Dave and Chuck the Freak on Instagram at Dave and Chuck the Freak. What's up on a Wednesday? It is Dave and Chuck the Freak here with you. Thanks for joining us on this ninth day of September. So my dad went on his date. Oh dear God, I never thought I'd say those words. Oh my God. How'd it go? I guess it went well. He won't really talk too much about it. It's good. I think he feels weird. I'm sure he does. I do too. Yeah. Yeah. It's just this story. Anyone has been through one of their parents becoming single for whatever reason. Yeah. Having them, I know some friends of ours went through it in the past couple of years and
they were talking about how strange it was that their dad was, you know, seeing other women and stuff like. Yeah. It's plural. He wouldn't crazy. Want to know many women, huh? Yes. Oh well. I don't think my dad will be that way. No, I don't think so. I don't see that. I don't see that. But so he was super nervous as you might expect. I get indicted in about what, 52 years and whatever. Over the long time. Yeah. A long time. And he went over and she had made dinner. She had made lasagna in his salad. That's nice. He brought a bottle of wine. Oh boy. And that's not all he brought. Okay. They had a nice chat. Like father, like son. So so he's got like two more dates left to this lady and then you know what has to I mean, I'm just saying my rule. That's my job. I mean, I'm you got it from somewhere. No, I didn't. You got it from somewhere. So I was so super nervous about how it was going right. So I texted him twice in no response. I'm like, what is happening?
Then finally he gets back to me. She was lovely. But I don't want to start anything. That's good. Yeah. I mean, like we said, it's companionship or friendship. Friendship. Friendship. Let her down. I go to have dinner. It's nice to share dinner with someone. Yeah. So it was very nice of her to invite him over. You know, like, right. He might not even like talking to her. Exactly. Exactly. But there might be super hot chicks there that he's got is super hot. Super hot chicks. I don't know about that. He's got his, you know, sights on. I don't know if it quite works the same way when you're older as when you're younger. Yeah. Super hot chicks. I think it's more about friendship and companionship and things like that. I'm not sure on that. I'm not going to give up on that. Okay. Okay. It's still going to be looking for super hot chicks. Yeah. Still looking. Still looking in his seventies. So yeah, hopefully, you know, as you say, companionship, friendship, nice.
I don't want to have to think about anything else. No. No. It's just, it's all been a very weird situation. Yeah. Something I wasn't predicting. I can't imagine being in that situation. I've never gone through any of that stuff like in my life, even with my own grandparents who lost their husbands early, but both of them were just like never. No, my grandmother is always like, why would I do that? Yeah. Exactly. I don't want to take care of some old man. Right. You know, smart. And so she was perfectly content. So. There's some people that believe they found their one true love. Mm-hmm. Right. Exactly. Exactly. And I think that's part of my dad's, like if she came over to his place, there's about 18 pictures of my mom. Yeah. Yeah. Of course. Yes. It would be intimidating. Yeah. I think for any lady. I'm sure she's a widow probably.
Well, and that's the whole thing, right? They've got a collection of all the photos too. That's the thing. You're not a history and a. You kind, I think you kind of know you're like, hey, maybe we can be each. Persons number two. You know, I think when stuff really works out, they're like, you're not, you know, the person I spent my whole entire life with. But, you know, we're all right. We can be. You know, someone pointed out she could have just seen that he was lonely and knew there and just wanted to, you know, be nice. She may be wanting nothing more than that. Exactly. Talk to him. Don't do that. Shoulder shake. What do you do it? If you want my body and you think I'm sexy, come on sugar, let me know. And what's the next thing you know, Dave's got a little brother. Well, that's not going to happen. Absolutely. I don't know how life works. We're getting dumb. We're getting super dumb. I don't think any of your old bits could produce a little brother for me.
But that's all right. Yeah. I mean, I'm sure people have been in that situation weirdly enough with a younger. Yes, they have. Right. Like an older guy gets with a younger lady and she gets pregnant and all of a sudden. I'm sure, yeah. Oh, my God. There's so much drama with that stuff. Yeah. Of course. Yeah. Wild times. All right. Here's a question for you. What's a rule at your job that exists purely because one idiot ruined it for everybody? They asked this question online, a rule at your job that exists because one idiot ruined it for everybody. Like for example, one donut per person. Yes. Right. One idiot ruined it for everybody. Not just one. By taking two. I just want to get. And so it had to reinforce. There was never a rule to begin with. There was no rule. You have to make the rule first before I can break it.
Exactly. You had a, you had 36 donuts for seven people. Yeah. I thought I could have to. I was thinking about the people who come in at 9 p.m. They were here. No one comes in at 9 p.m. Exactly. They were here at 8. First come first serve as our role. And we've let many people go since coming early if you want one. It's a free donut. I mean, holy God. It wasn't a ruin. Anybody's day. I'll give you. They $1.54. Get you a double. I know. That old situation was wild. Well, nevertheless. You know, I have instituted a couple of rules at places that I've worked at. Oh, like safety rules. Safety rules. Yeah. Like when I worked at the theme park at the Dolphin and Sea Lion show as Fred Flintstone and I fell into the tank. They then in future performances had the costume tethered to a row so that it could not
reach the edge. You couldn't fall in. Very nice. Very nice. So for performers for years to come, they were safe. Oh, thanks. Did they make the costume sign for you because your junk was falling out of the skirt? The skirt. I had to wear it. I was falling out of this skirt. Your junk was falling out of the skirt that you would have to wear. And they had a sign. They had a sign. They would hold on it. Like Dave, Crotch or was like costume or something and that meant his penis was out of the gun. Those camera phones. Oh, my God. I would. I would have been all. It would have been viral. So what happened, Jason? I thought you would have heard this one, but I was. I was Bam Bam as well in this theme park. Well, I know that. Yeah. So like a face character. It was me. Just dressed up as Bam Bam. So part of it was that strange, you know, caveman outfit. Like a, what do you call it? Almost look like an animal print. Sure. And your dirt would hang out the bottom of it.
I would. I would. There was like a jock strap. Basically they gave me the wear underneath it. And one show I just forgot to put it on. I just ran out and that was it. This is somebody had to hold up a sign. I was like, dig check. Yeah. Yeah. It was like a costume check thing. I mean, something was out of ordinary. So you'd run backstage and go, oh my God. Well, nobody else had to worry about it. Yeah, Jesus Christ. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I've never had to worry about this in my life. And also you guys have not dressed up as Bam Bam and skirts. It's stuff like that. That's true. I have not even. I don't think I can relate to dates. Yeah, I don't think so. I can be in a mini skirt and I'm fine. Yeah. I mean, what the heck? Okay. Seems. This guy's hanging out the bottom of an apron. Yeah. He's above the audience. That doesn't matter. I can't believe my people were upstraining me. You know, if you get the jacks, you're at, no, it's a while. And I don't know if anybody will have that. Jack strap? No. No, like a sign.
The penis in the un-short rule. Yeah. Penis rules. Anyways, it was a weird life. It was a weird job. Mm-hmm. But, yeah. Did it for many years. As someone said, I'm a casino dealer. There are so many rules that came about from idiots in our department. We have 700 table games. If six people mess up, the other 694 suffer. Mm-hmm. Yeah, it's got to, that's tough. That's tough. It just takes one idiot. We all know that. One idiot? Yeah. Well, I think we're doing a lot of training stuff because of, I think, just one idiot. I don't know who the idiot is. So don't take it personally if you're still here and they haven't let you go. Oh, the computer. Yeah, I don't know what that's about. I feel like there's more to it than that, more than idiots. I think there's been a lot of idiots. Yeah. There's been some things. And I think it's like one person probably opened the wrong thing on the wrong computer
and then it was like, you know, Mujibar and Poonjab, they owned everything we had. That's probably me in the years past. Ryan, were you that idiot? Like, man, I'll remember ordering a UPS package and see what it was. Gotcha. Oh, no. Click, click, click. You're the reason we have to watch those videos. Oh, Ryan. Oh, wow. That was my FU'd everybody. That's nice. So it's time. All right. Before how long have we been doing those stupid internet safety training videos? I feel like a decade almost. A decade, I don't know. But years and years. I don't know. The years go by and it could be a decade. I have no clue. But it's been a long time. It's outrageous and the same idiots are acting in them. No, I mean, I think whoever is behind that whole thing, man, they've really, they've done well for themselves. Because they've sold it, you know, they scare you, you know, I'm sure there's a lot of people listening that last time we talked about it, so many people have had to do them
at their company too. Oh, yeah. These Microsoft internet safety videos are over the whole day. Someone said a retail job went from like a relaxed rest code to business casual. You had to have a button down, sure, it and slacks and stuff because too many people showed up in pajamas. To work. That's tough. You show up in PJs to work. I mean, we had someone do it, but but if you say that you can just be. Even in radio, it's like come in pajamas. No. No. Put something on that's comfortable, but that pajamas. Right. I don't get the pajamas thing. I have to start wearing pajamas to work. Okay. Whatever. I'll be fine. Okay. Well, you're pretty much do you wear track pants in a t-shirt? Yeah, I know. The pajamas to me are like the stuff you'd wear on Christmas day. You know, I take the only time. I take the only time. Yeah, it's the only time. I took the Christmas pajamas. I put them on. I put on the old Christmas pants. Like a set, right? Yeah, it's like a little Christmas.
That'd be weird if you came in and mentioned like Christmas matching. Yeah, like top and bottom as wild. That would be it. Well, that's what I think of with pajamas. Me too. Yeah. I just think of what I see at the gas station where it's just like pajama pants. It's like a white trash girl Halloween costume. Yeah. Yeah. So totally true. No birthday cakes. Someone said we used to have three people make cakes for all 200 employees. Well, someone went to HR because theirs was store bought instead and complained. Oh my God. They canceled all birthday cakes. Oh, okay. So they didn't do it like us. Like we were like, it's a fat bitch alert here. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. This is a fat bitch alert. You know, we were buying. We got nasty with the cake. It was coming in once a month. So we were like, no, we have to stop this. I put the end of that. You added me to the team and that was just one person too many. That's right. It's like, oh great. Another cake. I didn't do it. Yeah. No, I mean, I remember like getting two cakes for Lisa.
Well, listeners would get me cakes. I think that was part of it, right? They'd contact you and make a piece. Yeah. Oh, yeah. I think that was one of our the last cakes. And it was lovely. That's very nice, but we were just getting, we were having too much cake. Oh, yeah. We can't have that much cake in your diet. Yeah. And be healthy. Yeah. Well, no. The listener cake with the, with me drunk on top of it. Yeah. Amazing. My, my pad. So it was great. Someone said, now in our building, there's no headphones or earbuds allowed because a guy got smashed by a heavy forklift while listening to his headphones at full blast and staring at his phone while walking. Yeah. Well, you know, I mean, if we had vehicles just driving around us at all times, right? I mean, it's dangerous. You have to pay attention. There are big vehicles driving around. Pay attention. Yes. If you're in that environment where a forklift can take you out, one person spilled coffee on a keyboard.
Now, no drinks are allowed in the office. That's kind of the rule here, but this check has a full bottle right beside. I mean, just, just say the word. They prefer we don't. You can't really stop be waiting for you. We're migrating. But I keep mine in a, you know, a cup that's not, you can't really spill. It's pretty safe. We've had some accidents through the year. I definitely have, but I'm not next to the crazy yesterday. Yeah, the main stuff like Charlie over there. I've had some close calls in here. I'm sure you have. You got to cut the size of your head. So God knows what could happen. They're like, my where my soul's about to coffee cup. I need a lid on it. Yeah. Yeah. See, but lid helps. There's like, no, I could, I could put it right here. I mean, they wouldn't like that. They wouldn't. Right. Like, I could keep it there. Yeah. A lot of jokes. I always keep it off. I was this. Okay. Maybe what is wrong with you idiots? Tempt fate. That's. It's empty. It's empty. We're talking about a really your job that exists purely because one idiot ruined it
for everyone. And if you want to chime in on the phone, you can't do one eight five five nine five four six nine six nine is the number to call. You can also text that same number for the five hour energy text line one eight five nine five four sixty nine sixty nine. No summer barbecues at work anymore because someone referred to it as meaty man day. That was flagged as sexist and anti vegan and they canceled. Meaty man day. I said, I called him with that name. Meaty man day. Oh, stupid. Meaty man. I'm not calling it that. Meaty man day. Remember when we had meaty man day and Chuck got a vegan burger. Yeah, he ruined our bar. He ruined our bar. We haven't had one since. Nope. I'm sure it was me that ruined that one. I'm not sure that was me that ruined that whole situation as the company was. Yeah, you had no meat man day and you were so upset. Oh, no. I mean, yeah, there was no burgers left for you. I would have definitely never gone to another one, but what was there just a vegan burger
or something? Yeah, there was a veggie burger. Yeah, veggie burger. I had a body. It was you were chatting. We all got a burger. We all got our burgers. We just assumed much like the donut situation that people would assume that they would have, they're like, Hey, we have at the time, we have like 80 employees. Let's get like 100 burgers because there's going to be a couple fat bitch alerts that they're going to eat. Radio. So people like to eat right. Jason Bradley had three in the car. Right. I'm just saying, you know, but turns out it's radio so they don't do things like mathematics. Why they bought like 50 veggie burgers. I have no idea. There was a couple that I bought a couple of three. I don't know. Well, listen, why do you think we got fruit day here? That's not fruit day. It's just our it is fruit day, guys. That fruit is because they're like, Hey, it's so nice. You know that you guys are providing donuts every once in a while. But what about some of us who don't like donuts? I like a healthy option.
It's a healthy option. It's totally fine. That's totally fine. Some of them said our old school Christmas parties with booze canceled. Too many things went wrong. I bet. I think most of the companies don't do it the way they used to. God, we had some wild ragers back at the other station sometimes. Think that out of control. People bang another. Yeah. I know the people bang and other people. But, you know, I mean, even the ones I went to though, they didn't never have seemed fun. You have only been to a few. You never with you guys or since I've been working with you guys before I would do Christmas party. Yeah. I work for one of them. Okay. If you own a business, don't do them. No, you're just asking for trouble. Oh, don't do them. I want wants to go work for one of the big three automotive manufacturers. We used to be able to wear shorts in the summer as long as they were dressy and not gym shorts until someone said it looked unprofessional. And now we can no longer. It's all it takes. One person. So all it takes.
We're having Christmas party here this year. Oh, I'm sure we are. Yeah. It's every year. Well, it's this, yeah, this one was planned way in advance. Save the date. But it's during the week. So we can't go. Oh, yeah. They always have it on the like seven o'clock. Like seven o'clock. Or something. Yeah. We've never go anyway. That's fine. It's fine. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Everything. Everything. Everything. Give me an excuse, please. It is not. No, it's not. Listen, let's not ride a video guy telling the truth. I didn't see that. No, I was going to say it's at a place. Listen, don't be. Is it really? It's a famous place around here. Yeah. Because usually the place is the lunchroom. Mm-hmm. Nope, place. Wow. Yes. Stepping up the game around. They'd always do it around here. And they used to put me on the air instead of whoever was supposed to be. So I can't drunk co-workers stumbling in the studio. I'm trying to do a show. Yeah. I remember.
I think our first year here, I did. Oh, you went? I went to the party here in the building. Yeah, I didn't go. Man. We were doing caricatures in one hallway and stuff. Remember that? I mean, I do remember that. Did you guys not? I didn't go. I've never been to one. We didn't. You just said, I did the first year. I think he was. Yeah, so I should play a long team player. I was in here, Dave. That was the residual effects that Dave had from the last place. Yeah. The only thing that I cared about is if you were not in a union and if you went to the commercial. So when I told him I was not going to the party, Dave almost fainted in front of me. Oh, yeah. I was like, oh my man. I was like, I am not going to. No. Sorry. I know. I just was in my head. I was told when the company line, till I realized, it's like you're behind back. I can't do those things. I can't talk to people. We can't talk. I can't. Right. What am I going to do? You are awkward. Just sit by myself at a table and not drink and just like have a steak with a bunch of
people. No. Pass. Someone said here in Windsor, Ontario, we had a guy who'd go out to his vehicle on break and have sex and go back to work. Well, they caught him once. Now no one's allowed to leave the building or take lunch or breaks in their cars because of sex. Come on. I mean, that is wild though. That is a real. So he'd like a whore, a pull up against pull up. Where's the woman from? I don't know. That's a great. That's a little service. Hold my calls. I'm on sex break. Yeah. She had to work there too. Sex break. You think so. But then that's a scandal. That would have been. If they were not together, they probably should have got that guy some help. He was like a sex addiction. Yeah. And nowadays, it'd be like, go get some out there. Yeah. You're right. You got a 30 minute break. Out in their cars anymore. Yeah. Yeah. That was their answer. I can't imagine going outside right now to have sex. That's crazy. During our safety celebration, barbecue celebrating 365 days of no accidents, a box of burgers caught
on fire right in front of the safety manager. Oh, wow. That's ironic. I know. Right. They probably couldn't have any more safety barbecue. No. My husband's work used to do a company outing at an amusement park. Remote out of state workers complained that they weren't able to be a part of it. So they ended up canceling it for everybody. Yeah. So that's the thing, right? Like people complain and then that's it. And it just takes one person, which is everything that's wrong with life right now. I work as everything that's wrong with life. Yeah. I work at a dry cleaner. You used to be able to bring in something if you had a stain on it or something and you could do it for free. But some workers started bringing in like, LeMonde, ReBaskets, Full of Clothes for free. So now everyone lost that benefit. Yeah. There's always the people that take advantage. You can take advantage. Yeah. At our work, no popcorn in the microwaves after the fire department was called twice. Holy crap. How long are you putting it in there for?
