What exactly is the United Nations good for?

0:00We're welcome to our broadcast today ladies and gentlemen once again. I appreciate you joining me during this time, this period of time in your life and the life of our wonderful beautiful country. Well recently we heard a lot of talk. I mean a lot of talk coming from behind a microphone at the United Nations. The world leaders are there, they're meeting to pontificate, to spread propaganda, to argue their case against Israel, against the United States of America, against freedom, liberty, justice, and individual rights worldwide. Yeah, that's what I'm focusing on at the moment because there are some countries there like the

1:01United States, like Israel, and a few others that are standing up for human rights, standing up for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. But we don't hear much from them other than when they're at this general assembly meeting in New York City. Now it has been said that when the president of United States got up and spoke that some of the world leaders walked out and look at just some of them. I'm maybe going to name them. I don't want to give them any publicity that they certainly do not deserve. Same thing would happen with the Prime Minister of Israel, not to know when he got up and spoke a number of people got up and walked out. But then you have the radicals, the war mongers like Iran, and then you have a president's, a sheet of China, and then you got others that represent communism. They get up, you know, they pontificate, they spread their propaganda to the

2:01world stage, and at the end of the day, and I've said this all along year after year after year, what is the purpose of bringing all these world leaders together if they are not going to do anything about the problems that the entire planet is facing? There's hunger, starvation, there's droughts, and there's disease, there's all kinds of troubles all over the world. And if every country got together in the spirit of why the United Nations was created, we would be able to prevent a lot of that. We would be able to do that when I say we as a world body, a world body called humanity. There should be no borders when it comes to the United Nations. We should all come together and protect life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and address the challenges that all of us face as human beings. But that's not the case, never was the case.

3:04So we have a situation once again where millions, if not billions of dollars, is going into the expense account of the New York City Police Department and all of their first responders and U.S. Secret Service, FBI, the CIA, I mean, it just doesn't stop. The flow of your taxpayer money and my taxpayer money continues to flow from our treasury, from your personal treasury to the treasury of the United Nations, where there are people who are spending our money for what? We don't even know where it's going, other than in the pockets of some of these world leaders. That's absolutely incredible. Absolutely incredible. What's incredible is not that it's happening. What's incredible is that not just years, but decades. We in the United States of America have allowed this to happen. Now, the President of the United States, President Trump has done some significant movements towards curbing our funding of the United

4:11Nations. In my view, and I said this all along, we should just kick him out. Goodbye. Go to Beijing, go to Moscow, go to Cuba, go to another country, but get out of the United States of America. You don't belong here. Most of those people in the United Nations are anti-American. They're anti-Israeli, obviously. They're anti-freedom, anti-liberty, anti-individual rights, and I could go on and on and on. They're just evil. Evil are ran at the top of the list, evil, to give them a podium to spread their filth and their dirt and their propaganda here in the United States of America from the United Nations should never happen. But it's the way it is. Those are the rules that we must live by today. Give evil the chance to speak out against good. Well, there's something wrong with that. There's been something wrong with that for many, many years

5:12and decades. But I don't know what the people in charge are thinking at this point. Other than the President of the United States, he makes it pretty clear what he's thinking and what he would like to do. Wouldn't it be nice if some of our allies would have to guts the courage to hitch that wagon that the President is leading to hold the United Nations and all those other countries that are being led by crazy people accountable? Wouldn't that be a big change? But we may not see it in our lifetime, but sooner or later, something is going to happen. Something big is going to happen. And I've said this over and over and over again, and I'll leave this part of my discussion regarding you and on this point. Here's what's going to happen. There's going to be a leader, a leader coming, and that leader is going to take complete and total control over what he created. And you know who I'm talking about. God Almighty. I'll leave it at that.

6:14You don't believe me? Read the Bible. Read the Bible from cover to cover. The end of the story is there. But let's wait and see what happens in the meantime. But recently, all right, I'll say recently millions of people worldwide. They're hurt President Trump addressed the United Nations General Assembly, right? Where he addressed the number of conflicts that he settled. And I've got to tell you, he did in fact prevent a number of conflicts from surfacing on just about every continent on this planet. He did do that. He was able to send quietly, very quietly to negotiating tables. His negotiators in a number of countries around the world, a few in Africa, a few in the mid-east that had been successful that we haven't heard about. And on and on and on. He's done that. And he's made it very clear that if the leader of Iran does not end this war, he could. Now this is the president

