Mike Ditka was an all-time great NFL coach and one of Charlie's heroes. The show remembers the Bears legend after his passing, then hits critical campaign news out of Arizona and debate highlights from Michigan, while Mark Halperin weighs in on the mysterious vanishing of James Talarico. Then, it's another hour of questions from subscribers, such as what Charlie's favorite national park was, where to get the right Bible, and what the message has to be toward low-propensity voters.

My name is Charlie Kirk. I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country, fighting for the future of our republic. My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth. If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable. But if the most important thing is doing good, you'll end up purposeful. College is a scam, everybody. You've got to stop sending your kids to college. You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible. Go start a turning point to a state college chapter. Go start a turning point to a state high school chapter. Go find out how your church can get involved. Sign up and become an activist. I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade. Most important decision I ever made in my life. And I encourage you to do the same. Here I am. Lord, use me. Buckle up, everybody. Here we go. NobleGold investments is the official gold sponsor of the Charlie Kirk show, a company that specializes in gold IRAs and physical delivery of precious metals.

We are here at the Y-Refi studios in Phoenix, Arizona. And boy, oh boy, there is so much news to get to. But we want to start off by remembering Mike Dicca, who passed away at 86 years old today. He was an all-American legend, a patriot, an original. And we have so many great clips that the team found, including clips that Charlie was talking about. Mike Dicca, he was a Trump supporter when it was very unpopular to be so, especially as a public figure. He had the courage of his convictions. He didn't put up with any gruff. He didn't have time for naysayers or time-waisters. And that way he reminded me a lot of Charlie. And he just spoke his mind. And he passed away today. And it's important to remember the legends that fall and that go before us.
This is the guy who was such a legend. He won a Super Bowl for the Chicago Bears. I'm not sure anyone else is ever going to do. I'm a packer's fan, of course. But he is an all-time legend. One of our emails Frank said the most famous Chicago one of the past 100 years. And I'm including Obama. Well, Charlie, Charlie, give him a run for their money. But yeah, possibly, possibly, but Chicago legend, of course, but not just a sports legend, but a guy who had a lot of a very good philosophy on life, actually. Yeah, he did. And we have a tweet here from Charlie quoting Mike Dicca. This is back in 2013. It had no retweets, no likes when we found this. Yeah, exactly. So now it has a few because people found it. Success is impermanent failure. Isn't fatal. Mike Dicca. That was from 2013. And here's Mike Dicca on Colin Kaepernick. I was a, I grew up a 49ers fan. And so when Kaepernick went nuts. I'm also from Nevada. So he went to UNR. So when Kaepernick lost his marbles, it really kind of sucked for me because it kind of hit two of my fan bases there. Here's Mike Dicca on it. Stop 14.
Coach, where do you stand on this whole Colin Kaepernick issue? What, what do you mean? Oh, do you have a problem with Colin Kaepernick? I think it's a problem. Anybody who disrespects this country in the flag, if they don't like the country, they don't like our flag, get the hell out. That's what I think. So if you're asking me, I have no respect for Colin Kaepernick. He probably has no respect for me. That's just choice. My choice is that I like this country. I respect our flag. And I don't see all the atrocities going on in this country that people say are going on. I see opportunities if people want to look for opportunity. Now if they don't want to look for them, then you can find problems with anything. But this is the land of opportunity because you can bear anything you want to be if you work. Now, if you don't work, there's a different problem. Pretty cool stuff. Great stuff. And he was a guy. He someone tried to heckle him. He called into a radio show that he was on once. And Dick Cahead, a response that legendary, legendary, very much in the vein of, I think what Charlie might say, let's do clip five.
What did it appear that Mike was holding back trying not to cry like the baby that he is? Well, no, I tell you what you are. I can't say on the air, but I tell you what? I'm 53 years old. And I'm my office at 250 North Washington. Anytime you want to meet me there, you call me back on the air. You tell me what time and when and I'll whip your... You got that big boy? He's behind a microphone, son. Let's get your face out in public and let's live where people have to see you every day. And we'll see who the gutless wonder is. Yeah, the modern thing. It's easy to be tough anonymous. It's easy to be tough when you're not in person. Charlie also is a big believer. Like go out, see people face to face. Touch grass. Here's Mike Dica on President Trump, sat six. I think these people are... Can I say this?
I have been supporting Donald Trump. I like Donald Trump. I think he's the best man, the best qualified person. I think they'll do a great job for America. A lot of people out there who don't think that. But we have to wait and see. Let him do his job first. If she can possibly scoot up nearly half as much as Obama, I'll be surprised. Hailey has half as much as Obama. But Charlie himself talked about Dica at least once. We'll see if we can find more. But we found this one pretty quickly. Let's do clip 17. Mike Dica. I'm a big didca fan, by the way. Dabairsh. Okay. From Chicago, all of you listening on AM-5 stick to the answer. No offense to all of you listening on 77 on the dial and W-A-B-C. God bless you guys. But the Chicago first program here as far as my own allegiance. Dabairsh. Dabairsh. There was me. There was me too. Man, what was that from? I don't recognize any of that. That was probably 2022. Okay. All right. Yeah. Anyways. Let's see here. So, so Rest in Peace, Mike. Dica, we were grateful for your legacy. And to the Dica family, our hearts are with you. You lost the legend today.
So we wanted to at least start the show with that because he truly was a great American and it just had so much Chicago fight and spirit that old school Chicago boy. But the other big story that I want to get we have a lot of big stories. So we got Mark Halpern coming up in just a few minutes and we cook political reporters moving more and more races in the Democrat favor. I'm not even convinced any of this stuff. Because we've now got a internal poll from Katie Hobbs and Arizona that shows that her approval ready is collapsing. And guess who they're blaming. Yep. Turning point. Their internal memo says turning point is flooded the airwaves with negative at tack ads, swapping her and bringing her down. She's now well within the margin of air. Andy Biggs sees the momentum in the state of Arizona. It's within four. That's the internal polls. Guess what? We feel very confident in our ability to chase three to five points in this race. We've got 25% more ballot chases in the state of Arizona that we had in 2024 and we threw the kitchen sink at Arizona in 24.
And it was the best performing swing state in the country. Then so we like our chances. So please get get out support us. TP action.com slash 100. We have seized momentum in the state of Arizona. Come help us help us. Help us. All we're going to do is going to give you 100 names of 100 people that are already conservatives that are registered to vote. And you're just going to talk to them and say, Hey, our values are on the but of the ballot. Come help us chase 100 names. We're going to give you 100 conservatives to talk to and encourage them to get their ballot out. We'll give you a hotel room. We'll put you up in Arizona. Nevada or New Hampshire. Be a part of the solution. Be a part of something bigger than yourself. We have momentum. Folks. Here. What else you need to know? They admit conservatives are underrepresented in polling. First point. Second point. Undecideds are breaking for Andy Biggs. Two to one. There are also very concerned that there's a no labels candidate on the ballot and a green party candidate on the ballot. So be a part of the solution. Help us with the floretification of Arizona. We have 300,000 plus more registered Republicans in this state. We're up about four points from 2018 in the registration battle. We can do this.
