What if? A hypothetical: The policies that could end America

This is your host from the National Security Hour for 17 September 2026, Fred Galvin. And tonight we are going to talk about a what if this is a model, hypothetical scenario. And one of the jobs I had in my background in the United States Marines was to conduct deep reconnaissance up to 300 kilometers deep, doctrinally behind enemy lines and to

1:11observe report when necessary engage enemy forces. But to report that information back and provide the strategic insights as far as what the enemies composition disposition strength is where we could not see them. Not just deep in a battlefield but often in urban environments and jungle environments anywhere that technology could not get eyes on. We were sent to conduct that ground reconnaissance. And why am I saying this? We did this to paint a clear picture of exactly what was going on and what likely would happen. For instance, if we saw four armored vehicles we knew on the next train feature over, it would probably be heaps of tanks. And it's understanding

2:17your enemy and their order of battle which allowed us to be able to strategically advise the senior most commanders in the Marine Corps on what we're doing. The organizations that I led and commanded they were the most strategic in the Marine Corps. And that is exactly what we would do and why we would do it. And what I'm about ready to describe to you tonight is what we call many in the consulting community we call modeling. We do it in the military at higher level organizations to war game potential scenarios of what would happen on a large scale strategic arena. And in this case, on tonight's national security hour, we are going to talk about some of the what-ifs. And I want to ask the question hypothetically to everyone

3:23in this hypothetical model. What if the greatest threat to America was not launched from a foreign capital but voted into a domestic capital and a domestic White House? That is a question. Let that soak in for just a minute there till ready. Okay, America, this is what is likely to happen because what I'm going to describe are not just current political officials using rhetoric to get people's attention to alarm people on what they what justice they want to bring to

4:24happen. They are very clear and they're very real about it. So I hope we are all paying attention when you listen to this because we must be very clear-sighted not with our hearts but with our heads and use wisdom here in just two months just less than two months actually. So for this next hour, what I'm going to describe to you is not science fiction. This is policy and I wouldn't even say it's fiction because this is what people are saying. This is just what if so hypothetical. It's what if just like we do in war strategies, if all these leaders that we study their strategies, if they do what they say and how they train to do with a couple caveats and contingencies, these enemies never going to rehearse exactly like how they're going to do it. But what if what those campaigning for

5:31political office, I'm not talking about just here in November, I'm talking about November and beyond, what if they enact what they're talking about. And so I want to paint this picture of the year, not 2026, not 2028, I need to paint the year in 2030. And this is slightly beyond. As many people know in political campaigns in America, there's usually a rush in those first two years to get everything that's they campaigned on done because usually the incumbent president doesn't maintain the majority and either or both houses of Congress and their last half of their term. So they try to do everything they can as quickly as they can. And that's what we're going to

6:37look at here in this next hour through this model. And I'm not talking about the models that some of you may be maybe me are thinking I'm not talking about Scarlett Johansson or Kathy Ireland. This is a political model focused on the United States that I'm going to paint to you in the year is 2030. America, you're not going to like this painting, but I promise you by the end of the national security hour that you're listening to, you're going to understand exactly how this painting that I'm making was made. It's not made off of my rhetoric. It's made off of what people who are in power right now are pounding the table and if they get more power, this is what we could likely see if those who are talking about this have this brush handed to them and they are the artist

7:41going to work. So let's be very clear here. This would have an impact on how we vote here in just over a month and a half as well as that next general election in 2028. We will see if what I'm describing to you, a lot of these events will likely come to fruition. And some people say we'll probably say it then in this hour, you've got to be crazy. And we never thought that we would see 25 years after we were attacked in New York City by Islamic terrorists. We would we never imagined 25 years ago that we'd have someone who believes in Islam is the mayor of New York City. And someone who was scoffing on the day of the 25th year anniversary when the names of the fallen

8:46are being read aloud. Absolutely disgusting. But every disaster in American history had a beginning that seemed perfectly reasonable. And unfortunately, people had to live through that. And that's why we're discussing this so that we can see the unseen and have some predictive value. But for tonight's hypothetical, let's envision just step back, close your eyes and visualize. This is two years into the 40th president of the United States, 2030 president, Alexandria Ocasio-Catez, and her vice president, Pete Buttigieg. Now, before anyone on either side of the aisle fires up, you know, some kind of comment, it's hypothetical. It's what if, but the policies, I'm going to mention here

