up to those games and there should be a lot of cool things we should see. Am I right on the shing out sharks? I'm just I'm trying to I'm trying to look. Yeah, I'm trying to look to see if the Mavericks ever ever played that team because I do just to simply remember it like a team against. I know. Flag said that they're probably doing a Hong Kong day. I don't know. Should be fun to see see what they do. PJ said I just want to get through the flight today when asked. I just want to give a shout out to Cooper for the height stuff.

Oh, yeah, you didn't get to comment on this. Do you think he was messing with us with the whole thing or just when he said he's 6 10 and a half? I think he's messing with us for the whole thing and I think it's incredible. I absolutely love it. This is what I would do if I was a player like him because he's seen everyone just flipping their crap out of it like over the over the summer of like, oh my gosh, did he get taller and there's these rumors and stuff and then you know, signs incredible graphic of taller and it's one inch and everybody losing their minds that if Cooper flag is one inch taller, does that mean he is? Michael Jordan. And basketball. Does this like change a ton like I just always thought the highest stuff was like, I don't know, kind of rated. So if I was him, I would like fully lean into it like you did and just kind of bulk rap at all. Like what I mean, what's anybody going to do about it? Like, given a few months, he's going to be a 6 11. All right, just get ready for it. A few days he went from 6 10 to 6 10 and a half within like three days after me today.

Okay, that was so funny. Oh my gosh, just just hilarious. What did you think about the points of emphasis from the ref crew that they came in the other day at training camp? It looked like Zach Zart was at the exact. Yeah, Zach Zarboh, we walked in and Osama and Christian Clark goes, that Zag Zarboh. And I was like, there's no way that it was yeah, it was a ref crew and they said they're they're focusing on flopping and push offs with the two things. Yeah, I mean, the NBA does this ever every few years. It feels like they have some emphasis, you know, thing, this new thing they want to try to. I mean, the thing about it is it's hard. It feels like some of these things they fully implement and it's like cool. We see it over the course of months and it's like something here to stay. And another thing it's like cool. We see it for like three weeks and then it's gone. So yeah, like the finding for flopping that one didn't last very long. Yeah, and I mean, the push off thing feels like more than you know, we can call it the SGA rule of getting that arm in there. I mean, LeBron did it for years. There's a lot of people that's done this for a long time, but SGA is kind of like the.

He's the poster child for it now. I posted that video. I posted that video talking about it and the majority of the comments mentioned SGA and it was a Mav's practice where I didn't mention SGA's name and then. Yeah, majority of the comments. You know, that means you have a reputation. Yeah, and what was illegal screen stuff? Shout out to the you know, old school or those early very warrior's teams. Same still dream on. Bogot dream on David Lee those guys. Yeah, I mean, that one's going to fill. Yeah. The moving screen stuff is a little frustrating because it's so much about how the player sells it and you get the Lou d'Ork. And when Lou d'Ork pulls a Lou d'Ork and does the flying in the air. When Lou d'Ork is like parallel to the floor because he's coming off a screen and he throws the legs out to where he's just like flat. He's like planking in the air because of how bad the moving screen was. It feels like so many of those moving screens are just how the player sells it and runs off of it and.

But are you glad the Mav's only played Lou d'Ork twice a year now? It's at like three or four. Yes. Isn't that great? Lou d'Ork is such a dirty player. Good luck. Yeah, don't play with that. Good luck East. All right, that's some talk about training game. We'll be back. I may do one more thing tomorrow. I'll talk about some of the training game stuff depending on what comes out.
