get to quick hits. From the latest news and rumors around the sports world to the sound bites you need to hear. It's quick hits. Well, the Denzel Awards celebrity softball game rosters are shaping up. You guys can still get tickets for the game, which is going to be Saturday June 6th at Classic Auto Group Park. But to Sean Watson and Mac Wilson are the latest names to join the game. Would you rather watch to Sean Watson play football or play celebrity softball? Sean has done this event before. They play last year. I have interesting neither. I don't think he was there last year. I do remember doing it sense he had had the twice torn Achilles. I think he didn't want to Miles Garrett was the presenting person. Didn't MJ Emerson have it one year as well? This was the one we used to do or not we used to do. We did one year, me, you and bowl. And they upgraded. Well, it's house that's only your interpretation of it. Okay. Hot way enough that a photo of me, you and bowl on that on the field popped up in my iPhone just yesterday. I don't
know why. But it was athletic chaps. It was just one of those things. And it was like, yeah, we liked a lot younger now. You don't look that different. Really? You don't look that different. Take that as a compliment. Yeah, you don't look that different. I'd rather watch to Sean play softball. I will say though, I wonder how many Browns fans are like, I think he was really good at softball. Not such an surprise people. But I think he, I mean, some like the home run Derby. I think he hit like just an insane amount of home runs. Yeah. I, he buying a ticket to what I don't know. I'm not buying a ticket for it. No, fair amount of Browns fans are like, man, I want to see that guy ever step foot on the field from my team again. I don't watch him watch softball. Well, but it is always a fun event. And they and a lot of fans in recent years, they've started like tailgating that event in a really strong way. And they kind of turn it into like a pseudo Browns game because it's a, it's just so many Browns people that are there. And so I don't know. That means a lot to, to people that enjoy it. I think you got another reason to drink this year. Mac. So. There we go. So last year, I don't know why the wiring wasn't working.
Don't worry about it. That's not where we give us. Come on. Give us a move. Come on. Come on. He's done. He's done. He's done. He doesn't want to do it. Yeah. What happened with your microphone? Your page refresh. No, microphone. Span. Microphone is just out. That's it. It's gone. It's over. Yeah. So frustrated. There we go. Now it works apparently. So last year was David and Joku who hosted the softball game previously. Okay. You guys have was the Sean there. He was not. Shedore was though last year. Hmm. Well, Shedore be there this year. Oh, lines being drawn better softball performance to decide who's the quarterback in week one. Home run derby softball home run derby to decide it all. Munkin loves it. Hey, the competitor in Munkin needs to know who wins this. This is this honestly. It sounds like a John didn't get you a porcelain horse head. Remember that. It sounds like a John Dorsey. You know, I like Baker Mayfield because he grabbed his crotch and the game against Kansas. It sounds like one of those things. Like if Dorsey was here, I love Dorsey. If Dorsey was here, he might be swayed by who wins the softball home run derby. All right. Live is established independent board in attempt to survive.
The Saudis have pulled out their funding of live to see it. It's just one of those things where it's like I know one that no one that enjoys watching golf on television even enjoyed what live was doing. I don't even know why they would try to keep this thing going. But the Saudis are out and live is basically on life support. Yeah, I'm kind of like it's so funny. I initially, when I initially, you know, apparently a lot of the guys trying to figure out how to get back on the tour and all this. They're plotting ways to get back in. It's like listen, I generally hear the torch. You just, you just keep them out. I think it'd be the worst thing. I mean, like you want to, you want to do the, you tried going somewhere else. It didn't work. Tough break. I wouldn't hate it. You took Saudi money. So I can't really root for you. Here's root for chaos in this story. Oh, I don't hate that. That's all that is. It's just, it's just hearing like Bryson to Shambo just be very upset that he can't get back in the tour. Oh my God. I can only play then the four majors throughout the season. You know, there's not, and here's the thing. Bryson, nobody's leaned into being golf's villain more than Bryson D. Shambo. This, actually, you know, maybe I wouldn't like this because it might turn him into a positive for some people. Maybe
I don't like this now. All right. Think about it for a second, though. It's almost like if somebody, if somebody came at this show and was like, I, I don't care. I'm coming for this show. I'm going to, I'm going to beat this show. This show's got better ratings. But I'm going to beat this show. And they're just so much money, so many resources. Why are your eyes so popped open right now? It's just being very suggestive here. But go ahead. Anyway. So if somebody had that thought process and then they make an attempt at it and it fails miserably, are you going to turn around and be like, Hey, but that attempt was, was like, well, it wasn't even a good attempt. You just, you just failed so poorly. But yeah, but you're welcome. You're welcome to come on the show at any point. How do you know what it is? It's Mac. If Mac left the show and was like, I'm going to put so much money and resources towards trying to beat you guys and trying to go ahead and just obliterate you guys. And I'm going to, I'm going to bury you in the ground in the process and, and take no prisoners and then try it for like three or four years and got nowhere. All right, because it was never going to happen and just got nowhere. Would you welcome Mac back with open arms? If he's like, I want to be your producer. All right. This is just between you and me because you and I both have one person in mind that is has not