Very well. Who cares what cook says? Who cares what cook says? We can pull this off. We can hold the house in the Senate. If we come out and we show up and we vote. Okay. That's all you need to know. Don't look at the tea leaves every day and worry and let them suppress you. Let them demoralize you. Be a part of the solution. Tpaction.com slash 100 begging you come. Be a part of this. There is no better way to honor the legacy of Charlie Kirk than to put your feet on the pavement and knock on those doors and send the text and send the make the phone calls. Drive them to the ballot place if you need to. That's what we're empowering you to do. So be a part of it. And we would be honored, honored to have you join us in fighting to save this country. There's nothing more important. This month I'm telling you it's going to be a great time. You're going to have the time of your life being a part of something bigger than yourself. President Trump is celebrating the fact that Columbus Day is back, baby. He's got a bunch of Italian Americans in he's singing Ave Maria. He loves his operatics singing like that.
It's very funny. I think every time I've bitten an event that the president speaks out, he has that kind of playlist he likes to play and he does that one opera song that I can't remember and he'll play Phantom the opera. And every single time people are like, wow, I'm really surprised by the music here and it's always the same music. Yeah, it's like, how are we still surprised about this? All right. So let's there was a big debate last night. This is another toss up a jump ball in Michigan. Abdul L Sayed, I would say he's the odds on favorite, but he's an incredibly weak candidate and he's a complete con artist. And finally, he was called a con artist last night by Mike Rogers, which I loved. But let's just play you some clips. We're going to mark Halper and join us next and that's going to be great to kind of go through this and we'll unpack the cook political report and where the heck is James Talrico been. Lots of rumors about that squirreling. We'll try and separate back from fiction for you guys, but let's play some clips from the debate. So this is the same IRGC that has killed American troops in Iraq. It has blood on their hands, tried to terrorist attack here in the United States.
If you can't condemn the IRGC, you have no business in the United States Senate. And if you think about why? You know, his supporters funnel money from a group that supports the Muslim brotherhood. He can't condemn a terrorist act that happened on our soil in the state of Michigan. He can't bring himself to condemn him. I think condemn him. You know, you did not. Absolutely did not. I don't know. I'm talking about making stuff up. I literally can't condemn him. He can't condemn Hamas. He can't condemn the Muslim brotherhood. He says his home is Egypt. This is all started by home. We are going for the long run. We can kill. Yeah, after that, Mike Rogers says, yeah, I might have a second home in Florida, but at least it's America, buddy. You got one in the United Arab Emirates. Yeah, I mean, this guy at some point, Blake, and there was a whole debate on CNN about this. I actually want to play it because I think it was an important clip. When a guy tells you who he is, when he can't condemn the easy stuff, then there is something deeper and darker at play here.
And I think L. Sayed is that guy now? He refuses to. He shocks it up. So I'm not going to play the disavow again. Okay. These aren't layups. These are layups, rather. These aren't hard calls. Do you condemn paris? It would be pretty simple to come out and just go cartoonishly over the top and be like, look, they want to make it about my Islam, but I'm like most fanatically anti-terrorist guy ever. As are almost all American Muslims, or basically all patriotic American Muslims hate terrorists. He could lean in on that. He does not want to lean in on it. He has Hassan Piker helping with events because that's the rising tide of the left. And it's a guy who says, yeah, buddy with care, people who will make excuses for terrorists, adjacent people, people who will say terrorist attacks are good. We'll celebrate them in the US. That is a real faction on the left that they don't want to alienate. That's why he can't do it. Yep. He can't do it. He's telling you who he is, Michigan. Please, please, please pay attention. It's not 13. Is when he was asked, who's the greater danger to America, Israel or Iran? Three times he was asked that he refused to answer. Afterwards, he said, that's a dumb question.
And he was right. It is a dumb question because the answer is so painfully easy, but he couldn't say that. He criticized microodgers for asking him to condemn Hamas, Hezbollah, al-Qaeda saying they're scary words, but he hasn't condemned them. And they are scary words because they killed hundreds of thousands of innocents, including 3000 Americans, three miles south of here. So at a certain point, it goes from either this is political malpractice at the best or he can't or he won't because of something deeper. And that is far more troubling. It's a good point. It's a good point. Peter Meyer. Peter Meyer is not my favorite guy in the planet, but he made a good point there. Okay. Here's the other thing. Abduals calling for mass amnesty folks, mass amnesty. They will flood the border again. They will invade this country again. Do not give them power. Get motivated. It's all about enthusiasm. Do not give these crazy lunatics power to flood our borders again. Every single ounce of progress we've made, they are going to undo it in a blink. It's way easier to undo the progress we made than to establish the progress to get ice agents out there.
It's incredibly difficult to fix the problem really easy to create it. It's not 11. I think we need a pathway to citizenship for folks who are stuck in limbo right now. You've got this tough guy attitude to immigration that's not keeping us safe. In fact, it's terrorizing folks in our streets. It's not funding the southern border, which needs to be kept safe. But what it is doing, it's weaponizing an agency of the government at the tune of Donald Trump and his group. Okay. Okay. See that? The guys are total radical. Total radical. It's not 12. Yesterday or yesterday was October 7th. This is why you should get absolutely angry. He could not bring himself to even acknowledge the pain, the terrorism, the rape, the murders, cutting off of women's breasts, putting children in ovens and killing them in front of their families. I'm sorry, but I just I'm not somebody who tries to make political theater out of other people's pain. I gave people
even your own pain and political theater. I'm sorry, including I just put on a white jacket compared to your official channel. Just a thankful. Including putting on a white jacket conjure up a doctor. That's a whole other area of the controversy. Was he even like a real doctor? I missed this one actually. I got a dive into that one. He sort of he got the degree did he ever treat patients in reality is sort of the Oh, so I'm gonna be careful. That's the truth is probably somewhere in between, but yeah, I mean, the guy's a, he calls him a con man. I was hoping it would be that he had like a Jill, the Jill Biden doctor, doctor of like, Dr. Middle Eastern studies or something like that. Yeah, I mean, this guy, he doesn't wanna condemn the Iatola. Listen, you don't have to, you don't have to like the war in Iran to understand the Iatola was not a good guy. Okay, killed Americans, enough set, all right. He buddy buddy with Hassan Piker, says he's a dual citizen, then he claims he's not. Okay, what's that about? Spend his summers in Egypt. It's got a luxury home in the United Arab Emirates.
He's buddy buddy with care. He's getting money from a lot of groups that funnel money to terrorists. Okay, there is a lot of smoke, which means there's a lot of fire. Okay, Abdul El Sayed is a freaking disaster. And if we can't muscle up the courage and get our people out to vote against that guy, just got bigger problems, all right, bigger problems. We will have bigger problems because what we've heard, when we've talked to people is that he is absolutely a person who is ambitious enough to think, oh, he wins this race, I wanna run for president in 2028. Yeah, even though he's an anchor baby. So if we can't stop him from being Michigan's problem, he will soon be all of America's problem in a big way. He thinks he's Obama. He thinks he's a slick talk and Obama guy, and he's not. He's like five six, and he's barely America. And also, let's be real, Obama at least tried to run, ooh, I'm gonna be more centrist. This is a guy he is run, he wants to abolish ICE. He's talked about that. He's all on board with a lot of the really radical left wing positions that, again,
is why he can't disavow these things because so much of their base wants it. Everything that you didn't like in 2020, 2021 is coming back. The second Democrats have the ability to impose it on people. Biden wave is back. Actual socialism stuff is back. Woke terror is back. It will be here. October 15th. We've got Mark Halperin, the great Mark Halperin, editor-in-chief of 2A-TV, host of Next Up on the Megan Kelly Network joining us. Mark, we finally made it happen, my friend. We made it happen. It was it was Harry. I got I got to get out. Did you forget to send the scheduling email? No, no, no. I sent it and Mark was like, man, you got to send the emails. Like, Mark, I sent the emails like, okay, my bad. I got you back this time.
