About this episode

“We're going to talk about the shooting that happened in Georgia. I so much to talk about and and I just wish that people weren't so ignorant. It's this pure ignorance in this case that has got me losing sleep.”From the transcript

In this episode, I break down the latest developments in the Lindsay Clancy case as the lone holdout juror finally speaks publicly and the defense pushes for an investigation into his conduct. I react to what Michael Desronvil had to say, the defense’s request to examine his phone and messages, and the court’s discussion about what happens next after the mistrial.

Then I dive into the explosive allegations involving seven current and former Cornell students and a former student who has filed a civil lawsuit accusing them of sexual assault. I walk through what she originally told investigators in 2024, the messages that have since surfaced, why prosecutors say charges were not initially brought, and why the case is now being reopened for another investigation.

What's going on ladies and gentlemen ladies welcome back to the office of Ted and Shoe. We're going to talk about the shooting that happened in Georgia. Literally look like it was Afghanistan. The Cornell seven case. I so much to talk about and and I just wish that people weren't so ignorant. That's that's all I'm saying. It's this pure ignorance in this case that has got me losing sleep. And before we get to that, we're going to talk about Lindsey Clancy's trial and the update. The Longer has spoken out. And I want to hear what he has to say. Welcome to the off stage show. Now, everybody in this room to have that same spirit, that same identity, carried in your life. Make sure that you go through life and find your purpose. And we don't do this just to get a pet on the back. We do it because we came here to win. And it starts to understanding that God has a purpose. This is the time to be more bold than ever before. All Americans at the end of the day. We should love one another. We should be focused on what's right for our country. Welcome back. Welcome back. Welcome back. Make sure you like this video,

comment on this video, share this video and make sure you're still subscribed to my YouTube channel. Let's get into this. I want to get right to the topic at hand because really I want to get to the Cornell story. But but before we get there, I want to talk about the Longer that has come out and made a statement. And the crazy thing is is that they painted this man to be a lunatic as if he did something improper when you make the commitment to be a juror. You have to go based on what you see, not what everybody else tells you you need to believe. And I find it very interesting that this man decided to say, I'm going to go off what I see. And if it's if it differentiate between what I see and what everybody else sees so be it. The way our course system works is that if there's a hung jury, the prosecutors can bring another trial. That means that there's new jurors, new opportunity to present the case. I personally understand that women do suffer from postpartum depression.

I do understand that women sometimes have crazy thoughts and sometimes they're overwhelmed and men do not support them at times. But I do understand that some women are just crazy and they had nothing to do with their husband. They're just crazy. And somewhere in the middle is Lindsey Clancy. You would never you'll never convince me that Lindsey Clancy somehow heard a voice that told her everything to do but do herself spontaneously. And whatever voice she needs to she needs to tap in to that voice again. Probably would have helped the defense team. Anyway, Lone jurors spoken out for the first time. Hopefully we can have them on our show at some point. So brother, if you hear it, we'll love to interview you and hear more about your testimony. But here's the clip, Robert. Hi, my name is Michael Peggy. Desmondville also known as the Lone juror. I know the whole focus has been on me.

But we want to reel everything back and put the focus on the three angels that is at hand. The ones that can't speak for themselves, the ones that can't defend themselves and the one that can't fight the battles. And those are Korra, Dawson and Callin. A little bit about me. I want to thank God for my Catholic faith. I want to thank God for blessing me with the ability to love my daughter. And I'm foremost, I would like to thank everyone, every individual that have supported me throughout this difficult situation. You're praying, your emotional support, your psychological support is a tremendous to my heart that I feel that I sense that I know. I do want to thank you for the bottom of my heart. Thank you. All right. Lone jurors spoke. Here's some of the news from the court hearing today.

Shout out to DeVori Darkins. I think we got this clip from him. Roto Clip. The one's Eclancy is back in the courtroom this morning. And the hearing is set to begin with the Plymouth County VA Tim Cruz entering the courthouse moments ago. He didn't say much. He said, we'll see what happens in court. Notably, Kevin Renington, Lindsey Clancy's lawyer on his way into the courthouse did not answer our questions. If you remember during the trial, he would answer all sorts of questions while coming in and leaving the courthouse today. The only question that he actually answered was when I asked him if we can expect him to no longer talk to the media, he said we will see. And this is important because the DA's office filed a motion for a gag order that is expected to be addressed in court today. The DA's office criticized Renington in that gag order request, writing, quote, counsel referred to the holdout juror in ways that ensured that the juror could be publicly identified. Now, we expect to learn more about that gag order request in court here shortly.

And if the Plymouth County DA's office will retry this case and if so under what charges, the court is also expected to address several motions filed by Clancy's defense team. One is a renewed motion for an acquittal. Another is a motion to dismiss the case on grounds of double jeopardy. And a third motion request jury notes and transcripts of sidebar discussions in court. A fourth motion filed by Renington calls for an investigation into the holdout juror, Michael D'Sronville. Which I think is absolutely crazy. There's no way you're going to investigate a guy because you didn't like the decision that he made. That's the point of having 12 jurors. That's the point of having 12 people agree. And that's the point of a hung jury. That mean that 12 people cannot agree. It didn't say three out of so 12. If one out of 12 decide that they don't see it the same way, our justice system will force them the opportunity to be honest about it. Because we do understand that people are stupid. The average person is stupid. To be honest, I don't know what