7:17of the United States in his words, annihilate the entire country. He means what he says. He says what he means. He does not want to do that. The United States military does not want to do that. But how does it end? These maniacs in Iran every single day. Mr. President over there in the USA, let's go sit at the table. We're ready to talk. We're ready to speak. We're ready to get our people together and to work with the United States in this war. And then 24 hours after that, they tell us they're not going to show up and they love some missiles that Saudi Arabia, they men, they love missiles that Israel, they're lobbying missiles at Jordan. I mean, it just doesn't stop. And now they're threatening the law of missiles in other Middle Eastern countries. And as of late, telling us that they may spread this war to the Indian Ocean. What do you think of that? Now here, the Iranian government is telling us this right up front, telling the whole world right up

8:20front. And everybody sits back. It says, oh, okay, you know, all right, take it easy, calm down. No need to come to the Indian Ocean. What makes you think they're not going to do it? They've got everything they said they would do and they're still doing it. Folks, I am of the opinion. And I've said this many, many times, it is time to eliminate their entire civilian and military leadership. I believe we have the capabilities to do that without annihilating the entire country. But we will need help from Saudi Arabia. We will need help from Jordan. We will need help from Israel and every single country in the Middle East. And how about around the world who admits that Iran is the biggest bully on planet earth and the greatest, most, most disgusting sponsor of terrorism worldwide. NATO has done nothing. The United Nations, again, I mean,

9:21who cares if they exist or not anymore? And I'll always say that. I suppose the United States was a great, great idea when it was created. You know, the hearts and minds of those who put this together. That was a pretty good idea. It's outlived itself. We don't need the UN. And the only reason why the UN needs us is for your money and my money. In the American people, we have the ability to stop that. Oh, yes, we do. We have the ability to stop that by electing people to office that are going to look out for you and look out for me and future generations of Americans. Because follow the money, folks. Just follow the money. Now, the fact of the matter is, is that the look at the opponents, all right, of what the president has said and is trying to do, the opponents here at home in abroad, they came out right away and what they did was they expressed their objection to his tone. And they viewed it as a threat to world peace. They viewed it as a

10:29threat to all of them. You know, they're claiming, well, now the president has said a tone. And what he's doing is he's instigating. He's aggravating. He's agitating other countries to get into a conflict with each other. Really? Really? I didn't hear that. I didn't hear the President of the United States threaten world peace. In fact, he tried to create world peace. But I'll tell you what, they can't, meaning those critics cannot dispute his claim. I'm talking about the President's claim that America's peace through strength strategy has been demonstrated time and time again by America's peace through strength strategy, demonstrated by deploying US Navy warships worldwide. By doing that, he's prevented wars. He was also right to confront decades of intractable challenges that previous US leaders lacked the courage or will to discuss. Those are his words,

11:31decades of intractable challenges. That, ladies and gentlemen, he hit the nail right on the head. Absolutely put hit the nail right on the head. The fact that a matter is that a lot of people were hearing what he was saying. But I don't know if they were really listening. The truth hurts, the truth hurts. And I could just look at all of these people as I'm watching this on TV unfold, sitting in their seats with a big G on their foreheads as the President is saying these words. And the G didn't stand for God. It didn't stand for greatness. It's saying it for guilty. They are all guilty of the problems that we're facing worldwide because they do nothing. Little if anything, but mostly for the part do nothing. The President made clear that he did not want at all to hand down today's problems to the leaders of the future. Like many others have. He has been very articulate in that. I don't want to hand down to future Americans the problems

12:34that we are now facing with regard to the challenges to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness, not only in this country, but in other countries around the world. And that's what's happened over the fort four or five decades regarding Iran. It's been handed down. The problems with that that evil country has been handed down to us today. And the President does not want to hand that problem named Iran, that evil empires problem, named Iran back down to future generations. You don't want to do that. All right. And he's also said, look at the longer we do that, the more times we pass the problem with Iran down to future generations, it'll become harder and harder and harder to solve. He's right. So the President of the United States, he's walking the talk, leadership, leadership that many people are not used to. Now look, there are issues that I will not defend the President on. And I'll articulate that. But when it comes

13:37to this, when it comes to the future of our country, I mean the President has been consistent saying, hey, look at this one Iran is all about Iran being denied nuclear weapons. Because I believe him, they're going to use one. They'll use two. They'll use whatever they could. These people are religious fanatics. They're crazy and they're evil. And what do you do with crazy people? Right? I mean, really crazy people. And I'm talking about people with mental health issues. I'm not talking about people who need therapy. Those are not crazy people. Those are people who truly have real mental health issues. I'm talking about crazy people in the terms of willing for a bloated world, though, in order to get what they want. Those are crazy people. And they're sitting in Tyran. They're sitting in Beijing. They're sitting not far from us 90 miles off the coast of Florida down there in Cuba. Yep, we got some crazy pretty close to us. And maybe