9:54that these individuals have said are not hypothetical. Every single one of them has been publicly advocated for on the record, on camera, with applause. And we've seen some of these versions already that I'm going to mention in this model already playing out across America in history. We've seen rampant immigration, illegal immigration, the fraud that comes with that, much of a domestic terrorism that we've recognized last week during the 25th anniversary of 9-11. Some of these policies, although they have been on record and advocated for have not yet occurred in American history and hopefully never will. So stay with me here. So like I was discussing.

10:54AOC visualizes, just let it saute for a minute, that she ran in 2028 and so many all across America aspired to be like AOC. She's from the Bronx, young girl, bartender, barista, she made it. In her 30s, she's just so charismatic. And now in 2028, she was elected because she was urgently calling on the most comprehensive, progressive platform in American history. Advocating for complete open borders. She's openly advocating complete open borders. Many people are buying what she's selling. She's also campaigning again. This is an I think

11:57new for AOC, the Green New Deal with nationalized industries. Elimination, not just of AI data centers, the elimination of American manufacturing. Unless it has a zero carbon footprint, I don't know how we do that. She advocates to funding law enforcement nationwide. Of course, in her rhetoric, it's because of systemic racism and law enforcement. And she proposes restructuring in her own words, reimagining the Department of Defense, the Department of War, which shortly after she's elected becomes defunded. She wins all of these policies that she campaigned on. And she actually

13:01makes good on her campaign promises. Swiftly, but she realizes she must do this in her first two years. She passes these policies into laws, not executive orders, with the help of Democrats who have the super maturity in both chambers of Congress. Her mandate that she campaigned on is real. And she's implementing it immediately. And her second in charge, Vice President Pete, Buttigieg, the man who made the supply chain crisis famous by going on paternity leave, Walshipps sat the ocean, unable to unload. This is Walt President Biden's second, when he was the Secretary of Transportation, he is now the second in charge of our nation.

14:07Not saying anything, I'm just saying supply chains right now, 2030, are still a theme. And Vice President Pete is focusing on dismantling his mandate, is to dismantle the American patriarchy and replace American male leaders across the nation with male supporters for a complete and utter disenfranchisement of American men, especially privileged white men. So this administration is off to a sprint, but in the direction that we are seeing as a nightmare, I'm talking straight off of the L-capitan cliff face there,

15:08somebody national park straight off the cliff. Now, let's talk about how this is when we start unpilling this rhetoric, these campaign promises, these policies that are getting passed in the law, what's what this is being realized to come about. And there's so many progressive leaders, I remember going to business school, and people are saying, well, I'm socially liberal, I'm fiscally conservative, it's okay, you can't have everything your way. You have to figure out how we're going to make sense of all this. And let's talk about what happened at home, first year in America, because you can't defend a nation from our external adversaries, if our nation comes apart from the inside. And within the first 18 months of taking office, the OCE administration

16:09leverages her congressional supermajority, and she passes the Public Safety Reimagination Act. And what this does is every single municipal and state police department was defunded overnight. So, these systemically racist police are gone. There's nobody there to answer the phone, no matter what. Now, I've been in combat zones, Iraq, Eastern, Southern, Afghanistan, and I want to tell you something that the most dangerous place that I ever felt in my life is a community where there is no congressional credible threat of any type of consequence for violence, because humans, when completely unrestrained, are capable of extraordinary barbarism.

Because under the OEC administration, her and other members of congress, other wealthy, they had a little bit of different insulation. The rest of america, we were on our own. Then we see bad getting worse and economic collapse. And this is a result of several things happening with this policy of open borders for all.

