Our nation has always counted on us to win, to fight for what better could be, to secure our future together. We are Marines. We were made for this. You and James Comey, you know, DOJ, sought input on Comey case from the Tory Semitable Gravano defence says, if you can go a little bit lower, you know, less than a month ago, the FBI director James Comey's indictment earlier this year, prosecutors sought the assistant of the notorious Ganks or Semitable Gravano to build their case against him. His defence lawyers, alleged and accord filing on Tuesday prosecutor and FBI agent Legend of the interview Gravano to understand if Comey's experience prosecuting the Gambino family in the 1990s would have let him to believe that the term 86 was a reference to murder or violence, a federal grand jury and died at Comey on two charges in April. For posting the picture on his Instagram account of C-shells spelling 86, 47 Gravano who confessed to his involvement of 19 murders,

including those of his best friends and his brother-in-law, before cooperating with prosecutors told the prosecutor and FBI agent that he did not interpret Comey's 86, 47 C-shells post to be personal threat to President Trump according to his defence lawyers. Is this story true that they call you, that they reach out to you? Well, I do have a lawyer and I'm not going to answer a lot of questions with this, but like you said, we do have a relationship. Yes, did they call me? Yes. I'm not going to talk in depth of it, but I sat in my house one day, my phone rang, a woman said, is this Semitable? And I said, yeah, who's this? And she says, I'm the FBI. I want to talk to you. So I said, before you go any further, you know I'm on parole. If you're an FBI agent, you must know I'm on parole. Yes, we know.

Well, my instructions were my parole officers that I don't answer any questions with cops, FBI or anybody, unless I talk with them and they say it's okay for me to talk. So if you do me a favor, I don't know who you want, I don't know if you're FBI, I don't know if you're a newswoman trying to get under my skin or whatever the fuck it is, but call my FBI, my FBI parole officers. And if they talk to me, I'll maybe talk to you. So I'm going to hang up on you. I'm not going to be abusive and hang up on what all do respect. I'm going to hang up and I'm not going to make any comments to you. So if that's what I told you, FBI, I don't know. That's funny. Got it. Well, let me ask the question. And if I'm called there, I'm already telling them I'd not think I'll give you a little bit. If I'm not subpoenaed, I'm not going. I'm not, you know, I'm just not doing it. If I'm subpoenaed and I have to go because of my parole, I'll go and we'll take it from there.

The Italian mafia that the mob ever use the word 86 was that like a terminology would use or not really. Well, you know, I know, you know, I had a dish of fucking rigatoning one time. I said, well, 86 this get it away from 86 means to me. Get rid of it. Whenever it is, get rid of it. 86. But does it mean kill or does 86 mean get rid? Could it be translated as kill? Now anybody who said the says Patrick is dumb is fucking crazy because look at it with these doing. He's trying to make me talk. I'm asking you a question about eight. You're math. I'm trying to get better at math. Yes, well, here, here's what I'm going to tell you. I'm going to tell you this. I know your math guys. Yeah. Now if got for bit, I'm going to use you as a example. Sure. The guy calls me up. We're going to 86 Patrick with David. I would hang up and I would say they're going to kill Patrick. Got it. I mean, what else could it mean?

It's, you know, everybody everybody in the country, I think knows what 86 something means. So they know what's that. Now as a gangster, did I use 86 if I was going to kill some money? No, because I think any more on what I understand. I'm going to kill. I'm going to 86 Patrick. Oh, so he would send me said he's going to try to kill Patrick. So I don't know all this goblet group, you know, what they're talking about or what all he's charged about. I didn't get all any of that information. Now his lawyer must have got some information from them saying that I'm going to be on trial or be called. And so I remember I remember when we spoke with me and Michael, Michael used the phrase baloney. And I'll never forget you said, who uses that word?

This is why I wonder because I don't know the language on how you guys speak. I'm not in the life. I've just spent a lot of time with you. You're like, who says baloney? Nobody says baloney. Do you remember that exchange? It was one of the funny moments of that. There was a few of them. Oh, yeah, what do you tell me? I mean, that's baloney. Oh, what the fuck uses that. We're both good with Michael. Michael was here. I know you got a relationship with him as well. But that was something. I mean, he said baloney for time. I remember that. So, okay. So 86. By the way, did you ever have any dealings with call me back in the days? Did you ever do anything with call me back in the days or no? I mean, I told you this guy's brilliant. Yes, I did. There was a case. Yes, it go 90s 2000. 80s. We stopped in over there. You know, I, you know, look at him. Here he is. He's already pulling it up. I mean, you know, it's fascinating to me. I'm not saying what he did. But I mean, if he took 86.

47 in C shells took a picture of it and put it out for the world to see. That's about as stupid as you couldn't do. I mean, first of all, the president you're talking about had three attempts on his life. And now this every screwball in the world, maybe not me or other guys, I don't know. But would look at that. And, you know, from a high official, it's like, I got a license. Let me go kill Trump. So I don't know what his actual charges and what the FBI were pretty go on me. I'm waiting to hear. Have you ever been in the same room together? Yeah, you have in the 90s. Yeah. So he was he one of the guys that when you cooperated, he was in the room questioning all of that or no?

What do you mean question? Was he one of the guys in the room when you eventually decided that I'm done. I'm leaving the life. And I'm going to go corporate. Was he one of the? No, I don't think he's in there. But I was on a couple of trials that was your heavyweight, even in the 80s and the 90s. Like, there's a somebody you knew that this is disguise. Oh, yeah, he was, what was he? It was a head FBI guy. He was a head, well, some sort of attorney general. He was powerful. Yeah, he was a young assistant to US attorney in Southern District of New York. He worked on organized organics, trying prosecutions of all the Gambino family. Sammie, Gervano had become the government star cooperating with us and turned on God. He was part of federal prosecution effort against Gambino figures, although he was not the lead prosecutor in the famous God, he trial. Interesting. No, he wasn't the lead. He was. But I had a couple of trials. I ate nine trials. So one of them, he was.