14:42some crazies here in America, which at some point in time, I guess we'll have to deal with if they begin to surface and do a lot of harm to our country. So I have to admit that as I listen to the President's speech, again, I was scratching my head and I'm wondering what the NATO leaders were thinking or what the United Nations as a whole was thinking. I mean, what were these people thinking as the President is laying it out, boy, and so did the Prime Minister of Israel. He laid it out, boy, did he really lay it out and he really laid it out in terms that he actually addressed very publicly Mayor Mandami of New York City. He made it clear this guy's not a friend of world peace. This guy's not a friend of the American people. I mean, I'll do a broadcast on him sooner rather than later, but the fact that a matter is everything the President of the United States said, everything that the Prime Minister of Israel said absolutely true. What did the

15:47others say? Didn't pay much attention to. I really didn't. Because what they say, not in my view, I think what everybody says counts. But what they say, I believe in the eyes and ears of the hearts, the souls, or the spirits of those sitting in the UN don't count. They don't care what they say because they're going to do nothing. But they do care about what the President of the United States is saying. They do care about what the Prime Minister of Israel is saying. So that that is very important and we need to care about what is being said. Now, what President Xi says of China, propaganda with the President of the countries around the world that lower leaders, I don't pay too much attention to those people. They don't have the power. They don't have the might, but more so. They don't have the will. They don't have the will to stand up and to speak out against the evil powers of this world. They do not. Let's face it folks, that's a truth,

16:51a whole truth, and nothing but the truth. So I wonder what these people were thinking when the President got up there, when the Israeli Prime Minister got up there. And I don't know, maybe there were a few others that got up there and really spoke to the issue of a world peace and what we need to do. But who knows? I've always said, it's a time for the United Nations and I've said this over and over again and I said it at the opening of this broadcast. Be given an eviction notice from New York City and sent packing to Moscow or Beijing or Cuba or another place on Earth that will make them happy. All right. You see, they won't go to Beijing, they won't go to Moscow, they won't go anywhere on Earth where communism and socialism has a stronghold on people. How about North Korea? How about going there? Right? They won't go there because they can't enjoy themselves. All right? They don't have the freedom of movement. They don't have the freedom of speech other than on the

17:53real estate that their office is in the United Nations. And I'm glad the President stood up this time when they came to the United States and when the Iranians and other communist leaders came here that he blocked them from going shopping. Yeah, from going out of shopping street, freedom of movement that you can't do in your own country over there in Iran. Maybe when they get a little taste of what they're doing to their people, you think that would move them. Nothing's going to move them because I as I am reminded quite often, everything begins in the human heart that their heart is not in it. Well, they're not going to do it. In fact, you know what? Let's face it folks. The truth is, these people have a gun to their head. If not a physical gun, you know what I'm talking about. The government of Iran, it's pretty clear to the people who represent them. You're either going to tell them what we tell you, or we're going to execute your family. And maybe execute you. I wish somebody in the UN would have said, challenge that Iranian leader right there. Why did

18:55you hang that 19-year-old athlete when he went back to Iran? See, that's the kind of stuff that I'd like to see happen. Challenge these evil, evil creatures publicly so the world can see. But again, you know, the President of the United States did it. President, I'm sorry, the Prime Minister of Israel did it. I don't know if any others had the guts to do it. They did it and they get criticized for it. And yeah, I'm going to defend them. People are going to say to me, oh, gee, you know, you're defending the United States and you're defining Israel, defending Israel. And you know what? What about everybody else? Well, I've said it before and I'll say it again because the other ones with the courage to stand up against the evil that is prospering around the world and stand up against and call out these evil leaders. I don't hear anybody else doing that. Could be wrong. Maybe they are, but not to the great degree that the President of

19:57Iraq, great country, America and the Prime Minister of Israel is doing. Nope, haven't heard that much. So look, you know what? We'll see what happens. Let's see what happens. And as far as NATO is concerned again and again and again, another silent group of people. They're involved in some issue now with Ukraine and Russia. Poland, apparently folks, I heard about this. Poland, they're offering to build a permanent US military base in Poland. They're offering to do that and they want to name it Fort Trump. Now, I don't know if that's a good idea. Okay. I don't know if that's a good idea. And the reason why I say that is, is it necessary for us to have a US military base in Poland? I don't know. I, folks, I don't know. Maybe it is. Okay. I'll tell you what. I agree that is absolutely necessary to have those military bases constructed in Greenland. That was a brilliant,

