RFK Jr's Diaries: A Marriage's End and a New Romance

0:00On April 8th, a new report reveals that Mary Kennedy, second wife of health secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. handed over his private diaries to A. Close family friend just weeks before her suicide on May 16th, 2012. She was 52 and found in a barn at their New York home. The move came amid a bitter divorce fight over their four kids and his new romance with actress Cheryl Hines. Mary saw the journals as leverage after their split soured. They held RFK Juniors' raw thoughts on his father's assassination nearly five years after his uncles, his battles with heroin addiction he called his, lust demons, and even a ranked list of sexual encounters with dozens of women. Investigative journalist Isabel Vincent got a bag of these diaries mysteriously left on her restaurant chair, a year later. She called RFK Jr. while covering Mary's death, stunning him into silence before he threatened lawyers, but nothing came of it. Of course to say, Mary still hoped to save the marriage, despite knowing his history.