Oh, well, you got to copy my colleagues. I honestly though, I'm glad to be here. Interview is halted until Blake, you get Andrew to tell us what are the other three good, not Western countries. I'm not going for it. You tell us. On the spot, I'll be honest. I think there's like, there's actually like maybe like, South Korea is good, but it's only going to be around about 10 years and then it's going to disappear. Which one? South Korea? Pretty good. But they have no babies. So it's just going to disappear like the others. Yeah, I like Thailand a lot. Actually, I like Japan. I still consider Taiwan. Singapore. Yeah. I was, you know, to be honest, Singapore is the last British country. You made up the number four. Yeah, you know, I got to think, yeah, go ahead. No, no, you're the you're the guy. I was going to say, I was going to say the other thing I need to comment on is I love when you guys talk about Hillsdale and history and intellectual topics. Because one of you is a superficial, creak and the other one is a learning scholar. And it's so funny. It's so funny. It's so funny.
I'm not saying which is which. It's just so funny. It's that you try to keep the conversation going when you're playing on different planes. Well, I'm not saying which is which. I listen, listen. One of us is relatable to the average man. The other is an artist who went to Dartmouth. And he's not saying which is which. I'm not saying which is which. Yeah. Well, that was my graphical. Now you're both geniuses. I, you both could probably graduate from Hillsdale in three and a half years now. I, I would like to think I could pull it off in at least seven. Hey, Mark. So the big story right now, the big story, they're called doctors, Mark, like Dr. Elsay, the big story right now is in Dr. Jill. But Tau Riko, okay. I don't want to, I don't want to get in the mud with the pigs. I don't want, I mean, listen, if he's having the big rumor right now, is that he had a mental episode and that he had to sort of check out. Okay. I'm not, you can log on. I'm not saying it's true or not. I, my heart goes out to him. I don't wish him any ill will. But if that's true, then that does have implications on the race. What are you hearing? Yeah.
Yeah. Help us separate fact from fiction here. I have to have James Tau Riko right here. James, come here. No, it's not here. Nobody knows where he is. No, it's not here. The most likely explanation is some combination of preexisting condition, maybe his diabetes and flu has just laid him low. And it's hard to campaign. I remember Bill Clinton got the flu in a cold in 92. And he had troopers and a state plane, like he had a lot of infrastructure. It was still hard for him and he's a beast to go around. Tau Riko doesn't really, he's just a state center. He doesn't have like a lot of infrastructure. So that's probably it. My theory, which was shot down today by someone in the know, is that he's like in San Francisco raising money. And you know, doesn't want people to know he's flying a private plane out of state to a liberal enclave. But I was shut down by somebody who I think probably would know. He does have a preexisting condition. He doesn't die of the disease. I know a lot of people right now with the flu seems to be going around. So that's probably the answer.
But I also think he's raised a monster number in the third quarter. I don't sleep on the notion that he's trying to build up a lot of suspense. So when he announces he's raised $75 million, it's going to get more attention. That could be true. That could be it. That's a theory. And then the last thing is, you know, race is going pretty well for him. It's gotten tighter. So maybe this is a good strategy. But just as some Republicans would say the party would be better off as the president, just laid low. Maybe he thinks if he lays low, the whole campaign is about taxing and that's going to win it for him. So he's just sort of staying behind the scenes. So it's going to be my theories. But like most of people you know, I know nothing. Does it at least strike you as weird that for example, we just haven't gotten the TikTok Twitter video of like, hey guys, hello, I still exist. Some people have brought that up. Even if he's sick, you could make an excuse.
If I'm right that he wants a big splash of your current, I don't know why he needs to prove it. Assuming he's alive soon. I don't know that there's any reason to cater to likes of his opponent and others who say, well, if you're alive, prove it. Like whatever the reason is, he obviously doesn't want to prove it. Assuming he's alive or assuming he could make such a video. So I don't read much into that. Okay. Well, Paxton is taking advantage of it. Let's go ahead and throw up 144 wanted proof of life. This is from Ken Paxton's own ex account. So they're having some fun with this. They got the, the, the, where's Waldo 139? But it's where's Jimmy day 12, right? But again, but again, these, these are cute and they're great for conservative talk. But so what? Like this isn't about the price of gas. This isn't about talerika's conditions on trans. Like there's a, there's a story in the Washington Post today that ran this morning that clearly
came from the, from the tax and campaign about the flip flopping he's done on transit. It quotes a trans activist saying, we trust him. We know he's just taken this position for the election. But when he gets in, we know he'll do the right thing. That story began a lot more tension if we all weren't sitting around talking about where he is. Yeah. So maybe, maybe, maybe Paxton should be spending less time saying, you know, proof of life and more times saying, this guy's the chameleon and a liar on trans issues. So fair enough, the, I think if you look to add the discourse right now about the state of the race midterms are just right around the corner, ballots in Arizona are out. People are going to start doing the early balloting. A lot of people are looking at tea leaves, right? So they're saying, okay, the polls are one thing, but we have this registration advantage. And from some of the early returns, there's some promising returns from, for Republicans. But then there's the whole polling narrative. Cook political report will play this. I know you're very well aware of it. Sat 7. The nonpartisan Cook Political Report, some breaking news here, just today shifted three
more Senate ratings in Democrats favor. Highlight Kansas, which now moves from lean Republican to toss up. You can also see that New Hampshire goes from toss up to lean Democrat, North Carolina, from lean to likely Democrat. And you even see South Carolina is in a likely, it's not even a lock up. And I think it was Nebraska. I mean, so obviously if you look at the polling mark, Republicans, this is not a great cycle based on the polling. But then people are saying, hey, look at the early returns. And you had a tweet that I actually sent around to a bunch of people yesterday. And if you could throw it up, it is 145. You said, you said voting behavior. You said one to make sure my cat. No, again, you're quote tweeted yourself voting behavior is changing and it's misleading to compare this election to any recent one pre or post pandemic early in mail voting paint a completely new paint a completely new storyline this time.
What do you mean there, Mark? Well, this is parenthetically stop looking at the public polls. I tell everybody this, particularly people who are skeptical about them. Don't pay attention to them. They're not very good. The real problem for Republicans in the house is the private polling is very bad. The Cook Public Report, you showed that they moved from center races. Today they moved 18 house races all in a democratic direction. And the Cook Public Report doesn't rely on public polls. They talk to the campaigns as I do. That's a much better way to understand what's going on. I think the house situation continues to be dire. The democratic situation, the Senate situation has improved in the last two weeks for Republicans. The early vote, you know, COVID, right, was a thing that had impacted the early vote. The president's failure until recently and not consistently to urge Republicans to vote by mail and in person early. It's not clear that there's going to be a trend or a pattern that you can read from 20, 22, 24 that's going to inform the numbers here. Remember early votes don't count for more.