20:58brilliant move on a part of the president to have military bases, American military power in Greenland. Because in the Arctic today, there are Chinese warships and what they call research vessels as well as Russians. They're up there already. But now we're there and we're going to build a very powerful military presence right up there where that needs to be done. As far as Poland, at this point in time with the war going on, I don't know. But you know what, I'll weigh in on that a little later in the year because we'll see how that goes. But I've always said, look, if you're not in the room where all this is being discussed with all the intelligence and information, it's difficult for one to make an informed conclusion with regard to what's really going on. But they're challenging to talk about and they're good to think about. So the president and the United States has a lot on his plate. We know that. In addition to the war with Iran, he's trying to manage several international conflicts and he is still pursuing an Israeli

22:02Hamas peace agreement for Gaza. He doesn't stop. He wants peace. He wants peace. And he's trying to help end the Russian Ukraine war. And I would hope at some point Congress would get their after-gatherer and say, look, instead of, you know, talking bad about this guy and attacking him day in and day out as well as the mainstream media, maybe we ought to see what kind of help we can give him. Let's talk about that. Let's just lay down our party platform just for one moment in time and let's see if we could come together and help him solve these problems. He needs help. He does. And if you're not going to get help from our own elected officials, how can we expect him to get help from people around the world? That's what the problem is, folks. Look at Ronald Reagan went through this. Some Democrats who were president went through this and they all learned and it was especially Reagan learned that you're going to have to work together with the Congress. All right? And the Congress learned they have to work together with him. That's why Tipo Neal and Ronald

23:04Reagan, they can argue and argue and argue at the end of the day have a scotch when everything was over when he arguments were over. And I've got to tell you I have not yet heard the president of the United States turn down any chance of sitting down and negotiating. Really, I haven't. Now the media says that well he wouldn't do this. He wouldn't do that. Well, I don't know about that. I blame Congress. I blame Congress for a lot of problems we have. I'm speaking of Congress. As your life improved lately, you know, our quality of life in America improved lately. And they want to blame the White House sold a time. Don't forget, the Republicans have the majority of the House. Think about that, folks. That's the majority. And still, we have a lot of problems. So, you know, again, another topic and another time. So the president is known for speaking bluntly and he did so when explaining his decision to go to war with Iran. He didn't hold anything

24:06back. He has consistently argued that the war is necessary to prevent Iran from developing. Why don't nuclear weapons that he says they will use if acquired. And for several weeks, the president has been stating that he has a big decision to make. And we know what it is. It's whether to annihilate Iran or not. And if they show no movement towards ending the war, that just might get done. No one wants to see that. And I believe he is the first person that doesn't want to see that. But he said that, well, he would like to see a deal made with Iran and then do what? Listen to this. Help them rebuild and create a far greater country than it was ever before. Maybe one of the greatest in the Middle East, he said, or even the world. Now, how's that folks? I mean, he's handed them a way out. He says, or do I annihilate the Islamic Republic? Do it quickly. Never giving them a chance to kill and destroy people and

25:10countries again. That's what they've been doing. So he goes on to say, well, do I drive them into hell with no chance of survival and no hope of future generations in Iran? He laid it out. He's not only offering them, you know, peace at a table and talk. He's saying, look, it will help you build your country. This is what we do, you know. We don't occupy countries. Japan, we did occupy Japan only temporarily so that we could help them rebuild their country. Germany the same way. There's not one country who we conquered and stood there permanently. We help them rebuild their countries and he's offering that to Iran. So there it is folks. There it is. So all I can say is that's kind of a recap of what's been going on at the United Nations with this recent meeting, but I've got to tell you, I'm proud, proud of our country.

What we find in the Bible,

30:19what we find in God's word is absolutely extraordinary. Each and every day we get a chance to read what's in there. Now, obviously the second half of this broadcast is focused in on what I call the spiritual war that all of us are facing. And that spiritual war includes all sorts of problems that come our way, all sorts of challenges that come our way. And we have to know how to deal with that. And part of the spiritual war that I want to talk to you about today is that war against depression, anxiety, challenges that we're facing that are dragging us right through periods of time when I call it the dark night of the soul. We've all been there. I've been there. Now, before I continue, I want you to know something upfront. I'm not a preacher, evangelist. I'm not a priest. I'm not a minister. I'm not a soul-cooled person of the cloth for lack of a better definition. But I am a person who has journeyed this life just like you.

