About this episode

Vegas pegs the Vikings at just 8.5 wins for 2026, but insiders say that’s way too low—thanks to a rising defense led by promising rookies in the secondary. The QB spot remains up in the air, with Kyler Murray likely to start but J.J. McCarthy ready to step in if needed, possibly becoming the franchise QB. Blake Cashman is quietly the most undervalued player, projected as a top tackler if healthy. Dallas Turner’s breakout is validating the trade for Greenard, and the 2026 draft class—especially Jacobe Thomas and Charles Demmings—is shaping up as one of the best in a decade. Meanwhile, the 2022 draft class? A complete bust. The Vikings’ ceiling might be higher than the odds suggest.