All these that depend on the supply chain are nationalized, just nationalized under the new commons act. This result is exactly what history tells us, nationalization always produces scarcity. 23:39because last time you went to the Department of Motor Vehicles and you're getting a name change or you're getting a new driver's license or it's just time to change your address. Now, imagine that that Department of Motor Vehicles office. Imagine that's your grocery store or your gas station or anything that you need some supplies from. And there's an eight hour wait every day, no day is different. And sometimes the only difference is you get to the front of the line, there's nothing left. Come home empty handed to a devastating household. At the same time, you're seeing personal lifetime savings evaporated nearly overnight. American households, whether it's middle class, working class, they face that impossible choice. The unimaginable happens

24:42overnight. And I'm referring to an underground economy, exploded in order to mariner for the primal basics through drug sales, prostitution, human trafficking. These were end up becoming survival mechanisms for families. Who just a few years earlier, we're going to literally games, taking luxury vacations. And let me tell you from my experience, the most heartbreaking things I've ever witnessed in a war zone. It was what ordinary American people do when ordinary options and the face of America freedom disappears. When we see what I've seen overseas, when we see that happen here, it will break our hearts. And what I've seen when I see the terrorism that occurs

25:48in these places, the true, the sheer brutality of assassinations and decapitations, the grotesque ness of skinning people live. That happens. And it's awful. And that has the potential of happening here. The people that I saw do that believe in the same things. And now they're in America on a much larger scale. And they're not saying stop when people start pushing shire at all. They're encouraging it. They don't do anything to impede its progress whatsoever. So I'm going to talk about some of these cyclical waves. And besides what's happening with scarcity, let's talk about the future and the 48th presidential administration of global

26:52or of our national security under the global scale when we have this collapse of the American led order. And we zoom out a little bit because while America is collapsing from within, the world won't stand still and wait politely. So again, AOC's administration is visualizing all this stuff. And her signature policy, her foreign policy move was the disbandment of the Department of War. She decides to rename this in favor of what they call the Department of Global Peace and Diplomacy. So the military is almost entirely dramatically reduced immediately. It alliances that we have with our partners and allies across the globe immediately suspended. Military aid, which continues to protect American businesses and our way of

27:59life and trade, those packages around the globe are canceled. And we don't have these allies anymore, we're fighting amongst ourselves. There's a saying in military circles, I'm sure many of you have heard it before. If you want peace, you prepare for war. The opposite corollary is equally true. If you disarm unilaterally, prepared to be conquered. In China right now, and for years, has been watching, studying, patiently waiting, the strategists, they fully understand what Sun Su said about winning without fighting. It's not just a clever phase, phrase, Sun Su, Minute. And they will wait until their enemy, the United States defeats ourselves. But while they're

29:00waiting for what's going on here in the Western Hemisphere, they go ahead and move forward with what is in their war plans. And that is to attack and immediately defeat Taiwan. Taiwan fell first by pushing just 100 less than 100 miles east of mainland China. Because there was no credible US deterrent, we pulled all our foreign bases back from Northeast Asia. And that led to the fall of the Republic of the Philippines, Japan, South Korea, then the entirety of Southeast Asia, ultimately, ultimately Australia. America let that sink in for a minute, Australia. Our closest five-eye intelligence partner, a Western democracy, not just one, but one which is absolutely no military match against China. Within the first 24 months of the OCE administration,

30:10in America's military withdrawal from around the world, Australians didn't get a vote in that. They got an ultimatum from China. China wasn't seeking a simple land grab. They wanted, like what they have been talking about for years and years, through the one belt one road initiative is this global maritime and overland. Soap routes, these vital choke points and to control every major shipping lane, every critical undersea cable corridor, every strategic port. China, 2030 now owns the logistics of the entire global economy, likely for intimate petuity. When you thought that bad couldn't get worse, it does

31:14to a coefficient. And what I'm talking about is the US dollar dying. The Bricks nations, China Russia, India, Brazil, South Africa, many others, form into this growing coalition that had launched the Chinese and Bimbi as a new global reserve currency. The petrodollar, our foundation of American economic power since 1971, gone. That's just let that again soak in. The dollar isn't just paper anymore. Now you need a wheelbarrow full of it to buy a leader fresh water. Yeah. What people had proposed, our foreign adversaries has now been realized. But America is still standing, but it is standing alone and economically