31:21All right. I've met challenges. I'm sure just like you. But at some point in time in my life realized that I can't just do this alone. No more. I can't. I can't. 38 years of my life and police work day in and day out. I saw the horrors and terrors and difficulties and both sands of sands, circumstances, any human being can see. 25 years in the United States military at the same time. It was in the US Navy reserves. And what did I see? I saw a lot of great things with regard to this country. And I also saw a lot of troubling things around the world where the United States of America was taking the lead to address the problems of many people from many, many different countries. But the fact that a matter is that all roads lead, and you know, you hear these terms, all roads lead to Rome, right? All roads lead to loss of Aegis. The fact that a matter is is that all roads lead to either heaven or hell. And that is something that we're all

32:25going to have to deal with as we are on our individual journeys in life. But I want to focus in the problem that many of us at some point in our time have faced. I really shouldn't call it a problem that's a disease. And the disease is anxiety. The disease is anxiety and depression. I don't think there's a person listening to this broadcast can actually say to me or anyone else that well, I've never been depressed. Well, I'm not ashamed to admit to you there are times in the face. I've been depressed. I've learned how to overcome depression and anxiety. I've learned how to overcome all of the challenges that we face emotionally as human beings. That's sometimes I slip. Okay, yeah, I'm not going to tell you I'm perfect. But then I go back to where I know I should be with regard to addressing that roller coaster ride that we go on from the heights of success and joy to the depths of the feet and the spare. All of us have gone through that. In fact,

33:30somebody listening may be going through that right now. You know, I'm going to tell you this, there's a truth to what a lot of people say. But Ronald Reagan, when he was president, one thing he said really struck with me of the many things he said, that all the solutions to man's problems, all of the solutions to the challenges man must meet every single day of their lives can be found in the Holy Bible, the Word of God Almighty. So I've got to tell you folks, you are now entering into a broadcast where we talk about God, we talk about His Word. And I like to call this part of the broadcast out loud for God. And why do you ask out loud for God? Well, I've got to tell you folks, I want you to and ask you to encourage you to think about this. Listen, we tend to get out loud for a lot of different things in life, right? Don't we? Let's think about this. We get out loud about

34:32the news we're consumed of each day and night. I know I get out loud and I'm not talking about you know demonstratively or physically out loud where we're yelling, you know, well, you know, screaming to the lock, lock of our tongues. Hey, I don't agree with that. And no, no, no, no, no, I'm not talking about that type of out loud. I'm talking about the out loud in our minds, our hearts, our souls, and our spirits. We do get out loud when we just turn on that news. And unfortunately, it's gone from a few times during the course of the day, a couple of hours, maybe an hour to a night. Now it's 24.7. Bad stuff, negative stuff, depressing stuff, press that, builds up anxiety in our lives as being just thrown at us, 24 hours at day seven days a week. And we're our own victims of that. We are those who create ourselves as being victims of that because we rush to the phone. We rush to the iPad. We rush to the computer and the TV

35:37and on and on and on. Folks, just take a look around. Take a look around. I've mentioned this a few times on this broadcast. Go to a mall, walk around. People don't even see you walking in front of them. Why? They are looking at their iPads or phones, consuming garbage. Believe me, if it's not garbage coming from the news media, it's gossip coming out of somebody's mouth. How important is it? Is it an emergency that people are on their phone when they're sitting at a table in a diner with their spouse and kids? Is it so important that they got to be on their phones when they should be interacting with their families? Look around. Everybody seems like they have a phone in their hand not caring or understanding or knowing what's going on around them. And I've got to tell you a few times it's happened to me and maybe it's happened to you. You're ever driving in your car and you're pulling up to a light, the light turns green and all of a sudden someone,

36:40just moses out into the middle of the street or across the wall looking at their phones. I almost hit somebody when that happened. Just didn't care. Didn't know. I just walked out the street oblivious to what's going on around them. Well, and we get out loud when we see and hear about those things. How about out loud at sporting events? Now, there's a physical way of getting out loud, nothing to be silent about that. Now, let's say these are bad things. But when we come obsessed with these things of getting out loud with all the really unimportant things in life, how desperate and how important it is that you scream to the top of your lungs that this team should win or there was a fumble on a football field. People do that. 80,000 at one time. Nothing bad about it. That's part of the excitement. I get it. But some people live in their living rooms doing that. Watching the games on TV. We get out loud between each other in conversations. Has that ever happened? You're in a conversation with someone and their