they put in the food or whatever. I don't know if it's mercury or something. The attorney of Fraud's gay, I don't know, Alex Jones asked him. But the average person is stupid. And so the chances of you getting 12 people that are all educated and functional and leaders and that can think for themselves, it don't exist. That's why social media look like it does. So they have to give latitude that if out of 12 people and everybody's stupid, maybe one, it's not thinking emotionally, not being coerced. And I'm not necessarily attributing that to this case. I'm just saying generally speaking, this is why you don't have a majority, which means that you could say three out of 12, as long as three out of 12 go, it's good. It's like, no, any one of those jurors can look at it and say, I am not convinced. And that be legitimate. You don't walk free. You have another trial presented. And I think that's reasonable and fair. Here's the next news clip, Robert. It was really an extraordinary motion. What he's asking for here, he's not asking just to simply

bring the juror in and further question him. He wants to do that. But in addition to that, he wants them to turn over his phone. He wants access to his text messages. They want videotape from inside of the courtroom. This is really a full-fledged investigation that they're asking to open up against a juror who's already done his duty, by the way. That's a question that no one has really addressed here is does the court even have the power to order the things that's being asked for by the defense? This person served. They have been released. That means they're no longer under the jurisdiction of the court. How they expect to actually have him submit to any of this is beyond my understanding at this point. And also the interesting thing is that this sets this would set a poor precedent. How many people want to be jurors if the defense attorney don't like how you rule something or your opinions on it that somehow they can investigate you and try to put you in jail. The only way you can be investigated is a juror is you commit a crime. There is no mention that a crime was committed. They want to find a crime that he committed to try to impeach his

testimony, but they don't have an actual crime. If he says, I don't know what the thing, there could be reasonable doubt, there could not be reasonable doubt. His lawyer at Pulsik is saying that he never questioned or deviated from believing that this one was guilty the whole time. With that being said, there is no there there. All right. Here is a little bit of the defense attorney in court and with the judge had to say to him wrote a clip. I am doing all these terrible things to this juror. I filed one motion and said nothing. Every comment I have made has been in reaction to people from Donald Trump on down to Nancy Mace down to Cruz, not the DA, but the politician calling for her execution. I have responded to these outlandish comments, including the guy from Houston. I just wanted to say that, Judge. We are talking about this motion for access to arguments

created sidebar conferences. Anything else you want to add to that? On edge. Let me issue, we just been talking about the Glow's motion. No, I'm just talking about me persecuting people. I never said anything. Yeah, I mean, obviously he's doing what he's got to do as a defense attorney. I don't blame him. That's what defense attorneys do. He's just doing his job, but that doesn't make him right and they don't mean that any of this stuff is going to come to fruition. You know, it kind of bothers me watching Lindsey Clancy sit there in that wheelchair because I really would like to push out a wheelchair and see if she can really walk. Because if she react and put a knees down or something, you know she ain't really paralyzed. I finally had to believe that voice in her head didn't tell her to do herself right. It's all to do the kids right with a exercise band. I know I say that every time I come on here, but I'm still perplexed at this. I would never in my life if somehow I cracked up and I wanted to do so. How would you think of exercise being distretchy like this would be good to put

around a kid's neck for the first and you try it. And you do it right the first time you try it allegedly three times in a row. You perfect score. But somehow you got superficial wounds. You jumped out of the building didn't even die. What kind of voice to what kind of voice you talking in your head. Anyway, here's here goes the new date that's been established for the case. Not very interesting, but it's still you probably want to hear it rolling. The discussion three weeks ago was let's try this thing in a week. Right? And now Norman wants to pick a trial date. That was not the Commonwealth's position. So I think that when you factor in that that this could take some real time to go through these issues and then exercise any rights, I'm just concerned that any trial date we pick might not be realistic. I agree. Then the parties can move to continuing. Why don't we do this?

November 2nd, we've prepared to talk about pick a trial date. That's right. All right. And one of those two, I'll leave it at that. All right. This is a matter of one. I'm hearing about how important this is to get this resolved, to deal with this for all the parties. That's what I'm trying to do. All right. And I'm not saying I'm not blaming council for that. But that's my goal. And this thing is to get this thing tried to suit this proper without sacrifice. He wants rights, he wants position. But I don't want this thing to then just start to kind of get kicked down the road and punted to go for it. It's not going to get planted, but I'll say right now, I can't do a trial before June. I'll just let you know that right now. It's not a matter of picking. I'll just talk about that one November 7th. Peter Bacon, take a look at the air schedule. All right. So that's the conclusion of that. I can't wait to have an opportunity to interview the lone juror. I really do think women had a very bad month when it came to that. I understand people

having sympathy for it, but to make her a hero and cheer for and raise a million dollars that her husband is going to get. You know, I stupid you are to raise a million dollars for this woman while she's in jail. She's not going to get out of jail. The unanimous jurors, even if the one didn't hold out, she was not guilty about reasons of insanity. That means that she's going to be an mental institution. She's not going to get that million dollars y'all didn't raise for it. Her husband is going to get it with his new woman that he probably was wanting before this woman flew off the handle. I wouldn't even be shocked that infidelity could have made her fly off the handle. And then she framed it as she hearing voices. And let me just say this. I'm not saying that that's what happened. I'm saying that that is an intrusive thought in my mind about what could have happened. But I will say this. I don't understand why both parents aren't held accountable to some degree. Because y'all, whatever your ailment is, you didn't do enough to prevent yourself from strangling these kids. Even the dad, you didn't do enough. The kids, what voice do they have?

