The Book Club - Wimbledon's Greatest Games with Abi Smith

In the latest episode of The Passing Shot, the tennis podcast by fans, Joel and Kim welcome author Abi Smith on to discuss her latest book ‘Wimbledon’s Greatest Games’ as part of The Passing Shot’s ‘Book Club’ series.

They delve through some of their top picks from the book; from the matches that set records and made history, the matches that featured epic rivalries and individual brilliance and the matches that gave us unique and quirky doubles partnerships.

Whether it’s that classic Federer v Nadal final of 2008, Maria Sharapova storming to the title at AGE 17 or Isner and Mahut breaking the scoreboard with an 11 hour match, Joel, Kim and Abi take a trip down memory lane and share their favourite matches from The Championships (possibly with a glass of Pimm’s in hand).
