En: Andrei tried to smile, masking his expression of worry.
En: "No, I'm fine. Let's keep going. Maybe we can stop to see the swans," he tried to change the subject.
Ro: Dar durerea devenea mai insistentă.
En: But the pain became more insistent.

En: He brought his hand to his abdomen and tried to control himself, but he couldn't.
Ro: „Andrei! Ce s-a întâmplat?” întrebă Ruxandra, vizibil îngrijorată, apropiindu-se de el.
En: "Andrei! What happened?" asked Ruxandra, visibly worried, approaching him.
En: "I don't...I don't know. I think it hurts badly," Andrei finally admitted, with difficulty.

En: The pain had become unbearable, and the urgency of needing help was confirmed by the worry in Ruxandra's eyes.
En: A few hours later, Andrei was at the hospital, along with Ruxandra.
En: He found out he had appendicitis and that he arrived "just in time to avoid disaster," as the doctor had said.
En: "See, you were right," Andrei said, smiling weakly at Ruxandra in the hospital room after the surgery.
Ro: „Trebuia să-ți ascult îngrijorările.”
En: "I should have listened to your concerns."
Ro: Ruxandra zâmbi și-i apucă mâna.
En: Ruxandra smiled and held his hand.
Ro: „E bine că ești totuși în siguranță. Data viitoare, nu mai așteptăm atât, da?”
En: "It's good that you're safe now. Next time, let's not wait so long, okay?"
En: Andrei nodded, feeling a new appreciation for Ruxandra's care and judgment.
En: He realized he learned not to ignore the signals of his body and to pay attention to those who wish him well.
En: Despite the tense beginning, Andrei and Ruxandra were planning how to spend the rest of Easter once he felt better.
En: Herăstrău, with its green beauty and graceful swans, would be waiting for them when everything was okay again.