There's reasons campaigns like to bank them, but they don't count for more. And somebody who's going to vote no matter what, regular voter. It doesn't matter if they vote early. And the culture within both parties now is such that you may see Republicans doing better than two years ago or four years ago in the early vote. It doesn't, I wouldn't read too much into it. It's not impossible that it could be meaningful, but there's no way to know because of the lack of historical continuity here on this issue. Yeah, I mean, I will tell you, Charlie was a big part of changing the culture around voting. Vote early. Our movement's too big to be jammed in one day. What if you get a fly tire? What if there's a snow storm? No, Charlie was part of changing the culture. So we don't know that we can rely on as much election day vote as we could in the past. People could just be changing the way they vote. 100% and then again, you've got the leader of the party without Charlie, the president. Some days he says everybody vote early and everybody vote by mail and let's thank those votes. And then other days he says it's all corrupt.
Don't do it. So the app, I do believe. And I think this is one of the, along with the financial advantage and the fact that red states in the end could just red and I could save a lot of these housing sentences narrowly, but still save them. I think the other thing is Republicans because of the legacy of what you guys have done, some of the other folks, some of the stuff Elon's done, Republicans seem to have a much better turnout about get out the vote operation, ballot, you know, ballot chasing to make sure people hang in the man. And that could be the difference in some braces if they're close. Well, I mean, I will tell you Katie Hobbs came out with a new internal poll yesterday. She's up just for now. So the lead is shrinking. People are calling it a collapse for her. Biggs undecided is breaking for bigs two to one and we've got 25% larger army on the ground here in Arizona than we did in 2024. We feel very confident we can chase three to five points there of low props. So anything can happen. For example, in Arizona, it's all about turnout.
All right, Mark, you said that in some ways Republicans are feeling a little bit more bullish about the Senate. The house may be in a worse spot, but the Senate is we're feeling better about it. Okay. It could be one of these weird maps where you get, you know, a new hampsure pickup, you get the main main holds. You never know what's going to happen in Minnesota. That could just be an outlier because of all the fraud and all the terrible stories that come out of Minnesota. I was in DC recently and there, I will tell you, you have all these. You talk to these people and you kind of find out what they really believe. And there's a lot of energy behind Michigan people. There's a lot of people saying, Hey, go get involved in Michigan. Go get involved Michigan. We think we can upset there. I'm not convinced, but that debate last night, I actually thought Mike Rogers comported himself well and prosecuted the case against El Salle. I had pretty effectively even CNN had some great clips. What's your read on the Senate? I think there's going to be at least six races that are going to be toss ups until election day. And then public polling says there's just too much uncertainty because of the usage I
suggested in the characterizing a few of the states, just the cross cutting, both with an individual states in between states of cross-crutting trends and dynamics. The there's got to hold up the possibility there's a blue tsunami of some size. And if that's the case, these other factors we talk about the money, the ads, the debates, the turnout operations, it's not going to matter. Unless the Republican seats will be washed away. And that could be up to eight seats, honestly, maybe nine. If it's not a blue tsunami, in other words, if the conditions are such that the Republicans can survive, even in the face of a strong Democratic year, then I think places like Texas, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Ohio, those all may be salvageable. And I know even those. Now, how has the toughest one right now? Because some people think it's gone for the Republicans and other people think there's
been improvement lately. The governor's race is a problem for Republicans and that obviously has an impact. But I'd say Ohio and Kansas right now, besides North Carolina, the two most endangered, but my point is the red states may just sort of reassert their redness if Republican candidates can close strong. In most of these races, besides Georgia and North Carolina, Republicans have good candidates. Texas as well, problem. So today, I would say I've gone down from about 75% chance Democrats take the majority in that Senate to about 60. But it's going to be very difficult because of all these races that are going to go into a election day is not clear. He's the front runner. Okay. So that's, I think a fair assessment, 60% odds of taking it. I think that's very interesting. Okay. So Michigan, let's go into the debate last night. Did you watch it? What was your reaction to it? And how do you see that particular race playing out?
It's really just about whether or else they can get the percentage of the black button Wayne County that he needs. That's really it. If he does, he'll win. If he does, he won't. And the Rogers campaign is really doing a good job of taking advantage of the asymmetrical edges that he has, including the vulnerable areas in the Democratic candidate. But it's still a democratic state in a blue year. And it's still the case that, you know, although some Democrats, including a group, Democrats for Rogers are just not willing to accept this guy as their nominee. Other Democrats like Barack Obama, rally, random. There's lots of stuff that happened in the debate. I want to point out one thing, which I think shows you why Elstad has an advantage. This was the topic of my monologue on next up on the episode that's out now. The press bias in the last month of the campaign is a real challenge for Republicans because they're fighting two on one. The debate last night, you know, there were lots of things that happened. But one thing that happened was Elstad was asked something he'd been asked in the previous
few days. Who's a beggar threat to America's national security? Israel or Iran? In 10 years ago, if you were asked that question in a debate, no matter what party you were in or what state you wanted to represent. If you didn't instantly say Iran, it would be the gaff of the century and you'd lose the race. Elstad said, I'm not going to answer that. It's hypothetical. And then he mostly proceeded to trash Israel. My point is, go read the coverage in the national media, go read the coverage in Michigan. People aren't highlighting that moment. And it should be disqualifying. It should be, although it's clear from the reaction that the public mood is such that it's not disqualifying. But as a matter of qualifications to be the United States Senator, if you really can't answer the question of Israel, our strongest ally in the Middle East is more or less of a national security threat than Iran, I find that disqualifying. And yet it's barely in the coverage. Yeah, we have the clip here, Mark. Let's just go ahead and play it for our audience. Not 10. When Ash begins tonight, who do you think is a bigger threat to the United States?
Israel or Iran? You have 60 seconds. And again, Rick, I'm just going to say that that's a ridiculous hypothetical because here's what's happening right now. Our ostensible ally in Israel has lobbied us to go to war with Iran. We have watched as Iran has responded by bombing all kinds of countries in the Middle East. And then choking off the world's energy supply. So this is a situation in which I don't think we should be a part. I don't want to be pushed into war by Israel. Yeah, and can't let that be done. Blakes are really resonating with some groups. Yeah, unfortunately, it's Blakes. Blakes learning enough to know that it's not a hypothetical. That's not a hypothetical question. It's a factual question. Who's a big threat? But he continues to hide behind and say it's hypothetical. Again, even if you say as you just did, a lot of voters, including young voters might say that's a good answer. In all these roundups, New York Times Wall Street Journal, these are five big moments, five takeaways from the debate. They don't even mention that moment. Wow.