He was one of them. Was he strong? Did you get a vibe of a, you know, formidable guy or? Oh, he was a strong guy. Yeah. Yeah. He wasn't a weak guy. He was strong. Did God know of him? Like, did God know who he was or not really? I don't know. I don't know if God he knew him. I don't know if I knew him before the God he arrest. I mean, I don't remember. I don't know. Well, you've been in the same room with Comey before. Absolutely. Multiple times. Yes. Dinner, playing cards, dominoes, chess. No. What was the occasion? I can't tell you. Ripped. A case. A case. I mean. So more than five times. More than ten times. No, he can't talk. No. I take the fifth. Really? I'm going to do a Fauci today. Fauci. But Fauci pleaded the fifth. 111 times. Yeah. So it says this. I mean, that's a disgrace. This guy. It is. Yeah. Oh my God. Yeah.

This guy killed millions of people. And make it away with it. I can't see how he's going to get away with it. You saw what they're doing. The Trump announced today that these removing all the auto pen, you know, his executive orders that Biden did of 92% wasn't signed. It was all auto pen. And if he does that, Rand Paul is going for Fauci. Rand Paul wants to get him. I think there's more than them. I mean, listen, it's so obvious that I can talk about. It's so obvious what he did. It's really disgusting. You really got me curious with this Comey thing. Yeah. Really? He never told you the story. He's what I do. If I go down and I cooperate and I'm in this trial, you call me down. I'll come and do the first guy. I'll come. No, but what I, what is interesting about this is, are you not able to talk because you're dealing with the FBI right now? Are you not able to talk? Because you don't want to talk about your relationship with Comey from the 90s? Those are two different things.

I got hit both chords. So which one is it more both? So you've never talked about this with Comey though. No, this is she shells. No, not the seashells. Seashells has recent the stuff from the 90s. You've never talked about that. No. No. Now you got me and everybody else watching curious. Yeah. Wow. That's what I do. You think Comey's a nice guy. You think he's a good guy? You know, I don't have an opinion like I don't hate the guy like I want to go down and testify that I don't really don't like him. I don't give a fuck about him if he goes to prison or he stays out of prison or I don't have any kind of grudges with him if that's what you're getting. No, I just think that an intelligent guy.

If this is true, what he did, you know, and I don't know what witnesses they got or what they're doing, they didn't tell me. So I think it's as stupid as you can get. I know I would never use the terminology on a murder or anything like that or attempted murder to use the terminology 86 because I would think that every FBI agent in the world in the country would know what I'm talking about. Unless I was in a restaurant and I didn't want to food, then it's obvious. He don't want to food. He's arguing with the food. The relationship would fowl to you not that it's you guys broke bread. It's not a relationship. It's more about as an AG. Is that fair or was there a relationship between the two of you? I love this guy. You know, what did I say? You got to wait until the end.

He's going on China one October. That's right about the corner. Let's see what happens. Interesting. You know, very scary like a little bit. All of these heavyweights. It's Democrats a lot. You do something and there's going to be a witness. The witness appears. The witness hangs himself for all of these fucking things. You know, I'm expecting someday. I mean, if he's panicking about me, they might be panicking about me and they may say, let's take this motherfucker out. Yeah. If they think I know a lot and I'm going to hurt him, maybe that's what they would want to do. So I would advise them myself.

Make sure you don't miss. Because we'll be talking about you. Because these fucking people are fanatic with this stuff. They really are. And it seems like every time they get some sort of a case who disappears, who gets commits suicide, who falls on a knife, who does this, and who does that? It's dangerous. These people are dangerous people. Yeah. You're almost uncomfortable talking about it. No. I'm not uncomfortable talking about it. And I've fight was. I mean, I'm talking about it. I'm going to be that from subpoena. And we see how it goes. And you know, then you do what you got to do. But in other words, I don't want to add to this explosion. I was under stat now, and then friends of mine are sending me look what they're saying about you.

I got all the another guy who talks about me all the time. Look, he's rat. And I'm not rat. I don't even know what the fuck is going on. You don't know what's going on. I'm rat. How am I rat? It is what you know about Komi. If it came out, would it destroy his reputation? No, I don't know. Does he have a lot of good reputation? Is he got a good reputation? No, no, no, I'm talking about with you from the 80s and 90s. Yeah, but I'm saying the 80s and 90s. Does he have a good reputation? No, but if the stories of what the relationship is with you from the 80s and 90s were to come out, would it affect them negatively? Or would it affect you negatively? I don't know. You know what I learned in this life is that those 12 jurors make up their mind what they're going to do with what they're going to believe and what's going on. I don't know. They may love him. You're going to put 12 Democrats on the stand. They'll love him.

Oh, he was saying this about Trump. Oh, I love him. This is how twisted the country is right now. But I'm talking about the truth because you talk about the truth. If what the relationship of you and him, if that ever leaked with that hurt him or help him, I think you should get him on. Oh, he won't do it. Don't you won't do it. No, he won't do it. Komi, Komi, a lot of these guys, Sammy, they're better off just keeping their mouth shut and disappearing and going to all those fancy dinners. And long Island and you know, the Greenwich and all the stuff that they go to and behind closed doors, they should live that life. The more they open up their mouth, the more they incriminate themselves. These guys, I agree with you. Yeah. And I'm in the same boat. Yeah. It's the same. I get opened up my mouth. I get myself in trouble. Apparently from some of it decks to nights that never need an occasion. Every detail is considered. Every step effortless.
