Titans Strengthen Offense, Defense with Daboll's Familiar Faces

Center Austin Schlotman just agreed to a two-year deal worth up to $9 million, with $3.5 million guaranteed. This move strengthens the line ahead of sophomore quarterback, Cam Ward. Earlier this week, the Titans added more familiar faces, including quarterback Mitch Trebuski from Daybol's Buffalo days, wide receiver Wandaile. Robinson and Titan Daniel Belinger from his New York Giants Stint. On defense, they signed former Kansas City Chiefs Cornerback, Josh Williams, to a two-year contract. Fans and analysts see this as a smart way to protect Ward, who took 55 sacks last season due to a week offensive line. The previous center, Lloyd Kushenberry III, ranked low in run blocking, but Schlotman graded much higher, fourth in pass blocking, and 13th in run blocking. With the most cap space in the league, Tennessee also grabbed cornerbacks Alan Tye Taylor and Cordell Flott to rebuild their secondary.