32:22broken. Militarily, we're disarmed, internationally, we're isolated. And now the wolves, they're just starting to circle. So this started a wave that was unimaginable. And you stay with me here because this is this part of the hardest tear. It's the most important, I would say, because with our open borders and our dissolved law enforcement, our disbanded military, the terrorism threat domestically transforms from a manageable risk into an active domestic insurgency. You need you to visualize the atrocities that go on and places like yehmen, places like Tehran. This is now going on in America. There's nobody to stop it. This

33:25Islamic jihadist networks are operating freely across America's open borders. And they begin by targeting the most vulnerable. And how do they do that? They're unimaginable. Through rape, sexual violence against the most vulnerable women, elderly children. They do it as a weapon of terror. And that becomes normalized as designed to break the will and to impose their will and sharia law and force sharia law upon all of America. America, we fight back. We always have. And so these jihadist attacks that continue to escalate, these complex coordinated operations, they started to use with armed groups, with full automatic weapons and explosives.

34:32Then they went from the most vulnerable women and children to escalating to their greater threats of American veterans, military men, former law enforcement officials. Anyone that had it was a known gun owner that became their priority target. That was what they perceived as the most dangerous because they studied us and they were correct in identifying those who were able to fight as their primary targets. And those became their objectives. And those veterans that they could were targeted and destroyed. And this has been cyclically seen around the world in scenarios such as I'm describing. This led to an internal civil war where when we fought back as Americans, American militias stood up organically. But without coordination at first,

35:40just groundswell organizations saying they had enough groups began to call themselves unionists. And they were fighting to preserve and ideally to restore our freedoms under the former constitutional republic. But these unionists were outgunned and they weren't financially supported. They struggled with communication and leadership, fractured leadership. And they're being hunted down by their own government. The AOC administration created a new domestic division in the FBI. And this is essentially an internal intelligence force that operated on what can only be described as an informant economy. These are American citizens being financially rewarded for reporting

36:40their neighbors, family members, friends, enemies, anybody that had weapons. If they possessed weapon and they reported it, these family members, whoever was doing the reporting that were given food and financial incentives, that firearm possessions now around their life imprisonment without trial. And a single policy, this new administration destroyed our second and sixth amendments, right to bear arms and right for a fair trial. This is what these German Statsy would have recognized and called AOC's policy very efficient. But it was fracturing families as they turned in their own parents, their own spouses, people were facing the most desperate situations.

And one of our long-term adversaries, Russia, they answered the question that we had as far as, could we go any lower? It seemed unimaginable. And what Russia do? This leads to a mental health pandemic, like nothing ever witnessed or recorded American history. Depression, panic, trauma, all across the American population. Families had been surviving,

44:08just on the cause for now, completely in the dark, literally not figuratively. I'll figuratively do, and they're without any kind of power. And I've worked with a lot of combat events dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder. I know what it looks like when the human mind reaches its limits. And what I'm describing in this particular scenario is post-traumatic stress disorder, at a national scale, millions and millions of people experience those who are left, experiencing acute trauma simultaneously with actually no healthcare structure, infrastructure to address any of this. The mental health was an area that was uncovered in this administration's policies and budget. So now what's setting in is Americans

45:12who are having struggle to communicate to each other, but those who have served in our military who are aware of national history, all signs are indicating that China and Russia are coordinating an attack, and they are just waiting now, not just watching but waiting for the moment when our internal American conflict is a reach a point of utter exhaustion. Where what remains is not any resemblance of an American nation, but it's just a geography, a very resource-rich geography with a population that cannot stand up for itself. And that's what, especially like the Chinese, they understand what Sun Su said and that the Supreme Court of War is to subdue your enemies without fighting. And the Chinese Communist Party have been extraordinarily patient,

46:19and they are planning this mass-scale attack. And this is the challenge that the unionist sounds like the movie Red Dawn, the last American standing, are trying to restore the Republic that are depending on their courage. In America, it's never short on courage. The challenge now is coordination without effective communication and mustering supplies after you do some coordination without supplies without any supply chain, and having leaders who will stand up and who did not buckle and have leaders who will stand up and fight. In every great resistance in history, we've had even in the American Revolution, we've had