They don't even mention it. It's a big problem for Republicans in Michigan and elsewhere. But that's not at least a topic of discussion for voters to know. He said that, given an opportunity to clarify. Incredible to me. Yeah. Mark Halperin, next up, two way TV, doing a great job, Mark. Appreciate it. Thanks, guys. Love you both. Glad we made this happen. Before he ever stepped onto a debate stage or behind a microphone, Charlie understood something really important that if you want to lead, you first have to learn. Charlie believed that ideas shape character, conviction and courage. That's why he spent years studying the classics, the American founding and the Bible through Hillsdale College's free online courses. He would rave about these courses all the time. These free online courses are taught by Hillsdale College professors and draw from the same great books and enduring ideas studied on Hillsdale's campus. Hillsdale's newest free online course is the Iliad, where Professor Steven Smith guides students through Homer's great epic of honor, courage, friendship, leadership and the
pursuit of true greatness. For nearly 3,000 years, the Iliad has shaped the Western imagination. It tells the story of Achilles as he confronts injustice, rage, grief, responsibility and the terrible costs of war. But Homer's epic is more than a story of ancient battles. It raises enduring questions about courage, duty, leadership, sacrifice and self command. Achilles is the greatest warrior among the Greeks, but Homer asks whether strength alone is enough to make a man truly great. In this new free online course, you'll follow Achilles through the defining trials of his life and discover why one of the greatest works of Western literature still speaks to the permanent questions of human life. Charlie understood that learning isn't just about gaining knowledge. It's about forming the mind and character needed to face the challenges of life with wisdom and courage. You can enroll today completely free and take this class or their 40 plus other free online courses. Just visit Charlie for Hillsdale.com to start learning today. That's Charlie for Hillsdale.com. It's awesome. We do at Amphus. It's fantastic. It was almost like we just kind of came up with what we launched members and I think we were talking about it and we just said like we should totally have.
How can we give you guys more value? Yeah, I think I remember I threw it out. I don't want to say that. That was my idea. It's scholarly Blake. It is a genius idea. It is a genius idea. We love having you guys there. By the way, we have so many questions. Let's get into it right now. Members to our Charlie Kirk.com. Danny, who's up first? We got Jonathan. Jonathan, please unmute yourself. Welcome to the show. Hey guys, can you all hear me? Yes, we can. Yes. Awesome. I just wanted to ask around and see what are y'all's favorite national parks and if Charlie had one. All right. Oh man. Do you know if he had a favorite Dan? Acadia and Grand Canyon. Yeah, I think so. He went on vacation to Acadia. At least once. Did he go multiple times? Did he go there every year? Yeah, about once a year. Okay. You loved Acadia. That's Maine along the coastline. And then of course Grand Canyon. He was a big, we talked about this last week actually that he really loved. He was a big advocate for going to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and I still have to do that.
I've been there twice. That's probably, that's probably a favorite of mine. Like I remember when I first went there, I messaged a friend of mine and I said that it was the eighth, ninth and tenth wonder of the world. There's like a lot of beautiful things in America, but that is truly one where there is nothing else like it on the planet and really stands out to me. Of course, I'm also a shell for my home state. So badlands, very much worth visiting as well. It looks very neat. So I only ever been to the Grand Canyon. Really? There's a national park. Yeah. Some of you might remember that I was off on Thursday and Friday last week and I'm just sending the team these pictures. I didn't know we were going to get this question. I would have had them ready. But I actually took a 4-day camping trip with my kids and some other dads and it was awesome. It was all due time except, you know, I brought my daughters, you know, daughters were there too, but it was all dads and their kids and we went between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. Yeah, this is actual picture. I just got them this morning. So these are actually pictures for where we took these canams up.
So we for four days, we're just mopping around the desert, around the Alpine, the Canyon lands. These are actual pictures from our adventure. It was awesome and there had been rain in the Southwest. That's a real picture from it. So we're mopping around with these canams going like 65 miles an hour down these Forest Service Roads, these public lands. It gave me a whole new appreciation. Not just for my kids. I loved it. We had to put our phones in a lock box. It was complete digital detox and my Twitter handle is still suffering from the algorithm hates me now when I came back, but that's fine. It was well worth it. And the so anyways, we come back and we didn't, I didn't look at my phone for four days, but I got to see some of the most beautiful land in the country and it was completely desolate. We camped and there was nobody around and it's right here. It's just in the Southwest, the four corners region and the Canyon lands. It was so wonderful and beautiful and it gave me a new appreciation for just what a heritage we have for, you know, in America with these public lands that everybody can go use.
So I just so encourage you guys to go use them because we live in a beautiful country. And when you get out there and see it up close like that, it's really special. So anyways, just to just to touch there and you've only been to what you got to see more. Zion is a must see in my opinion. Bryce, Bryce Canyon, have you been to Bryce? I have not. I've never been to any of the other ones in Utah. I should go. I'm waiting. I really want those self-driving cars to become where you can literally go to sleep while it drives you because once that happens, I'm buying a Tesla and then I can just say, drive me to Zion, I go to sleep, I wake up there because they're just far enough away for it to be too annoying to drive up there for like a weekend for me. Yeah, well, I can't sleep in a car no matter what anyways. Oh, I can. Oh, you will learn. We will build the sleeper car. I actually have a Tesla already and the full self-driving is legit. Anyways, so it used to be terrible, but they've updated and now it's like pentat, I don't even worry about it anymore. I'll just be really honest. Alright, who's up next? We have Abby, by the way, Clayton.
New place. International Park is gorgeous too. Hey guys, what's up? Hello. Hey Abby. Welcome to the show. I have a Bible question this time. Do you guys read physical Bibles? Yes, I have a physical Bible. It's one I got in my family for Christmas. I've only read physical. Well, when I'm looking stuff up on the computer, sometimes I'll use the online stuff, but no, when I'm reading for devotion time, it's got to be physical. I have to feel where I'm at. Okay. I've been trying to find another Bible that's bigger texts and I've only found one that's printed in the United States. The rest are printed in China or India and they're full of errors and missing scriptures. So I was wondering if you guys have any knowledge on Bible publishers. Yes. That's so depressing because I feel the Bible is such a well-established text. You'd have to really screw up. It may almost make you wonder if the printing is off an AI template or something. That's really good. I looked through it at least 25 different Bibles.
It's all China and India. So I just, do you guys have any knowledge? I worked on Amazon. I looked on Amazon. I looked at Barnes and Noble. China and India. I know Crossway has a lot of Bibles and I believe they print in the United States. Church Bible publishers at a long view. Apparently has them. God's glory Bible. A lot of New King James for some reason, the American publishers. That's the one I'm looking for. Okay. Yeah. So apparently, church Bible publishers, you can literally just go to churchbiblepublishers.com. They offer mid-sized and larger, large print King James version and New King James version. Yeah. My covers are made by AA leather and Florida. Yeah. I feel obliged to say I think Charlie's favorite translation was English standard version. Yes, V. So when we read Quotes on it on air, I try to look up that. Yeah. My pastor did the same thing about 10, 15 years ago said, ESV is the best translation. I became a Christian on NIV and I still, I remember more scripture out of NIV.
So it's a little bit challenging for me. But ESV was our preferred version. But New King James is great. Listen, read the Bible. I agree. And I will say, I mean, if it's accurate, I know we are exercising the superiority of a physical Bible. But if nothing comes to the standard you're looking for, if you need a larger print one, I will note that if you get an e-reader version, you can get every translation on it. And then you can set the text so that it's larger. You can do that. I agree. The physical version is absolutely the ideal. But I just want to make sure that you're just aware that that's a potential solution. You can get one of those like Kindle E readers. They'll have the screen so it's not glaring in your eyes and you'll still be able to go to sleep at night and all of that. So I just throw that out as an alternative that maybe you don't want but others who have the same problem might consider. Yeah. I would check out church Bible publishers. It seems to be the best one. They run a little bit more pricey for the big point, the big font. But maybe if you're just buying one, you're going to get a lot of money.
