Sal Frelick Leaves Game Early, Brewers Watch His Status

0:00It's April 5th, I'm Cory with the story, and this is Milwaukee Brewers News Today. Your AI-powered team report. Brewers Outfielder Salfrellick had to leave Saturday's game early in the 4th inning during game 2 of a double header against the Royals at, Kaufman Stadium. He's single to left center, but ran awkwardly to first base, jogging uncomfortably and stopping there even though second looked possible. Andrew Pat Murphy and a trainer checked him out quick, then brought in Pinchrunner, Brandon Lockridge, to take over. Freelix hitting just 192. With a 690 OPS over 8 games this season, he struck out in his first at bat against Royal Starter. Set the logo before that hit. Brewers took game 1-5-2 with Freelix playing the full 9, so they're splitting the double header, but now watching his status close.