47:23those that wanted to be loyal to, just wanted to get along, and this is going to be a problem. There's three things that you always need for this revolution and resistance to be secured is you have to have that identity, and there was many in the American Revolution that did not want to fight. Great Britain. They all said to have shared set of principles, and this does exist with the unionists. And you have to have belief that victory will be possible. And the unionists, after everything that has happened in this scenario, in this hypothetical, they have the first two, they have an identity, they have shared principles, but the third is being tested and teetering on whether they believe with as much loss of life,

48:29as much lack of resource, that with an invasion from two revisionist powers like Russia and China, the America unionists would be able to survive and attack in a ground invasion by Russia and China. So, do you hear that noise in America? That's our alarm clock. And every single thing that I've just described, every single policy that produces one of these outcomes, it is a stated platform right now. This is what El Said, AOC, Bernie Sanders today, 2026, not 2030. This is not a hypothetical future. I'm talking about this is what they're advocating and pounding the table today when they say, pay your fair share,

49:36defund the police. Things that I've mentioned on this show time and time again, this is not my rhetoric or platform. This is American elected officials or those aspiring to be. We've seen that these emotive policies, how they played out across the globe and across world history before and America never has a happy ending. We've heard time and time again when we've had all the Democrats running for president on stage talk about open borders, talk about advocating for providing full healthcare for all immigrants. However they come in, you've repeatedly heard these candidates and lawmakers openly and repeatedly discuss defunding

50:41law enforcement, not retracting or rebrand but defunding law enforcement. Again, visualize what I just talked about of the horror that it would be all across America for our most vulnerable. We have seen lawlessness. You've seen videos, these aren't sensationalized sizzle rills where one lone person is punching out some defenseless grandma, although you've seen that, that is happened repeatedly, but that's what happens when you tie the hands of our law enforcement officials. We cannot have that. When you talk about this Democrat socialist of America agenda, they're not talking about traumatic military reductions, they're talking about disbanding the Department of War. It's actively discussed in their platform. Right now, many people are debating and that's up for debate on who the 2028 officials are

51:49for trending on all the polling sites, but they do talk about AOC is in the lead, and she has talked about almost all of these in the dollar replacement. If we literally America, if we do have all this other happen, our adversaries will move forward with their enactment of a replacement for the US dollar and they'll progress as we see the BRICS coalition growing right now today as we listen to this. So I want to be very precise because that matters in national security and I'm not saying any particular candidate will do all of these things, but what I am saying is that these are the directions and the policies that these leaders have asserted. And I'm talking about leaders in America and I'm talking about leaders of our adversary nations,

And so when you put it all together and you have America as an economic smoldering mess because we're just leading with our hearts instead of our minds and we take on, we start getting shelled in every direction. We cannot have unrestrained deficit spending that just cripples and crushes where our economy cannot even stand on its own. And all these, especially the most vulnerable who are paid into for decades after decades into the social security system which is expected to only survive for seven more years, what do we do when we just can't afford anything anymore? And it's all this green new deal.

54:02Direction matters America, that matters, and navigating large ships. And even if that ship is off by just one degree for a long period of time, that type of error is going to end up on a reef taking on massive flooding. So America, we need to be wise. And this is, I don't normally quote scripture and have sermons, but I do love the word of God. And as it's written in Jeremiah 17 and verse 9, it says, the heart is deceitful above all things and desperately sick who can understand it. Proverbs also says, whoever trusts in his mind is a fool, but who walks, but he who walks in wisdom will be delivered. So America, it's our time that we must be wise. We must have wise

55:07leaders representing the people and this constitutional republic. In our feelings are not a national security strategy. Intentions are not outcomes. History is never impressed by good intentions. So in just over a month and a half, we will vote and we need to vote with wisdom. And voting is imperative that we have the historical knowledge of what these programs, how they've impacted nations throughout world history. We need to vote with our eyes open and with wisdom. We cannot go into this blind and like I was saying, with feelings, the the stakes are just far too high. So this is the national security hour. God bless you all. God bless