Maybe it's still worth it. You know what I mean? Danny, who's up? We got Elizabeth. Elizabeth, please unmute yourself. Welcome to the Charler Kirk show. Yes, hi. Thank you for taking my call. Absolutely. So the reason I was calling, I was super excited to see the turning point communities for people that like our university because I was, you know, loved Charlie and his vision and really wanted to support it. But I was a little bit lost because you had the four categories of young professionals, young families, first responders and minorities. And so if you're like Gen X and your youthful in spirit and exuberance, but technically don't qualify as young, which community should you join? Probably. Probably families. I feel like we're very emotional with that. Everyone's got a family. I wasn't able to have kids. Oh, well, that's okay. You could still, I mean, you have uncles and aunts and cousins. Yeah. Here, I do want to show this. I want to put this up here for people. We do it. So you can check it out right now.
It's a huge new thing. We started like a month ago and we have over 600 communities already started, which is fantastic. So all you do is go to TPUSA.com slash communities, TPUSA.com slash communities. And as she just said, as Elizabeth said, you got rise, which is the nation's largest minority conservative movement. So those, that's going to be the HBCUs, inner cities, all that kind of stuff. She's dedicated to parents and caregivers raising the next generation, which Elizabeth, I would argue you would fit just fine in that because you have a heart for this young professionals. So we have so many alumni that have graduated and they still want to be a part of the movement. They still want to be involved. So that one's blowing up young professionals and then heroes that service, military veterans, first responders, all of those folks can join heroes. So it's amazing across the board opportunity because after we lost Charlie, there was just such a outpouring of people that were like, we want to be a part of turning point, but
we don't know how because it's a student organization and then we do have turning point action, right? And we have coalitions over there as well. But you know, when maybe it's not a election year, right, what are you going to do? So this is a way to plug into your local communities, host events, host speakers, all that stuff. We kind of are applying our chapter model to it. So you guys can still do what the kids are doing. And I mean, it's a lot of young people in this too, but they're out of school. So I would, I would say families, Elizabeth, that makes sense to me. We'd suggest that. And I mean, God just God bless you for wanting to get involved. I love it. Yeah. But you can either join a community that's already in your area. If you have, I mean, it's brand new. So be a part of the ground floor here or you can start it yourself. So just go to tpsa.com slash communities and check that out. Everybody should give it a look. And I think it's a wonderful new product program that we're offering. And it's just the response has been overwhelming with very limited marketing, by the way. So it's fantastic.
Thank you, Elizabeth, for your question. Who's up next, Danny? We got Jen. Hi guys. How are you? Hey, Jen. Howdy. Hey, so I called in before. And I think you guys had given me a quote one time that from Erica that she had talked about, a velvet spine of steel, I think. I don't know if you remember that. It's been a while ago. But you guys just kind of encouraged me to keep going to be involved. I'm very passionate about education and school choice. I'm in Florida. And I was recently named the Coalition Lead for Parents and Teachers for Byron Donalds. He's running for Florida governor. Yeah. So I just wanted to say thank you. You know, we're trying to keep parents in charge of their kids' education, whether that's home schooling, whether that's private schools or micro schools or public schools, whatever that that is. And his opponent, David Jolley, is really trying to restrict that, especially for homeschoolers and a lot of the dollars that help our homeschoolers here. So I just wanted to call and say thank you because honestly, you guys kind of gave me
that push. And I'm finally here. I'm doing it. I'm really attested. And you guys have been an inspiration. Charlie's been an inspiration. And, you know, now I'm here. So I just wanted to say thank you. And I'm hoping to kind of push Byron over the line, you know, especially in this area of education before the election, but just wanted to call and say thank you. What part of the state are you in, by the way? I'm on the East Coast. Like St. Augustine Day, do you want to beach? Oh, awesome. Yeah. Well, so we actually, you inspired us too, because I remember your call in. And then we, we ended up having Byron on the show because you, I started looking into that race. It was basically a jump ball. We're, we're feeling a lot better about that race right now. Yeah. Then we were when you called it. It's probably partly because people like you got off their couch and they got involved and they got inspired and they're putting their, their feet to the pavement. I just can't believe that they would, they would not one step back for Florida. Guys, the state has become an absolute juggernaut. And it's done it because it's had good Republican governance for decades in a row at this point. Yeah.
And the polls, there's just a poll they came out yesterday that showed it was tied 45 all. But if you look at the cross tabs, they have men going plus eight for Dems and women going plus eight for Republicans in the state of Zarda. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, it's a close race. We think we were, we're optimistic there and it's, it's thanks to people like you, Jen. Well, step up. Totally. And I will say, so Florida is one of those states that is a victim of its own success. A little bit, Jen, because you had so many people move in just like, with, just like, with a legal immigration, you start dealing with that and you see rents come down. Well, the opposite is true. When you have such a mountain of people just come into a state, whether it's from California in New York or wherever, you're going to have upward pressure on prices. So that's a, that's a challenge that conservatives have to deal with in that state. And plus you got the hurricane stuff. You've got the insurance stuff, which is just a function of where you guys are at in the world and the way the hurricanes work. You tend to get hit by them a lot. So that's always going to be a problem. I don't care what solution anybody comes up with, ensuring the state of, for example,
Florida is just perilous business. But anyways, I think, I think here's, here's the deal. Not one step back. Florida is an absolute gem of a state. It's one of the few states that's run well. I cannot imagine the Florida goes backwards. I just can't imagine it. I can't imagine it. And I've called some of my friends in the, the, that, that panhandle area that is a little bit soft on Byron and they're working on some things right now. So I'm feeling very good about that state. Are you hearing a change of sentiment on the ground? I think we've been feeling really, really good and seeing a lot of people coming out to things and honestly, I feel like the, the momentum is there. So I, I feel like we're, we're looking okay. I mean, I, I know some of the polls have come out, but so I, I feel really positive about it and you know, just these last few weeks hoping to push everybody if they want to go to ByronDontals.com or join our coalition, you know, for parents and teachers keeping education in the parent's hands. That would also be awesome. You know, what, what the left wants to do with education is just a tragedy and what
they've already done to education. So we're actually seeing a renaissance now. Parents getting back involved, taking control back from these far left super packed teacher unions that all they do is want to control your kids, trans your kids, indoctrinate your kids and make sure they're not Christian that they hate their country and that you have to spend your money on it. And it's just so, so God bless you for what you're doing. It's one of the most important things. If you guys listen to the show often, you know, I'm very passionate about breaking the back of the teachers union. So Jen, you're a woman after my own heart and God bless you. We're going to get Byron over the finish line. I really, really feel good about it, but keep working. Gotta run through the tape. And that's a good time to remind everybody, join us tpaction.com slash 100. Go chase 100 ballots. You can do it. We'll put you in a hotel room. We'll get you everything you need. We'll train you. You get to talk to like-minded conservatives that just haven't got their ballot in yet. www.paction.com slash 100. I had the honor of a lifetime to call Charlie a friend.
And what I remember most wasn't just what people saw on stage. It was what was behind the scenes. That was an unwavering commitment to his faith, his love for his family, and his genuine desire to encourage others to live with courage and conviction. Charlie believed that following Christ wasn't something you compartmentalized. He didn't put it in a box. He lived it out loud. It shaped how he lived, how he served, how he treated people every single day. Charlie Kirk, American martyr, captures that heart. This documentary isn't just simply about remembering Charlie. It's an invitation for each of us to ask what kind of legacy we're building and whether we're willing to stand firm in our own faith when it's tested. I hope that you'll watch it with your family and have those conversations together. At angel.com slash Kirk, that's angel.com slash Kirk become an angel guild member. Watch Charlie Kirk, American martyr and help bring more stories of faith, courage and conviction to audiences around the world.
