Many years and is your family into those super satisfying videos where a hydraulic press machine squishes everyday objects? Is your kids dream of doing this on their own at home? Well, what if they could? But safely and all in the name of science. Introducing The Crunchinator! From Crunch Labs and former NASA engineer Mark Rober, the crunchinator puts the power of the hydraulic press into kids' own hands. They just crank the handle and watch the wow as it crunches, smushes, squeezes, and hop. And I should note that the crunchinator is not just about smashing stuff. You're also seeing how mechanical force can turn into some serious crushing power. So grab something you don't mind getting smushed and get ready to discover the science of the squeeze.

Crunch Labs, the crunchinator by Mark Rober, available at all major retailers. And now for everyone's second favorite game show after finding a spider in your kitchen, it's Two Wots and the Wouw! With your hosts, Mindy and Die Wouw! Hello and welcome to Two Wots and the Wouw! The scientific game show that separates the Wouw's from the Wots and the category or theme for today is Spiders! Now that we know the theme, Mindy, why don't you refresh our contestants on how the game works? You know what, GuyRaws?

Walsers in each of our three rounds today, GuyRaws and I will present you with three scientific statements about Spiders. But, and this is a big but, only one of those statements will be a true Wouw! The other two, just a couple of made up WAAAAAAA! In each round, if you guess correctly, congratulations, you win a point. But if you guess incorrectly, you must stop, drop, and do a ridiculous physical challenge. Alright, everyone ready to get this show going? Great, then let's get to it! Okay, round one. Which of the following statements is a true scientific Wouw? Is it A? Spider webs have been used to make violin strings. Or is it B? Grammog gene forest has a pet spider named Charlotte. Or is it C? All spiders can swim.

When you think you have the correct answer, link with your eight eyes. Let's give you a few seconds to think on it. Reggie, cue the thinking music. And time is up! Let's now reveal the winning Wouw! And do you just that? It's Adeline from Colorado. Adeline? Tell us. What's the winning Wouw? Hi, my violin the world is that people used to make violin strings with spider webs. Winner winner, violin strings for dinner! Thank you, Adeline! Contestants, if you guessed the answer A, that spider webs have been used to make violin strings. Well, congratulations, you found the winning Wouw! Oh, that's music to my ears, Gairaz. It's true. A researcher from Japan named Dr. Osaki

twisted thousands of spider silk threads together, creating very tightly packed strings with virtually no space in between them. Not only were these spider strings creating music, apparently some professional violinists actually preferred the tone or sound of the strings made from spider silk to the traditional violin strings. Now, if you did not get the answer correct, you must stop, drop, and play us some air violin. Okay, time for round two. Which of the following statements is a true scientific Wouw? Is it A? Jumping spiders could jump over the length of a pickup truck. Or is it B? Most spiders have excellent night vision. Or is it C? A slingshot spider accelerates 100 times faster than a cheetah.

Lots to think about here. When you think you have the correct answer, try saying cheetah 100 times fast. And time is up. And joining us by phone, it's Joaquin from Maryland with our winning Wouw. I'm a mean guy, Ross. My Wouw is the slingshot spider could accelerate 100 times faster than a cheetah. Winner of the Wouw is the first time in a row. The winner of the Wouw is the first time in a row. The winner of the Wouw is the first time in a row. Winner wins the slingshot for dinner. Thank you, Joaquin. Bowser's, if you guessed, see that a slingshot spider accelerates 100 times faster than a cheetah. Congratulations, you found the winning Wouw. Those speedy spiders, that's right, Guy Ross. Slingshot spiders have enough energy to accelerate over 3000 feet per second squared.

Not only does that mean that they can accelerate 100 times faster than a cheetah, but these rapid arachnids can also withstand G-forces of about 130. Whereas fighter pilots can only withstand 9 Gs. I beg grandma, G-forces can withstand a little more than that, Guy Ross. Now, if you did not get that answer correct, you must stop, drop, and clear out the cobwebs. And now, it's time to take a moment to thank our sponsors. Today's show is brought to you by Spiderman Space, the world's first web designing website, Power by Spiders. Making the web designing process as smooth as silk, you will be caught up in how much you love your new website. Well, thank you, Spiderman Space. Now let's take a quick break and hear some other important messages for Grownups.

Welcome back to Two Wuts and a Wow! The scientific game show that separates the wows from the world! And now onto our final round of questions, round three. Which of the following statements is a true scientific wow? Is it A? There is a peacock spider species called Sparkle Muffin. Or is it B? The longest living spider lived for 93 years.

Or is it C? Spiders love to sing! Take a second to think this over, and when you think you have the correct answer, sing Itsy Bitsy Spider backwards. And time is up, and joining us by phone with the answer is Kormak from Idaho. Kormak, please tell us the winning wow. Peacock spider in South Australia, and the name of the species is Sparkle Muffin. Winter winners Sparkle Muffins for dinner! That's right, Kormak! Wowsers, if you guessed A, that there's a peacock spider species called

Sparkle Muffin. Congratulations, you found the winning wow! I couldn't have named it better myself. This peacock spider species is tiny but adorable! At just a quarter of an inch long, Sparkle Muffin spiders are known for their bright striped colors. And the male Sparkle Muffins use some flashy dance moves to help them find their mates. Now, if you did not get that answer correct, you must stop, drop, and add some sparkles to the nearest muffin. What was that? Oh, Guy Roz, that sound can mean only one thing! Either a spaceship is landed or Dennis is trying to play the kazoo again? It really does sound like a spaceship, huh? Anywho, I think that sound means this time for today's winning wowsers prize! All of our winning wowsers today will receive their very own corn on the cobwebs! Wait, what?

Just like the side dish you know and love, now spun with a little extra silk and a dash of crawling critters. Oh, byer away!
