Totally Extra: The very talented Mr Rijkaard

Jimbo is joined by Duncan Alexander, Michael Cox and special guest Simon Kuper to celebrate Frank Rijkaard.

Technically gifted, Rijkaard could play anywhere on the pitch and was the gel in two of the greatest ever club sides at Milan and Ajax, winning 7 league titles and 3 Champions Leagues.

He helped the Netherlands to win Euro 88 alongside Van Basten and Gullit, but despite being a quiet understated man, is ironically best known for spitting in Rudi Voller's mullet at Italia 90.

As a manager he combined his Dutch 'Total Football' roots with some steely defensiveness picked up in Italy and helped return Barcelona back to their former glory.

But since managing in Saudi back in 2013 he's barely been seen, so what happened to Frank Rijkaard?
