Hi, this is Laila and Dad. And today we're going to read another great story in this story. It's called The Magic Bunny. I think this is a story that Laila can read. Do you think that? Yeah. I think that will be great. We are going to read The Magic Bunny because we had a super lovely email from Stephanie and she said, Hi Laila and Dad, I hope you are having a nice summer. We did have a nice summer, didn't we? It was incredible. The sun did not stop shining. We love listening to you in the car and before bed. We hope you can read Olivia's request. Thank you from Olivia's mummy Stephanie. Shall we hear the voice message? Yes, we should. Do you know these guys live in Singapore? Which is... Maybe they do.

But these just incredible to know that anyone in that part of the world might listen to us. Shall we hear what they've got to say? Yes. Hi Laila and Dad. I am Olivia. I am six years old. I was from Singapore. I love listening to you every night. Every night because Laila is so funny. Please read the magic bunny. Thank you. You are so funny. My pedicons are very huge. Wow, that's such an amazing message. Thank you. Do you want to read the magic bunny? Yes. Shall we read the magic bunny? Yes. I think you should read this. Thank you so much to Olivia for that. That's such a lovely message to have from someone so far away. And I love that we connect everybody around the world from all sorts of different places. What if there was just a portal?

Like... Just a portal. A portal, just a portal. And what everybody that listens we could all be in the same place. Like, and then you could just say where you wanted to go. Where you wanted to go. But then you would have like every single thing that you did. One day. That might be real. I don't think you could. You might do. No. You could just get 3,000 people. 3,708. Every single person in the world. It's gone from 3,700 to everybody in the world. To dig from one place. Dig every continent. Like, dig downwards. Do you think everybody would meet? Dig downwards. But there was tunnels to every single place. That's a good question. If everybody in the world dug downwards, would we all reach the middle?

It's kind of like Minecraft, the world. I knew. I knew you were going to bring Minecraft in. You love Minecraft at the moment, don't you? Yeah, but I wish the world was creative mode. The world should be creative mode and the world should just be nice and relaxing like Minecraft is. Anyway. Unless you were in a verbal mode and you get in lava and then loads of zombies. No. Shall we? We've got distracted. Stractive. Shall we read the magic bunny? Yes. What do we say? Let's read. I think you should read this. Are you ready? Yeah. What is on the front of this lovely book? It's a little tiny. Wow, sorry. It's a little tiny magic bunny, I think. It's magic. And then it's got, it's poking up from a little... It's a rhyming book of you go. Deep in the night when your eyes are shut.

When you drink. All your bottle. And your safely tucked up. Here's no blanket on. Oh no, she doesn't. Maybe she's sleeping somewhere warm. You might think that bunny does just the same. Snoring big and loud like an old steam dream. That's like you that is snoring. I don't, my mom smells like a bear. You also do. Do you know what you do? Or talk, you know sleep? I do. What did you say? You know, when we were in the car the other day. And you never thought of sleeping the car anymore.

But you said something in the car. You fell asleep in the car. And you said something like, no, no, no, the wrong one. I said that on purpose. Yeah, right. You were asleep. No, I did not know. I did actually say that on purpose. Did you? Yeah. Because you were in a dream. No. Oh, okay. I was awake and I was pretending with you. You were asleep. But you have in the past you've said stuff like, who? Who? Who's going to collect me or something in your sleep? Who's going to be my mitten? Yes. You were lying asleep and you said, who's going to be my mitten? Whatever dream you were having sounded fun. What's happening on this page? This bunny looks like he's trapped. What's happening? He's also. When I talk to my sleep, there's nothing to do with what I'm dreaming about. Who knows? We don't know what you're dreaming about.

It's because I was dreaming about a heart like a crocheted heart being said together. Oh, okay. But when you close your eyes, there's no need a fright for you. For a fright because bunny's job is to keep you safe at night. Is that a boy or a girl? It doesn't matter. It could be either. When mummy has kissed you on your sweet head, bunny takes over to guard you in bed. Oh, looks like it has a bunny. The bunny in the picture looks like it has a bottom on his belly because there's a big

line down there. And the liner is giggling away. It isn't scared of a bump or a noise or a creek because bunny is brave and won't dare go to sleep. He will rub your head and sing you a song. He knows your mummy will be in before very long. She will throw open the curtains and greet you good morning. That's when bunny gets tired and starts his big yearning.

It is tiring keeping your safe at night, keeping you safe at night, making sure you sleep well and are tucked up at night. So when you jump up and from your bed you leap, bunny lies down and like you. And now you like you now falls fast asleep. So I think he sleeps in the daytime? Yes, he's nocturnal. The, sorry you have to do it. The, in, I get to do the end. That was the magic bunny, read by the magical liner for Olivia in Singapore and that is incredible to know that anyone's listening so far away.

That was good reading miss. I thought you thought some of that book was quite funny didn't you? Yeah and when I was talking about Minecraft for your dug down we wouldn't be able to get back up again. That is very true, we'd all be stuck. But if we made some stairs up, then what? There is always more to learn about definite. What do we save for anyone who might have listened to the magic bunny? Thanks for listening, bye! Thank you.