been friendly to us and it's been kind of a pain in the ass. Okay. I'm more than kind of a pain in the ass. And you and I just personally, there's like seven people I'm thinking of right now. Actually, there's two. There's two I'm thinking of right now. Nope. There's one. There is one work to you or no? Nope. No, there's one. Okay. Yeah. If that person suddenly wanted to start coming on our show, we would highs that, highs been them so quickly. It's an honest, we might even do it publicly. That's how much we would enjoy that, which is why I don't think it's above us to be like, or above the PGA tour to be like, no, thank you. Not interested. It would be funny. I'm a person who likes chaos. I'm going to watch you guys that try to try to bury us and try to take us down. I'm going to watch you with her away. Also, you're going to have to dance for your dollar price into Shambo. Go, go play on YouTube. We don't want you here. Also, price into Shambo is a D so can't hate him getting punished. Pat's quarterback, Drake May, was at a charity event when he was asked about head coach Mike Rabel. I like it. We're here for coach. We love coach. You know, what he does for us, what he's done for us this past year.
You can't speak in the words and just think well, he's our head coach and know he's dealing with some stuff off the field and out of the coaching world. But you're over here for him. And I know he's going to come back. I just want to say I like that we've come in enemies. Yes. You know who you are. People you hate as the same people I hate. Should Mike Rabel be getting the dead family member treatment for cheating allegations? We're here for him. I don't know. We're here for him. We love our coach. I don't know, man. I'm too soft these days. Did you hear the interview with Max, the guy that had the baseball with a little girl yesterday? No. Yeah. By the end of it, I was like, all right. I feel bad for you. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry to feel bad for some of these people. I don't know. I don't know what happened to me. I don't know. You agree now he shouldn't have been doxed. I still felt like he had a lot of things coming his way. When I told him on the air, I told him I said the part that sucks is that like now for any because he's a single guy. I figured I single. I'm like, for any date you go on now moving forward, date one or two, they're just going to be like, Oh, oh, that's you that stole the baseball from
the little girl. And then just going to be like, Oh, peace out. I'll find somebody else today. Ladies like a bad boy. He's going to be single forever. They're like a bad boy. Don't like guys that take baseballs from little girls and make them cry. Maybe they do. Maybe they do. But I'd be swayed by a verbal public apology if he came on these airwaves. Maybe what I'm saying, maybe, maybe I could, I could find some, some part of me that's like, we really have taken this way too far, even though there should be a reason why it's one of the biggest stories in the NFL. And there should be a, you can't blank lady shifter. We know this, but also have parents. I don't understand though. If you want to cheat on his wife, he could have cheated it and just done it with anybody in the world and could have consistently done it for any, it's not like there weren't people lining up to, to go ahead and get the phone sound with Rape. Well, yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, you know, but like, he knew what he was doing and he knew the waters he was playing in. And like, that's where you got really, I mean, got sloppy very early on in this, but that's where you got really sloppy in this whole thing. It's like, did you have to, did you have to blank lady shifter? You didn't have to. I continue. You knew you were making it worse
for yourself. I continue to not care or have any less opinion of Mike variable or Diana receiving me. I really, I just, I don't like people cheat. These are not the first people to cheat, assuming that they did. They're not going to be the last people. And they are both having a deal with the outcome of what happens when you do this. I don't feel, I don't get any extra satisfaction knowing people are going through a tough time, tough times stink, especially when the whole world seems to think they know everything that you did. That being said, the reaction to it is worse than the actual thing. The, wow, he's our coach and we're going to rally around him. It's like, well, you're going to high five of him and be like, what was it like? That's what you're going to do, Drake, mate. The Patriots are weird about this too, though, because they had this, they had that whole like, Patriots dinner of what was it a night ago? And Rape was there and they give him a standing ovation. Yeah. What kind of weird college football thing are we doing here? And usually, that's like, that's like, it's a weird Jopal levels where you're getting
there, where you're just a potting things that you should not be a potting. Usually it's Mike Vable that's giving Diana a standing ovation. I like to think maybe Vable got a standing o on himself at one point. Yeah. You know, you can hope, you know, it doesn't seem like a guy that makes it about the other person. I'd take it to Chuckle out of Karale in the back. You can still get a standing o if you don't make it about yourself. There's a lot to that. Yeah. There's a lot. There's a lot of layers to that one here. Manuacho, speak about a guy that has found himself in hot water at certain points for, for relations. He's joined the broadcast team for a controversial enhanced games is what they're calling it. I don't think we've talked about the enhanced games before the enhanced games are going to take place in May this month in Las Vegas. And what it is, it's got swimming, athletics, weightlifting, all these things. But it's the first Olympic style games that you can take steroids. And it's just like you are actively like we're everyone that's competing is going to be on steroids. They're going to be, they're going to be juiced like you wouldn't believe.