If they could cry out, they would probably say, or dad, why didn't you do this to prevent Mama for doing this? Why do you leave her alone with us? When you knew she was doing all this stuff. And she had all this mental illness, taking all this pills, suicide hotlines. Dad, you couldn't protect us. You didn't do enough. Same thing with the mom. When you start experienced post-partum depression, they're like, maybe you should have done some different. Make the best effort to not have them end up like that. In my opinion, they should be responsible. Anyway, speaking of verdicts, I won't tell you guys about verdict bourbon. Best bourbon in the country. Shout out to my brother, West Scott, for giving us a good shout out. He's been promoting the bourbon on his channel almost every day. Appreciate it. Go look at the reviews. And you tell me if it's not the best bourbon that you will have an opportunity to taste. Many people say it is their best bourbon. Guilty, straight

bourbon, six-year, not guilty, straight bourbon, same mesh bill, but just with brown sugar. I'm just telling you right now, people that are entry level into a bourbon, mostly women, and people who like a sweeter bourbon, like an old-fashioned, literally not guilty is your favorite choice. All right, so all you got to do is the link in the description section, QR code over here, or go to verdictburbid.com, must be 21 and over, and make sure you drink responsibly. All right, let's get to this Cornell situation. I'm going to give a quick monologue. And I want to try to make this as reasonable as possible, but I know that some people are emotional and not mature enough to hear me out, and I, and the part of me don't care because that's your problem. First and foremost, taking advantage of women is wrong. I believe if a person takes advantage of a woman or a male, adult or child, you should spend a significant time of your life in prison, if not your whole life, and when it comes to kids, your life should be over,

to be honest. With that being said, I also think that women should be held accountable for decisions that they make as well, especially when you are playing with the system. In this situation, people owe Cornell the victim and the suspects due diligence, because I'm online and I'm watching people act like this is the second coming of a satanic code. And they didn't do no research. I understand that people are now seeing the messages that were on a on a social media channel, and they won't justice for this young girl. That's appropriate. But make sure you do your research and not find yourself in a position that your blaming Cornell, when you don't even know that this woman, this young lady, made statements

that said that she was cooperating and that they did no wrong. Go do your research so you know, well, you're not blaming them and saying they dropped the ball. You cannot drop a ball when the ball ain't at play. You can't tell a woman that she's a victim when she said she wasn't. You can't tell a woman that she can't do three sums, because you think it's repugnant. When she said she agreed to it, when she said she was not too intoxicated to make decisions initially, and later two years later, she filed a civil lawsuit. Yes, they should investigate. Yes, the text messages were inappropriate and an embarrassment. But at the end of the day, make sure you look at the whole story and then make an opinion about it. Let me walk y'all through from start to finish. So if you're a person that's reasonable and you're willing to listen, I'm finna present the whole thing to you, whether you end up believing that these boys are

guilt innocent or guilty, then we'll see where you end up. But you have to dive into the full story. It sickened me to be online right now and they like, everybody in lockstep, Cornell dropped the ball. Well, no, they didn't. These guys are monsters and they should go to jail. Well, maybe they should. An investigation should reveal if this is in fact true and they should go to jail if they in fact did this to this girl without her consent. Let's go through the process, ladies and gentlemen. I never agree with the view. Almost ever, maybe twice in my whole life. But I have to say that Sonny hosting actually made a legitimate point here and I'm going to back her point up with other people who have spoken on this topic. Before we get there, what Sonny hosting said and what some of the other young ladies on here have revealed through text messages and a racial and initial reports, we need to start with C1, which is the total report. Let's roll that clip first.

The horrific case breaking wide open at Cornell amid growing pressure, prosecutors now reopening the assault case, seven current and former students, members of a frat and what they're accused of doing a former student and what she says happened. Here's our chief investigative correspondent, Aaron Kutersky tonight. Tonight prosecutors in central New York are reopening the investigation into an alleged gang, but a Cornell University fraternity just days after the accuser filed a civil lawsuit that has rocked this campus and sparked outrage far beyond it. We will present the case to the grand jury in good faith and present every bit of evidence that we have been now former student identified as Jane Doe alleges seven Kai-5 fraternity brothers forcibly drugged her with ketamine and took turns sexually assaulting her. This is the Kai-5 House here at Cornell University. This is where Jane Doe says she came one night in October 2024 after drinking at a bar to meet up with one of the fraternity brothers. She says she was drugged and by multiple members of the fraternity. The young woman's lawyer citing these vulgar Snapchat messages among the brothers that he claims

invite other members to join the alleged assault saying free, expletive, like you can walk in and whip it out. That group chat tells you what happened. That's all you need to know. That's the smoking gun. The woman's lawyer told us he only has those messages because one of the fraternity brothers shared them with Jane Doe. The only person who had any honor in this situation was an anonymous fraternity member who was asleep at the time. The next day received this group chat was horrified and anonymously shared it with Ms. Doe. Jane Doe went to campus police weeks later but there were no criminal charges. Tonight the district attorney tells us her account of the time did not meet the state's definition of non-consensual sex. If you are voluntary, intoxicated, or under the influence of drugs such that your judgment is impaired, that does not legally under the penal law constitute your inability to consent. The incapacitation is a high bar

for New York. Jane Doe left Cornell, the university expelled and suspended some of those fraternity brothers and tonight a lawyer for one of them is blasting the woman's lawsuit. This young man will be exonerated and we will repair him so he can live the life and as a good person that he can be going forward without the consequences of the selfish, selfish lawsuit against him. Cornell's chai-fai chapter is still barred from this campus. David, the district attorney told us tonight the case could be before a grand jury within weeks. He said, Jane Doe deserves to have her voice heard and present her truth. All right, so let me give some insight on this. I think that I want people to understand that you can't just go off of one person's statement to determine if they are truth or it's true or not. Just because the young lady is now saying these things happen to her and you see text messages that seem vulgar that does not necessarily equate to a guilty verdict.

