This comes right after two arrests in New Orleans last month on simple battery charges tied to a bar fight during Mardi Gras. He traveled there to attend his father's baptism. Earlier this month, his lawyer first requested permission to leave the country from March 1 through 8 for religious reasons. That initial ask was denied during a court hearing on February 26, but a different judge granted it on March 4. The trouble started on February 17 when footage showed LaBuff in a physical altercation, including offensive language toward two men. He was released that night but ordered back to court soon after, where conditions tightened up. Judges responded by revoking his early release, requiring rehab, random drug tests, and a $100,000 bond. A second arrest followed on February 28 linked to the same incident.