37:44octaves in their voice like climbed from zero to 100. And it becomes shouting matches where everybody could hear. That happens a lot. And certainly, let's say, when those conversations become disagreements or arguments, well, there's a lot of people getting out loud. And boy, when it gets out loud, it gets out loud. Now, how about this? How about going back to what I said a few seconds ago? No, out loud to ourselves. The concerns, worries, anxieties, and the list goes on and on and on. In some cases, maybe in more cases than we think, people get out loud with God. They get out loud with God. And we'll know what they do. The first thing they say when they get into trouble or challenge, why be God? And boy, they go to town on God. Why did you allow this to happen? If you're a God, why is that happening? People get out loud with God. Sometimes,

38:46they verbalize it. Most of the time, they don't. Because it's obsession in their minds. You ever get something in your mind? You're thinking this, thinking that, I'm going to say this. I'm going to say that. I'm going to take care of this. I'm going to take care of that. You could be driving. You could be in a shower. You'll be sitting at home. And on and on and on, you're getting out loud with yourself about an issue that is challenging you. And sometimes, that road leads to blaming God for everything in our lives. Oh, yeah. You think God's going to get mad at you? Absolutely not. He doesn't do that. He's got a lot of grace, a lot of patience, but it comes a time when we got to recognize, well, why am I yelling at the guy that's got the solution to the problem I have? So here's what the Bible says. Here's what the Good Lord says to you and to me and all of us who suffer from this roller coaster, whether it be depression, anxiety, etc. But before I

39:49talked to you about some of the scriptures, there's something that I absolutely make it a point of saying in every broadcast when I'm addressing issues like this. Because I'm not a doctor, a psychologist, a therapist. Like I said, I'm just like you, but learned enough in my life about the Holy Word of God that indeed, in my view, all the solutions to my problems are in that book, the Bible. But if you are suffering from depression, anxiety, and it's getting out of control and it's overwhelming you, yep, I will say to you, pray about it. I will say you kind of dig into the scriptures and look at that, but I will also say to you, there is nothing wrong. Nothing wrong with seeking out a therapist, a counselor, or someone to speak with. Nothing wrong. And I am very, very aggravated when I hear people tell me, well, you know, they're Christians as I am, all right? And they're told from some other Christians who are, you don't need a doctor, you don't need a therapist or you need as the Lord. Well, yeah, we do need a Lord. Now, what do

40:53those people say when the Lord is directing you to a doctor? When the Lord through your prayers is giving you enough wisdom and knowledge and understanding yet you need to go to a therapist. Those professionals are there and I believe they have a calling from God just like you have, and I have to help me in time. You know, I mean, so don't think that going to someone for help is going to stigmatize you. It's going to make you a lesser Christian than what you should be. I mean, those days are gone, folks. I'm tired of that. I heard that many years ago, and I'm saddened over how many people would lead down a wrong path. God has a mission for all of us. So again, remember what I shared with you. If you're a move to go to a therapist over anxiety, stress, depression, do it. Do it. In fact, you know what? I'm sure God will bless you for doing that because you're being obedient to Him in a way. Okay? So just remember what I said. Okay?

41:58I hope it helps you. But get back to God's work. So you look at the book of Philippians. All right? This has helped me a lot through very difficult times. Well, I'm whining and I was getting out loud with God in my own way. Oh, Lord, I'm thinking about this. I'm thinking about that. I'm anxious about this. And no, no, no, no. So here's what Philippians 4.6.7 says, do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition with Thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Now, let me expound upon that. So the fact that a matter is God is telling a story about anything. I got everything under control. But God, I'm going to do some tough times here. I mean, there's Valley. Yeah. Well, did you ever think of maybe what I said in Romans 828? All things worked together for the good. For those who loved the Lord, I got according to His will. Well, see, He's got it covered, folks. All things. What was very difficult for me to believe

43:04and latch onto it and understand years ago is why? Am I going through this Valley experience? I pray. I fellowship. I do this. I do that. Lord, why? I mean, why? I don't understand why. And then as life went on, I began to understand why? I began to understand that God was putting me through a furnace like a craftsman would put a diamond or a piece of coal or gold or silver into a furnace to refine it, to prepare me for the blessings that He had prepared for me in the future. I know hard to get it, hard to understand, but believe me, it's a fact. That's how God works. Sometimes, you know, we fight him. I'm going down road. I'm not going down road, be, Lord. I know you want me to go down road, be I'm not going down there. And then God will say, go ahead, go down road, a beach at the end of the road. And by the time we get to the end of that road, folks, that God did not want us to go on. And yet He allowed us to go on because we