Because just because some boys are on a chat saying you could whip it out and do whatever you want to do with this girl. If you're investigating you have to make sure that whoever said that was actually there and participated and this somebody going just whip it out and participate without consent. Those are things you have to dive into and make sure that you have facts before you put somebody in jail over something. I think it is unfair. In my opinion, they haven't gone to trial. There's been no real evidence presented that these young men are already guilty before they can ever get a voice and their faces and names are out there but hers is not. Now if it comes out that what she said or did is not necessarily true, then how do you repair saying seven boys did something when I'm going to show you that originally she said they didn't and then she get a chance to either get the money, get the bag anonymously or she can not be telling the truth and she still keep our anonymity. That to me sounds weird. Now let's get

to this where I deviate from what most people are saying online. Listen to what the report originally was and you tell me what Carnell that they dropped the ball or the young lady say that nothing illegal happened. Road to Clip. The sunny. Okay. I actually have the statement that Jane Doe wrote at that time. This is Jane Doe writing a statement after this incident happened. It's not two years later. This is after the incident happened. This is her statement. Just give it to us in the sentence. We're not a lot of time. It's several pages long. I know, but it's nine pages long and I will say that under current New York state law, voluntary intoxication or drug use and she voluntarily drank a lot. She voluntarily took Snorried ketamine off of one of the boys' body parts. Even though she was highly intoxicated

when she arrived. Yes, that's right. She was not highly intoxicated. You're going to find out her statement says she wasn't. She said she wasn't, but let them continue. Ilyan intoxicated, but had made plans to meet one of the boy young men. She allowed other boys and consented to other boys snorring ketamine off of her body. And under New York law, voluntary intoxication or drug use that merely impairs judgment does not legally constitute an inability to consent to sexual activity. So that means if you voluntarily ingest drugs, you voluntarily take alcohol, you can agree to have three sums which in her statement she agreed to have two separate three sums. One boy did walk in. One young man did walk in and say everybody out. So there was one person that did that. And according to her statement, three of the young men did not touch her. And so I say all, I think I wonder if any is, but I say all

that to say the pictures of these young men who have not been charged, not been adjudicated are being plastered all over the internet. I think people are reporting this story inaccurately. I think they're reporting it unfairly. And while this is something that we have to take very seriously, there is no way, according to her statement in 2024 that any prosecutor would have brought four things. She was intoxicated. How did she get into this? Under New York law. Again, under New York law, voluntary intoxication, if you voluntarily drink 10 beers, yeah, and you voluntarily ingest ketamine, but that intoxication, that doesn't have anything to do with the fact that the guy is a tachyre whether she's drunk or not. She's reporting to her state. She says she did not attack her statement in 2024. She, she's with the New York law, to the sexual activity. She can sent it to it, according to her own statement in 2024. Now, I prosecuted sex crimes for 10 years. I believe women. I am not

saying that we shouldn't believe her, but in 2024, she said some one thing. And now in 2026, she's saying another one. Yeah, you know, believe our women. If you want to do that, you have to be consistent because she did give a statement to say nothing happened. And there's even more detailed statement that the that a young lady that we have on here is going to explain. She's going to read her original document. I could like, what do you want Carnell to do when the girl is saying that she was a five out of 10 drunk when she went over the boy's house. She said, yeah, let's do a threesome. They do a threesome. The boys, they couldn't hang. They got tired of whatever the case may be. She was all good with it. Then she wanted to get engaged in another incident where she sniffed ketamine off the off the boy's peepee. Consent it to sniff. Ketamine, I'm somebody peepee. And then she engaged in more and more stuff. And then there's times where dudes walked in. She said, no, and they didn't. They left. According to her statement, she's saying nothing illegal happened.

And then two years later, she changed. That's fine. She could change. Maybe they wrong. Maybe she lied the first time. But if you're going to say, I believe women, you need to believe both of her statements. You can't say, oh, she lied when it's not convenient and and and persecute these boys. But you could say she's telling the truth this time. I don't know which one is true. They need to investigate. But let's go on and hear from these text messages and also her statement. Road to Clip. We have obtained screenshots from a source. The source says that these are text messages exchanged between Jane Doe and one of the defendants just two days after the alleged gang bat corner. The messages are surfacing as prosecutors reopen the criminal investigation. In the screenshots that we have obtained, the man, one of the seven defendants accused, apologizes for quote, how things went down. He says that his memory is quote, kind of fuzzy. And he says that he and another man felt bad for being too intoxicated to quote, shut it down and