Blake got an email question. Yeah, I thought this would be a fun one to ask a Darren email the Nass. I was just wondering who your favorite NFL teams are. I know Charlie's were the bears. I am a big Colts fan since they were in Baltimore. Which that goes back a while. My family lived in Maryland and when they moved to Indiana. We moved to Indiana and one year later the Colts moved to Indiana. I feel God took a bit of Maryland with us. That's a deep tie. That is a deep tie. I of course, I'm a Packers fan. That was a fun beef to have with Charlie. Of course we were honoring Mike Ditkut today. I will say there's a song that we play at every Packers event. The bear is still suck. I don't know if it says in it. We wouldn't mind seeing Ditkut run over by a truck because the bear is still suck. Oh, well, I wonder if they're going to sing that still. Oh, 100%. They play 100%. They play this weekend all to watch it. Well, you got it, but I bet it'll come. I bet there'll be like a classy like in remembrance of Mike Ditkut. Maybe we can do maybe we can get like a Trump opera kind of more solemn.
My favorite team growing up was the 49ers, but then I already said this once today, but Kaepernick thing. I've never gotten fully back behind him because Kaepernick just ripped my heart out. But I do love George Kiddell. I like Brock Pertie. I like Christian McCaffrey. I like Debo. I like Bosa. They've got a lot of players that I actually really like, but I don't know. They've never repented and asked for for my forgiveness after the Kaepernick. They have to send him a letter. Otherwise, it doesn't count. Yeah. I mean, I kind of a bear span. I used to be much bigger of a bear span. And then they drafted Caleb Williams, who's gay and not allegedly, but also kind of really. So I'm not really hammy, bro. No, the allegations go way beyond just pulling his hammy like the painting the nail. Pay to his fingernail. He's worn dresses before he. He was here in a dress. He wore a dress. Oh, yeah. He cries after he lost in college all the time. Like he's he's you can't lead a football team and be a beta male. And like he's very talented. He also lost his playoff game last year by himself.
The back of the days are doing. Yeah, we're undefeated with the back of quarterbacks. So I'm kind of a bear span. I don't know. They also ruined Justin Field, too. I love so I don't know. It's love hate relationship with them. College football is way better anyways. Well, I don't know. I'm a little bit mixed on college football after the NIL. I just I don't really care. I never cared about college football. Self to code. I never had a good team when I was growing up. Well, that's another problem with me. Colin Kaepernick was the quarterback of University Nevada, which is where I would say if I pull for anyone, it's probably for North Dakota state because there's a generalized to code pride. Yeah, that's the only football team that has been in the back. Who's colors as well? So I'll say that. All right, who's up next? We have Don. Don, welcome to the show. Please unmute yourself. Hi guys. I've got a couple of great. Okay, the first one is I read online that Riley and Riley at Utah University had their case dropped against that by Utah. And I was wondering if you had any more information about that.
Nope, that was the last I heard about it. I mean, we went hard. Erica was bless her. She she ensured that they had proper representation in the state of Utah. And I will tell you the people that were helping them out. We're very connected. I think they they made some phone calls and put the fear of God and some of these people at the admin. So that was great. And yeah, they dropped a case because as you well know, I mean, for those listening who don't remember the story, they were out tabling and some lefty lunatic came up with a cake that said happy curkversary. They put it online. It would viral. The girl gets doxed and then it's their fault. So that wasn't cool. That wasn't right. And then the admin came after them to potentially expel them. Well, we got them representation. The story went national. They are in a good spot. They're very, very safe and secure now. So we we like those two a lot, by the way. And you know, my favorite part about that story is if you put up a side by side of the girl with the cake versus Riley and Riley, it was like, you know, pick your fighter, Western
man. Yeah, exactly. Who do you want to be representing your movement? Like these two all American great looking kids proud, respectful, courageous despite death threats, doxing, all of this stuff. We were very proud of them, very proud to help them out in the way that we could and have them on the show and amplify their story. So God bless them. But yeah, you said you had a second question. Yeah. I'm in a commercial that Charlie was in a little, little while ago. He said that the low, in this in 24, he said the low propensity, the lower, you were, the lower likely you were to vote the higher you, you were for Trump. I was wondering if that was still true or if that switched or. Yeah. So in general, the calculus is this that Republicans used to be the more high propensity voter, right? And then in the ear of Trump, that flipped.
And so we would often lose in the generic polls. And then on election day, we'd catch right up. Okay. And we would do better in the midterms than they would. That's all. And they'd switch as they got close to election day. They just went from all registered voters to the likely voters. And usually that would be this GOP boost like in 2010. But the trend has been away from that because the GOP has shifted. We used to get a higher share of wealthier voters. Now we, higher share of college educated. A lot of those people are very culturally left wing. They really got on board with Obama. They find Trump uncouth. Culturally they dislike him. They're much more pro immigration, things like that. And so the trend has been towards lower propensity voters, more downscale voters, being more Republican. But they're also, I think, more likely to be independent, more likely to be people who swing back and forth. No, generally, more likely to be like a little bit checked out, more libertarian, more likely to be young. Yeah. So this is, you know, this is a great opportunity to play this clip of Charlie talking about,
don't be a spectator. It's not going to be a spectator. I'm going to get it my all. And that's my call to action to you. To be an activist and a participant for righteousness, for goodness, for truth and for beauty. Not to just sit idly by and say, up, it's all over. Jesus set me up. Hurry up. I don't think that's biblical. I don't think that's biblical either. So if you are a low propensity voter, that's the time is now. The time for choosing is now you've got to choose to work, to activate, to make a plan to vote and get 10 of your friends to do the same. You cannot give the control of this country back to these lunatics. Not one step back. Not one step back. Not one step back. Absolutely. Um, right. Oh, did you say I'm sorry if I miss something? I just said exactly. You had to go after every voter if we're going to win this time. Yeah. Our real problem right now is that a lot of these people are cynical. They want to get blackpilled very easily. And you have to reject that. You have to see the huge number of wins that have happened.
You have to recognize the huge number of problems that are coming back if we allow the left to run run free again. If you want to see what happens when the left gets exactly what it wants, you can go look at the UK. What's happening there now? You can go look at France. What's happening there, Yoko? You can look at Canada. We are an incredibly blessed country in so many ways. And to say I am going to throw all of that out and throw in with all these other failing countries because of one or two issues where I'm very angry or something that's going to be ultimately fixable, like gas prices or beef prices. Those are real problems. We are the problem solving party. You are not going to fix those things by electing the problem causing party. Well, you don't even have to look there. You just have to look at four years under Biden. They went after all the January six people. They went after Trump tried to throw him in jail forever. They shot him. They opened up our border to the entire planet. We had malaise, inflation, rampant inflation, massive spending.
Look at 151. This was a conversation we had with some Canadian documentary filmmakers. We put this graph up here and you will see the tale of two parties. Canada went the way of Trudeau and they stagnated. Their GDP per capita stagnated. And we had now, well into our second Trump term and look at us. Look at our GDP per capita growth since 1991. We're closing on an 80% GDP per capita growth. Canada sideways. That is what we're up against. You can pick your future here, America. Do you want Canada? Do you want that red line? Or do you want to see actual growth and opportunity in the American way? Like it's just, I get why people can be frustrated about specific things, but we just have to harp on this point. It used to be there were successful red states and successful blue states and some failing ones on each side. But now it's just everyone's voting with their feet. Everyone is getting out of blue states. People flood out of New York. They flood out of Illinois. They flood out of California.