It's so bad when the popcorn burns in there. And if you're at work and you can smell left, I think it's smell. It's just every microwave is different, right? Like when it comes to popcorn to me. And it's like you just add home. You put it in for two minutes and 53 seconds and it's like set. So you do it here and it's a microwave seven times as powerful as what you have at home. And then you just almost knew there was a lady at the old place. He used to make microwave or microwave popcorn every single day. And it would burn occasionally and stink up. Oh man. Downstairs terrible stuff. Hello. We lived in there. We had no longer allowed hoodies at work because someone was caught stealing office supplies in their hood. I mean, you could put them anywhere if you wanted to steal them right in your backpack and your bag. We would have to protest that. He said that. Look at all the stuff he's putting in there. Oh my God. You can fit a ton of stuff in there. It's actually not too bad. You could always use scissors.
You could always use scissors at home. Scissors? Where are the scissors? Nobody would even know. Nope. That's a good thing. Turn around and out a little bit. Yeah, a little bit. You got to show that cup down a little bit. Well, these scissors are a little dangerous. Like, he's out there. Yeah, you should. Yeah. Never put scissors down your back. There you go. We couldn't survive without hoodies and radio. No. Oh my God. At some point where hoodies from the fall to the winter. That's my winter. Call of a good hoodie. We used to have unfiltered internet until a former employee installed only fans on his work tablet and saved his login. Now everyone lost it. What a done. One pervert jerker. Yeah. Not bad. Idiot pervert jerker. That's your home computer stuff. I know. I know. I'm installing only fans on your work computer is wild. The thing is, so you don't install only fans. You just.
You just visit the web. Well, like, I think what he's saying is like they saved the password. Oh, yeah. He's all the password for it. Right. Should I do my searches? I've never done it on this. Like my only fans. Yeah. And just do that through my phone. I'm not going to put my login into the work computer. Yeah. Go on. Like my page because you do have an only fan log in just just for our purposes. Yeah. Yeah. But I still keep it on my personal. Yeah. That's smart. I'm harmful. We have to clock in and out for lunch now because one guy kept taking two hour lunches. The whole clocking in and out thing. Oh, my gosh. We're so lucky. We never really had to do that. Never. My whole. No, I never had to clock in and out. That's a nightmare. I mean, I'd be fired by now. Oh, my gosh. You would have fired the first week. You never would have made it anywhere. I know. When I had that little stint of not being on the radio, I had to clock in at this place. Was that? I didn't know that you were supposed to put it in certain areas.
I just would put the sheet in there and it would be all over the place. This guy would have so much trouble trying to figure out how many hours I was. Yeah. Really nearly. He's like, I got Tuesday morning over here and then it jumps to Thursday afternoon. Where's your Tuesday afternoon, man? How long do you work? I'm like, I don't know. Keep it rolling, dude. 180 hours. I don't know. Yeah. Such a pain. I figure all that out. I don't know. Do you remember the time check where a manager used to make you send an email? I got a lot of trouble for that because I covered for that person. You had to send an email every time he came in. Oh, yeah. That and when someone else came in. Right. Yeah. He had to send an email when he came in and send an email when another person came in. Was that from my favorite program director? Yes, it was. Yeah. Wow. What a... What a... Yeah. Something else. They wanted to fire me, all of them. I bet. But here we are. I've lasted them.
Here we are. At a trucking company. I've outdone them. At a trucking company, somebody had tied a rope to the back of a truck, got on skis and his buddy dragged him around the truck like a dog sled. Now there's a no-skying warning symbol on the back of all of our work vehicles. Well, no-skying. That's nice. Oh, this is gross. We lost our microwave at work. One winter, someone dried their socks in there. They were discovered by an HR employee. So they pulled out the microwave because of that person. Yeah. No, that's good. A work without a microwave? If you work with a sock, drying person... That's disgusting. Then you can't have a microwave. Like if you came in and put your socks in the microwave next to Al's oatmeal, they would be dry quick. They would be dry like some way. The socks would be so dirty because our microwave is... Oh, it's a microwave? It has been here for 20 plus years.
It's disgusting. It hasn't changed. It's never been clean. 30 socks. You need to cut a lemon in half and just put it in there. You need to cut 50 to two lemons in half. We need a new one, but... That's not the best. We're not doing one. We're not the best. We're not the best. That's the only one that uses it. True. I know. I don't use it. Thanks. Sorry. It's hard to justify what you're not making. I don't think we need to get a new one, but when you put it that way, it stays a little bit. Yeah. I'm just saying the company will not get us a new bike. Oh, no, no, no. No, no. We're going to buy her on TV in terms of... We don't have a TV. Exactly. We did. We did. Chuck got one. I got the other. That's crazy. That's the only way we have TV right now. That's... We purchased our own antennas. The cell phones got banded at our work because my coworker dove into the stall while I was pooping and taped me on his phone and proceeded to show everyone in the office as a joke. Well, was that person fired? I mean, that's how it was fired. He was fired, but cell phones got banned as well. You can't ban cell phones.
Yeah, that's tough. So someone more on... Friday beer fridge. That sounds like a bad idea, though. It does. I'll just off the top of my head. Friday beer fridge. Folks were drinking midweek beer fridge gone forever. Oh, yeah, you can't have that. There's a beer fridge here. We had a tap here for a while. Remember? Yeah. There was the station made its own beer. Yes. And there was a tap in the program director's office. Yeah. No one thought that all the way through, but... We never drank it, though. No. I had one beer once. You did? Yes. Like the first day it came in. I was like, come on, try it. Oh. Pressure didn't do it. I was. He's loved that when we started our own beer. Hey, how you doing, guys? Doing okay, thanks. What's your comment? Hey, we had a... I'm a retired cop from up in New York. I've been out before. We in Rochester, New York. There used to be a restaurant called Kenny Rogers Roasters. You guys over here. I love it.
It's a big favorite place. I love that place. Well, they used to take care of the guys. And guys wouldn't take advantage of going once a month. You know, get a free meal and this and that. And tip very well on the way out. No big deal. So it was all even. Well, this guy decides he's going to go in on his day off in uniform with his family truckster and wife and eight kids. Oh, come on. Oh, no. Yeah, he ordered about $400 worth of food. Get it out of here. Kenny Rogers can't support that. No. He'll do it. Next thing you know, all bets are off. And we were his locker ended up out in the park in a lot of three or four times. Oh, yeah, yeah, it was a mess. Well, I'm glad you guys got him back in some way. I mean, you know, he died like last year. So. Oh, well, there you go. There you go.
I did chicken. Yeah. Pulled up with him. That's it. That's a free Kenny chicken. All right, done. All the best surprise death and phone calls now too. Not just new stories. Yeah. Yep. Y'all asked it in. It hurt. That's really how you win, you know, in real than reality. They banned shorts at my job because one guy wore booty shorts one day. Oh, and that was. Chuck. I could get shorts, man. I'm not sure if you need it. Oh, that's something Ryan would do. I think Ryan would come in with short shorts. Oh, my God. We want it for all of us. We getting the short off. Yeah, just wait till I'm super comfortable with you guys. I know. I know. I told you last week it was crocs. I'm going to wear my crocs. You guys let me use the bathroom. I use that for the first time last week. Oh, yeah. Look at you. Wait till I come in what I wear on the weekend. Oh, no. I'm going to wear shorts. Yeah. Magic mic over there.
We'll see what happens. Can't ban shorts. I wear shorts for months of the year. Yeah, that's true. It's devastating. All right, coming up, we're going to get to a check of the news. And on the way, what's the latest on that Amazon cargo plane crash? What big victory did some bikini baristas just score? And why did a wild brawl break out at the beach? Let's find out. Checking it with the morning. You're pulling. I'm Dave Hunter. Time now for a check of the news. The latest now on that Amazon cargo plane crash in Miami turns out all the fatalities were in a van that was hit by a jet going 128 miles an hour as it overshot the runway by over a thousand feet. We're hearing more information about this, including details about the pilot jumping out of that jet. Here's the story from ABC News. Tonight, you're looking at the dramatic moment. A pilot jumping to escape that crash cargo plane.
Moments after it bared off the runway in Miami, slamming into two vehicles and bursting into flames, leaving five people dead. You see the pilot jumping from an open door, falling to the ground before running from the burning wreckage. Tonight, Abraham Altamar, telling ABC News, he witnessed the crash saying one of the pilots came up to him. He was like in this position on the floor and he was shaking the pilot borrowing Altamar's phone to call his wife. He was saying, hey, yes, I'm good. Tell my mom that, yes, I was in the accident, but I'm already out of the plane. I'm all right. He mentioned something like, oh, my career is over. First responders pulling the second pilot out of the cockpit windshield, proves searching for survivors, finding a person trapped under a vehicle. Tonight, authorities identifying the five men killed, ranging in age from 47 to 75, saying
they were all in a cleaning crew van crushed by the plane. We'll provide a full read out of the cockpit voice recorder tomorrow. We do have questions for the pilots. We do have an interview scheduled throughout the day tomorrow. Then we can provide that information and hopefully supplement what we see in the cockpit voice recorder. David, the sheriff's office says the pilots have been treated and released from the hospital. Here is that moment again, one of the pilots jumping out of the plane. They have been identified as Joseph Carroll and Jaime Felipe Silva Molina tonight, three victims, remaining the hospital. So not only do I jump out of the plane, call my wife and say, oh, I have to out my career is over. I believe my co-pilot in there. He's got a few rescued by he was had to be pulled out the window. Yeah. I don't try and help. You know, Chuck Scott, Chuck's bailing on me and we're going to go pilots together. Yeah, it's that's the look that Chuck just gave me. You're on your own Dave. Play my blow up.
Yeah. Gotta get out of there. Playing good blow. Exactly. The plane could blow up. You're going to leave that guy. What is I looked at you and you look like you were already gone. How's he going to pull you out? Yeah. How am I going to pull you out? Exactly. I'm like, that's sorry. You're six from five. You're on your own. If I if you're my co-pilot, you just accept the fact that I pulled Jason out in your pocket and give me a hell. Exactly. But you can't think. Well, no, there is a size thing. There is a size thing. Like it's the truth. That's something like it would take two people to save Dave. Yeah, Dave would be in trouble. He would probably take two people to save me. Jason, I could save Jason. Yeah. A six year old could save Jason. See? Right. Yeah. You're getting me out. But I mean, I just got a size it up. You got it. You know, I know how number one, they probably don't even know each other that well. Like I don't know how their Amazon pilot schedule works.
Like I think a normal pilots are sort of like, oh, hey, we're working together today. It's us. They're not like partners. My friends. They're not like, you know, military pilots for 25 years. Right. Right. He might have said, like, but I can't, you know, so I got to get out. If you were so God blessed at all, man, I'd get you through this guy. I wouldn't know, but I can't get you all summer. Yeah, you don't know the strength. I'm trying. Also comments like that. Yeah. Yeah. Who's dating you now? Yeah. I don't know. I mean, that's wild. They tell you. I wonder if it was the guy who jumped out that was actually flying it or the other guy who was actually flying it because I know they're both pilots. Well, it looks like they were pulling him out through the co-pilot side. Okay. So from that footage that they showed there, well, I also think like if I'm the co-pilot, my career isn't over.
Right? The copilot that you were also played a part of. Well, what am I? I mean, to me, yeah, he was definitely pulled out the copilot side. Yeah, to me, I bet that is crazy. You just left him in there. I wonder if he smashed his head or something. It was so cold. So I just leave him to die. Mm-hmm. Barrow someone's phone and not don't try and help it anyway. It is wild. I mean, I think probably, I got to know how you would handle this if you were Captain Dave. Captain Dave is going to try and help. I feel like Captain Dave's running around yelling. You panic. I'm not going to yell at him. Did wake up. Let's go. No, you'd be yelling at that guy on the ground. You would have punched him and taken his phone. You'd fall out of the plane and hurt yourself. Oh, yes. Fall on the ground. Was he out in the crash? No, he fell out of the plane in a panic. It is bad. Yep. He was trying to rescue the pilots. And he's the most hurt. We've got one victim. He wasn't involved in anything.
Apparently, he looks like he was throwing out of the plane. No, he wasn't a part of it. He's just wearing shorts. Tread down flip flops. That was dating. Yeah. No to self. Don't fly with these guys. Yeah. I mean, that guy is done though. I mean, you can't kill five people. I don't think in. Yeah, I live with that. After the coast of California now, where they're feeling the after effects of a storm and they're being battered by waves just destroying the shoreline there, especially in Long Beach where they've ordered people to evacuate now. Here's the update on the story on this one from CBS LA. I've been here for 18 years and I've never seen anything like this before. I've seen vehicles on the Alamedo Spinensola have seen flooding and mud and waves reaching the berm and sea wall before. But some say not like this.
Never have I seen anything even close to this. Two days of massive waves have ripped apart the boardwalk as the water has come both over and under the wood. The same force broke windows and doors bringing the ocean in to ocean side homes despite the best efforts of neighbors rushing to keep water out. At least 20 homes were remain evacuated at least overnight. All day yesterday and the day before we were trying to save people's homes. We were boarding up windows, sandbagging, but all of those efforts got, I mean, the waves were so strong last night that it basically washed everything away in minutes. There was also some flooding and mud that made its way down the streets. The fire department says structural and coastal engineers continue to assess the damage. They'll be back tomorrow morning to continue that as locals both clean up and help one another brace for anything else that might come their way. I mean, okay, it's not that crazy though, right?
I mean, I get it. It did break some dogs or whatever. Yeah, it's really those places too. Yeah, I'm always MVS of those types of homes and stuff. Me too, but that's sad. Until this. Yeah, exactly. And then you're like, well, okay. That's a great. Yeah, it is. Can't stop the ocean. No, the ocean's a different animal. Other storms to tell you about now, Hurricane Lowell wreaked havoc on Hawaii, a massive cleanup effort underway after the Hurricane hammered Hawaii's islands with 30 foot waves and wins over 100 miles an hour. Here's that story now. Tonight damage assessments and massive cleanup underway in Hawaii. Under Hurricane Lowell slammed the islands with 100 plus mile an hour wins, 30 foot waves and nearly a foot and a half of rain. This is the part of the storm that officials are the most concerned about because it's this historic surge coming in along with the high tide. Overnight, we saw cars bobbing in the storm surge as we hunkered down in our hotel. This is the inside of our hotel range.
The sand pushed ashore by that surge of filling the hotel hallways. Getting vehicles in their tracks, daylight revealing widespread damage from storm surge and wind. This car inhaled by a two by four. And Hurricane Lowell is not the only. And then they go to California. Can't believe how close people get to just get the footage. I smoked. Well, this is the thing. I am shown death nonstop on X all the time. A lot of the deaths are just people doing that where they're just like, oh, let's get a little close to this wave. And then the wave, one extra big wave comes in and then six people die. Oh my God. Stay away. Stay away. We're going to stay on the coast here in San Francisco where a wild brawl broke out at the beach. What caused it? Here's that update from KRON. It was around 12 30 PM Tuesday when these two men started throwing punches at the field
and wrestling each other to the ground, one of them being James Hidalgo, who says he was just trying to walk his dog, Argus, when the other man approached him. He said, are you calling me a dog because I had a dog, I guess? And I said, I don't know what you're talking about. And then he came in and tried a punch. So then I pinned them down to the ground to the cops out here. Hidalgo pinned the man in the sand for several minutes while witnesses called 911 responding officers from the United States Park police handcuffed both men while they were questioned. Hidalgo says he understood the process because of his military background. I was in the United States Marine Corps, so I always know that there's protocols to all this and you just have to let the professional deal with what they deal. The other man involved in the fight was taken away by police while Hidalgo was checked by paramedics and released from custody. The martial arts teacher says he's glad it was him involved instead of someone not trained to handle a physical education. Imagine an Annie with a kid here. What is she going to do with like someone? The guy is, you know, he was really, he's a built guy and then he knew that he could
just probably intimidate 90% of the people he just, today he just ran into the wrong person. Former Marine who's a martial artist. Yeah, and very calm about the whole thing. Yes. Just handled it with no emotion, just like, yep, this guy have one ankle weighed on or what's that? I don't know. Is that a monitor? Probably a tether. Oh, the old tether, huh? Yeah. It could be a tether. It looks like a man with a tether. Oh, it's just he's insane, right? Yeah. So he's just a guy who managed to get to the beach and then is just, you calling me a dog? What? What am I doing? And he was like, I don't think you want to start something with me. And he did. And look, like I thought he was really going to just choke him right out. It could have. I think some, like, there was a another person there that was like, please stop. Please don't. Don't kill him. That guy right there is a don't kill him. I was like, I may kill him.
