It's too much. But I just figured theory was easier for a member. Anyway, you just email lots of things at atamitchard.com.au. And dot com, they go through as well. I mean, not all the don't just make up things at because those things will bounce. I'm telling you for free. Although, why not bounce? I just go to nowhere and no one will ever see them. Anyway, Carl, who has emailed me at atamitchard.com.au. Says, uh, as someone who wears their heart on their sleeve, that's a weird expression. We all know what it means. I wonder where it came from. Oh, dear, another tangent excursion. I do not know where it comes from. Wearing your heart on your sleeve. That is something to look up, Carl. Why don't I read these emails ahead of time? I could have just come in here with a whole explanation.

6:18But this isn't QI and I don't have any elves. Um, I do love the QI elves. Like, it's such a fun thing. If I've worked on another quiz show, I'm going to, I'm going to create an elf factory. We may keep some social content. I probably won't be working on another quiz show in a hurry. As somebody wears their heart on their sleeve, it must have been a little difficult to let us know about becoming single. Don't bring it up, Carl. I can't do it. No, I'm fine with that. Um, where is this small community you have fostered? I'll with you. Thank you, Carl. It's very, very, very sweet. And look, I appreciate it. It's, it's, uh, yeah. It's kind of, it's been difficult. And, you know, it's still an ongoing unfolding situation. So I can't really talk about it that much. But also because I don't know how I feel. You know, am I angry? Am I sad?

7:19You know, those things change. Because you're kind of going through a grieving process. While you're also going through this kind of, uh, administrative year. As I call it, um, of trying to sort out, uh, living arrangements. And I need to find more work. I'm doing gigs and things. Um, but also, you know, there's just logistics and it's, it's a lot. Uh, and I'm 55 years old. So I have accumulated a lot of things in a relationship that's been going for 12 years. So I don't even know what's going on with any of that. So, you know, and when still friends, it's not like it's, you know, there's any sort of, uh, hideous, uh, animosity going on. Not yet. I have been, I've been being really bitchy this way. I can't, I was out with some friends the other night. And the youngest of us, there were like five or six of us in it.

8:20Uh, we're just out having dinner. It was a bunch of Doctor Hoof, I've got Doctor Hoof friends. Believe it or not, I've got Doctor Hoof friends in Sydney. There's enough middle-aged gay men that I know who are into Doctor Hoof that we can sometimes hang out at a thing. Um, anyway, we are, we're having dinner. And the youngest of us made a joke about being a twink. I just went, I don't think it's as dark in here as you think it is. And then we all laughed. And then I said it to someone else because I was so impressed with it. And it just kept going. And we were just being, we're being bitchy in a way that's fun. Like camp, bitchiness amongst gay men is, I know it seems negative, but there's something. I don't know if it's because we are exercising a muscle that's been often used against us in a really pejorative and nasty way. Um, but people just say flat out horrible things. Whereas if you, if you're a drag race watcher or one of those, you know about

9:22going to the library and getting red. And there is a level of creativity and, uh, yeah, there's, I kind of love bitchiness for bitchy's sake as opposed to just being flat out negative and angry and furious and yelling. Um, yeah, I don't, I don't know where I, yeah, where it goes on the scale of, you know, I really do take a lot on board from what Hannah Gatsby said in their special Nanette about being drenched in shame and being the first to, uh, you know, make fun of yourself. Um, but yeah, it's, uh, it's, it's kind of on the, the borderline. Anyway, everyone's being so horrible about being gay at the moment that I'm just reveling in spending time with my brethren as much as I can. Um, before we all get thrown in the gulag by the red headed dictator. Um, it might happen, you know, it's just, um, I'm not surprised by anything that's happening

10:26in the world at the moment. Uh, the New South Wales police are raiding gay bars up and down Oxford Street and I completely expect to be caught up in one of these things one day. Not that ideal drugs or anything or do anything that is even vaguely illegal, but I don't think the police care about that. Like they did a, they did a raid recently on a bunch of clubs and said they had intelligence that there was drug things going on. And I'm like, and you didn't raid the big dance parties that were on because there were two big dance parties on that same weekend and they didn't go near them. So what kind of intelligence are they getting? Is the intelligence there are gay people on that one street? Because I can tell you that's that's not intelligence. That is common sense. It's gay bars on that street. All the police intelligence.