And they've landed a manual, as their guy to be the broadcaster for this. When I think of a guy who can really sum up a situation morally, ethically, I think of a manual, a macho guy who's tried to position himself as male Oprah and failed miserably. Is he trying to be male Oprah? Oh, like yes, he tries way too hard to have a thought on something that is one outside the standard deviation of what people think. And two, it really breaks it down from a nuanced angle that he's incapable of telling. I kind of want to watch, I want to see people break records. Like if you're not even breaking records and you're juiced up, it's going to take steroids are going to take a big hit in my mind. What records do you want to see broken in the juiced games? No idea. Because they're vague about it. It's like swimming, weightlifting, and then athletics. I don't know what they're doing. But I'd love to see somebody juiced up, just try to hit a bunch of baseballs as far as they possibly can. I mean, we watched Jose can say go and mark McGuire have a go at it. But I want to, I want to see some, I want to see
May 21st, May 24th, Vegas action. I actually would like a competitive bouncing thing. Well, it's like you're a bouncer at a, you throw the person as far as you can to kick him out. But he's got to be guy like my son. No idea. You're gone. Yeah. And then just like, just chuck him. But I really, I just want something that's going to induce royalty. Would you sign up to be chucked? Not, not, not enough money. Nope. Yeah, no, it sounds very humiliating. And it's not that. We would do it for enough money. If it's like a million dollars to get chucked by a bunch of juice heads, I don't think they show me, baby, chuck me. That's right. Yeah, but no, right. Oh, he won't $5,000. No, I'll get drunk and go do that in Medina. So many good things here. Reality celebrity and sports commentator. So people tell me, Jennifer Welch, who I literally have never heard of before, but she's from Oklahoma. That means something, dammit. Okay. Had tough criticisms of ESPN's Doris Burke on the sports gossip podcast. I would like to say that I think Doris Burke is a Magistile propagandist with calling
Shay Giligas Alexander a foul merchant. And I've ever since she said that propaganda everywhere I go in New York, all these salty mixed fans tried to diminish SGA's athleticism, which let's face it. We haven't seen anything like this since Michael Jordan. It all started with Doris Burke, who is a thunder hater, an SGA hater and a thunder and SGA propagandist. I've completely had it with her. She's not loved in Oklahoma City. It is not objective journalism. And people say, oh, you need to support women in sports. I support honesty. I like that she wanted to call it objective journalism after that big campaign. Yeah. Again, it's guiltous. But is being called a foul merchant really that bad of a thing? I don't know. They take offense to it these days. Listen, James Harden, massive fell merchant SGA is just doing a bad question. I think it's James Harden. I think there's a skill attached to it. I just the problem with that is that even though there's a skill attached to it, it doesn't feel like SGA needs to need to put that skill in.
That's kind of the problem. It's like I saw someone online. I wish you remember who it was that had the line. I want to give him credit, but it was they they related it to the idea that Sherlock Holmes, it'd be like Sherlock Holmes had to like plan illegal drugs in order to get the crime solved. Like you're better. You don't need to do that. You don't need to do that in order to be Sherlock Holmes. You got the investigative skills. Like you're good. Like SGA, like you don't need to be a foul merchant, but it is a part of his game that exists. One, it's not it's not a wrong analysis of what SGA does. Two, this just feels like a sensitive fan thing instead of an actual sports commentator in my opinion. And that's how I that's how you couch it, by the way, in my opinion. That is quick hits.