I'm trained to kill. No, I think it was his hat. I don't think he had a hat that came off and he had the pat and glasses. Just like you're trying to take your dog for a walk on a beautiful day at the beautiful beach. Nothing like you doing nothing. You're just walking your dog. You didn't say anything to anyone. You didn't do it. Yeah. Just you mean a crazy man. Okay. Let's play Who Side Are You On? Next. Who Side Are You On? There is a homeowner in Dearborn, Michigan as those crazy storms rolled through last week and flooded places, his street flooded. Okay. Old guy's street flooded. So a lady didn't want to drive through the flooding, drove up on the lawn instead to get past it. This old guy lost his mind. Okay. You know what the lawn, I mean, I can't imagine where Ryan's going to stand. Yeah, I've been all over the story. You've been all over it. Well, who Side Are You On? Let me see how bad the lawn is.
Let's see here. Last week's turbulent weather actually led to this turbulent exchange. You know, that heavy rainfall led to this street flooding. And so the driver came up here on the grass to avoid the flooded street. Take a look. It's higher print right there. So that's when the homeowner ran out because he wanted to make sure that his sprinkler system would not be damaged. And then that's when things got heated. Eleanor, no, and she kept coming and she almost hit me. And then I smacked her wind or not a windshield, but the driver's side rear window. Get off of the car. You know what you're doing? You are. You're not going to let go of that. What the fuck is that? I am Parkinson's disease. Not well. Oh, when, when, what do you say? I get a sense of disease. Yeah. I am Parkinson's disease.
And when I get upset, I start shaking really hard. And it's right from me to concentrate. I'm communicating with people and I get really agitated really easily. And it's all part of the disease. And her driving down the sidewalk like that really didn't help the situation. No, it's not. Because she was threatened to me. And I wanted to get on record that sometimes I had to file some sort of claim or go after post-cancel, you know, court or whatnot. You know, back out here live that homeowner spoke to Fox 2 on the condition that he would remain anonymous, but he has a message that he hopes everyone will hear. Oh, do we want to hear this? The learning lesson here. Or what would you like to say to other people who are watching this? Side of you are. Sometimes things are said in the heat of the moment that's not meant. Let's, you know, be a little more kind to each other.
Yes. But you're more kind to each other. I don't think it's good. They've bleeped out a lot of stuff. I mean, even without the Parkinson's disease, she's in the wrong. You can't just fly up on a sidewalk. No, I mean, you don't know how deep this is. Yeah, but well, you know what though, you're kind to do though. I find a different way. What do you mean you kind of do? Well, I mean, it is just a four-way street there. I mean, like what do you talk? I don't know how pissed it is, like four inches. But she was driving so fast. Yeah, she was flying up the world. Yeah, no. She can't do that. No. I mean, obviously other people have done that. Because why was he standing right there? Well, that's the thing, right? So he must have noticed other people first. And then this person was just the one that he managed to get out there. And put some block, some block it off or something. What are you doing, Ryan? I'm not getting as angry as this guy, but I get it, man. And I saw it too.
Like once he realized the sprinkler system was good and he calmed down, he was like, all right, I'm not, you know, I want to be a apologize and stuff. But I would be pissed. You can't drive on my yard. No. Sitting that line of traffic with everyone else, dumbass. Just trying to see it back there. Oh, yeah, I see. So she was trying to avoid that. That's it. But it looks pretty deep that guy in the background. It looks like it's up to his knees. Yeah. Yeah, in that car, it might not be good. In the wrong car. Yeah, I mean, you got to know your car. Number one, you know, like I don't don't drown. Go around. Chuck. I'm going right through and full blast, baby. I got the Jeep. That's what you're going to do. Then do that. Yeah. You can't be driving up on people's stuff. No. You're going to commit, commit. But like you said, that's public, isn't it? Yeah, that's public. On that side. But you can't drive on a sidewalk, right? What if someone walked in? No, you can't.
No, which the sky almost was and like legit. Yeah. Literally, like he said she almost hit him. And I mean, I was like, okay, but pretty close. That's how your yard right there? No, like if you have a tree there, they could come cut it down. Technically on that side of the sidewalk, it's city property. You still be honest. It's just to maintain. They can dig up your hole. They can dig up your whole driveway. What's it called? Eastman. There's the city. Eastman. All right. Now some bikini baristas who are getting paid. I am so excited about this. I'm so happy for them. Look at that. I'm sorry, Stan. He's all over. Happy. I never even saw this. I didn't know. This place called Beehive Espresso in Washington. Apparently they weren't paying their baristas. They stole their tips, all sorts of stuff. So they took them to court. Just awarded $1.8 million. Whoa, wait a second. How much are they making there? Well, there's 70 of them in the lawsuit.
Here's the story. Somebody has to hold people like Alan accountable for their actions, especially when it is at such a large scale. For years, these former baristas at Beehive Espresso say their boss, Alan, tagly, forced them to meet unrealistic sales goals or face retaliation. Employees often giving up their tips to meet those goals. Could be like up to $450 or $500 for a four-hour shift, which means you would have to sell a coffee every few minutes in order to make the goal, which is not physically possible. Ultimately, some were fired for speaking with other co-workers about the wage issues, working with the Working Washington Rights Center and attorneys at SGB to file a class action lawsuit in 2024. I hope workers in Washington learn that the justice system is for them, that it doesn't matter if you wear a bikini or steal towed boots to work, your entire protection. Lindsay Holm represented the baristas in the class action.
She says tagly also wasn't paying the correct minimum wage. Fail to pay employees for their work didn't provide sick pay and ban them from going to work at a competitor, all in violation of Washington labor laws. You know, our bosses have a lot of power. They take the hours, they dictate when or if we get paid. But there is a reckoning in court, and that power gets distributed to workers when they stand up and tell the truth. After a month's long trial, a judge ultimately awarding 70 baristas $1.8 million in unpaid wage. I'm pretty sure that guy doesn't have it. No, in fact, I close that place right down. There's in other damages. The impacted workers, hoping their story can empower others to learn their rights and take a stand against mistreatment. If we don't kind of put our foot down and say that this has to come to an end, who's to say that there wouldn't be more bosses like Alan to come up in the future and potentially do even worse things. Damn.
I've never seen a bikini barista look that good. Normally they look pretty genki. I guess I would have assumed they all look okay. No, to me they look like. How do you get that job? They're like morning strippers. Even though this verdict just came down on building a story in New York, once before these baristas get the pay that they're owed, how and when they'll be paid, all still needs to be worked out in court. That's the coolest place. I mean, I love the B-Hive. I'll tell you that right now. I'm the fan of bikini baristas. Well, who wouldn't be? I don't think they look like morning strippers. No. No, I'm just saying she's the most attractive one I've ever seen. Oh, I'll show you a couple. No, it's okay. It's okay. It's all right. Thank you. She's got a couple right on the computer. Jesus. Favorite bikini baristas. Oh, yeah. No, I mean, of course she is. I don't get some likes. Like, my God, I can't even comment on that. No, she's a beautiful girl. You give yourself a witch haircut? That's right up your alley.
You gave yourself a witch haircut. Right up, Chuck. Come on. It loves a nice witch. And finally, a 102 year old woman decided to do something different for her birthday. She crossed the Gordy Howe International Bridge from Canada to the US for the first time. It's the first time in decades you've been able to walk across an international border in this area. Here's the story from WDIV TV. Can I bring a walker with me? No. No. For all of us, because if somebody needs a seat, there's no seats up there. Well, that's all right. She may need a seat. That is Rita Georgif, the 102 year old celebrated her birthday on August 28th. And it was her wish to walk on the Gordy Howe International Bridge. Oh, gosh. I'm doing great. She's doing great. Rita, walking on the bridge, was a milestone. She remembers being at the ambassador bridge for an anniversary date. I was seven years old and I lived on the corner of Peter and Indian Road.
And that was just mountains and mountains and mountains of people on the bridge. She had a group of friends bring her to the Gordy for this experience. We were so happy to be able to do this with Rita. We've been waiting for two years. It was planned for her 100th birthday. Are you okay to keep going? I don't see why not. Okay. Rita led the pack for much of the walk and was stopped along the way by well-wishers. I see me too. Oh. Happy birthday. I'm such an inspiration for us. I'm 70 and we're like, if she can do it, we're hoping to be able to do that definitely. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. And we'll see it back here in 32 years. There were pauses for greetings, photos and to soak in those views. Going down hills can be a lot easier. Oh, yeah. Because it's quite a name climb. Rita made it far enough to be able to look up and appreciate the gables before turning around and making her way back.
She was unbelievable the way she was going without wanting any help at all. It was all Rita. It was a fantastic trip. Not only that, the Gordy Hall Bridge is really a feat of good engineering. Rita is a lifelong resident of Windsor's Sandwich Town neighborhood and has felt the energy brought to the community because of the multi-use trail. And by age, it's difficult to actually go down the Sandwich Street. But every time I do that, I appreciate how much the Gordy Hall Bridge has done for the town. Oh, she's incredible. She's a little marvellous. Yeah. She can walk 102. Yeah, that's not something someone though should have been like, listen, I know she said don't bring stuff, but someone bring a chair.
They did bring it. Oh, okay, good. No, but even like a wheelchair. Hey, you know what, we're going to tap out because I think she got to the top and then said, it's time to go back. You know, say it's quite a trek. Oh, I'm sure. I think it's if you're walking in a good clip, it's about 45 minutes. Well, you saw they look like they were walking a long way and they weren't even a quarter of the way up. So. And it's uphill, evens off and then downhill and then you got to do it the opposite way. Yeah, no, thanks. Look for Chuck. You're going to try that. Sometimes you will have to get a walker for Chuck. Yeah, bringing that chair up a walker. Get his hub around. Get his wheelchair. He wants a hot air balloon to lift him out of here now. Not bad. When we come back, we've got celebrity dirt and sports news, which stars mansion is falling into a sinkhole? And what are movie theaters doing to keep people in the seats? It's all coming up. First though in sports is LSU really in danger of being kicked out of the SEC? Here's the latest from CBS news. By halftime Saturday night, LSU's football team had run Clemson out of Death Valley and coach Lane Kiffin's bravado was in mid-season shape. Imagine if you had progress. Come Thursday, the SEC's threatening to run LSU out of the league. The school's defiant. It wants to roster former NFL rookies De Kwan Wright and Xavier Harris. Today's SEC amended legal complaint asserts its right to decide whether to terminate Louisiana State University rather than tolerate a forced association with a league member that has shown a lack of institutional control. Louisiana State Attorney General Liz Morrell, a defendant in the suit, spoke a neural in sports radio this morning. First they were hating on Lane Kiffin and he was like the devil.
You know, and he's the evil conspirator that put this all in motion and ignored the actual students whose lives are affected and now they've seen me. LSU joined the SEC in 1933 as a charter member. Tiger football is a consistent national power as a moneymaker. Last year's program profit almost $67 million set a school record. Never forget. More is on the line here than Go Tigers school pride. My job is what I believe is right and I believe we were fighting for what was right for those kids. It would be wild like they won't be voted out by the way. No, my God, no. If they leave, it'll be because they've decided to leave. Yeah. It's crazy. The whole thing's crazy. It is. I mean, just trying to think of like, you know, because this is the thing most kids who are playing NFL football
have played college football, you know, like almost all the way through. But I'm trying to think of like other sports where you could decide, yeah, I'm a professional baseball player, but I never went to college. And you know what? It would be fun to go win the college world series and go do all that. And I don't know if anyone's ever done something like that where they go back to school and they're like, well, can I try out for the baseball team? Lane Kippins was taking advantage of a role and people just hate Lane Kippin. Yeah, yeah. That's the way it is. Well, yeah, and you were never able to do this before. Right. As you turn pro, you gave up all your amateur status. Right. Right. Now everybody makes money. So yeah, should not be the same playing field. A college football fan who went viral during an Ole Miss game has opened up about her 24 hours of fame. Did you see this lady? No. I kept seeing her picture pop up Sarah Smith went viral after an ESPN cameraman, shoulder in the stands.
Is this the one they zoom in on? Yes. Okay. During Ole Miss, I have win over Louisville on Sunday. She has shared the DMs she has since received on TikTok. This is what she said here. Oh, no, no, no. Let's get back to it. I don't know. Oh. I saw a little bit of notice with her. So it's her. She said, going to Whole Foods, want me to pick up anything. One said Godfaring six foot one, two sixty business owner, five hundred K. Take home annual. Guys are just throwing their stats at her. That said, bank rupt me. That was from one chuck the freak. Hey, that's weird. That's fine. And another one said, let's make with a baby face emoji. Yeah, that was not me. One user asked her what her favorite brand of bag to buy her in Paris is. She did answer that one.
She said, Louis Vuitton. This is the shot. Yeah. You tell us all the stir. Well, what was hilarious is the shot was there. And then the cameraman zoomed in even more like. And it was like a pretty telling sign like they were like, oh, yeah, no, we got to get that. Get the logic. Get in on the hot. So all the college guys are taking runs at her. Oh, my God. I think I'm even a lot of non college guys. Oh, yeah. Just a college guys Lisa. Yeah. The guys that shouldn't be taking runs at her. Absolutely. Do you mean the older guys? Yes. Yeah. Yes, guys that don't have a shot in hell. Nope. I was a time I would murder for this girl. Yeah. You want me to wrap that bank? Absolutely. Yep. During the third quarter of the game, she was shown in the stands by a camera person with arms over her head and a concerned look on her face. And that's what sparked. She's an Ole Miss fan. Yeah. Yeah. It's not everything. You can't have everything in life.
But she's enjoying her newfound attention. I don't know if she's enjoying it, but at least she's poking fun at it. Yeah. Yeah. You can follow in the whole tilted hat controversy. Nope. Reports say that behind the scenes, Major League Baseball has weighed in on the tilted hat controversy. It happened during a game. The Cardinals was furious. The manager of the Cardinals furious with an umpire. He told a rookie pitcher he had to fix his hat in the middle of his Major League Baseball debut because it was tilted to the side. Which is hilarious. Which Fernando Rodney for the Tigers would wear his hat cocked to the side every single day. No one said nothing. No one cared. Why now? Why now? Why this kid? It's the one umpire who even Major League Baseball has said, you can't get involved in how people are dressed. Like, there's nothing to do with you. Right. Do you have a job? But the Cardinals manager lost his crap. We have a kid making his debut and in between the night bat, he tells them that he needs to
fix his hat and the kid's not going to wear his hat like that on my field. Justin Broell continues to warm up. Up in Ali Marmal has been out chatting with Doug. Just old white guys got an entirety of his warm up and they're still going at it. They were nose to nose and Ali wants a little more now. And Alex is going to say a pitch clock violation here. A pitch clock violation. And Ali was barking at Mike McSwinsky and now, and he's with his nose and the Cardinals dug out and Ali's gone. This is why umpires are going to be gone. He says go after yourself. Oh yeah. Make your hat. You need to grow the F up. It's just a crotchety old man. That's what it is. It's a crotchety old man. What the F are you talking about?
Eddings. The umpire did apologize afterwards, but the mocking of the tilted cap incident was still clear. Both the San Luis Cardinals and Colorado Rockies tilted their caps during the game the next day. Oh, did they kind of in tribute to it? I mean, Fernando Rodney, we used to joke about that just when we were young, we'd all put our hats to the side. Hey, you pull it low. Uh huh. To the side. Yep. I don't know. I mean, they don't even have to wear. They just wear them to wear them, right? They have a uniform policy that they do have to stick to because there was something about a recent game. They were talking about the A's. One of the players had yellow shoes on and apparently they always would wear white shoes. And I think it was Andy Dirk's was commenting. He's like, Oh, man, I can't believe that he's got yellow shoes on. He's like, he's probably paying a fine to wear those things or whatever.
So they have rules and stuff they have to stick to, but no one ever, no umpire ever told Fernando Rodney straight in your hat. So I don't know why this guy got his panties all in a bunch. I don't either. But yeah, even as I said, Major League Baseball officials said it's not up to you to discuss. But this is why, right? Like their crotchety, they're old. They try to make themselves like the big part of the game too many times. It's why they're just going to be replaced by a computer. Yeah. All right, moving on to celebrity dirt. I feel like Nicholas Cage has Chuck look. A lot of bad stuff happens to Nicholas Cage. Is it created by Nicholas Cage? I think it's Chuck look created by Chuck. Chuck look created by Chuck. You can ask him out. Yeah, same. Sometimes, yes, sometimes no, just sometimes it just falls into your lap. Nicholas Cage dropped 10 and a half million on a beachfront mansion in Malibu two years ago. Now it looks like it's about to be swallowed up by the earth. Oh my God. A deep sinkhole opened up in the driveway or where the driveway used to be. It's 30 by 30.
