Nu half Nederland de zomervakantie voor de deur heeft staan leek het ons leuk om eens wat populaire vakantiebestemmingen onder de loep te nemen. Want zon, zee en strand zijn fijn, maar je wil natuurlijk niet dat ene stadion of voetbalrestaurant in de buurt gemist hebben. Jean-Paul, Sjoerd en Bart reizen af naar Italië, naar een regio waar ze 'la dolce vita' zo ongeveer hebben uitgevonden. Waar je struikelt over pittoreske dorpspleintjes met fijne restaurantjes, maar waar het ook barst van de klassieke stadions en roemruchte voetbalclubs: Toscane.