They flood into the states that had successful red state governance for the longest time. So people love to move to South Carolina to Florida to Texas. Even the Dakota's, trust me, no one's moving to the Dakotas because they love the mountain landscape there. There's not enough of them. Not very many mountains. They're only moving there because those states work. They're moving there because those states have real economies that you can raise a family in where you can afford to do it. That's what we're trying to entrench for our country here. Absolutely right. We actually have this. Kylie, let me know if you have it. This graph of counties in the United States that are democratic or Republican and mostly all of the Republican counties population growth is from domestic migration of people basically fleeing blue states to red states. Democrat counties, they only grow because they have to keep bringing in foreigners. Yep. As you can see on the left, the international migration is the only way that Democrat counties grow. You can see how all of the domestic migration is in the negative for Democrats on the
left and then for Republicans, it's in the positive. The sad part is that natural change is so low. That's also just young people move to cities and then they have their kids move out. Fair enough. He's a new one we're adding to the list this year. It's fantastic. So many more to come in. Some big debates that we have in store too. So you're going to want to check that out. All right, who's our next Tim? Tim, welcome to the show. Please unmute yourself. Hey, guys. So I don't have so much a question. Is just some information that I'd like to pass along. Yes, please. We get a lot of requests. I think, you know, those of us that are involved get requests, hey, would you be a poll watcher? Well, I've been a poll watcher. I've been an election clerk and I've been an alternate election judge. And so I've learned a lot by doing that. And a lot of the listeners and they not know. Clarks are really worth, I'm sorry, poll watchers are really restricted on what they can do. So if you're not out to the election judge, you can observe that you're kind of limited. And I was a poll watcher one time. I found out later the Republican party was trying to call, but you can't use your phones in a polling place. But they said, hey, Tim, we don't have any Republicans in the polling place. They share in. They're all Democrats. And by law, at least in Texas, I'm sure this is everywhere. You're required to have representatives of both party working each election.
But the problem is a lot of times they don't have enough volunteers to staff all of the polling sites. And so I'm in a very heavily Democrat area. And so I serve as an alternate election judge. And what that means is because in Texas, who runs that polling place is determined by how that precinct voted for the governor for the state of Texas. So as Greg Abbott got the most votes, Republicans control it. If his opponent got it, the Democrats run it. And so we have a polling place. Sometimes if we don't have enough Republicans, where every worker is a Democrat. And when I was a poll watcher, there were times we were the only people in the polling place. There were no voters coming in. And so the poll watchers went to the adent before leaned over to me and said, this is where shenanigans can happen because this is when you can stuff about it. Because there's something important that in general, the left has a lot more parts of the country that are one like 95 plus percent Democrat, where you can just have big precincts
in these big cities where it's exactly as you say, it's so Democrat. It's very difficult to get Republicans to fill important posts. And yeah, that's exactly where shenanigans happen, especially when you have the extended counting that they like to have. Just to get it. It produces more room for bad stuff to happen. And it doesn't even to be centrally planned. When you add that amount of friction, it's easier for a rogue actor to do things. And I think the left is very aware of that. You don't need to plan for any fraudulent behavior. If you can just make it easier for your rank and file to nudge it here, nudge it there. That's why they love ballot and harvest. So Tim, how do people get involved if they find themselves in a Democrat heavy district? What do they need to do? What's the action plan? Yeah, contact your county Republican party. That's normally who's corny or you can go in this case. I'm in Dallas County. You can go to the Dallas County elections department. They're always looking for, you know, in clerks and election alternate election judges and just say, I'm willing to work. And I would recommend the first time you do it, just be an election clerk because there's
more involved with more responsibility with being a judge. As an alternate judge, I'm really just kind of a glorified clerk. But I did have one year, my Democrat judge came down sick and said, Tim, I mean, you're going to be the election judge for that day. But what are your jobs as an election judge, Tim? So as an election judge, you're responsible for opening up the poll. I mean, assigning duties and so signing up, hey, you guys are going to check in the voters. You guys are going to watch the ballot box. You guys are going to put out the signs and set up the polling place. You guys are going to welcome the voters in, tell them to turn off their phones, things like that. At the end of the day, then it's the process of closing down the polling place, which is much more involved than I would have thought. There are a lot of controls in place, but it usually takes us an hour and a half to two hours to shut down, kind of put every package, everything up, take it back to the drop off site. The other thing is the election judge has to handle provisional ballots and those are
a pain in the neck, but because there's more process involved in that. But yeah, so that's that you're just kind of overseeing it. And you are like, you're like an official judge. I mean, you can call the police to have them. Once in a while, you get somebody that just will not comply with, you know, like they come in with a shirt on that's got one of the candidates names on it and just like, hey, you can't wear that in here. They'll put things like that. So you're kind of the official overseeing it. God bless you, Tim, for doing that. I hope you've inspired our listeners to get involved and help run these elections. We need conservatives at every single place within the apparatus of running our elections. We just do because, as you said, shenanigans. It's happened. It is one of those vulnerabilities in the system. Be the solution, plug the vulnerability up, have eyes and ears on everything. Thank you, Tim. And you don't do it for the money. You do it because it's the right thing and helps the country. That's right. All right. We have one more question to get to. Anthony.
So Anthony, two minutes. Let's go. Hey guys, by the way, congratulations. I knew it. I knew he was going to talk about the raves. No, no, I'm giving you congratulations. Now you're standing up for the 31 year old fan who got the foul ball who won't give it to a little kid. You see that? That was bad. That's it. Yeah. So I agree. No, I don't like that when people tell their little kids that they'll get a foul ball from someone else. So you kind of answered my question with another caller, but I'm going to probably give us a suggestion. It's regarding the TPUSA community stuff. I heard it this morning on Fox and Friends when I was working out. You have the four sections. A fifth section might be helpful to fix cultures within companies is to put like a professional section where people, conservatives, can network to look for jobs and maybe to help fix companies. Because I see it in my industry. For example, front offices of teams are very liberal. Walker rooms where players are are very conservative.
Yeah. Yeah. So we have the young professionals group. I don't know what the age limit is on that, but I think you should just do it for all people because I'm in my 40s and it would be nice to work with more like-minded people and not have to worry about, oh, I can't talk about a certain thing in the office if I'm like a different company. Yeah. No, I mean, that's a great suggestion. I'll bring it up with Pierre who's running it. But yeah, you mentioned that you saw it on Fox and Friends. Griff Jenkins actually came to HQ. I guess like a two weeks ago, 10 days ago and interviewed all our program leads. So field team, it'd be Andrew Cipher, Tyler Boyer, they're doing a part two on it actually tomorrow Saturday or Sunday. And it's going to be all about like our election side of our work with turning point action. Tyler Boyer is going to have his big moment there. But I thought they did a great job on it. They walked around the campus with Erica, saw the memorials and the statues and it was a beautiful piece. I think you can check it out on on socials. They have it all published there.
But Anthony, God bless you, my friend. Good to hear from you again. That wraps it up for us. Until Monday, we'll see you then. For more on many of these stories and news, you can trust go to CharlieCurk.com.