44:07wanted to go on down that road. Here we do. We show up burned and scarred and beaten, slapped around. Yeah. That's when we go the way we want to and not the way He is trying to direct us. You'll never violate you for your will. You'll never do that. But He says, look at those of you now financially in trouble. Those of you now maybe have health problems. No matter where your challenges, where your problems are, they're not, they're not little in any way shape or form. Every problem is a big problem. Believe me, I really mean that. Every problem you have is a big problem. How big? It's affecting you. It's dragging you down. It's consuming your time. So take it from God. Take it from Jesus. Take it from what He wrote. You know, God speaks to us in His Word. Say, look at, don't worry about it. All right. In every situation, not half, but in every situation, by prayer and petition. Now, let me just expand upon that. It's not getting on your knees and going through a script or whatever way you think that praying should be, praying should be

45:15according to the Word of God is a conversation. That's right. Have a conversation with God. As I'm having a conversation with you, as I'm talking with you, talk to Him. I do. In fact, I probably has given the guy a headache after a day dealing with me, but I talked to him. I say, Lord, you sent the Holy Spirit here, right? I have to Jesus left the earth. He's supposed to be my comfort and he's drawing with me. It's probably my friend. Well, I need Him now. Holy Spirit, are you around? I actually talk like that folks to Him. And then, you know, it's an interesting thing that happens. I go through these transformations where, you know, a piece comes over me then. A piece comes out. It's hard to understand. It's hard for me to explain. But even the Bible says, it's a piece that comes to you that is far from understanding. And it is because it's a spiritual piece. It's a piece no man can give you. No medicine can give you. And again, like I said, we need medicine. We need man. We need our fellow men, men and women in the medical field involved.

46:19But I'm talking about that inner peace that we all look for. That comes from God. That comes from the Holy Spirit. So, you know what? At some point in life, I decided, I ain't going to worry about anything anymore. And I remember thinking to myself, uh-oh, income tax time, I might be a little short here. What am I going to do? God, I need your help. Then I learn the first thing. Don't worry. Don't worry. Be anxious for nothing. I'll deal with it. And you know what? Money didn't come out of heaven. I didn't hit the lottery for a million dollars. I mean, some people say, yeah, I pray to hit the lottery. You know, I mean, my point is this, a piece came over me. And I was maybe to collect my thoughts and say, whatever comes is going to come. But I know the Lord Jesus Christ, God Almighty, the power of the Holy Spirit is going to lead me through this storm. And you know what? You know, I worked out for me. I was kind of short on income tax issues. Had to get the money, had to figure out how to do this and do that. God gave me a piece that

47:19for our passive, my understanding. And we found the way. Who's we? Me and God. Me and the Holy Spirit. Me and Jesus, okay? That's the fact folks. So, being anxious for nothing. So, I know it's easier said than done. But it boils down to trust. Trust in the Lord. Trust in God. Let him know you trust him. And if you don't trust him, well, learn to trust him. And for those of you, like me, by the way, who have been blessed by God, have seen prayers answered, have seen him come through each and every time that I was in the dark valley, the midnight of the soul, asking him, talking to him, praying to him, each and every time he came through. So, why is it that one I run into a problem again? Wow. Oh, my goodness. How am I going to handle this? You're right. I mean, how many? He must be up there in heaven regarding how many times are going to have to show you? We'll do it a million times, folks. You're not going to give up on blessing us and giving us

48:24grace and peace through the storm. So, being anxious for nothing. And like I said, I truly believe that if all of us, including me, can replace our worry, our stress, our anxiety, and more negative emotions while facing the challenges of life. If we replace all that with God's peace, that surpasses understanding. We're going to be fine. You're going to be fine. We need to get out loud with the faith and trust we have in God. And like I said, it's not a vocal out loud. It's a silent out loud from our hearts, our souls, and our spirits. Affirming, affirming that we're going to go to God, a God that we truly believe in. And he said it in Romans 8.28. I said it just a few seconds ago. Old things, not half of things, not 99.9% of the things. Old things work together for the good, for those who love the Lord thy God according to his will. His will, not your will,

49:31not my will, but his will. And his will is to do what's in our best interest. We may be looking for a yes to our prayers and he's going to say, no, ain't going to happen. And we may kick and scream, but God, but this, but that ain't going to happen because God is going to do what is in your best interest. What is his will? You look at Jeremiah. The book of Jeremiah says, listen, you know, in a paraphrasing, but this is where it basically says, I have come not to harm you. I've come to prosper you and to bring you hope. These are promises that should absolutely bring out in our it. They should be out loud to us. All right. I mean, really out loud to our hearts, our souls and our spirits. See, that's getting out loud for God. That's acknowledging that, you know what? I'm going to consume myself with your word. I'm going to obsess myself with the