kick people out before it got way out of hand. The female participant in the exchange says that her memory was quote, super clouded to she says that everyone had been heavily intoxicated. She also writes that quote, none of the sexual stuff was illegal and says that she liked being with the defendant and another man and later suggests that they smoked together again, but quote, leave out the extra five billion men and ketamine and quote, aindo's attorney Thomas Jifra confirms the Jane Doe exchange text messages with this specific defendant shortly afterwards. We sent him excerpts of the messages we obtained just the same quotes that I'm sharing here with you. He said he could not confirm whether these were the specific text messages. Jifra says the Doe was traumatized, that she was in denial and the immediate aftermath of these assaults, that she was intoxicated to the

point of incapacity that night. And she was just trying to determine what had happened. The attorney sent me a quote where he said since she was trying to obtain information, she could not take an aggressive tone. The attorney continued to say it has been my experience that survivors will try to normalize or rationalize the terrible things done to them. It's also my experience that people lie after they change their mind and they feel guilty about it, they begin to say something different. Now you see that this young lady and I'm going to play this side and I'm going to get to the point where the boys could go to jail and they should go to jail if they did this, but just bear with me. You can't leave this part out. This is crucial to Cornell's initial behavior as an institution. After the incident, she voluntarily text this boy and she said she had a good time with him and she want to smoke with him again and she want to have sex with him and his friends, but just not these other dudes. Leave about the train and the ketamine and she's okay with this. She did not

mention that she was upset with anybody none of this. Okay, that's fine. That's a start. Then she wrote a statement made a statement to Cornell and this is what she said in her statement. Wrote a clip. Here's the portion of Jane Doe's original statement back from 2024 included in the district attorney's press release on September 28th. It says on October 19th, 2024, Jane Doe walked from Lot 10, which is a bar to the Chi-5 fraternity to meet male number one. Jane Doe described her level of intoxication at that point. Five out of 10. Jane Doe opened. A five out of 10. They said she was heavily intoxicated. A five out of 10 is not heavily intoxicated. A five out of 10 means you halfway there, but you're coherent. It's a five. It's not a eight. It's not a nine. It's a five. You're not that intoxicated. You can walk. You can communicate and you made a decision to go over there so you can have fun, which is not abnormal for people in college.

Wrote a clip. An unopened can of beer and danced flirty with male number one. Male number one, then asked Jane Doe how she felt about a threesome and she agreed. Jane Doe and males one and two then engaged in a threesome and she said her level of intoxication was a five or six out of 10 and that she was quote, pretty okay with having threesome. It says the sexual conduct ended when Jane Doe noticed that male number one was really sleepy and no longer fully erect. She told male number two that they needed to stop, which he did. Male number one then said he was going to take a nap and male number two began to dry heave as Jane Doe patted his back while also checking on male number one. Eventually Jane Doe and male number two. So so far these dudes look like they super intoxicated. They came in hand on themselves. One can get it up. The other one throwing up. I mean these dudes seem way more intoxicated than she does. According to her statement, I keep going. Start making out for a short amount of time and male number two reached for her vagina several times

and she would swap his hand away. Male number three then knocked on the door and Jane Doe let him in because it was his room. Male number three reached out to shake her hand and pulling her in to make out with her. While male number three was kissing her, male number two began to grow and they began to have a threesome. Male number one then woke up and said he wanted to partake, which Jane Doe said hell no and male number three left the room. Then males number four, five, and six entered the room and Jane Doe hid under the covers while male number one introduced her to the other males. She says male number seven said something very rude and then apologized and started kissing her. Male number two asked Jane Doe if she wanted to do more ketamine, which Jane Doe agreed to and started off his penis. They all began then complimenting Jane Doe and male four as if they could do drugs off her quote perfect body, which Jane Doe responded saying sure. Says while the men were doing this, male number three and another male entered the room and said

quote, we're shutting down whatever the fuck this is. Jane Doe said she felt dizzy due to a medical condition and males of five and six encouraged her to say seated as long as she needed. Eventually male number one and four brought her upstairs to do more ketamine. Male number one said he wanted to have sex again because he wanted redemption for passing out earlier in the night. Jane Doe then engaged in a threesome with male number one and four and she described her level of intoxication at that point and eight out of ten. The threesome continued until 5.45am when Jane Doe said she was tired and was ready to be done and she says in her statement at that point both guys stopped. Now how do you expect the university to put anybody in jail when Jane Doe gave this statement. This is not somebody else's statement. This is not somebody else's recollection of what happened. This young lady had this much of a recollection of what happened

which is pretty significant over a person thinking that this is a drunk girl that don't remember what happened at night. She's telling you every person she had sex with and what the who did what and who she said yes to who she said no to when she did drugs that she snore the drugs off of man's penis let people snore drugs off her she remember all of these things. How is Cornell gonna prosecute anybody when she's saying nothing illegal happened. She did not she said when they action stopped they stopped when the guy Groper she said no he stopped. I'm not just a foreign Indian. I don't you know it's not my job to try to pick a side but take this in consideration when you hear about the whole story. All right here's what the press release was. Roll it. The Tomkins County District Attorney in Ithaca, New York which is where Cornell is issued a press