Okay, that's pretty big. Here's the story from ABC 7. LA County Sheriff's deputies posted at the entrance to sea level drive in Malibu. The city declaring an emergency after a massive sinkhole opened up in the driveway of a beachfront home. Evacuation orders issued to residents of five neighboring homes along the private road, the properties red tag. I know quite a few people that live down there and they're all, I guess, they've evacuated. It's the last grunman who lives nearby was stunned when she saw the damaged house. When I was down there, the rebar that holds up the actual road was falling down. So it scared me. Firefighters received the call around five Tuesday morning saying erosion beneath the driveway of the unoccupied home washed away. Washed out. I think a sinkhole would be a good name for it on the front side of that house. And as that collapsed, it ended up rupturing a gas line.
The home with the sinkhole is reportedly owned by actor Nicholas Cage. According to Realtor.com, the ten and a half million dollar property was sold to the actor in 2024 with the sinkhole expanding crews are working to try and prevent more damage. Call this is a call. It's like the beach. It's monitoring conditions. We've been experiencing powerful waves, high tides. And there's been a great deal of coastal erosion at certain spots. That's what it looks like. And this evening, the sinkhole underneath that property was estimated to be at least 25 feet deep. It's not known right now how long the evacuation orders will remain in place. Those homes are the ones that are up on stilts. You can see that and the beach actually extends up underneath their home. Right. But then the driveway just starts on the other side of the property. What's holding that up? Obviously, not much. Yeah, not much.
And the waves we saw, the waves are really bad. And so it just started eating away at the ground. Pornichless cage. Let the cell is pyramid or whatever he has. Oh, castle. He has a castle. He also has a pyramid in. He's going to be buried in a pyramid. We saw it when I like it. I like the cut of his jib. So sell your castle. It will be fine. Yeah. Well, this the thing. If this isn't like his third or fourth beach home, I'm sure he owns a nine foot tall white marble pyramid in New Orleans historic St. Louis cemetery number one that he plans to be buried in nine foot, huh? You're rolling bigger. Oh, yeah. You're so crazy. Well, you got a lot in common with Nick Cage. I know. You can. Who knew? Look at that. Of course we do. Yeah. Checked dresses just like that. Leather pants, leather jacket. He wants to. He wants to. He said he's always said it. I was. He just doesn't drink like him. No. I don't. Yeah, you're right. No pyramids in luck.
Yeah. Yeah, that's it. My beach home is in rough shape right now. Yeah, it's completely empty. It's a pre-reserved final resting place. Though Nicholas Cage has never publicly explained why he chose a pyramid design. I wonder how much that cost. Oh, I mean, I mean, even just to get into that spot. Right. Oh, yeah. You can't get in there because that would be the .2 million. Okay. No, I can't do it. Three point two million. Because you'd hate if you're Nicholas Cage, you'd hate for somebody to come in and build a 10 foot pyramid in the same place. But a 3.2, like let's be real about this. I just want to be lit on fire and put an up high and piece of pine, but I would love a pyramid. Man, I know you've always said you love a pyramid. You've said that for way too long, actually. Which one of the Charlie's Angels was a swinger? Which one was into three Sims? Who are they? Hopefully people know who they are. Who are they? I don't even know who they are. I don't even know who they are.
You got to give me names. Pharafoset. That's the only one I know. Jack and. Kate Jackson, Pharafoset and Jacqueline Smith were the original three. Can I see them? There was also Cheryl Ladd who joined the cast and Shelley Hack who joined the cast and Tonya Roberts who joined the cast as angels went away. Tonya Roberts. So can we see all six of them? Yeah, we need to see all. Well, there's Jesus there. I mean, that's Kate Jackson. I got her. That's not her. That's Pharafoset. It's not Pharafoset. It's not Pharaf. That's Jacqueline Smith. That's not her. That's Cheryl Ladd. That's Shelley Hack. I'm going with the Hack. I'll say Hack. My mom's favorite was Jacqueline Smith. That was my favorite too. I actually did. Well, my mom's favorite. Oh, no, no, my favorite too. Okay, Dave. Yeah, I never I did a dolphin show for her and her family. Just them. Well, they closed down the place so we could do a show just for them. Did you swing? No. So where you got your ideas about swinging?
She was lovely. Oh, that was very nice. I'm going to say it was it one of the regulars. No, Lisa, you already got it. I got it. Tonya Roberts. Tonya Roberts. Oh, yeah. You can tell she looks like a real whore that Tonya Roberts. What? No, she does. She does look like a real whole. I don't know who any of these people are. This one here. Does she look like a hooker? Well, she does. She taking money for sex. She just swing it. She's swinging. She's swinging. But she proposition Jacqueline Smith. That was her and her husband who had an open relationship. Oh, yeah. You look like the tie up. Yeah. And she proposition Jacqueline Smith to join them for a little. Wow. She don't need the sound effects. No. You hate that. You hate hearing that. He's doing things different now with the sound effects. He's getting pretty wise. He's getting pretty wise. Change it up. Yeah, Jacqueline Smith has written a new book and she confirms that it was Tonya Roberts
who was one of the swingers. Who was the first one of them to piece out of there? Bare a faucet. Only one season. Jacqueline Smith was the only one that made it through the whole series. Huh. Tonya Roberts joined for the fifth and final season and she and her husband Barry Roberts were swingers. I was going to say it's going to be though whoever the last one was. And if that's her, she was the last addition. Jacqueline Smith said she had to turn her down repeatedly for three way offers. But she did find her honesty about her sexuality, brave and self-aware. She died from like a blood infection from a UTI. Jeez. So hoaring it up right to the end, bro. Well, look at that guy. He's irresistible. I don't know about that. How old was she when she died? She was 65. She died in 2021. I wonder how old she was there and how old he was. She was also mid on that 70s show. So more people may know where from that.
Oh, yeah, yeah. And she was a bond girl too in 1985. So view to a kill. Okay. Well, that's how I know her then. Yeah. She played a skank on that 70s show. Mm-hmm. Like that was a whole. Yeah, yeah. Skanky whore. And that hilarious. That over into her real life. Right till the end till she died. Huh. Holy crap. Right in her area. I don't know about that, but speaking of bond, uh-huh, looks like they picked the new James Bond. At least according to Gary Oldman. I'm bond. Not him. Not him. No, and he's not. I am bond. He doesn't work at a call center. James Bond. The new James Bond has been selected according to legendary actor Gary Oldman. He says that his co star in the show Slow Horses. Show her movie. Show. It's a really good show. I love that show. His co star Jack Loudon has been selected. Okay. To be the new James Bond.
I don't know. I like him. Uh, apparently it was narrowed down to this group here. Jack Barton, Jacob Alority, Paul Mescal, Calum Turner, Jack Loudon, and someone else named Harris Dickinson, who apparently didn't make the picture. I don't know. I don't know. A single one of those people that you just showed us. I don't know if I see the Slow Horses guy as Bond, but that's official. That's what Gary Oldman is saying. Who knows? I don't think I don't think this guy would have told. Maybe he told Gary Oldman and Gary Oldman leaked it by mistake. Well, Gary Oldman's a very old man. He'll say anything. Oh, is he? Yeah. It's really good. Hmm. I don't know. We keep hearing about these rumors for years. I know. And then they never pick one. And this is the Amazon Bond, right? Yes. It's going to suck. Bond, Amazon Bond. I can't even imagine that. Let's get on your packages, dude. Yeah.
It crashed the prawn plane in Miami, Quint. Amazon Bond. I'm Jeff Bond. He changes his name. I'm surprised he's not the Bond. I know. You know, he's going to have a white woman. He's going to have a white woman. Oh, she'll be in it. We have girlfriends. We have girlfriends. Yeah. Katie Perry. I'll be in it. Oh, yeah. But allegedly. That's what Gary Oldman is saying anyway. Newsflash. Chris Rock is not as rich as you'd think in a new profile in variety. He said, I've been lucky. I made some money, but I'm definitely not swimming in it. I'm not on private planes. I don't own a boat. He said, I've got a place in New York and one on Los Angeles. I don't have a door, man. I live in normal blocks in both places. He said, a lot of actors live beyond their means and they have to take jobs they don't want in order to pay the bills. That's something he's tried to avoid. He said, you have to spend income, not if come. That's the problem with most people in Hollywood. They're spending if come. If come will ruin you. He also notes that he lost a good chunk of cash in his 2016 divorce.
And he wouldn't be upset if they knocked on his door for Madagascar for that. I bet. He is not interested in hosting the Oscars again. The only way he said he'll ever go back is if he's nominated. As for what happened the last time he attended, you know, the slap. He says, it's crazy world. We walk by homeless people. There's all sorts of stuff going on right now. My day at the Oscars is not that important. So basically, I don't want to talk about it. Let's look it up. What? How much do you think he's got? That word? Look it up. I think it's probably pretty good. I mean, has he done a lot lately? Almost 60 million. That's a lot. That's a lot. I mean, we know a lot of celebrities make a lot more, but he's not spending a ton. I mean, that's the key, right? Yeah. So he probably had 120 at some point. Sure. You know, yeah, or maybe a hundred or who knows? Yeah, whatever. Two houses. Yeah.
No, he's doing fine. He's doing just fine. You're all right. Yeah. He calls them houses. I'm sure they're mansions. I'm sure they're. Yeah, here's a guy who I don't even know. Like isn't Tyler Perry worth like over a billion? I thought he was. Yeah, I think so. I thought he was crazy. I know he has his own island. Yeah. That's what he's worth. Yeah, like got him 1.4 billion. Yeah, he's fine. I don't get it. I don't get it. I've seen only clips of those movies so I can't really judge. It doesn't make sense to me and my mind how they could be made for you. Well, they probably weren't. But nonetheless, yeah. He's just any smart with business, obviously. I mean, it's got to it's got to be other stuff too, right? Like, I don't know what else he's got going on, but I'm sure he owns a production facility in Atlanta. He owns 100% of his movies TV shows and stage plays. He's got lucrative production and equity deals, including with BET Plus. So yes, he's quite the business man. So he stepped up. When he heard that there was a lady who needed some help in the Chicago area, this old
lady who had to pay a lien on her home or she was going to lose it, he stepped up, stepped up to help her out. Tyler Perry. How did that go? Oh boy, I couldn't believe it. I've been following Tyler Perry since he was in Chicago at the Regal Theater. Buck all the way out. Brenda Durham has followed Tyler Perry for years. Now the 81 year old says the man behind Medea has stepped into her real life drama. But I'm not surprised because he's helped so many people, you know, he's helped all of the older stars. The restoration company responsible for cleaning up after a kitchen pipe burst weren't paid the nearly $18,000 because Durham's insurance claim was denied. As a result, they put a mechanical lien on her home. That's when filmmaker actor and media mogul Tyler Perry heard about it and wiped the debt clean. Tyler Perry has paid the lien. And we appreciate that. We appreciate everything that everybody's done, but we do not feel that all states should
get away free. But Brenda says her fight with all state isn't over. And you still have all state. You still ban these folks. Yeah. Yes. Every month. The former hairstylist says all state called her twice this week. The last call she says was very upset. That yeah, he saw it on social media. So what? Yeah. So what? All new brand new appliances. Thank God. They want to give you all new lighting throughout your home. So they're going to redo your home for you. Oh, they're going to have contractors come in here and put your house back together. Praise God. You know, get a new insurance company. You know what say you didn't, right? Tyler Perry. Tyler Perry. Yeah. Tyler Perry. Yeah. Yeah. Tyler Perry. What's in he involved in some sort of sex scandal? I remember something like that. I don't remember. There was something, right? Yeah. Was it happening? Was it happening? Was it happening? There was something. There was something. It's 20 alley forget. Oh, it's.
Wow. Because it's like, you know, some people get a lot off the line. Yeah. Tyler Perry faces second sexual assault lawsuit for $77 million. He's faced two. One guy said that he sent unwanted, explicit text message and physically assaulted him at properties. So they still in the system, the court system. He's a lot of it. I mean, it's from 2025. Oh, I've been settled. Right. Yeah. One guy said it's crazy. Huh? Something great like put his wiener in the butter. So I don't know. I remember us watching it. Wow. That's a wild. I know that's an accusation, right? Oh, no. He's going through all this. He's the oval. Where are you yelling? I'm in my shoes. Oh, yeah. Remember? Did you get shot at? Is this house or something? I think it's actually got shot. Tyler Perry is an actor, producer, director, playwright and prominent name. You love this play in this? I just, you know, we just 1990s. He's helping his lady now. Oh, well, back. Yeah, do you remember what he possibly allegedly put some of this inside?
Yeah, I mean, you got to keep it in perspective. Well, you do, but we don't know how did that all unfold. I don't know how it all unfolded. Did he pay the guy on it? He still check it all out and Medea goes to court. Oh, I'm going to out this winner. Yeah. And then this other guy then came forward. He's seeking $77 million in a sexual battery lawsuit. He's a model and actor. That was one guy there that we saw. This is the other guy, Mario Rodriguez. Yeah. I don't know. I think if Tyler Perry was like, hey, I'd like to get you a couple of drinks and take you back to my place. And then God be like, I think I'm on to you. Or you think, yeah, because I know you're worth a 1.4 billion. So I'm going to see if I can get a husband. I mean, he's kept his billions. Yeah, he has. Kevin Spacey did not knew this millions. New. I just thought you're chucked dating Tyler Perry now.
I could see it. He rolled places in the deal that I'm telling you right now. We could have some pretty good. I do think some people see dollars. Some of it could be legit. Maybe he does take advantage of the fact that he can help these guys careers if they help his way. Right. And that's the only reason I'm saying, like, how do we know how they all unfold it? Because these are from a while ago and we haven't heard anything. Yeah, they're not in the news. You know, I hate to bring something up where it was like, oh, you know, that went away. That was thrown out. I mean, we're just supporting they both had sued for the amount they sued for. Yeah. The weener issues have to be have to be resolved. Two active lawsuits. So still going on. Still going on. That's good. I mean, not good, but not good for him at all. But reality. Yeah. Don't do bad things. Don't put your weener near anyone who doesn't want your weener. No, no, no, no. We're not in touch. Don't touch the weener if anyone who doesn't want their weener. What was that? No weeners and butts. No weeners and butts. If it's not a professional. Yes.
That's how it's all. It's true. Put your weener in the butt. Of course, please. Of course. That's where you want it and they want it there. Yeah. As long as both parties agree to weeners and butts. You're fine. Yeah. But if one is not on board, you're not fine. Keep your weener out of the butt. That's the legal corner on Dave and Chuck. There it is. The legal corner out to the weeners and butts corner. Yeah. It's just one point four though. That's nice. One point four billion. One point four. Like you could pay those lawsuits often that wouldn't even. Well, that's a big chunk. There there like wasn't one so hundred million and one was like three hundred million. Oh, I thought one was seven seven seven seven seven seven seven seven seven seven still a lot. It doesn't even touch it. Like 77 is nothing. And when you that billion is so many million if you pay him around to that butt wasn't worth 77 million. No guarantee it wasn't a legit but a legit. A legit but if you're paying them off, you're actually saying, hey, I did this. Exactly. And I guess you just you have the money to fight it all the way into the end until even
if you lose, you know, you just fight, you got the money. All right. So people have been going back to the theaters this summer, which is great for the industry as it's been suffering since the pandemic. But now they're saying, okay, how do we keep this going? How good we keep them a momentum going? How do we keep people coming back? Make good movies. That's one way. Yeah. One way but they have to be creative too. And here's how they're doing it. Let somebody else be the star of the show for just a minute, okay? The rules are clear at Alamo Drafthouse. No late arrivals, no scrolling and definitely no talking at any volume. Something they take so seriously, stars of all stripes have teamed up for in theater PSAs. But some testing what it would be like to move away from that, making you the main attraction. At this rainy 10 a.m. Tuesday in New York, when the crowds move at a slower pace. An ideal speed for film fans who don't know how to walk yet. This is the maybe square sign at the movie yet.
It's baby day here, brighter lights, softer sound, and best of all for parents trying to keep up with the culture, crying aloud. Movies like Tony, the R rated biopic about Anthony Bourdain, not typically top friendly. You working to get you before. Sorry. Yeah. Made accessible for caregivers who can't stay up late. You have like this unique opportunity that you actually have available. It's not like I thought it was good things to do, especially when it's too hot or too cold out. And so I think it's a great thing to do and nice for the babies and nice for the parents. The options come with the movies bouncing back big time. We come to this place for magic. Theaters are on pace for their best year since the pandemic. $7 billion so far with four months to go. Assurged driven by Gen Z fans. The younger audience that we thought would be lost to the small screen, but that's not happening. The younger audiences are finding the movie theater to be the cool place to be. Creates that fear missing out that phono factor. I hate this night.