50:32word of God with your voice because truly, you know what? These things make sense. You know, the Bible also tells us, you know what? All the worrying you do, well, what's that going to do for you? Are you going to be able to move anything, solve anything, by worry? Yeah, but you know, I got to, I got to pay the mortgage or I've got to do this. You know, I need this job. I don't know. No, no, no. Well, don't you think God knows all that? Don't you think He knows all that? The point is, folks, I'm not suggesting to you that within minutes, you're going to get that job or money's going to come from the money tree and all that, but I am suggesting to you that He will have grace on you. He will bring you peace through the storm. I believe that. I believe that. And the fact that a matter is, is that somehow some way, after you're on that peaceful path, away from that path of fear, anxiety and depression, all right? And uncertainty, once you're on that peaceful path, let the Holy Spirit guide you. Let Him lead you, be obedient, be trusting in Him.

51:42That's a tough nut to crack sometimes. I've listened, believe me. I try to do things every day on trust and faith. And I'm, listen, the fact that a matter is, I'm involved in something now, a great calling from God that could truly affect thousands of people, all right? Thousands. And I'm looking around thinking, you know what? Listen to this. I used to whine to God. You know what? I'm alone here. I mean, this is a lonely job I got. Who do I go to? Who do I speak to? And when I mention the word Christ or something, they give me this look and they walk away. What do I do? And then I settle down. I said, wait a minute. Wait a minute. 37 Psalm. Doesn't that say trust in the Lord? The light of the Lord. Doesn't it say words like that? You know, all through the Bible, trust, trust, trust, Job trusted Christ. You know, he trusted, he trusted God Almighty through the toughest times. Joseph, I mean, the guy sold by his brothers and imprisoned by Pharaoh ends up becoming the governor

52:42of the entire Egyptian kingdom. And God put him in that place and all that go through, all that pain he suffered through so that he could save the people of Israel through Joseph. You see, there's a reason why things happen in our lives. So I give this request to God that I have helped me through this difficult time. I'm going through it now, folks. Listen, I'm going through it now. But the difference between years ago and now, I've given it to God. He said, listen, can't store your cares, worries, burdens, anxieties on me. I'll take care of it. All you got to do is trust. And as it says in that scripture, say your prayer and petition him. And the prayer is my conversation with him. But I'll always end the prayer because he has commanded us to pray the outfather, right? Outfather who art in heaven, how will be thy name? Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we figure those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation. But deliver us from

53:46evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory. For our Lord, God, amen. That's it, folks. You could have an hour, half hour, five minute, one minute conversation with him. He's all ears and he's ready, willing, and able to deliver on his promises. But I always close it out with that prayer because that's something that he commanded. So look, bottom line is this. I love this segment of the broadcast because you're not going to get the allergy and things that really you're going to get lost with. Why do I say that? Because I get lost with those things. But here's what I'm asking you to do. Think about what I shared with you. Replace your fears of the problems you face with the faith and a God who will bring you peace and help you solve those problems. And you know what? Think about today. Don't worry about tomorrow. To get yesterday, trust God, trust God with tomorrow. You don't worry about tomorrow. Trust God with tomorrow and focus on what you need to do today

54:48to get by. And part of what you need to do today to get by, begin to detach yourself from all the gossip, from all of the negative stuff coming your way and attach yourself to the Word of God. It's simple. Pick up the Bible. Maybe two minutes. Read one scripture. But dig in there. Watch your soul that there's a hunger and thirst in your soul, spirit, your heart and your life with something to grab onto that is going to relieve you of the emotional roller coaster pain that you're suffering from. And that's the Word of God. That's the Holy Bible. Release all your burdens on him. All right. Just take all your cares. Give it to him. What's it saying in his scriptures? Cast all your cares and burdens upon me. He says, what do you say? My yoke is easy. He said that, folks. And he also said, although we leave him and forsake him at times, he also said, I will never leave the nor forsake me. So that's it, folks. Through prayer, gratitude and faith

55:49and trusting in him, you can believe me. It's happened to me and I believe it could happen to you. You could receive God's peace and that peace is going to carry you through any storm you face. And you know what? It's ready to storm. It's ready to problem. It's ready to difficult. It's going to carry you through that. It may take a little time to solve it, but he'll find the way. I am the way of the truth and the life. That's what he said. No man coming to the Father put by me. And that's Jesus Christ. So you know what you do? After this broadcast, you know what? You don't have to get on your knees. Go have a cup of coffee and start talking to him. Let him know we have problems and difficulties and burdens and let him know, you know what? I'm going to trust you. Do the best I can to trust you. Please Lord, honor what I'm trying to do. You know what? I believe he will. All right, folks, so that's it.