release on September 28th. He says while he would typically refrain from commenting publicly he felt it necessary to explain why criminal charges weren't brought in 2024. In part the press release says that in Jane Doe's original sworn statement she did not say she was forced to take drugs or gang- by these men and in fact was a willing participant in both the drug use and multiple threesomes. The DA says in November 2024 Cornell PD reached out to the district attorney asking if they would review Jane Doe's statement to see if charges could be filed because they had questions on what constitutes lack of consent. The DA says multiple prosecutors and criminal investigators reviewed Jane Doe's original statement in 2024 and correctly determined the alleged facts set forth did not constitute a crime. They offered to meet with Jane Doe and her attorney but they never heard back. He then says there was no evidence in Jane Doe's original statement that she

did not consent to any of the acts and in fact her statement every time says when she asked the males to stop doing whatever it was they were doing they did. However he acknowledges that oftentimes it takes years of therapy for victims to come to terms with what actually happened to them which is why they're re-reviewing the case now since the news of a lawsuit has been filed which is significantly different than the original statement. You know I'm gonna play with the district attorney said on Fox News but this needs to stop. I don't know I had a friend accused of rape when he was in college JT the girl lied he gets kicked off the team he's suspended from the from university indefinitely and then she gets she goes to court I think some of her teammates testified against her he ended up being exonerated and he lost everything

when I was a police officer at all the cases I did only two of them were legitimate. My sergeant said she was a she was a cop for 10 years and I wanted to legitimate car. This stuff needs to stop but I don't know what we need to do in the law but we need to have a concrete law that says if this happens to you and you say this people go to jail if you are saying nothing happened to you today and you come back two years later and completely say something different that that's something odd to me it's not like I was fuzzy I didn't remember what happened I was on ketamine and I can't recount what happened and in two years later you go after review I now know that these things happen to me that to me makes sense and it should be investigated and people should go to prison but when you recount that nothing illegal happened in two years later you go to a civil lawsuit and now you're saying I changed my mind I do I didn't like what happened to me

that's that to me is not reasonable you can't go in perpetuity and hold that over somebody here to say I could say you did it or didn't do it based on how I feel today you didn't do nothing to me I'm free I do not y'all didn't do nothing to me I'm good I had a good time I like doing I like do the trains and in two years later for whatever reason you go well I technically I'll do I like the thing I don't like it now although I consented then I want to I want to withdraw my consent two years later and I want everybody involved to go to prison even though at the time we were all willing participants in this act something needs to change but I feel like this is the thing that I see and it bothers me and every cop noted what I'm talking about the women that get assaulted for real not the ones who regretted the next day or next month the ones who get abused by men they don't say anything and the ones who got these stories that they regretted today because

they don't like the guy no more they were cheating they got found out they sealed they always saying something I know so many young women that either can either said it to me or when I was a cop they said it to me that they never went to law enforcement I know so many people that were assaulted as children and whatever they never went to law enforcement and almost every case that I took was young women cheating on a boyfriend and I'm saying this is all that happens but this is what my experience has been cheating on a boyfriend and get caught and then they say right and then once we extrapolate what happened to interview them then they go I'm sorry I was I didn't want I didn't want my boyfriend and my cheat on them we went to a case where we do got his finger cut off girl jumped on the second story she on the balcony sleeping with the guy boyfriend walks in she screamed he's you know what it mean boyfriend takes a knife swings at him cuts his finger off we get to the scene investigate coming to find out she was she admitted she was cheating

it goes on and on and on and on and on and case after case after case after case I don't know what needs to and then you guys are some of you guys enablers you know you can't just say I believe our women some women be lying and this case seems very suspicious to me I don't know if she's lying or not we should see when they investigate but I don't know if y'all remember the hockey team or the lacrosse team she had this whole elaborate story of how they did all this stuff to come to find out that it wasn't true duke lacrosse and in this girl scene it almost seemed like this is a very similar situation now that we know she sniffing ketamine alpenuses and agreeing to two or three three sums is this really what everybody making it out to be and yeah the the messages are terrible but does that mean that they actually did the stuff that

they said in the messages you have to prove that in court young dudes that they say all kind of stuff in the message do's be lying on a pp all the time oh I slept with this girl I did all this they get me lying like a mud ain't done nothing who knows but they need to investigate it and make sure that there it wasn't something different but it annoys me because innocent women I mean women who get done dirty they don't even come out and they never get justice but the ones who out here sniffing coke off people's peepies and doing all this freaky stuff they get treated like like they just innocent it bothers me I just can't you wrote a clip this is this is a clip of the of the discoterny wrote a clip are you saying that at the time that she came to the office came to the police office she alleged that she was a willing participant in the drugs because now in the civil law it is alleged that she was not a willing participant I believe the civil lawsuit says that

she was applied by the fraternity brothers to take drugs that's not coerced that is not forced she took them voluntarily and her statements specifically says she agreed to take the ketamine she did not she it was not given to her against her will that that's what her statement says and we believe her statement we believe everything she says so if you're constrict this sounds like the same issue then if you're saying that based on New York state law that if she took the drugs and was in a willing participant and those facts don't change why are you reopening investigation now well we recognize that human beings processed trauma they process events differently and it's been two years we haven't heard from her in two years but clearly she has gained insight and has learned things and has processed things that maybe there may be new evidence so in the interest of justice we