Take one night only about two strangers meeting on the one night a year when single people can have sex distributed by our sister company Universal Pictures. Oh, yeah, just a few miles away from baby day in New York's Times Square. AMC theaters hosted a singles only opening night event. I'm single so I was like, you know what? What else do I have going on on a Thursday? This is my card. My name is Jess. With some trying to shoot their shot by making dating cards. To find love, even the dark. Oh, that's scary to me. This is a card full of scary things. And we're handing it out to single people here hoping to find love. I love going to the movies. If there are other movie goers here that feel the same way, maybe this is this is the place. Buddy of mine, she was like, Hey, I got you a ticket for the movie. Then I got here and they're like, Oh, you're here for the singles event. I have apparently been set up and so I'm here and excited for it. We've reached out to AMC and Alamo Drafthouse if they had plans for other similar experiences, but haven't heard back yet.
All of it, meaning at least once in a while, movie fans can relax even if they're babies. Hopefully if he cries, he won't be the only one maybe might not be ready for all that screen time. Yeah, that is wild. It's like you get to see our rated movies in the daytime with your child with your child, you know, so there does have to be an age limit on the child, right? I think it's to an under, okay. Don't accidentally go on baby day. You walk in. There's a bunch of babies everywhere. Oh, no, I'm gonna get out of here. No thanks. That movie premise is so odd. There's one 90 year when singles are allowed to have sex. Yeah, it's like the purge sex. Yeah, sex. Sex. Not bad. Dave and Chuck the freak sex purge. We're banging to death one 90 year. Yeah, that's I've been living the sex purge apparently for quite some time. There's one day a decade when Chuck the freaking have sex. One year a decade. One time every year. Stuff lines up and things work out for Chuck the freak.
That's good. That's your big leg go last night. Oh, man. We said it's once a year or not, never. Did you fall asleep and miss your date? Yeah, you know, no one's a better late. I didn't know what that's the thing about it. You never know when it's your night. Violet, here's a guy who had a comeback in the music industry that a lot of people dream of. Shabuzie. Shabuzie. Shabuzie. But the attention faded leaving him DJing weddings and picking up hours at a big box store as recently as 2020. But now he's a worldwide hit with millions of views online and a 44 show techno tour of the US and Canada. Tens of thousands of tickets sold. There's just one twist when it comes to his audience. Yeah. It's babies and toddlers mostly who play his remixed nursery rhymes on repeated home and whose moms and dads and shell out for what might look like on all my rage, but is in fact, the kid concert that starts and ends well before noon.
Don't worry, people. Adler raves. Well, the kids do wear ear protection. What turned everything around for Pierce was pretty simple again. He gave up. He came to dad. He gave up. He gave up. He came to dad. He gave up. He gave up. He gave up. He gave up. He gave up. He gave up. he gave up. He gave up. He gave up. I gotta go to the next one. It's like Danny Goh, man. That's out. People are doing it already. Yeah, there's a few, uh, few guys we listen to. Oh, listen to you already. Danny goes like, height, man. Do you know DJ Raffi?
Well, Jewish guy for you. No, no, we guys coming here next month, because he's coming next month. I'll have Jesse get her golden dance. You got to go. Is DJ Raffi just Raffi? Not was the guy from our child. I remember Raffi. That was my first concert ever when I was a little child child. I went to I H I P H I go. Yeah, yeah, no, he's not. But I do think he's taking, trying to take advantage of Raffi. I'll Nathan is really content creator. I was on this guy's. His old McDonald is awesome. Really? Oh, yeah. It's jam. I don't, it's a jam you say. It's a jam. It's pet you tell. Let's see if it's a jam or no. Let's play jam or no jam here. Oh, McDonald's out of farm. I know. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, McDonald's out of farm. Yeah. No jam.
I hate what he's doing with his voice. I don't like it. Can I tell you with a four year old dude? They love it. Come on. Yeah. Dad's got a few drinks in him. We're having a hard time. That's the only way you have to have a few drinks with you and your kids love it. That's the only way. See, my whole thought on all of this stuff is I don't know what the equivalent would be in another career. But to me, like, musically, you start out in music because you're trying to be this cool person who makes hits and does all this stuff. And then you decide, okay, this is not going to work out for me. And then you usually either go start working in a music place. You start doing lessons and stuff. And then there's the last bit of it that you can do. And I believe that is make music for kids. How about they make more money than I know they do.
I know they do. I know they do. I know they do. Chuck Good News, Rafi, the Armenian Canadian kid singer is still alive and still touring. This was your first concert. This is my first concert this guy. I don't think we've ever known this. Rafi. Well, like a kid's concert. It was literally I was taken to this when I was. So you count this as your first, like, adult official, like, concert. Well, let's compare what's his version of wheels on the bus? Well, was that a different or just classic? Just classic. Well, we did wheels on the bus for the other guy, the DJ guy. Still do that. Ryan's my mayor later when he edited the podcast. Now we're like 20 seconds or fine. I don't know about that. Is that true? It's only 20 seconds all the time. You guys look at it. I don't know any. It's not in the AI world. Yeah. Yeah. You guys, you got to go to this though. No, it's coming to town next month that techno rave. Oh, techno rave. Yeah. I think it's like 75 bucks. I'm taking my kid away. Of course it will be. 75 is more. We've looked at multiple shows to take him to.
And I'm like, I'm not paying 65 bucks to see blippy. No, that's so much money. Why? Because because it's money. You got to do something. You got to do something. Like I went to the Sesame Street live, you know, it's expensive. Yeah. How much is that? Super sick. We all got sick. There's so many kids. So many kids. Yeah, disgusting kids. Yeah, that's terrible. Oh, I mean, I got to take care of Ryan when he gets hammered at this thing. I know it's our booze there. I can take care of myself. I know he's going to have a flask at this. Oh, yeah, one of us. Oh, my God. The guy put your shirt on, dude, it's the Tyler rave. Yeah, you're pre-game in the parking lot with the other cool dads. Yeah. One of those dancing line 25. Yeah, standard seats are standing room is 55 bucks. Yeah. You got VIP packages for 170, but 55 bucks. 55 bucks. Just stand in an hour with my kid. That's going to be awesome. Yeah. All right. And don't go with answering God'sakes. The horrible fathers. I'll do it in the comfort of my own home.
Do it Tyler. That's the best way. Yeah, do that. That's what Danny go is, you know, all his songs are out there anyway. Just do it at home. Tyler rave. You got the dance moves down. I can't hear you get away from this. Okay. Well, so be it. This will be it for the day. Jesus. Didn't the guy have no guarantees. You know that the machine guy from the Verve pipe. What? Didn't he do this too? Didn't he start making kids music? The guy from the Verve pipe started making kids music. I think so. Big fan of the show. Oh, yeah. Thanks. I didn't know that. Yeah. I said this is where I screwed up. This sort of should have been doing the entire time. Just making kids music and kids content. Yeah. 80 million views on their YouTube. I know. I know. Because like you just put it on and the kids. The Verve pipe has done family-friendly music with children to albums like a family album. And are we there yet? Yeah. I knew that. They made the switch, you know? I didn't know that. Like there's too many musical choices you can make when you're a cool band. You are cool and you play rock.
And then all of a sudden you're like, we're not making anymore. So you make a country album. Which is like money maker. Completely just giving up to me. You just have totally given up. But the other side of that is you make music for kids. Which is also giving up. But I understand. Like they're wealthy. But you're giving up at you who cares? Yeah. I get it. But you got to wake up every morning and live with yourself. That's how I look at it. We do this. I know. And I haven't enjoyed myself. I don't like the man I see in the man. You're going to do it. I don't like the man. But you can do it. I look at him every morning and I'm like, Jesus Christ. I can not the man in the mirror. Oh. I hope that he would make some changes. Please make a change. When we come back, why did a Florida man get naked in a home goods? Is a doggy daycare owner accused of being a peeping doggy daycare owner? No, no. Has another lady pooper struck again. Good God. An idiot criminal of the day.
I'll still to come here on Dave and Chuck the freak. Previously on Dave and Chuck the freak. Massachusetts has ruled that upskirt photos are good to go. Attention, Purvis, book your next vacation. You're going to Massachusetts. So Lisa, you're at say pool and you catch a guy taking photos. Is it just a violation that you would take a photo of me to take it home and do whatever you're going to do? If you try and take a picture of me, I feel like it's a violation. So I would go over to you and I take your camera and I'd smash it into a pool. Italian. Hey, hey, hey, hey. Oh, whoa, whoa. Are you kidding me right now? Did you just take my picture? Did you click it? Hey, can I see that camera for just a minute? Hey, boom. Your cameras are too fish is now. Good luck, you're going to do that. He's Dave and Chuck the freak. Good morning, Dave. Now you still have to come to work tomorrow. No. Dave and Chuck the freak at Dave and Chuck on X. Well, hello to you and yours on this Wednesday, the 9th of September. Is Dave and Chuck the freak? And we thank you for joining us. Tis. Tis. I'm just talking about the Renaissance Festival. It's got in my hand. Oh, yeah.
Tis Dave and Charles the freak. I yes, Dave. Shall we joust? Yes. Let's do it. Set it up. Don't. Don't give any ideas. We don't do enough as it is. I don't know. I don't know, man. You're clumsy. Hey, you said you don't ride horse as well. I don't. I need like a Clydesdale. Yeah, that's yeah. I don't know what they got there. Just normal ones. I think the people watching would be great. I guess fantastic there. Right. A pony and fantastic. I mean, I'm one of those people, but yes, I'll be going this way. Yep. Get yourself a turkey leg. Yeah. Have some good times. All right. They're this Saturday with radio station. Oh, no. What the radio station? I have friends going there. Oh, my friends will stop by. Yeah. Bring them some scotch and a turkey lug. Yes, sounds like a nice medieval crocs.
Crocs, with an R. medieval crocs. Like medieval crocs. That is pretty sweet. Make like night boots. Yeah. It's a crocs. Oh, man. Like a whole suit of armor out of crocs. Yeah. Amazing. Woo. Gotta get working on those out. Got a couple days. Yeah. All right. Coming up. Is a doggy daycare owner accused of being a peeping Tom? Has another lady pooper struck again? Mm-hmm. You hate that. Idiot. Criminal of the day. And much more coming up. But we'll start it off right here. Man, Florida's asked of. Oh, I love a good deal. On discount home goods. Yeah, you do. I love it so much. I might get new. So excited. Yeah. Yeah, look at that. Fiction person. So she. Ah. That's exactly what a guy in Cape Coral did. He was arrested this week. After he stripped naked. Inside a home goods store.
What made him do it? Is the story now. Take a listen. Until illness. I'm giving away. Shoppers looking for deals. Instead getting an unpleasant surprise. I'm really expect to go in a home goods and see some naked man in the middle of the aisle. Cape Coral customers say this isn't the kind of display they would expect to see in the home goods. It is concerning. Definitely something I wouldn't like to expose my children to. Cape Coral police say this man stripped naked inside the store Monday morning. Officers arrested 43 year old Billy Thomas. After a woman told them he had walked up to her in an aisle and said, I'm sorry. I have to do this. The woman says Thomas then dropped his pants and exposed himself. It's very worrisome. Children out and about. People come here often with families. Like I said, lots of kids. People just don't need to see that. Police officers found Thomas near the Aldi next door with his clothes back on. They also found his white shoes and box or briefs on the wall.
The box or briefs on the floor and your buy. Thomas told officers his clothes have started smoking. Oh my God. My shorts are smoking. This is going to be Dave. How do we get them off? This is going to be Dave one day and they're going to be like, Dave Hunter was found without pants on him. And he's going to say, well, my pants started smoking. And they're going to be like, well, I don't want. It'll be true. They're eating pants. They can't find her. Trust me. You will make the news. He's going to. I'm hurting pants. My pants got fire. Yep. Wait for it. We're seeing our future. I'm under wear too. Everything got fire. Smoking. Oh wow. It happened to be my socks caught fire. Yeah. My pants good too. I know. Like I know. This could have been you. I don't think he had any heated eyes. No, it's not in color. No. You need heated clothes. Yeah. Yeah. Start it smoking. Keep a look. I'll keep an eye out. Be self aware of everything that's happening around you. Thomas has a record of at least 28 arrests in the county since 2002.
He's now in the Lee County jail facing an indecent exposure charge covering the Gulf Coast and Cape Coral at word. Frank. So you can check out his mug shot at Dave and check the freak.com. This one of 28. One of 28. We put a link to the story there. His pants turns out we're not on fire. Nor were his underwear. But that can't completely be left them there in the aisle. Oh, God. I'm just stepping over used boxer briefs in a home goods. No, thanks. I'm telling you what I had my jail business that I had to take care of this weekend. What? Huh? Yeah, I had to take some jail business. I had some jail business had to take care of this weekend. And what are you talking about? There was an office I had to go to that just happens to be inside of the jail. That is near the end of the day. And so I was in there and I saw a lot of this guy. A lot of these guys. I think I probably saw every single one of his mug shots. I was like, when you were sitting in there and like the, there's a lot of Billy Thomas's.
There's a lot of Billy Thomas's out there. They've all got stuff they need to do. A lot of people rest and for autographs. They made a lot of people that there were people. There were people that knew they were people that knew. So they were very excited. What caused a stir in there. Yeah, excitement. Mostly the workers, but look at all those. I mean, I'm not sure if I'm going to do a lot of work on this. the workers, but look at all those munchies. Yeah, no, but I just realized I'm like, ooh man, if you think you've got some stuff going on, you don't really, you really don't. It's not that bad. Go to jail, hang out in the waiting room of jail. That wasn't I opener. I was like, man, my kid is a mess. And then I went straight. That was jail. Hopefully you are. Put you back on the right track. I know. You know me.
Well, last thing you'd expect taking your dog to a doggy daycare is someone's going to be looking at your butthole. My dog's a butthole? No, my your butthole in the bathroom, but a doggy daycare owner in Florida, apparently a peep and Tom everywhere, huh? Yeah, you can't do anything about. You can't trust anyone. You just cannot use the facilities anywhere. Here's his story now from West two news. Yeah, what started as a normal day at the dog days in a Newsmer to Beach quickly took a turn with a shocking discovery and was actually one of the owner's own employees who found something on a company device that she wasn't supposed to see. We have to count some of the digital or video voyeurism. 59 year old Donald Hemphill owner of the dog days in a Newsmer to Beach. Now behind bars after Volusia County deputies say he put this hidden camera inside of an outlet in the bathroom
of his business, capturing employees and a child unclothed. What a scumbag you got to be to do something like this. On Monday, deputies say employees found the camera inside of the bathroom and spotted a photo of a child on the company iPad. One of those employees was the mother of that 11 year old child. But just imagine the shock of a mom, you know, in work, where she works using the iPad for company business and what pops up. But a half naked picture of your 11 year old daughter who was in that bathroom. You're dead. Volusia County Sheriff not making it says Hemphill eventually admitted to the whole thing saying he bought all of the equipment compatible with his iPhone to capture the live images. This is you went out through great pains and not only were you expiring on the little girl, you clearly were spying on your employees, anybody else that was using that facility. New body camera footage showing his arrest on Monday. As multiple dogs can be seen and heard while deputies escorted Hemphill out of the building.
Hemphill is now charged with 10 counts of digital voyeurism and 11 counts of video voyeurism of a child. They knew exactly what he was doing that he knew he was going to catch in there. He knew that the employees come in there. He knew that the employees' family's coming in there. Customers go in there to use it to use the bathroom. Hemphill is currently being held at the Volusia County jail on a 210,000 dollar bond. A sheriff's chitwood says they believe there might be more victims out there based on some of the suspects own admissions. We'll go into that coming up later at five o'clock. Let's don that business. Yeah, no, no one's shut that down. You're not taking your dog there. No, it's over. Hopefully it goes to jail. I don't see how he's not going to. I mean, you know what I mean? I'm always a like get ahead of it kind of guy. You know me, right? I try to be prepared. So I pee everywhere, meaning like I'm just going to drop my dog off. You know what? I'm here. I'm just whole pee before it. Oh, so you will pee wherever you're at. Oh, that I see.
Because you know what I mean? Like I'm like, all right, I'm going to pee eventually. I'm as well go here. Yeah, like even if you just in case I'd have to do it later, there's a bathroom right here. There's a bathroom. Who knows when the next time I'm going to be right a bathroom. Right. See, I'm different. I try to make it home. I don't let you try not to use it. It's easy. Yeah. And that check everywhere I go. You would never check an outlet. No, but I'm always that I do look up. I do look up. Yeah, that outlet was kind of diabolical because we've talked about all the things you have to look at. I guess you just think the outlet itself. Okay. So we've been on the show too long. It's affected us. It's got to us. We all are worried about it now or at least think about it. Ryan, you were newer to the show. Do you think about people tape, tape, tape, and you piss or poop or no? I did in the past, but now I've, it's hilarious because over the weekend, we're with our friends and I was telling my wife and all of her friends. I was like, none of you guys are allowed to try and close anymore. You take everything home. If it doesn't fit, then you
return it, but we're not doing that anymore. He's already been. He's been poisoned by it. No, that's a good warning. You've been dressingers. Yeah. That's just too way to handle it. Like Lisa said, they're everywhere. We can't escape them now. No, we can't. And so I told you, I'm just reads like, hey, you want to see it? Yeah, whatever. Yeah, until it happened. I think, you know, like if you were actually a victim of that, I think it would, I don't know if you could process. I just feel about it. I'd be very, I mean, yeah, right. Yeah, I mean, I get it. I mean, some people are less concerned than other. No, dude, it's still privacy, but I guess you can go ahead and report a day of that. No, that's not what I'm saying. When it looks like that, my butthole is showing everybody. Yeah, I mean, that's it. I'm saying, if I was up size, you guys, what are you sitting on the toilet in a vulnerable position? Okay. Going number two, like a try, do you want people to see that? No, I don't know.
