About this episode
Today is a very special milestone for The World Vegan Travel Podcast—this is our 250th episode! We’re so grateful to every guest who has shared their story and to every listener who has joined us along the way. We couldn’t be happier to mark the occasion with today’s guest, Kim Kessler.
Kim is the founder of KIPR Global, a public relations and wellness consulting agency specializing in luxury hotels, villas and travel destinations. She has been vegan since the age of 15 and brings more than 20 years of experience in luxury travel and hospitality.
In today’s episode, Kim shares how she encourages luxury hotels to improve their vegan offerings, including her work with the Four Seasons. We also talk about navigating vegan food in Mexico and Greece, some of her favorite vegan restaurants and hotels around the world, and the vegan yoga and cacao retreats she hosts in Careyes, Mexico. Kim also introduces us to several fascinating hotels that could inspire future podcast conversations.
There are a lot of destinations, hotels, restaurants and resources mentioned in this episode, so be sure to visit the show notes and accompanying blog post for all the details.