want to put this case before the grand jury so that all the evidence can be considered not just what we knew back in November of 2024 but don't you counsel think that's setting this process up for failure you're saying right now to this moment right now we don't have any evidence that we're almost just going to re-interview people and throw them to the grand jury it sounds like you're still reaching the same conclusion at this moment that you did initially and that this civil complaint almost put pressure on your office to throw it to a grand jury I'm not sure that's the right way way right ago well we don't know what the new evidence is yet we're hoping that Jane Doe and her attorney can cooperate with us and they have said that they will they said that they will cooperate with us in the grand jury if there is new evidence that we don't know about that's important that we want to make sure we uncover it I think you guys get the gist of it there's no new evidence in this

it's only a recanting of the original statement if there's new evidence or if there's evidence that somebody even one guy did something she said no to it's going to prison I think it's that simple let's move on to the response from one of the boys because I think we have that one here because I think it's invaluable to hear what are the boys saying about this and this is the part that bothers me and this whole thing is that how is it that their faces are plastered all over the internet and they haven't resolved this yet now they're getting fired on their jobs and everything and we don't even know if the boy that got fired was even one of the boys that slept with her she already said like three of them never even slept with her what if one of these boys are one of the three that never slept with her or what if one of the boys is the boys that she liked that she said I want to smoke and have sex with you again the first

threesome guy that she don't seem to have a problem with now one time and he lost his job now I'll say this for young men you shouldn't be doing that in the first place you know when my oldest son go to college with that man don't do that stuff be a good man of God get married first don't be doing threesome and doing all that crack doing drugs because what's gonna happen brother a girl will regret it and you're gonna go to jail for rape so stay away from that stuff I stayed away from that when I was in college I mean I had my fun but it was one on one no question you know I mean it would know next next month when you make it to you run for president they come back and be like remember that time you in college you had a three way you're on a three way call now you know you had to be taken one involved in that I tried to stay away from that stuff

and I knew dudes was doing it all weekend I hate I'm not trying to be vulgar but like I don't know why people maybe they never with the college and maybe maybe they never had no action or nothing but when I was going to college women did this all the time for violence herically with no ketamine I mean I don't take I never seen it but I know it existed women there were athletes see you're going in the hallway I thought she was a Christian she let the whole line back in room go and I'm not justifying people doing you should go to prison if you do it as a person said no but y'all but a quick act in like I don't know man I don't know let me let me stop here's one of the kids statements roll it

for the first time one of the men accused of and the Cornell lawsuit is responding publicly Andrew Miltonberg represents one of the accused Julio Lopes speaking for Mr. Lopes the attorney says quote he unequivocally denies the allegations against him Cornell previously investigated these allegations the allegations now being made publicly differ from what was reported and investigated during that process these are serious accusations but accusations are not proof Mr. Lopes should be judged on the evidence not prejudged based on allegations made in a lawsuit or repeated in the media we will address these issues through the appropriate legal process and we'll have no further comment at this time I also spoke on camera with an attorney representing one of the other defendants in this case all right next clip this is Jake Tapper I don't want to waste y'all time watching this you but Jake Tapper challenges him and he gets emotional and he say well if you failed them

if this was my daughter I would be pissed well your daughter said nothing happened how you gonna be mad at somebody you should be mad at your daughter for being a go-live and and you should encourage your daughter to tell the truth so she can get justice instead of saying nothing happened to her and then two years later she's saying something did happen though you can't get mad at the prosecution because they don't have anything to work with you can't just arrest kids because they freaky and it's two verses three verses one you can't get mad you can't arrest kids when they being consensual decision to do three sums because you think it's morally wrong if I if this was my daughter I'd be embarrassed I didn't pay for you to go to college to be doing it doing cad amine and getting ran through and if it was my son I'd be the same way what do you doing bro you got the whole sorority shut down a y'all now your TV somewhere because you want to

mess with a freak lady women alone man anyway I'm really trying not to judge the girl but her own statements said that she was doing nasty stuff involuntarily what's the next clip mix clip hey do I got a heart out somewhere put on the screen I can summon this up so this lady goes why didn't she go to the real police why did she go to Cornell well Cornell has down police department so if something happens to you and you go to a university university PD can investigate so it's not that somehow the university don't have down police department and then also they have internal investigations they have their own police department who are certified police officers by the state they don't have some special police force that's not certified to make arrest and do investigations they're also certified by the state and go through

the same academy as everybody else in the state so they're certified law enforcement they can do investigations and they also do their own punitive measures for for kids on campus and I think it was the ketamine usage and admission of ketamine uses and all this other foul stuff they were doing is reason why they got some of them got kicked off campus all right next clip let's roll this one I forget what she said yes I have seen that allegedly one of the seven Cornell frat brothers who took part in that young woman for hours has in fact become a cop now it is my job to make sure that you know that that is not accidental for every single day so far this year a u.s. law enforcement officer the very people who are tasked with protecting and serving their communities and enforcing the law has been arrested for a sex crime the vast majority of this sexual abuse is happening when women are calling the police for help when women are trapped at traffic stops or against children and if you're upset that those men at Cornell just had to write

essays good you should be now what if I told you that almost half of all police officers convicted of child sexual abuse never see a single day in prison we live in a system that's biggest priority is not to enforce the law we live in a system that's biggest priority is to protect itself those who didn't have to listen dumb liberal white women who is as stupid as people on earth um y'all keep playing you're gonna get sued i'm just saying like these boys have not been the trial and have not been found guilty of anything they did an initial investigation the effects of that investigation led them to not going to jail about anything she just came back two years later and now it's saying that she disagrees with what she originally said they have to do an investigation to determine if it's true they have to do an investigation and determine that they they committed a crime and when they determine that then they will be charged but if they're not charged and they're not being they have not been convicted of graphing people and you are on television