I don't know. Of course not. That's the full length. You'd hate to see it. All of it. You don't want that. It's very private. You don't want people to see that. Protect your side. No, I just had to get myself. I'm saying into a mindset of I just got it pretended to care so that I don't like get parasol. This is how Dave handles life, though. You know, I mean, like I am like Jason's worried about space junk and I'm worried about asteroids and UFOs and aliens coming down, right? And Dave is like, I can't worry about any of that other stuff because if I start to worry about anything, then it's going to spiral out of control. And I'm going to be in a bad mood. I'm a stress case. I have to limit my stress. So I just had a case with it. Someone can see my penis. Oh, well, whatever. Yeah, he can't worry about it. That's what I had to convince myself. And you take the biggest chances and you go to the most places. So if anyone could be recorded, it'll be you. But that's the thing. Like if Dave, I could have been already think about this. Like if Dave had to search every single place with like a fine tooth comb because of like an OCD. Like oh my god, am I? I've been like that with
bed bugs and certain things. I've been right. Right. I had to start everything. The bed bugs thing. We were on apps and everything. Oh, I was a buzzkill. We're sitting on an app before we checked into a room. Oh, he's a lot. This one has five. This is true. This is what I'm not. I'm not upset at Dave. Like Dave has to pick his battles. He has to pick his bad. That was a pretty bad place. I have to make. Oh, you want to see my penis? There's my penis. I got to make peace with it. You can't worry about someone seeing his penis. That is far down on the list of other things to worry about. Absolutely. He's got to worry about what his dad's doing. He's got to worry about a lot. I forget. I understand it. You do have to make a priority list. And it's like really what are the chances your dog gets reported? I guess that's good. But it does happen. And these
purfs are everywhere. Oh, they're all around us. As we hear. Here's another one to tell you about. We talked about this guy a couple of months ago, the Secret Service agent. Oh, yeah. It wasn't very secret with his weiner jerking off in a hallway of a Miami hotel. Okay. This guy accused of beaten his meat in this Miami hotel hallway. Prosecutors though are hunting for one. Keep peace of evidence video. They've asked a judge to delay the trial because they still haven't received the security video. As we told you before this guy, John Spillman was arrested in May after hotel guest told investigators he followed them from the lobby of the double tree near Miami International Airport before whipping out his dick and jerking off outside their room. Spillman was in Miami while the president was visiting for the PGA Cadillac Championship. He was off duty though when he was choking his chicken. Yeah. He was later released from jail for posting bond keeping quiet as he walked out. The Secret Service placed him on leave after his
arrest. They call the conduct unacceptable. Court records list police reports and photographs among discovery. But video has not been checked off and they can't seem to get a hold of it. Prosecutors say they need that missing piece before they proceed. Well, that would tell everyone everything right there. There it is. You know, or it would set him free. Like if I was him and I didn't really do it, then I would say yes, please let's we have to delay this because I need you to see the video. That's not what I was doing. Looks yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Something's up following a couple and jerking off to them. As they go, imagine that you're walking with your wife and someone has attracted to both of you. Someone is following you and jerk it off. Come on. Oh, yeah. I don't live it up once in a while. It's just forces you say. Secret service. Secret service. Yeah. Come on. I will say secret service. You'd have to assume that he
knows some people that could possibly get some video to disappear. Be my guess. Would be my guess. Yikes. Oh, it's gone. Huh? Oh, no, it's been a race. Oh boy. I seem to find that day. Uh-huh. That's hope that's not the case. Yeah. One more pervert update, a quick update on the butt sniff for you. Okay. A man accused of sniffing women's back sides has been sentenced to 170 days in county jail for violating his parole. That one is wild. There's a frowder violated his terms when he was caught on camera doing this, crouching down and getting close to people at a business in Glendale. Frowder was then arrested. He's convicted. He is a six, a convicted sex offender with a history of arrests in the San Fernando Valley. So 170 days and then he'll be back. Yeah. Well, it's probably he's already time served. Yeah, probably out in no time sniffing butts again in our hands. Yeah, he's not. He can't. He can't. He can't stop. Let's line him up with the dog you did care, guy. Just take care of it. Let's get it to for. Oh, yeah, you love that. Let's put them
right back to back. Yeah, put your hands real close together. We go guys. We already nice. It's got to do worse. Oh, for the kid one. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. You wouldn't even want to know what I could come up with. I can work at Abu Ghraib. He's had some horrific ideas through the years. That's all of I though. Oh, yeah, there's certain grimes that you also like saving time, though, you're not you don't have, you know, I can understand how you operate. You're like, listen, he's going to die either way. Let's just get it. It's just wrap it up. I got all day. I got a lot to take care of. I got nothing else. I got all but my body count's going to be high. So we got to. Right. That's true. I've been getting fixated. That's a little high that. Oh, yeah. Right. Right. Ouch. Uh oh. It's another case of malicious fecal distribution on
Dave and Chuck the free man lady poopers are everywhere. They are always be men. Now it seems to always be women. It's always a woman be pooping. I know. A woman has been filmed squatting and taking a massive dump in a high end area. I do like that. In Mallorca, Spain. Oh, wow. Spanish lady. I think she is a tourist. Okay. All right. That she's not from there. She was visiting there. What is it? Drivers sounded their horns as she finished the job. Oh, wow. So you're just doing it right. Right. Right. Traffic there dumped the tissue and then walked away. Here to be a tourist, crouch next to a tree and got with the job at hand. This unfolded on Paseo Mallorca. In my orchestra. I need to check on something because either it's possible that my eyes are
completely gone, but there is that makes no sense right there. Oh, it's okay. They're not getting right into her but hold. Oh, wow. She is. She is. She is. She is. Are looking at her from the back. Oh, bitch. Hey, Jesus skinny bitch. Are they listening to Creed? Let's hear it again. Let's hear it again. And I could have sounded so though like a What's that繁icho in his heart? Oh that's yeah it can't add tune or you know right
It's not life is the same sound is same It's the same sound zeicion drum high School That what I need but for one what is not yet Oh Oh Yes, I think so The calling wherever you will go it will go That's SAPP sent us Words I just couldn't put it together. The calling, the calling wherever you will go. And literally wherever you will go is on the sidewalk because you're a professional kid. I thought she was going to be way more disheveled. Yeah, she's more put together than you would think.
I mean, still disgusting. Yeah, I still think possible she gets right in there for the wife. I mean, that's nice. I mean, the hair doesn't look all musk, but no, I mean, there's the outfit. Chuck, if you don't know why would call her put together at all. Yeah, I mean, that's wasted. I don't know. Dropping a dooses so crazy. Where'd she go? We never know where they go. Where do they go? She's going to touch everything. Just go sit back down on the bar. Yeah, don't touch anything, guys. We got to start following these people. No, we got to see where they lay their head. No, because you'd never go anywhere again. Hostel. I want to know where she went right to. Hostel, guys, I know it. She did. Right to a hostel. She looks off. Obviously she's hoping on the street. Yeah. And take your toilet paper with you. I know. I'll leave. Well, what am I going to do with them? I'm going to put in my pocket. Well, I mean, you're leaving your turd. So I guess you might as well leave a toilet paper. Yeah.
Nice to pick it up and go put it in the trash. We're going to need a human poop bag. We have dog poop bags all around. We need a human poop bags now. No, surprise there are the soon. So we're heading. I know. I'm out of here then. Second human poop bags appear. Yeah, that's it. Where what else is there to do? You're putting them out there for people. Well, they're doing it anyway. I'll be honest. Yeah, they are. They're pooping on the roads and on the sidewalks. And now I'm a list just pisser distributed. OK. OK. From the back to the front. All right. And this guy in Southwest Florida, after someone said, hey, you can't piss out there. Yeah. He was like, well, how about a little guy? Oh, no. Why did I say something? A little gun in your face. Oh, how about that? Here's the story. The cop cars was lining up on this street here on the Soto.
And they went over into the complex. Edgar Mapson saw Fort Myers police show up Saturday afternoon right outside his home on the Soto Avenue. Most of the time when those people are going down that the only ones, every night, then, are stopped behind one of those trees in your innate. But this wasn't behind a tree. It happened right at this apartment complex. Police say Hector Correvious was told by another man that he could not urinate there. The victim said there were kids around. Instead of walking away, police say the man cursed at him in Spanish and said, quote, I will do what I want. I may move in front of my just let him go. Things to get turned. Police say Correvious pulled out a gun from his waistband and then pointed it at the victim. From the camera, there's no trespassing signs. This apartment complex is clearly guarded by Fort Myers police, but that didn't stop Correvious from committing the crime. Police say the victim called 911, and he stated that there were cameras at the location where this happened. You cannot use lighted risk because you want. For any people or any homeless that you don't belong there.
Police arrest the Correvious. And during the investigation, they found his gun as well. He is facing charges for aggravated assault with the deadly weapon. And that's an entire fire on her skin. And then he's covering the golf coast. He looks like a movie villain. Oh, yeah, that pockmark face and that three stuages hair. Yeah. Yeah, which I don't. The Hector, you cannot piss there. I think that you've made a mistake. Hector, no pissing it there. Would you like to taste my hot steers? No, thank you. I don't know what you mean. Yep. I think the other guy sounded pretty cool though that they were interviewing. Oh, the boys and guy, yeah, with the buffs. Yeah, he's cool. Yeah, he's there's like, yeah, try to stop him. But I was like, I don't want to get shot. I'm saying, I don't need that in my life. And you don't know.
And you know, you don't. You know, I mean, if I saw someone outside of my place peeing, I would be like, I'd be upset, but I don't. I also, I don't think I'd want to run out there. I was there with you when she was younger. Would you? Because that's like if I was here. Right there. Yeah. Yes. All bets are off. I don't like it. No. All bets are off then. I don't want to get killed down in front of my daughter too. That's the other thing. I think it'd be like Stella, we got to go. Let's go. Go this the other way. I don't know what's going on with this three stooges here thing though, but it's like a definite trend. It's a trend. Yeah. It's coming up. Well, was it Ryan that was telling us it's an official, it's an official style. That's right. You know, I forget what it's called. It's a bad name, but it's bad. What's a straight thing? Yes. Yeah. There's like a what's it called? I don't know. It's like a Latino hairstyle that's really taking off.
Tell us. That's not that, ladies. No. It's kind of like the Edgar. The Edgar. Edgar cut. Yeah. It's terrible. Yeah. It's a bad trend. And with those like bird face. It's like he was burned. Oh yeah. He is armed and probably listens to students. Mm hmm. I mean, hello. It looks like he's burned. Yeah. Yeah, four Mayors. Mm hmm. You listen to him. Why do you text us or something? Listen, don't worry about it. This is what I just thought. You just thought you don't like his hair. I don't. No. No, we would offer him a gift card to any one of the lady. Shops. I mean, he reminds you a free show from Harold and Kumar. What do you want me to say? Oh, go on, Jason Watson. They should do that. You're a real son of a bitch. He is. Oh, he is. Oh, there's last name in there. Just do some stand. Thanks for like protecting me. Yeah. We're not in this together or anything. I know we're not. I'm going to die in a plane. You're not going to help me out. I will.
I will try, but I can't. You're on your own. You're on your own. Dave, just ask me to tweet out your address. Wow. Whatever. I said I'm out anyway. Oh, well. All right. It doesn't take much to fool some values, I guess. Police in Georgia put the word out. They need help locating a suspect. He pretended to be an NBA player made off with someone's $90,000 BMW. Damn. From a hotel, Valet. You just got to tell people now. You got to have a look at the way. Yeah. You got to have the tall. Guys could just go around saying that. This guy. Oh, my God. Not gonna talk. Sure. That's it. You just have to be tall. Is the story of what happened from WJCL. It started with a car that disappeared from the Fairfield Inn on Martin Luther King's in Irbullovar. Police say a guest checked into the hotel on August 5th and turned her keys over to Valet. The next morning, her black Toyota was gone. According to police reports, the Valet system showed a request to retrieve the Toyota just
after midnight. The guest told police she didn't request to get her car back until 10 hours later. Investigators say the key was also missing from the Valet lock box. Visitors to Savannah say it could happen to anyone. Just be aware of what's going on. I never was a Valet for car comparison. Police say the garage cameras weren't working and the Toyota was never found. Then, eight days later, police recalled to the Hyatt on West Bay Street, this time for a missing BMW. Police reports show the suspect arrived around midnight with a valet ticket for the VNW. Police say the suspect gave the ticket to Valet staff and took the SUV. For hotel guests, handing over your keys is supposed to be easy. But police reports show questions remain about how two vehicles were taken from downtown hotel properties, including one where investigators say a valet ticket was used to get the car. That's why we didn't choose Valet for kicks. Police say the BMW is tracked to Murtle Beach.
They say the suspect may be connected to the other vehicle theft reported at the Hyatt. With one case involving a discrepancy in the Valet system and a missing key and another involving a valet ticket, police say the investigation is still ongoing. We've reached out to the city of Savannah who declined to request for comment. So they also say that when they question him, like, you know, with the car, he dropped his NBA credentials. And said, oh, I've got several vehicles here. Oh, wow. Okay, here you go. You take it? Yeah, I'm the starting point guard for the Detroit Pistons. You didn't know? Kade. You look just like Kade. I can easily get a car. Is that Ryan underneath your trench coat there? Oh, man. You're on a new car, Ryan. Scoot up, scoot up, you're falling down. I'm trying. It's all that's taken me. Yeah. I mean, that is wild. Yeah. That's a wild look too.
Yes, it is. I don't know, man. I mean, you should carry NBA credentials though and keep dropping them on. I dropped my NBA credentials. That's a believable person. Who's the shortest person to ever play in the NBA? Mugsie Boggs. Yeah. And he was 5-8. 5-6. 5-6. 5-6. 5-4. Really? 5-6, maybe? I love that you knew the name right now. You've been keeping hope alive your whole life. Of course, Mugsie Boggs is a champion. Is a hero for us? For us. Us athletes who never made it. I'm just saying, I mean, it's just been like three of them. There's been like three guys under 5-8. That's a game, man. Yeah, none of them look like me either. Nope. Oh, my dad told me real young. Yeah, sure. White Jewish man doing nothing. I said the same to Mike. That's amazing. Not gonna work out for this, buddy, but, you know, I don't know why we got to throw the duty as a man there, but that's fine.
Dad. Not gonna work when Adam Sandler's your basketball hero. He can kind of hoop it. He can hoop it. He can hoop it. You know, can't really run. I don't think. It'd be fun. Well, many things require background checks, high security government jobs, becoming a police officer, airport jobs, working with kids. Now you can add a new one, grabbing coffee with Stephanie. That's not bad. I mean, Stephanie worth the check. Is that really Stephanie? A new service called stud or dud that uses AI to help daters dig up dirt on their potential dates. Oh, this is my website. Basically, it's at least it came up with this about 10 years ago. Someone just went with it. It uses data from peoplefinders.com, one of those sites that collects public records on people, including marriages, family, criminal records, bankruptcies, tax leans. This is just social media accounts and more. It's AI Lisa is what it is. All daters need the person's name or phone number to run a search.
Now, on one hand, it's not really any different than Googling someone, which is probably common for people using online dating apps, but it can be tricky for people with common names, like a John Smith. Dave Hunter. Or a Dave Hunter. And something it's excessive for someone you're just meeting for a date. The tool will also highlight red or green flags about the person, but the CEO behind this service, Amber Higgins, encourages users not to pass judgment even if the site does. She highlights the safety aspect. Unlike Googling or just meeting up, even through a video chat, it's not free. There are several different pricing tiers ranging from five to 20 bucks a month, depending on how much you use it. I wonder how many red flags in the show on you. Oh my God. Oh my God. Yeah. Or any of us. I mean, I'm not dateable. It's like, I'm not dateable. Oh, I'm getting tornado signs. I'm gonna go in there once in a while and be like, yeah, married life is the right life. Yeah, it is. That's smart. That's actually really smart. People would be like, oh my God, are you looking for something?
No, no, no, no. I'm checking on myself just to put myself in check. Yep. Still a red flag. Yeah. Still. Red flags what you have. Look at this. One red flag detected. Three green flags found. Stability indicators calculated. AI insights ready. I mean, so you probably have to sign up right away, right? It's not anymore. Oh, don't do it. That's not how it was in serious. No, do. Do me. We don't need it. What's it gonna know? How deep is it can they get? I don't know. I don't know about it. Yeah, exactly. That's what I'm saying. Probably to do. Oh, you hope not. You're gonna be like, oh my God, Jason. This isn't free. I wonder if they give you some free. That's what I was probably giving you a little. There you are. One green flag, stable history. Hey, not bad. Not bad, Chuck. Oh, it works. Yeah. What's my green flag? You got a green flag. I probably have to pay for that. Yeah, you have to pay for that.
