It's March 13th. Let's get into entertainment and celebrity news. Even though Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson had to leave Royal Lodge, their daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie still hold on to homes. Inside the Royal Palaces, a report from earlier this week in the Times revealed that Beatrice, who was 37, has an apartment at St. James's Palace while 35-year-old Eugenie occupies the three-bedroom Ivy Cottage at Kensington Palace. These spots serve as their second homes under a rental agreement. The deal dates back to arrangements made by their father, Andrew, to give them a base within the Royal Properties. They pay and undisclose the amount in rent each year, though it's not clear if Andrew still covers it like he reportedly did before. Back when the family lived their Royal Lodge, the Yorks paid next to nothing for that big estate. Beatrice mainly lives in Oxfordshire, with her husband Iduardo Mapelli-Mazzi, and Eugenie is based in Portugal alongside her husband Jack Brooksbank. The spotlight has shifted to Andrew, who at 66 was stripped of his Royal duties last

year by King Charles III and now resides on the Sanderingham estate. On February 19, Tems Valley Police arrested Andrew there on suspicion of misconduct in public office. The case ties back to claims he shared confidential trade info from a 2010 Southeast Asia trip with the late Jeffrey Epstein, whom he has long. To not any wrongdoing with, King Charles, who is 77, quickly voiced full support for the authorities through Buckingham Palace, promising the Royal Family's complete, cooperation as the investigation continues.