saying that they did this and they're putting their pictures out there and then it comes back that they were one of the guys that weren't involved you're gonna be in trouble rightfully so they drugged them boys through the mud at the duke lacrosse team coming to find out the girl made it up that's why tell me it would be very cautious it's okay to want accountability it's okay to want people to be investigated it's okay to be disgusted by the messages that you saw but also you need to know the full story you need to understand that people need to be proven guilty or approving that they're guilty in the court of law you need to have actually concrete evidence on both sides to make a clear determination as to if somebody has done something or not you can't go off salacious statements that are made in a lawsuit and say she is 100% correct you don't know you are now and now that you guys listen to me and you know that there was some initial statements that

eluded to the fact that she voluntarily did this now you can understand why Cornell didn't do anything initially and why they're picking up the pace now after she's come back with new revelations all right I think that's it for today I was gonna do that shooting but we'll we'll get to that later all right I love you guys I appreciate you I know some of y'all I just know some of y'all are mad because some people can't compartmentalize and I haven't looked at a single comment but I guarantee you somebody's looking and going look you making excuses for them look she didn't do nothing wrong women can do no wrong stop that man you got to understand everybody be doing stuff women women women are not all women but a lot of women are they slettied come on can we just be honest why you think there's only fans a trillion dollar industry why who's doing only fans more women go to Instagram right now I show my wife every day I'm scrolling

cycle cycle cycle cycle tour the France football shootings murder booty how how is the booty in my algorithm then I go not interested not interested not interested give it a day or two row row row booty you can't even you can't even watch golf it's a person doing golf a girl got a booty on golf cycling I like I like cycling I like following cyclists did the girl got she riding a bike in the next been she got a booty out y'all been a quick act and like it's just me and like it when somebody fat it's not because they starving it's because you got plenty of food to eat when men are and my opinion men are sexually deviant because they got plenty of women to to get involved with

the reason men are the general and not only reason because they have responsibilities well but some of the reason why men are the degenerate because they can have access to naked women all 24 hours a day seven of a week and women are voluntarily participating in this stuff and they're taking money and buying houses with the money they get from manipulate men through sex I do not understand why we can't be fair and balanced men need to work on a gang stop having sex with women that you ain't married to you just setting yourself a failure and women stop letting do's hit that's not committed to you stop going being in college and getting ran through and then feeling bad about it later you make better decisions same thing with young men don't go to college and sleep with every woman you can and then you wonder why you don't have good good relationships afterwards why you can't keep a woman without cheating on her about their

over sexualized and I'm not saying this because I'm I'm holding it down I'm saying it's because I had my time in college and I regret it I really wish that I kept my sanity and I really wish that I would have focused on other things than trying to focus on girls and stuff and if I could go back to the younger me I'd say bro focus on football man don't be late to work out because you got a girl at the house and you got a you been up all night and then you got to run to the workout because you trying to highlight some girl because you find focus on your sport focus on better yourself as a man do not get involved with women unless you are prepared to be in a serious relationship or and or be married I tell people that work for me young people do not waste your time with women they are a distraction and a waste of time if you're not serious if you think

you're going to just date and hang out you're wasting your time that woman that you think is fine and special somebody somewhere sick of her and while you thinking that you want to engage in all this stuff you're wasting your money your emotions and your time if you're not a seriously dating somebody somebody to marry them if a woman let you get it on the first night don't marry her say with the man I'm giving y'all free game some of y'all out here one night standing in and you think you're gonna marry that girl and then you mad at it because you look through a phone or something you see some stuff you don't want to see same thing with women if a man trying to get you at the first night he don't even know you you might want to say that ain't the right guy for you he's not mature enough you can't you don't give him the milk of him willing to buy the cow

I'm just trying to help y'all man y'all out here with kids and sad and heartbroken and body counts and just be honest with yourself and say I won't love okay if a man loves you he'll wait if a man is interested in you he's interested in more than your what you got in between your legs he will wait he will open a door for you he'll pay for your dinner he'll fly you out he'll give you gifts he'll treat you like you deserve to be treated you shouldn't be compromising because he tall or because he got money or because he tell you the right stuff to make you feel fuzzy on inside oh he drive a motorcycle with no helmet and you think that he uh risky and you'd like to in a the excitement you're gonna end up with your feelings hurt you're gonna end up looking through his phone and he gonna have four five girls on the phone and he's saying the same thing he's saying to you please young women quick selling your soul for one night or two night or a guy that that talk a good

game he over here scamming and you ride in the car with a scammer young men and I'm gonna shut up young men quit focusing on booty and focus on can this woman actually be a good wife can this woman is she peaceful or she calls me a headache every day and I gotta argue with her over nothing quit worried about it she fine fine don't last in marriage because at some point both y'all gonna be ugly and wrinkly maybe not if you take care of yourself but y'all ain't gonna look like you did when you were 20 and 30 you know that it used to be like this it's gonna be it's gonna be it's gonna be a little saggier when you're in your 60s don't marry for looks marry for purpose can somebody add value to your life is this woman bring peace to your life

can this woman raise a can you raise a family with this woman if you don't like those to make up on her she'll look a little better for you all right I'm out of here I should charge you off for that free game peace