So it doesn't tell you red flags. I can mark as a stop. It's probably. Mark is a stuntman. Yeah, I know. Yeah, I know. You marked him as a dud. No. I can't mark him as anything. I got to pay for it. Yeah, I just got to pay for it. I'm gonna be paying for that later. I wouldn't have any on me, right? I'm assuming that I, my green flag is I work. I have a job. Two green flags. I know I'm not 75. You probably have to switch the state. I'm saying you eight. You're gonna shoot the states wrong. Yeah, the states are just the right state. I know, but you can. I know, but whatever. All right, see if I got a red flag. Oh, let's go. It's going so excited because it's not. It doesn't break it down. No, no, no, no. No, no, no. Oh, wow. Oh, gee. It's this one, right? No. Oh, it starts with the nook. Yes.
Oh, my gosh. One green flag. Yay. Yes. Yes. Oh, my. I must have read. Maybe it's up your record. You're sweating bullets. I was. You've waited it out. The years went by. You guys would have been like, wow, he's got 28 or so. I mean, it would be hilarious to see a bunch of red flags though. Well, this guy gave up a side. Him does have one red flag. Yeah. Yeah. Wow, that's nuts. More records fun. Those are bad records. We should just randomly pick people that work here and start looking up their old flags. I know. What a fun game. Mark me as a dud. No, I'm not. Mark and you as a dud. I don't like that. I have several names that I would love to look up. We're just out there, huh? No, it's out. Yeah, that's the thing, right? Right now. You know, we're just, there's no escaping it. I got my middle name in that. Yeah. I'm afraid. You can find anything. It's terrible. I mean, it's just a little easier. Yeah. So yeah, pricing range from five to 20 bucks a month, if you, I mean, if you're dating a
lot, especially as a woman, oh, definitely do checks. Okay. It would be worth it at the same time, right? At the same time, we know that Jason should have a couple red flags on there. Right. From a long time ago, I agree. I agree. They were, they were on off. Okay. I hope so. But what I'm saying is maybe it's not the best. Maybe it's not giving you all the information that you would have. We have to pay for the. Yeah. The deep, you know, deep. Oh, yeah. He has been acid. Super quiet. Full of love. I got two green flags. Check first. I got two. Oh, I see. Two green flags. I know for you, man. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. You know what I'm saying. I know. I know. I know for you, man. It's tough to get them green flags. Which one is it? Neither of those. I put my city in the call screening for you so you can tell. Oh.
Okay. This isn't even a big thing. Be bold. Be bold. Should be. Do your green flags. TAGD. They will history. Yeah. The best catcher. I got the most green flags here. Yeah. I don't know you do. Another aliest. Lucky bin. He's got a couple of aliest. Oh, it's lit up on. Oh, my goodness. Oh, my dam. Secret Ryan. Oh, he's going ham. If I got a secret Ryan, it's not going to have one green flag. I'll put it out. True. Yeah, true. That's all the bad. It's a red flag. All the bad. The bayon look into that. Secret Ryan. What's he up to? Look who designed up for Stutter Dut. Oh my god. Stutter Dut. Stutter Dut or dud? Check it out if you want to look into someone a little bit further. All right, time for this now. Let's break for a Mexican. Bad ass of the day.
Wow. Mexican bad ass of the day. Wait, OK. This guy works at a supermarket in Huebla, Mexico. OK. Saw a little kid run out into traffic. And this worker at Super Ray, Del Ahora. My favorite Mexican restaurant, I love Super Ray. Yeah. Senior. He was operating a pala jack when he spotted the kid running toward the road and jumped out to save the kid after the mother or the caretaker fell on her ass. Also, just like the other guy. Just like the baby. The guy, the baby saver. Here's the footage. There's no audio here. OK. So here's the guy putting here comes the kid, the crazy little child. Look in the room. Mom falls. Oh, worker. Whoa. Holds him out. Oh. And you. And those streets are as deadly as they get. Oh no.
The worst. Oh my gosh. I can't. No one cares why. Oh. Good luck with number three, Ryan. Because they are crazy. Oh man. This is the point where one of you has one. The other person has another and the third one is just on the loose. It's going to be me running in front of those cars. Oh. Ryan, stop. Ryan. Don't save me. Don't save me. Don't save me. Drive faster. Speed up. Hit me. Hit me. Hit me. They're all swerving out of the way. He's like, no. He's like, great guy. Yeah. Yeah. He has to save his own life to save that literally through himself on the pavement. That is your. He was like, oh, did I move? No. So, look, look, there's that taxi was flying. No, I could have been so much worse, you guys. You've been in a vehicle in Mexico.
I was on that tour bus. We hit something that fell out of a trailer. We hit it at full speed and that guy didn't stop. You could hear it under the bus. You could hear it under the bus. And then give a stop. You're a vault. See, John, we got to get to the ruins. Yeah. Hopefully the super Ray Delahora rewards that guy for his probably not don't check his go fund me, but I don't think they'll be. No, unfortunately. No. Those are my thoughts. Not yours. I'm Dave Hunter. On Dave and Chuck the Freak. The difference between the Dave and Chuck the freak YouTube channel and your mom's only fans, we guarantee 1,000% less for frontal. That's hot. YouTube.com slash Dave and Chuck. Coming up in just a moment, when we return here on Dave and Chuck the freak, how did a car get stuck underneath an overpass? Where was a child bitten by an alligator and what shocking discovery did a woman find under her hood? All that and more when we return after this.
Obviously. On Dave and Chuck the freak got to be embarrassing for this lady, just a woman who was driving in a parking garage and hit the gas instead of the brake and flew out of the parking garage though. The woman driving accidentally hit the accelerator, crashing through a concrete wall, creaning into a tree, which kept the vehicle from falling to the ground, then came the dramatic rescue as swiftly arriving firefighters repelled off the parking structure down into the vehicle to safely hoist the driver out and up by rope. So embarrassing to have been a tree. It's a terrifying embrace. So your squeezing of so tight might even have your legs around. Oh, you definitely have your legs around. Yeah, it's not great. I don't want my legs around a man. That's not consenting. He doesn't want me to do that. Well, he's got his job. He doesn't want me to do it. Dave and Chuck the freak. Online at Dave and Chuck the freak.
And coming up on Dave and Chuck the freak, where was a child bitten by an alligator? What shocking discovery did a woman find under the hood of her car? But first, you ain't never seen nothing like this before. What's up? A car stuck under an overpass. And I mean, literally up underneath in a guy's house overpass. No, what on a freeway? How did he get there? What? I don't know. I don't know either. I hope they explain it as we hear from WSB like up in there. Y'all up in there. What? Yeah. There's no way to get up in there. I know. What you talking about? Here's the story. At first, we just saw a lot of traffic. Like, what's going on? Construction. I can see a bunch of people looking up at point.
We look up. We see he. It's a cyclina boykitt. It's like a punting ham Jr. say they will never forget. What? This is Dan. What? When he was a kid. That's what I'm saying. That was already for the first. There's a person in there. Yes. You didn't tell us. I was just saying, I was just saying, I was just saying, I was just saying, I was just saying, I was just saying, I was just saying, I was just saying, I was just saying, boykittie, love altre vitamins. I'm asking if you want your5 variables. Well, don't you have any variables because you got nothing in there. I don't have any variables that don't have any. Well, we can have three. 16. Okay, not a lot of things that can happen to us. I can whatever. That's what we do. We do a lot of things that represent that that what we do have to everything rather than start losing, yeah. So, do we have a few variables that we don't know when to start losing, and then start losing? Those variables are fundamentally different. No. We're experiencing a coronavirus disease and therefore, many times theopathy inside of me is more developed. Junior say they will never forget this a Dan wadsh into an eye 20 days dangling the wicked witch of the west know they're the feed yep like the wicked homie of the east over the on-ramp they say the man was responsive and speaking to the people below
we were under the car that's the one thing I was okay so um we were just going back to him you don't move stay where you're at he's like okay okay okay at one point their car was right below the man questions did you have when you saw the car right there in the overpass how it's the same questions hundreds of people are asking online after video of the crash got thousands of views people saying like yo incredible hope must they came and punch the car into the roof or something channel two action news was their Monday morning is crews work to remove the mangled sedan from the overpass you can see it land a police shut down part of i-20 Atlanta fire says firefighters found the vehicle and what they're calling a precarious position above the entrance ramp supported by concrete beams the driver was able to get out on his own Atlanta police haven't said what caused the crash or how the car ended up there and Atlanta fires is only that one car was involved in the accident leaving even
questions about how this even happened boy kid says this is a reminder for drivers to drive safe it must have come in from the top right unless it hits so hard on the bottom and flew up and got launched there I mean there but the way they were getting it out they were getting it out from above from above yeah so did it go over the rail and how sneak I don't know it doesn't when you look at it from the bottom it doesn't you can't see anywhere up no so there must be grass that we're not yeah that might be I thought he pushed that all back but that might be open which is I'm going to send this to Ryan so we can put it up at davin chapter three time because you got to see this one to believe it sorry for the late the legs is hilarious to me and then you calling that because now I want that whole movie to be made yes the wicked only up that
he's I want the whole wizard of Oz to be set like the movie color because you just see his feet like the wigan winch yeah it's crazy damn they don't even know no they don't really know but it's you you look up under an overpass and there's a car there stuck in the raft like I wouldn't my brain would be so twisted up seeing the car but then once I saw those feet I don't even know what to think after that like is he just is he dangling like stuck in the seatbelt or is he sitting just like sitting yeah how does he yeah with his feet out and I'd be at least swinging my feet a bit you know like a little right now video that looks too wild to be real is going viral you may have seen this online already take a look it shows a car dangling above an i85 ramp in downtown Atlanta and if you look closely enough there you can see someone's feet hanging out of the car
what's the rate of fire tells us this happened on Sunday the driver crashed on i20 west at Windsor Street but how the car ended up here like this does remain a mystery oh my god I mean it's scary oh I know I mean I just got to scare grotesis yeah yeah ten man is just some guy with a bunch of guns you have a golden head oh gold head chains or yeah yeah yeah Latin America grills grill man big haul thing just because of this person's legs and Dave's comment the cowardly homie because I was so it's you could do a bunch yeah keep shooting people running they just runs runs every time runs oh well I'll work at home of the east is fine but they we find out by myself non-critical injuries he got out by himself if it does the back right no one that's the front it's not no that's
the back of the car so it flew in and then sort of almost ass end on his fell down so he he was out the passenger window yeah that's why I was like oh my god well why are his legs down there those legs make me laugh it's it's no way I know it's great it isn't make any sense it is wet hanging out the best love side of his best friends ride listen if you are if your legs are out that means you're close to just falling right out almost ejected yeah probably holding under the steering wheel oh man oh my god because not then much of his legs are out mm-hmm crazy wow for everyone that's not I don't go swimming in certain areas in Florida we tell you this all the time and don't let your kids swim there too no come on because you know what's there gators are there yep especially at the wiki watchy wiki watch everywhere in the wiki preserve it's a preserve is the story from 10 Tampa Bay tonight visitors at the wiki watchy
preserve are on high alert after Hillsborough County officials say a young person was bit by an alligator while swimming in the preserves prohibited water okay now the one gators there so when they're not in the canal they're over here in the preserve biker's who frequent the trails say they've seen other people get too close to the water we see people here walking with their dogs we see no letting their dogs go into water you know we see kids out here fishing real close to the to the edge of the water and it's it's you have to be very careful and just a few miles away paddle area I don't think about it but I do my sister that anybody water I'm ever in I always have to ask other gators here say they've never seen one at the springs but they stay on alert anyway really we I live like you know I have a spring and we have lots of gators the Florida fish and wildlife conservation commission provides warning signs to help alert people to the possible presence
of alligators in Florida waterways it's not just for our safety it's also for the safety of the animals because now that there has been a bite they're going to try and trap and potentially terminate those animals Jason Reiter is a senior animal care specialist who works closely with animals like gators at zoo Tampa he says because of that signage and general caution alligator bites don't happen often over a million alligators in Florida and you you might hear about a few every now and then so it's it's not a common occurrence for there to be alligator bites you really only get bit or your dog gets eaten if you're doing something incredibly dumb right right bad parenting like your king go into a oh it's so bad but they probably go into it too right that's just it they're not obviously they're not concerned by it and I do think that there is a level of non-concern that doesn't know swimming right there yeah so
I mean it is not a good idea it looks exactly if I was an alligator the alligator's most favorite location alligator paradise yes I'd love to move there and places to hide and a little bit of land here in the woods the gator I am no one can mess with me there's no boats no couple of big ladies on a paddle board every once in a while the fan boats maybe maybe they can get through there but outside of that all right and now another kind of surprise of a different kind here for a family they found something hiding under the hood of their car please be a kitten please be a kitten it was not a kitten they thought it was a hose it was not that either windy tuck is now a little more aware when she looks around her west alas backyard when we open the hood he was laying right up here coiled up on top what started as a typical Sunday evening evolved into a bizarre discovery we noticed that there
was something large sitting right up here on the engine her husband was working on this car preparing to get rid of it when he asked her to come take a closer look I think he thought that it was a hose at first as well but once it turned around and started looking at us it was time to move away from the car that's when she realized it wasn't a hose but a large snake coiled up inside the engine that's pretty big I was in panic mode my anxiety level shot through the roof I didn't know who to call what to do that's where Cindy Steinley comes in the founder of small scale reptile after a few calls tuck was advised to contact maddoch which works closely with Steinley's organization on situations like this and after looking at a few pictures Steinley knew exactly what type of snake it was one not native to Wisconsin how many boats do you think of rescue jokes um I would say well over a hundred and over the 30 years how does this one prepare to this is this is present my my most unique boa Steinley says the four-foot boat constrictor appeared
healthy but getting it out from under the hood took some strategy basically what I did was I climbed up on the hood of car and just entered into the snake and took laying until it started moving the rescue took about 10 minutes and no one was hurt but how the snake got there remains a mystery Steinley believes it may have been someone's pet that either escaped or was abandoned tux says she's glad the snake is safe but she doesn't want another close encounter anytime soon not something I ever want to experience again the i think that snake handler with the giant jugs i think that the audio in that room did her dirty i think she sounds like that yeah i think so too we don't usually see boas rescue after a few calls tuck was advised to contact maddoch which works closely with Steinley's organization on situations like this and after looking at a few pictures Steinley knew exactly what type of snake it was one not native to Wisconsin how many boas do you think you're rescued um i would say well over a hundred and over the 30 years yeah i'd love to have some pipes

sight when he was a young boy lost it and now he's kind of got it back it's incredible you know you get emotional not having to rely on somebody all the time and you know I realize that my parents won't be around my entire lives independence Brady hopes will open more doors for him like finding employment and using the glasses to show what he's capable of you know I can do things and you know we're I'm not an invalid I'm not whatever derogatory terms someone may want to say Brady says these glasses have been worth every penny and he's still finding new ways to use them now he wants others who are blind or have low vision to know this technology is out there ten of diamonds give them a try and never know what types of things that you can figure out with the possibilities are endless why do we have to make every story bad this is good it's a good story
this is I'm glad you did this story because it shows what these glasses can do instead of all the perverted things that we talk about yes Lisa you're right I want to gamble with him he's got a seven of hearts full house yes no it's wonderful great dog good boy I would be very concerned about asking it to describe people to me especially if it's loud and other people if only I can you know it they didn't play the description of her no because I'd everything else it was saying to him but they did not play the description I think it must only be in your ear like it's got to be played so low that maybe only you hear it how do they get the rest of the recording I think they just made that up that's why I didn't match the well it matched the other time when he said it when he asked what color the shirt was here and these meta AI glasses help fill in some of the details
along the way hey meta what color is this shirt so white shirt with a red and brown flat cat that's added in though I don't think that's the from the actual when he sits down to a cup of gravy instead of soup I don't know that really bummed me out because this is my future oh my eyes are heading that way you can surgery but we'll get you glasses on we'll just rig them it's gonna be Dave's voice in the glass yeah no no let's end bit that's horrible we couldn't afford meta we just afford David Chucke wow no floppy dog just all the time yeah that's it it's too bad oh well but it's good it is it's amazing like I love these glasses I really really do I just you know someone said I have I am legally blind I do have these glasses I wear them every day and they help me see and cook I live in so much I don't know what I do with them yeah what an amazing invention for people that can't see oh off and do they make
mistakes I'm curious how do I make gravy and I know that I don't know I don't know I don't know I want to know that person's ever made any gravy instead of soup I think that was a post production I mean based on how often chat GPT gets stuff wrong oh yeah it's gonna be it's an adventure they achieve high accuracy they say because where's the audio it's just there's a speaker on the it's got the arms it's in the arms of them yeah you could probably have like a blue tooth earbud too if you try probably he should start hustling magic it's the way I can guess the cards and he's like watch this totally blind take those glasses off ten of diamonds I can't they're part of the trick yeah no just keep your eyes closed yeah ten of diamonds oh wow jack of a space you hustled me again mind freak I don't know what he was doing there with the cards I think he was just gonna
like he wanted to play cards yeah it would be all showing that he could do process you could do solvengers you'd have to read every card to him you'd have to analyze every card who every game would take an hour it's gonna take some time yeah yeah Dave I'm gonna FaceTime your later so I can play Go Fish oh yeah sounds great out how that shirt is brown it doesn't go with those pants talk to you later yep I like to actually answered my yeah that's nice thank you Dave no worries anytime all right time for this now let's get what are we doing yeah if you ask a kid or Jason what their two favorite foods are 99% of the time they'll say ice cream and something else like pizza what about pizza ice cream there's an ice cream shop in Connecticut called kelly's cone connection and they've had some creative limited time offerings to attract some buzz right now they have an ice cream dish formed to look like pizza so it's ice cream but they're calling it a pizza so it's not
pizza flavored in any way it's just they cut some ice cream to make it look like oh wow Robbins already has this and it's amazing really yeah it's the slices on a waffle cone with strawberry basil ice cream top with strawberry sundae sauce graded white chocolate to look like parm and white chocolate basil leaves there's even a hint of cocoa in the crust this basil tastes okay in a in a ice cream I've had strawberry basil ice cream it's unique okay it's very Italian can I have chocolate or maybe sure you vanilla that's slice it won't look like this I don't I just want to slice the ice cream yeah yeah I don't need it to look like pizza but I'll eat I'd like I like the vessel I would like to eat my ice cream like a piece on a waffle cone crust yeah I think that's awesome yeah the basket robbins one is like a chocolate crust and mint chocolate chip ice cream oh I can't that that'll be the enemy right there oh yeah go my legs go your legs it's chop off

were developed with a company called bark they're intended to celebrate the bond between people in their pups seems inevitable that we're going to see stories about people accidentally eating patch pals thinking their regular Girl Scout cookies but there are some differences for one there is a dog on the front of the box clearly says dog cookies and will be available for direct shipping starting in January they won't kill you though I guess Al roger tried one on the today show yesterday and said they were not bad yeah I can't have any kind of cat treat that tape would taste okay to you yeah because I get into some jams and I get into some jams you know they also introduced a new cookie called sparkables which are oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with sprinkles they're made specifically for people with food allergies they avoid the nine major food allergens I like that they finally care what are they called sparkle tastic spark sparkables sparkle
tasty I'll leave that I'm the sucker for sprinkle we know you are man it was dangerous when I had that hook up spinkle stuff nah like these cookie hook up it's still a useless all them yeah that's that's your sparkables I love oatmeal chocolate chip it's actually my favorite two I I bet that tastes okay and sprinkles it's right up your alley and no allergy stuff I've had something similar to that okay and would leave it in that yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah you visited there oh yeah I see she has something similar to that I still haven't tried a tag along oh my god freeze right you have to have are they great are they good yes okay all right you know you're gonna hold on you you eat them cold if you can you can eat them warm
it doesn't matter but I'll say this they ain't gonna last no you get about 12 in a pack if you're lucky one of the last one okay I'm gonna look up oh my god just my mouth is actually like okay all right we'll take a break time to take a break our mobs up his face when we come back to eat in a moment how did a bad decision end up with a city bus getting stuck in fresh cement hmm we'll explain that in just a moment also on the way idiot criminal of the day and more still to come when we return right after this previously on Dave and Chuck the freak a big guy is suing the New York City library he worked there and he said they gave him a desk that was way too small for him and it has traumatized him so he's suing for 4.6 million that's a lot if we put you Dave at a tiny little desk yeah which like where it happened like if you had these keyboards that ideal with do you have
keyboards underneath we got this thing here what do you got done that is what you can't like can't stretch out legs oh yeah you have to go sideways I got a man spread towards Lisa yeah we need a lawsuit I don't feel great I got two more things oh oh it's Dave and Chuck the freak Dave and Chuck the freak on Instagram at Dave and Chuck the freak coming up how did a bad decision end up with a city bus getting stuck in fresh cement what happened when a lady was live on tiktok an idiot criminal of the day on the way I'm Dave Hunter time now for a check of the news
you're a douche I'm not a douche you're a stupid douche you are so a douche I'm nominating you for biggest douche in the universal ward you douche Dave and Chuck the freak salute and douche bag of the day okay so is the douche bag in our first story here the bus driver or the guys who moved the roadblock so the bus driver could get through oh and then the bus got stuck in fresh cement okay you decide who the douche bags of the day should be here in Philadelphia now this was the original video that we've been showing you all morning and you can see the softer bus sink into the fresh cement it's wheel spinning as the driver tries to get out the bus eventually had to be towed out a couple of hours later but by then the damage was already done but now well we have another angle to show you this is this happened just moments before and you can see people get off the bus and move the barriers they need to get to where they need to get to
ports of meant the passengers then get back on the bus then it moves forward driving straight through the work zone so that guy seemed to say like you can you'll what did he say like he made a signal like you'll you'll you'll get around it I think so you would fit over top of it I mean the bus driver knew whether he was attempting the bus driver's seat on the bus yeah he did it was forward driving straight through the work zone had a lot of room to keep going over so here we back are back out here this morning the bus is gone but you can see the bus is still left behind and the barriers are still here after waiting more than a year to get these vehicles they're just going to go over this stretch of road now again needs attention and we're already seeing cars trying to navigate you know just this must be that is about eighth street and we finish with the manager at terminus brothers and as you could only imagine he says that he's completely frustrated but he's not the only business in this area because directly across from terminus brothers we also have
Nana's and Pots which is another bakery you know that's open for business during this holiday and everyone is just frustrated even folks yeah I'm frustrated he's all who's the douchebag the bus driver or the passenger's driver the bus driver could have cleared it I think so too and also like the bus driver I think you have to know like oh well that road is under construction I can't go down that road I mean the people know until he got right up there and then there's nowhere to go yeah I mean look you can't fit down that street you could there there's no other option there's cars behind I don't know what you do I mean I'm forced to close the roadway though right yes it's probably the douchebags are the construction people the city people that didn't close the road or there is an adequate signage along the way letting everyone know like hey there's no way you're getting through here we just built two pits in the road they didn't put the cement all the way up like they just it's horrible terrible I don't know why they didn't like they clearly we're just
going to make a cement pile and then what poor just road material over top of it yeah South Philadelphia people are the construction people are city people are the douchebags well it's not yes there's blame to go around but but the bus driver I guess could have got the couple of guys and we're like don't worry we'll know yeah the price to it have been furious you believe you could have drove at tank well you could you could have drove at tank even with this I feel like the bus driver they had to move that one sign over just a bit he could have got through I think so too or those posts that were there the senior blockers I this I don't know why this lady was live on TikTok it seems like the most boring live TikTok ever she was just working at a food stand selling stuff just going live okay but when a guy came up to buy food instead said oh I'll also take your money and that goal chain oh damn it was all caught on her it's a great livestream if you can make it happen if you can make it happen which she did somewhere around here it's a good
livestream if we can see it I really called them out quite a big mouth over there I thought it was a little funny yeah I thought it was just a little funny here's the story on it here take a listen finally take a listen also tonight caught in the act a brazen robbery happening live on social media a woman was selling food at a table outside an apartment complex when a man came up ordered food then demanded her money even the chain around her neck it was all captured on the woman's cell phone camera as she was live streaming to TikTok any other release spoke with the woman she joins us live tonight and ELE well that's right the woman tells me she just started using TikTok maybe a days a prior to the robbery she says she feels fortunate she wasn't injured for the last four years today so has gotten up every morning at 4 a.m. to sell food outside this
apartment complex in southeast Houston but last week she says a man approached her with a gun and robbed her she says it's difficult to stop thinking about what could have happened and thanks God she survived without being seriously injured she says she was fortunate to have her phone recording this must hope that you can hear the man tell her this was a robbery demanding money he threatens to shoot her if she tries to do anything it is how then points towards her phone trying to let him know she was live streaming but she says the suspect doesn't care and she tells me she was just in shock she said she didn't know what to do nothing like this had ever happened to her then the suspect asked for her gold chain she said she was even more afraid she was afraid he would kill her because she didn't have anything else to give him the man eventually took off running and
jumped into a car but the rest was left shaken traumatized she called police a few days after the incident they made a rest HPD investigators arrested the old Castillo now he charges this is an old much out of him she says she's afraid and has not been selling food since the robbery she's worried someone could come along and rob her again but also look like your license for selling oh I don't think you're going to find it I also have a floor pot I think I think she ended up about a 20 she had been out there at 4 a.m. like you saw the cash that she handed over that wasn't a hundred dollar bill she's been doing it for a while like what they say a year or something yeah but yeah that day she got that day the sun still not up yeah those containers are empty right are those pre-packaged probably packaged doesn't sell food safe
I guess people have been buying it is what I'm saying yeah she's been doing it for a year yeah she wouldn't be standing out there better early yeah it's amazing people do livestream stuff like real boring stuff they'll come across live people and like kitchens just working telling you if you have a job I'm surprised Chuck doesn't watch for channel I just haven't found it yet and I have a bit of a language barrier okay pasa yeah I'm like telly moondah what is happening I think she's being robbed telly moondah run everything is tell a moondah that's the only word I know I would watch that you trying to figure out telly moondah Spanish speaking TV telly moondah he's got to do no no he just was buying a breakfast sandwich oh telly moondah sell it to him sell it oh he didn't really run away either he just come no he's a little
rock you can't take his breakfast to go take my breakfast you don't want to run too fast with that take your money I don't know I don't know what she sells yeah I don't know either suit suit breakfast suit don't you feel like it's like uh what is that eggs and meat egg sausage yeah I was able to save all the things you'd be down there to be Dave on their livestream in that hot wavels ranch house please extra hot sauce yeah hot sauce suit salsa verde mmm we may know yeah yeah oh yes yeah you see me every day on the lives yeah back again what up consuela I mean I would be thrilled to find someone who made like
delicious authentic you know Mexican food not maybe with a little maybe not just laying out maybe more food safety yeah yes I don't like floor pods I don't know what that is we're not sure whatever's in it is not at the right temperature you're right okay you're right we'll take a break when we come back in just a moment here on Dave and Chuck the freak why is a woman ranting about cloping oh a 12 year old bird caller goes viral why will this kid never get laid and any criminal of the day still to come previously on Dave and Chuck the freak a stunned dude had a kangaroo break into his house and had to lock him in a bathroom we just hear a big bang it's a big kangaroo outside a bedroom kangaroo jump for this window we're good for the curtains once it's trying to get a murder scene yeah look at the damage that kangaroo did in that bathroom ripped the toilet apart oh yeah kangaroos are cool but you just don't want to actually see one they'll kick your guts right out of your
butthole and they got claws they'll open you right up I've always heard that about kangaroos and getting the guts kicked out of them he's Dave and Chuck the freak Dave and Chuck the freak and Dave and Chuck the freak comes thank you for the you on Dave and Chuck the freak here's a little one one hey here's a 12 year old bird caller that's going viral okay he can mimic over a hundred bird calls I'm wondering if this is the 11 year old that we checked in the last year it is time now for our last call and we're talking about a bird call and a young boy going viral on social media for it he's known as Sam of the bird caller Samuel Henderson is 12 years old he went viral after video surface of his bird call impressions at a school talent show and listen to this he says he can mimic more than a
hundred bird calls take a look yeah we like to check in on a month's year he hasn't he hasn't he hasn't really got sexier someone met in the ladies yeah well yeah cuz I'm no ever doing no he's not Sam the bird caller is joining me now Sam I've been excited about this interview all day thank you very much for joining us it's great to see you having me absolutely so if I close my eyes and I listen to you there it sounds like a real bird what you're doing there so talk to me about when you first learned you had the ability to mimic birds so when I was in the zoo I what's the story? oh okay that's where we'll leave it there so good he's still calling
yeah but you're later we'll check in him when at least 13 more it'll check in next year I'm using third time we'll forget all about it because you're more of the calls I mean yeah well we heard that last year we heard all right calls yeah oh Sam he's got a few more ticks in last year yeah I think it's getting worse guys we wish him the best we do wish him the best if you worked in retail or food service you realized at some point that your work schedule takes president so your personal life like you can eat and sleep when your job doesn't need you a woman is going viral on social media calling out her workplace for their so called clopin shifts where you work a full day until closing at nine 10 or 11 at night then you're expected to show up the next morning for open clopin clopin they were tough I've done those shifts oh yeah at the bar for sure she says she's frequently scheduled for clopin shifts but the managers who make the schedules would never do that themselves no she said why do you think I'd
want to sit up here clean the whole store set up for the morning and then stay until closed and turn around get a couple hours sleep and come right back do you think I want to clopin I do not want to clopin no one wants to clopin but it's part of the deal it's part of the deal right it's just part of the deal it's just shifts you get I mean it depends on the state and there's certain labor laws where you have to have a minimum amount of hours between shifts I don't know if you know this but some people don't care about some people don't care you're like your job oh you're going to complain about the hours you're going to clopin some people also like to do the oh I did it so I'm going to do it to you oh sure yeah yeah you know I think the worst shift I ever had in radio was a split shift where I did morning traffic yeah you know from six a.m. to nine and I went to sleep for a couple hours then after I'm gonna drive traffic from three p.m. to seven p.m.
like we have to get rid of this oh yeah I had to get rid of it like we need to talk we have to get rid of this split shift on easy rock 97 three oh wow was that when you were Scott Stevens no that was like early early okay yeah covering for someone for a couple of weeks yeah he had to hide himself in cognito yeah it was the worst though because I live so far away it wasn't worth me going oh you just had to let's just drive around that's bad I was right down the street that's not bad it would have taken me an hour and a half to get back in then an hour and a half no so no basically I just worked all day I slept in a food court once I was so tired I just like I did what you had to do you make it here day that's true and he's looking at it you have to look at it and paint off look are we streaming probably no wow we're gonna make it dream we do come true do that's a gratitude nice nice wow
look at those windows oh beautiful mmm cool I'm gonna clean our signers oh oh don't point that out I'm pretty good at looking at them prince anyway lucky lucky but put in the work put in the work yeah do those put my foot on there today your footprint I'm gonna put a good time and I'm gonna put my footprint right there I gotta get my hair jump there don't you shall he's gonna hurt himself he's gonna pull his growing put your cheeks on it but you know he'll fall out the chair and die yeah I need a ladder I'm not putting his butt cheeks on our it was worth it how did the show end that's yeah I'm trying to put his butt cheeks on our sign fell hit his head gone I need a ladder dead don't ask questions I need a ladder he's a bunner what do you do and but's hanging out he's dead on the floor the worst I didn't say I would have turned in his ass
just leave it out I'd be dying but I'd be like James look Tucker you all chucked you die a red yeah but looking for him inside side I die read on the side yeah that's it he have to you know he would he's always got one in the chamber if he can't control it no once you die it all comes out yeah it's all coming out the guy was watching yeah you guys don't want me to die here no exactly you didn't be that upset but just you know just don't want to we to go I know I know you're butt pants on a work sign it's so stupid terrible image so dumb his pants have dollars you get on that chair Chuck you'll tell yourself no you're asked won't make it from that table to the so yeah yeah no you'll tell you die good dumb way to dumbest way to get down
and then you just because he wants me to go hope with our butt on the sign that's it that's how we died no he's gonna die don't do it gotta die get off the chair idiot Jesus oh man I bet that chair over there will support me we'll take a break when we come back in just a moment our idiot criminal of the day why did a note he wrote not age well okay we will explain you're also gonna figure it out I will determine it and we'll come right back and figure it out together perfect David Chuck the freak perfect previously on Dave and Chuck the freak every once in a while as a dad you take a photo and you're like geez what am I doing I took one on our vacation where I had my arm up a little bit and then when the photo came back I looked quite a feminine but you're all sassy with it I looked a little sassy with it I looked a bit sassy like a little sassy dad just a gay dad

the freak.com he was dealing some drugs and journaling on the side kind of manifesting if you will okay because in one of his journals he wrote no police will come to me no police will come to me very nice over and over again okay oh but they did oh they came to have a swat team busted through the door and seized 849 grams of fentanyl enough for over 400 thousand doses whoa he also had a kilo of meth 1.3 kilos of powder cocaine 57 grams of crack cocaine 14 grams of marijuana 12,000 in cash and several journals wow I love his journal nice try like a holistic way I guess it doesn't work though it does not work doesn't work
when the cops read that entry in his journal they responded with not how that works yeah obviously he's facing a crap load of charges but they have not released the complete list yeah they're still trying to tell you it all up yeah good guy to know if you're looking for all the drugs I mean he's got everything you need one stop shop them all scary though I think he should now be writing no one should get in my butt in prison oh my god we'll try I mean it didn't work so try something else try something else that is not going to work you're right try something else you're not a good manifesto no go check him out again Dave and Chuck the freak.com that's going to do it for us here on this Wednesday stay safe and we'll talk to you next time on David Chuck the freak.
